Hi! I'm Chim and I'll be your guide, I can show you many thing about these beautiful 8 islands.

Well, I'm worried about where we'll be sleeping tonight. I know the perfect place.

I didn't notice that Hawaii was such a touristic site.

Here says that of the eight major islands, Hawaiʻi, Oʻahu, Maui, and Kauaʻi have major tourism industries,

while it is limited on Molokai and Lānaʻi and access to Niihauand Kahoʻolawe is restricted.

Amazing.

Hi and welcome to this resort.

Considering that you are so curious about Hawaii.

I'll recommend you to visit the museum next to our Hotel. There you can find much more information.

Welcome to our Museum. Here you will find a large variety of information

You will learn some curiosities such as the main economic activities : tourisim and agriculture.

We gather sugarcone, pineapples, bananas, macadamia nuts.

If you want more information come with me, we are going to project a documentary.

I think the narrators are Barack Obama and Nicole Kidman ,they were both born in Hawaii. Oh I didn't knew that

Hawaii is the 50th and most recent state to have joined the United States of America,

Having received statehood on August 21, 1959

Hawaii's diverse natural scenery, warm tropical climate, abundance of public beaches,

Oceanic surrenders and active volcanoes make it a popular destination for tourists surfers biologists and volcanologists.

Hawaiian culture is strongly influenced by North America and Asia cultures in addition to its indigenous Hawaiian culture.

Hawaii has over a million permanent residents along with many visitors and USA military personnel.

Its capital is Honolulu on the island of Oahu.

The state coast line is about 1,210 km long,

the fourth longest in the USA after the coastlines of Alaska, Florida and California

Hawaii is one of the fourth USA states that were independent

nations prior to statehood the Kingdom of Hawaii was sovereign from 1810 until 1893

when the last Queen Liliuokalani

Was overthrown by resident American and European capitalists and landholders

Hawaii was an independent republic from

1894 until August 12,1898

when it officially became a territory of the United States.

Pearl Harbour is a lagoon on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, west of Honolulu.

It was original an extensive shallow embayment called Wai Momi Puʻuloa by the Hawaiians.

It has been long visit by the naval fleet of the United States before it was acquired

from the Hawaiian Kingdom by the USA with the singing of the reciprocity Treaty of 1875.

Much of the harbour and surronding lands is now a United States Navy deep water naval base.

It is also the headquarters of the United States Pacific Fleet.

During the early 19th century Pearl Harbor was not used for large ships due to its shallow entrance.

The interest of United States in the Hawaiian Islands grew

as a result of its whaling, shipping and trading activity in the Pacific.

Throughout the

1820s and 1830s

Many American warships visit honolulu In most cases, the commanding officers carried letters from the U.S. Government

giving advice on governmental affairs and of the relations of the

island nation with foreign powers.

The attack on Pearl Harbor

by the Empire of Japan on December 7 in the year 1941 was the immediate cause of the

United States entry into the WWll.

It was interesting.

I agree with you, but can we take something to eat, I'm very hungry.

Okay, come on.

Did you know that Hawaii was once called sandwich islands ?

In 1778 the English Captain Cook discovered the islands

He called them Sandwich Islands after his superior, Sandwich, the first Lord of the Admiralty.

In a later visit to the islands, Cook's crew got into a fight with the local natives and Cook was killed.

Whoa amazing.

Do you want some coffee?

Yes, please it smells so good.

Did you know that Hawaii is one of the two states in the USA that are able to grow coffee lands commercially?

The "coffee belt" in Kona is approximately two miles wide from 210 m to 610 m elevation.

Other districts on the island where coffee is grown include Kaʻū in the far south, Puna in the southeast, and Hāmākua in the northeast.

Very interesting well, I hope it gives us energy because today is our last day here and we are going to visit Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park.

it includes two active volcanoes : Kīlauea, one of the world's most active volcanoes, and Mauna Loa, the world's most massive shield volcano.

Look he says that Kilauea

and

It's Halemaʻumaʻu caldera were traditionally considered the sacred home of the volcano goddess Pele

and Hawaiians visited the crater to offer gifts to the goddess. The volcano became a tourist attraction in the 1840s.

Well this place is beautiful.

Yes.

Come on the top is near and there will be incredible views.

We are leaving today, which was your favorite part?

I loved when we saw the football match, which is the most famous sport in Hawaii besides surf,

of course. I learnt a lot of things in our surf course.

And you?

Well I loved the day we went to fishing, and we show the carey turtles they put 200 eggs

that's incredible!

I'm gonna miss this Islands...

How The Big Lebowski Became a Lifestyle - Duration: 15:10.

"His wife goes out and owes money all over town,

and they pee on my rug?"

20 years since its release, The Big Lebowski

has shaped pop culture in a way

no one could have predicted.

"Yeah, well, you know, that's just like, uh,

your opinion, man."

It's inspired theme parties, fan clubs, cosplay,

a signature drink, an annual festival,

a religion based on the Dude's philosophy,

and the Day of the Dude

celebrated every March 6th,

the day the film came out.

By now The Big Lebowski is more than a movie --

it's a lifestyle.

"Far out."

Before we go on, be sure to hit subscribe

and click the bell to get notifications

on all of our new videos.

So why exactly did the Dudeist lifestyle become

so instantly and enduringly iconic?

"I'm the Dude.

So that's what you call me.

That, or his Dudeness.

Or Duder.

Or, you know, El Duderino,

if you're not into the whole brevity thing."

What's so appealing about The Big Lebowski

is what Roger Ebert describes as the film's "attitude."

And of course, the film's attitude is a reflection

of the dude's attitude.

"Take it easy, Dude."

"Oh yeah."

"I know that you will."

The Dude is embodied in the opening image:

that tumbleweed, rolling along,

carried by the wind across L.A.

This is someone who goes with the flow.

But like the tumbleweed the Dude is pulled

by a tumultuous world into over-the-top adventures.

So the suggestion is that if we stop pushing

and forcing movement in our lives --

and instead let ourselves be moved by

the flow of things --

we might actually experience more.

Of course, the Dude doesn't want

big, crazy experiences.

All he wants is peace and stability.

And throughout the film as he gets more and more

mixed up with these crazy plots,

the Dude is fighting to maintain

his relaxed composure.

"Earlier today, I was really feeling shitty, man.

Really down in the dumps.

You can't be worried about that shit.

Life goes on, man."

His true goal is less to solve the kidnapping mystery

than to keep his cool and not let

all of this get to him.

Thus the spiritual question of the movie is --

How does the Dude keep being the Dude,

when so much drama around him is threatening

to destroy his inner tranquility?

One of the movie's most famous lines --

"The Dude abides."

is an homage to The Night of the Hunter.

"Lord save little children.

The wind blows and the rains are cold.

Yet they abide."

With that mysterious phrase "The Dude abides"

the Coens are imbuing him with this

sacred spirit of the child,

who perseveres in spite of whatever comes.

And then the Dude is compared to Christ.

"It's good knowing he's out there.

The Dude.

Takin' her easy for all us sinners."

So the righteous thing the Dude is doing

is "takin' it easy,"

and our sin that he's redeeming

is the way we constantly do everything

but take it easy.

"Just take it easy, man."

"You know, that's your answer for everything, Dude."

Taking it easy in a world that's

constantly trying to ruffle you

is a significant, and, paradoxically,

difficult thing to do.

The Dude represents a passive life,

disengaged from the chaos.

He's not married with a family

and doesn't seem to seek a partner.

"Do you see a wedding ring on my finger?

Does this place look like I'm [bleep] married?"

He doesn't work or seek a job.

"My papers, business papers."

"And what do you do sir?"

"I'm unemployed."

