Um, I'm not sure how!
I was eating a cookie, wasn't that hard, I've definitely eaten harder things in my life.
Wow, yuck.
Yeah I just felt like a little bit of looseness and I was like SH*.
Yep, so I called my orthodontist and they were like, come in tomorrow.
So we're driving back to Bendi today!
Cause I need to get like three or four brackets put back on cause they're just loose and that's
not what you want sooo yeah.
Don't you love it when they call you and say there's been a cancellation?!
An hour earlier, woot woot on a boot.
Hellooo guys so I have just gotten out of the orthodontist and it's so exciting because
they tightened my braces like two weeks before they were meant to!
Which is awesome and they said my teeth have been moving really nicely which is like the
best thing you can hear from an orthodontist like you don't really want to hear anything
other than that.
She just did basically like a full clean, she took both wires out, put the new brackets
on, um, so they're not loose anymore which is an awesome feeling and then yeah like literally
cleaned every one of my teeth and then she changed my wires so I got my braces tightened
two weeks before I was meant to, which is awesome but I also feel like i'm going to
be in pain for like the next week but that's fine, pain is gain!
We're hungry af.
It's a really nice day, like, heck yeah!

Soo, just like an update on what actually happened today.
If you're wondering how I broke my braces, my brackets, I don't actually know like I
can't tell you an actual specific thing that happened.
So last Saturday the one here, not from food or anything, I only noticed it after brushing
my teeth so I could have accidentally done something when I brushed my teeth but I dunno.
It just felt really loose and on my tooth, not off my tooth but it started feeling really
loose so I was like hm, okay!
BUT THEN, yesterday I had a shortbread cookie right and they had been, it's getting quite
warm so the cookies aren't hard, they're not that crunchy it was pretty soft.
Next minute, I can feel two of my brackets, like literally wobbling around, I was like
what the heck nooooo! no no no!
I got on to calling my orthodontist straight away and they just fit me in!
So yeah!
Exciting times um, but my god, the pain!
It's six o'clock now nearly and I got them tightened at say, like twelve, thir- quarter
to one?
Okay say like around one o'clock.
Alright so yeah it's been like six hours, I ate within probably like an hour of getting
them tightened.
It was, it wasn't pain at that stage, just a lot of pressure and it felt like I shouldn't
have been eating!
I don't know how dinner is going to go but we're just having spaghetti bolognaise so
hopefully pasta will be nice and soft, it'll be nice to eat!
Think we're gonna go check out this bar tonight and get some churros there for dessert!

children: a mother of five and I've got 28 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren
and more on the way. I've got family living on homelands.
Education starts at home and this is their home - home ground. We've got a very
special land, we've got the spirit life, the spirit in the land. They don't need fancy
buildings; the ground here is the classroom for our kids.
That is why I'd like to see a school set up here for the next generation. They want to
be part of us; we want to take our children back to home land,
teach our kids the way you're teaching all your children and we are working
on it. That's why I'm following my grandparents role: getting family to
come back here. We are the tutors; all the elders are the tutors. The teachers will
be their parents. Growing on the land learning off the land, speaking their own
strong language. Now we've got a very special program; that made me more happy,
I just feel like crying looking at them little kids! I am so proud, very, very
proud of what happened today. This is the future for my grandchildren, and their
children, and the other kids as well.

Interview with Former Ambassador Robert Gallucci - Duration: 4:02.
At a time of heightened tensions,... with North Korea getting ever closer to completing
its nuclear program,... Robert Gallucci, the former chief U.S. negotiator who helped resolve
the first North Korean nuclear crisis, was in Seoul this week to meet with President
Moon at the Blue House.
Our Kim Hyesung sat down with Mr. Gallucci, and started by asking him what he discussed
with the South Korean president.
Let's take a look.
Thank you for speaking with us today, Ambassador Gallucci.
It's my pleasure.
Let me jump straight into some questions.
1.
So you met with President Moon this Monday.
Can you share with us what you've discussed with him?
I told President Moon that I appreciated his opening and openness to negotiations with
the North.
I thought it was the right thing to do.
There are things that the Republic of Korea can address that others can't, including the
U.S.
When we talk about next steps to integrating North Korea into the international economy,
economic development...

You helped resolve the first North Korean crisis through dialogue during the Clinton
Administration.
Like you said, President Moon wants to solve this crisis through dialogue too.
But critics say it's pointless to pursue negotiations at this point.
What do you think?
I frankly don't understand an argument that it's pointless to pursue negotiations.
What's at stake here is actually South Korean security, life and death for lots of people
on both sides at the DMZ.
And I would want there to be absolutely no choice, at the end of the day, other than
to use military force if we had to.

