Today we talk about the five people who were killed on December 9/2015 years ago from Kiboga District

Some one called them to settle a land dispute,

unfortunately plans were under way to kill them

This is the frame of the deceased's car they were travelling in at Kiboga Police Post

After killing them including the driver they set their vehicle on fire

Muhamed Wasswa Kasujja narrates the incident

what happened when they were setting off to Kiboga

My brother had asked me to go with them

The issue was to settle dispute with the scoters on our land in Kiboga District

and i gave him ago ahead because i was engaged with other things

The first and the second time they did not agree with them

The third time Kato returned talking about the same issue; he said the chairman had agreed with the people to pay the money we wanted

and i gave him ago ahead because i was engaged with other things but remained in contact

Around 5pm I got information that they had been killed

I recall it was the area Chairman who used to call them

i kept wondering how could the area chairman put his friends in to a trap

Some of the relatives reveal that it was the Chair man who set the 5 people to be killed

Narrate what exactly happened, what was the agenda this time?

The issue was to agree with the scoters because the first stages were already finished

Narrate what exactly happened,when they reached where the land is?

They reached on time as agreed

it is said that the killers were waiting and pilled them in one house

and served them rice before the killing

Had they communicated with the Chairman before coming to Kiboga?

Had they talked to the Chairman before?

They were communicating with for about four days

Do you still what Happened when the deceased reached Kiboga?

They reached at chairman's place

Their car was burnt a few meters from his compound

When the car entered chairman's compound, others cut the tree and blocked them

They had no way to escape

What kind of killing was it?

They killed them from the same house

They bodies were found in different places

As they were struggling not to be killed

They were scattered all over the house

Their driver was also killed from his steering

They used spears,

Pangas ,

Stones which police took as exhibits

These are the pictures of the murdered people on December 9/2015

They set off at 12pm from Nansana and by 3pm they had reached Kiboga my relatives called back that they had reached Kiboga

We kept trying their phone contacts but they were all off

Buy 5 pm we got information that they were all killed

We went to Kiboga police station and arranged for their Burial

but all the arrangements were done by the Chairman

And the murder was done frome his house

Unfortunately chairman was released and he is a free Man.

Chairman was the first suspect to be arrested

But unfortunately he was released and he is a free man

And I do recommend you drink some Guinness when you are in Ireland

If you want to try something a little bit different

Why don't you hit up the Irish Whiskey Museum

If you're into history

And want a hands on experience

Look no further

The groups are small

And your tour guide is likely to be not only informative

But probably pretty entertaining

He sits up, sees his wife there

Staring at him

Says, ahh shite

And lays right back down again.

You hop around to a few rooms and see some really great video content

And of course you get to try some whiskey

And I know that's the real reason you're visiting the museum anyway

I recommend you do the 20 euro premium tour

You get to try a little bit of extra whiskey

Trust me it's worth it

Moving on to number 4

Bike the Waterford Greenway

Now this is new it only opened in March 2017

And I bet you most of your friends haven't been there

This is an incredible way to see the Ancient East of Ireland

It's a 46 kilometer ride on an old railway line

Linking Waterford to Dungarvan

Although you can begin in the middle like we did

If you want to get close to nature

And get a taste of Ireland's beauty

This is a great place to start

We even found fair doors along the way

Number 3, caving in Doolin

We did this one with a great company called Epic Ireland

I highly recommend these guys

Because believe me when you're crawling

Around a cave

You want to be in good hands

I honestly can't believe I tried this activity

But it's a great thing to do

If you're slim

You'll have a huge advantage

You're going to need to climb as well.

But to me it was a bucket list activity

And a great way to challenge yourself

While you're traveling.

I somehow made it through there

Barely but I made it

Number 2

Visit Killarney national park

This was the first National Park in all of Ireland

And reason alone to put Killarney

On your Ireland Itinerary

How many national parks do you know of that have a castle?

