6 Things People Do That Introverts Will Never Understand - Duration: 5:25.

6 Things People Do That Introverts Will Never Understand

We're always talking about how it's hard for extroverts to understand introverts.

But let's face it, some things that extroverts do can be pretty perplexing.

In this video, I'm going to share with you 6 things people do that introverts will never

understand.

If you are new to our channel, make sure to subscribe our channel so you won't miss any

interesting update in the future guys!

Well, of course this isn't all people, but every introvert has encountered plenty of

extroverts who share these perplexing qualities.

1.

Oversharing

Now this is a big one.

Introverts don't get how some extroverts can have so much to say about the most mundane

topics.

The popular girls were always talking stream of consciousness style with no filter.

Their algorithm for interesting conversation was a complete mystery to introvert.

Topics ranged from boys, to beauty, to the special care instructions for their new naval

rings, and just everything.

To introverts, many of the details they divulged seemed like overkill.

2.

Travelling in packs

Why do some extroverts always have to make it a group thing?

More is not always merrier.

I know this for a fact.

Part of me gets the desire to have your peeps around you.

It's nice to feel the animal warmth of your family and dear friends.

But a lot of extroverts take it to the extreme.

They go to the bathroom in pairs, movies in groups of four or five, pub crawls in slobbering

packs of ten or more.

Toddlers can poop, and crawl and sit in front of a screen by themselves.

Why can't extroverts?

3.

The open door policy

"Come on in anytime, my door is always open!"

Said no introvert ever.

The open door policy was created by and for people-pleasing extroverts who can't stand

being alone.

I can understand keeping the door open sometimes.

But all the time?

I'd rather not spend my days knowing that at any moment someone could barrel into my

office like a bulldozer, and demolish my train of thought.

No, the door is open between 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm on weekdays.

If you need me outside those hours, send me an email, and I will promptly ignore it.

4.

Packing their social calendar

I don't understand the extrovert's incessant need to be doing things all the time.

They try to explain it to me with catchy acronyms, like YOLO ("you only live once") and FOMO

("fear of missing out"), but I don't buy it.

I already feel like I've lived many lives, like a cat.

Sometimes I just want to stay in, lie around, lick my wounds for a while.

To get a little philosophical, we are never really doing nothing.

We are always thinking, or dreaming, or resting our mind from thinking and dreaming (a.k.a

meditating).

I'm much more afraid of missing out on those things than missing a few stupid parties.

5.

Theme parks

This one I just don't get.

I've gone to my fair share of amusement parks, and expos, mostly because that's

the 'fun' thing to do in your youth.

Extroverts are practically peeing their pants with excitement at these places (well, they

are not really peeing their pants, but they are so excited about it).

But to the average introvert, theme parks are an expensive form of punishment.

You line up and wait to buy tokens or paper tickets, or whatever, and then you line up

and wait to have the shit scared out of you.

Again and again and again.

All the while, you are jostled by crowds of people, and overwhelmed by the scent of cotton

candy mingled with sweat.

Only an extrovert would be insane enough to enjoy such torture.

6.

The more is more mindset

Bigger is better!

Go big or go home! or whatever, these are household phrases that appeal to extroverted

households.

The quest for more and more things, more entertainment, more stimulation, and more fun.

This very much an extrovert's pursuit.

Even though we don't fully understand it, we introverts can easily get sucked in by

the extrovert's more is more mentality.

If there weren't so much pressure to acquire and consume, most introverts would be happy

to live with less.

As long as we have our books, our imagination, and a wide slice of solitude, we're content.

Well, that's the 6 Things People Do That Introverts Will Never Understand.

So, how about you?

I'm sure there are many more things about extroverts that introverts don't understand.

Now, please do share your thoughts and experiences in the comments below!

Trump Unleashing American Guns - Duration: 11:58.

>>THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS PLANNING ON LOOSENING

RESTRICTIONS WHEN IT COMES TO THE GLOBAL SALE OF WEAPONS.

IN

2015 PRESIDENT OBAMA HAD PASSED A FEW RESTRICTIONS WHEN IT CAME

TO OUR WEAPONS MANUFACTURERS AND THE TYPE OF SALES THEY CAN DO

WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES, BUT TRUMP DOESN'T LIKE THAT, AND

ANOTHER TO THE WEAPONS MANUFACTURERS.

