Youtube daily report Mar 8 2018

Welcome back!

In this demonstration video I'd like to show you in detail the main features of the band

saw I finished a few days back.

I'll also try to explain how to adjust it to achieve perfect cuts.

It's made entirely of birch plywood, so after cutting all the parts to size, the only thing

we have to do is to assemble it after machining the parts and making some rebates.

We could use cheaper, lighter plywood or even MDF.

The plans also include this support with wheels and a handle.

I've come up with this system to make the saw more stable while I'm using it and so

that I can move it around the shop.

I've equipped it with a 1 horsepower, 1500 rpm motor,

and lowered the revolutions to 1000 with pulleys.

To activate the motor and turn on the saw, I've installed an emergency switch.

Since these wheels are 355mm in diameter

I can get a cutting speed of a little over 1000 meters/minute,

more than enough for this saw

I've cut a slot in the cover that will make it possible to lift the top wheel a little higher up.

This is because I've bought some blades measured in inches, which are slightly longer than

their metric counterparts.

When we open the bottom door, we can see the dust collection system.

It's quite efficient due to its location

and after using the saw there's barely any sawdust left.

I've also attached an exercise band to the wheels,

reducing the amount of noise when operating the saw.

Finally, I've added this part which serves two purposes: reinforcing the work table and

covering the blade on the lower part of the table for safety reasons.

The table I've designed is larger than usual because I like having extra room when working.

However, due to that, when applying pressure on it, it moved a little on the right.

In order to tilt the table we must also remove the zero clearance.

Turn the adjust knob and choose an angle.

Because I placed this knob here, I can't tilt it to 45 degrees, but I only have to cut a

small recess on the underside of the table in order to solve that.

On the other side I put in this screw to adjust the table so that it's always perpendicular to the blade.

By raising the guide post all the way up, I can get a maximum cut height of 230mm,

which can be easily increased by lengthening the parts that make up the frame of the saw.

Before raising and lowering the post, the saw must be shut down to avoid potential accidents

when touching the blade.

Now's a good time to explain how to set blade tension according to our needs.

We could use a tension meter but they tend to be pricey.

There's another effective method known as "flutter."

We set the guide post all the way up.

We tension the blade slightly and turn on the motor.

While the blade is running, we loosen it little by little until it starts to flutter.

When that happens, we gradually tension the blade again until it stops fluttering.

This means we found the right amount of tension.

This method applies to all sorts of blades.

We should of course do all of this with doors closed, for safety.

I'm going to test the one that's installed.

It's 3mm wide, making it suitable for tight curves.

I set the top guides to about 10mm above the workpiece.

The blade cuts smoothly, and we can see how well it can handle curves,

even on a work piece as thick as this one.

Now I'll show you how to change and calibrate the blade.

I bring the guide post almost all the way down, de-tension the blade and remove the

front piece and the zero clearance.

Now I can remove the blade carefully.

These are the three types of blade I use most often.

This is the one I've just removed, which as I've said is 3mm wide, 0.6mm thick,

with 14 teeth per inch.

It's perfect for tight corners.

This one is medium-sized.

It's 10mm wide, 0.5mm thick, with 5 teeth per inch.

It's ideal for straight cuts on wood up to 120mm thick, and curves that are not too tight.

And this is the biggest size I use on a normal basis.

It's 20mm wide, 0.4mm thick and has 4 teeth per inch.

It's suitable for cutting wood over 120mm thick, such as big logs.

Incidentally, a few days ago I received this blade that was not properly aligned when welded.

I'll put it next to this piece of wood so that you can see what I mean.

I can still use it, but I'll have to take some precautions.

I'm going to install it in the saw.

First I move the guides and bearings towards the back.

I also loosen and separate the teflon guides.

I put the blade in the saw.

I have to lower the top wheel a little.

I tighten the blade and make sure it's in the center of the wheels...

Looks like I'll have to tilt the top wheel a little...

This should do.