There's also plenty of activities

Like Kayaking under bridges

And hiking to keep you busy

And if you're a fan of architecture

You also won't be dissapointed

My number one fun thing to do on your next trip

Explore Connemara

Now I recommend you visit Galway first

And then head west

To one of the most beautiful regions

Of Ireland

One great way to experience the beauty of the area is

To go canyoning

This is going to involve you scrambling through a river

We also did this with Epic Ireland

And it's a heck of a fun morning

That water was very very cold.

Driving through Connemara you're likely to see more sheep

Then people

And that's not necessarily a bad thing

If you're seeking peace and quiet

There's even an incredible beach

If I had to do my trip over again

I would head to Connemara for a couple of extra days

Just to escape the hustle and bustle of the world

It really is an amazing place to go

If you're planning on visiting Ireland

Series and Parallel Circuits - Series VS Parallel - Difference between Series and Parallel Circuits - Duration: 2:42.

Components of an electrical circuit or electronic circuit can be connected in many different

ways.

The two simplest of these are called series and parallel and occur frequently.

Components connected in series are connected along a single path, so the same current flows

through all of the components.

Components connected in parallel are connected along multiple paths, so the same voltage

is applied to each component.

In this video we will learn Difference between series and parallel circuit.

Series Circuits:- Series circuits are sometimes called current-coupled

or daisy chain-coupled.

The current in a series circuit goes through every component in the circuit.

Therefore, all of the components in a series connection carry the same current.

There is only one path in a series circuit in which the current can flow.

Parallel Circuits:- If two or more components are connected in

parallel they have the same potential difference across their ends.

The potential differences across the components are the same in magnitude, and they also have

identical polarities.

The same voltage is applicable to all circuit components connected in parallel.

The total current is the sum of the currents through the individual components, in accordance

with Kirchhoff's current law.

Now let's see Difference between series and parallel circuit.

Series circuits are basic types of electrical circuits in which all components are connected

in a chain so that the same current flows through all of them.

Parallel circuits are types of circuits in which the same voltage occurs in all components,

with the current dividing among the components based on their resistances, or the impedances.

Series circuit intends to have the same amount of current flow through all the components

placed in sequence.

Parallel series components are not in sequence but they are parallel to each other.

Series will have all the components in the same single path of the current flow.

Parallel series split the current flow and the current flowing through each component

will eventually combine to form the current flowing in the source.

In series circuits, the connection or circuit will not be complete if one component in the

series burns out.

Parallel circuits will still continue to operate, at least with other components, if one parallel-connected

component burns out.

We all want our YouTube channels to grow right, but how do we get them to grow like this?

Let's take a look

Welcome back to vidIQ everyone, the YouTube tool and channel that aims to help you get

more views in less time and one way to down that if through the art of doubling down.

And to illustrate what we mean we're going to use some of these... never been able to

do that.

Video making always comes with two costs: time and energy which are limited.

So there's always a gamble being placed, am I spending my time and energy on the right

videos?

And when you start a YouTube channel you're never sure where to make that bet.

You know you want to make videos about politics or sport or tech but finding your specific

niche takes time.

We call this the YouTube Hustle.

Thousands of video creators all working their butts off looking for gold.

And then on the fifth, twentieth or even hundredth video you notice a small spike in your views,

watchtime and engagement.

Whether your channel is big or small on some scale this always happens.

You land on a video topic that gains tractions and the first thing you should be doing is

checking your watchtime analytics to discover that spike.

Those numbers will likely come from one or two videos which far outstrip anything else

on your channel.

So remember the specific topic of that video.

I know it might be about tech and I know it might be about mobile phones, but it was specifically

about how to record your screen.

A very specific subject.

The next thing to check are your traffic sources.

If it's dominated by Youtube search and suggested videos that means you're doing something right.

Check the search terms to see how viewers are finding your videos then check suggested

videos to to see what content pushed viewers to your videos.

There will be a wealth of information here on video tags that should be forming the basis

of your video content.

but look at it from this perspective

Go to your analytics are sort by subscriber-only views or watchtime and you will discover that

they often represent a small proportion of your overall audience.

So on the one hand you have a tiny subscriber base who might enjoy what you do next versus

the whole of YouTube which has picked you out as an authority on a particular topic.

The choice seems clear, let's take a look at some examples.