SO HE DOES PLAN

ON UNDOING SOME OF THOSE RESTRICTIONS AND EVEN GOING

FURTHER TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR THESE WEAPONS MANUFACTURERS TO

SELL TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES --

>>PAUSE THERE FOR A SECOND, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT

UNFORTUNATELY A LOT OF OUR FOREIGN POLICY CENTERS AROUND

CORPORATE AMERICA, AND IT'S NOT REALLY CORPORATE AMERICA, THEY

ARE MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS THAT HAPPEN TO BE POWERFUL IN

AMERICA PARTLY BECAUSE OF THE DONATIONS THEY GET.

BUT THIS IS

GOING FURTHER THAN THAT.

WHY IS OUR MILITARY HELPING TO SELL

WEAPONS TO PEOPLE WHO MIGHT USE IT AGAINST THEM, JUST SO DEFENSE

CONTRACTORS CAN MAKE A BUCK?

THAT IS NUTS.

BUT THE ONLY THING

CRAZIER IS TO HAVE THE STATE DEPARTMENT -- ANA IS RIGHT,

THEY'VE UNOFFICIALLY DONE THAT FOR A LONG TIME, IT HAS BEEN

DISASTROUS WHEN OUR GOVERNMENT HAS DESTABILIZED DEMOCRACIES,

OVERTHROWN DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED LEADERS SO AMERICAN

COMPANIES CAN MAKE MORE MONEY, IT HAS BLOWN BACK ON US ALMOST

EVERY TIME AND CAUSED THE ACTUAL AMERICAN PEOPLE A LOT OF DAMAGE

-- BUT NOW TO ACTIVELY SAY THE STATE DEPARTMENT, INSTEAD OF

DOING DIPLOMACY AND CREATING PEACE AROUND THE WORLD IS GOING

TO DO THE OPPOSITE, THEY WILL HELP SELL RECORD-BREAKING

NUMBERS OF FARMS ALL THROUGHOUT THE WORLD --

>>IF WE ARE THE WORLD'S COPS, COPS WANT LESS GUNS.

I DON'T

KNOW EVERYTHING THE UNITED NATIONS DOES, BUT SHOULDN'T

THERE BE CONSTANT GLOBAL CONFERENCES WHERE THE LEADERS OF

THE FREE WORLD GET TOGETHER AND WORK OUT WAYS TO MASSIVELY

RESTRICT THE FLOW OF WEAPONS AROUND THE WORLD?

WOULDN'T THAT

BE BETTER?

EXCEPT FOR ONE SIGNIFICANT GROUP, THE PEOPLE

WHO MAKE THE WEAPONS.

WHO ARE ENORMOUSLY POWERFUL COMPANIES

HERE IN THE UNITED STATES.

CHRIS MURPHY, SENATOR FROM

CONNECTICUT, HE TWEETED TODAY, IT'S WORTH ASKING WHAT WE SPEND

$600 BILLION PER YEAR ON THE MILITARY, THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE

INDEPENDENT PRIVATE SALES OF WEAPONS, BUT IT'S WORTH ASKING

WHAT WE SPEND 600 BILLION ON THE MILITARY IF WE CAN'T GET MORE

THAN 5000 TROOPS AND 50 HELICOPTERS TO PUERTO RICO.

THE

STATE DEPARTMENT WILL ADVOCATE FOR THIS, MAKE THE SALE OF

WEAPONS EASIER, YET SOMEHOW WE CAN'T STEP TO IT AND HELP U.S.

TERRITORY JUST OFF OUR SHORE.

>>JUSTICEDEMOCRATS STARTED A PETITION IN CONGRESS TO SAY WE

SHOULDN'T DO ANY OTHER BUSINESS IN CONGRESS

UNTIL WE AID THE

PEOPLE OF PUERTO RICO.

JUSTICEDEMOCRATS.COM/PUERTORICO,

AND ONE OF THE JUSTICE DEMOCRATS RUNNING FOR OFFICE IN NEW YORK,

WE WILL PUT THAT LINK BELOW, SHE IS LEADING THAT PROCESS AND

SAYING THESE PEOPLE ARE AMERICANS AND THEY NEED OUR

HELP.