I'm going to demonstrate the problem I was just talking about.

You can easily see how the blade has been improperly welded,

so it's going to make more noise than it should when it rubs against the bearings.

While I'm at it, I can also check how much the saw's frame bends when tensioning the

blade with a probe indicator.

I put it under the guide post and set it to zero while the blade is completely slack.

Now I start tensioning the blade and once it's reached the appropriate tension,

we can see the frame has bent 0.2mm,

an acceptable result considering this is the biggest blade I'll be using.

It seems plywood performs adequately in this kind of medium-sized bandsaw.

Now I'll show you how to adjust the blade's guide posts.

I set the post to medium height, first I adjust the depth of the teflon guides in relation

to the blade, until they're just behind its teeth.

Then, I set the depth of the bearing until it touches the blade.

Using a piece of paper I adjust the separation between the blade and the teflon guides like this.

We must follow the same steps with the bottom guides.

Once the blade has been calibrated, I'll try to cut this birch log I had in my workshop.

Birch wood is of medium hardness, but if it's very dry, as is the case with this one, it

becomes a lot harder.

First I set the height of the top guide post and start cutting carefully.

Although the blade is improperly welded, it seems to be doing its job well

and I can cut the birch quite easily.

I turn the piece of birch on its side and set the guide post's height again.

This time the height of the cut is 200mm.

Little by little I make the cut.

It advances smoothly, without forcing the bandsaw too much.

I attach the fence to cut two equal parts.

Again, I do it slowly, and I finish cutting it without a hitch.

Getting straight cuts with big depth depends on three factors: having a sharp blade,

choosing the right tension, and cutting slowly without forcing the saw.

I've also made this sled for the band saw, which I'm going to use to cut both birch pieces.

This sled can also be used to make circular cuts, as shown in a previous video.

A few days ago I made this miter gauge that will come in handy when cutting wood parts

at any angle we desire.

The collection system works perfectly.

Even after making all those cuts, there's barely any sawdust inside the saw.

Finally, I'd like to show you how to fold your bandsaw blades for easier storage or transport.

With the blade's teeth facing forward, we step on the middle and move our hands to the sides,

with index fingers outstretched.

Now we fold the blade by trying to bring our index fingers together.

We lift out foot and the blade will coil up, making it more compact.

That's all for today.

See you next time!

Cyberpunk 2077 Discussion Stream: Megacorporations and Lore - Duration: 11:45.

Jose Espinoza: how many corporations are there?

I didn't count them, but there are more corporations than the ones that I'm going to talk

about because there's a lot, a fucking lot. So I'm only going to talk about the most important

ones and especially if they have been involved in a corporate war because I'm

going to explain when I'm done with all the mega corporations then I'm going to

explain the four Corporate Wars that... Especially a fourth is really important

in the lore of the video game because it's the one that will affect things on

the video game most. And yeah, again, "we don't have many information about that"

No, actually Mike Pondsmith in an interview said that the Fourth Corporate

War was an event for that was that was very important and that was

taken into consideration when writing Cyberpunk 2077. So is the most important

thing that happened in the lore that is going to affect the video game

Did you play firestorm? Yes, in fact another of my wishes for

cyberpunk 2077 is that in 2020 we have a Firestorm DLC.

I mean oh my God, oh my God

and even... if you can choose to play with to play as Johnny Silverhand

Well, in the game you couldn't play as him

For those of you who didn't play cyberpunk 2020, Firestorm has two books

that talk about the Fourth Corporate War that started as a covert thing and

that being really messy. And there's this adventure where you were in the Militech team

that were attacking the Arasaka arcology and I don't want you say anything else

just in case you didn't play and they do this DLC because it's an amazing story

Oh, the other day I was thinking

about that and it has some scenes that would be so incredibly epic in the game and

I imagine, I imagined the cinematics of this since... Oh my God

Just thinking about that I was like crying uh-oh I want to see a DLC in 2020

Well, to be completely honest, to be completely faithful... I mean to be

completely faithful the DLC should be in 2022. That's when the Fourth

Corporate War took place but everybody associates Firestorm with 2020 that is

the name of the original game, but oh my God if they did that would be so fucking

awesome but really oh yeah only thinking about that I um I guess I want to see

the scene that I'm not going to explain just in case this DLC is done in the future

Jesse Espinosa asked: how do you think Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be like?

building yourself up and growing in power in a corporation you choose or it

will you creating your own corporation and building it from scratch?

