Anemia: What is it? What are the causes and how is it treated? (also subtitles english) - Duration: 7:20.

HEALTH & FITNESS

Hi everyone, I'm Mike's assistant. Welcome to my Youtube channel

Today's topic is:

ANEMIA

Anemia, from the Greek "without blood", is a reduction of hemoglobin below normal levels which leads to a lower capacity of the blood to transport oxygen to the tissues.

It is the most common blood disorder and affects about a quarter of the world's population; more frequently in the female gender.

Let's get some clarity first:

The blood is composed of:

55% plasma.

45% red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets

More information on the composition, the functions of the blood, etc., can be found by clicking here.

SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL

Red blood cells also called erythrocytes, have the function of transporting oxygen from the lungs to the tissues

and a part of the carbon dioxide from the tissues to the lungs.

Red blood cells are produced from the red bone marrow of the bones.

Hemoglobin is a protein found in red blood cells. It is made up of 4 iron atoms, to which the oxygen molecules are bound,

then transported to all the districts of the body by the red blood cells.

A deficiency of hemoglobin causes anemia.

What are the symptoms of anemia?

A reduction in hemoglobin corresponds to a reduction in the amount of oxygen available to the various organs.

The first to be affected are the cardiovascular system, the central nervous system and the muscular system.

Symptoms common to all types of anemia are fatigue, drowsiness, difficult breathing and irregular heartbeat.

You realize when you start to breathe harder after just climbing the stairs.

In severe cases of anemia, to compensate for the lack of oxygen, there is an increase in cardiac output, (ie the volume of blood expelled from the ventricles in a minute).

This can lead to palpitations, chest pain, difficulty walking and heart failure.

SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL

What are the causes of anemia?

Due to a blood loss

Due to external or internal trauma, such as severe bleeding or gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.

Due to a reduced production of red blood cells

Due to a malfunction of the bone marrow due to a defect or a lack of fundamental elements for the production of red blood cells.

Anemia can be caused by a deficiency of:

- Vitamin B12 (called pernicious anemia),

- Iron (called sideropenic anemia),

- Folic acid, protein or vitamin C.

Other causes may be a blood disorder called thalassemia or a bone marrow neoplasm.

Due to a greater destruction of red blood cells

It may be due to a genetic defect or the globule itself.

Other causes are due to an infection such as malaria or some genetic diseases such as sickle cell anemia.

How to cure anemia?

We need to understand the cause that caused it and then choose the most suitable therapy.

Some specific treatments include:

Transfusions in severely anemic patients

Cortisone and a martial therapy (ie a therapy that involves the administration of medicines containing iron, by mouth or intravenous)

How to prevent anemia?

Not all types of anemia can be prevented by lifestyle, but in some cases the probability can be reduced.

It is recommended to follow a nutrition with:

Legumes, bananas and dark green leafy vegetables are rich in folic acid

Meat, dairy products and some cereal derivatives, contain vitamin B12

Citrus fruits and berries contain vitamin C which helps iron absorption

Meat, legumes and dried fruit are rich in iron

5 Facts You Don't Know About Criminal Minds - Duration: 4:21.

Since 2005, millions have tuned in to CBS to catch the Behavioral Analysis Unit track

down "unsubs" on Criminal Minds.

A show with that kind of lifespan generates a lot of on-set stories and trivia, much of

it well-known to casual fans.

But there are some tidbits only the show's diehard fans know about.

Here are five facts you might not know about the mega-popular procedural.

In the line of duty

Early in the fifth season of Criminal Minds, Spencer Reid, played by Matthew Gray Gubler,

is shot in leg in the line of duty.

For the next several unrelated episodes, Reid is shown walking with crutches.

It's a realistic touch - and dramatically effective, showing that sometimes the good

guys suffer for being the good guys - but the shooting and the crutches actually had

to be written into the episode.

Just before season five started filming in 2009, Gubler dislocated his knee… from dancing

too hard.

Unscripted sweetness

Along with all the murder, assault, kidnappings, and other darkness that fuels the Criminal

Minds plot machine is a lighthearted palate-cleanser: the wordy flirtations between Shemar Moore's

Derek Morgan and Kirsten Vangsness Penelope Garcia.

"Oh you are the light of my life, sweet lady."

[Speaking French]

"Drives me crazy when you talk that voulez-coucher stuff to me.

Stop it!"

Until Moore left the series in 2016, the two frequently called each other cute and affectionate

names; Morgan was particularly fond of calling Garcia "baby girl."

It feels spontaneous and organic, because it is - those exchanges were based on a bit

of improvisation on Moore's part while shooting a first-season episode.

Fans loved it, but Moore kept it under control: He said he set a limit of no more than one

or two "baby girls" per episode.

No Love for Jennifer

After years as a star of teen-oriented movies and TV shows, Jennifer Love Hewitt settled

into a career as reliable, familiar presence on primetime TV dramas.

In 2014 she was cast as investigator Kate Callahan on Criminal Minds, ostensibly replacing

the departing Jeanne Tripplehorn and her character, Alex Blake.

"It's such a different job for me than I've ever had before, so it's great!"

Some fans did not take to the former Party of Five star, nor her character.

In addition to the customary negative social media chatter, a small number of particularly

upset fans even signed a petition at Change.org to "Write Jennifer Love Hewitt's character

off Criminal Minds."

One fan wrote that "developing a new character just takes away screen time and distracts

from the cases" and "the acting and writing for this character is just wild corny."

Hewitt left the show after Season 10, citing her pregnancy.

No reality show

The Behavioral Analysis Unit is a real division of the FBI that's really based in Quantico,

Virginia, and it's very selective: only 26 of the FBI's 12,000 agents are part of the

department.

But life in the BAU isn't quite like it's depicted on Criminal Minds.

Only a handful of the most complicated and extreme cases ever make their way to the small,

elite real-life BAU team, and they certainly don't solve a case per week.

And unlike on TV, it's almost entirely a desk job.

Rarely do BAU team members leave Quantico to hit the field.

When they do leave, they're certainly not the ones who confront criminals and put their

lives in danger while doing so - the vast majority of that action is handled by police

and other law enforcement officials.

In her own words

The set of Criminal Minds seems to foster a collaborative, creatively inclusive vibe.

Numerous cast members past and present have directed episodes of the series.

Kirsten Vangsness has also co-written three installments of Criminal Minds since 2015.

It's hardly a lark, as Vangsness is an accomplished playwright.