I KNOW YOU ARE PRIORITIZING YOUR TAX CUTS AND

WEAPONS SALES, BUT WE NEED TO DO THIS FIRST.

THEY HAVE THE

LOBBYISTS, WE HAVE YOU GUYS.

THESE PETITIONS MAKE A

DIFFERENCE, THEY MADE A DIFFERENCE IN THE MEDICARE FOR

ALL DEBATE.

>>I HAVE TO GIVE YOU MORE OF THOSE DETAILS ABOUT WHAT THIS

ADMINISTRATION IS DOING WITH THESE ARMS SALES BECAUSE IT'S

TERRIBLE --

>>THIS IS TOTAL NONSENSE.

>>I KNOW, BECAUSE WE ARE LEAVING WHEN IT COMES TO ARMS SALES.

50% OF WEAPONS SALES COME FROM THE UNITED STATES,

INTERNATIONAL ARMS SALES.

THE COMPETITION ISN'T EVEN CLOSE.

>>WE LITERALLY LAPPED THE FIELD, WE ARE MORE THAN HALF.

NOT ONLY

ARE WE NUMBER ONE, GREAT, IN THIS CATEGORY, SELLING ARMS TO

OFTENTIMES DICTATORS LIKE THE ONES IN BAHRAIN OR SAUDI ARABIA,

AND SAUDI ARABIA USED IT AGAINST CIVILIANS, NIGERIA, ALL THESE

PLACES, SINCE WE SELL MORE THAN HALF THE ARMS -- AND TO BEN'S

POINT, IT'S NOT JUST SELLING GUNS TO PEOPLE, AND COPS WOULD

BE CONCERNED IF IT WAS DOMESTIC, IT'S LIKE SELLING ARMOR PIERCING

BULLETS THE PEOPLE.

WE ARE SELLING HIGH-TECH WEAPONS

SOMETIMES, AND BY THE WAY AGAIN SOMETIMES LETTING TECHNOLOGY

THAT'S IMPORTANT TO OUR NATIONAL SECURITY SLIPPED OUT FROM

UNDERNEATH US SO THEY CAN MAKE ABOUT, TO SAY THAT IT'S A

COMPETITIVE MARKET WHEN WE SELL MORE ARMS THAN THE REST OF THE

WORLD COMBINED, IT'S TOTALLY NOT TRUE, IT'S JUST AN EXCUSE

TO MAKE MORE MONEY.

>>IT'S NOT LIKE WE ARE GOING TO TRACK THESE WEAPONS.

AND MAKING

THE ARGUMENT THAT WE ARE DOING THESE ARMS SALES TO OUR ALLIES -

OH, THAT HAS WORKED OUT FOR US IN THE PAST.

LATER ON WHEN WE

ENGAGE WITH OUR SO-CALLED ALLIES WE UNFORTUNATELY ARMED OUR

ENEMIES.

>>SUPERQUICK, NOT EVEN LATER ON -- WE ARMED THOSE COUNTRIES IN

THE GULF LIKE SAUDI ARABIA, THEY WERE THE NUMBER ONE PROVIDER OF

ARMS TO REBEL FORCES WE WERE FIGHTING INSIDE IRAQ, INSURGENTS

IN IRAQ.

THAT GOT OUR TROOPS KILLED, LITERALLY, BUT SOME DEFENSE

CONTRACTOR MADE SOME MONEY.

>>BUT LET'S NOT GET OFFENDED BY THAT, LET'S GET OFFENDED BECAUSE

SOMEONE DECIDED TO KNEEL DURING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM.

WHAT TRUMP

IS DOING ALSO --

>>POSITION GUIDED MUNITIONS, THOSE ARE MISSILES.

BOMBS.

>>THEY ALSO SOLD HIGH-TECH DRONES.

AND THERE'S A REASON

THEY PUT THOSE REGULATIONS IN PLACE.

IT ISN'T BECAUSE THEY ARE

NO GOOD LIBERALS WHO WANT TO JUST MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MAKE

MONEY.

NO, IF YOU SELL THE HIGH-TECH DRONES TO OTHERS THAN

THEY HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY, THEY CAN REVERSE ENGINEER IT, IT WAS

ALL ACROSS THE WORLD AND IT CAN BE USED AGAINST OUR TROOPS.