He's not fixated on proving any macho, aggressive

standard of masculinity.

"They're calling the cops, man,

put the piece away."

"Mark it zero!"

His world thinks these things make him a loser.

"He looks like a fucking loser."

"Hey, at least I'm housebroken."

But the Dude's detachment from the crazy,

wound-up world and its whirlwind of toxic emotions

feels spiritual,

reminiscent of Buddhist or Taoist philosophy.

The dude doesn't seek excitement or greatness --

just balance and equanimity.

"How things been going?"

"You know, strikes and gutters,

ups and downs."

At the beginning of the film we're told

"Sometimes there's a man who, well,

he's the man for his time and place.

He fits right in there --

and that's the Dude."

He embodies that "slacker" type

that came into being in the 90s.

Of course, the Dude is also an aging hippie

from the 60s --

"I spent most of my time occupying

various administration buildings,

smoking a lot of thai-stick,

breaking into the ROTC, bowling..."

and perhaps the "slacker" is

the 90s' answer to the question,

what happened to those idealistic dreamers

of the 60s --

if they didn't go on to just "get a job"

and get with the program over time?

"My advice to you is to do

what your parents did --

get a job, sir!"

But as we watch the film,

the initial statement

"his the man for his time and place"

starts to sound curious,

because the Dude doesn't really seem to fit in

with his time and place at all --

and ultimately he's more the inverse

of the "man of the times"

we might imagine from the 90s.

He's a pacifist at the time of the Gulf War.

"These guys, you know, they're like me,

they're pacifists."

He's completely unambitious, anti-achievement,

at the start of a decade that was about to see

a huge commercial boom.

The narration says he's "the man for his time"

because maybe his time needed more people, like him,

to think differently from the norm of the era.

There's also something timeless and mythical

about the Dude's story --

as if this spiritual tumbleweed is

an essential antidote to mankind's

crazed forward motion in any era.

And at the end we hear

"I happen to know that there's

a little Lebowski on the way..."

so we can take comfort that there will be

more Dudes in the future,

needed in times to come.

Moments from this film are so iconic

because they're specific, original,

neatly presented,

and made of surprising, incongruous

combinations --

thus they stick in our minds.

Like when we first meet the Dude

and he's paying for a 69 cent carton of milk

with a check.

Or the Dude's White Russian milk mustaches.

And the choice of drink itself --

the constant drinking here is a play

on the whisky-drinking noir hero,

"I got a bottle of pretty good rye in my pocket.

I'd a lot rather get wet in here."

but the specific choice of the White Russian

is a decidedly un-masculine yet delicious drink

that really embodies the Dude himself.

There's the repetition of Bob Dylan's

"The Man in Me," the Dude's song --

and how it's paired with flying dreams

and a POV shot of a bowling ball --

so this unexpected combination embodies

the Dude's holy place of sorts.

The way he tries to transcend.

There's Bunny's car, driven straight into the fountain,

with its license plate that says "Lapin" --

french for rabbit.

And of course, her green nail polish --

we're introduced to Bunny painting her toenails.

Then we see that green nail polish

on the bloody amputated toe --

and what was an idiosyncratic detail

becomes brilliantly efficient storytelling --

we immediately summon that first image of Bunny

and understand the meaning of this toe instantly.

Then we get the incredibly memorable shot

revealing Bunny's ten intact toes --

a huge turning point in the story

communicated through this simple efficiency.

And later, we get our explanation

when we see the nihilist's bandaged foot,

missing a toe.

The specific, efficient storytelling

through these four instances of toes

adds such character that even decades

after seeing the movie,

we still remember that green nail polish.

And that bloody toe with its perfect green polish

embodies how the film understands

that incongruous combinations are memorable.

The characters, likewise, are contradictory mixes

of qualities we don't generally associate

with each other.

An angry Vietnam veteran who's very vocal

about his conversion to Judaism.

"I don't roll on Shabbos!"

A moody femme fatale who's also

a feminist artist partially based on

Yoko Ono and artist Carolee Schneemann.

"My art has been commended as being strongly vaginal,

which bothers some men.

The word itself makes some men uncomfortable.

Vagina."

Even the Dude is incongruous --

he seems like the most relaxed guy ever --

"Quite possibly the laziest in Los Angeles County."

but he gets bent out of shape

when his life is disrupted

in a relatively insignificant way.

"Yeah, man, it really tied the room together."

And he just won't let it go.

"really...tied the room together"

The Dude's caring too much about small things

gets him into this whole mess.

"I could be sitting here with just pee stains

on my rug."

"Yeah."

"But no, man, I gotta -- you know."

"[Bleep]-ing Germans."

But his "takin' it easy" lifestyle

isn't the same as not caring about anything.

"He doesn't care about anything,

he's a nihilist."

"Oh, that must be exhausting."

His hard-won peace comes from focusing on things

he can control.

He depends on his routine --

wearing sunglasses inside, bowling,

drinking White Russians, taking a bath,

smoking a joint and listening to Bob.

His sacred place is the bowling alley,

where everything is the same from game to game.

"This is not Nam, this is bowling.

There are rules."

The loving, slow-motion shots of the bowling

emphasize the reverence these characters have

for their game.

It's their temple;

this is their meditation.

"[Bleep] the tournament.

[Bleep] you, Walter."

"[Bleep] the tournament?

[Gasp]

Okay, Dude, I can see you don't

want to be cheered up here."

So repetitions within the film add to

the memorability, humor and storytelling efficiency --

but they also thematically illustrate

how the characters derive happiness

from repetition in their lives.

And the film reveals to us that

one way of building a happy lifestyle

is committing to our own repetitions --

filling our days with what gives us joy,

finding our own favorite activity and drink,

and enjoying them as ritual.

And of course, if we don't want the trouble

of finding our own routine,

the Dude's is a pretty easy one to emulate --

so that's another reason it's become a lifestyle.

In 1998, The Big Lebowski helped create

a whole new subgenre --

one which Slate has dubbed the slacker noir.

The sub-genre is the marriage of film noir

and the stoner comedy.

You could also call it stoner noir.

It's got many traditional film noir elements --

a dark, cynical outlook,

the femme fatale,

"Blow on them."

"You just put your lips together

and blow."

smoking, here it's joints instead of cigarettes,

and a deadpan protagonist who gets

horrendously beaten up and abused

over the course of the story.

The Big Lebowski is partly based on

Raymond Chandler's The Big Sleep.

The film stays true to the episodic nature

of Chandler-esque magazine pulp fiction.

It feels like it's made up of isolated sequences

that don't have that much to do with each other,

and it values the individual scene over the plot.

Joel Coen has said that, like Chandler's work,

The Big Lebowski has

"a hopelessly complex plot

that's ultimately unimportant."

We also associate noir with its

stylized, distinctive patterns of speech.

"You know, you're the second guy I've met today

that seems to think a Gat in the hand

means the world by the tail".

Lebowski likewise creates its own style of dialogue,

so memorable that it's one of the most quotable films

of the last two decades.

For instance:

"Hey, nice marmot."

"Nobody [bleep] with the Jesus."

"Obviously you're not a golfer."

"Shut the [bleep] up Donnie."

"The parlance of our time."

"In the parlance of our time."

"Mr. Treehorn treats objects like women, man."

"I will not abide another toe."

But as Slate pointed out,

there's a notable difference between

the film noir and the slacker hoir:

here the protagonist is not a PI

trying to solve the mystery.

He's a hapless slacker who's attempting to

separate himself from the mystery.

The Dude's only objective is to get reparations

for his rug,

but this simple goal sucks him deeper and deeper

into a mess that he can only exit

by solving the mystery.

"This is a complicated case, Maude.

Lotta ins.

