How to make light and fluffy vegan cake - Duration: 4:19.

hi this is Silvia Colloca, thank you for watching my youtube channel. Today I am

going to be making a vegan almond and lemon cake. You've often asked me to make

something vegan and this is just for you but I kid you not it is so delicious

that even the non vegans will love it and they will probably not know the

difference! What we need is two cups of self-raising flour in the bowl, about

three tablespoons of almond flour or ground almonds that's about it and

almond milk and this is about a cup and start whisking as you add the milk. This

is a one-bowl type of recipe which happens to be my favorite type of recipe,

a little bit of a grapeseed oil and this is the equivalent of about a quarter cup

keep whisking, half a cup of sugar and this is caster sugar or superfine sugar

I like to use this type of sugar in cakes because it dissolves a lot quicker

that's pretty much it, we are going to add lemon zest and lemon juice, and every

time you need both the lemon zest and the lemon juice, you zest it first and

then you juice it because if you've juice it first then it's practically

impossible. They will give the cake a beautiful beautiful flavor. Let's

add some juice and see how the batter is becoming looser. To this we add a tiny

bit of vanilla paste or the seeds of one vanilla bean or vanilla extract if you

like, and that's it, this is the cake batter done it's that easy and don't

worry if it looks a bit lumpy. I'd rather it looked a bit lumpy then super smooth

and you whipped it for too long, because then you develop the gluten in the flour

and then the cake becomes too dense and too thick. The lumps will disappear when

you bake it anyway. We're now going to pour the batter onto our tin which I

have greased and floured, and this is an 18 centimeter round cake tin which is

about 7 inch. Use a spatula if you've got one to get all the bits of

batter. I think we're going to further the almond flavor by adding some flaked

almonds on top. The flakes become golden and slightly crunchy and the combination

of the soft cake with the crunchy top is divine

that's it, crunchy topping done and this is now ready for the oven about 170

Celsius 335 Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes and you know when it's ready because

it's gonna look golden and puffed up and if you're not sure just get a skewer and

insert it in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean you know that it's

cooked. Then you cool it in the tin for about 10 minutes and then you transfer

it to a wire rack to cool completely

And there it is, my vegan almond and lemon cake, and you can serve this as it

is with a nice cup of tea or a cup of coffee, or you can dollop some dairy-free

cream or yogurt. This is set coconut yogurt. Just like so and grab

some beautiful ruby red raspberries and just shower the cake with their beauty!

Thank you for watching my channel and don't forget to subscribe so you can

watch all my recipes! Ciao ciao!

you

Leer a Marcos en Cuaresma. Semana 6: ¿Final? N.T. Wright (Sub. Español) - Duration: 4:11.

Read Mark during Lent. Week 6: Finale? (N.T. Wright)

One of the most moving stories in the Gospels, but also one of the hardest, I think, to understand

is this story about Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane

People look at Jesus praying this prayer "Father. If it be possible take this cup away from me, and yet, not what I want but what you want"

and they say "well, if we believe that Jesus is the Incarnate son of God. Surely he couldn't have wanted something that his Father didn't want. So, how could he possibly pray that prayer?"

And many people have said "Ah well, there we are. For Mark, Jesus is simply a human being facing death who happens to eventually decide to be obedient

and it must be later that we get this idea of Jesus as the Son of God"

But no. What Mark is saying is something much more profound than that

I find the story intensely moving as myself both a son of parents, and a father, and a grandfather

The idea of the Son asking the Father if there isn't perhaps a different way

is just a very intense and painful moment

Because the thing is: when Jesus knew that it was his vocation rooted in Scripture and in his life of prayer

That he had to go and suffer shame, and beating, and ultimately the death of the cross itself.

He didn't say to himself "Oh well. That's okay. It'll be a bit nasty. But I suppose we can put up with it"

because Jesus was himself full of life

he was life in person

So. His whole Spirit. His whole being revolted. Rightly, at the idea of such treatment and particularly of death itself

and so what we are seeing here is as it were the dark heart at the heart of God that God

That God is determined to come in the person of his son and go to the place which seems all wrong

Which seems so dark and cruel and wicked

because that's our world. That's where we live. And that's the place to which God came

Out of which jesus prayed this prayer

Not because he was rebelling against God. But because he was rebelling against death

And only going to it as a matter of vocation.

Not because it was some kind of crazy suicide wish or whatever.

and it's in the light of that that we can understand what happens when Jesus stands before the Jewish High Priest, Caiaphas

He is on trial initially it seems as a false prophet

And indeed at the end of today's reading we see people mocking him

And they blindfold him, and they hit him, and then they say "prophecy "

And in one of the other Gospels it says: come on! if you're a prophet, you should know who it is who's hitting you.

and of course this was a sign that they thought Jesus was a false prophet because he'd prophesied that the temple was going to be destroyed

And that is indeed some of the substance of it

But. Who is it who has charge of the temple?

Well. It's God. Isn't it? Yes

And it is the Messiah. it's the king who is in charge of the temple

So. Jesus doesn't answer the question about prophecy

but then Caiaphas says "So. Are you the Messiah? The Son of the Blessed One."

