Youtube daily report Oct 13 2017

You don't know...

how did I want to record this video.

Imagine a world

in which you had to put up with political sermons or rallys.

In which everybody always participated

and propose their ideas.

And... imagine that we would use the theatre for doing that

and people could rehearse real situations.

And imagine

that from what would turn out after those rehearshals in which you try real situations

arised some important-for-people stuff

and all of them became laws!

No imagination needed! This already exists

and it is alled Legislative Theatre.

Actually, in Brasil, particullarly in Rio de Janeiro

there are three lawas made from theatre.

And now... a snapshot with the list of those laws!

But, you'd wonder

"How the hell can we make a law with theatre?"

In Rio de Janeiro's case was quite easy.

In 1991, Augusto Boal is elected as vereador.

Who wasn't politician but stage director and theatre pedagoge

and decided to use what he knew for doing politics.

And you know what...?

It worked!

The process in Legislative Theatre is simple.

An intermediary between government and people is created

as it happen everywhere.

But this intermediary consist of

a group of artist of Theatre of the Oppressed.

Particullarly, artists of Forum theatre.

Forum Theatre is a kind of theatre in where the audience

is encouraged to acting with the rest of the actors/tresses

It is like a mainstream forum, in which we talk.

But instead of being "conversational topics"

there are theatre plays.

And instead of talking, people also performs.

So... intead of being called as "forum"

it is called Forum Theatre

Beacuse it is a forum, made by theatre.

Pretty easy, isn't it?

Augusto Boal had a perfect definition for Forum theatre:

"Forum theatre is a rehearshal for real life".

And, Legislative Theatre is a kind of Forum Theatre.

But, since it's a Forum Theatre fo making laws

it's called "Legislative" Theatre instead of "Forum" Theatre.

They have not complicated their lives for naming things.

It's probable that you can figure out how does it works now.

Taking in count the conclusions that turn out in the rehearshals

the laws are made.

Ok, but, apart from the fact that people actually performs

what are the actual differences between organize a debate

and organize a session of Legislative Theatre.

Well, it's mainly that noone is better than any other one.

Theatre gives to everybody the same rights to talking.

the same rights to say everything you think in the way that you think it.

Even despite yourself, because you an more or less control your words

but we are not used to control our body language.

which is also meaningful and it's really binding in Legislative Theatre's decision making.

Futhermore, all what happen has to be "acted"

Paying lip service doesn't work.

You have to experience it.

If you are, for instance, dicussing about gender mistreatment

and someone else has proposed a Forum Theatre play about it

you would likely have to walk into the mistreated person's shoes.

And maybe when you walk even into the shoes of the harasser

you say to yourself "oops, this was not as easy as I imagined...".

And I say this from experience, since I lived it!

So, you cannot just to talk and throwing your speech.

We trend to that a lot of times but...

In Forum Theatre and Legislative Theatre, this doesn't work.

And happen also that the outcoming conclusions, the outcoming laws

are, at first, unexpeted things

because they come from the coletive union of

all opinions in all possible languages.

Not only while talking

but also with body language and the fact of feeling

To improvise is like this. You what to do, but not how to.

Do you remember?

I have to confess that I'm a partiular fan of Theatre of the Oppressed.

Which I didn't explain, by the way.

We will leave to another video

since there is a lot of room for it.

I one of the thngs I like the most about theatre

and one of the things I performed the most.

I leave you an example of what I did, here below, in the description.

And what do you think?

It is better to work on a speech, and try to convince people with your good ideas...?

Or it's better to leave and idea into a group without hierarchys and see what turns out?

Would you like the Legsilative Theatre to be installed somewhere?

Is it viable to do it where you live?

How would you do it?

Leave your answers in the comments box!

And this was the today's video, so far.

See you in the next showhearshal!

An introduction in Raspberry Pi hi-fi - Duration: 13:46.

Can a 30 Euro credit card computer reproduce serious hifi?

Does it need anything else to do so and is it easy to set up.

All questions that were posed to me over the last month.

Let's answer these questions and more, using the Raspberry Pi.

Nowadays there are many credit card computers and some of them are more powerful than the

Raspberry Pi.

But the Pi is by far the best supported.

If you're very handy with Linux - the operating system that is mainly used on this type of

computers - be adventurous.

If not, stick to the Raspberry Pi.

For normal music reproduction the Raspberry Pi 2B and 3B are well suited.

The current 2B, version1.2 lacks radios for Bluetooth and Wi-fi, which is good for the

sound and less if you need either.

The 3B IS fitted with both Bluetooth and Wi-fi.

The 2B cost slightly under 40 euros, the 3B slightly above.

Then you need a microSD card.

This is a tiny memory card that acts as the 'hard disk' of the Raspberry Pi and you

later have to copy the program to it.

Don't be frightened, it really is a piece of cake.

Depending on the size and speed it will set you back 5 to 10 euros.

Next you will need a sound card.

The Raspberry Pi does have an audio output but that sounds horrible.

Here there are four ways to go: use an external sound card - a so called d/a-converter - connected

over USB to the Pi, use a sound card mounted on the Pi, that outputs the digital signal

- the so called SPDIF signal - to a digital input on your stereo, a sound card mounted

on the Pi that does the digital to analogue conversion or a sound card mounted on the

Pi that not only converts the digital signal to analogue but also contains a simple amplifier

so you can connect your loudspeaker directly to it.

The best quality can be achieved with the SPDIF option, provided your stereo has a digital

input and does the conversion properly.

Second best is the digital to analogue conversion done by the sound card if you choose a quality

sound card.

They vary from 30 to 130 euros but it's difficult to say what you will need since

it depends on your stereo and how critical you are.

Sound cards with integrated amplifier provide a relatively low quality, although, when combined

with 200 euro speakers, better than many bluetooth loudspeakers.

Using the external sound card over USB is limited by pollution of the USB connection

caused by the Raspberry Pi.

No problem for the cheaper options but not really suited for better ones.

So, we're adding up 40 plus 5 plus 30 euros makes 75 euros for the cheapest option.

Or 40 plus 10 plus 130 voor the top notch sound card with digital to analogue conversion,

adding up to 180 euro's.

And we're not there yet.

For we need at least a simple power supply and a simple housing, both costing a tenner.

So the simplest version will set you back 95 euros, the top notch version 200 euros.

The 10 euros costing power supply does have a negative effect on the sound.

That's ok for the low cost option but the top notch option the extra money payed for

the sound card would be a bad investment.

A proper power supply would set you back about 90 euros.

See the link to the review of power supplies.

A really good power supply would even cost 250 euros but let's go for the 90 euro version

and now we are at 280 euro's.

That is already more than the Teufel Raumfeld Connector.

See the review, the link is in the show notes.

If sound quality versus money is the only factor, only the combination of a Raspberry

Pi with an SPDIF card and proper power supply is a winner at about 150 euros.

But then your stereo has to have a digital input free or you have to add a separate d/a-converter.

As said, this does potentially offers the best sound.

But you might wonder what's making the Raspberry Pi attractive as a music player.

Of course, to some putting a Raspberry Pi player together is just fun.

To others the apparently low price does it.

A remark I frequently heard is: I use that 30 euro credit card sized computer for my

music.

You know better now, although some McIver types might be able to spare a bit by making

their own housing and power supply.

Then it's not about the money but about being a happy DIY'er.

And that's fine.

For most the appeal of the raspberry Pi as music player will lie in the versatility.

You can have the Pi emulate a Squeezebox, play over Airplay, be a Roon Ready endpoint

or just a stand alone player controlled by your smartphone or tablet.

And you can do it all with the same hardware.

Simply change the microSD card for one containing other software and you're set.

There are some caveats though.

Like with Windows hardware of old, drivers are essential and not all sound cards are

supported by all software.