Lotta outs.

Lotta what-have-yous."

And the comedy comes from

watching the Dude bumble through this case

and try to figure it out through

unconventional means.

"Is this your homework, Larry?"

So Lebowski's new genre embodied what

the Dudeist lifestyle represents to people:

a certain cool vibe, an acceptance of the futility

of much of life,

combined with an embrace of the laid-back stoner attitude

and a serene approach to life.

The Dude might be a god on earth,

or he might be a loser --

this is really in the eye of the beholder.

His world certainly views the Dude as a bum.

Both the Jeffrey Lebowski and daughter use the Dude

because they see him as worthless, not a threat,

as nothing.

"You think, oh, here's a loser, you know,

a deadbeat, somebody the square community

won't give a shit about."

"Well, aren't ya?"

The "Big Lebowski" of the title isn't the dude,

it's the other Lebowski.

The Dude constantly reminds people he's not Lebowski.

"Nobody calls me Lebowski, you got the wrong guy.

I'm the Dude, man."

"I am not Mr. Lebowski.

You're Mr. Lebowski.

I'm the Dude."

"Mr. Lebowski."

"Dude."

He doesn't want to be a "Big Lebowski" --

a big, rich man, making a big name for himself.

The Dude rejects the Big Lebowski's image of success.

He rejects that key word "achieving."

"There are the little Lebowski urban achievers."

The central divide in the film is really

between these two men

with the same given name.

"The bums will always lose!

You hear me, Lebowski?"

And while the Big Lebowski seems to

have everything at the start,

he turns out to be a fraud.

"A million bucks from [bleep]-ing needy

little urban achievers.

You are scum, man".

And we end up feeling it's the Dude

who's really rich in his life.

The embrace of the Dude's abiding lifestyle

over the years

has shown that people wanted to challenge

our society's assumptions

that achievement, machismo and a big name

are the measures of a man.

There might be some value to cutting back

leading a simpler, humbler,

more spiritual existence.

And maybe the world would be a better place

if we were all a little more relaxed like the Dude,

instead of trying so hard to be Big Lebowskis.

"What do you do for recreation?"

"You know, the usual.

Bowl, drive around,

The occasional acid flashback."

It's Debra.

And Susannah.

The Catalan Independence Struggle Is Europe's Future - Duration: 8:28.

Hey there.

In the last video I warned that time may be running out for the European Union.

The failure of the EU would have grave implications for Spain and the issue of Catalan independence.

In the context of a strong and healthy EU Catalan independence is a serious issue, that

merits careful consideration and confident cost benefit analysis.

In the context of a fading EU it becomes downright frightening.

Let me explain.

The survival and vigor of Catalan independence is often explained by the fact that the Catalans

have Barcelona.

There are plenty of European nationalities that didnt have vibrant world class cities

that are barely memories today.

There is something to that.

But there is also something about the history of Spain that makes independence movements

more powerful.

The confident modern democratic Spain we know today has only really existed in the context

of the European Union and its predecessor the European Economic Community.

Spain has one of the grandest histories imaginable.

At one point it ruled an empire stretching across the planet.

But that empire was more medieval than modern.

Spain at its height was about loyalty to a monarch rather than a shared idea of nationalism.

The rules governing each region were not uniform, and the Catalan region had its own evolving

set of governing institutions that would sometimes work with the king and sometimes against him.

We don't generally appreciate the extent to which nationalist super states like France,

Germany and the United Kingdom were created forcibly in the 1900s.

In many cases this involved the active crushing of local languages and cultures that didn't

have literate elites and cities like Barcelona to protect them.GOOGLE OCCITAN GOOGLE CORNISH

This forging of these united nationalisms required levels of industrialization and literacy,

and centralized states that weren't really available before the 19th century.

Spain couldn't use those tools because by the 19th Century Spain was a mess.

The titan with the planet spanning empire of the 1500s and 1600s was long gone.

It opened the 1800s occupied by France.

After they kicked out Napoleon they spent another decade or so losing all their mainland

American colonies at great expense.

Needless to say none of this covered the central government in Madrid with glory.

It continued to exist of course, and had some good decades here and there, but it also fought

a series of civil wars between 1833 and 1876.

These wars were about systems of government, but they were also about the privileges of

Catalonia and other regions as well.

So Spain got the industrialization and the literacy boost, in the cities at least, but

it never really got the centralization.

Some people gravitated towards ideas of Spanish nationalism, similar to contemporary ideas

of Frenchness or Britishness, but others gravitated towards regional identities.

Some gravitated towards both.

This 19th Century Confusion led to a lot of 20th century horror.

The Spanish Civil War, a prelude to World War 2 involved regional aspirations as well.

Franco, the fascist dictator that won that civil war crushed those aspirations for 40

years.

When democracy finally returned to Spain in the late 1970s it was always going to include

some sort of recognition for Spain's different regional nationalities.

One of the strands behind the Spanish drive for democracy was the desire to join the European

Economic Community, which happened in 1986.

I think it is fair to claim that the prize of a customs union with Europe made Catalan

leaders less likely to press for Full independence.

Catalonia is one of Spain's richest regions and free trade across that border was pretty

appealing.

Spain granted a degree of autonomy to Catalonia in 1979, which was expanded in 2006.

These statutes are the reason Catalonia legally has a parliament and a president whose name

I am not even going to attempt to pronounce.

During the 1990s and the early 2010s developments like this were a fascinating topic.

The EU was bringing greater uniformity, but also seemed to allow for greater autonomy

for regions like Scotland and Catalonia.

The fact that this autonomy was attained in a peaceful orderly fashion was historically

unprecedented, and that's a benefit that the EU provided.

The flip side of course, is that we probably wouldn't be seeing what we are seeing now

in Catalonia, without the past ten years of EU failure.

The unified currency made recovery from the financial crisis more difficult.

Spain was one of the hardest hit countries with a 9 percent drop in GDP and a recession

that lasted a full five years.

Things finally began to turn around in 2014, but by this point some parties in the Catalonian

parliament were fed up.

As one of the richer regions they were sick of supporting the central government and not

getting much in return.

So they decided to have a referendum on independence in October of 2017.

The Spanish government did not like that, tried to block the referendum legally and

physically, and dissolved Catalonia's government after their parliament declared independence

on October 27th 2017.

Now it's important to emphasize that just how much support independence has in Catalonia

itself is unclear.

Yes the referendum results were overwhelmingly for independence, and the parliament approved

it, but the population that voted may not have been representative, and the parliamentary

majority was very slim.

The results of the elections for the new Catalan parliament elected in December were similarly

ambiguous.

The largest single party elected was anti Independence.

BUT the pro independence parties all together control more seats.

BUT the vote that elected that majority is well under a majority of the voters.

It's going to remain a big mess for the months and years to come.

Up until now things have remained relatively peaceful.

Catalonia's small tradition of revolutionary terrorism has not restarted.

The consensus seems to be that it is Spain that has overreacted and used too much violence

in its response to the referendum.

It is clear to me that Spain has moderated its response to avoid EU condemnation.

So far no one has been killed.

But how long is that going to last?

The EU has been a calming factor throughout this dispute.

On the one hand they are willing to provide refuge for Catalonia's fugitive president

in Brussels.

But on the other hand they have made it very clear that an independent Catalonia would

not be welcomed in the EU.

EU failure may have contributed to this issue, but it is also an EU success that it has not

yet spiralled into violence.

Talking about fighting in Catalonia may seem alarmist, but it is only EU influence that

makes the idea of violence over autonomy issues seem strange.

Look at Iraq, or Turkey, or Burma, or Spain itself less than a century ago.

If the EU fades away, Europe will lose its immunity to its own history.