And Jesus says: I am. and you will see the Son of man sitting at the right hand of power. Coming on the clouds of heaven

That is, being exalted to sit beside God in glory. And that's enough for Caiaphas

But just at the moment where they then mock him and say "prophecy"

Saying: oh you're not really a prophet. You can't even tell who it is who's hitting you

We. the readers of Mark's Gospel. See what's going on

Jesus has earlier warned Peter that before the night is out he will deny he even knows him

And here is this supposed false prophet blindfolded with the prophecy about Peter coming true

Mark has written the story in such a way that we can't miss what he's saying

Jesus is the true prophet. Jesus is the true Messiah

And it's because of that that he is going to the cross

TYLKO U NAS: Edyta Górniak nagra pośmiertny duet ze Zbigniewem Wodeckim!

Śmierć Zbigniewa Wodeckiego była dla wszystkich szokiem.

Wybitny muzyk był jedną z najcieplejszych, najsympatyczniejszych i najbardziej lubianych gwiazd w Polsce.

Liczne przeboje, udział w popularnych programach telewizyjnych (i to bez robienia z siebie błazna!),.

W projekcie ma wziąć udział jeszcze m.in. Anna Dąbrowska. To, że płyta sprzeda się nie ma wątpliwości.

Oby była na równie wysokim poziomie, co wcześniejsze dokonania Wodeckiego.

Jiren's Secret Technique At Last! Conclusion to Goku vs Jiren Fight - Duration: 10:08.

Hello and welcome back all my dragon ball theorist there has been a common theme throughout

this Arc and that is every time Jiren is challenged he is able to overcome his opponents most

powerful attack and crush it with overwhelming power.

It's his theme and Vermoud has stated it clearly.

However what if there is more to this and the clues have been laid out for us all this

time on the reason why Jiren's has so much power.

Maybe it's the very same reason why even when Jiren was a child he somehow survived the

attacks of the Evil-doer and wasn't killed.

There is obviously something going on here that was left out of the story and how time

and time again we see Jiren overcome even the most impressive attacks.

Why Vermoud has said that we can't think of Jiren in the practical sense.

He is a being that will never lose no matter who he is up against.

I have talked about the power of Jiren's eyes before in a theory and that somehow no matter

who or what attack he is up against he is able to eventually counter them.

So that is why against Hit when trapped in time we saw his eyes cast a glare and give

him power to defeat it.

Against any attack that is a threat the power of his eyes give him the ability to judge

a Genkidama and then respond with greater power.

To withstand a fully charged Final Flash and even stand up against Goku in Ultra Instinct

Omen the first time.

When you raise your power against Jiren he always responds.

What if when he was a child the Evil-doer tried to kill Jiren but the power of his eyes

just didn't allow it.

They protected him with just a glare.

Since then they have always protected him and over time he has attained absolute power

because of it.

As Goku was transforming he landed a direct strike against Jiren that caused him to stop

attacking.

Of course Jiren commented on all the heat and power Goku has built up to defeat him

and of course like always he will respond.

Jiren then raised his power to a level which at that time was adequate to defeat Goku except

Jiren didn't realize this time that Goku would fully transform into a being that has Ultra

Instinct and in an instant surpass him in power.

Goku then would walk over Jiren like childs play but the reason why you can't count out

Jiren is his secret technique.

The source to his absolute power.

The reason why long ago Vermoud said that we can't think of Jiren in the practical sense.

Jiren is a being that will never lose no matter who he is up against.

This caused Marcarita confusion and what we don't understand is because the power of his

eyes just won't allow it.

If Goku can't land a finishing blow on Jiren he will just keep getting stronger, powering

up more and eventually attain a power that is even stronger than Goku as he is now.

We have seen abilities similar to this already 2 times in Super.

First Goku Black had a version of increasing his power through taking damage getting basically

instant Zenkai boost and of course Hit who was able to keep improving against Goku instantly

in their battle at the tournament.

However what if Jiren's eyes act on an ability that is primal and subconscious in a way.

They will protect Jiren even if he isn't aware of it.

That is why he was able to survive the Evil-doer so long ago when he was rescued by his master.

That is why when the Evil-doer returned and Jiren still wasn't powerful enough he somehow

survived being killed.

An unexplained power lies in Jiren eyes and they have saved him on numerous occasions.

Jiren should of died long ago but it is also why you can't speak of him in the practical

sense.

When Goku easily overpowered Jiren last episode hitting him 3 times and catching him off guard

the first thing we see is his eyes instantly respond attacking Goku to create distance

and protecting him.

It was almost a subconscious response.

When Hit was going to eliminate Jiren with a final attack and he still couldn't move

his eyes put up a protective barrier stopping it.

Wish just a glare as Goku said Jiren was able to stop it until he gained enough power to

move and break free.

The very same barrier we see used again in the preview when Goku who has

attained unimaginable power shooting this energy blast against Jiren.

This attack would eliminate anyone even Jiren but the power of his eyes will save him again

putting up a barrier as we see here then allowing Jiren to respond with enough power to overcome

it.

The power of Jiren's eyes just won't let him lose.

Jiren has been cocky for this main reason and in some ways it has even been a curse.

When Jiren didn't have enough power to protect his Master from certain death his eyes prevented

the Evil-doer from killing him.

No one would follow him because why would you follow someone that can't protect anyone

in the end except themself?

You wouldn't and you couldn't trust them.

Jiren has always survived through time because of this and why he is forever alone.

So in episode 130 Goku will continue to beat Jiren down and we will see him respond with

ever increasing power.

The issue is if the power of Jiren's eyes are true and Goku doesn't figure it out soon

enough then he is only allowing Jiren to continue to get stronger and stronger.

There is no limit to what Jiren can do because of the power of his eyes.