But right now, with the U.S. and North Korea locked in a tug of war.
How do you suggest we go about starting negotiations?
Stop with the preconditions, meet and then indicate what would disrupt future discussions,
tell the other side that, and if they wish to continue, then they will avoid the behavior
that would be destructive.

We are getting mixed messages from Washington.
President Trump is maintaining a hard line stance while his aides are hinting at a possible
dialogue.
Where do you think Washington really stands right now?
I would discourage you from thinking that this is an orchestrated policy.
It is sometimes known as good cop, bad cop, I don't think that's what's going on.
I think the president is being Donald Trump, and I think the people who elected him, the
American people, like that about him.
It makes it particularly challenging for the people around him when he says what he thinks
about what they are doing.
But it is the way the U.S. government now works.
5.
President Trump will visit Korea next month and sit down with President Moon.
What kind of message do you think the two leaders should send to North Korea?
From my perspective it is most important that the two presidents send a very clear message
to the DPRK that the alliance between Seoul and Washington is solid.
They are joined, combined, agreed that a peaceful resolution of the current situation would
be the best way to go.
But at the end of the day, both countries, both the R.O.K and the U.S. will honor their
alliance commitment to the other if their security is threatened.

'Rub it in' Meaning | English Business Idioms - Duration: 3:04.
Here I will explain the idiom "rub it in."
English winners, have you ever heard this phrase? "Just keep rubbing it in, won't
you?" "Just keep rubbing it in, won't you?" Or: "Stop trying to rub it in." "Stop trying
to rub it in." So what does rub it in mean? Well, I'll tell you. Rubbing it in means
to make somebody feel more uncomfortable about something. Let's say somebody is
really scared of spiders, right? And one day they are with their friend and
their friend saw them react strongly to spiders - maybe they saw a spider and they
shrieked AHH, and they jumped onto a desk and started screaming about the spider -
now later, that person who was scared of spiders and their friend are talking to
somebody else, and that friend brings up the story about how she reacted to the
spider... or he... and now they are embarrassed, right? So now, more people
know about that embarrassing story, and that's rubbing in the embarrassment that
that person feels. So, when you're talking about somebody's weakness and teasing
them about it, you're rubbing it in; you're making them feel more
uncomfortable or worse. In my opinion, that is not a good way to keep a
friendship. And another way to use 'rub it in' is... let's say I am in the Philippines,
and it is very warm and wonderful. And my friend is in Alaska, where it's very cold.
And I can say: "Man, this nice weather on the beach feels so good!" And if I know
they are shivering in their car - trying to turn on their car - and they're
freezing, me talking about how nice the weather is where I'm at just makes them
feel worse about the weather where they are, right? So rubbing it in can inspire
some jealousy. Now, 'rub it in'... I think comes
from a medical term, because when somebody is cut, and you put salt on the
cut, it hurts. So, you're rubbing it in... you're making the other person feel
worse. So, do NOT rub it in. That is our lesson on rubbing it in. Please, do not
rub it in. If you have a story about where somebody made you feel worse by
rubbing it in, please let me know down in the comments. Keep the names out to
protect the innocent... or not so innocent, in this case.

Nicky Butt slams Chelsea youth policy: Marcus Rashford proves Man Utd have better academy
Nicky Butt slams Chelseas academy. That is according to Red Devils legend Nicky Butt. United have become synonymous for blooding youngsters into their first-team, while Chelsea are known for sending youth prospects out on loan each season.
Rashford was first given his chance in the senior side back in 2015 at the age of 17. And since then the forward has blossomed into an England regular.
Former midfielder Butt now works for his old club as a youth coach and believes the rise of Rashford highlights the fact his surroundings beat those of rivals Chelsea.
We won the FA Youth Cup [in 1992] and got players into the first-team, Butt told ESPN FC. If that happens [success and progression] you get a pat on the back from the board and the owners because its brilliant.
But my job is to get players to the first-team and the best example I can give is that, a couple of years ago, we were given an absolute doing by Chelsea in the FA Youth Cup.
I was sat in the stand, I wasnt in my current role at the time, but I was still cringing.
But fast-forward two years and we have Marcus [Rashford] playing over 50 first-team games last season -- more than anyone else in the squad -- and playing for England.

With all due respect, Chelsea havent produced one of their players for the first-team, and the end-game for me is to get players into the first-team. Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda publicly criticised the clubs youth policy last week.