In fact, Vangsness says the writers expect her to rewrite the many phone call conversations

required of her character.

They also asked her to write the final scenes between her character and Derek Morgan when

Shemar Moore left Criminal Minds in 2016.

"You will always be my original baby girl."

AT and T to Acquire Digital Ad Firm AppNexus for $1 6 Billion - Duration: 3:27.

AT&T to Acquire Digital Ad Firm AppNexus for $1.6 Billion

AppNexus offers technology that helps advertisers buy ads, using automated software, across

a range of websites and apps

AT&T Inc.

T 0.28% said Monday it has agreed to acquire advertising technology company AppNexus, a

deal that could help the telecom giant capitalize on the media content it added through its

purchase of Time Warner Inc. and give it more firepower to take on Google and Facebook for

digital advertising dollars.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

The Wall Street Journal reported last week AT&T was expected to pay around $1.6 billion,

according to people familiar with the matter.

AppNexus offers technology that helps advertisers buy ads, using automated software, across

a range of websites and apps.

The company also supplies technology to publishers so they can manage and sell ad space on their

websites.

Its marketplace, which connects both the buyers and sellers of ads, extends into the video

and web-connected television space.

In a press release, AT&T said it hopes the proposed acquisition will strengthen its position

in advanced television advertising.

"Ad tech unites real-time analytics and technology with our premium TV and video content,"

said Brian Lesser, CEO of AT&T's advertising and analytics group.

"So, we went out and found the strongest player in the space."

Several Madison Avenue executives gave a thumbs-up to the deal after reports it was in the works

surfaced, predicting it could offer them more choice in the digital ad market.

Google took a 31.7% share of the $232.27 billion spent globally on digital advertising last

year, according to eMarketer, while Facebook took a 17.9% share.

After initial reports of AT&T's interest in AppNexus, there were questions in the ad

industry about whether the telecom firm would look to maintain AppNexus's services for

third-party publishers, or only use its technology to monetize its own content with ads.

A person familiar with the matter says this marketplace will remain, which gives AT&T

access to AppNexus's global advertiser and publisher clients and will expand its presence

beyond the U.S.

On closing the Time Warner deal earlier this month, AT&T restructured the combined company

into four units, including an advertising and analytics division.

Mr. Lesser, who was on the board of AppNexus, joined last October from WPP PLC's GroupM

media-buying unit to oversee those operations.

AT&T had been sidelined from doing deals while its acquisition of Time Warner was held up

by a U.S. Justice Department lawsuit.

AT&T prevailed in court earlier this month.

News Corp, parent of The Wall Street Journal, is an investor in AppNexus, alongside others,

including WPP and investment firm TCV.

AppNexus was valued at $1.8 billion in a 2015 funding round.

The companies said the transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2018.

XBOCT Answers Questions - Duration: 9:48.

You can watch the interview with Zolotarov, he talks about everything there.

It doesn't make sense to put together a new roster right now, so everyone was moved to inactive.

Whether there will be one, or who will be there, I have no idea, just like you.

How are you doing? Are you going to be a caster at TI?

I will probably be an analyst at TI, also I will join the casters desk a couple of times.

It depends on the visa though, if I can acquire it or not.

I was the last to make the decision, so everyone has already sent their documents, except me.

I've started preparing them just recently, but I still have 1.5 months, it should be enough probably.

Maincast or RuHub?

To be honest, there are a lot of friends in both studios, I attended Maincast because it is in Kiev,

It is one floor below our office, so I joined them to cast, tomorrow I will also join them for the EU Finals,

or maybe I won't go anywhere, and we'll have our own Maincast here.

Where are XVlogs?

I did make some content from the Major, I wanted to film the bootcamp during qualifiers,

but because of our results I won't release anything soon, I don't have any mood for this.

I don't want to disturb the players or myself, that's it.

There are going to be a couple of events this summer, I will attend them, and I will make XVlogs there.

Also there will be around five of them from TI, this time I hope the sound won't be an issue.

I don't know if I told you this story, at the last TI I filmed the first 4 days, there were no videos back then,

I filmed a lot, sent it to my editing guys, and they said that there was some sound issue, there was no sound at all.

So there were no videos released, I was tilted a bit, but later I've released a few videos anyway.

This time I'll try my best, maybe I'll even buy a special microphone.

You often complain about sound, but I couldn't do anything about it.

"Only the true worker can fit this hat of shame on Dendi's hat".

Guys, stop mentioning Dendi, let him have a rest during the summer, then he will come back stronger then ever.

Do you remember his play last year?

I was watching the laning phase, he was winning against everyone.

The second part of the year wasn't that great of course.

Who stays? Guys, to be honest no one knows what's gonna happen with the roster.

Neither the players, nor the management, so let's avoid this question for now, I don't have anything to say.

What do you think about Notail's move to position 5 and the return of Ana?

Ana was a good player, everyone blamed him, even OG themselves started believing that he was bad,

but in the end it was their mistake.

By the way 7ckingMad is a good off-laner, Notail used to be a great support,

as a carry he made some questionable decisions, but as a support he was great.

Together with Fly they did quite well, however he was position 4, and now he is 5.

Who was upset the most after your loss at the qualifiers?

In Twitter Lil was the most upset, and in life it was Dendi, probably.

Xboct, become position 4 in NAVI to coordinate the team, and make Velheor a coach, it will be easier.

Yes, Velheor is a great coach...

This is the coach we need.

How far into TI do you think FTM will go?

To be honest, I believe they are capable of reaching top 5-6 easily enough,

because they're playing very well now.

OG are showing up, they're doing really well right now.

I don't believe in EG, even though they have an all-star roster.

We already saw one at TI 6, including Arteezy.

I don't know, he hasn't beem impressing me lately.

I feel for Sumail, the guy's trying his best, destroys everyone, but it's not enough.

"Ana's inconsistent in laning phase, but he knew how to bounce back when having a rough start."

It had been the case because the previous OG roster would never help him in mid.

Do you watch the World Cup? Which team are you rooting for?

To be honest, I've only watched one or two matches.

I checked the result of the Croatia-Argentina match...

Well, in fact, I know all the results, but I haven't had much time for watching football lately.

I was busy casting, then I went on vacation, so I couldn't really watch it.

Will you be coaching NAVI if they pick up good players?

Yes, I really want to be a coach, but I need a good roster.

Well, it's too early to tell.

If there's a good roster, then why not?

How bad do you have to be to miss Lina stuns?