Even when Jiren looks defeated he will rise up again and again to continue to fight.

Then we could get more dialog from Vermoud that will explain the true depths of Jiren's

power.

Why he can't be thought of in the practical sense.

Why he is a mortal that even a God of Destruction can't defeat.

The power of Jiren's eyes are this ultimate hack and the ultimate opponent for Goku to

have to defeat.

Someone who literally can't be defeated.

Which means this battle will go into the final episode of Dragon Ball Super which is 131.

This means that there is probably a plot reason why Frieza is hidden someone where under a

rock forgotten about.

When all is said and done in the battle of Goku vs Jiren while Frieza isn't anywhere

near powerful enough just him still being on the tournament stage as time runs out could

save Universe 7 from being erased.

Goku could realize too late that Jiren can't be defeated and has too use the tournament

rules as the only option to win.

Any number of situations here could unfold in the final moments.

Goku finding out Jiren's powers might try to run out time as a final option.

Goku might notice Frieza is still in there and then decide to try and eliminate himself

and Jiren at the same time leaving only Frieza left saving Universe 7.

Which would be an interesting way to end it and logical being that Frieza can't be that

much of help to Goku currently and who doesn't want some crazy plot twist to end Super.

So the conclusion to the fight between Goku and Jiren is going to most likely be a draw

with no clear winner.

We have these tournament rules in place for a reason for a plot device and also why Frieza

is still there.

The last episode will have their fight ending in the first half then the 2nd half with a

plot twist on how they actually want to end the series.

Whether they leave it opened or not for a continuation is unknown.

Personally I think Dragon Ball Super is finally getting really interesting so when a new series

does come back after the movie that is happening December of this year.

It will be interesting to see how this all plays out and if they continue with the Super

timeline or decide to do a completely different series.

Perhaps the next series will time-skip and we will finally get Uub into action.

Now I want to hear from you have they been giving us hints all this time to the power

of Jiren's eyes and how because of this he is a being that can't be defeated?

Do you think we will have a clear winner in the Goku vs Jiren fight?

Will Frieza play any role the final moments to help Universe 7 survive?

I always love to hear your theories in the comments below and hope you enjoyed this story

on the conclusion and theory of Goku vs Jiren fight.

If you did enjoy this video don't forget to hit that like button and please subscribe

and turn on that notification bell to keep those theories coming!!

Now for some bonus information as I also just want to take a moment since I have been getting

a lot of questions to what I plan to do after Dragon

Ball Super ends and what I have planned for the channel.

I do have plans to start live streaming and hope to start doing that on Saturday nights

to talk to everyone and while that won't replace Super it will be a great way to chat live

about theories and stories on any topic.

After Super does end the good thing about the content I do is I really won't miss a

beat since I don't need new episodes to create new videos.

I don't cover spoilers or reviews and when the series ends I have a lot of theories that

I never got around to covering that I can't wait to do.

When there is an episode every week it can be challenging to take a step back and work

on in depth theories on topics that aren't currently relevant.

So as a content creator I am personally looking forward to exploring a lot of Dragon Ball

topics I just haven't been able to do during Super because of timing and time.

This video alone was a 2 day project and some theory video take a lot of time to write a

script and go through footage.

I also do have some original concepts on videos that I want to do moving forward latter into

the year along with there are some great Anime's out there and this isn't the first Anime I

covered coming to an end.

So branching out into the new One Punch Man, Rick and Morty some Bleach theories and of

course maybe even some Dragon Ball Manga.

There will be endless topics for me to discuss as the year goes on.

So if you stayed with me this long or new to the channel I thank you for all the support

and plan to continue to grow and produce fun stories and theories.

I hope everyone is having a great week and the channel is on the way to 40,000 subs and

there are plenty of videos coming so when Super ends it is just another beginning.

Don't forget to follow me on Twitter because sometimes I don't see every comment here and

it's a great way to keep upto date on anything I am doing with the channel.

I thank you all and can't wait to see the finale of Goku vs Jiren and how they decide

to end Dragon Ball Super.

BREAKING: Trump Just Dropped Huge News On John Kerry - Duration: 5:33.

BREAKING: Trump Just Dropped Life-Shattering News On John Kerry – Enjoy Prison, Traitor!

Fox News contributor Sara Carter is now reporting that the former Secretary of state John Kerry

is under investigations over his possible roll in the Steele Dossier fiasco.

Although it was previously thought that John Kerry wasn't involved in the dossier mess

Carter has no confirmed that The House Select Committee on intelligence is, in fact, investigating

Kerry's possible roll in the fake dossier which was paid by the Democrat Party and the

Hillary Clinton Campaign.

And interestingly enough this investigation has lead to a long time colleague of Kerry's

Jonathan Winer, who served as the former envoy for Libya during his tenure at the Department

to write an opinion piece in the Washington Post, on February 8 where he defends his relationship

with Steele and his role in the infamous dossier.

"The House Select Committee on Intelligence is now investigating former Secretary of State

John F. Kerry's possible role into the unverified dossier paid for by the Democratic National

Committee, and Hillary Clinton Campaign, this reporter has learned.

The dossier, assembled by a former British spy, laid the foundation for the FBI's investigation

into alleged collusion between President Trump, and Russia and was the essential piece of

evidence used by the FBI to get a warrant to spy on a former volunteer for the Trump

campaign.

For more than a month, the committee has been in its second phase of investigations focused

on former Obama State Department officials, and their role in either transmitting information

or using information provided by former British spy, and investigator Christopher Steele.

