Fill with dark chocolate ganache.

If your ganache is too runny like mine, take it to the fridge for a few minute untill it hardens a bit.
The bottom cake crumbled a little if this happens to you, don't worry because we will cover with ganache.
Chill until the ganache sets.
Long straight spatula
Set-square or a scrapper.
Pull the excess of the edges towards the center.
Back to the fridge until is fully set.
White fondant previously kneaded.
Fondant/polyethylene rolling pin
Measure your cake. Roll out the fondant in the folllowing way: 2 times the height and 1 time the top width (or top diameter)
Corn starch
Before covering with fondant, remove the cake 1 hour before of the fridge.
Smooth the top and then go lifting the fondant, with careful, stretch and push down, with your hands towards the base.
Lift, stretch, push. Always like that.
Dont stretch too much of a time because your fondant may break off.
Fondant smoother
Make circular motions.
Pizza cutter
With a knife push the excess in.
For more defined edges use 2 smoothers. Push one against the other.
Your cake is ready to put onto a decorated cake board.

I'm Alex.
Thanks for clicking, and welcome to this lesson on "20 Passive 'Get' Expressions".
So, a lot of you guys have been asking me for more lessons on the verb "get" because
it is everywhere in English, so today I'm going to look at 20 expressions that you can
use in the passive sense with "get".
So, basically to do a passive sentence with "get", you have: "get" plus a past participle verb.
In these sentences, "get" usually replaces the verbs "to be" or "become". Okay?
So if you're speaking in the past with "was" or "were", you would just replace "was" or
"were" with "got".
If you're replacing the verb "I am", okay?
You can just say: "I get" in the passive sense.
I think it will make a lot more sense once you see some examples, because if you feel
confused right now, after the examples you will say: "That's better.
Okay. It's not so bad."
And it's really not so bad, so let's look at the examples.
We'll practice pronunciation in this lesson, too.
So, first: "Get asked".
If someone asks you to do something, you get asked to do something.
For example: "I got asked to work overtime."
Someone asked me, probably my boss, definitely my boss asked me to work overtime, so I got
asked to work overtime.
Now, remember, here "get" is replacing a form of the verb "to be" or "become".
So, you could say: "I was asked" in a standard past simple passive sentence.
"I was asked to work overtime."
But in speaking we often substitute "was" or "were", or other forms of the verb "to
be" in passive sentences with "get".
All right, let's look at some more examples.
"Get blamed".
So, if you are blamed for something, this means someone accuses you of wrongdoing, of
doing something wrong.
So, for example: "She always gets blamed for everything."
So, if you know, maybe your sister, someone in your family, a co-worker of yours is always
accused of doing the wrong thing or is always accused of being the person who does the bad
thing: "She always gets blamed for everything."
I always got blamed for everything when I was a kid.
Not really.
Usually it was my youngest sister, but just an example.
All right?
So, next: "Get caught".
If you get caught doing something, this means someone saw you in the act of doing something,
and it's something you didn't want other people to see.
So, for example: "Don't do it.
You're going to get caught."
You'll often see this in, you know, crime dramas or movies where there's a bad guy,
and the police catch the bad guy or, you know, a video camera catches the crime in action,
so the criminal gets caught.
So, if you are caught, you get caught, you are seen in the act of doing something that
you don't want other people to see.
Okay?
So: "Don't get caught."
"Get done".
So, to be completed. Right?
So, for example: "The project got done on time."
We finished the project.
The project got done by us-passive sense-on time.
All right?
"The project was done", "The project got done".
Next: "Get dressed".
You probably know this.
I did a video on, you know, getting dressed and...
What was it?
"Get dressed" and "Get dressed up", yeah.
Undressed and dressed up.
So: "I was getting dressed when you called."
I wiped that a little bit, sorry.
But you see it.
Right?
Unless you're looking on your phone, in which case, just look at a notebook or something,
or keep watching on your phone because the rest of this stuff is visible.
So: "Get dressed".
"I was getting dressed, I was putting my clothes on when you called me."
Okay?
Next: "Get elected".
So, in a political election: "She got elected President.
She was elected by the people to become President".
-"Who got elected?"
-"She got elected."/"He got elected."
Just so we don't date this video I'm not going to mention the most, you know, recent political
situations happening in the world because we will all be angry, and we're not going
to do that.
So: "Get engaged".
So, before you get married, usually one of the people asks the other person to become
their husband and/or become their wife, become their life partner, and they say...