In Catalonia and everywhere else.

BREAKING: Obama Headed To Court Over Who Was Found DE*D! - Duration: 4:47.

BREAKING: Obama Headed To Court Over Who Was Found DEAD!

Things are about to heat up for former President Barack Obama!

The brother of a slain Border Patrol Agent has taken to Twitter to conjure the attention

of President Donald Trump in an informal request to go after Obama for what happened while

he was President.

His name is Kent Terry, and he's requesting that President Trump reopens the case that

could put Obama in some serious trouble, enough to ruin his legacy for good if that's what

people consider it.

Kent's brother, Brian Terry, was killed back in 2010 when an illegal immigrant wrecked

a part of the Fast and Furious Operation.

This portion of the program included what was called "gun walking," and it found

Brian Terry on the receiving end of a weapon that ultimately took his life.

His brother Kent is not standing down.

He requested that Trump opens the books on Obama, and solves the scandal that people

have long wanted an answer for.

President Trump has been somewhat transparent lately, so there's an excellent chance this

could happen if Trump feels as though it's worth the effort.

When it comes to the opinion of the Americans, then, of course, it's worth looking into

because someone who protected the American border was lost.

Kent Terry is upset that he has no answers as to why his brother Brian, who spent 22

years protecting America's border, was lost.

Kent and many Americans want the answers they've been searching for, and they're starting

to demand them again.

President Trump has not yet answered.

Fox News Insider reported more on the situation with Barack Obama and Operation Fast and Furious:

"Brian Terry was killed in 2010 by an illegal immigrant with a weapon used in the botched

"gun-walking" program Operation Fast and Furious.

His brother, Kent Terry, tweeted at Trump on Saturday, asking him to "reopen the books"

and get to the bottom of the scandal that cost his brother his life.

"We need to find out the truth, exactly what happened, how it happened, why it happened.

We need Mr. Trump, President Trump, to unseal the documents, reverse executive privilege

so that we know what happened, and that we can hold the people accountable that are responsible,"

Terry said on "Fox & Friends" Tuesday.

He said people at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Justice

Department need to be held accountable for the government-approved operation that allowed

thousands of guns to pour into Mexico.

"Everybody's still actively working, nobody's been punished, maybe just a slap on the hand,

and that's about it," Terry said.

"There needs to be justice for my brother.

He deserves it.

He spent 22 years serving his country as a law enforcement officer, a Marine, and that's

what he deserves."

He said he never believed President Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder when he said

that those responsible for his brother's death will be held accountable, but he's

hopeful that Trump will help his family get the answers they've been seeking."

Kent Terry also mentioned that he met Donald Trump while he was campaigning for President

in 2016.

It appears as though they spoke briefly about the incident with Kent's brother and Trump

seemed very empathetic, and apologetic for what happened to Brian Terry.

It was mentioned that Trump suggested that Jeff Sessions reopens the case to investigate

further for answers, and hold people accountable for their actions that lead to the unfortunate

passing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

Newsmax stated in 2014: "Fast and Furious" started as a way to

capture drug dealers in violent Mexican drug cartels.

It ended as part of a scandal involving the Barack Obama presidency that had to be wrapped

up following unnecessary deaths.

Gun-buyers, many of whom the feds suspected were criminals, were permitted to take firearms

purchased in the U.S. and walk into Mexico without interference from agents; the intention

was that once the guns were sold to powerful drug cartels, the ATF would later trace the

firearms.

Whistleblowers and investigators, however, found no attempt to trace the guns."

What possibly happened is that the guns which were supposed to be traced by the government

had ended up being used in other crimes that were not part of the operation.

This turned the operation into something that possibly spiraled out of control and became

a much bigger problem than expected.

It resulted in a shootout with criminals and Border Agent Brian Terry who was lost in the

fight.

Americans still want and demand answers and accountability, but will they ever get it?

After Chelsea Clinton talks about Trump & His Family, She Wakes To A Brutal Surprise - Duration: 4:19.

After Chelsea Clinton Bashes Trump & His Family, She Wakes To A Brutal Surprise.

Chelsea Clinton recently appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to bash President

Donald Trump and his family.

Now, she's getting a brutal surprise that she didn't expect.

According to Daily Caller, Chelsea Clinton appeared as a guest on CBS' The Late Show

with Stephen Colbert on Monday, March 5, 2018, where Colbert practically lobbed up verbal

softballs for her to swing at.

Chelsea's performance was unimpressive and lacked any genuine conviction as she nodded

through most of her insults.

In an attempt to be witty, Colbert started out by saying that he thinks Chelsea's family

has a "particularly unique relationship emotionally to the fact that Donald Trump

is President of the United States."

I wonder how long Colbert worked on that humorless dig.

Following his loaded comment, Colbert gave Chelsea the floor to mumble about her parents,

her hatred for President Trump, and her lost friendship with Ivanka Trump.

Chelsea Clinton bashed our President when she answered Colbert's question about how

her family talks about Trump.

"Well, goodness, um," she stumbled before adding, "We just talk about what should

we be doing today, which organizations and candidates should we be supporting."

She continued, "How do we both stand in opposition to the degradations of norms and

institutions as well as the retrograde policies around voting rights, around women's rights,

around transgendered rights, and what do we do to keep pushing forward for the world that

both my parents have been working on since before I was born and that I'm really eager

to help build for my children, for your children, for future generations."

Chelsea then took aim directly at Trump, saying, "Because, as you noted, the President, I

think, thrives on anxiety and insults, there's just always so much to talk about.

Because, I think, unfortunately, this administration is the collision of cruelty and incompetence,

there's so much to just talk about, what's happening even beyond the President and Washington

on any given day."

Chelsea Clinton reminds me of the kid who people feel sorry for at a birthday party

when she can't hit the pinata so they take off her blindfold and hold the target still

in order for her to get a few whacks in on it.

Watching her interview with Colbert is cringeworthy and even a little irritating at the same time.

How on earth can Chelsea Clinton sit there and accuse President Trump of being driven

by "anxiety and insults" when her own mother is looked upon by many in both political

parties as the queen of the damned?

Amongst other things that Chelsea said about Trump and his family, she said that Ivanka

Trump was "fair game" when it comes to criticism from the public.

I think Chelsea needs a brutal reality check, and thankfully, several Twitter users agreed.

The Twitter user "DeplorableMaurice" tweeted, "Help me understand something: why does

anyone care about anything that Chelsea Clinton says?

What has she ever done that should make us care what she thinks?

I am not aware of anything."

Maurice feels the same way a lot of us do.

Chelsea hasn't accomplished anything significant in her life and shouldn't be interviewed

for her opinion.

It's sad that she gets attention because of her corrupt parents.

Another Twitter user named Debbie Giammarrusco Snyder said, "She is a product of the crooked

Clintons!

I wouldn't trust her as far as I could spit.

What kind of a comment is that to make?

She is exactly like her wicked mother!"

I could not agree more.

Chelsea is cut from the same self-entitled cloth as Hillary Clinton, and it hangs in

the air when she talks.

She clearly thinks she's better than others

Chelsea Clinton should stay in the shadows because when her corrupt parents are finally

brought to justice, she's going to be prosecuted for her own part in their foundation's criminal

acts.

what do you think about this?

5 talking points from LFC 0–0 Porto - Mission complete, Klopp's changes, Reds a team to avoid - Duration: 4:29.

Mission complete, Klopp's changes, Reds a team to avoid – 5 talking points from Liverpool 0–0 Porto

Liverpool completed the elimination of Porto with a bore draw at Anfield to make the Champions League quarter-finals with a 5-0 aggregate win.

The buildup to the second leg was dominated by warnings from Jurgen Klopp and Jordan Henderson to avoid complacency and beware of the Porto backlash.