Steele was hired by embattled research firm Fusion GPS, also under several congressional

and Senate investigations.

Jonathan Winer, a long-time colleague of Kerry and who served as the former envoy for Libya

during his tenure at the Department, wrote an opinion piece in the Washington Post on

Feb. 8, defending his relationship with Steele and his role in the infamous dossier."

All this comes to light after Congressman Devin Nunes from California revealed to Fox

News host Laura Ingraham that John Kerry was in fact briefed about a "Second Dossier."

The Washington Examiner's own Byron York had previously reported that the Obama State

Department was being investigated to learn if they had a hand in the dossier and made

very clear that Steele was considered a "high-value source" when it came to "all things Russia."

To the point that the Obama administration used his intel on multiple reports to clients

in the department.

A book published in November by a correspondent at the Guardian, "Collusion: Secret meetings,

dirty money, and how Russia helped Donald Trump win," noted that Steele's 2010 work

on the World Cup soccer corruption investigation won him the trust not only of the FBI, but

the State Department as well.

From author Luke Harding:

The [soccer] episode burnished Steele's reputation inside the U.S. intelligence community

and the FBI.

Here was a pro, a well-connected Brit, who understood Russian espionage and its subterranean

tricks.

Steele was regarded as credible.

Between 2014 and 2016, Steele authored more than a hundred reports on Russia and Ukraine.

These were written for a private client but shared widely within the State Department

and sent up to Secretary of State John Kerry, and to Assistant Secretary of State Victoria

Nuland, who was in charge of the U.S. response to the Ukraine crisis.

Many of Steele's secret sources were the same sources who would supply information

on Trump.

One former State Department envoy during the Obama administration said he read dozens of

Steele's reports on Russia.

The envoy said that on Russia, Steele was "as good as the CIA or anyone."

Steele's professional reputation inside U.S. agencies would prove important the next

time he discovered alarming material, and lit the fuse again.

That fuse, of course, was the Trump dossier.

It is hard for an outsider to discern clearly what is going on inside the dossier investigations

on Capitol Hill.

But it appears some investigators are looking beyond the 35 pages of reports done by Steele

for Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm working for the Clinton campaign and the Democratic

National Committee, that were published in January 2017 by BuzzFeed.

They're looking into whether Steele did other reports about Trump, perhaps similar

but not identical to what was in the dossier published by BuzzFeed.

And they are looking into whether those reports made their way to the State Department.

They're also seeking to learn what individual State Department officials did in relation

to Steele, and whether there were any contacts between the State Department and the FBI or

Justice Department concerning the anti-Trump material.

It's not clear whether State Department activity related to Steele's Russia project

took place in the months leading up to the 2016 election, during the transition, or both.

I don't think we have ever seen more corruption than we saw during the Barack Hussein Obama

administration.

This should teach us all a lesson that we should not elect a man based on his ability

to read a speech or the color of his skin.

For now, all we can do is sit back and wait while the investigations get to the bottom

of who did what and hope we someday see the perpetrators behind bars.

I'm Freaking Out! - Duration: 8:18.

Oh hi! I live my life feeling like I'm always just about to cry. Welcome to

another happy video. Today I'm gonna talk about a podcast that's pretty great,

telling you two stories about me, and then wrap up by discussing how I

currently deal with social anxiety. So to begin I need to give credit where it's

due. I was inspired to make this video because of the SadBoyz. And no I'm not

talking about Swedish rappers, although I could go for a Swedish fish right about

now know. <Swedish chef sound effect> What I'm talking about is the podcast SadBoyz.

It's this great show that's about feelings and other things also. It's become a bit of an obsession

for me. Like, I think it just might be the greatest podcast created last year, and I

look forward to it each week. But just keep that between you and me. I want them

to think I'm cool. Anyway, their last episode was about social anxiety.

Something I know a lot about. I know I hide it well here on YouTube.

<panicked gasping>

But because of a combination of acting, and not very cheap Final Cut plugins I can make it

appear that I'm a confident and strong guy. But what you don't see are the Sunday

mornings where I can't get out of bed and I silently sob into a pillow because

the world feels like it's pressing in on me as if I were the Earth's precious

flower that it wants to preserve. This happens in all areas of my life. If the

phone rings, if I know that I need to talk to a salesperson, if I'm going to an

event with lots of people. All of these situations means that I need to rehearse

what I'm going to say to make sure I don't come off as a jerk. Also I've been

repeating the same phrase 73 times in my car. Anxiety affects me every day. To me

it feels like a giant is slowly squeezing my heart, I have shortness of

breath, my eyes water and my voice gets just a little bit quieter. I don't do

well at parties, too much stimulus. If somebody directly asks me to do

something it's incredibly hard for me to say no. If I have to spend a lot of time

with people I don't know I go home feeling completely exhausted... So, hard

pivot. Let me tell you about the time I peed in a changing room. I wish I could

tell you this was an adorable story where I was five and I had an accident.

But I was a teenager. Like 15. The thing about me is that during my high school

years – and really up until my mid-20s – I was unbelievably shy.

The anxiety I had after a conversation with anyone made me want to throw up.