So check that before you start.

That leads to the question what software to choose and how much will it cost?

As with all software, there is far more available than I have experience with.

But I do have experience with several types of player software.

Let's start with using the Raspberry Pi as a stand alone player.

Most software will be based on the standard Linux music player, called Music Player Deamon,

MPD for short.

It is a so called command line application that has no graphical user interface.

A programmer just uses the MPD and builds a user interface around it.

My favourite program using this approach is Volumio.

When you install it and set it up for use with your sound card, you only have to add

a storage device containing music.

That can be a memory stick or hard disk connected to the Pi iover USB or a shared volume on

the network, like on your PC or NAS.

You can operate Volumio from an internet browser on a PC, smartphone or tablet.

The Raspberry Pi itself need not have a monitor, keyboard and mouse connected.

For both iOS and Android devices you could also use an app that is MPD compatible and

there are many of them with names like MPoD, MPaD, Coble MPD, MPDLuxe, reMPD,…

You get the idea.

Comparable programs are for instance Rune Audio and MoOde Audio Player.

Another approach is to use the Raspberry Pi only as an output device and have the catalog

managed by another computer or by a NAS.

Very popular is the Logitech Media Server program that does the catalog while the Raspberry

Pi is sent audio and metadata.

The Logitech Media Server - LMS for short - has been developed for the Squeezebox renderers

so you have to use Squeezebox emulation software on the Raspberry Pi.

A good example is PiCorePlayer that was used in the review of the Audiophonics RaspTouch.

In that case the LMS can be controlled from the touch screen of the RaspTouch but also

using a browser or smartphone and tablet app like with Volumio.

Any Squeezebox compatible app will work.

Alternatives are Squeezeplayer and Squeezelite, The least attractive way - at least for me

- to use the Raspberry Pi for music reproduction is DLNA, an archaic protocol made up by the

big consumer electronics companies to view video, photos and music over the network a

quarter of a century ago.

It is slow, doesn't support gapless playback and knows all kinds of implementations, including

a number under the UPnP AV name.

Therefore I have no recent experience using DLNA.

The most attractive way to use the Raspberry Pi is as a Roon Endpoint.

See the link to the review for more on Roon.

When the Roon image is written to the microSD card, it is almost fully controlled using

the Roon control app on your computer, tablet of smartphone.

Given the price of Roon it is highly unlikely that it will be used with a Raspberry Pi as

main system, but here it is ideal for the study, garage, kitchen or other less critical

applications.

In general all player software is free, although there are some that cost a little money.

The programs I mentioned are all free and work like a charm, including the Roon Bridge

software.

But with Roon you do have to subscribe to use the server software: € 120 per year

or € 500 for a lifetime subscription.

The Raspberry Pi's mentioned have a 20 pin extension connector for connecting extra boards

like a sound card.

To install a sound card, you first screw on the spacers that should come with your sound

card, then carefully push the sound card on the extension connector and finish with fixing

it using the supplied nuts.

If you also have ordered a housing - which you should - follow the instructions that

came with it and mount the Raspberry Pi in the housing.

The next thing you should do is download a so called image of the player you have selected.

This must be done on your Windows computer or Mac.

An image is the content of a hard disk or - in this case - the microSD that acts as

the boot drive for the Raspberry Pi.

This file will have a name that ends on dot img.

Windows users now have to download Win32Diskimager, Mac users should download PiWriter.

Links to both are in the show notes.

Install this program and run it.

You now have to stick the microSD card in your computer.

Some computers have a slot for microSD.

If not, you should use an adaptor to full size SD or USB, depending on your computer.

These adapters are available from the same source you get your microSD card from.

Win32Diskimager or PiWriter will ask you what SD card to use, then what image to use and

ask you if the copying can be started.

After a few minutes the program will report it has finished.

Take the microSD card out of the computer and stick it in the card holder on the Raspberry

Pi.

Connect the power supply to the Raspberry Pi and wait for it to boot.

Depending on the player chosen, you might have to start the browser and type in a name,

like volumio.local to get the user interface.

Sometimes you need to type the IP address of the computer that indexes the music, followed

by colon 9000.

For instance 192.168.0.12:9000.

If you use an app to control it , you might have to point the app to the server software

or the Raspberry Pi.

To know what to do exactly, see the website of the player software.

A review of the Volumio player is already on line - see the link below this video in

DIY HALLOWEEN - 5 EASY DECORATIONS - Duration: 7:24.

Kidi… What?! Kidi Fun!

Welcome to Kidi Fun's Manor… Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Hey Kids! Today's scenery is a bit special

as we want to show you five easy ideas of decorations for Halloween...

all you need to frighten your guests to death!

For this first DIY, I suggest we make a bloody candle.

You will need a white candle, a red candle

and some matches to use with caution.

Here, I simply light up a red candle

which set aside to melt for about 10 minutes.

Now, I gradually pour melted red wax on the white candle

to imitate dripping blood...

That's some horror-movie-like candle!

Repeat this step all around the candle

and take your time to cover the top of the candle as well.

There you go! The candle is ready! Easy, wasn't it?

Then, I wanted to show you how to make spider pompoms.

You will need a fork and black wool, preferably.

I cut the first thread

which I tighten to the fork with a piece of tape.

Then, I roll the wool thread around the fork.

You must get a good thickness of wool.

Afterwards, cut the thread

and pass it in between the loops to block it.

Remove the piece of tape

and with the first thread, make a double knot.

Tighten it well, it's very important.

Then, slide the pompom on the fork

and cut the wool threads with scissors.

Make sure not to cut the middle thread with which you made a double knot,

otherwise, your pompom will loosen completely.

Trim the threads and shape the pompom in your hand to make a ball.

You can now create legs for your spiders with chenille yarn.

Glue them together with hot glue

and fix the pompom with glue as well.

You don't have to but you can decorate it with using googly eyes

or red felt to make bloody teeth.

Your spiders are ready!

Now I'll show you how to make pumpkin pompoms.

The beginning is the same as for the spider pompoms we made.

I use a fork to create a pompom.

I secure the thread by passing it in between the loops of wool.

I remove the tape from the fork

and I make a tight double knot.

I remove the wool from the fork and I cut and trim it with scissors.

Take your time to trim the pumpkin for it to be leveled

and decorate it with green felt to make the stalk

or with green felt to give it a pair of eyes and a mouth.

Yes, I know, it's not that scary, but it surely is cute!

How about we make a pumpkin jar?

You will need painter's tape and a pencil

to draw the shapes of your pumpkin's face.

Take a strip of tape

and cut out the eyes and mouth for your pumpkin.

Place them on a jar

and use orange paint to decorate it.

Put a good amount of paint on the jar

with a flat foam brush.

Cover the jar completely

and remove the tape before it dries to reveal the features of the face.

Now, I am using some string for the top part of the jar.

I wind it around and fix it with hot glue for it to hold well.

I make circle the jar twice to cover it completely.

No I use black paint

to outline the eyes and mouth of my pumpkin.

If you make a small mistake, don't worry!

It's very easy to remove the paint with your finger

or with a cotton bud.

There you go! Your jar is ready!

Now, I show you a DIY to make fake candles.

You will need toilet paper rolls

and hot glue.

Make the glue drip all around the top part of the roll.

Be careful not to burn yourself.

Then, use white acrylic paint.

When your glue is dry,

paint over the roll with a flat foam brush.

To make it look even more like the wax is dripping, I use a regular paintbrush.

I take a fake candle,

which I found to be rather inexpensive at Action (shop in France).

I place it inside the roll.

Make lots of them to create a very lugubrious scenery.

I hope you will have as much fun as I did making these DIYs.

I absolutely LOVE Halloween!

Feel free to send me pictures of your work on Facebook or Instagram.

See you soon!

