Youtube daily report w Mar 6 2018

(dramatic music)

- [Jason] It's a fantasy land out here.

This is raw, mountain, Chinese craziness.

- [Meredith] It's unpredictable at this point.

Hot, cold, happy, mad, sad, everything.

That's an ultra.

It's like an emotional experience.

It's gonna be highs and lows all day.

So, you kind of just need to be prepared for everything.

(dramatic music)

(upbeat music)

- Yeah.

We're both learning, and our perceptions are changing.

When you get to experience that

with somebody else, it's kind of fun.

- [Jason] In the big cities, there

aren't a lot of people out running.

There aren't a lot of people jogging.

- [Meredith] Jason and I were kind of blown away,

how this is the cleanest city I've

ever seen, and it's a huge city.

- [Jason] The actual road running, and exercising,

and traveling around the city to do so...

It was foreign.

- [Meredith] We're athletes, you know.

We gotta get a workout, and we're

gonna do it regardless of where we are.

I started skiing when I was two years old,

and I started running when I was around eight,

and so, I just have a love and a passion for both of them.

- [Jason] We went and spoke to the Chinese

people at some of these runner events.

- [Meredith] China's in a boom right now with ultra running.

The races that they're doing are awesome.

- My success in China is related to the

fact that I live at a high elevation.

I train in the San Juan mountains in southwest

Colorado, which is remote and steep.

They have some similarities to

those beastly mountains in China.

- All that's doing is kind of warming up the muscles.

At the first talk that we gave, it was primarily women.

- Because I know all about Jason already,

the video that Meredith played about the skiing...

It's just wild to me, and it's just so cool.

(applause)

- [Meredith] Most of the women that were there were...

They're not runners.

They just wanted to know what I was doing,

or what Jason was doing, and I thought that

was really powerful, because it just means

their culture is starting to engage in it,

and this is the first step.

- [Jason] People are motivated and excited.

- [Vicki] There's something new, something

more fun than just running on a road.

- [Jason] And I felt excited to

be part of something that is kind of

pushing the edge a little bit.

For the trail-running world, this is as gnarly as it gets.

This is as wild as it gets.

This is also in a place that everybody hasn't been before.

(upbeat music)

They have this ancient history.

Hundreds and even thousands of years of

what they've been eating, that is

so specialized and different from what we are used to.

- Octopus?

Wow.

Jason!

Yeah, and you put it in the soup?

- Oh, you can just eat it.

- You can just eat it?

- Yeah, you package it and then you eat it.

- [Meredith] It kind of just felt like...

Vicky, I felt like we became best friends in five minutes.

- [Vicky] They are very friendly.

Jason and Meredith, they are stars to us.

Pro-running stars.

Anything is strange to them, yeah.

This is really funny.

- [Jason] This felt extra big, and

extra untamed, and uncharted.

- [Meredith] I didn't really see what we were

driving through, but we did the five-hour drive

up to Mount Siguniang.

- The first thing about trail running is that...

Well, I don't really like the crowd.

I like nature, and I enjoy running through the mountains.

I enjoy the peace.

(upbeat music)

- [Meredith] It just reminded me of the Tetons, and

I love the Tetons, but this was on a bigger scale.

Everywhere I looked, I was just...

This is the most beautiful range I've ever seen.

(delicate music)

- Oh, that we tried.

- Yeah.

- Meredith, this is the yellow berry's juice.

Sweetheart.

- Ten dollars.

That's how much it is.

- You put it in the water.

It will help you with the high-altitude sickness.

- Really?

- This one, yeah, and this one will

reduce your blood pressure, relax your...

Make your blood circulation better.

- [Jason] Wow.

- Yeah.

- This is really good to see these.

- Will they let me go?

Would they let me do it?

I think it's important to immerse

yourself with other cultures.

Those women were so awesome, and

they were doing their traditional dancing.

They were showing us them, and I think that's

a really unique thing to have with people.

(upbeat music)

- [Jason] It was neat to see these

mountain people just surviving out here on the

edge of the Sichuan Province in western China.

It was surreal, and it's one-of-a-kind.