You can kind of see me.
"Will you marry me?"
Okay?
So then you get engaged.
You are engaged after, you know, you accept the ring or whatever else, Cheerio or other
thing that you give to get engaged.
"Hey.
When did you get engaged?"
Okay?
So: "I see the ring on your finger.
When did you get engaged?"
"Get fired".
So, if you get fired, this means you lose your job and this is when your boss tells
you you don't have a job anymore.
Usually if you get fired it's because of something you did, so try not to get fired.
"I got fired yesterday."
You know?
"I took one too many candies from the candy jar in the staff room."
Stupid reason to get fired, but let's go with it.
So: "I got fired yesterday."
"Get hit".
Get hit, right?
So: "He got hit by a car."
It's a dark example.
Let's just leave it there.
"Get hurt".
Okay?
"You'll get hurt if you're not careful."
So maybe you're a parent and you're giving advice to your kids, and say: "Hey.
Don't do that.
You're going to get hurt.
You will get hurt, so be careful."
All right, before we continue to the next ten, let's do some pronunciation, let's do
some fluency practice.
Repeat these sentences after me.
So, I won't say the whole thing in some cases.
I'll say, like, the main chunk that you need for the info.
So, repeat after me: "I got asked to work overtime.", "She always gets blamed.", "You're
going to get caught.", "It got..."
Sorry about that, I was going to say "it", and replace "the project" with "it".
I'll say "the project".
"The project got done on time.", "I was getting dressed.", "She got elected.", "When did you
get engaged?", "I got fired yesterday.", "He got hit by a car, and we're very happy about
it for some reason."
Don't say that.
"You'll get hurt."
All right, let's do the other 10.
Okay, so next we have: "Get invited".
So if you get invited somewhere, to a party, a wedding, an anniversary, whatever it is,
you receive an invitation.
So, here: "Hey.
Did you get invited to her birthday?"
Did you receive an invitation, you know, by text, by word of mouth, by email?
"Did you get invited to her birthday?"
I don't know.
Next: "Get involved".
So, let's just look at the example.
"She got involved with the wrong people."
So, if you get involved, you become involved, you know, you become part of a situation or
an event, or a process.
So: "She got involved with the wrong people."
So, maybe this is a friend of yours who, you know, she met a group of people that were
a bad influence on her: "She got involved with the wrong people."
Next: "Get left".
So, this is...
"Left" is the past participle of "leave".
So: "She got left at the bus stop."
So maybe her parents, you know, dropped her off in their car, they left her at the bus
stop so she can wait for the bus: "She got left at the bus stop."
Okay?
Next: "Get married".
Very common, right?
So: "They got married last year", probably after getting engaged.
So: "They got married."
I got married, she got married, he got married, we got married, we are getting married, we're
going to get married.
Any tense where you can use the passive, you can, you know, use "get" in the passive sense
here.
Next: "Get offered".
So: "I think I'm gonna get offered the job."
I put "gonna", which is "going to", so: "I think I'm gonna get offered the job."
I think my interview went really well, and I think they will offer me the job.
I think I'm going to get offered the job.
Next: "Get paid".
"We're not getting paid today!"
I don't know why, whatever, but: "We are not getting paid."
The company or my boss is not going to pay me, so we are not getting paid.
Well, you probably get paid...
Hopefully you get paid every week or every two weeks depending on, you know, your pay
cycle at your company.
Next: "Get promoted".
So: "He deserves to get promoted."
This comes from "promotion", receiving a promotion at work.
When you go from one position to a higher position, you get promoted.
So: "He deserves to get promoted."
or "She deserves to get promoted."
Or: "I'm getting promoted!"
Okay?
Next: "Get tired".
So, if something makes you tired and you are tired or you were tired, you can get tired.
So: "Never get tired of trying."
Just inspiration for everybody.
And finally: "Get told".
"I have gotten told to make more videos by you guys."
So that's what I'm doing by making this video about "get".
So, if you get told, that means someone tells you to do something.
Okay?
So: "I have gotten told", I'm using the present perfect, which you can use in the passive.
"I have gotten told to make more videos."
You could also say, simple past: "I got told to make more videos."
All right, so just like the first ten, let's do some quick fluency practice, pronunciation
practice, repeat after me...
Again, I won't say the entire sentence in some cases.
Just repeat what I say.
"Did you get invited?", "She got involved.", "She got left.", "Don't get lost."
Did we do: "Get lost"?
I don't remember if we did: "Get lost".
Well, we're doing it now.
"Don't get lost.", "They got married.", "I'm gonna get offered the job.", "We're not getting
paid.", "He deserves to get promoted.", "Never get tired of trying.", "I've gotten told to
make more videos."
All right.