Building your own corporation in a cyberpunk world? You better have an army

of your own if you want to do that. I don't believe that the rest of

megacorporations are going to allow that

you can build a small business, you can build a small business, yes. Without being

afraid of threats to your life but building a corporation that's not an

easy task even more if you're going to enter into a market that is the monopoly

of other corporations. So, how business work in this future? The world of

megacorporations is a world where usually each megacorporation has a speciality a

speciality and an army to make sure that any other corporation has the

same speciality and doesn't try to eat your profit on your market.

There are competing corporations that have similar specialities like a petrochem or oil

or like Arasaka and Militech although Militech is a

mercenary contractor and Arasaka does security. Youu also have Lazarus, but

Lazarus try to do everything that Arasaka does not because they appreciate their life

and if you want to absorve a company,

you don't buy more than the 50% of the shares what you do is killing the CEO

and take its place. It's a very different way of doing business.

So no, megacorporations won't allow you to go around building a corporation of your

own and how to escalate inside a corporation?

If you can play with the classes you can play with a corporate that's absolutely obvious but...

How are they going to implement the corporation's thing? Because...

You can always pick sides. You can always pick... What's the word for it?

A faction. You can always pick a faction. But the thing in Cyberpunk is that

there's an insane amount of factions.

You can see boostergangs as faction.

You can see corporations as factions because it's not the same beam with inquisitors

being with the Gilligans, two different types of boostergangs like

it's not the same working for Arasaka than working for Militech.

That's a completely different thing and I have no idea how they're going to implement the

the corporate gameplay but that's a good question that's the thing that I'm

looking forward to see.

Steinar Bergstol: Arasaka does not approve of competition

No, they not aprove competition and usually they wipe it out so

competition usually has a very short life

What type of mods and products Arasaka make? Arasaka is a company that is

specialized in security. There are security teams usually people see

cyborgs this is the main products then other products that are thought for

personal security or corporate security Very expensive security both items for

security and people for security.

In this dangerous world where competence strives

to destroy what you treasure the most.

There is an ally you can rely on

MILITECH

the number one agency with the highest class operatives and the largest

and more reliable catalog of arms and equipment

MILITECH First Line of Defense

Terance Wilson says: what do you think is the most interesting corporation?

My favorite cooperation is Arasaka. Actually, they are the sponsors

of this stream, that's my favorite corporation. Because they are like so shady.

they mix a brutal force with politics in a way that no other

corporation does. They are smart they are cunning they're bad and they don't hide it

and the rest of megacorporations are afraid of them. No one would ever dare to

step on Arasaka's territory. Never. Well, other corporations

like Militech are constantly step on their territory, no one does that with Arasaka.

Is the most respected megacorporation and it is for a reason

Because usually who steps on Arasaka's yacht doesn't live to explain

ZapThroat: What would happen if Arasaka himself was assassinated one day?

Well, you mean father or son?

Son was already assassinated. That's a... before discussing this I need to make the video

about the Fourth Corporate War, because I'm constantly saying "yes, at the

end of the Fourth Corporate War..." what happened? Yeah, long to explain.

Someone once told me that when they watch my lore videos they felt like I was the

history teacher in class explaining... Actually, that's right

That's what I try to do. I explain the lore videos like we are living

in this universe and I was given a history lesson about what happened in

the past, especially with the Corporate War.