DW | CARTOGRAPHY OF THE EMOTIONS: THE ANGER (Trailer) | Online dance school by Illan Rivière - Duration: 1:14.

There are different types of anger:

real and alerting and therefore appropriate,

and transferred anger, which is blind and therefore disproportionate.

There is anger that is of virtue and courage:

a concentrated force and effective in alerting, directed at what is necessary,

which, with audacity and knowledge, also faces what is difficult and powerful.

Instead of imposing myself and taking or getting what I lack,

I get angry or annoyed with the people I did not demand, ask or take from.

3 key battles ahead of Liverpool vs. Man United - Duration: 3:55.

A big test for Joe Gomez and an opportunity for Mo Salah – 3 key battles ahead of Liverpool vs. Man United

Liverpool and Man United do battle in a vital Premier League clash this weekend, with various match-ups set to be key to the final outcome.

We are edging closer to the next installment in one of the most famous rivalries in European football, as the Reds host their arch-enemy on Saturday lunchtime.

It is an explosive way to return to domestic football, following the international break, with Jurgen Klopp's side badly in need of a win after just one win in their last seven games between the last international breaks.

These matches are never straightforward to predict, but whoever wins certain key battles will take a big step towards victory at Anfield. Here are three tussles that could prove pivotal.

News of Sadio Mane's hamstring injury was a crushing blow earlier this week, with arguably Liverpool's best player set to miss six weeks of action.

With the Senegalese's pace, movement and end product taken from the Reds' starting lineup for the next six weeks, the performance of Mohamed Salah will be critical.

The 25-year-old is riding on the crest of a wave after his last-gasp penalty secured World Cup qualification for Egypt last weekend, and we need to see similar heroics from him at Anfield.

Salah is expected to be deployed from his favoured right-sided attacking role, and he is the man Klopp will rely on to get in behind United's defence and cause problems.

The visitors' biggest weakness is left-back, with Ashley Young the favourite to start there on Saturday. Daley Blind is also an option.

This has to be exploited by both Klopp and Salah, with Young far from an out-and-out defender and Blind lacking pace.

It will be interesting to see if Jose Mourinho doubles up on the Egyptian, sacrificing a flair player in the process, should he be concerned about the threat he poses.

Salah has the ability to give Young a torrid time, but we must see a more ruthless edge from him if a key chance falls his way.

11 has averaged 3. 7 shots per goal so far this season, compared to Mane's 2. 4 – he needs to display the ruthlessness of his stricken teammate this weekend.

Although Mourinho may be tempted to go ultra-defensive and use both Young and Blind down the left flank, it would be a surprise if he didn't show faith in either Marcus Rashford or Anthony Martial.

The talented young pair have both been impressive in the opening few weeks of the season, rotating in and out of the side with one another and scoring 10 goals between them.

Both are lightning fast and very direct, and whoever gets the nod on Saturday will give Joe Gomez a very tough afternoon. The 20-year-old should be preferred to Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back, with his physicality and height more suited to facing United.

He hasn't always shone in a relatively unfamiliar role, however, and there is a nagging worry that Mourinho will see him as an individual who can be targeted.

If Rashford gets the nod, his power and speed will be a match for Gomez every time they go up against each other, while Martial has enjoyed more goals and assists per minute than any Premier League player so far this season.

Gomez also needs to make whoever starts think about their defensive duties, and while going forward doesn't come too naturally to him, dovetailing with Salah and making unselfish runs to create space will be very important.

This will be one of the former Charlton Athletic youngster's sternest tests in a Liverpool shirt – it will be a major step in the right direction if he passes with flying colours. Matip & Lovren vs.

Liverpool's 1-1 draw at Newcastle in their last game was just the latest show of inept defending from Joel Matip and Dejan Lovren.

Joselu's equaliser was a complete mess – Matip was more at fault this time – and it essentially cost the Reds two precious points.

The duo will once again start at centre-back this weekend, with Klopp left with almost no alternative, given Ragnar Klavan's limitations and Gomez's lack of experience.

They will be tasked with stopping Romelu Lukaku – a striker in the form of his life, and someone desperate to prove he has a big-game mentality.

The big Belgian has made a flying start to life at United, scoring 11 times in 10 appearances, and only failing to find the net in one game to date. He will fancy his chances this weekend.

In fairness to Matip and Lovren, they often perform better in the big matches, with their concentration levels better than against lesser sides, but they cannot afford any slip-ups on Saturday.

Lukaku is one of Europe's most lethal finishers currently, and with the likes of Rashford, Martial and Henrikh Mkhitaryan also waiting to pounce upon any error, immaculate performances are paramount from the pair.

Saturday's clash provides a perfect opportunity for Liverpool's centre-back duo to silence the doubters, but if they are bullied by United's attack, specifically Lukaku, the vultures will continue to circle.

It is bovine spongiform encephalopathy or mad cow disease, the best known

of all diseases caused by the infectious agent.

This disease is caused by a malignant protein is unknown why originates,

the fact is that scientific progress can only know what causes it, not as

UNBOXING THE NEW POWERSLIDE SWELL TRINITY 125 CITY FROM THE 2018 INLINE SKATES LINE// VLOG 168 - Duration: 6:05.

I've been told not to show this skate until this skate is released

Olá Youtube my name is Ricardo Lno and I'm a wheel addict today we're gonna talk

about the newest fitness skates, but before talking about this newest fitness skate I'm

gonna talk about these new fitness line which is not that new basically around

two years ago powerslide released the fitness inline skates line called swell

when they first released the skates the skates were only 165 millimeter mount

which means that you could only find the swell with the one screw in the back and

one screw in the front and that was normal it was the same mounting that was

used on free skates on some speed skates for like smaller feet but last year

powerslide released the new frame mounting system called the Trinity and

that's wild lime the fitness inline skate line also adds some morals with

that new system the Trinity line there was one skate which was one of my

favorite she was called the dark lava the dark lava is a new version of it

it's not called dark lava let's open it ready for this

it's called the power slide swell Trinity 125 City so I got this kit for I

would say at least two weeks here but I've been told not to show this skate

until this skate is released now that the skate is released I can reveal it to

the world and there you go these these is the new power slide swell Trinity

125 city I love it it's basically almost old black there's a little bit of some

grayish details here with the power slide swell soft top it has a 45-degree

velcro strap from what I know compared to the first version of the swells the

shell boot was a little bit changed and also the foams on the inside had some

changes so that they feel a lot more comfortable also again it's a Trinity

one two three it's a trinity mount and it comes with under cover wheels and

these undercover wheels I don't think you'll find it anywhere else

at least until now there's not one single whitey retained black hub 125

will from undercover so maybe in the new collection I have no idea we will see

other than that it comes with a back 9 check that you're off it comes with a

back 9 bearings and they're still rolling let's wait for this to stop

doesn't seem like it's going to stop anytime soon

is it any please stop so we can continue today okay then it is like this yellow

lace is just to make it a little bit different

the yellow laces goes a little bit with the yellow graphics on the wheels black

and yellow graphics on the wheels you see it and yes that's it also important

they do come with the stopper but if you want to use the brake

they come with a break this is the I would say probably the best fitness

skate that you'll that you'll find it's a little bit pricier than the regular

fitness skate if you're going for like an entry-level because a lot of people

always think that Fitness skates would be like the entry level skate which is

not basically this is like I said probably the best fit the skate that you

can find as some of the best wheels it has like a Trinity frame like super

solid frame the frame is I think I don't know what you call this thing

I think it's called casted which means that it was all put it in the mold and

then they made it this way and it is like these little things these little

partner are curved to make the frame stronger and sit so the frame is also

super solid the boot is the boot that you already know like super comfortable

soft tops but at the same time super supportive with trendy colors kind of

reminds me of a sneaker like sports shoe running shoe whatever you want to call

it so yes it costs around three hundred and forty euros

but if you're really serious into fitness you want this also series into

fitness after my yesterday video you might want this too this is the fitness

outlet but it doesn't need to be this much to use any other element what I'm

trying to say yeah just because it's gonna be skating

around that doesn't mean that you don't need protections so here we go

other Indy skate there were a few more skates released there was the white

version there was like a super girly maybe for some guys I don't know pink

and yellow skate yeah pink yeah pink and yellow like a floor pink

in yellow and that's it I hope you enjoyed this video if you did enjoy this

video don't forget to subscribe to the channel if you're ready subscribe to the

channel and leave let me know if you like it by giving me a thumbs up or if

you didn't like it but give me a thumbs down other than that just like I always

say let's just never forget why we all started skating because it's fun cheers

guys it's you soon

How To Get Rid Of Hiccups │ Hiccups Home Remedies │Health Care - Duration: 2:54.