Where Do I Get The Money To Buy Cash Deals? - Duration: 5:39.
Hey, it's Joe. Another question here. This is one is from Michelle Lindsey, from Houston,
Texas. "I'd like to thank you for the many, many hours you put into this system.
What a system. I'm just now getting started, so I'd like to apologize if you've already
covered this question. Where do you advise us to take the money from if we're actually
buying the house way under value instead of on terms? I've heard you say that you have
houses inside your IRA. Also, what do you consider way under value?"
Well, let's answer that question first. Way under value is anything that's substantially
under market value. If you're dealing with a property that's worth $50,000 then $20,000
is way under value if you're paying $20,000 for it. I'd want to be 50% or more under
market value if I'm on a low price property. If I've got a $400,000 property, if I'm
$100,000 under value, or $150,000 under value, I would consider that substantially under
market value. That's 25%, 30% under market value. So the higher the price the less percentage
it can be and still make sense to do it. But you want to make sure that it's very
substantially under market value. Remember, there's only two ways that you make money
as a real estate investor. You either buy properties substantially under market value,
like I just described, and for cash, or, and you can assign those cash deals to other buyers
– I'll explain that in a minute – or, two, you buy them on terms at or below market
value. And that's a lot of what we're doing with the other zero down structures,
the subject two, multi-mortgage, land contract, assignable cash deals, those types of deals
you would buy at market value or below. Which means that you can do a lot more properties
because there's a lot more properties that you can buy that are at market value or below
than you can buy substantially under market value. Most people don't want to leave money
on the table. A lot of people will. And that's why wholesaling still makes sense. But you're
going to get one wholesale deal for every one hundred of the other types of zero down
structures. So you're going to have a lot more options if you understand these other
tools. You know, if all you have is wholesaling,
you know, all you've got hammer, everything looks like a nail. But if you've got these
other tools to work with, it opens up and all these other leads that you've got suddenly
become viable. Leads that you've been throwing away every day you could turn into real cash
and you could turn into properties that are in your portfolio. So that makes a huge, huge
difference. And the question about "Where do you advise
taking the money from if we're actually buying the house?" So, if you're buying
the property and you've got the cash to do it, if you've got it in an IRA, you know,
I have a lot of cash in my Roth IRA. And I use that money to buy cash properties. And
I continue to build that money in that IRA. But, if the money is in a regular business
account, you can also use that money and you can, you'll have to pay taxes on that money,
but you can also use that money before you become 59 ½ years old and you could actually
live on that money if you choose to as you're flipping properties to do it.
My suggestion though is, if you have cash to invest that you put it someplace that is
completely safe. The reason I buy in my Roth with all cash is because you can't use loans
that have any recourse to them. So if I use a lender I have to use non-recourse loans,
which I could do a subject to and those types of things, but then you've got UBIT taxes,
you have to pay, yeah, you don't get the benefit of the income that you've borrowed
inside a Roth, so I would rather just use my cash inside a Roth and leave that money
there and not ever touch it again until I retire and let that money come out at me tax
free afterwards. So that's the beauty of those Roth IRA's.
Now, if you have other cash, you could put it into a business account. I would also keep
that money and try to buy properties for as close to all cash as possible and then you
know, get the income on it. All the other types of deals, where you're using loans,
use other peoples' loans. Don't ever use your own loans. Don't use your own name,
or your own credit on these deals. You don't have to qualify, you don't need good credit,
you don't need down payments. You don't have any risk and that's when you can use
loans. Because if things fall apart, if the market goes crazy, if you have too many vacancies,
you can't afford to make the payments, you can just give them back to the seller and
you haven't lost anything. You can't do that with a bank. If you give
it back to a bank, it's going to screw up your credit, you're going to lose all the
capital that you put down on a down payment, so do it the way that I'm teaching. It'll