I have no idea why asked this, maybe some of my players missed stuns with Lina?

Who from the current roster would you like to see in the new one?

Guys, if I told you, those I wouldn't name would be offended.

In end end, it's not only up to me.

I hope this year there'll be more opportunities.

But anyway, not everything depends on me.

Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, I don't know.

Although it was probably impossible to do worse than we did past year.

Perhaps my suggestions would actually be helpful.

But there's nothing we can change now.

Danylo should be on the team of course.

What do you think about NA having 3 TI slots?

I'm not sure. Well, if every other region had been given 2 slots...

There are 3 contenders: Optic, EG and VGJ.

And there's also CoL and... I don't know who else made it to the NA Qualifier playoffs.

I know that VGJ have already qualified for TI, but I don't know what other teams are in the playoffs there.

I'd appreciate if you told me.

I think Faker was right about you being a bad coach and that you have to leave NAVI.

Did Faker really say that? Well, I'm gonna have to deal with him then.

"I'm happy for Roma [Resolut1on]."

Roma's very diligent guy, believe me.

He's chosen a difficult life path.

He's given up his normal life in Kiev with his friends, acquaintances, familiar environment.

Resol went to the US, lived with DC at first, it was very difficult.

He said he couldn't even discuss things with them.

There were some movies, intellectual topics, while he was there to devolve, so it was hard for him.

Then he joined OG and moved to Europe, which is basically the same difference.

He didn't play in CIS, all this time he's been either in Europe or the US.

Of course it helps him develop all around and perhaps that's why he wins.

But for the sake of simplicity of life this is... Oh, I missed first blood just like v1lat.

There's nothing good about it.

Resol has chosen the path of a warrior.

Your top CIS team now, besides VP.

Here's FTM, they're top.

They qualified for TI quite easily and I'm sure they'll do fine there.

The one factor causing depression and anxiety in the workplace | Johann Hari - Duration: 4:39.

I learned about nine causes of depression and anxiety, for which there's scientific

evidence with different sets of solutions.

But I'll just give you a very quick example of one.

I noticed that lots of people I know who were depressed and anxious.

Their depression and anxiety focuses around their work.

So I started looking at, well, how do people feel about their work?

What's going on here?

Gallup did the most detailed study that's ever been done on this.

What they found is 13 percent of us like our work most of the time.

Sixty-three percent of us are what they called "sleepwalking" through out work.

We don't like it.

We don't hate it.

We tolerate it.

Twenty-four percent of us hate out jobs.

If you think about that 87 percent of people in our culture don't like the thing they're

doing most of the time.

They did send their first work email at 7:48 a.m. and clock off at 7:15 p.m. on average.

Most of us don't want to be doing it.

Could this have a relationship to our mental health?

I started looking for the best evidence, and I discovered an amazing Australian social

scientist called Michael Marmot who I got to know who discovered, the story of how he

discovered it is amazing, but I'll give you the headline.

He discovered the key factor that makes us depressed and anxious at work:

If you go to work and you feel controlled, you feel you have few or limited choices you

are significantly more likely to become depressed or actually even more likely to have a stress-related

heart attack.

And this is because of one of the things that connects so many of the causes of depression

and anxiety I learned about.

Everyone watching this knows that you have natural physical needs, right.

You need food.

You need water.

You need shelter.

You need clean air.

If I took them away from you, you would be in trouble real fast, right.

There's equally strong evidence that we have natural psychological needs.

You've got to feel you belong; You've got to feel your life has meaning and purpose;

You've got to feel that people see you and value you; You've got to feel you've got

a future that makes sense.

And if human beings are deprived of those psychological needs they will experience extreme

forms of distress.

Our culture is good at lots of things.

We're getting less and less good at meeting people's deep underlying psychological needs.

And this is one of the key factors why depression is rising.

And that opens, just to finish the point about what that opens up, a very different way of

thinking about how we solve these problems, right.

So if control at work is one of the drivers of this depression and anxiety epidemic so

I think well what would be an antidepressant for that, right.

What would solve that?

In Baltimore I met a woman called Meredith Keogh as part of an amazing transformation.

Meredith used to go to bed every Sunday night just sick with anxiety.

She had an office job.

It wasn't the worst office job in the world, she wasn't being bullied, but she couldn't

bear the thought that this monotony was going to be the next 40 years of her life, most

of her life.

And one day Meredith did an experiment with her husband Josh.

Josh had worked in bike stores since he was a teenager.

Again, it's insecure, controlled work, as you can imagine.

And one day Josh and his friends in the bike store just asked themselves: what does out

boss actually do?

They liked that boss.

He wasn't a particularly bad guy, but they thought, "Well, we fix all the bikes."

They didn't like this feeling of having a boss.

They decided to do something different.

So Meredith quit her job.

Josh and his friends quit their jobs.

They set up a bike store that works on a different, older principle.

It's a democratic cooperative, not a corporation.

So the way it works is there is no boss.

They take the decisions together democratically by voting.

They share out the good tasks and the bad tasks.

They share the profits.

And one of the things that was so interesting to me going there which is completely in line

with Professor Marmot's findings is how many of them talked about how depressed and

anxious they'd been when they worked in a controlled environment and they weren't

depressed and anxious now.

Now it's important to say: it's not like they quit their jobs fixing bikes and went

to become like Beyoncé's backup singers, right?

They fixed bikes before, they fixed bikes now.

But they dealt with the factor that causes depression and anxiety.

As Josh put it to me, there's no reason why any business should be run in this top

down, depressogenic, humiliating way, right.

The modern corporation is a very recent invention.

Think about how many people you know who feel terrible today if they were going into work

tomorrow to a workplace that they controlled with their colleagues.

If there had to be a boss, they elected the boss and the boss was accountable to them.

Where they chose the priorities for their workplace.

A lot of people would feel very differently.

Now that is an antidepressant, right.

Chemical antidepressants should absolutely remain on the menu.

They give some relief to some people.

That's valuable.

But we need to look for antidepressants that deal with the reasons why we're depressed.

So I was able to identify nine causes of depression and anxiety and seven antidepressants like

this which are actually about dealing with the reasons why we feel this way, and not

just blunting the symptoms.

Chicken Tsukesoba Kamo Nanban-Style Recipe (Soba Noodles with Hot Dipping Broth) | Cooking with Dog - Duration: 7:08.

Hi, I'm Francis, the host of this show "Cooking with Dog."

Konnichiwa!