About a year ago YouTube's analaytics told me that any video I make on how to record

iPhone screens performed well.

As a result I shifted 90% of my content to that one topic.

Now I utterly dominate this niche area and my channel has grown from around 25,000 subscribers

to 85,000 subscribers.

Want another example, try this.

Search YouTube for how big is, you'll find one video creator who dominates this page

with millions of views per video.

The channel's called Cold Fusion and three years ago he decided to make a video on how

big is Google, to date that video has racked up three million views and while his other

video may get tens of thousands of views, the how big series always get hundreds of

thousands of views, sometimes millions.

Want another example?

Six months ago we did a case study on how a channel with less than 10 thousands subscribers

produced a video on the movie trailer IT that generated over two million views.

I bet you can guess what they did next.

Not only did they double down, but they quadrupled down for grand total of 9 million views.

If you adopt this strategy you'll soon discover the potential of that first hit, exceed it

and grow exponentially.

So some vidIQ homework to take away from this video.

Go through your analytics and see which are you most popular videos and the double down

on them, no matter what the topic or how old the video is give it a try and see what happens.

Hello, I am Ty Mason of thediabetescouncil.com, researcher, writer and I have type 2 diabetes.

I want to emphasize that my perspective is coming from one with Type 2 and not Type 1.

Our channel is primarily for those with Type 2 Diabetes and PreDiabetes.

Today I want to answer the question Will I have to go on dialysis because of prediabetes

This is one of the most comprehensive diabetes meal planning book you can find.

It contains diabetes friendly meals/recipes, recipes for different goals such as 800-1800

calories per day meal plan, diabetes meal planning tips and tricks.

Let me state up front that the chances of someone with prediabetes needing dialysis

is highly unlikely.

I have found no cases in my research However, one of the main complications of

diabetes is kidney disease.

The good folk at the National Kidney Foundation have a lot to say about diabetes and kidney

disease and I relied on their website almost exclusively for research material for this

video.

With diabetes, the small blood vessels in the body are injured.

When the blood vessels in the kidneys are injured, your kidneys cannot clean your blood

properly.

Your body will retain more water and salt than it should, which can result in weight

gain and ankle swelling.

You may have protein in your urine.

Also, waste materials will build up in your blood.

Diabetes also may cause damage to nerves in your body.

This can cause difficulty in emptying your bladder.

The pressure resulting from your full bladder can back up and injure the kidneys.

Also, if urine remains in your bladder for a long time, you can develop an infection

from the rapid growth of bacteria in urine that has a high sugar level.

About 30 percent of patients with Type 1 (juvenile onset) diabetes and 10 to 40 percent of those

with Type 2 (adult onset) diabetes eventually will suffer from kidney failure.

To date, there is not enough data to even begin to suggest that those with prediabetes

will have kidney failure.

The earliest sign of diabetic kidney disease is an increased excretion of albumin in the

urine.

This is present long before the usual tests done in your doctor's office show evidence

of kidney disease, so it is important for you to have this test on a yearly basis.

Weight gain and ankle swelling may occur.

You will use the bathroom more at night.

Your blood pressure may get too high.

As a person with diabetes, you should have your blood, urine and blood pressure checked

at least once a year.

This will lead to better control of your disease and early treatment of high blood pressure

and kidney disease.

Maintaining control of your diabetes can lower your risk of developing severe kidney disease.

As your kidneys fail, your blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels will rise as well as the level

of creatinine in your blood.

You may also experience nausea, vomiting, a loss of appetite, weakness, increasing fatigue,

itching, muscle cramps (especially in your legs) and anemia (a low blood count).

You may find you need less insulin.

This is because diseased kidneys cause less breakdown of insulin.

If you develop any of these signs, call your doctor.

Signs of Kidney Disease in Patients with Diabetes Albumin/protein in the urine

High blood pressure Ankle and leg swelling, leg cramps

Going to the bathroom more often at night High levels of BUN and creatinine in blood

Less need for insulin or antidiabetic medications Morning sickness, nausea and vomiting

Weakness, paleness and anemia Itching

What will happen if my kidneys have been damaged?