And it's fair to say those demands were acted upon as the Reds retained composure to not only finish the job, but do so in the most stress-free way.

Klopp said the game would be a big test of his side's mentality and he will be pleased with the attitude displayed as Liverpool barely gave their Portuguese opponents a sniff of a route back.

Loris Karius made one save all game as Liverpool dealt with a potentially awkward tie professionally, producing a controlled if unspectacular display of no fuss to get the job done.

Professional Job Complete.

A big positive was also that the Reds seemingly came through with no injury concerns, giving Klopp a competitive and healthy squad for some vital upcoming league games.

Though there was naturally a drop in performance as a result of a rotated team, the Reds' efficiency to complete the task is what will please Klopp most on the night.

It was fully expected Klopp would make changes despite having insisted he would not rest players ahead of Saturday's Old Trafford clash, and the boss made five on the night.

A welcome evening off was provided for Virgil van Dijk but it is perhaps frustration that the Dutchman was the only big gun to receive a full rest.

Such was Porto's intention to simply avoid another thrashing and Liverpool's desire for as easy a night as possible, Klopp could have made wholesale changes to preserve more key men.

Some Good Changes, But Also Some Risky?

There was no need for Roberto Firmino to be anywhere near the squad, with Danny Ings capable for such an occasion, while one of Henderson or Emre Can could also have been left out with a slight formation change.

Introducing speedster Mohamed Salah late on was the most needless risk however, and though it thankfully didn't backfire, that Klopp even took the chance was a surprise. Needlessly risky, but continuity has at least been maintained on the whole.

It wasn't a night that we were going to learn much, but one thing this tie did show was the growing importance and influence of one increasingly impressive midfielder.

While the Henderson, Emre Can and James Milner trio was more than enough on the night, this selection left the Reds short of a natural attacking-minded driving force that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain brings.

Oxlade-Chamberlain's Growing Importance

His athleticism and desire to break from midfield to join attacks was illustrated, as the Reds lacked the injection to turn stable possession into blistering attack that has become a prominent feature of Oxlade-Chamberlain's game.

Perhaps the biggest indication of his developing importance was that Klopp gave the 24-year-old a full night off ahead of Saturday's clash with Man United at Old Trafford.

Thankfully this should mean Oxlade-Chamberlain is fully fit and recharged to provide his much-needed dynamism against Jose Mourinho's side.

Liverpool now play three league games before the Champions League recommences, with trips to United and Crystal Palace either side of Watford's Anfield arrival.

Push For Second Can Drive European Pursuit.

All three fixtures will be tough in their own way—United naturally more than the other two—but each is undoubtedly winnable.

Klopp's side therefore have a big opportunity to really force the push for second place and further tighten grip on a top-four spot ahead of the European restart in early April.

Doing so by collecting a healthy points tally—seven from nine would be pleasing—would keep the Reds in a strong league position, which would help maximise increasing hopes of a serious Champions League challenge.

A good return from the three games would increase Liverpool's ability to pursue European glory as the Reds could concentrate more fully on it safe in the knowledge that top four is almost secured.

The key to this is continuing the excellent winning form in these next three matches, and what better place to start than at Old Trafford.

Reds Have No One to Fear.

With a place in the last eight now confirmed the business end of the Champions League is now underway, and it certainly feels great to be back.

Reaching the latter stages is just reward for a solid group stage and stunning last-16 showing, and even if this is our first time here for nine years and quality now steps up, performances so far mean the Reds should fear no one.

Liverpool's attacking power and goalscoring quality—with more goals than any side in the competition—combined with how Klopp's side are becoming an increasingly complete unit makes us a force to be reckoned with.

Not one single potential opponent will want to come up against this fearless Reds side, and at the same time there is not one team Liverpool should want to avoid. Bring on next Fridays draw.

Mike Perry Has A New Girl; Sean O'malley on Foot Injury; Luke Rockhold on Michael Bisping at 205 - Duration: 3:24.

Some of you came from my mike perry videos that I did on my channel regarding his girlfriend

Danielle.

Her latest post on instagram shows that the two have broken up.

she hinted that it was due to him having a wandering eye but says she has no ill will

toward him and still believes he will be champ one day.

He did post an IG story with a girl yesterday which I didn't get the footage of.

However, after Danielle posted the public announcement of their break up mike decided

to film himself with, what I believe to be, the same girl from last night.

"Yeah, do it for the realest ni***s in the fu**' game right now

She will, yeah Do it for the realest n** in the fuckin' game

right now She will,"

I guess we can be rest assured Danielle will not be coaching him on his next fight which

is what most MMA fans hoped for anyway.

We'll see how this affects his fighting career and whether Colby Covington will have

an opinion on this.

Luckily, if Mike does end up joining Covington at ATT their beef may have just been diffused

since Danielle is no longer in the picture.

In other news Sean O'malley explained on the MMA Hour that his foot appears not to

be broken but has suffered a fracture that already appeared to be lingering prior to

the fight

"it hurt pretty much non stop.

They said it wasn't broken they said I had a previous fracture in there before the fight

so I'm gonna go figure it out, I don't know we'll see.

Ariel: Did you know that you had a previous fracture?

Sean: I didn't.

Every fight I get in I throw a lot of kicks.

I land with my feet a lot.

I've had a lot of foot issues because of that.

I'm not surprised that I've had a lot of foot injuries.

I wasn't surprised.

I think I landed a few kicks with my foot on his knee on that first round so I think

I kinda hurt it a little bit in the first a little in the second then finally couldn't

use it in the third.

No, it was a super weird feeling, my whole foot, no I couldn't feel it when I put on

it or put it on the ground and put pressure on it it wasn't there.

It was super weird.

It sucked.

Ariel: But it's not broken is that 100%?

Or, I guess you had the previous fracture.

Its not broken worse?

How would you describe it right now?

Sean: I'm gonna go get it checked out and we'll figure it out there."

He has no real plans for the future yet and plans to let his foot heal fully before thinking

about what to do next.

Luke Rockhold also was on and mentioned that he's pursuing a trilogy fight with Michael

Bisping at 205 since Bisping did mention that he wouldn't mind fighting luke at lightheavy

weight.

"Mr. Michael Bisping Opened his mouth and said that he was willing to fight me at 205

or 85 or anywhere, and you know that's a fight that if it's on the table I'm gonna

have to jump it in front of the line before I do anything else, so , if he can back up

what he just said I'll be very willing to take that fight anywhere anytime, obviously

when I'm not committed to fight, but, I have a little time a little break I need to

think about but they say I should be cleared by, let say, international fight week, early

summer.

It's a good retirement stage for Bisping and it's a good return for me why don't

we do this thing in style and sign on the dotted line?

I know this is a fight that the UFC is pursuing.

Ariel: The dream scenario for your return fight is international fight week, same card

as your friend Daniel Cormier against Stipe Miocic July 7th Las Vegas.

You versus Michael Bisping 3 the retirement fight going down.

That's what you want.

That's what your asking for.

Luke: Lets make it a little more intriguing.

Let's bring it to 205.

Ariel: ohh another layer to the rivalry.

The third fight at 205.

No cutting weight.

Luke: this is in discussion.

You could also cut down by replacing masturbation with other activities.

Next time you have an urge to masturbate, then try: going for a run.

By writing in a journal.

By spending time with friends, or going for a walk.

Does masturbation cause a decrease in sexual sensitivity?

For women who have sexual dysfunction, enhanced stimulation, including masturbation, can help

increase sexual desire and sensitivity.

In fact, two 2009 studies found that vibrator use among women and men has been linked to

an increase in desire, arousal, and overall sexual function.