This happened with people I knew at school but also cashiers, operators on

the phone, and my own extended family. I was with my mom in the middle of Zellers,

which I don't know if that exists anywhere outside of Canada. It actually

doesn't exist in Canada anymore either. But think of it as Walmart but with more

maple flavoring. My mother and I had just come from having a snack at a closeby

diner. Because I was a teenager, not only had I just eaten 5000 calories of

french fries, but I also drank just a ridiculous amount of iced tea. I'd

recently given up drinking soda and iced tea was now how I had decided to fill

that void. Anyway we were in the Zellers. My mom had picked out a few pants for me

to try on, and that's when I realized that my bladder was near overflowing. But

my mom had just asked the employee that opened the change room.

I couldn't possibly waste three minutes of their time to run to the washroom. I

decide I'm gonna hold it in. I don't want to inconvenience the employee. I've

convinced myself that even asking to go and relieve myself would be an affront

not seen since the revolution against the bourgeoisie. I put one pair on. Show

my mom. That's a no from her. So we put that in the no pile. My bladder is very

unhappy with me. I put the second pair on. Show my mom. That's a yes from her. We put

that in the maybe pile. My bladder is screaming at me. It comes time for the

third pair of pants. My bladder is no longer willing to compromise, and it just

unleashes itself. I begin peeing in the change room.

My entire bladder empties. I've turned fire engine red. Complete silence outside

the change room. I put on the third pair of pants.

My mom says yes. We pick up the jeans we're going to buy, and fast walk to the

counter. In the car my mom is livid. It was so obvious what was happening in the

change room. The employee knew it, my mom knew it. We all just collectively decided

not to say anything. I feel so bad for that employee who had to clean that up,

but my own anxiety wouldn't allow me to simply state something that needed to be

said. It really was no big deal, but my mind had convinced me that it was the

thought of slightly inconveniencing somebody else forced me to inconvenience

myself and create a worse situation. How about the time I got

grifted? This happened in the first year I moved to Calgary. I didn't have a car

at the time so I needed to rely on public transit to get around anywhere.

Calgary Transit is notoriously awful. Still is. So I found myself often sitting

for 30 to 45 minutes waiting for the next bus to come. It was during one of

those times I was approached by a man. This was before I had a smartphone or an

mp3 player so that I could pretend not to hear somebody who was trying to get

my attention. It's the lifesaver of the clinically

anxious. I was reading a book. Who even does that? But I was reading a book and

this man interrupted asking if I had any money. "No," I said. "I only carry cards." Which

was true. I wasn't lying. But then he responded, "There's an ATM a

block away." And then I was stuck. How could I tell him to go away?

That's incredibly rude. There's a mini debate in my head about if I should help

him, or run away and never come back. So I slowly closed my copy of Speaker of

the Dead by Orson Scott Card and walked with him to the ATM. I took out $20. $20

and gave it to him! He asked if I would mind 20 more. And guess what?

Of course I did. He promised to come to my work to pay me back and I'm sure you

know where this is going. Well guess what? He did come. We became really good

friends. His name is Mike. He married Samantha, and they just had their first

child, Miles. Also none of that is true and the guy essentially stole 40 bucks

from me. Why I'm sharing these stories is because you need to realize that anxiety

prevents you from asking for help, or asserting your point of view because of

this fear that you will be perceived as rude or letting someone down. Perhaps

there is a psychological reasoning for that. Going to therapy will probably

eventually uncover that some slight trauma has caused me to want everybody

to like me, and if somebody doesn't then the entire world will end tomorrow.

Now I've certainly gotten better at saying no to people as I've gotten older,

but what hasn't gone away is the social anxiety I feel in large groups, the

belief I'm being rude, and the thought spirals before any interaction. So

remember when I said this at the beginning of the video? "Just keep that

between you and me. I want them to think I'm cool." Sure I use that for comedic

effect, and what a comedic effect it was! But it's also

something I worried about while I was writing this script. Yes so let's pull

the curtain back. This is a production. Josh is helping me film. I actually have

a teleprompter telling me what to say at this very moment. So this video has a bit

of artifice, but allows me to communicate exactly what I want to in exactly the

way I want to. The SadBoyz is a great show. They're doing amazing work. But

there is still a part of me that's worried that they will think it's a bit

much. That's also believing that they'll watch this video ever. So the circle of

anxiety never finishes. What has helped me deal with this the most is to say out

loud how I'm feeling. Especially when among friends. Telling them I'm feeling

anxious because of this reason it then allows me to deal with it in the moment,

and I don't have to think of it as a struggle that only I have to deal with.

Now this doesn't really work all that well if I'm surrounded by people I don't

know, but I'm also getting better at being open about my feelings and junk

with complete strangers. Hi Internet! But what about you? Do you struggle with

anxiety? Do you have any good tips to deal with it? What strange place have you

peed in? Let me know down in the comments below. Also big thanks to these patrons

in particular who continue to make these videos possible. Thanks so much for

watching! My name is Kyle. I upload videos every Monday and Thursday. If you want to

help support me and make these videos even better, consider going to my Patreon

You know what I'm the most anxious about recently? Should I say eggplant or

aubergine? What will people think if I use the wrong term? ...

Americans Turn To Uber Instead Of Ambulances For Emergencies - Duration: 4:49.

A new report shows that Americans are increasingly, I'm not making this up, they're turning to

a ride share program with Uber instead of calling an ambulance to take them to the hospital.

This option is obviously a lot more, it's a lot cheaper for consumers, but it creates

a huge liability obviously.

If I'm advising Uber, you do this or not, there's some pretty serious problems here.

Look, give me your take on this story.

First of all, lay this story out.

This happens all the time, but we got a couple of examples here of this.