- My greatest achievement so far, in my

running career was, I was second at TDS at UTMB.

A 120K, it's the best an American

has done in this race, both male and female.

It was really eye-opening how

much they cared about this race.

- [Jason] These people are just all

about ultra trail Mount Siguniang.

- [Meredith] This race was 66K.

It was almost 40 miles, but at this sustained altitude.

You know, I don't think I knew what to

think of the race, or where I was running.

- This is the highest mountain race in the world.

- The elevation, it averages around 13.

- Sustained for sure.

- And I've never done anything like this before.

- It's a November fourth race, so it's a

difficult time to be really in the best shape.

- Because I feel like...

- [Jason] Do you feel challenged, are you excited to?

- I'm excited, I'm...

Yeah, no, I'm excited, but I kind of

get the impression that people think, instantly,

"Oh, yeah, she's gonna finish it and crush it."

And that's always nerve-wracking

when you have that expectation.

No woman has actually finished this race, so

that's really intimidating, and so

my goal was, "I just gotta finish".

I think it's gonna be kind of hard

for me to pull back, racing, because I always

wanna go out pretty hard, but I don't think you can.

- I thrive on this.

I'm not looking to run as fast

as I can on established routes.

I wanna get to do some new, cool, crazy stuff

in these mountains, in the Siguniang mountains.

That's what I was after.

Seems like I'm having a relatively good day,

I've got enough clothes, if things

go really bad, and it's humid, it's wet,

it's snowy, it's 14 and a half thousand feet, and

eight degrees out, or something.

Weather forecasts can strike fear.

It could be chilly.

(crowd cheering)

(upbeat music)

- [Meredith] The race started at 3 AM, and

so it's in the dark, but by the

time I got up to I think the third checkpoint,

I was way above the treeline, in the snow, and

when the sun started to come up, it was just like,

"Oh my gosh, where are we?"

Because it was just peak after peak after peak.

Just snow-covered, and it's probably one of

my favorite moments of a race ever.

Seeing the sun rise, and being where I was, and...

It was a really powerful experience.

- [Jason] It's a special thing to get to a

place that is this majestic, and unspoiled.

It was raw, raw mountain trail.

The steepness and technical nature...

The ability to hurt yourself...

Oh! Oh! Oh!

It was more diverse than most all-trail races,

just because of it being remote China.

- [Meredith] We kind of ran around this

big mountain range, and that just made

me feel really happy, especially to

see the women like that, because that's awesome.

They're going for it, and as a culture,

what I saw out of them is, they

are exploring their own lands, and they're

getting after it, and they're doing it.

- [Jason] Ultra Tour Mount Siguniang,

overall, is more gnar, it's more difficult.

Challenging because it's ridiculously

high, and it also has the threat of...

The reality, this year, of having a whole bunch of snow.

This is the wild west of mountain running,

and it happens in China at this race.

(upbeat music)

- This was a real mountain race.

True mountain-running.

- [Jason] It requires a lot of strength,

and it requires some luck.

It was truly an adventure.

All done, we did it.

Yeah, yeah.

Who is Behind the Screen & Recording These Videos - Duration: 6:10.

what's going on guys it's Brian from BG meeting innovation and today I want to

bring you some great content if you're new to the channel

it's full of digital marketing tips ecommerce insights and really

step-by-step how-to content for any aspiring entrepreneur that wants to make

money online so if you're new to the channel go and hit that subscribe button

so you don't miss anything and with that being said we're just gonna jump right

in

alright guys I got a great one for you today I'm really really excited to bring

this one to you it's gonna be a short one sweet but to the point now if you

follow this channel for a while maybe you've taken to some of my udemy courses

one or two or you found me on you to me you know whether you've seen my udemy

courses or my YouTube videos on BG media innovations channel you know that the

main focus of this you know in the past and obviously it will remain this way

going forward has been screen recording and just kind of demonstrating my view

of my computer and how I you know my different click patterns of how I go

through the process of doing different business models that are gonna make you

money online so that you can follow those same click patterns thought

processes and I feel like that relates to the content to you really really well

and really really easily and I know a lot of you genuinely appreciate that but

for a while I have not been recording you know who I am myself you know kind

of building that personal relationship with you face to face camera wise and so

I'm excited to launch this new channel which is basically just my name Brian

Guerra it's not live currently as I'm speaking

as I'm speaking as I'm you know relaying this message to you right now but I have