Women also reported an increase in lubrication, while men reported better erectile function

according to the studies.

Masturbation can affect sensitivity during sex for men because of their technique.

Research has shown that too tight of a grip on a penis during masturbation can decrease

sensation.

Sexual health experts recommend changing your technique during masturbation to restore sensitivity

levels during sex.

Benefits of masturbation.

Masturbation is a healthy sexual activity that has many benefits for your physical and

mental health.

There are limited studies on the benefits of masturbation, but studies on sexual intercourse

and anecdotal reports suggest that sexual stimulation, including stimulation through

masturbation, may help you: One.

Relieve built-up stress.

Two.

Sleep better.

Three.

Boost your mood.

Four.

Relaxness.

Five.

Feel pleasure.

Six.

Relieve cramps.

Seven.

Release sexual tension.

Eight, have better sex.

Nine.

Better understand your wants and needs.

Couples may also mutually masturbate to explore different desires, as well as avoid pregnancy.

Self-pleasuring also helps you prevent sexually transmitted infection.

Olivia, Film Director Part 1 - What I do and how much I make - Duration: 5:24.

My name is Olivia Abtahi, I'm 30-years-old,

I'm a film director and I make approximately $80,000 a year.

I currently work at a video production company

here in Colorado called Mighteor.

They make videos specifically for the internet

so they specialize in web style videos.

I do a range of things.

Sometimes I'm directing, sometimes I'm editing,

other times I'm creating storyboards or scripts

or just coming up with concepts for clients.

And then a lot of it is just meeting with clients,

talking to them, making sure everything's on track

and that we're getting their vision right.

Yeah, I think when you're in a small business,

you kinda have to wear a ton of hats.

It's not one of those jobs where everything is very siloed

and you have just one job

and that's what you have to focus on.

I think I'm lucky in that I get to touch

a lot of things at work because if I can set up

the storyboard for success, that way when I'm on set later,

I'm so grateful to the Olivia of two months ago

where I set myself up for success

and then going into post-production as well,

making sure I'm slating in properly

so that whoever is editing it, even if it's me,

I'm not cursing whoever it was on set

not doing their job properly.

So just being thorough at every stage

because there's a very good chance

I'll have to deal with it later.

Before I came to Mighteor, I was a freelance film director

so I still kept on some of my clients

when I transitioned to a full-time job

so that means a lot of early mornings,

lot of late nights, lot of weekends,

and what's great is that Mighteor is really supportive

of the freelance work that I do

because a lot of it is cause-based and for organizations

they really care about so...

Mighteor's got this things called flextime

where I have to work 40-hours a week

so if we're on an 18-hour a day production,

god forbid, that happens a lot though,

if there's an extra day at the tail end of the week

I can take that time off to focus

on my freelance work as well.

I think the skills that make any director successful

is the ability to think on the fly and be nimble

and to visualize what you're going for in your head

before it actually plays out in front of you

because I guarantee the commercial that you're planning for

is not the commercial that you will shoot

and you have to be able to improvise,

put up with fires that you have to put out all the time.

But at the same time, it is being diligent,

it is putting in the ground work

for setting yourself up for success on the shoot,

making sure that you have your interview prompts

ready to go, that you create your storyboards,

that you kind of created an assembly in your head

of the points you wanna hit, is there a beginning,

middle, and end to the story you're making

because you need to figure that out

before you ever even hit record.

A lot of times you're also a producer

and usually these jobs are siloed for a reason.

It's really tough when I'm directing

and I'm interviewing somebody to be worrying about,

okay, what time are we wrapping?

When are we getting lunch?

Is the lunch gonna be cold by the time it gets there?

Okay, but the PA hasn't run out and gotten lunch.

And I'm literally thinking of these things

while I'm talking to somebody which isn't fair

to my subject and I should be giving them

my undivided attention, and I think my goal eventually

is to just have a producer to deal with that

and I hope I get to that point in my career

where I have that luxury but I do think

right now at the level that I'm at,

it's tough to do both jobs at once.

This is my very first salaried film position

after working in the film industry for 10 years now.

When I graduated it was during the economic recession

and I kind of just had to make it rain on my own

and hustle as many jobs as possible

so in a sense, being able to pay my mortgage

is a huge accomplishment.

I never thought that would be possible with film

but in terms of being a film director,

I would say my salary is on the low to average side.

Most film directors are with broadcast production companies,

they're not specializing in web

and what a film director in that situation would do

is they would be signed to a production company label

so it's not a nine-to-five job but they would go up for bids

on behalf of their production company

where they make a deck and they send it to an ad agency

that's requesting their reel and saying,

hey, we're interested in you maybe doing

this spot for our next commercial.

Show us what you're thinking.

And if the director wins that bid,

then they make a percentage of total production costs

and that's usually a base of 10 thousand per job.

I would say the range of salary would be

anywhere between 60 thousand if you're maybe

just starting out or you're freelance

and you're kinda just making three or four thousand each job

to as high as 300 thousand a year because you are

winning so many bids and requesting

higher and higher amounts per bid.

Working in Denver, Colorado, it is definitely

not as big a film community as traditional

film communities here in the US like New York City

and Los Angles so working in Denver,

it's kind of nice because you're

maybe a bigger fish in a smaller pond

and what's great about that is that

for someone like me who's just starting out

as a director, I can show off a little bit more

of my expertise, I'm not coming from the bottom end

of the talent pool, and so I really recommend

if you're just starting out, maybe don't focus

on these big cities where you'll get lost in the shuffle.

Going to these smaller towns where there's

smaller businesses that are willing

to take a chance on you is just as powerful.

Eurowizja 2018: Siostry Godlewskie obraziły Margaret i Polskę

Esmeralda Godlewska komentuje wyniki preselekcji na Eurowizję 2018.

Margaret, utalentowana i niezwykle skromna polska piosenkarka,

Przecież to jakaś komedia!   Dzięki niej z całą pewnością zajęlibyśmy jedno z wyższych jak i nie najwyższych miejsc,

to już my lepiej mogłyśmy tam jechać #zła! ja uciekam spać a Wam kochani życzę słodkich snów  .

Jak widać Esmeralda nie jest zachwycona decyzjami podjętymi przez Margaret.

Internauci chyba niekoniecznie podzielają jej zdanie.

Jeszcze tam was brakuje…

Olivia, Film Director Part 2 - How I got my job and where I'm going - Duration: 4:39.

My parents didn't have the luxury

of getting to pursue their artistic dreams.

My mom is an incredible writer,

my dad was always a musician,

but my mom is an attorney

and my dad was a car mechanic

when we first moved to the United States.

She was in law school,

he's fixing cars,

and it was really wonderful when

I mentioned that I was interested in film.

They were the ones that really pushed me

to go forward with, you know,

it wasn't even a dream at the time,

it was just something I was interested in

and they're the ones that encouraged me

to go try it out,

at, you know, summer camp,

and then when time came to apply to colleges,

they asked, okay, what major do you think you want,

and I was thinking, okay,

I need to make money,

I need to be a successful person

just like my parents and I said,

maybe I'll go into international relations.

I really like traveling.

We speak a couple languages at home.

I feel like that'd be an easy transition,

and they turned to me and they were like,

that's ridiculous.

You're going to be miserable doing that.

You love film, why don't you go out for film?

And my parents encouraged me to apply

to NYU film school,

and they were the ones that really

pushed me.

And there's a saying that it takes

three generations to be an artist,

and I feel like I am the generation

that gets to reap from the rewards

that my ancestors have paved for me.

I've had 10 internships,

and I have been working in this industry

for 10 years, and this is now

my first full paying job

where I actually have benefits

and I know when my next paycheck

is going to come in.