Well, the law is is that if you see somebody hurt on the the street, you have absolutely

no responsibility to go help that person.

That's a little sad, but legally you don't have, but once you volunteer to help, once

you start to help ...

The good Samaritan law.

Good Samaritan, that's exactly right.

So what Uber's issue and Lyft is that if somebody's sick and they can't afford to call 911, or

they're worried about the costs, it's a heck of a lot easier to just hit Uber, get a ride

and take it to the hospital for $22, or $15 then to pay thousands for an ambulance, right?

So the Uber drivers are coming to pick up somebody that's sick, and then, essentially

acting as an ambulance.

So the issue is, if something happens on the way, does the Uber driver become responsible?

Can they turn down the ride?

Isn't it a classic example of a woman having a baby in the backseat of a cab?

What bothers me is is that people don't feel, we did a story recently about people getting

thrown in jail for not paying debts, right?

So here, somebody's clearly worried.

I'm scared to call an ambulance.

In our society, people shouldn't be, at this point in time, concerned that I can't afford

an ambulance and I'm going to hit an Uber.

That's really kind of sad, is the first thing that struck me.

Yeah, it is.

Where are we that people are hitting Uber as an app on their cellphone when they're

worried about going into a hospital in and emergency care situation?

Well, I mean, there's situations.

That's the first thing that jumped out.

There's people having heart attacks.

They think they're having a heart attack.

Right, so I'm going to call an Uber, can you imagine?

The Uber shows up.

They tip over in the backseat.

What is the answer?

And the Uber driver accepts the ride knowing that someone go to take me to the hospital

and then all of sudden is Uber responsible for this?

Another guy's losing consciousness, he doesn't know why he's losing consciousness.

I've been leaving out of consciousness over the last few days the story reported.

So he's losing consciousness.

This is so absurd.

The only reason I'm laughing is this is what we've come to because hospital corporations

have raped America.

We now have hospital corporations.

People can't even afford an ambulance ride to the hospital because hospital corporations,

and now they own, you talk about lateral growth, they own the ambulance, they own the mortuary,

they own the whole deal.

You've got these hospital corporations coming and buying up every aspect of your end of

life kind of problem.

So people can't even afford medical bills anymore 'cause we don't have a healthcare

system that's even as good as they have in China.

We don't have a healthcare system even as good as they have in third world countries

because, and because of that, you see here's what people are missing, Peter.

You see this all the time 'cause the cases that you handle.

But hospital corporations are a new thing.

They're a relatively new thing.

Used to be doctors.

ACAs of the world.

The mega hospital.

Columbia.

But you used to have doctor run hospitals.

And now corporations run hospitals.

I just met this after, earlier this morning, with this family and when I listened to the

way they were handled by this hospital.

You go first of all, it's obviously there's a hell of a civil suit there but there ought

to be a criminal suit there the way they were handled.

Hospital corporations are changing including being able to get to the hospital in an Uber.

And quite frankly maybe we all make fun of Canada but maybe the hospital systems in Canada,

I mean at the end of the day at least you have access to the hospital systems.

Here if you're scared not only what bill you're going to get when you're going to get to the

hospital but you don't even want to pay an ambulance to get there.

One of the things I saw fascinating about this article was there are a couple studies

have shown that when Uber comes into an area the use of ambulances drops dramatically,

materially.

That they're inversely correlated.

Uber comes in, Uber goes up, ambulance rides go down.

What do you think?

Would you call an Uber?

But the thought never occurred to me to call an Uber.

But then again, it's scary 'cause I don't think you and I are, at the end of the day

it's going to be folks that don't have the money to get to the hospital and instead of

calling, I wouldn't even think of hitting an Uber ride.

Story of Tol Dagor - Battle for Azeroth Alpha - Duration: 6:28.

Hello everyone!

Tol Dagor has opened up for testing but sadly as I make this video, there's no dungeon

description in the journal quite yet.

That means that we don't know the story behind this place so we're going to make

our own!

Tol Dagor might remind you of Tol Barad which was added to the game with the cataclysm.

Both of them are prisons, both of them owned by Kul Tiras and apperantly the name Tol Dagor

meansThe Island of Battle.

This is the spot where Alliance players pretty much begin their journey into kul tiras as

Jaina's mother Katherine Proudmoore is not too happy with us.

Her husband died at Theramore with her daughter standing to the side, Jaina is exiled while

we're imprisoned possibly because of the influence of Lady Ashvane.

In jail we meet up with Flynn Fairwind, a former captain who left the freebooting life

behind and he tells us that this place used to be a legit prison untill the Ashvane Trading

company bought it.

Now they just throw anyone in here.

People they don't like.

People they want to keep quiet.

Not a place we want to stay so together we bust out out, avoid being eaten by the Sandqueen,

avoid the lights detecting and one shotting us until we reach Taelia.

She provides us transport back to the main land where our adventours of discovering the

ashvane company building up azerite weapon supplies and uniting the pirate crews in an

attempt to take over from House Proudmoore.

That's the story in the zone and for some reason we go back to Tol Dagor with the place

holder telling us to secure the Azerite stockpiles.

In connection to the zone story, this could be the place where the Ashvane company has

been storing their Azerite supply something that is not only beneficial to take away from

them, but also nice to add to our own arsenal.

Our journey into the prison complex begins where we left it, on the shores with the sand

queen still on the prowl for any escaped convicts.

She's our first fight where she'll place sandtraps on the floor which reminded mea

lot of the first boss in AQ 20.