THERE WAS A REASON FOR THAT REGULATION, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS A

LAW, AND WHEN YOU TAKE THAT AWAY BECAUSE THOSE ARE REPUBLICAN

DONORS AND WE HAVE TO MAKE THEM MORE MONEY -- SNEAKER COMPANIES

WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY, HAVE AT IT, HOSS, IF THEY ARE

THEORETICALLY AMERICAN AND WE WANT TO HAVE THEIR DIPLOMATS

SELLING NIKES, IT'S A WEIRD THING BUT IT'S NOT AS

DESTRUCTIVE AS HAVING OUR DIPLOMATS SELLING ARMS TO PEOPLE

WHO MIGHT USE IT AGAINST US.

>>I DON'T KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT IT BUT SOME OF THIS STUFF COULD BE

KIND OF SOCIALIZED.

LIKE, YOU DON'T GET TO MAKE ANYTHING --

THE IDEA THAT WE COULD MASSIVELY RESTRICT THAT PEOPLE ASSOCIATED

WITH THE UNITED STATES -- THAT WE RESTRICT THE AMOUNT OF

PRECISION GUIDED MISSILES MADE, THAT'S OKAY.

I DON'T WANT THE

FREE MARKET TO DICTATE THAT IN ANY WAY.

>>WHAT IF THE FREE MARKET SAYS ISIS HAS A LOT OF MONEY, WHICH

THEY DO BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LOT OF OIL FROM IRAQ OR SYRIA, I

WANT TO BUY A NUKE ON THE FREE MARKET.

OF COURSE THERE HAS TO

BE RESTRICTIONS!

>>BECAUSE OUR WONDERFULLY FORTUITOUS GEOGRAPHIC ISOLATION

THAT WE HAVE HERE, WHICH HAS PROTECTED US FOR HUNDREDS OF

YEARS, WELL JUST TWO -- SINCE SOMETIME IN THE MID 18TH CENTURY

-- NUKES MAKE NO DIFFERENCE THERE.

THAT DOESN'T HELP US.

>>THE BIG WATER, AS TRUMP WOULD CALL IT, DOESN'T HELP US.

>>WE WORK OUR ASS OFF, OR AT LEAST THE SMART ONES DO, TO

RESTRICT THOSE NUKES.

BUT THE CONCEPT THAT THERE WEAPONS OUT

THERE THAT THE WORLD WOULD GET TOGETHER TO TRY TO RESTRICT --

BUT WE WON'T RESTRICT THE WEAPONS THAT HAVE KILLED FAR,

FAR MORE PEOPLE THAN NUKES AND HAVE WREAKED HAVOC ON THE WORLD

AND DESTABILIZED THE WORLD AND MADE US MORE IN DANGER THAN EVER

BEFORE, WE WON'T COME TOGETHER IN THE WORLD AND AS CIVILIZED

NATIONS AND RESTRICT THAT -- BUT AGAIN IT'S A DIFFERENT WAY OF

THINKING, RIGHT?

AND WE DON'T THINK THAT WAY.

THE COMPANIES,

THE WEAPONS MANUFACTURERS, ARE GIVEN FREE REIGN AND WHEN IT'S

RESTRICTED A LITTLE BIT AS IN THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION WE GET

A GUY LIKE TRUMP IN THERE AND HE STOPS RESTRICTING IT.

>>THERE WERE RESTRICTIONS IN SELLING ARMS TO BAHRAIN AND

NIGERIA, THEY HAVE NOW BEEN LIFTED, AND TO GIVE YOU A SENSE

OF HOW MUCH THIS TYPE OF DEALING HAS INCREASED UNDER THE TRUMP

ADMINISTRATION --

>>THIS HAS ALREADY BEGUN, AND IT IS DEFINITELY GOING TO COME

BACK TO HAUNT US IN THE FUTURE.

>>LAST THING, THEY ARE REVAMPING THE CONVENTIONAL ARMS TRANSFER

POLICY SO WE CAN SELL MORE MILITARY GRADE WEAPONS TO

FOREIGN NATIONS, AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE QUOTE, THEY ARE MAKING

THE INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC IN ARMS REGULATIONS, QUOTE, MORE

USER-FRIENDLY.