been working on it all day I'm excited I probably recorded about eight to ten

videos for this channel just to kind of get the foundation of it up and as I

move forward this will also be you know digital marketing e-commerce insights

and pretty much just teaching you know aspiring entrepreneurs how to make money

online and work from anywhere so nothing's changing with this channel I'm

gonna continue moving forward with great content daily videos nothing will change

you know you won't sack I won't sacrifice any value on this channel I

just I'm announcing the launch of a new channel which is basically face to face

with you guys you know and building my my name brand essentially my personal

brand they're both gonna go hand in hand and cross promote each other so this

will probably be live tomorrow or maybe sometime tonight it's currently 6:30

p.m. I'm working on this as we speak and uploading content to it I just wanted to

kind of explain that to you I'll let you guys know when it goes live obviously

I'd appreciate if you go over and subscribe there and we start building

that channel there it will be the same type of similar content just a different

channel obviously it helps build my my flat my potential audience on another

platform another plan on another channel but also allows me to

upload two videos a day instead of just one video a day so I could do two videos

a day on BG media innovation but I think that you know kind of analyzing the

situation I think that a lot of you kind of appreciate the one video day it kind

of just you know it's like a TV episode essentially you come back you know get

get your e-commerce insight or your digital marketing tip for the day or you

know your how-to walkthrough of how to make money doing a different business

model for that day and so I'm excited to put up another channel together for you

guys and bring you great other content that will basically be face to face you

know I'll do some screen recording on there I'll you know also mirror my face

in the corner you know stuff like that I might vlog a little bit I plan on

traveling to Europe in about a month and vlogging for you guys for you know

obviously there so there's a lot of great content coming I just kind of

wanted to you know kind of touch on that this video obviously is titled something

along the lines of who's behind the computer for BG media innovation or

something like that and so if you're interested in who's actually behind the

computer who I am my day-to-day life you know and obviously seeing different tips

from a different perspective that will also teach you to make money online then

this channel is gonna be perfect for you too so two channels you know double the

content the reason I'm able to do two channels and I have the time to bring

you that type of value is because I've really plan on moving you know a lot of

my time and a lot of and allocating a lot of my efforts throughout the day to

content creation and recording content for you guys because that's my passion

you know I make money doing a lot of different business models but probably

my favorite thing to do and and really has become a passion for me is recording

video content and bringing it to you guys you know to bring value to your

lives essentially and more importantly to help you make money from anywhere and

work from anywhere in the world and by the way that's the new slogan and

catchphrase is basically work from anywhere I teach you to work from

anywhere so it's simple it's short and sweet to the point you know all the best

companies have a short sweet and to the point logo or not logo you know slogan

basically that basically conveys to the customer what they bring to the table

mine is work from anywhere because I teach entrepreneurs like you to work

from anywhere so stay tuned this will be live tomorrow probably roughly speaking

obviously in tomorrow's video on this channel I'll let you guys know

and I'll put links to that channel in the description for you as well as

potentially dropping a card up in the right-hand corner it's not live yet but

it's coming and I'm really really excited to gauge it whoa excuse me I'm

really really excited to engage with you guys on that channel as well so I'm

gonna end the video here hit a like and let hit that like button let me know you

know that you're as excited about this as me obviously drop a comment down

below and let me know what you'd like to see on that channel obviously it's gonna

be similar content so you know what my what my might you know my I can't speak

today Wow what my YouTube you know basically subs

want to see is obviously something that I'll take into heart you know and and

pump that type of content out for you so I'm gonna stop this video because

clearly I'm stumbling over my words I've recorded a lot of content today and I'm

really really excited but I will see you guys tomorrow

and I hope you're really really excited too

The Biggest Myth about Narcissists that Most People Don't Understand - Duration: 3:41.

The Biggest Myth about Narcissists that Most People Don't Understand

You may be wondering why it is extremely important to know about narcissists.