She also does upheavel where she'll select a target so sneak up on, spread to avoid sharing

the damage as she comes back up.

A sandstorm is summoned to push you around and try to get you to activate those sandtraps

and at 30% she has a minor enrage.

With the last line of defense from Tol Dagor put down, the sewer gate is our way in with

stringing parasites waiting for their next meal.

Make sure to let your tank go first as the gass traps spawns more of these little guys,

something that me think back to stratholme with the gates closing on unsuspecting adventurers

and tiny insects trying to eat you alive.

Inside the complex our job is to make our way to the very top, but our entrance does

not go unnoticed.

An Irontide Thug lets them all know that intruders are coming in through the sewers.

The Irontide Raiders are the pirate oganisation lead by Harlen Sweete, bankrolled by Lady

Ashvane and we see more of the pirate crews that have taken over the complex.

The guards of the Ashvance company are doing their best to keep the facility under control,

but I imagine that our little jailbreak with Flynn, setting the prisoners free, has not

done them any favors.

In the prisons we can also see alliance hostages that want to be released, I've checked out

other recordings and when you go through on the horde side, you'll see horde hostages

instead.

Interesting as well that they're named hostages and not prisoners, I wonder if that's part

of the movitation for coming here.

Rescue our forces that have been taken by the ashvane company.

All the same, the prison is having quite a riot on their hands and we'll have to fight

our way through the madness until we encounter Jes Howlis.

He has flashing knives that he throws around, but you can hide from them by getting out

of line of sight.

He also tries to fear us with a spooky howl and he'll throw smoke powder on the floor,

buying himself the time needed to open up a whooole bunch of cells.

Now it's a party as more adds join the fight, but the worgen goes down all the same.

An ashvane jailer jells out to secure the upper floors while he'll take care of this

thief.

Our party didn't even go after it, I wonder if it drops any special loot but up the stairs

we go where more ashvane officers are trying to hold their ground against the thugs.

Into the officer quarters where the prisonered do not really have a presence.

This is all still under the control of the Ashvane company and they do a fair bit more

damage then the random prisoners.

Up we go to the Overseer's redoubt where the massive canons can be operated and turned

against our enemies.

They do a fair bit of damage but right now on the alpha friendly fire is turned on so

be careful not to blow up your entire party.

Inside the Ashvane armory we find our next challenge, Knight Captain Valyrl.

"I can't wait to see you melt."

She's quite a fiery one and is not afraid to ignite the kegs in the room.

Part of the fight is to make sure that the kegs, and more of them will be dropped on

to the playing field, that those kegs don't ignire and blow up.

If they do it's an area you can avoid, make sure to not stand in the circle while they

go off.

"The brightest stars...burn out...the fastest."

From the armory we go back onto the overseer's redoubt where now even the royal guards make

a pressence with the ashvane priests backing them up.

We're at the top of the facility now which offers a gorgeous view down below where you

can see the different layers of the dungeon that you just fought your way through.

Our last boss is Overseer Korgus:

"So kind of you to return for your executions."

"I've been eager to try these rounds on living targets."

"You'll get caught in the cross fire."

"Run all you want!

I never miss."

He wields mighty azerite infused weapons with a massive canon backing him up.

He'll shoot with Azerite, one debuff that you need to be shot by again otherwise you'll

explode and one with poison coursing through you, everytime you move it gets closer to

your heart until it stuns you for 12 seconds so don't move with that debuff.

He also has deadeye where he'll aim at a player, fires a precise round and strikes

the first player in line.

It deals damage but also increases the damage taken from the next dead eye so make sure

you take a bullet for eachother by standing in the right spot.

Incendiary rounds just puts you on fire with a dot which stacks so all in all this guy

loves his guns, even has cross fire that you need to avoid, and is not afraid to give us

a taste of that delicious azerite.

"Your sentence is death )Player rip) "Good....shot..."

And that's the dungeon Tol Dagor.

Like I said, the story is not set in stone quite yet since we don't have a proper dungeon

journal description, but I think Azerite, hostages and simply being part of the ashvane

organisation is more then enough reason to clear the prison and get it back under control.

Thank you very much for watching everyone!

Subscribe if you like my videos, leave a like if you enjoyed this one and until next time

guys....see ya!

PASSPORT 🎤 Joana Duarte - Duration: 9:40.

Thanks for receiving me in your home. Joana Duarte is a model, actress, owner of one of the best bodies on internet

Photoshop. People have to know that there's always a little bit of Photoshop.

Marlene is a journalist, travel blogger… and has to work a little more her body

But we have three things in common: we love the beach and surf…

… I think we were born on the same day…

What day?

September, 28…

That's your birthday too?! That's great!

And we love traveling. And that's what brings me here, to talk a little bit about your trips.

And the first one I'd like you to tell me about was your first trip, the one you have your first and better memories

The first trip I made and that I was super excited about was to Disneyland

I don't remember how old I was, but I guess I was about eight years old

And I remember that I didn't believe that I was going there.

I knew a week before, and I didn't believe it. Only when I was there, that was when I believed that I was in that place

That was my first trip with my parents.

My first solo travel was to Australia.

Until now, it was the best experience of my life!

I was 18 years old and went alone, without knowing the language.

I had a friend that lived there, and I was with her a couple of weeks

Then I went to live with a group of girls I didn't know, and we get along fine, and we're still friends today

After that, we've been together in Brazil, they came to Portugal for a visit, and I met them again in Australia.