How To Get Rif Of Hiccups.

If you are experiencing hiccups, acid reflux could be a contributory factor and you may

need to find a remedy to find relief from this non-serious, yet distressing symptom.

Hiccups, also called hiccoughs, result when the diaphragm suddenly contracts.

The diaphragm is the thin muscle located under the heart and lungs that separates the chest

from the abdomen and assists with inhaling.

In this video we are talking about best 5 home remedies to get rid of hiccups.

So please like share and subscribe our channel for more videos.

1.

Cold Water.

When suffering from hiccups, you could shock your whole system to stop that condition.

You just need to drink quickly one glass of cold water along with honey and your hiccups

will disappear away instantly.

Another way to use cold water to stop hiccups is to gargle with it for about 1 minute.

2.

Sugar.

Another great home treatment for hiccups is sugar, particularly for those small children

and babies who could not efficiently make use of the remedies above.

You can fill 1 teaspoon with brown or white sugar.

Keep holding that spoon in your mouth for about 5 seconds.

Let the sugar dissolve without chewing it, slowly.

Then, take a sip of water to stop hiccups 3.

Vinegar.

This is another natural, effective way to stop hiccups.

The sour taste of vinegar could help in distracting your mind, thereby helping stop your hiccups.

Simply swallow a half of vinegar, then take one glass of water after that.

Or, you could mix 1 teaspoon of vinegar with a small amount of water.

You should swallow it slowly so your hiccups will stop.

4.

Peanut Butter.

Peanut butter is also one of home remedies for hiccups.

First, you put 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter within your mouth.

Keep holding it for several seconds before swallowing it without chewing.

If necessary, you can drink one glass of water.

In case that peanut butter is not available around you, alternate it with almond butter.

5.

Lemon.

Among many home remedies for hiccups, this is one of the most little-known, yet it is

a sure manner to get the effectiveness.

You can put a half of teaspoon of undiluted lemon juice into your own mouth.

Thanks to the overwhelming taste of lemon, it will compel you to swallow difficultly

and hiccups will disappear instantly.

Liverpool vs. Man United Preview - Klopp's men desperate for victory over arch-rivals - Duration: 2:27.

Liverpool vs. Man United Preview - Klopp's men desperate for victory over arch-rivals

Liverpool host Man United in a huge Premier League clash on Saturday lunchtime, with the Reds looking for just their second win in eight matches. Saturday, October 14, 2017 — 12. 30pm (BST)AnfieldPremier LeagueReferee: Martin Atkinson.

The likes of Man City and Chelsea may be doing their best to change it, but this remains the undisputed biggest game in English football.

The rivalry between Liverpool and United is unlike anything else in the country, and Saturday's clash promises to be a fascinating encounter.

It is a game that both sets of supporters dread losing, but one that makes for legendary post-match celebrations if you win—we have all experienced those highs and lows over the years.

United come to town as arguably the favourites to take all three points, having dropped just two in the league in their first seven games.

Jose Mourinho's side have had an easy run of fixtures, but they look a strong all-round unit, and Nemanja Matic and Romelu Lukaku are excellent signings who have turned United into title contenders.

Liverpool, meanwhile, continue to frustrate despite often playing well, defending poorly and lacking ruthlessness in front of goal. It is now just one win in seven, in all competitions.

The Reds' bitter rivals don't necessarily look any better in between each penalty area, but the difference in quality at both ends of the pitch is why they already have a seven-point lead over them.

These are games that often turn with one dodgy refereeing decision or a moment of individual brilliance, and Saturday's much-anticipated meeting could be no different.

Deep down, both Mourinho and Jurgen Klopp would not be disappointed with a point apiece, but they will feel their respective sides have enough to snatch all three. A nail-biting 90 minutes at Anfield awaits.

Liverpool have been dealt a big blow with the news that Sadio Mane will be out of action for approximately six weeks with a hamstring injury. Once again, the international break has struck down a key player.

Brazilian pair Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino didn't return from duty until Thursday, which is far from ideal for Klopp. Both are expected to start with Mane already unavailable, though.

Joe Gomez is likely to be preferred to Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back, while on the opposite flank, Alberto Moreno should start, despite Andrew Robertsonproviding stiff competition.

Gini Wijnaldum was anonymous at Newcastle United in the Reds' last game, and the Dutchman would likely have been dropped if Mane was fit. A much-improved performance is required from him.

Nathaniel Clyne and Adam Lallana are still missing through injury, but the English duo are slowly nearing a return. Their stock has actually risen since being on the treatment table.

Paul Pogba is out for United, with the midfielder's return date still unknown, and Marouane Fellaini is unavailable after suffering knee ligament damage with Belgium. Michael Carrick and Marcos Rojo are also injured, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic is yet to make his comeback.

Lukaku and Phil Jones are both expected to recover from knocks, while Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial will battle it out for a start on the left wing.

WHY I LOVE the Photography Community :: Clean Water for Puerto Rico - Duration: 4:53.

water is not a particularly sexy topic to make a video about it's something

that we use every day it's part of our routine we use it to clean we drink it

water is not something that we give a lot of thought to unless all of a sudden

you didn't have it

so I want to talk to you guys for just a second about

something that's going on in the photography community that I am really

proud of this is a project that a couple of my colleagues have put together that

I want to share with you guys today because this is a wonderful story and

it's a really cool thing that they're doing some of you may be familiar with

the gentleman who has a YouTube channel he goes by the name Michael the Maven he

has a photography channel it's very good he is also an Operations Manager for the

Salvation Army and he is in Puerto Rico right now so if you've watched the news

at all in the last couple months you are probably aware of the situation with

this year's hurricane season that was pretty devastating first in my home

state of Texas but then also in Florida and probably the hardest hit has been

Puerto Rico the devastation in Puerto Rico has been catastrophic and you're

talking about people who have been left without electricity and without running

water without standard supplies that you and I take for granted every day that

they just don't have access to now because the nature of the situation in

Puerto Rico it's also been a logistical nightmare to actually get people the

supplies that they need when you take things for granted

for instance running water that's something that I don't even think about

I can get up and I can go get a glass of water right now I'm not worried about

what's in it it's a different situation down there when you don't have access to

clean water not only for bathing but also for drinking and this is just

staying alive this is like not only just individuals but it's people with

families it's a really bad situation so Chelsea Northrup reached out to this

company that makes these very basic water filtration systems it's just like

a bag and you put a filter over the top you're able to pour the dirty water in

it filters it out there's a simple way of cleaning it and these things are

reusable for like up to 300 gallons of water it's pretty amazing

so the Northrup's came up with this idea along with Michael of putting together a