Today, we are making Tsukesoba Kamo-Nanban Style with chicken instead of duck.

First, soak the dashi pack in the pot of water,

and turn on the burner.

This dashi pack contains coarsely ground

real bonito flakes and kombu seaweed,

and it will allow you to make authentic dashi stock quickly.

When it begins to boil, turn the heat to medium,

and simmer for 5 minutes.

Aha! Smells good!

We used two thirds of the water instructed on the package

to make thick and delicious dashi stock.

Leave uncovered to prevent the broth

from developing any unwanted odor.

Turn off the burner,

and lightly squeeze the dashi pack and remove it.

Now, the delicious dashi stock is ready.

Next, let's prepare the ingredients.

Cut off the stem of the shiitake mushroom.

Cut the cap into 4 to 5 slices.

Trim the root end of the Japanese long green onion

also known as naganegi.

Cut the white part into 4 cm (1.6") pieces.

Make diagonal cuts in the long onion to tenderize it.

Trim the excess fat from the chicken thigh beforehand

and make numerous cuts in the firm stringy part.

Slice the chicken into bite-size pieces using diagonal cuts.

Place the chicken onto a tray.

Season with the soy sauce

and sake.

Coat the chicken with the seasoning evenly.

Let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Now, let's make the broth for tsukesoba.

Dust the chicken with potato starch.

Flip the pieces over and dust the other side with starch as well.

Add vegetable oil to a pan and turn on the burner.

Swirl the pan to coat it with the oil.

Place the chicken onto the pan with the skin side facing down.

Add the long onion.

Flip the chicken over and brown the other side.

When both sides of the meat are browned,

remove and place the chicken onto a tray.

You will be simmering the ingredients later

so you don't need to cook them completely.

Brown the long onion as well,

turn off the burner and save it on the tray.

Now, clean the pan with a paper towel.

Then, add the sake

and mirin.

Reheat the pan.

Bring it to a boil and let the alcohol evaporate until you can't smell it.

Now, pour in the dashi stock.

Add the soy sauce.

Add the long onion,

chicken

and shiitake mushroom.

Bring it to a boil on medium heat.

When it begins to boil, reduce the heat to low.

Then, simmer for 5 minutes.

If foam appears on the surface, remove it with a mesh strainer.

Turn off the burner and the broth is ready.

And now, let's cook the soba noodles.

This small metal plate is supposed to avoid a boil over but it is optional.

We are using these fresh soba noodles.

Boil a generous amount of water in a pot

and place the soba into the boiling water.

Lightly stir with chopsticks to keep the noodles from sticking together.

Cook for the time instructed on the package.

Now, strain the soba with a mesh strainer.

Then, submerge the noodles in a large amount of water to cool

and lightly rub them to remove the gooey texture on the surface.

We are demonstrating every step on this counter,

but you should rinse them thoroughly with running water.

Next, place the soba into a bowl of ice water.

Chilling in ice water will give the noodles a very refreshing texture.

Hit the strainer against a kitchen towel many times

to remove the excess water thoroughly.

Arrange the soba onto a plate.

Now, reheat the broth.

Mmmm. The ingredients have absorbed the broth!

Looks so delicious.

Ladle the broth into a bowl

along with the chicken, long onion, and shiitake.

The dipping broth isn't as strong as regular soba dipping sauce

so you can enjoy plenty of it.

Top with shichimi chili pepper.

Finally, arrange the white part of the chopped long onion

and grated daikon radish.

The original version of this recipe is known as Kamo Seiro Soba.

Since kamo, duck meat isn't easily available in Japan,

chicken is often used in home cooking.

You might think dipping cold noodles in hot broth is strange

but this will allow you to enjoy the chewy and refreshing texture.

The savory umami of chicken and shiitake makes the broth absolutely delicious!

Dip the soba into the piping hot broth

and enjoy it along with the ingredients.

The fat of duck has a distinct savory taste

so you should definitely use duck meat if available in your area.

Good luck in the kitchen!

Are New Cars Too Hard to Repair? | WheelHouse - Duration: 9:48.

- This episode of Wheelhouse is made possible by FIXD.

Stay tuned to the end of the episode

for a special offer only for Wheelhouse fans.

When I was in college I drove a 1996 Honda Passport.

It wasn't fast but I loved that car.

There was only one thing that bugged me about it.

No matter what I fixed or replaced,

that dang check engine light

would always find its way to turn back on.

Lucky for me, that Honda was easy to work on

but as cars get more complicated,

it won't be that way forever.

It seems the American tradition of repairing your car

on your driveway on a Sunday afternoon

is becoming less of a custom and more of a distant memory.

Increasingly complicated systems and reliance on computers

has made even regular maintenance, like brake jobs,

out of reach for a lot of owners of new cars.

So, how did it get this way?

And will you even bother to work on your car in the future?

Let's dig in.

As long as there have been things that need fixing,

there have been mechanics.

Even before the car, there were skilled repairmen

working on horse drawn carriages,

steam engines, bicycles, anything that could be broken.

With the introduction of the automobile in the late 1800s,

drivers started bringing their busted rides

to these same guys who had more than enough skill

to work on these primitive cars.

Machinists and blacksmiths decided

to devote their entire businesses

to automotive repair and maintenance.

Most dealerships opened up their own shops,

and gas stations did, as well.

If you were in a car-friendly city

there was a good chance there'd be someone there

to work on your car.

By the end of the 1920s,

there was an estimated 60,000 service shops in the US

but what if you didn't live near a shop?

Well, you had to do it yourself.

When the Model T debuted in 1908,

it was many Americans' first experience with car repair

because tires blew out on a regular basis,

it was mandatory for drivers to know how to change them.

Many owners learned how to repair other problems

from manuals or experience on a farm.

It also became fashionable to do small repairs

out of convenience and even fun.

The simplicity of the Model T made it possible

for nearly anyone to get their hands dirty

and have a good time wrenching

as most repairs could be made

with a screwdriver, wrench, and a hammer.

The Model T might not have been the most reliable car ever

but that's okay because it introduced America

to regular maintenance.

But not everyone was stoked.

Alfred P. Sloan was the President

of General Motors in the mid '20s

and he thought Henry Ford was stagnating the car market,

nevermind the Great Depression.

Sloan believed that Ford's one-car-fits-all model

was keeping owners from buying new cars

and he was afraid that people would get used to buying

one car and maintaining it for the rest of their life.

Man, that sounds horrible.

So, he came up with a plan.