I have worked very hard to get to where I am,

because I said yes to just about everything.

You need a coffee, I would grab it.

You need somebody to convert

your hundred page PDF into a Word doc

before there were actual converters,

I have been the one typing it all out

by hand over and over again.

I have copied reels of directors

who to this day are just...

Are directing like the next Spider-Man movie,

and just rewatched so many of them

to make sure there weren't errors in the DVDs.

I cannot even tell you the amount of

thankless grubby jobs I've done

to get to where I am now,

and I think it's important to remember

that whoever you're working for,

or if you're just starting out,

the person who's maybe in charge of your project

has also paid those same dues,

and now that it's a little easier to maybe

get equipment and start on your own,

I think it's still important to approach everything

really humbly and not come off

with a huge ego.

Once again, you want to create an open

and safe environment on your shoot,

but you also just want to remember that

the people who might be a little higher up

than you have had a lot of experience

doing these things,

and it's important to just learn from them,

and instead of talking so much

just remember to listen first and foremost.

My long term goals are to get signed

with a larger production company

where I am just working

whenever I win a bid,

and that would mean

probably working less hours,

but the stakes are so much higher

because that's maybe my only job for the month,

and then my goal is to

have a job like that where I may be working

one out of every four weeks a month

that lets me focus on my own projects.

My ultimate plan is to take

all of these work opportunities

and positions to get better at being a director,

and ultimately create my first feature film.

If you're interested in being a film director,

then my first piece of advice

is going to be just shoot,

just shoot your own movies.

There is no reason why you can't make

a film with the tools that you have.

There are so many wonderful films

now being shot on an iPhone,

and if you have an iPhone or a smartphone,

that means that you have what it takes

equipment-wise to make a feature film.

So grab your friends,

find a weekend and just make stuff happen,

because you won't learn as much about directing

from a book or from a website

as you will than just being on a shoot

and trying to make your dream come true.

I will say some of the pitfalls, though,

are that it's hard to get validation.

It's hard to get recognition

because there are so many other filmmakers out there,

and you really just have to find your own voice.

In the beginning you might be

trying to copy other artists,

and that's understandable

because you're trying to figure out your style,

but I would say find your voice,

find the movie that you want to watch,

and make sure that you're the one who makes it.

And I would say if you are just starting out

and you know you want to be a film director,

and you might be in high school

or middle school and you have an elective,

make sure that elective is a language,

because that opens your whole career up

to tons of possibilities.

You get to travel a lot more,

and you get to say yes to a lot of cooler things.

What Could You Have Done While Watching This Video? - Duration: 6:13.

The Infographics Show usually lasts somewhere between six and eight minutes, and while we

hope you find them fun and informative, and a good way to spend those minutes, have you

ever wondered what else you could be doing during this time?

You'll hear from self-help gurus far and wide that taking only a few minutes out of

every day just to concentrate on one thing alone will likely start to show dividends

over a longer time frame.

Many of us are just habitual procrastinators, and some of us would rather stare at the wall

than focus our minds on completing a task.

Well, today we are going to show you how a few minutes a day can change your life, in

this episode of the Infographics Show, What you could have done while watching this video?

We'll start with arguably the most important thing in your life, and that's your health.

Statistics differ, but the CDC tells us that only one in four Americans do regular exercise.

Statistics don't differ too much when we read about the country's obesity problem,

as well as all the medical complications one might suffer in later life, not to mention

a feeling of general malaise that comes from sitting around too much and not exercising.

The good news is, to be fit, or even buff, you don't really need to put that much effort

in.

In fact, a study by the University of Utah in 2017 tells us that very short bursts of

exercise will keep you fit.

Another study found that a few 5-minute workouts in your living room will keep your heart in

good condition.

In fact, a few push-ups, which takes less than a minute, will strengthen many of your

muscles and increase your metabolic rate.

Add some squats to that – basically going down on your knees with a straight back and

then up again - and over time this 6-8-minute workout every day if kept up will make you

much fitter.

You don't have to be a gym-rat or a football player to stay fit and strong.

What about exercising your brain?

There's no exact time, but it's generally thought most people take about one to three

minutes to read a page of a book.

This all depends on how fast you read and how many words there are on the page.

Let's say you can read a page in two minutes.

6 to 8 minutes a day reading means you'll get through three to four pages a day.

It doesn't sound like much, but that's 1095 to 1460 pages a year.

So, for this little effort in a year you could have read several average-length classic works

of fiction.

You could have gone through millennia of heady thought after finishing Bertrand Russell's

"A History of Western Philosophy" (728 pages), and then added to that Bill Bryson's

more recent and easier to read "A Short History of Nearly Everything" (544 pages).

So, in a year you've studied many of the great thinkers on some of the biggest questions

in life and are down with a 101 scientific point of view on how this world and universe

works.

Not bad really, considering it wasn't much effort at all.

Ok, but what about the smaller things in life.

Now that you are smarter and fitter, what next?

Well, most people type at a speed of around 30-70 words a minute, with the former being

quite slow and the latter being quite fast.

Let's say you type at 50 WPM.

This means you can type two decent emails in our 6-8 minutes.

And you know there are many people you should probably keep in touch with more.

One study we found showed that we keep making new friends up until the age of 25, and then

we fall off a cliff, so to speak.

"The average 25-year-old man contacts around 19 different people per month, where 25-year-old

women contacted an average of around 17.5 people," said the study.

At the age of 39 we contact far fewer people.

How many of you watching this feel like you may have neglected a relationship?

So, let's not lose our friends, and get busy composing those two emails or messages.

Sticking with writing, there are countless studies out there that state that the act

of writing actually makes you smarter.

Scientific research was cited by The Huffington Post in 2013 that said just by keeping a journal,

say for 6-8 minutes a day, you'll improve your vocabulary and your IQ will increase.

There's no end to how being a good writer with an ability to express yourself in words

will improve your chances of success in life, and also what people think about you when

they talk to you.

Research also says these few minutes of journal time will heighten your emotional intelligence,

give you better self-awareness, memory, creativity, self-discipline and help you deal with your

problems.

Not bad for a few minutes work a day.

One professor who has been all over the media of late called Jordan Peterson has been swearing

on how this keeping of journals or diaries can make a massive difference in how happy

you are and also how successful you are.

Ok, so now you are already on your way to being a much better person.

But there is more.

Did any of you see that movie with Harry Dean Stanton, "Lucky", based on his world view

as he is about to leave the world.

He played the lead role at 90-years old and could be seen drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes

and walking everywhere.

How can a 90-year old be in that kind of shape?

Well, one of the things he says in the movie that he had been doing for many years – he

died at 91 – was a few minutes of yoga stretches a day.

It actually showed this old man doing those stretches and it was incredible to watch.

You can find many articles out there that do indeed explain the benefits of 5 minutes

of yoga stretches each day.

If you want to remain nimble, flexible, and upright you should give that a try.

Or you can just sit and do nothing for 5 minutes and think only about breathing; that's called

meditation.

"Five minutes a day can change your life" is the mantra of many people that meditate.

Finally, make lists!

Yes, making lists has been found to be good for everyone.

It takes just a few minutes to write down all the things you want to achieve tomorrow,

next week, next month, or next year.

You might not do them, but at least you have an objective.

Some self-help advisers tell us to make lists of all the things we appreciate in life, lest

we forget.

Or, what about a bucket list, or the concerts you want to see, the things you want to eat,

the places you'd like to visit, the people you'd like to date.

Studies cited in the media show that while you may not do all the things on your list,

you'll do more just because you made the list.

There are of course many other things you could do in five minutes.

You'd could even attempt to put another person on planet Earth.