project that people could donate money on the internet we could buy as many of

these filtration systems as possible and then have them delivered directly to

people in Puerto Rico most of you guys probably watched these other channels

and you likely already know about this project but I wanted to talk about it

because it's something that I'm really proud to see the photography community

pulling together to do and I wanted to make sure that you guys knew about it

you know I do videos every now and then where I talk about things I did one when

the hurricane hit Texas a few months ago and I say this a lot and I don't mean

for it to sound cheesy but it's something I honestly believe

that in life we're defined by two things the relationships that we have and our

actions and there are times where the right thing to do is to put the camera

down for a minute and give to a greater cause and I think

this is one that's particularly interesting Chelsea reached out to tell

me about the project and I told her I was really interested in getting

involved they've already raised a very significant amount of money and I was

like how can I help you do more with this and she said well why don't you

donate some stuff that we could give away as incentives so we talked about it

for a little while I'm going to pitch in 10 prints and these are going to be kind

of limited edition so if you donate up at the hundred dollar level I believe

Tony has put some prints in as well as Michael as well but while they last you

guys can choose one if you want to do that so I'm gonna give ten signed prints

in and the other thing that I thought would be particularly interesting to do

is something that I never do so I get requests all the time for portfolio

reviews and it's something that I really don't do in general and it's basically a

time restraint on my end I don't want to give somebody a casual review of their

work without being able to go in-depth with them it's certainly something that

I don't want to do on the show I know I do a little bit with Photo Assignments but

I'm talking about a full portfolio review plus I also need to know in terms

of its that's something you want to do what are your goals what are your

ambitions as a photographer and so I just typically don't do these I told

Chelsea I would do three of these so if you donate at the three hundred dollar

level I will give you an hour of my time on skype we can go over your work or

whatever you want to talk about so that is the deal I will put a link to the

campaign in the show description and I strongly encourage you guys to go check

it out there are some really nice incentives in there or you can just go

donate money to the cause but one last thing I want to say about this I had

very little to do with this I'm just helping out but I am really proud of my

colleagues that have found a way for something that's very personal to them

to bring us together as a community to do our part that's the important part so

- Tony and Chelsea and Michael I think this is just outstanding and I'm

flattered to be involved with it but it really I have very little to do with it

this is all them and I couldn't be more proud to be amongst this community that

they are a big part of so anyway go check that out also go check out Tony

and Chelsea's video where they talk about the water filtration stuff it's

actually pretty interesting very simple devices and this could make a big

difference in a lot of people's lives until the next video I will see you guys

then later

What Writers Should Learn From Rocky - Duration: 9:02.

"Every day, I truly miss that character so much, I tell you, sometimes I could just

cry, because I'll never have a voice like that again, where I can just speak

whatever I feel in my heart. That's the one thing I'll always cherish about that

character, because if I say it, you won't believe it, but when Rocky said it, it was

the truth." Why is rocky so inspirational? Like

millions of other people, these movies and this character have inspired me for

years. The films are like adrenaline shots of motivation. It is my favorite

movie. And it's not just because Rocky has a lovable accent, or because he gives

great speeches. A different character saying the same lines might come off as

preachy, and we'd be like Marie: "Screw you creepo." But with Rocky, we lower our defenses. We trust him. And I

think the reason for that, the reason we root for him, is that maybe more than any

other fictional character I've ever seen, we see ourselves in him, while at the

same time, seeing who we wish we could be. I think one of the ways the original

film accomplished this was by taking its time to lock in our empathy for the

character. Here's a question: when should a story start? And I mean really start.

Not just what the first scene should be, but when should the events of the story

go into hyperspace. If you've read Blake Snyder's infamous guide to screenwriting

"Save The Cat," you'd probably answer definitively, page 12.

Snyder calls this moment "the catalyst." You can also call it, the inciting

incident. It's when something happens that launches the character into action.

We've had a glimpse of their normal life, and then BAM! something happens and they

have to answer the call. That book published in 2005, has had wide-reaching

influence in Hollywood, because it provided a page-by-page formula for

writing movies. Snyder argues that we should cut out "redundant details" that

"clog up" the story so that we can get the catalyst moment to page 12.

Well that is total nonsense. Here's the catalyst moment in Rocky. Jergins: "Would you be

interested in fighting Apollo Creed for the World Heavyweight Championship?" That

happens on page fifty-five in the script. For nearly a

full hour before this moment, the film is dedicated to one thing: making you care

about the characters. I've talked about how to create empathy for a character on

this channel before, but Rocky really demonstrates how making an empathetic

character isn't just about checking some box once and then moving on with the

plot. It's a constant process. In that first hour, we are repeatedly shown how

poor, alienated, and alone Rocky is. We see his run-down apartment, the fact that he

works as an enforcer in addition to being a boxer, that he regularly gets

stiffed by fight organizers for his winnings, and that he'd try to haggle a guy

for two bucks. We know how washed up and alienated he

feels because literally everyone he meets insults him. Someone calls him a bum

in the first scene. Adrian's boss is dismissive of him. Boss: "Starin' with the bad jokes early, huh?"

Gazo's driver calls him ugly. Mickey says he's washed up.

Micky: "You're a tomato." A younger boxer taunts him. The girl he walks home says "Screw you Creepo."

The only person who doesn't insult him is Adrian. To show how lonely he is, we

don't just see him sitting alone in his apartment. We see him talking to his pets

and to pictures of his family. We see him walking down cold and empty streets, sad

and alone, not just once, but four times. Save The Cat says this is redundant. I'd

call it effective. Especially when you're soundtrack is written by Bill Conti.

Now if you were to apply the formula laid out in Save The Cat to Rocky, you

might end up saying that this scene is the "midpoint" and that the "catalyst" is

when Rocky talks with Adrien in the pet shop, or when he finds out he lost

his locker. You can make that argument, but I think it only works retroactively.

Because I don't think anyone reads Save The Cat and then structures a movie like

Rocky. If you tried that, then you'd probably drop a lot of the meaty scenes

establishing Rocky's character. That scene where he walks a girl home? Well we

got to cut that right? She doesn't even show up later in the movie. So cut this

cut that. You'd get it down to maybe three quick scenes at the gym, at home and on

the docks, and then this guy would show up and make the offer. By bringing the

"catalyst" up to page 12, you've followed the formula -- congratulations! -- but in the

process, you've butchered one of the best stories ever told. Because that's the

thing with the rules of writing. Barbosa: "They're more what you call guidelines than actual rules."

So chuck out the idea that a script needs to hit certain beats on certain pages.

Studying the craft of writing is about building out your toolkit, to learn the

techniques that can help shape your story when it's not working,

instead of getting a paint-by-numbers formula that writes the story for you.

Some stories just need more room to breathe. Now having bad things happen to

a character is one thing, but what makes rocky unique is that he is miraculously

able to withstand the slings and arrows of life, and still remain a good person.

Yes he's working as a leg-breaker, but he still has a heart. He doesn't hurt this

guy even though it could get him into trouble with Gazo, and when he sees a

drunk guy out on the street, he carries him into the bar. This gives us a glimpse

at the man he could be if it weren't for rotten luck. This movie came out in 1976,

at a time when anti-heroes dominated the box office. I think the idea of a real

underdog hero, of an individual triumphing when everyone else told them

they were worthless, came like a revelation, seizing on a Zeitgeist

nobody knew was there until it happened. We see ourselves in him because he

struggles. But we see who we wish we could be because he doesn't let the

world run him down. There's one more thing to say here. Sylvester Stallone

wrote rocky when he became obsessed with the idea of a story about redemption,

about unfulfilled dreams, and of personal triumph, because that's what he was

dealing with at the time, being an unsuccessful actor after years of trying

and abysmal poverty. All of that adds a layer of authenticity to the film that's

impossible to replicate, but it reinforces for me why writing needs to

come from some kind of emotional truth. Chasing industry trends, or squeezing a

story into preordained boxes, will only guarantee that you'll make okay at best

films, not great ones. This movie has been so inspiring to me personally because I

cannot watch it on its own. I can't see it without seeing the struggle behind

the camera, or how he was so poor at the time he had to sell his dog for 50 bucks,

or how he turned down hundreds of thousands of dollars so that he could

star in the film. Rocky's story of determination and

sudden success after years of struggle is Stallone story too -- and when I look at

the film through that lens, it magnifies every emotion the movie makes me feel.