Every year his brands would release a new model

with features and new colors.

The goal was to make new and current owners think

their car was out-of-date

and that they couldn't possibly live

without these new features,

even if their current car was just fine.

This was a huge boon for the auto industry

and was the beginning of what we would know

as planned obsolescence.

♪ Obsolete creation ♪

New models might have been coming out

but that didn't stop people from working on their cars

and making them better.

The ability of drivers and home mechanics to work

to work on their relatively simple machines

gave birth to the tuning scene

or as they called it back then hot rodding.

(tires screeching)

The whole movement deserves its own episode

but the fact remains that hot rodding changed

the American car for decades.

Auto exects saw what the kids were doing

and decided to build their own hot rods in the factory,

giving birth to the muscle car era

which reached its height in the late 60s, early 70s

and trenching itself in pop culture

with films like Two Lane Blacktop

and American Graffiti where it went mainstream

and later inspired the super popular retro designs

we see in the Mustang, Camaro and Challenger of today.

All of that was because people had the ability to maintain

and modify their cars in their own driveways.

It was kind of important.

But it won't be like that forever.

Until the late 70s, there weren't a lot of ways to tell

if something was wrong with your car.

You just kind of knew or it was really obvious.

Some of them had trouble lights

known affectionately as idiot indicators

that signaled serious trouble with the engine

like low oil pressure, overheating,

or charging system problems and an imminent breakdown.

Basically, it only let you know about problems

that were patently obvious.

I mean, if your oil is low, that's kind of on you.

But in the 80s, the magic of computers had arrived.

After the trouble light was the malfunction indicator lamp

which was a little more advanced.

The MIL appeared in the early 80s

along with computerized engine controls.

On most cars, the IML could output codes

when two pins on the assembly line diagnostic link

or ALDL were jumped the lights would flash codes.

For instance, blink, blink, blink, I don't know.

Blink, blink, blink.

It was sort of like a Morse code.

You would record the blinks and pauses,

then cross reference them in a service manual

and find out what was wrong.

These computerized systems gained popularity

not because people wanted them necessarily,

but because they had to.

In 1980, California said,

"Hey, cars are dirty but it's hard to measure it.

"If you wanna sell a car here,

"it's gotta have an onboard diagnostic system by 1988."

So all the manufacturers complied.

But they all had their own styles of plugs and systems

which didn't really make California too happy.

Furthermore, it could only tell you about failure

after it happened and didn't allow for real time monitoring

which the California Air Resource Board really wanted

for their new emission testing protocol.

This new monitoring system was called OBD-I

and it was a step in the right direction

but didn't quite meet expectations.

"Alright," Cali said.

"We'll try this again.

"If you wanna sell a car here in 1996,

you're all gonna use a standardized system

"with a standardized 16 pin connector

"with a standardized pins assigned to specific functions,

"also standardized,

"standardized electronic protocols,

"standardized trouble codes

"and standardized terminology.

"That last part is important.

"Now do it!"

The new connector was called OBD-II

and has been the standard since 1996.

It sounds super advanced but the reality is

that any driver can monitor their car's functions

in real time with an OBD-II reader light fix.

So now drivers basically have their own kit system

telling them everything that's going on in their cars

and letting them know when a problem might be on a horizon.

Naturally, this made people even more eager

to work on their cars, right?

To find out more, I went to Automed Car Care

which is right near our office

and talked to Abe.

He's been a mechanic for 15 years and knows a lot.

- People don't work on their cars

as much as they used to before for multiple reasons.

The biggest reasons, I think,

is the amount of sophistication they use

in building the cars nowadays with all the sensors

and computers they have.

You need expensive scanners and tools to be able to operate

or even do small maintenance work.

So you can't just have a screwdriver or a wrench

and start working, taking bolts off of the cars nowadays.

- As onboard monitoring system's got more advanced,

so did the systems they were monitoring.

Cars are no longer the analog carburetted machines they were

They can be really, really complicated.

Take, for example, the new Volvo S90 T8.

This is the top trim level S90

and it comes with a turbocharged and supercharged engine.

On top of that, the T8 is also a hybrid

within an 87 horsepower electric motor on board.

And it's also all-wheel drive.

On their own, each of these features

takes considerable knowledge to work on,

but together, it sounds like a nightmare.

But Abe didn't really think so.

- I love the challenge and I love to learn

about how cars evolve and the new technology

that they put in the cars nowadays.

It is difficult, but once you get the hang of it,

just like any other profession,

it's a pleasure to work on cars and see how they evolve.

- Annoyingly, it's this complexity

that has made cars today so good.

They've never been more efficient

or as safe as they are today.

But is that worth not being able to do big repairs

on your own?

Will people even want to work on their car anymore?

I'm not so sure, but Abe brought up a great point

that I hadn't considered.

- Not just cars, computers, phones,

it's gonna keep on advancing in technology

and I've saw the transition of how we also look at cars,

not just the normal individual and how we find problems

and how to solve them.

I look at YouTube or search YouTube or Google,

there's a lot of forums that tell us

about weird problems and how to fix them.

So I do believe people are getting back

to working on their cars,

just because of the availability of the information

you find online.

- People will always find a way

to work on their busted stuff,

no matter how complicated it is.

And with the abundance of information out there

for you to find, the only limit is finding it.

then you have to check our FIXD.

Strangers Get Surprised What Beauty Is - Duration: 3:13.

Ready?

- Yeah.

- Three, two, one.

(laughs)

(soft music)

Hi I'm Ryann and we're in the streets of Hollywood.

We're gonna see if people can find

the true meaning of beauty.

We're gonna have strangers walk up to this beautiful work

of art but what they don't know is that they

are the actual work of art inside.

Let's find out what people love about themselves.

So could you just tell me your name one more time?

- Blair.

- Jay.

- I'm Valentina.

- Maggie.

- Ashley.

- I'm Shane.

- Shane, awesome, are you a big art connoisseur?

- Not at all, I don't know much about art.

- Okay, so this might be a tough challenge for you

to judge a work of art?

- Yeah, no, I wouldn't take my word for it at all.

- Love art, yeah of course.

- I love art.

- I'm the pursuer of the arts, not the doer of the arts.

(laughs)

- I'm ready.

- Oh god, okay.

I worked really hard on it, so like,

be honest, I want your honest opinions.

I'm just gonna drop this cloak and I want you to give me

the first things that come to your mind okay?

Three, two, one.

- Oh me.