GREAT.

OKAY THEN, IT WILL BE USER-FRIENDLY FOR THE

DICTATORS BUYING OUR WEAPONS AND THAT WILL BE FANTASTIC FOR WORLD

PEACE.

FINALLY, THINK ABOUT IT THIS WAY, AND AS I GAVE A NIKE

ANALOGY IT DAWNED ON ME THAT IN THESE ORDERS THEY ARE LITERALLY

SAYING THAT PEOPLE WORKING OUT OF OUR EMBASSIES, NOT JUST THE

MILITARY WHICH IN ESSENCE WE ARE NOW PRIVATIZING TO WORK AS

SALESPEOPLE FOR DEFENSE CONTRACTORS, BUT ALSO OUR

DIPLOMATS, IF THOSE DIPLOMATS PUT ON LIKE NIKE TRACK SUITS AND

WENT AND SAID YOU HAVE TO BUY NIKE IN CAMBODIA OR WHATEVER WE

WOULD SAY THAT'S SO UNSEEMLY AND RIDICULOUS, BUT THIS IS WAY

WORSE.

THEY ARE TELLING THEM PART OF YOUR JOB IS GO SELL THEM

WEAPONS TO KILL EACH OTHER WITH.

AND THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER

DOESN'T MAKE A DOLLAR OFF THAT, IT'S JUST FOR PRIVATE GAIN.

THAT

IS INSANITY, MAN.

LOOK: Staff Hide Marshawn Lynch During Anthem After What He Was Caught Wearing… | Top Stories Today - Duration: 2:03.

The typically quiet Marshawn Lynch has always let his actions speak louder than his words,

and Sunday afternoon was no different.

Lynch first made headlines this season by sitting down and eating a banana during the

national anthem, then refused to talk about it.

He probably won't have to talk about this controversy.

It already says a lot.

Lynch was wearing an "Everybody Vs. Trump" T-shirt prior to the Oakland Raiders' game

with Denver Broncos.

Never mind that "everyone" can't be against President Donald Trump because he

was elected in a democratic election, but Lynch's shirt is the epitome of divisive

politics and shows how increasingly out of touch Lynch is.

The biggest sign of the ridiculous nature of his shirt is the price tag.

According to ESPN's Darren Rovell, those shirts are a hefty $45 and produced by Oakland-based

Dope Era.

A cursory glance at the Dope Era home page reveals shirts of a dubious nature, including

shirts that glorified O.J. Simpson killing women.

But more importantly, neither Dope Era nor Lynch have shown what good they plan on doing

after the transaction of a $45 T-shirt.

For all the divisiveness that Colin Kaepernick has sown, he has at least donated nearly $1

million to causes that he deems charitable.

Lynch has made no indication what he plans on contributing, and Dope Era makes no indication

if the money they make with divisive anti-Trump shirts are going to any charitable causes.

Lynch again sat for the national anthem prior to the Raiders taking on the Broncos.

In an attempt to mitigate photo opportunities showcasing Lynch disrespecting the national

anthem, Raiders staffers surrounded Lynch during the anthem.

Both the Broncos and Raiders are trying to keep pace with the Kansas City Chiefs in the

AFC West.

You'd think that neither team would want any distractions.

what do you think about this?

Learn How to Play A Guitar! - Duration: 5:13.

Hey, what's up everyone.

I'm Edwin and this is Musical Monday.

This video is going to be

a short introduction on how to play guitar

as well as some common knowledge

about guitar that you need to know.

It doesn't matter if you're a beginner

or half way learning guitar

because this is going to be

a great place for you to boost your skills.

a great place for you to boost your skills. [♪ Ding]

So if you want to see more of these videos

and get notified whenever there's a new one,

[♪ Trackpad clicking] hit the subscribe button and click on the

bell icon to turn on notifications.

So for now, I'm going to walk you through

the basic parts of a guitar.

The first thing that makes a guitar a guitar

is off course the strings.

On a guitar, there are six strings of different diameters

which can produce different sounds.

Now the thing that most beginners find difficult

is that the strings hurt the finger when they play.

However, do not be discouraged because as you play,

dead skin will build up on your fingertips

and you'll feel less painful eventually.