The book, "The New Naked: The Ultimate Sex Education for Grown-Ups," tells us the act

for around half of men in the world takes less than two minutes.

Now, adding to the population might not be what you want, but all kinds of scientific

studies tell us that making love can have a lot of positive effects for the lovemakers,

in terms of their happiness.

As the saying goes, it's the most natural thing in the world.

It's free, and it's good for you.

We understand that if you do all these 6-8-minute activities a day, then it's going to take

some time, but why not try just a couple of them a day and see how you feel?

There can be no doubt that just doing some extra things for a few minutes a day can make

a big difference in your well-being.

So, do you do any of these things already?

What else could we have added to this list?

Let us know in the comments.

Also, be sure to check out our other video called Most Dangerous Jobs!

Thanks for watching, and, as always, don't forget to like, share, and subscribe.

See you next time!

Yo, So I was actually, if you watch my video last week.

I cut some trees down, I was going to clear the area but I figured it made more sense

just to cut everything down and then once I have it down I can go through and clear

it up as opposed to clearing and cutting more, so I am just going to cut what I can and then clear it out.

I've gotten everything down that I need to get down.

Now I am just going to go through and clean it up.

But, I'm not going to do that today because it is bitterly cold.

Top 10 Types of Fragrance Heads (2018) - Duration: 6:50.

I said they have a lot of fragrances (what does all of this mean!?) The fragrances like heat, "oh she got fire" "heat". Ok, all I heard was women and turning up heat

Ok, the next part part we'll put it in perspective. All hail the beard. It's your boy Big Beard B and we're back

for another edition of Big Beard Business! As you guys probably know by now I make

a lot of videos about fragrances and I would say I've been a frag head for most

of my life, and over the years I've noticed there are a lot of different

types of frag heads and when I say a lot I mean A LOT! So today I'm going to tell

you my top 10 different types of frag heads. Starting off in the number one

spot is the hypebeast frag head. Now this is probably the most obvious frag

head out there and I'm sure all of you know at least one hypebeast. Remember

never ask a hypebeast frag head if they like a certain fragrance. I think

the real question is going to be if other people like the fragrance, because

we all know that this is the most amazing fragrance ever made. I think the

most recognizable hypebeast out there today is the guy who is the Aventus

worshipper. You know the one that has every batch of a Aventus that has ever

come out, that has ever been made because the variations!

You know the variations require it. I mean let's be honest here, we all have a

little hypebeast in us somewhere. The important thing is to remember you know

two separate buying things that you like from buying things just because others

like it. Number two on the list is the reseller frag head. These are the guys

who think they are more business savvy than they really are.

These are the guys that buy a bottle of Layton Exclusif and try to sell it to

you for $300 shipped, after they purchased it for $275 and trying to call

that hustling; but, on the flip side resellers have an interesting reputation

with collectors because in one case you can't live without them and the

other side you can't know with them. I mean who knows man where else are you

gonna get that O.G that original batch of La Nuit de L'homme. Number three is

the regretful frag head that's that person who sells their fragrance

collection to pay for everyday expenses. You know stuff like their car payment

gas, dates, dates, dates, and dates, you know at the time that they sold that

fragrance it might have seemed like a good idea, but a few days later they want it

back after they've been friend-zoned. Number four is the O.G frag head. These are

the guys like Mark from Robes08, you know you got Street Scents, Al over there at Street

Scents. You got Steven at Redolessence, and you got Cody at DracDoc.

You know these are the guys who been putting in that work on the fragrance game, you

know before.. before Le Male was Le Male. Number five is the female frag head. You

know often time the female frag heads they got a lot of heat man. You know if

you scroll through Instagram and put in fragrance of the day, scent of the day,

these women be turning up the heat!! I mean they usually have frag head

boyfriends as well, and they take you know scent of the day pictures, with the

his and the her. The pour femme and the pour homme formulations. Number six is the

catch and release frag head. The catch and releaser creates this illusion that

they have you know this outstanding fragrance collection, but kind of what

they do is have three to five fragrances at a time. They understand that they

have a small window of opportunity to put on for the gram, put on for YouTube,

put on for Facebook, and all these fragrance forums and let them know like,

Hey! I got that new new and then they sell it and get something else. In the number

seven spot, we got the frag head that thinks he's ahead of the game. I mean

this frag head is quick to tell you that he is not in to what's hot right

now. I mean these are the guys that are likely to say I find Aventus to be

dated and I honestly think the fragrance is poorly formulated. I mean you might find

these guys to be slightly condescending and very opinionated I mean these are

like the hipsters of the fragrance community. Number eight spot is the clone

frag head I mean these guys refuse to hold

the original fragrance over the clone. I mean you may hear them say things like I

would never pay for Creed, Clive Christian is overrated

Tom Ford Private Blend...pfft that's a waste of money. I mean the clone frag head they

typically like things like Al Rehab Silver, Tres Nuit by Armaf, and

Michael Jordan Legend! I mean Michael Jordan is a legend but... and the clone

frag head loves nothing more than to tell YOU how stupid YOU are for spending

YOUR money on such an expensive fragrance. In the number nine spot we

have the artistic frag head this frag here is quick to tell you that

I do not wear fragrances for the compliments, I wear them for the art. I

mean I don't care that this fragrance smells like sh*t and makes everyone

around the wish they were dead. Nope, they just care about the story behind

this sh*tty fragrance and how long it took this sh*tty fragrance to be crafted.

Because it's the art. In the number 10 spot, I know you guys have been

looking for this one this one is the niche frag head and the name says it all.

This person only wears niche fragrances and firmly believes that wearing

anything else is beneath them. I mean they've been known to say things like

there is no way in God's green earth that Pineapple Vintage Intense smells

like Aventus. They've also been known to say things like how could you wear

fragrance with such cheap ingredients, that sh*t is sh*t. The niche frag head is

quick to show you his Roja Dove collection, quick to show you his

Xerjoff collection, and quick to tell you why his fragrance is with names that

you will never be able to pronounce supersede your legendary designer

fragrances. So, those are my thoughts and takes on the top 10 different types of

frag heads. You guys comment below and let me know, did I miss any, do you fall

into any of these categories. I mean it's not bad to be in any, I mean you could be

across the board. You may only love niche, fragrances you might be in it strictly

for the art. Comment below and let your boy know. I'm your boy Big Beard B don't

forget to like, comment, subscribe tell a friend, to tell a friend and that we are back

again. Do me a favor share this video, tell all your friends to join the B gang

and hit the gotddamn bell!

O que é Astronomia - e como ela está presente em nosso dia dia - Duration: 2:24.

Welcome little astronauts, I'm Professor Bill Tyson and together let's explore

the Universe!

Now this is our space to talk about one of the oldest sciences in the world,

Astronomy.

But what is astronomy anyway?

We will see.

Astronomy is the science that studies the Universe, with its galaxies, stars, planets

and various phenomena.

Many years ago several civilizations looked up to the sky and believed that the stars,

planets and galaxies were associated with gods and legends, because they did not have the knowledge

that we have today.

Over time the stars, as we call each of the celestial bodies, ceased to be

associated with legends and began to be better understood, which allowed us to develop

calendars, establish the seasons and even make the location

for navigators.

Today astronomy is fundamental for our technological development.

Thanks to astronomy today we have satellites, cell phones, solar panels and various technologies

that help us in the day-to-day.

But this science goes far beyond technology.

Studying the stars and their phenomena is very important to know how the Universe,

our planet and even ourselves.

It is important to mention that Astronomy is a science and should not be confused with Astrology,

which is the belief that one can see the future of people through the stars.

Astrology, IT'S NOT A SCIENCE.

For now, it's just personal, see you next time.

Oh yes!

Help bring knowledge to more little astronauts.