(laughs)

- Oh (beeps).

- Can we switch.

(laughs)

- I think it's perfect.

- Oh wow.

What a head turner,

it's me isn't it?

- It is.

It's you.

- I'm a little too tall though,

I gotta like crouch down to see it.

- We didn't plan for that.

So what do you love about this piece of art?

- I mean there are so many thing I could say.

- Look at this gorgeous woman.

- Yeah right?

- Cute outfit.

(laughs)

- Nice tattoos.

- I need to take a shower.

(laughs)

- I'm enough, we're enough.

I think everybody should think that they're enough.

Good, look in the mirror and say I'm beautiful.

- Do you think it's important to love yourself?

- A hundred percent, yeah.

- I have to love myself, 'cause no one's gonna do it for me.

- See who you are and like what makes you different

is what actually makes you better in the world.

You don't wanna be just another cookie cutter.

- I was in the closet for so long like

trying to hide being gay and stuff and like once I came out

that gave me a completely different like sense of self love.

So I think it's super important.

- How would you encourage someone who might be struggling

with like being bullied or self confidence,

how would you encourage that?

- I got bullied so much when I was younger.

Honestly I'd say probably just like find your inner light.

- There are gonna be people who area gonna judge us

and we're not gonna like the things that they say

but that doesn't mean that you know,

we have to agree with them.

- You need to look at the people.

See somebody who's struggling, go over and say hello.

- Smile.

- Smile.

- Smile more regularly.

(laughs)

- People depend on other people to give compliments

but sometimes we have to give ourselves compliments

in order to receive those compliments from people

because those people will come around,

you know what I mean?

- [Ryann] Yes, I love that.

- [Jay] Yeah.

- Thank you so much, I appreciate it.

(upbeat music)

we did it, we came to Hollywood

and found the true meaning of beauty.

Tell us why you love yourself in the comments below.

Or post a selfie on Instagram using the hashtag

me crush Monday.

And the next time you look in the mirror,

don't forget to tell yourself you're enough,

love yourself everybody.

How to Make Your Face BETTER Looking | How to Improve Your Jawline & Be More Attractive - Duration: 5:44.

Today, I'm gonna teach you how to make your face better looking.

This is all shit you can literally start doing right now, so take notes, because by the end

of this video you're gonna be looking like a fucking snack.

Here we go.

#1 Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth and breathe through your nose.

Now you're probably thinking like WHAT THE FUCK?

How the fuck does that make my face better looking, but hear me out - here's how it

works.

When you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth and only breathe through your nose,

it tightens your face and jaw, making your jawline look a lot sharper and more defined.

Interestingly enough, it's actually better for you to breathe through your nose instead

of your mouth according to scientists and kinds of smart people and that's how I designed

humans to breathe anyways back when I was creating the universe.

So by using this tip you're making your face look better AND you're breathing the

correct way.

Boom!

I just hooked you up with not just a dating tip but also a fucking breathing tip to help

you breathe easier, what other channels are giving you unique shit like this?

None!

Exactly.

#2 Use an eyelash curler.

HOLD UP.

WAIT WHAT THE FUCK DID HE JUST SAY THAT?

IS HE TALKING ABOUT THIS SHIT?

THIS CHANNEL IS FOR GUYS NOT GIRLS!

#3 Wear less buttons on your shirt

Now this is another really unique thing you can do to make your face look better.

Wearing less buttons on your shirt will expose more of your chest, making the distance from

your chest to your chin look longer and therefore more aesthetic.

Ever notice how all those sculptures from Greek and Roman times have really elongated

features and it makes them look really aesthetic and proportional?

It's the same idea here, showing more skin will make that distance look longer and create

more of a separation from your chin and your neck which will create a stronger jawline

at the bottom of your face and make you look WAY more attractive.

But one thing to keep in mind is that if you're gonna be showing some extra chest, then you

want the skin on there to look smooth, seductive, and inviting.

Not dry or rough looking.

One way to make sure your skin is hydrated is to use the Wanderer Body cleanser from

our sponsor Dollar Shave Club's new Daily Essentials Starter Set yup, that Dollar Shave

Club.

If you didn't know; they've got you covered from cheeks to cheeks.

The body cleanser is dope because it has vitamin-rich skin conditioners that'll hydrate and soften

the skin on your body, making you feel a lot smoother, yeah even down there!

This is perfect to make sure that you're chest is looking and feeling smooth and hydrated

and you're smelling like a God.

And, right now for your boy the God, they're doing a special $5 dollar deal on their Daily

Essentials Starter Set which includes EVERYTHING you'll need in your bathroom to look, feel,

and smell fresh as fuck.

The set comes with their premium weighty handle executive razor and full cassette of cartridges,

their Wanderer Body cleanser which I just talked about, their minty butt wipes, AND

their shave butter.

Go to DOLLARSHAVECLUB DOT COM SLASH BASED ZEUS to get your $5 set right now!

And After the first box, replacement cartridges are sent for just a few bucks a month

#4 Differentiate your neckline from your beard by shaving just below your neckline

Neckbeard is a fucking disaster.

Yet so many guys are out there walking around with neckbeards that go so far down that they

basically have just one long-ass field of hair from their face to their balls

Fuck that.

Get yourself some kick ass shave butter and a razor from our sponsor Dollar Shave Club

and make sure you shave your neckbeard and more importantly, shave just above below your

neckline to make your face and jaw look more defined by your beard.

Here's what your beard SHOULD NOT look like:

Here's what your beard SHOULD look like:

#5 Wear a turtleneck.

When it's colder out, an easy way to make your face more attractive is to wear a turtleneck

because it'll elongate your features AND more importantly, since it goes so high up

on your neck, it'll create a good separation between your neck and your chin which will

make your jawline and chin look a lot more chiseled.

Turtlenecks can also be really stylish and they make you look really masculine overall

if you wear it properly.

And if you don't get the point by now, chiseled jawline and defined face equals better looking.

DUH.

#6 Get a number zero on your sideburns every time you get a haircut.

If you don't know anything about hair and you don't know what the fuck I'm talking

about, basically a number zero is the shortest length you can get, basically like a skin

fade.

Getting a number zero on your sideburns or a really low fade will elongate your jawline

and make it look more defined and sharp, making your face better looking.

Got it?

Good.

On to the next tip.

#7 Get your eyebrows done by a professional

If your eyebrows are all fucked up, or you're looking to clean them up, I highly recommend

going to a place where they can get do your eyebrows for you and telling them you'd

like for them to clean them up without making them too feminine or shaping them too much.