sure you get good management and take care of those properties. And you can flip that
money into bigger and bigger and bigger properties. But make sure that you don't lose the money
that you made. It's too hard to make in the first place.

S. Korean president's special envoys fly to Pyongyang for two-day visit - Duration: 2:34.
South Korean President Moon Jae-in's senior delegation took a chartered flight to North
Korea this Monday afternoon... for the start of historic talks.

A chartered flight carrying South Korean President Moon Jae-in's special delegation led by his
top national security adviser and represented by his chief intelligence officer took off
for North Korea Monday afternoon... marking the first such visit under the Moon administration
and the first in 11 years.
Prior to leaving for Pyongyang on Monday, President Moon's national security director
leading the delegation said he will relay the South Korean leader's hopes for North
Korean nuclear disarmament and a permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula.
"I will certainly deliver President Moon's firm resolve to achieve a denuclearization
of the Korean Peninsula and genuine and permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula.
My team and I will also push for 'in-depth' talks to find ways to help arrange the restart
of dialogue between North Korea and the U.S."
North Korea has repeatedly said it will not put its nuclear program on a negotiating table,
while the United States has made it clear that it doesn't want talks for the sake of
talks and said all options, including military measures, are on the table.
Chung, a longtime diplomat, heads a 10-member delegation that includes intelligence chief
Suh Hoon... with a 30-year career at South Korea's intelligence agency who has been involved
in the coordination of the two previous inter-Korean summits in 2000 and 2007 and vice Unification
Minister Chun Hae-sung, another veteran official in North Korean affairs... for the next two
days in Pyongyang that will most likely include talks with leader Kim Jong-un.
"The high-profile delegation is to reciprocate the trip by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's
sister and special envoy, Kim Yo-jong, on the occasion of the PyeongChang Winter Olympic
Games."
Kim Yo-jong delivered an invitation from her brother for the South Korean president to
visit Pyongyang at an early date for what would be a third inter-Korean summit.
South Korea's special envoys are also carrying a written message from President Moon which
they may be able to deliver to the North Korean leader as early as Monday evening if Kim shows
up to host dinner for the South Koreans.
If and when that meeting is realized, it would mark the first time for any South Korean to
meet Kim in person since he took power upon his father's death in late 2011.
After the two-day Pyongyang trip, President Moon's special envoys are to fly to the United
States to brief officials about the outcome of their talks with North Korean officials.

Many a time we are left with dal
and with this leftover dal we will prepare paranthe

So let start with the recipe
in a mixing bowl add wheat flour
now add the leftover dal
add 1 tbsp or as per taste salt
1/2 tsp carom seeds
fine chopped coriander leaves and green chili
and fine chopped onion
mix it well
we don't have to use water
and knead a soft dough with dal only
dough is ready now
cover it and allow it to rest for 10 min
after 10 min dough is set now
apply oil in your palm and knead the dough once again
heat a tawa
make a round ball
roll with the help of rolling pin
you can roll into any shape
I will make this in square shape layer parantha
make a round shape and apply oil on it
fold it as shown in the video
apply oil and fold
roll it to make a square shape
tawa is heated and
fry the parantha from both sides
when it is done from one side flip it
and fry from other side
apply oil from above and sides
and now fry from both the sides
when fried from both side take it out and serve