Yeah, this Arasaka thing is going to be an important part of the plot

I believe that maybe I should think of a day about all my ideas but again the

problem with the lore is that it's so huge that you have to explain a lot of

things to be able to explain another things and I really hope that everybody

that watches the lore videos watches all of them because the new videos take for

granted that you know the things that I explained in the old videos. I started

with the character classes, explaining also things about the

universe then explaining about Night City, then explaining about the

megacorporations and then I'm going to explain the Corporate Wars and other

things of the universe and to explain the Corporate Wars and all the things

of the universe you should know everything that goes before that so it's

quite complicated to make videos. To explain everything again and again

and again because the lore is huge and it's so amazing and I'm looking forward

to see how they're going to implement that in the game because they are going to implement

that and some things are going to be subtle and suddenly you will be buying

something and I don't know, despite this piece of cyberware

you will see the Dynalar logo here and it's funny this is lore, and you're going

to recognize that and that is going to make you enjoy the game even more

and some people believe that knowing the lore is spoiling yourself. Actually, no

because the game takes place in 2077 but the more the more you know the lore, the

more you are going to to enjoy the game if you don't expect them to pull the

lore letter by letter.

Daughter of the Gull:

Madqueen, do you think it'll be possible to meet the female

netrunner? I forgot her name. I suppose you mean Alt Cunningham, the girl that is

in the teaser. Netrunner by night and lingerie model by day

Well, this is a character that I said before that it's immortal and I hope you

find her in the net when we go inside the net we need to find her

she's already design come on be lazy

Xero™ A1/A1i Bow Sight: Reducing Bow Torque - Duration: 1:26.

Hi. I'm Chad from Garmin. Xero bow sight is designed to improve your accuracy,

even when shooting unknown yardages.

In this video, we'll show you how to use the reticle and pin to reduce bow torque

and shoot more accurately.

When the trigger is depressed and the range finder is scanning,

the primary LED and the reticle are projected off the optic to your eye.

The reticle appears as if it's further out – much like a red dot sight.

This creates a sighting mechanism like the barrel of a rifle.

If you take a range before every shot while at full draw,

you'll notice that if your primary LED doesn't line up perfectly inside your reticle circle,

you're probably not applying the same grip pressure as you did when you aligned your sight.

If your alignment is consistently off from what feels comfortable,

you may want to adjust your reticle alignment.

This may happen if you go from using bare hands to gloves when shooting.

Slight grip adjustments to get into proper form

will ensure that you're applying the same pressure to the bow for each shot,

which should help reduce your bow torque,

allowing you to shoot more accurately and with more confidence

on your next hunt, or in your next tournament.

Thanks for watching. Be sure to check out the other videos in this series

Change for better life in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Well, certainly the attitude towards women.

Gender sensibility, as well as gender equality,

is something that we want to achieve.

We should start moving in that direction.

Advice that I would like to share with others

I would advise everyone not to make this movement harder to us.

If we are capable and if we want it, they should give us a chance to do it.

If we are not capable, of course we will all be responsible for what we do.

But if someone is moving in a good direction and doing good things,

and especially if that someone is a woman,

you should support her as she deserves such support.

Anna Ryś | AnyMind –on startups, success and being a woman in IT - Duration: 3:11.

Hi, I'm Ania Ryś and I'm the CEO at AnyMind.

We're creating a tool for paid videoconsultations

that allows anyone to share their knowledge

for any price they think it's worth.

Their practical knowledge. From experience,

not just studies and books.

I'm doing it because I believe

that everyone should be able to earn by doing what they do best

and most importantly, by doing what they love.

I love my job, even though I'm in IT by coincidence.

But I think that... coincidence rules our lives,

and me working in IT is not just a coincidence

but also a some sort of luck,

because really, I smile everyday when I come to work.

Even on the worst days

I smile when I enter the office and see my team,

I see them working hard for our success

and I can't help feeling happy.

I recommend this experience to everyone

and I recommend doing what you love and following your dreams,

doing things that help you grow, that you don't want to stop doing.

Now I can't picture myself anywhere else.