The eyebrows are the only part of the face you can change without cosmetic surgery, so

changing your eyebrows and making sure they're on point is a really easy way to make your

face better looking.

And that's it.

In summary: Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth

Use an eyelash curler Wear less buttons on your shirt

Differentiate your neckline from your beard with a razor

Wear a turtleneck Get a number zero on your sideburns when you

get a haircut And get your eyebrows done

And be sure to click the link in the description to check out our partner DollarShaveClub and

get their $5 Daily Essentials Starter Set right now.

The New Highway to the Arctic Ocean - Duration: 3:16.

Canada's official motto translates as "from sea to sea."

But for many years now, there's been an unofficial version:

"from sea to sea to sea."

Because Canada doesn't just have west and east coasts,

it has a north one as well.

Just over that hill is Inuvik,

a small town of about 3,000 people in the Northwest Territories,

about 200 kilometres north of the Arctic Circle.

But it's not on the Arctic Ocean.

Until recently, this was the end of the Dempster Highway,

about as far north as you could get by Canada's road system.

There wasn't a continuous link from sea to sea to sea.

Except in winter when the ice was frozen enough to support vehicles.

But in 2017, after years of difficult construction over the permafrost

and hundreds of millions of dollars in costs,

an all-weather highway finally opened, from here to Tuktoyaktuk on the Arctic Ocean.

So for the first time, we can drive there.

...or we could take a plane.

RADIO: "ATC clear."

It turns out that building an all-weather highway across permafrost

is an incredibly difficult logistical challenge.

It's now springtime.

The thaw is beginning and large sections of the highway,

particularly in the south, have pretty much turned to mud.

There isn't quite enough gravel,

it isn't compact enough, it isn't cold enough.

If your vehicle gets caught there, you are hours from help

and you have no cell phone service.

So for safety, the government has closed the road, at least for now.

But sooner or later, the road will be fixed

and the highway will reopen

and Tuktoyaktuk will be connected again.

And that's going to change things here.

- I was born and raised here.

21 years ago(!) - [laughter]

- But anyways, I lived here all my life.

Never going to move. I enjoy my life here.

There's just under 1,000 people that live here year-round.

We do a lot of fishing, lot of hunting, berry picking, whatnot.

Do the seasonal thing.

When they got the go-ahead to finally start building the road,

it took about five years and they would only work in the wintertime

because the tundra is frozen.

And they don't want to damage the tundra because once the permafrost's at surface,

it's gonna start melting.

They would make ice bridges.

Even to where they would haul the gravel to us

just so they don't do damage.

Tuktoyaktuk is not isolated anymore. It's supposed to be year-round.

So if you want to go travel down south,

you just hop on a vehicle, if you own a vehicle,

just head down.

Whereas in summer months, we'd be isolated.

We'd wait for the scheduled flights to come in

or we go by boat, if you own a boat.

Most people were for it.

They were hoping the prices would go down

for groceries, gas, whatnot.

And the gas price did go down a bit

because we had a second gas station open up.

So that is one of the good things.

It just gives more opportunity for everybody.

- Now I want to be clear.

This is not some abandoned Arctic outpost.

There's cell phone service here.

There's a lot of people and there's fast internet.

Eileen, who I interviewed, she runs the local taxi service.

This is a proper town. It's just very far north.

The future of the Canadian Arctic is unknown right now.

Climate change means that the permafrost is melting.

Sea level rise is already threatening this town.

This highway is just going to be one more change in a century of them.

- We never did feel isolated because we're from here.

Yeah, we're just used to the way we're living all the time.

The Most Outrageous Confessions On Howard Stern - Duration: 5:05.

Howard Stern has cemented his place as a radio legend over the course of a long and controversial

career, perfecting the art of making his guests feel relaxed, and prompting them to share

very personal stories.

In fact, Stern's guests often find themselves answering questions that would never fly in

most interviews.

Here are some of the most outrageous and shocking celebrity confessions uttered on The Howard

Stern Show.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith

Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith have long been one of Hollywood's most beloved couples.

They've been married for more than two decades, and share two kids together as well as Will's

son from a previous marriage.

Still, Jada and Will have been the subject of rumors regarding their open marriage.

Jada took to Stern's show in 2015 to set the record straight.

"You've gotta trust who you're with. And at the end of the day, right..."

"Right"

"Yeah"

"I'm not here to be anybody's watcher."

So what does not being Will's watcher mean for their relationship?

"I'm not the kind of woman that believes that a man is not gonna be attracted to other women."

"I'm just not that girl."

"Right."

"And just because your man is attracted to other women doesn't mean he doesn't love you!"

That confession, of course, did nothing to quiet the gossip about this power couple.

But hey, whatever their relationship is like, it's clearly working for them.

Madonna's lost love

Madonna's dating history includes a lengthy list of well-known men including Sean Penn,

Guy Ritchie, and even Vanilla Ice, but during a show-stopping interview with Howard Stern

in 2015, the "Material Girl" dropped a dating bomb by revealing a previously unknown romantic

relationship.

The news emerged as Stern was grilling Madonna about her infamous, profanity-laced 1994 interview

with David Letterman.

"I was dating Tupac Shakur at the time. And thing is, he got me all riled up about life in general, so when I went on his show I was feeling very gangster."

That explanation caught Stern totally off guard.

"I didn't know you dated Tupac Shakur."

That's never been out there, I don't think."

G.I.

No

You may not want to burn the bridge that gave you success.

Just ask Channing Tatum.

In 2015, the actor bashed the studio that gave him a three-picture movie deal, slamming

his role in the 2009 film G.I.

Joe: The Rise of Cobra.

"Look, I'll be honest.

I f---ing hate that movie"

Tatum was brutally honest when he described the quality of the project.

"The script wasn't any good."

"I didn't want to do something I thought, one, bad. And two, I didn't know if I wanted to be GI Joe."

Tatum also explained to Stern that he felt pushed into doing the movie by the studio.

"They give you the contract and they go, 'Three picture deal, here you go.'"

"And as a young, you're like, 'OMG, yeah, that sounds amazing. I'm doing that!'"

Regardless, Tatum's career seems to be doing just fine.

Divorce-landia

After only knowing each other for a year, Fred Armisen married Elisabeth Moss in 2009,

only for the pair to call it quits eight months later.

Speaking of their marriage, Moss told New York Magazine:

"It was extremely traumatic and awful and horrible."