One of the biggest reason is because the number of narcissists increases as time passes by.

Many people are affected by toxic relationship by narcissists.

If their relationship last longer, and they start to have children, it is even more problematic.

The children raised by narcissists will carry their parents' trait as narcissists, and

you can imagine if there are more than one children in the family.

They can turn to be the narcissists when they become adult.

There is one more thing that is quite important to be discussed about narcissists.

Even though some people may be able to recognize people with narcissistic behavior, they may

not know that there are more to it.

First of all, it is necessary to say that narcissists actually can feel empathy.

There are so many articles, videos, and podcasts saying the otherwise.

However, it is true that narcissists can feel empathy.

Empathy is basically divided into two different section.

The first so empathy to feel what other people feel.

This one is important for human being since they will recognize what other feels, so they

will be able to help other people accordingly.

Narcissists also can do that given the fact that they can read people who are desperate

and making them feel better in the first stage of encounter before they are humiliated.

Basically narcissists have one part of empaths in which they are able to read other people's

mind.

However, narcissist do not have the second section of empaths called respond to empathic

stimulus.

Normal people will respond to any empathic stimulus with obvious approach.

They will try to calm down the other people, and they start brightening up the world with

intention that they will be mentally better forever.

However, narcissists fail to recognize and do this by thinking that empathetic actions

they have done are merely for their plans to absorb power from them.

It is obvious that basically narcissists are empaths by nature, but they are not fully

capable in showing their empathy.

They instead use the empathetic trait for grabbing people's attention and to benefit

themselves in the end.

Moreover, it is also worth noting that there are some factors that make people turn into

narcissists.

One of them is mental and physical abuse which made them unable to perceive the real world.

This happens because they want to run away from reality, but they could not.

They actually regret to live with narcissistic parents, but they don't have power to run

away from them.

Since they are constantly in battle with themselves, it kills the nerves that are responsible for

empathy.

This makes the narcissists feel miserable, and there is nothing that can beat the anger

of this person except being narcissistic person.

Narcissists live in the world full of imagination and hallucination, allowing them to feel comfortable.

They ignore facts that make them hurt because they have had that enough when they were younger.

This is what makes the narcissists, and it is a process that no one can deny.

Well, that's one of the biggest myth about narcissists that most people don't understand.

Really cool information isn't it?

Call MI6, see if we can get Micro Forensics to hurry this up.

We need the whole team here in two hours

or it's not worth it.

I'm very sorry.

In my culture...

death is not the end.

It's more of a stepping-off point.

You reach out with both hands...

and Bast and Sekhmet,

they lead you into the green veldt...

where you can run forever.

That sounds very peaceful.

My father thought so.

I am not my father.

T'Challa...

Task Force will decide who brings in Barnes.

Don't bother, Ms Romanoff.

I'll kill him myself.

Yeah?

You all right?

Uh, yeah, thanks. I got lucky.

I know how much Barnes means to you. I really do.

Stay home. You'll only make this worse.

For all of us.

Please.

Are you saying you'll arrest me?

No.

Someone will.

If you interfere. That's how it works now.

If he's this far gone, Nat, I should be the one to bring him in.

Why?

Because I'm the one least likely to die trying.

Shit.

She tell you to stay out of it?

Might have a point.

He'd do it for me.

1945, maybe.

I just want to make sure we consider all our options.

The people that shoot at you

usually wind up shooting at me.

Tips have been pouring in since that footage went public.

Everybody thinks the Winter Soldier goes to their gym.

Most of it's noise.

Except for this.

so that's all the head start you're gonna get.

Thank you.

You're gonna have to hurry.

We have orders to shoot on sight.

Fake Video Game Endings That Fooled Everyone - Duration: 6:50.

Finishing a video game can feel like a victory, a relief, or even a mournful farewell.

"We've had a good ride."

"Heh."

But if we've learned anything from the likes of developer trolls like Hideo Kojima and

PlatinumGames' Hideki Kamiya, it's that, sometimes, there's more to an apparent ending than meets

the eye.

When the credits start rolling, it typically means game over — but not in the case of

these games.

Let's relive the trauma and check out some of the most infamous video games that fooled

us all with fake endings.