First, the doctor needs to find out if your diabetes has caused the injury.

Other diseases can cause kidney damage.

Your kidneys will work better and last longer if you:

Control your diabetes Control high blood pressure

Get treatment for urinary tract infections Correct any problems in your urinary system

Avoid any medicines that may damage the kidneys (especially over-the-counter pain medications)

If no other problems are found, your doctor will try to keep your kidneys working as long

as possible.

The use of high blood pressure medicines called angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors

has been shown to help slow the loss of kidney function.

The kidney doctor, called a nephrologist, will plan your treatment with you, your family

and your dietitian.

Two things to keep in mind for keeping your kidneys healthy are controlling high blood

pressure in conjunction with an ACE inhibitor and following your renal diabetic diet.

Restricting protein in your diet also might be helpful.

You and your dietitian can plan your diet together.

End stage renal failure, or kidney failure, occurs when your kidneys are no longer able

to support you in a reasonably healthy state, and dialysis or transplantation is needed.

This happens when your kidneys function at only 10 to 15 percent.

Three types of treatment can be used once your kidneys have failed: kidney transplantation,

hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.

In hemodialysis, a dialysis machine and a special filter called an artificial kidney,

or a dialyzer, are used to clean your blood.

To get your blood into the dialyzer, the doctor needs to make an access, or entrance, into

your blood vessels.

This is done with minor surgery, usually to your arm.

In peritoneal dialysis a soft plastic tube (catheter) is placed in your belly by surgery.

A sterile cleansing fluid is put into your belly through this catheter.

After the filtering process is finished, the fluid leaves your body through the catheter.

As I have stated, if you have prediabetes, dialysis is not a major concern for you at

this point.

Work hard to keep your status as prediabetes and it will not cause you this type of kidney

problems.

So in this video I am going to take you through an ab workout

So this is an ab workout that I typically follow & is great if you want to build up your abs

Especially if you have pectus though because this ab workout is targeted at minimising

the potbelly and rib flare associated with pectus

so its going to totally minimise the extent of your pectus condition...lets go do it

So before starting the ab workout we are just going to do cardio for 10 minutes

so we are just doing this to get the blood flowing and also I want to touch base on

Training abs isn't going to get you abs, what's going to get you abs is being a low body fat percentage

and the way to achieve that is through a caloric deficit..so you need to burn more calories then you consume

and cardio is a great tool to help you do that so you want to be doing

cardio to burn more calories to get your abs out

Training abs isn't a miracle worker but it will help though

without anything more to say lets go do the ab workout

The first exercise of this ab workout is the weighted cable crunch

so this is a great exercise and just like any other exercise for any other muscle group

for your abs you want to weight them and get stronger if you want to develop them more

so this exercise enables you to apply progressive overload and get stronger

also it really targets your upper abs so if you

have pectus its going to help minimise the visual extent of your potbelly

and just your pectus in general..so its a great exercise

so Ill just demonstrate how to do it now..for this I do about 3 sets x 10-12 reps

What to Do When You're Sick - Duration: 1:42.

Hey everybody and welcome to another episode of 'Walk With Me'.

This is Josh here, and today is going to be a quick one.

So I am definitely sick.

Been feeling a little bit better this morning, but been having a tough few days.

I'm actually filming this on my iPhone because it's water resistant, there's a lot of rain

for the next couple of days and I wanted to make sure and get this out for you guys.

A couple things I figured I would talk about.

When you're sick, don't worry about losing weight, focus on resting, getting your micronutrients,

make sure to take good care of yourself.

In the grand scheme of things if you lose out on a few days of weight loss it doesn't

really matter so just keep that in mind if you ever do get sick.

Put the diet on hold for a day, and just rest up and make sure you're getting your micronutrients,

but I'm walking right now, I'm actually off work today, I have an eye appointment to go

to but then I'm going to head home and probably edit and upload this as quick as I can and

then rest up for the next couple of days.

I have a recipe coming out this Friday for you so keep an eye out for that, and by next

Monday I should be back to normal.