The Handmaid's Tale star has opened up to several publications since then with her blunt

assessment of where the blame should lie for the demise of their relationship.

In a particularly harrowing 2012 interview with Page Six she shared:

"One of the greatest things I heard someone say about [Armisen] is, 'He's so great at

doing impersonations.

But the greatest impersonation he does is that of a normal person.'

To me, that sums it up."

Naturally, when Armisen sat down with Stern a year later, that topic came up.

"You must be a terrible husband…"

"I think I was a terrible husband. I think I was a terrible boyfriend.

Armisen then revealed that he rushes into relationships before really thinking things

through.

"Somewhere around like, a year, two years, I get freaked out. Freaked out emotionally and it actually feels like..

"OMG. Who's this stranger in my house?"

Lauer's true colors

A lot has happened with Matt Lauer since 2013, but in the summer of that year, the former

Today show personality stopped by Stern's SiriusXM studio and opened up about his relationship

with Katie Couric, his former co-anchor.

Couric confessed to having a crush on Lauer during an earlier appearance on Stern, so

naturally, this became a hot topic of discussion.

Lauer told Stern:

"She's a very attractive woman, not only physically, but her personality.

[…] If she's a 9 or 10 physically, she's a 14 because she's got a great personality.

She's fun."

Lauer said he never pursued a romantic relationship with his coworker but made the outrageous

boast that if he had, Couric would not have been able to resist his charms, adding:

"She would have been knocking on my door constantly.

She would have never left me alone."

Lady Gaga's devil

Lady Gaga is known for baring every element of her soul in her music.

Whether it's talking about depression, abuse or political rights, she's an open book.

During a 2011 interview with Stern, the pop star came clean about heavy drug use in her

past.

"I was so unhappy…"

"Right."

"Yeah? I think that I was lonely and there was something about it that made me feel like I had a friend."

Gaga says she became creative during that time, but that it wasn't worth it.

"I did it all alone in my apartment and I wrote music."

"I regret every line I ever did.

So to any of the little sweethearts that are listening, don't touch it, it's the devil."

Uncle Murda Gives The First -10 In "Rate The Bars" History | Rate The Bars - Duration: 5:13.

- Okay I like this. This right here sound good.

(upbeat music)

My sound's full-grown, reminds me

of my favorite chronic. Ball like a SuperSonic,

make the haters vomit, make some money

'fore you make a comment.

I meant to snap a while ago

but who know where the time went.

It was witty with the word play

but it's nothing like I could really relate to or makes me,

it don't make me move. I don't make me like ooh.

Might've been slick,

probably said some good things before this.

Some other things after it that

made it make sense but just this right here,

it don't ring a bell.

It ain't really my cup of tea like that

I'll give it a good three.

As far as this rap shit,

I'm ten steps ahead of shootin' backwards,

just for practice ride or die, hoppin in your casket.

Bout to go to hell with you, blow the L with you.

Tell the whole world I'm spittin

let em know the shells hit you.

I give that a five cause you know I grew up to that.

I know who that is and I was really banging to that

at the time that it came out so I'm more with that.

Let's go to goes baby.

Push the gas, get a mother nose bleed.

She ain't never met a yougin'

to do it like me. She got a man but she says

she really like me. She doin' things to excite me.

To me it's just kinda trash,

I don't know who it is maybe they got some better shit

but this right here just didn't impress me.

I give it a negative one. Yeah negative one.

I did it for the love of cash, Your Honor.

Traffickin' across the Verrazano, coke and the marijuana.

And my persona, glitters in gold.

Unlike the other money getters who stack,

turn quitters, and fold.

Dude that be ballin' good.

Five, that's a classic. That's my time right here.

I go with that cause I can relate.

Those things being on the highway with the work

and all that. Coming to the hood,

you know you shinin' like me,

I like the shining shit like that.

You know you do things and other guys

you see in the gang they fold.

Things like that, so I can definitely relate.

I'm rocking with this.

Please stop, please stop,

please stop, please stop!

That fit you like you bought it at a kiosk.

And they got the nerve to ask, why she hot?

Why you countin' all that money that we got?

- Yeah, I give that about a negative two.

I don't...

If he was tryin' to, I don't know, it's like he was,

I don't know.

It don't make no sense to me.

Yeah, I give that a negative two, yeah yeah.

Kissin' on your baby like the boy a politician.

Spittin' out tough shit, overcooked chicken.

Hoppin' out the Lyft, no tippin', I'm rich.

So sick, gettin' blown,

I'm just makin' a wish.

Damn, that was trash.

Yeah, that was trash.

I mean, it was, really nothing.

Kissin' the baby like your boy a politician.

Spittin' out tough shit like overcooked chicken.

Hoppin' out the Lyft, no tippin'.

Shoulda said Uber.

I mean, my bread so sick, gettin' blown,

just makin' a wish.

That sound like some baby ballers.

That was wack.

I give that a zero.

Too simple, that was a little bit wack.

All the way.

Wifey material, she not it.

Can't believe I had my kids around that thot bitch.

Gotta do better, should've knew better.

Now I got a buncha broads like Hugh Hefner.

You see, I feel this guy pain.

Because it's like, you know,

he's sayin' I guess wifey material,

the girl is not it.

Can't believe he had his kids around this thot bitch.

You know, like, you trusted the wrong one

or had faith in the wrong one

and now he gotta do better, shoulda knew better.

Now he gotta buncha broads like Hugh Hefner, you know.

He had planned that good.

I give that a five, I like that kid.

Something special about him.

Stop it, you got Brooklyn lookin' crazy.

Matter-fact, you got Brooklyn lookin' lazy.

I got cases in Virginia, bodies in D.C.

You got to think B.I.G. if you wanna come for me.

Now I give that like a negative 10.

(laughs)

That's mad skills, he washed up.

That's what he was trying to come at me, man.

That shit was cold (muted) man.

He ain't got no mother (muted) bodies,

you know he's a good guy, like a teacher,

so I mean he's a good guy, he ain't never

catch no cases in then that shit in Virginia.

Mighta caught a domestic violence charge

or something like that, I don't know,

maybe something like that, but he ain't never

put no street type Brooklyn and all like that.

So yeah, kid got a negative 10, know what I mean?

But VA I (muted) to salute.

Yeah, yeah, what's up, this is the boy Uncle Murda

A.K.A. Lenny Grant and I just rated those bars, ya heard?

What!