But the only reason I care so much about any of this, is because the film took the

time to make me.

I can't even comprehend that number! Thank you guys so much for watching and

subscribing. Making these videos is very rewarding, so I hope you guys enjoy them

as much as I enjoy making them. I post new videos about every other Friday and

here's why: if you're watching my stuff, you've probably got some sort of

creative goal that you want to reach, whether you're a writer or a filmmaker

or something else, and the weekend is most likely your best chance to make

some tangible progress towards that goal. So I want you to bounce off of my videos

on Fridays, and into the most productive 48 hours of your week. Let me know how it

goes in the comments below, and if you need a website or an online store to

reach your goals, then I highly recommend that you use Squarespace. Many thanks to

Squarespace for sponsoring this video. Squarespace, as you may know, offers an

intuitive all-in-one platform for you to make the perfect website quickly. They've

take a look, and see what works best for you. I made my website justwritemedia.com

with Squarespace and it was a totally painless experience. I'm thrilled

coding, Squarespace offers incredible value. So start your free trial today by

going to Squarespace.com and remember to go to Squarespace.com/justwrite

to get 10% off your first purchase. One more note. I was pretty hard on Save The

Cat here, but I'd also like to say that it's really just the notion of attaching

page numbers to specific beats that I'm reacting against. Not what the beats

actually are. The book is still a must read for anyone getting into

screenwriting, especially for the parts that it is least famous for. So it's

famous for the formula, and all the other stuff I find really insightful. His

observations on genre and how to create high concept premises for a story are

really interesting, so read it, just be skeptical of it at the same time. Thanks

again for watching and I'll see you in two weeks! :)

Vi leggo i miei vecchi racconti 12 (un finale inaspettato) - Reading my old short stories 12 - Duration: 16:45.

>> Hi ya'll and welcome or welcome back to my channel

Here we are, we reached...drum roll...

the last instalment of the soap opera based on a short story I wrote when I was in my twenties

all about our heroin Y.D.

We got to know her throughout the previous videos, if you missed them

don't worry because you can find them all in one playlist

just click on the I that will appear some where above my head

In the last instalment we left Y.D./Anna

in the middle of a love triangle with Luca

the pseudo intellectual, selfcentered and vain man,

and Fabio, her old best friend,

a positive, fun, good guy, who in the last instalment showed a new side

as for the first time I described how he looks

and he is quite an handsome looking guy TBH

In the last instalment Y.D. seemed to be willing to dump Luca

but she changed her mind last minute when she met him in person and he kissed her with passion

so she keeps riding between 2 horses

I'll try to be quick because I really want to read the story until the end

and we still have 3 whole pages ahead

so this is going to be a slightly longer video

Let's see what will happen

will she choose Luca, Fabio or none of them? Everything is possible, so let's find out!

Morning, end of April

apparently a few months have passed as it was Winter the last time

the clear sky peaks from the open window

the air is warmer after months of cold

Anna is in full housewife mode

the wax leaves shiny stripes on the livingroom floor

assembly line movements, a light pressure on the mop,

Luca's books and videotapes piled by the entrance

"I'll get them in the afternoon,

I'd rather keep them at home for the period, Giulio may need them"

Luca is leaving for a few months

what's going on?

The announcement took place a few nights before while in bed

I'm going to the U.S. to finish my thesis: "the comparison between the american industry and the european movie art "

she asked

"Does it mean we are over?"

He replied annoyed "This simply means what I said: I'm going to the U.S. for my thesis, just like that weird friend of yours"

A few months...

thesis...

weird friend. STOP.

As you can see the writing style has changed a lot

The night before

"Tomorrow I'll come and take my stuff, I can't leave it at your place for ever"

"Whatever..."

"I'll bring you a present from the U.S., something kitsch to match your house, it won't be hard!"

what an asshole!

Anna didn't bother answering

I just noticed that I started to call her Anna instead of Y.D., will it mean something?

Anna didn't bother answering

she wasn't upset about him leaving, the announcement was unexpected, but she didn't care

she would have never dumped him, but now she hoped he was not coming back

she hoped he would get lost in the U.S.

in the U.S. .... lost ... desaparecido...for ever

and then there is Fabio... Fabio

that's exactely how it is written!

The summer is still young and smells sweet

so this is another step foward in time

Anna wears a tight tank top and a skirt and lets the people admire her as she walks to the usual cafe

Her sunglasses shade her eyes from the midday sun of a June where everything seems to move in slow motion

she breathes the sweet air in

Will Y.D., on the other side of the ocean, remember she needs to call her parents?

OMG she is developping a split personality

She has started to think about Y.D. as someone else

it feels easier to handle

an old friend she will never meet again,

an old friend with a lot of skeletons in the closet

which have nothing to do with her,

a ghost from the past, a taste hard to forget.

Fabio is sipping a coffee at a table outside the cafe while staring at the theater in front of him

he is alone and quite absorbed

he is wearing baggy chequered shorts, a light blue shirt and his sunglasses on his head

he is smoking a cigarette while drinking his coffee

Anna approches unnoticed, lays a hand on his shoulder and kisses him softly

Fabio smiles back at her

"So you woke up!"

Does it mean they slept together?

she nods grabbing a chair and sitting down

she lights up a cigarette, the smoke comes out from her nostrils

"I knew I would find you here

Why didn't you wake me up before leaving?"

"You were sleeping so peacefully..."

silence, eyes that don't meet

"I was wondering..." he sounds uncertain

"did you hear from Luca lately?"

That's an unexpected question for sure!

"Why are you asking that? I haven't heard from him since he left for the U.S., you know that"

"Yes, the U.S. ..." like a thought escaped from his head by mistake

then he adds with conviction

"I don't think you officially split, am I wrong?"

what an awkward situation

silence

"I don't want to mind your own business, but I was wondering..." he sounds frustrated (of course he does)

she tries to look away, but she can feel his eyes on her

"I was wondering if you plan to see him again when he'll come back..." he is annoyed

pause

"Anna, try to understand me, I'm just asking you what are your plans"

he is honestly concerned

she keeps silent as her neck hardens

"I've been patient for 2 months while you were playing the role of the perfect girlfriend

but you know what? I'm fed up, maybe I'm old fashioned, but I feel like you owe me an answer"

Poor Fabio!

"Yes, you are right" she says looking down

"I told you right from the start that it's complicated

with Luca a new life started for me...

it means something..."

"Brilliant, then stay with him and keep complaining, but don't expect me to stay around"

he is annoyed

"You need to give me more time Fabio"

"I don't think I put pressure on you, I waited 2 months, 60 days, an incalculable number of hours

for you to choose between me and Mrs Intellectual

now I'm fed up

especially as he left without caring about you"

he says harschly

"Exactely, he is gone, he is not here "

"This is not an answer!"

"It depends, anyway I need some more time and now I'm with you ok?

can we talk about something else?"

"Yes sure!" he mocks her

A voice comes from behind the plants in the dehor

"Look at how angry Mickey and Minnie sound today, is this a soap opera or what?"

Let me guess, is it Enzo?

"Hi Enzo" Fabio says annoyed

"you always come around at the right time, don't you?"

he says without looking at him

"Is it my fault if you act like you are living in a soap opera?" he says while sitting at the table

"If you want I can give you an advice, come on talk to Dr Enzo!"

"Stop being silly, it's not the right time"

"Wow you are quite hateful today girl!"