Because I've returned to Australia 3 more times

Australia stayed in your heart

Yes. I think it marked me a lot.

I've returned several times to Australia, but non-like the first time.

How was to leave your country, away from family and friends, and go to a different continent, not knowing the language…

What did you think? If it didn't turn out ok, after a few days, you would be back

I bought the trip in December to go in April, and when that month came I wasn't ready to go, I didn't want to go.

I thought, "what am I going to do? I don't want to go! This is insane!"

At that time I was doing a lot of TV shows, and I felt like I had to do a break, go to a place were nobody knows me

I thought I was going to learn English, go to school. But I didn't have classes because I learned just talking to people.

It was pretty cool.

My mother said to me: "After two weeks you're coming back. You're not coming after only a week because the trip is too long… it passed months and months

And you thought "I'm gonna teach my mom to know better"…

No. I just didn't want to come back.

My mother was calling me to come back home, and I just postponed. I was there six months! I didn't want to come back

In those months that you were there, what made Australia so special?

Those little things that you can only found there...

I think that in a lot of places — a little less in Portugal because I think here we still have a judgmental mentality —, they're freer! Everything flows

There's no criminality or if there is it's so little.

They have a quality of life, working from 9 am to 4 pm. You see kids on the street playing; they do BBQ's on the beach. Everything super clean

I can't explain. It's all about the lifestyle.

This program is called Passport, so I asked you to bring yours.

And I want you to choose one stamp from one of your latest trips. One that says a lot to you

Looking at my passport I understand that I almost traveled around the world.

I can talk to you about one trip when I was working in a private airline company. We traveled around the world.

For example, we would stay three months in Cuba.

And they also traveled to the Saudi Arabia

So, I lived in Jeddah for six months. Here's the visa!

And it was quite the adventure…

It was mostly positive than negative. Of course that when you're there, you only see the bad part… because it's awful!

It's completely different from our reality

Yes. I can't explain it… at Fridays they execute people, every woman wears a burka.

People ask me "But you wore a burka?"… of course I did! They would kill me if I didn't.

Everybody with a black burka, like it was the ninja city!

The sound of praying all day long. They spit at your face; they push you… it's hardcore!

It's a significant challenge to your ego because you understand that you're nothing, that you're never going to win, so you better be quiet, look down and follow your path

You don't want to pick up a fight.

The aviation experience was great.

What did you think when you decided to go into aviation?

Marlene, I think that what you get out of life are the memories and the experiences

I've seen a lot and I have an open mind and always want to see more and more

I think that traveling is the most well-spent money of our lives.

Because you always come home with a heart full of the things that happened, the people you met

The more you travel alone, the more you see people traveling alone.

You see them as people that are looking for something bigger.

Not only what we have here. And I think that that's very interesting

Your experience in aviation and that place marked you a lot

The private aviation, where a plane is rented to go to some part of the world and live there.

It's not the general commercial aviation.

I'm talking about Afghanistan, Pakistan, Casaquitan, Saudi Arabia, Cuba, Argentina, Angola, New York, Sweden, Norway, Thailand…

Those are just a few from the top of my mind

Also, military bases, like Patagonia and the Folkan islands.

Places were nobody goes. You may want to go, but it's almost impossible.

Where they have their own currency

That's super enriching. You're going to places were the ordinary human being can't go.

I think that's extraordinary.

Have you ever thought of doing it again?

I left that company and still worked in another that did flights to the Caribean region…

but I think is a kind of work to have when you are very young

When you get older — and I'm on my 30's — it has consequences to your skin and your organism.

But, of course, I'll never stop traveling. Not in work mode. But I think I'm going keep on traveling until I have no money or opportunity

Last question: what is that trip you haven't made yet? The place you still want to visit one day?

I want to go to California. I have never been there and I think that something is calling me there

I want to travel from California to Mexico.

That's a great trip

A great adventure!

Thank you so much for having me and for talking about your travel experiences.

Ciao ciao!

you

Elétrons - e as cores dos fogos de artifício - Duration: 2:47.

Hello, little scientists, I am Professor Bill Tyson and together we are going to know different

forms of science.

We have seen a little about what are atoms, their three parts and their electric charge.

Today we will talk a little more about the smallest particle of the atom, the Electron.

In 1897 the English scientist Joseph Thomson, through various experiments discovered

this particle.

Thomson, verified that electrons have mass and that they have negative electrical charge.

Later the atomic models were improved and showed us that they revolve around the

nucleus in electronic layers.

There can be at most seven electronic layers called orbits, the layers being closest

to the nucleus with less energy and the outer layers with more energy.

But depending on the energy the electrons receive, they change the layer.

I'll give you an example.

When a little salt falls on the stove flame the color turns yellow.

And this happens due to the orbit change of the electrons.

Let's see how this happens.

When an electron of an atom that forms the salt receives energy, in this case of heat,

it jumps from a lower energy orbit to a higher energy orbit, staying

in what

we call the excited state.

But as soon as the energy is transformed into light, that yellow flame we see, the electron

loses the energy it gained back to the previous layer.

Each atom has electronic layers with certain amounts of energy, so each

shows a different color when it gains energy.

For example: sodium emits yellow color, barium the color green, lithium the color red,

and so on.

And it is through the burning of these elements that the fireworks are produced.

They are very beautiful from afar, but only those who use them safely should let them go.

So beware!

For now, it's just personal, see you next time.

Hey guys.

Show small scientists that studying science can be fun, and