Hey it's Logan Christopher from Lost Empire Herbs.
And one question that I'm often asked is what sort of Protein Powder do I recommend.
What do I personally take.
Well I have a few options here.
Stuff that I am actually taking.
These are in a different states of use.
And just talk a little bit about these.
This one here is Bone Broth Protein.
So this is newer on the scene, relatively new kind of invention - putting bone broth
into a powdered form like this.
Ancient nutrition, couple other brands.
I believe its all made in the same place right now.
So bone broth is really good stuff.
Now, in this case, I'd say definitely having the liquid bone broth, if you're make it yourself
with good quality bone, whether that's beef, chicken, fish stalk, that sort of thing, that's
gonna be the best way to get it.
And its really gonna kinda amplify its effect.
That's really the basics of the effects coz that's how its normally been done.
So as far as like digestive health and supporting with that, I'm not sure how much is that is
gonna transfer over to a powder form like this but its still good stuff and if you're
not in a habit of making bone broth yourself, this can be a good, great way to go.
You'll notice with what I have here, this is just Collagen which is somewhat similar
and then I have Hemp Protein here.
I stay away from dairy-base protein powders because they don't work for my body so I've
definitely use Whey over the years but while it work great for some people, you can get good quality stuff
from grass with cows, just does not work for my body so I avoid it.
So yeah, here we have, this is specifically collagen so you're gonna find some of these
inside the bone broth but this is done somewhat differently and this can be good stuff.
Really tasteless so this is good.
I often add it to my coffee.
And then over here, I have Hemp Protein Powder.
What I like about this is, in addition to the protein, its higher in fiber which a lot
of people aren't getting enough of so that could be good thing to add in there.
Now of course you can just go with Hemp Seeds or whatnot but Hemp Protein of the, these
things get a little more expensive.
This is quite cheap as far as Protein Powders goes.
So that can a good one and I like to, when I do use this, this is not something that
I engage in everyday but once in a while when I am making shake or if I'm making some other
thing, I'll throw a Hemp Protein or whatnot in.
So couple of different ways I'd use this but even though I do all this strength training
and working out and everything, we largely been oversold on the importance of protein
powders.
Yes, if you are a body builder, if you're really trying to break gain muscle and everything,
they certainly have their time and a place.
And also for people that aren't getting enough protein in their diet, this can be an easy
way to add into that.
But overall, really, protein sources should be coming, largely, from your food.
But if you're not getting things like bone broth or collagen in your regular diet, supplementing
with these can be useful.

This isn't the only protein powders I've ever used or would recommend.
There are some other beacon ones that I've used here and there like (product name) protein
which is I think Pea Protein Isolate.
That seems to work okay for my body but right now, this is what I have here.

there is now a category of business indicated
this is also the website address along with the location of your business
there are three main additional options under that the very first one is a call
button which allows anyone coming across your page to call you directly as it
will trigger your phone number the next option is the email option tapping on
this will open up your email client where people will be able to email
directly the other option is a direction option and then when you tap on the
direction option it will open a map where your business is located the next
two options which are interesting is the promote button next to your logo so if
you tap your promote button it will trigger the pain promotional scheme that
Instagram has put in place so if you willing to pay to promote your business
this is where you need to go you can edit your profile obviously as always
next to that nothing changes there you can add a bio if you want to but the
last piece that I wanted to draw your attention to is that little graph icon
next to your name right at the top and if you click on that it will open a new
screen giving you access to all the data around your account such as number of
additional followers the reach the actions that were taken over a certain
period of time you can also see the number of people who have visited your
profile the number of people who have clicked on your website and many other
data if you aren't familiar with all of these terminology you can scroll all the
way down and tap only what do these mean and here you will have the definition of
every single data point you can also do this at a post level so let's go back to
our profile tap one of the posts tap on the view insights there will be a
summary of the actions that were taken right at the bottom and if you slide up
you have the full details of that very particular post
data is very important because it helps you understand what works and what
doesn't pay a lot of attention to these as it will help you improve your profile