"Is this how you thank me for the help I'm offering? I'm a specialist in half-baked psychology

and as we are talking so friendly...do you happen to have 10.000 lire to lend me?"

LOL, there were still the lire instead of euros

"Shut up Enzo!" they say together

"Ok, ok, I see, so I won't share with you the great news I have" he grins

Anna and Fabio side glance each other without caring too much about him

"Thanks guy, you're such an amazing audience, I love you so much!"

he acts like an oldfashioned diva and screams "I looove you all"

Everyone in the dehor starts laughing and so end up doing Anna and Fabio too

"Now that's a good way of reacting, you deserve a prize, you can choose between envelope number 1 and 2

he is holding two paper napkins... I love Enzo!

"Envelope number 1!" says Anna conciliatory

"Ok, let me check what's inside the mysterious envelope"

and he stares at the back of the napkin

"Congrats babe, you just won one a week in my bed, positions from 1 to 20 granted!"

"You're an idiot!"

"Stop it Enzo!" Fabio says

"Wait, the notary is saying something!"

he walks towards the guy at the table nearby who looks at him confused as he talks to the empty chair next to him

"I've been told that unfortunately this prize has already been collected last week

so as a compensation this young lady will win a weekend at the seaside with the obligation to bring a friend

he says exultant, then he whispers to Anna

"I hope you'll choose the right friend..." while pointing at Fabio

"What is it all about Enzo?"

"It's the news I wanted to share with you, Dana invited us all to spend the weekend at her house by the sea!"

"And where is the house?" Fabio asks

Enzo: "Why are you being difficult? Does it really matter? Anyway it's in Tuscany I do believe!"

Anna: " Cool, I used to go on holidays in Tuscany when I was a child!"

Enzo: "You see Fabio, she knows how to show some excitement, if only she had better taste with men!"

Anna : "Shut up!"

Fabio thoughtful: "I guess it's cool"

Enzo: "it's going to be great!"

so they are all going to the seaside in Tuscany together

What is it going to happen?

Dana waves at her from the driver's seat

it's morning, at the end of June and the warm sun creates soft shadows

Fabio on the back seat smiles making room for her

and Anna slides in the car while Enzo acts like a strutting butler

Fabio's hand resting on her naked knee

and the warm air through the open windows

the car moving on the streets that lead to the highway

A1, a straight line that cuts Italy diagonally

There's only the sound of music through the speakers, the hiss of the air, some background noises

the rest is silence

green street signs with white letters show the way to follow

Anna feels like she is having a deja-vu

as if she drove on that same path a million times before

from her house to the highway

but she can't remember when and Anna doesn't own a car

but she pictures herself anxiously driving a S.U.V.

So Anna is definitely leaving Y.D. behind as if she had never existed, as if she was erasing everything that happened before she became Anna

that's a bit surreal

It's the same feeling you have when you just woke up

when the ghosts of a dream invade the room

unreal figures that belong to a purgatory in between reality and fantasy

and you are still half asleep to fully understand

the car heads towards the seaside and the deja-vu disappears

Dana changes music

an italian band is playing now

Anna instinctively thinks about Y.D. with a new awareness

Y.D. doesn't exist anymore, she disappeared

but there are no tears to shed for her

she is ok wherever she is

Anna can feel it

Y.D. like one of those characters in one of Luca's books

Luca who is far away too

characters from a finished story who live in the pages of a closed book

kept in a library, away, but still reachable

Fabio smiles at her

One day I'll tell you a weird story Fabio and maybe you'll understand.

What an end...

it was quite unexpected, I honestly thought that it was going to be a closed end while

it was a more poetic and open end and the writing style was quite different too in the last part

So she chose Fabio, or we should say that life brought her towards Fabio

which by the way was the best option in my option, do you agree?

so what do you think about this end? It feels like a Lost finale, those finale that make you think

what???

What did I just watch? It ends weirdly

Anna leaves Y.D. behind

as if Y.D. was actually another person, some kind of memory that will always be there

but who is not part of her life anymore, so the transofrmation

is now complete and a new life really starts for her, a new life

possibly with Fabio.

So we reached the end of this series, a long series

let me make myself comfortable as I'm still a bit shook

let me know what you think, what's your opinion on this

weird story that I wrote when I was in my twenties

while reading it I realized that

there was surely an autobiographical part

just as some of the characters are inspired by real people

the places are real and I feel like I may have experienced some of the things in the story

Ok, that's it for today, the video is over

if you wish I still have a few stories to read, but

I think you've had enough

in case you haven't just remind that I have a few more stories in my closet

even some slightly longer ones, not like Y.D., but of a medium length

so if you are interested let me know in the comments below

otherwise we may consider the reading my old short stories series over

Ok, that's really it, I send you a big kiss and as usual I'll see you in my next one, ciao!

Almond Flour Chicken Strips | Low Carb Chicken Fingers Recipe - Duration: 2:57.

Hey everybody and welcome to the video.

This is Josh here and today we're going to be making low carb chicken fingers.

These chicken fingers are made with almond flour instead of traditional flour.

Beyond saving a few carbs, the almond flour brings a great rich flavor to make these even

more delicious.

I really hope you give this one a try for your next meal prep, they're too good to

pass up.

Be sure to like the video if you enjoyed it and subscribe if you're not already, I put

out new recipes twice per month.

Starting off, we're going to prepare our breading station.

We'll need two plates, one for egg and one for flour, along with a cutting board and

our baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Slice your chicken breast into strips, you'll want them to be about a centimeter thick or

as close as you can get.

Whisk one egg and pour it onto one of your plates.

Next, take 1 cup of almond flour and pour it onto your other plate.

I thought I could get away with 3/4 of a cup to save on some calories, but I ended up needing

more of the flour mixture half-way through the process, so make sure to use a full cup.

Add a generous amount of salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to your

almond flour and mix together with a fork.

Now it's time to start our breading process.

Start by coating the chicken finger in the egg mixture, shaking free any excess, then

coating the strip with the flour mixture.

Place it on the pan and repeat until we're finished.

These need to rest for a few minutes, so preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit and set

these aside.

I'm going to use this time to clean up all of these dishes, but after about 15 minutes

the chicken fingers are ready for the oven.

Bake these for a total of 20 minutes, flipping half way through.

But that is it, these come out so delicious it's definitely worth the effort compared

to boring and plain chicken breast.

At just under 400 calories per serving, these would make a great substitute for restaurant

chicken tenders or an awesome addition to your weekly meal prep.

I'm plating these up with some oven roasted brussel sprouts, recipe for these will be

coming sometime in the next few weeks.

Ingredient amounts and all other info are over on the website, www.beardedfatloss.com

But until next time, I will talk to you all later.

Have a good one.

Benghazi Hero Sees Eminem's Anti Trump Rap, Then He Tears Him Apart LIMB FROM LIMB - Duration: 21:55.

Benghazi Hero Sees Eminem's Anti-Trump Rap, Then He Tears Him Apart LIMB FROM LIMB

Over the hill rap star Eminem recently released a video bashing President Trump as hard as

possible in a freestyle rap.

That was to be expected on some level.

Marshall Mathers has never been accused of being a conservative.

The crazier part is that Em told his Trump supporting fans to f*** off.

No joke.

That's literally the last line of the freestyle.

"Racism is the only thing he's fantastic for because that's how he gets his f****n

rocks off and he's orange.

Yeah, sick tan.

That's why he wants us to disband.

Because he cannot withstand the fact were not afraid of Trump.

Walking on eggshells, I came to stomp.

That's why he keeps screaming 'drain the swamp,' because he's in quicksand.

Now if you're a black athlete, you're a spoiled little brat for trying to use your

platform or your stature to try to give those a voice who don't have one.