Man City star Kevin De Bruyne thinks one of the Manchester clubs will win the title. The Belgian has been unstoppable this season, scoring twice and providing seven assists so far, as City have won all but one of their matches.
Just two points separate City and rivals Manchester United at the top of the Premier League and De Bruyne hopes his side can keep winning matches to keep ahead of their neighbours.
When asked by ESPN FC whether he thinks one of the Manchester sides will win the league, he said: "For the moment I think so. "But everybodys still there.

Real Madrid regret not selling Gareth Bale to Manchester United. The Wales international was heavily linked with a move to the Red Devils in the summer. Jose Mourinho publicly revealed his desire to land Bale, 28.
However, the United boss did call a deal 'mission impossible'. Bale ended up staying at Real and has impressed, despite injuries limiting the winger's game time.
The former Tottenham star has netted three goals and chipped in with three assists in seven appearances under Zinedine Zidane. However, according to Spanish news outlet Diario Gol, Real wish they'd sold Bale in the summer.
They claim Real president Florentino Perez is keen to get rid of Bale as soon as possible.
Perez wishes he'd sold Bale to United and signed Kylian Mbappe, who ended up joining PSG on a season-long loan. Bale is currently sidelined with a leg injury but he has no scheduled return date.
Real have also been linked with a move for Spurs ace Harry Kane.
Speaking about Kane ahead of Real's draw with Tottenham in the Champions League this week, Zidane said: "I do not know what will happen in the future. "He is a key player for Tottenham.

North Korea 'months away' from perfecting nuclear weapons capabilities: CIA chief - Duration: 1:30.
In one of the starkest warnings yet from a member of the Trump administration,... the
head of the CIA has admitted North Korea is a matter of months away from perfecting its
nuclear weapons capabilities.
Park Ji-won has more.
Speaking at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies in Washington on Thursday, CIA
Director Mike Pompeo warned that North Korea could be only months away from perfecting
its nuclear weapons capabilities.
He emphasized the need for a concerted global effort to pressure the regime.
"They are closer now than they were five years ago and I expect they will be closer in five
months than they are today, absent a global effort to push back against them.
(...) And it is the case that they are close enough now in their capabilities that from
a U.S. policy perspective we ought to behave as if we are on the cusp of them achieving
that objective."
The CIA chief also said the military option remains on the table to prevent the North
from fully developing its nuclear weapons technologies.
However, Pompeo and U.S. National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster both emphasized that
the Trump administration still prefers to pursue a diplomatic approach to force North
Korea back to talks on its denuclearization.

Independent commission recommends Shin Kori nuclear reactors remain online - Duration: 2:44.

A state commission has announced the results of its public survey over the fate of two
nuclear reactors,... that were being built near Ulsan in the southeast of the country.
The reactors' construction had previously been suspended by the Moon administration.

So Myung-kil,... just walk us through the results of this survey...
Hello Mark.
I'm at the government-complex in Seoul right now.
And just two hours ago,... the chairman of the state commission,... Kim Ji-hyung, announced
the results... saying nearly 60 percent of the public favored continuing the construction
of the two unfinished nuclear reactors... while 40 percent called for abandoning the
construction.
Currently,... the two reactors are about 30 percent complete.
The commission also stated that although the public were in favor of restarting the construction,...
when it comes to future policy, over 50 percent of the participants advised the government
to opt for cleaner sources of energy.
Back in June... the government suspended the reactors' construction, and then established
the independent commission in charge of collecting views from the public.
Since August, the commission formed a jury and provided them with information on the
merits and downsides of the project.
The 471 jury members spent four days together debating the issue over the past weekend,...
during which they heard from experts representing both sides.
After that, the commission conducted a final survey of the jury, and based on its results,
drew up its recommendation to the government.
So... the state commission has announced the results,... now these results will be passed
over to President Moon Jae-in for his final decision, right?
Yes, Mark that's right.
President Moon will make the final decision, during the Cabinet meeting on October 24th,
on whether to restart or permanently halt the construction... of the Shin Kori 5 and
6 nuclear reactors.
Now it is likely that President Moon will respect the commission's decision and give
the green light to restart the construction of the two nuclear reactors.
It goes counter to President Moon's pledge during his campaign period as he had said
he would halt the construction of any nuclear reactors.
Some four million U.S. dollars was spent running this special commission,... and over one billion
dollars has been spent on the Shin Kori 5 and 6 nuclear reactor construction project.
But the results of the commission could still be seen as in line with President Moon's energy
policies,... as the Moon administration wants to phase out Korea's reliance... on nuclear
energy in the long-term.