As I said, I got here by coincidence,

I was lucky to come back to Poland — I studied abroad

— come back home and start working in IT.

Then I built a startup with a few of my friends, TurboTłumaczenia.

And it was fairly successful. I sold my shares,

it proved me I can do my own thing

and earn on it. It was an incredible feeling, really.

And now, at AnyMind, I hope to succeed again — but this time, make it bigger.

Ambitious plans, but why not?

After all, a startup lead by a girl is just meant to succeed, right?

I advise you to do what you love, no matter what your sex is.

But since it's March, since it's Women's Day,

my advice goes especially to the ladies.

Be open to new possibilities, be open to new people,

because who we meet on our way, I think, has the greatest impact

on what we do later on in life.

And seriously, even if you think some person you've met,

let's say, may not be of any use to you

or may not be someone you'd like to befriend,

be open to that relation

because maybe in the future that one person may lead you

to the right place, to the right people,

and you start doing something you really enjoy,

just like I enjoy working at AnyMind.

And... move forward, be open to relations,

have faith that your lucky moment will come

and guide you in the right direction.

Stay open, make sure not to miss that moment.

I think that's it. I hope you succeed

in whatever you want to achieve.

Plywood Band Saw Tips / Set Up - Duration: 11:22.

I didn't know that one day I can, make other women, strong, better, valubel and give them confidence,

from the the day that, I realised, how a woman is weak , in Afghanistan ,Middle East,

International Women's Day

Every day in a year should be the day when women fight for their rights.

To me, every day is the 8th of March.

My greatest success

The Champions League before the last, carried emotions of the highest intensity and

represented the greatest success of all.

Weekday Daily Vlog - Make £100,000 in a year - 037 - Duration: 9:01.

Good morning, afternoon? Afternoon Facebook, you know, some days just don't

go your way and today's one of those days, I've got so much to do, but I've been

thinking about this for a while now, I've seen a lot of things like this, and I

really liked them, so I thought - well I should show you guys a little breakdown

of how to make a six-figure income, right. This is what people talk about all the

time. Actually, when I was working at a school, I was on

about 20 grand a year, I didn't get paid very much and it was quite a

difficult period of my life you know, I was in debt, I had debt collectors, all

that kind of stuff. When I moved to getting a six-figure

income it was kind of a massive step, and if I'd have looked at it now, like

five times what I was earning at that point, it seemed like I'd never get to

that, like it's just impossible to get to, so I'm gonna break it down for you. Now,

you can see it's behind me, so I'm going to show you just what a six-figure

income really breaks down to, and then I'm gonna tell you a couple of ways you

can achieve this, maybe not now, it could be in a year or two, but it's certainly,

there's a way forward. So lots of people watching, which is great, nice you all, hello

Lee who said hello to me a second ago. So here we go, are you ready for this, it's super

simple, gonna move my fat head and then you're gonna see it, and I'm gonna

explain what it is, so it's a fairly simple process right, I'll break this down in

a straightforward way, and the easiest way to do it is look at days. Now,

right, for some of you people that are gonna watch this, you're gonna say - hey

Nikki - some of you are gonna say, oh well you don't want to sell time for money,

but let's just assume time for money is the first place you would start, people

talk about info products and all the various different ways you can get

passive income, all that kind of stuff, but let's just look at time for money

because actually as an employee or a contractor or whatever you might want to

be, this is a simple way to do it, just by having a job if you take out that and

then become an entrepreneur and look at info products and very sort of different

bits and bobs, this is also achievable as a passive income, and it breaks down like

this. So I've done it, it's 200 days, 200 workable days - I think that's what

you have in life, 200 working days if you look at all the weekends, you take all

the weekends away, take away bank holidays take all the other sort of

holidays in there out the way, you end up with about 200 days and for easy maths,

quick maths we will use that - hey Emma, Linda nice to see ya.