If you're into history

And your tour guide is likely to be not only informative

But probably pretty entertaining

Bike the Waterford Greenway

Now this is new it only opened in March 2017

And I bet you most of your friends haven't been there

This is an incredible way to see the Ancient East of Ireland

It's a 46 kilometer ride on an old railway line

Linking Waterford to Dungarvan

Although you can begin in the middle like we did

If you want to get close to nature

And get a taste of Ireland's beauty

This is a great place to start

We even found fair doors along the way

Number 3, caving in Doolin

We did this one with a great company called Epic Ireland

I highly recommend these guys

Because believe me when you're crawling

Around a cave

You want to be in good hands

I honestly can't believe I tried this activity

But it's a great thing to do

If you're slim

You'll have a huge advantage

You're going to need to climb as well.

But to me it was a bucket list activity

And a great way to challenge yourself

While you're traveling.

I somehow made it through there

Barely but I made it

Number 2

Visit Killarney national park

This was the first National Park in all of Ireland

And reason alone to put Killarney

On your Ireland Itinerary

How many national parks do you know of that have a castle?

There's also plenty of activities

Like Kayaking under bridges

And hiking to keep you busy

And if you're a fan of architecture

You also won't be dissapointed

My number one fun thing to do on your next trip

Explore Connemara

Now I recommend you visit Galway first

And then head west

To one of the most beautiful regions

Of Ireland

One great way to experience the beauty of the area is

To go canyoning

This is going to involve you scrambling through a river

We also did this with Epic Ireland

And it's a heck of a fun morning

That water was very very cold.

Driving through Connemara you're likely to see more sheep

Then people

And that's not necessarily a bad thing

If you're seeking peace and quiet

There's even an incredible beach

If I had to do my trip over again

I would head to Connemara for a couple of extra days

Just to escape the hustle and bustle of the world

It really is an amazing place to go

I'm going to answer for these questions

by telling you how I learned English and Japanese

First of all, English

Any Koreans would have to learn English at school

But English taught in school is mainly about Grammar!

It can never be helpful in the English conversation

As soon as I realized that, I started to learn English with YouTube

I watched so many English YouTubers' videos

and I listened

While I was listening, I tried to make an English script of the video

If I watched a same video for 20~30 times, I could make a script

So with that script that I made

I could do the English listening

When the youtuber said one sentence, I stopped and I repeated

So by watching YouTube videos, I could listen

Write, Speak and Read in English

I did the same in Japanese too

I practiced Japanese with animes

I watched animes with Korean subtitles

and if I keep watching episodes

I could remember basic expressions that were used frequently

For example: I love you

Hello and Hello

Bye Really?

Hello (to customers)

Basic expressions like these?

So I started to memorize all those things

After that I started to remember longer sentences

Where is this?

What do you like the most among these?

I'm going to be.... the pirate king!!!!

I learned Japanese from Anime only, and I went to Japan

If you want to study Korean like I did,

Firstly you need to learn Hangul, how to read and write Korean

If you made a script, listen to what I say

If you do that, you can practice reading, speaking, listening and writing!

In fact Koreans do not even have to use T-money cards

I use my debit card or a credit card and tag it through the gate

Not only that, there's an unbelievably good thing

When you have to go somewhere by taking subway and bus in other countries,

Then you have to pay for the subway fee, and the bus fee respectively

But not in Korea

From the spot that you departed to the spot that you arrived

even if you had to take the subway and bus and then subway again,

You only have to pay the fee depends on how long you traveled

It's so convenient to do the online shopping

If you buy something today, It comes tomorrow (or 2 days later)

It's hard, as a foreigner, to find a job in Korea with a basic level of Korean?

Or what kind of tips would you tell to someone that is planning to find a job in Korea?

First of all, things are not good here in Korea

especially to find jobs. It's terrible

It's even hard for Koreans who graduated universities to get jobs

I'm so sorry to tell you this but

Situation in Korea isn't really good

But if you still want to get a job in Korea

then you need to be good at Korean

English is a must!

Then if you have a different mother tongue, it's good

If you can speak more than three languages,

Then it'll be possible to get a job in Korea in the oversea sales team

"If you do your best, you can do it ^^!"