Sunset Overdrive's Fizzco farewell

Insomniac Games' rock-em, sock-em post-a-punk-alyptic Sunset Overdrive isn't the kind of game you'd

write a think-piece about.

With a character that can be fully customized on the fly and a sense of humor that smashes

the fourth wall to pieces, Sunset plays fast and loose with its narrative.

"How'd you think you were gonna do that, when I got this here gun?"

"Yeah, I got guns too!"

"Dayum!"

That's why it comes as such a shock when your unnamed, trigger-happy protagonist perishes

in the last few minutes of the game, crushed to death by fallen debris from the crumbling

Fizzco Building.

Another game might immediately show its hand, but Sunset trolls players with a surprisingly

touching impromptu funeral, as each of the player's companions say their final goodbyes

and the camera pans to the sunset.

Cue credits — until the very disgruntled hero rewinds the game, comes back to life,

and faces off against the real big bad: a giant, evil robotic skyscraper.

That's Sunset Overdrive for you.

Um Jammer Lammy goes to Hell

It may be an obscure Parappa the Rapper spin-off, but Um Jammer Lammy was way ahead of its time.

With colorful, psychedelic graphics and engaging guitar-based gameplay, the rhythm game was

rock 'n' roll fun for the whole family.

Or, it might have been, if it didn't send your hero to the grim depths of hell.

That's right: the Japanese and European versions of Um Jammer Lammy feature a cutscene that

depicts Lammy's untimely death by banana peel and descent into the underworld, followed

by scrolling credits.

It's a shocking, emotional conclusion to an otherwise quirky quest for fame.

Luckily, this isn't Lammy's final destination.

She's abruptly rescued by an anthropomorphic jack-o-lantern who yanks the credits back

down and escorts Lammy to the next stage.

For better or for worse, this level's devilish aesthetic was nixed for the American release.

Entirely re-animated and featuring altered dialogue and lyrics, the North American version

of the Vital Idol level starts with Lammy traveling through time and finding herself

on a mysterious desert island instead of playing the big concert six hundred and sixty-six

feet under.

Crashing your funeral in Hitman: Blood Money

"It's me, 47, Diana!"

"What are you doing here?"

No one expected long-time agency handler Diana to betray Agent 47 at the end of Hitman: Blood

Money.

Even after she stuck him with a mysterious syringe, there was no way the genetically

enhanced killer was going to bite the big one — until he stumbled to the ground, seemingly

shuffling off this mortal coil.

When the next cutscene depicted him lying motionless in a casket, gamers across the

globe collectively shed a single tear.

Of course, this wouldn't be a Hitman game without one last splatter of ultraviolence.

And in Blood Money, it comes at just the right moment.

While picking off the funeral attendees — save for Diana, who's already escaped the church

and locked the gate, preventing anyone else's escape — it becomes clear that the syringe

Diana stuck 47 with contained the "fake-death serum" that made an appearance in an earlier

mission.

When she kissed him, Diana resuscitated 47 with antidote-laced lipstick, ultimately allowing

him to dispatch of Cayne, journalist Rick Henderson, and each and every last witness.

Red Dead Redemption revenge

Rockstar's beloved open-world Wild West sim, Red Dead Redemption, appears to close on a

bloody and bawl-inducing note that hearkens back to the bleak westerns that inspired it.

After he's betrayed by Agent Edgar Ross, anti-hero John Marston accepts his fate — but not

before taking as many of Ross' men as he can with him.

In typical western fashion, the reformed thug is mercilessly riddled with bullets by Ross'

firing squad.

Marston's send-off feels like an emotional punch in the gut as his wife and son, Abigail

and Jack, discover his bloodied, broken body, and bury him atop a hill to the east of Beecher's

Hope.

At this point, players expect the credits to kick in.

But they don't.

Instead, we're returned to Marston's burial site.

Three years have passed, poor Abigail has joined her late husband, and young Jack has

become obsessed with avenging his father's murder — and killing the now-retired Ross.

Only after reaping Jack's revenge does Red Dead's story truly come to an end, after which

gamers can continue exploring the West indefinitely as the morally conflicted Jack.