So 200 days, one hundred grand that's what we're looking at here, if we break

that down then in days we get to a sort of good number that we need

to work towards. So 50 grand is 100 days, 25 grand is 50 days, 5 grand is 10 days,

five hundred-pound is one day, so to earn a hundred

thousand pound in a year, or in two hundred days if you worked every day for

the next two hundred days, you would have to earn five hundred pound a day. Now that

sounds quite a lot, especially if you work in a job where it's like 12 pound

an hour or 10 pound an hour if we break that down to an hourly rate, five hundred pound

for a day equates to 62 pound fifty an hour for an eight-hour working day. Now

most entrepreneurs or whatever you want to call us, we work more than eight hours

a day, I can tell you that, certainly when you'd make the jump it feels

more like twenty five hours a day, but let's just say eight hours a day, so we

actually have a life and some time to play playstation right, because that's

important actually I've gone off the playstation

it's more about the Xbox, but we'll leave that for now. 62 pound fifty an hour is

what you need to earn to get to 100 grand. Now I don't feel like that's a lot

of money, now let's talk about some of the industries where you might pay 62

pound fifty an hour, a plumber is a good industry - Adam, can you give me some

industries where you would pay sixty pound an hour for a service? We sell

our editing services at sixty pound an hour, so that's why this kind of works

well, other industries you might work - bloody hell, lawyers and solicitors, they

charge one hundred and twenty quid an hour right, so it didn't take you to work

out and earn twenty quid, two hundred grand.

Physio, yeah, physio - so some of them are like thirty quid,

physiotherapy and all that kind of stuff between 30 and 60.

Anyway, you get the picture there's quite a few industries where

these numbers make some kind of sense, so then you can think about, well, how would

you get to this level, and this is what I always say, we're talking about - hey Adam,

you're Nikki's his best friend now Adam -so I was talking about the ways in which

you could do this and why I said it might not be an instant way to do it, how

I did it was I became a contractor, an IT contractor, and that was the day rate

that I was aiming for at the time, now it took me about six years to learn the

trade that got me to becoming a contractor to sort of get that kind of money,

but actually you could do it very quickly, and most people think it's

really difficult and how would you do it very quickly, you go and learn to do the

job, it's that simple you've got Udemi, Udemi would - is

that how you pronounce it? Udemi, U-Demi, where you can do courses

online right, you can just go and learn something on there. If you've got LinkedIn, if

you're a LinkedIn premium member you now have lynda.com, we love lynda.com, you

can literally learn anything in the world on lynda.com, you've got YouTube

which I would say is not a good place to go - YouTube is great for learning stuff

adhoc, but it's not formalised training and really if you want to learn

something, formalised training. Don't believe the people that say you need my

two thousand pound course - you don't, there's plenty of other courses that are

cheap as chips and you'll find them in places like LinkedIn and lynda.com, Udemi.

So then you say well I can learn these things but somebody's got to give me a

chance right, now you can do this while you're doing your normal job if you've

got really the passion and commitment inside of you, you can do this

while you're doing your normal job, so you do your normal job, you learn in the

evenings or the weekends and you build those skills up and whatever it may be,

the best thing you can do is go and look on the job boards, and you can say what's

the jobs that pay this kind of money, like five hundred pounds per day,

look at those jobs, go and search for jobs where they're offering 100k, Danny's

pimping the VIP life, yeah you could do MLM and stuff as well and piss off Danny,

he's always trying to get on my lives, and steal my people aren't you?

Nah, Danny's a good person to to pay attention to as well, so yes, look for the

jobs that are paying this kind of money and then go and learn that trade, and

people think like there's some secret sauce like you must have had

loads of experience, well no, I created the experience. How? I went and got

contracts or gigs with other people, I didn't start at 500 pound a day, I

started at maybe 30 pound an hour, or 20 pound an hour, and I did a little bit

here and there and I got a bit of contracting experience too. By the time I

actually went for a job where I got the contract, I could refer to things

that I've done in these sort of cheaper gigs.