And I guess that's the only sacrifice

that we as guitarists need make,

but in the end, it'll still all be worth it.

Moving on, the top part here is where you tune your guitar.

The six pins here are what we call the tuning pegs.

There are several methods to tune your guitar

and we'll be talking about that later in this video.

The next part is the nut,

this is what holds the strings in position.

The other part is at the far end

over here which is the bridge.

If the nut ever falls out of the guitar, do not worry,

all you just need to do is just apply some cyanoacrylate

or in other words, super glue put it back and that should do the trick.

Next, is the neck, or you can call it the fretboard

because it consists of many frets.

You see the metal strips over here that

divides the neck into several sections?

Each of these column is called what we call a fret.

This knowledge is going to be used in the future

when we learn to play guitar chords.

And this hole here, is the sound hole.

This is where the sound is being projected out

so when you play your guitar,

it's best to hold it like this.

Remember your right hand should be always

around the sound hole so when you play

you can produce maximum sound.

Another interesting part is the pegs on the bridge

some guitar do not require it but others do.

And the most important thing

is not to lose it if you ever take it out.

Now that you know the parts,

it would be easier for you to understand

the different types of guitars.

There are three types:

folk guitar,

folk guitar, acoustic guitar

folk guitar, acoustic guitar and electric guitar.

Folk & acoustic guitars are basically the same,

except folk guitars use nylon strings

and acoustic guitars use steel strings.

Electric guitars also use strings made out of steel

but if you want to produce the electric effect,

you will need to connect it to an amplifier.

Now we move on to the tuning part.

Personally, I find myself having the need

to tune my guitar every two weeks,

but that might not be the case for everyone.

It depends on various factors.

For instance, if you play very often,

the strings may losen quickly;

or if you have exposed your guitar to sunlight or heat,

they may losen due to thermal expansion.

And you need to be very careful when

changing or tuning the strings

as you don't want yourself to get poked or cut.

[♪ Poke Sound] as you don't want yourself to get poked or cut.

[♪ Cut Sound] as you don't want yourself to get poked or cut.

[♫ Sad violin music playing] Promise me you'll be safe, okay?

[♪ Beep]

Next, tuners can come in various form factors

and it's up to you to choose which one to use.

It can be a phone app,

a digital one which can be either built-in or external

or the most classic one, a tuning fork.

When you want to tune your guitar,

turn it on and place it on your guitar carefully.

Then keep plucking the string that you want to tune,

usually I'll start with the first string which is 1E.

Play the sound, observe the tuner

and see what it tells you,

then twist the tuning pegs to raise the pitch if it is too low

or lower the pitch if it is too high.

Also you need take note that the turning direction

of the tuning pegs are not always the same for all guitars.

And this is the order of the notes

so that you can visualize them better,

and which I hope this helps you in tuning your guitar.

[♫ Music] Alright, so that's all for today.

O. J. Simpson [ oj simpson net worth [ oj simpson kids [ pam bondi oj simpson ] - Duration: 2:41.

Former football star O.J. Simpson was released from a Nevada prison early Sunday after serving nine years for a 2007 armed robbery and kidnapping in Las Vegas.

The onetime football legend, whose 1995 murder trial in Los Angeles inspired years of debate over race and justice, was paroled only minutes after he first became eligible for release, a Nevada prison official confirmed.

Simpson left the Lovelock Correctional Center northeast of Reno at 12:08 a.m. in the company of an unidentified driver, said Brooke Keast, a spokeswoman for the Nevada Department of Corrections.

"He is out," Keast said. She said prison officials had sought to conduct the release quietly, with as little public and media attention as possible.

"It was incident free, nobody followed; it was exactly what we'd hoped we could do for public safety," Keast said. "It was a public safety concern — to make it quiet, under the radar and incident free."

Keast said she had no information on Simpson's intended destination. "I do not know where he's going. I didn't want to know, to be honest," she said.

Simpson's attorney, Malcolm LaVergne, interviewed before his client's release, did not reveal any plans, but said Simpson was excited to be leaving prison.

"I can tell from his voice on the phone last night that he's looking forward to freedom and hugging his family on the outside," LaVergne said

In an email Sunday, he said all other information about Simpson's first hours of freedom would be "confidential until further notice."