Meet the Big Boss in Metal Gear Solid 4

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots sees an older Snake aging at an accelerated rate

due to the cloning process that created him.

After completing his mission to destroy the Patriots and defeat Liquid Ocelot, Snake intends

to kill himself at Big Boss' grave.

He places his gun into his mouth, prepared to pull the trigger.

The camera pans up, into the sky — and, well…

Series creator Hideo Kojima knew we weren't ready to say goodbye to Snake.

So, he shoehorned in lengthy cutscenes before cutting to the credits.

In an odd twist, Big Boss — a supposedly deceased character who didn't appear in the

game — is named in the voice cast.

As his name lingers on the screen for a moment, the game returns to Snake at the graveyard,

huffing and puffing as Big Boss himself stands over him.

In true Kojima fashion, the game didn't just pick up Snake's story after many players likely

turned off their consoles — it re-introduced a fan-favorite character assumed to be dead

and gave Snake and Big Boss proper send-offs in a moving thirty-minute cutscene.

Putting you to sleep in Fallout 3

Bethesda fans who played Fallout 3 and expected it to "end" in the vein of The Elder Scrolls:

Oblivion must have been sorely disappointed when that infamous slideshow rolled around.

"So ends the story of the lone wanderer, who stepped through the great door of Vault 101

and into the annals of legend."

Where Bethesda's earlier open-world RPG allowed gamers who'd completed the main game to journey

across Cyrodiil to their hearts' content, the post-apocalyptic Fallout 3 came to a close

with its protagonist giving their life to bring clean water to the denizens of the Capital

Wasteland.

And yet, the Broken Steel DLC — released seven months after the game itself — retconned

the Lone Wanderer's death entirely, suggesting he or she had simply fallen into a coma instead.

Gamers playing this gem today have the luxury of picking up where they left off, post-final

mission.

Too bad for anyone who didn't bother buying the extra content, though — that fake ending

was real to them.

"It's still real to me, dammit!"

Run Around The World Episode 1 - Duration: 11:49.

North Korea's Kim Jong-un hosts dinner for S. Korea president's special envoys in Pyongyang - Duration: 2:10.

A high-ranking South Korean delegation met and dined with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

upon their arrival in Pyongyang on Monday.

Our chief Cheongwadae correspondent Moon Connyoung reports.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in's special delegation led by his top national security

adviser Chung Eui-yong and represented by his chief

intelligence officer arrived in Pyongyang Monday afternoon... one hour after taking

off from Seoul Air Base... marking the first such visit under the Moon administration and

the first in 11 years.

The ten-member delegation... that includes intelligence chief Suh Hoon... who has been

involved in the coordination of the two previous inter-Korean summits in 2000 and 2007 and

vice Unification Minister Chun Hae-sung, another veteran official in North Korean affairs...

was met by Ri Son-gwon, North Korea's pointman on inter-Korean affairs and others at the

Sunan International Airport in Pyongyang.

"Following 15 minutes of negotiations on the South Korean delegation's itinerary in North

Korea, the two sides agreed to attend dinner hosted by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

at 6 pm, Seoul time."

This marks the first time the reclusive state leader has met any South Korean official since

he took power upon his father's death in late 2011.

The special envoys from Seoul are believed to be carrying a letter from Mr. Moon to Mr.

Kim.

"The South Korean delegation is staying at the Kobangsan Guest House, a luxurious resort

along the Taedong River in Pyongyang.

The delegation believes North Korea has made lots of preparations to best accommodate the

South Koreans."

Prior to leaving for Pyongyang on Monday, President Moon's chief special envoy to the

North held a news conference at the Blue House.

"I will certainly deliver President Moon's firm resolve to achieve a denuclearization

of the Korean Peninsula and genuine and permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula.

My team and I will also push for 'in-depth' talks to find ways to help arrange the restart

of dialogue between North Korea and the U.S."

North Korea has repeatedly said it will not put its nuclear program on a negotiating table,

while the United States has made it clear that it doesn't want talks for the sake of

talks and said all options, including military measures, are on the table.