Remote working is a great example, you can get remote gigs for almost

anything now, and if the price is right you can even go and start learning your

trade on Fiver.com. Get paid peanuts, but you're building up a portfolio and

experience and people are going to leave you reviews and stuff as well

before you go and get the bigger jobs, you know and are worth the money. I remember

being a teacher too - broken, stressed - I wasn't a teacher, did work in a school but

I was their support staff, so worse than teachers because we got treated like

shit by the teachers, hello to anyone that supports staff, I feel your pain.

Okay so that's the key really, just thought I'd do that for my live,

thought it'd be a bit of fun just to show that it's possible because certainly

when you're skint as fook, which I certainly was, and still feel like I am,

you look at these kind of numbers and think they are way beyond my limits. Any

feedback, love to hear it, got to go and do that work I'm talking about now, bye-bye

everyone. Just check any comments - spammy dick - yes you are Danny, you git.

Hey Rosemary, nice to have you on board. Whole bunch of people, it must be lunchtime

because you're all here saying hello. Right bye bye guys - if you

want ever want another editors work, you know where I am, if you want to volunteer

with us mate, get some experience? No, no? Didn't think so. Can I make 100K without

having a white beard? This is a like a three-toned beard, I've got a bit

of brown, a bit of ginger and a bit of white - the missus loves it, what's wrong with you?

I bet your missus loves it Danny, I've seen and you've got a bald head, shut up!

Anyway, bye!

Liposuction FAQ with Dr. Molnar - MEDIGO - Duration: 3:38.

Due to the development of techniques and the safety of the surgeries, liposuction is one

of the most useful procedures in plastic surgery.

We can tell: every second or third day we [perform a liposuction procedure].

Sometimes we just do liposuction alone, or we use it as a combined procedure

to make some complementary treatment for body restoration.

The aim of liposuction is to remove fat which is located in undesired places or

congenitally is located in another place where you don't want it.

We believe in traditional liposuction, when a vacuum system is used to take off the fat.

The vacuum is high power and we use a special caneris with different diameters which is

inserted into the body and takes off this fat.

Liposuction can be done at any part of the body - but with caution.

Because people will think that liposuction is taking away just the fat - no, it's not

just the fat.

It's a liquid which contains blood, vitamins, sodium, potassium, so when we are taking off

the fat, we are affecting as well the general [health] of the people.

After surgery, the pain is not the biggest issue for the clients, but [rather] the effect of

the blood loss and the accelerated metabolism of the body.

So the recovery [time for] liposuction is quite short in medical terms, but in the general

state it takes about three to four months.

After one week, the stitches are removed so people can travel, but when they return

to their home country, they need special care.

It's called a lymphatic massage because the place where the surgery was done is swollen,

and the swelling has to go away,

and the most powerful tool is the liposuction done after three weeks of the intervention.

More areas treated is more time required.

So mostly liposuction done on the trunk has similar costs, but if you would like to

ask for liposuction, for example, on the extremities, on the upper arm or on the hand, they are

not very tightly related to the body, so this is the elevated cost.

And people forget that there are two arms, so liposuction on the arms or under chins,

in combination with the trunk liposuction, may elevate the cost.

We don't do liposuction under local anesthesia - that could be a means where you could save

some money - because liposuction under local anesthesia is not so effective.

So we surgeons can do the best job if you are sleeping, because we can reach all the

areas.

When people are looking for plastic surgery and a plastic surgeon, they are

researching very deeply on the internet.

They search for experience, they search for services, and they search

for quality.

When people are choosing the plastic surgeon, it's very important to start the communication,

because the communication is fundamental.

So if you have a fancy for a doctor, but the communication isn't there, don't choose it.

Because what will happen with you, if you are operated on and you don't get an answer from

a doctor?

So when people are choosing, it's very, very important they're choosing the quality and

experiences, but starting the communication as well. And fluent communication is a base

of choosing the right surgeon.

Be sure to check out the other videos in this series

to learn more about the Garmin Xero bow sight.