He says you're spitting in the face of vets who fought for us, you 'b*****s' Unless

you're a P.O.W., whose tortured and battered because to him you're zeroes because he

don't like his war heroes captured."

WATCH:

Enter Benghazi hero Kris "Tonto" Paronto, who just went SCORCHED EARTH on the rapper:

Saw some posts this morning about the candy rapper m&m rapping his opinion … we'll

it swayed me to disrespect the flag and follow the opinion of the ex 49'er QB and kneel

during the pledge of allegiance disrespecting all who served ……….wait, no it didn't

.

If I want advice on how to commit domestic abuse, live in excess, disrespect the masses

as well as lessons on ungratefulness I'll listen to m&m and the NFL players.

Until then I'll wear my shirt with pride throughout my travels and continue to stand

for the flag and pledge of allegiance for this great nation.

I'll be damned if I let anyone including adolescent athletes and pop culture crybabies

turn this symbol of freedom and courage, who many of my teammates, families, and friends

sacrificed for, into a symbol of oppression and bigotry.

The only bigots & racists I have seen throughout this are from the "kneelers" and their

supporters.

For hell's sake I even saw a post stating that those that support the are the ones who

burn crosses ‍♂… really??!!

You have to be a special kind of stupid for that view, guess my Latino cross burning crew

will need to get our torches ready for tonight.

Like me or not for saying this, I could give a sh*t, unfollow me, I won't lose a wink

of sleep.

I'll continue standing for this great country, for freedom, for honor, for courage, and sacrifice

and the symbol this represents.

So I'm crossing your line in the sand killer.

BULLSEYE, Kris!

with

this Marine!

New Mystery Teachings & Bonuses: Mystery School II - Duration: 3:47.

[Dr. Pillai]:> I have been for the past few years into science a lot, but it is going

to be downplayed, or maybe equal.

I am going to bring in the Mysticism.

Mysticism is interacting with the Divine, getting your information, not from other people,

other human beings, but from the Divine, and how you can be in touch with that.

What are the modalities for that?

So these are some of the key elements that I am going to teach.

That's why I am excited.

I'm excited to teach how to talk to people, how to talk to Beings, and how many Beings

are there, and who are they, and what time they can be approached.

And what kind of preparation I have to do in order to facilitate this process.

All this will be just exciting.

[Mohini]:> So if people are new to your teachings, or if they are new to meditation, will they

be able to really jump into the [Mystery School] Program and have benefit?

[Dr. Pillai]:> Oh yeah.

Yeah, yeah.

They don't need any background at all, but because even if you have background, what

I'm going to teach anyway it is going to be new, but it is going to be modernized.

It is going to be simple.

So there are no, absolutely there are no prerequsites, no prerequisites at all.

Just come here.

And then, there is a saying in Zen, again, "The Zen Mind is the Beginner's Mind."

If you have a mind which is unprejudiced, without any preconceived notions, that's

the best.

That's the best.

[Mohini]:> So Dr. Pillai your teachings are about having a 200% life, and with this Program,

you have decided to give people the Shreem Brzee Wealth Rising Program for free.

Can you talk about why it is important to balance materiality with spirituality?

[Dr. Pillai]:> Yeah.

See, money gives you freedom.

You know.

Freedom from what?

Freedom from things that you don't want to do.

So Shreem Brzee will give you financial freedom in a Mystical way.

And how it works, I am not going to go into that.

You are going to learn all that because the 6 month's Program is going to be available

for you as a bonus — how Shreem Brzee is going to create.

Although I just want to say one thing!

That you create, constantly you are creating.

You are creating by speaking about something.

That is unidimensional.

You just think about a banana, you have already created a banana in your brain, or in your

mind.

But then, to see the banana in the three-dimensional space that is another phenomena.

So all this will be explained in that and how Shreem Brzee facilitates it through a

mystical process, through the Goddess.

We will be tourists, such

How to relieve hoarseness, aphonia or irritation in the throat with a super easy homemade juice - Duration: 2:07.

Partial loss of voice also known as hoarseness or aphonia may appear

at any time due to external factors such as internal factors such as using voice

for a long time, smoke, throat infections, mucus, among others.

If you are going at this time for this condition do not worry because today in Todo

en salud we will show you a juice that can be very useful.

The necessary ingredients are: - A cup of peeled and chopped mango

- The juice of an orange - Thyme infusion: if you do not know how to do it in

the description we will leave a link for you to learn how to prepare it.

Before we start we should squeeze the orange juice, peel and chop the mango and prepare the

infusion of thyme, with all the ingredients ready, we begin to add them to the blender,

the mango, the orange juice and the infusion of thyme, we cover and liquefy to a

homogeneous consistency.

At the end of the process we can serve and take.

This juice should be taken before the first symptoms of aphonia and every day

in the morning until the condition improves.

This is good because the mango and orange for their content in vitamin C help to eliminate

the inflammation in the vocal cords and also hydrate the mucosa on the other hand the thyme

relaxes the muscles of the throat and eliminates the germs and infections housed in this.

So if you have hoarseness or are starting to experience some symptoms of this,

do not hesitate to try this juice and tell us what you think.

We hope this video has been useful to you, remember that your opinion is very important

so score, comment and share and if you have not subscribed, sign up every day

an bodenständigen Journalisten,

Fake News existieren schon sehr lange.

Como aprender línguas através de séries/ How to learn languages through series. - Duration: 4:08.

Hey guys. Good morning, good afternoon and goog evening. Here is Gabriel again with one more

one more video for you and today's video is about how to learn a new

language trhough series and films and is importante to keep in mind that it's been getting

easier due to many websites being launched

some are free and others with a low monthly cost and not to mention

the infinity of films and series which they

provide us. which makes this learning process way easier. I'll explaining more

more forward. How the whole process works and the steps to this learning. I'll be

onlly sharing some tips and the first is

choose what attracts you, some content which calls your attention and mainly which

makes you laughm because when we are subjected to emotions such as sadness

and happiness, there is a greater tendency to record the

situations and informations. In my case i've found Friends

which has helped me a lot in the learning of the spoken part of the english. That is an old serie

but still much useful, by the fact that it brings

everyday situations about reports of how was the day and about

home and frinds relationships. And the second tips consists in choose

series or films, if you willl, with short duration. And in case of Friends

each episode has around 22 minutes, which is

really good to do this process. And the third tip is to execute the

process two to three times a week, for your brain not get lazy

along the way, thus, forgetting all that you'v e learned

and also failing to learn more and develop the vocabulary

and the sentence formation. Now let's head to

what is the most important, let's talk about the process itself

the whole process consists in wacth the same film or serie 3 times

so that the first time you're gonna watch with original audio in the source language

and with dubbed subtitles to the portuguese

our mother tongue, in case of us, brazilians. And the second time watch it with original audio

and original subtitle.

and the third time, the last, but not the least, because is now when you're gonna

consolidate the learning process. It consists in watching the whole episode with

original audio with no subtitle. And the forth and last tip is that you should

download an app called Hola VPN and i'll be showing you guys how it works

in the computer. Well, and here inside the browser you're gonna type Hola "VPN"

and it is the first one that appears

and then you may that it is already added to my browser

and in your computer you'll add this and it'll takes you around 3 to 5 minutes

thus, it is already available to use, let's see how it works

inside Netflix. Here i am already logged in

you can see that i'm accessing by United States, and then you'll click on the flag of the country you want and it is gonna load

and show you the current country and the other options

if you wanna choose more countries. You may click on the arrow and choose the other

countries. Choose the country of the language

you wanna study and search for the series and films, thus the original

subtitles will be already

available. Well, that was today's video and i hope you've enjoyed

if yes, leave it a "thumbs up", as well as your ideas and see you in the next

video

The whole process consists of three processes an in the case...