After wrapping up their two-day trip to Pyongyang, the South Korean envoys will fly to Washington

for follow-up discussions with the Trump administration.

DIY 3D Butterflies With Holo Glitter! - Duration: 3:33.

Welcome back to DIY No Need To Cry with Ivelisse.

Todays DIY are these cute 3D holo butterflies.

I made these to go along with the project I'm working on.

DIY 3D Butterflies with holo glitter!

A quick reminder to please turn on your notification bells so that you can be notified as soon

as I upload a video.

Let's get started!

I found these butterfly images online and I printed two of them out.

It printed out that color because my printer ran out of the black ink.

It wasn't on purpose but it worked out anyways.

After you print them out you're going to decoupage them onto something more sturdy

than paper... like, card-stock, some thin cardboard or poster board, which is what I

used.

Using a brush spread some Mod Podge…

Place the butterflies…

and give it another coat to seal them in.

Once they are dry, using acrylic paint I painted each one the colors I wanted and let them

dry.

You can use whatever you want to color these in.

Watercolors, crayons, markers or color pencils.

We'll be gluing these together later to give it that 3D effect so make sure to color

the pairs the same color.

Unless you want them to be two different colors and that's the look you're going for.

Using holo glitter glue and a brush, I coated each one, let it dry and gave in another coat.

I then cut each one out.

I separated the sets... taking the set that will go on top, I painted and glittered the

backs of those.

I then took some diamond puffy fabric paint and outlined all of them.

Lastly, I hot glued the set together as you see here.

And here they are, all finished.

I think they came out super cute and they're perfect for what I'll be using them for

but you can use these butterflies for anything.

Use your imagination, change the colors, sizes or add more detail if you want.

As always, have fun, be creative and make a mess!

Thanks for watching!

Senate Dems Vote 27-22 To Steal Major Constitutional Right - Duration: 2:54.

In the Dead of Night, Senate Dems Vote 27-22 To Steal Major Constitutional Right.

There is a reason we fight so hard for our rights.

Because if we don't, they will get taken away from us.

It is shocking to think that a party once devoted to civil rights now wants to destroy

our U.S. Constitution.

Yet time and again we see Democrats leading the charge to violate our rights.

Be they religious rights or the right to bear arms, they seek to erode every last one.

Just this weekend state senators passed a bill that will force Americans to betray their

own consciences.

They didn't care how it will affect the U.S. Constitution or the Declaration of Independence's

claims to the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all Americans.

From Daily Caller:

The Washington state Senate passed a bill Saturday mandating that insurance companies

pay for abortions and contraceptive drugs and procedures for maternity care plans.

The state legislature passed Senate Bill 6219 in a 27 to 22 vote Saturday, according to

KIRO7.

The measure insists that any company who provides maternity care must also provide coverage

for women who seek to abort.

It also requires insurance companies to cover all contraceptive methods including drugs,

implants, consultations and sterilization procedures.

The bill does not allow exceptions for religious or moral objections…

"It would require contraception and abortion coverage while violating the constitutionally

protected conscious rights of individuals, churches, businesses and others," Archbishop

of Seattle Peter Sartain said, according to the Peninsula Daily News.

"Maintaining the state's commitment to religious freedom is vital."

This is a shocking breach of our Constitutional rights.

Millions of Americans oppose abortion on the grounds of their faith.

Yet now, in the state of Washington, your insurance company is being forced to fund

this vile practice.

And, on top of that, those who work in Washington who contribute to their health insurance plan

will also be paying for these horrible things.

Does a state government have the right to force people to support abortion?

The act is largely considered unacceptable by Americans.

Many consider it murder, based on their morals and faith.

Can the government force a company to fund this practice?

I don't think so.

Don't be surprised if and when this bill is challenged in court.

It might even involve the U.S. Supreme Court, as it relates to the First Amendment.

The fight is far from over with this bill.

What do you think about this?

so you don't miss anything and with that being said we're just gonna jump right

in

alright guys I got a great one for you today I'm really really excited to bring

this one to you it's gonna be a short one sweet but to the point now if you

follow this channel for a while maybe you've taken to some of my udemy courses

one or two or you found me on you to me you know whether you've seen my udemy

courses or my YouTube videos on BG media innovations channel you know that the

main focus of this you know in the past and obviously it will remain this way

going forward has been screen recording and just kind of demonstrating my view

of my computer and how I you know my different click patterns of how I go

through the process of doing different business models that are gonna make you

money online so that you can follow those same click patterns thought

processes and I feel like that relates to the content to you really really well

and really really easily and I know a lot of you genuinely appreciate that but

for a while I have not been recording you know who I am myself you know kind

of building that personal relationship with you face to face camera wise and so

Speed Up Your Metabolism and Lose Weight Easily - Duration: 7:39.

Speed Up Your Metabolism and Lose Weight Easily

Its likely that youve heard of the metabolism on many occasions.

But, maybe you dont know exactly what it is.

The metabolism is a set of physical and chemical processes in our body that are related to the use of energy and so also to other functions like digestion, breathing, temperature and circulation.

In this article we will explain why speeding up your metabolism can help you lose weight more easily, as well as how to achieve this with simple, natural remedies.

Metabolism and weight loss.

Our base metabolism is that which regulates the burning of calories in our body.

Therefore, when it doesnt work correctly it can make us put on or lose weight more easily, independently of what we eat.

This explains the fact that some people gain weight despite eating very little, while others always still slim even when eating large quantities.

The good news is that some natural remedies and advice can help us to balance the metabolism without altering the rest of the functions of the body, which will have effects on our weight, temperature, digestion, etc.

It will also help us to prevent metabolic illnesses like thyroid disorders or diabetes.

How to speed up your metabolism.

1. Drink water

This simple habit, which all doctors recommend and we often find so hard to achieve, is an excellent metabolism accelerator.

Drinking small, repeated sips of water throughout the day, from when you get up, on an empty stomach, to when you go to bed, will help maintain a stable metabolism in your body.

It will also help you cleanse toxins and prevent the accumulation of liquids.

If you find it difficult to drink water you can add a little lemon juice and some drops of stevia, and drink it hot or cold depending on what you feel like.

Put the bottle next to you and this way you wont forget.

2. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle

The worst enemy of our metabolism is being sedentary, which sinks our body into a continuous passive state.

Office jobs and the hours we spend in front of the TV or computer have made this situation worse.

Set yourself the goal of getting up from your chair every 30 to 40 minutes for a couple of minutes to do some stretches or an errand.

Although it may seem insignificant, this will have general positive effects on your metabolism and on your health in general.

We also mustnt forget to do medium or high intensity exercise two or three times a week.

3. Rest well

During the day, we should keep active and in movement.

At night the time comes to lie down. We need enough nighttime, high-quality rest.

Our body follows some biorhythms defined by sunlight.

So, our rhythm should slow down from sunset to then reactivate at dawn.

If you suffer from insomnia or you wake up tired in the mornings, you should do relaxation or meditation practices.

Plan these at least an hour before going to bed.

Try to distance yourself from all kinds of electronic devices.

After all, these alter the nervous system and make nighttime rest difficult.

4. Eat several times a day

Many nutritionists recommend eating smaller quantities several times a day.

Although this recommendation isnt necessarily right for everyone, people who suffer from slow base metabolism can benefit from this piece of advice.

Have 5 meals a day, with nutritious and satisfying foods, but without getting over-full.

These foods, together with the water we should be drinking on an empty stomach, will keep our metabolism constant over the course of the day.

5. Condiment your food with spices

Culinary spices are excellent natural metabolism activators, as well as having many other properties.

We recommend eating the following spices every day:.

Cayenne pepper: one of the best remedies to stimulate the body, it promotes the production of gastric juices, and helps generate body heat and burn more calories.

You should start eating cayenne pepper little by little so that it doesnt irritate the digestive tract.

Start with a pinch and build up the quantity progressively.

Ginger: stimulant, diuretic and good for the digestion. It is ideal for seasoning meats, fish and desserts, as well as smoothies and lemonade.

Cinnamon: the most medicinal variety is ceylon cinnamon.

It is a stimulant and aphrodisiac, it is good for the digestion and it improves the circulation.
