Why create a YouTube channel and which strategies to use? - Duration: 14:38.

Hello everyone, Here is Professor Rovian and in this video

I want to talk about 2 business with you.

The first is about me, and why I believe you should start using YouTube as

platform to promote your personal brand or your company.

And the second topic is what strategy you should use to implement and ensure

the success of your channel.

Come on!

As I've said before, my name is Rovian, and I really am a teacher and there are some

years.

I have a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in business administration.

The first topic I want to discuss with you is the reason I created this channel and that

the same reasons why you should create your channel.

I have acted in several areas over the years, but especially with entrepreneurship

and innovation.

And I came to the conclusion, which many of you may already know, that people and businesses

should invest more in promoting their brand through videos.

There is currently a big phenomenon with regard to video content creation.

And for you to have an idea, the most visited site in the world today is Google, the second

is YouTube and third is Facebook.

On average people get 20 minutes on YouTube and half this time on Facebook.

More recently I have worked in the sales area, both as a salesperson and also as

professor of sales and digital marketing.

This work made me realize that there are several people who should be creating

your channel or improving your YouTube advertising strategies, including me.

In addition there are other reasons to create a channel.

If you are a YouTuber, and have as main goal to grow your channel, you must invest

in creating and consolidating a brand.

Let's see an example.

The official pintinha chicken channel has only 46 videos, but it has almost 12 million

of subscribers and over 8 billion views.

Today she is a very strong brand and surely most of the money she earns does not

comes from YouTube, but we can be sure this media has helped and still helps it to spread

content and win followers.

Another example is Authentic Games, it has a very clear focus and for those who are interested

in the game Minecraft, you know that it is reference in the subject.

There are several channels that are reference about their themes and part of it, why they

time to create their brands.

A second reason for creating your channel is the ability to generate additional income.

If you already have a job I still recommend you create your channel immediately,

this is one of my reasons for creating the channel.

And if tomorrow or later I do not have a job, will I live from what?

This is important because, knowing your content, you will know who the audience is

who has an interest in your videos.

And second, why you need to have consistency.

Let's take a closer look at these two issues.

If you do not know what kind of content you want to offer, you will not know who

are the people who will take an interest in your content and then, you do not know what they

your videos and follow with this theme.

We have reached the second stage of your strategy, which is to know your audience.

In marketing we call this segmentation segment.

Defining your audience will ensure that you are creating content that matters to

You know when companies say they want to serve the customer better.

The first step they have to do is understand what the customer needs, if not

And with your channel is no different.

If you want to create a game channel, you should find out which games are being played

by your audience.

Another example, if your audience is interested in beauty, then you should know which ones are

the trends in relation to makeup, hair, fashion and related content.

If your channel is a Vlog, you should talk about topics that are of interest to your audience.

People generally go to youtube for several reasons, but the main ones

are: To fix something, to learn

something new or solve a problem, and by entertainment, to pass the time.

So if we think about your gaming channel, your beauty channel, or your vlog, a lot

probably your audience is trying to learn something from you, or hoping that

you'll be able to entertain them for a while.

One tip is you access the channels that are similar to yours and try to find out about the

what these youtubers are talking about.

You can even read the video comments from these channels and see if anyone is asking

video about something specific you can create.

Remember you are NOT creating content for yourself.

You may have a question about something and decide to create a video, but if no one is interested

In this matter, you are probably wasting energy on something that does not interest others.

In short, our second strategy is to: understand your audience and deliver value to it.

Now that you know what your channel is about and you know your audience, the third

step of your YouTube strategy is to think about building your brand.

In marketing we can call this positioning.

Your brand need not necessarily have an impressive logo or name.

Your youtube channel can be your name.

But you need to have a clear position on your brand.

This means that if you create a beauty channel, it will not record your videos

as if he had just gotten out of bed.

If you are going to create a culinary channel, and will record in your kitchen, I hope

it is clean.

Beware of the images you choose to place on your channel as well as the content

of your videos.

If your channel is about games, do not create a video talking about the weekend that you

spent in your grandparents.

My suggestion is you start, with a video a week, in a year you will have

48 videos on your channel, and that's a lot of content.

I know even one video per week can be run, so a tip that might work

is to plan your content for four weeks and record everything in a single day.

Then you post one video per week, meaning you book two or three days

per month to create your content and have material for a full month of publication.

Be objective with your agenda and do not miss your deadlines.

This strategy will ensure regularity for the channel and will enable your audience

stay interested with new content every week.

ABOUT THE SCOPE OF THESE REPORTS --

AFFECTS THE BRAIN DEVELOP AN OF CHILDREN, LOWER IQS, BUT THE

MOST INTERESTING PART IS IT GREATLY INCREASES THE PROPENSITY

FOR CRIME.

SO WE STOPPED USING LEAD IN THE PAINT IN THIS

COUNTRY IN 1978.

BEFORE THAT UNFORTUNATELY WAS IN THE PAINT

BECAUSE WE DIDN'T KNOW THE HARMFUL CONSEQUENCES, AND THERE

WAS A LOT OF LEAD IN THE GAS AS WELL SO THAT WOULD GO INTO THE

AIR AND IT AFFECTED US, AND THOSE STUDIES SHOWED THAT THE

DROP IN CRIME THAT BEGAN WAS VERY LIKELY DUE TO THE FACT THAT

WE STOPPED USING LEAD, AND THAT'S AMAZING, I'M TOTALLY

SURPRISED BY IT, I DID NOT EXPECT THAT AT ALL, BUT THERE

WAS EXCELLENT EVIDENCE TO INDICATE THAT.

AND OF COURSE YOU

NEED THE KIDS WHO WERE BORN PAST '78 TO GROW UP AND COMMIT CRIME

AT A LOWER RATE THAN THE KIDS WHO WERE BORN EARLIER THAN THAT,

AND THEY SHOWED THE NUMBERS IN A CONVINCING WAY.

BUT EVEN IF YOU

DON'T BELIEVE THAT PARTICULAR PART OF IT, WE KNOW WITH GREAT

CERTAINTY THAT LEAD AFFECTS SO MANY ISSUES REGARDING HER HEALTH

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY LIKE I SAID IN BRAIN DEVELOP.

ONE, IT'S AN

EXCELLENT CASE FOR REGULATION, AND THAT REGULATION HELPED US

SAVE UNTOLD NUMBER OF LIVES.

NUMBER TWO, WE KNOW THIS

ALREADY, FOR GOD'S SAKE, GO INSPECT ALL HOUSING PROJECTS

DONE BEFORE 1978.

MY JOB TO BE A LITTLE EASIER SO I AM NOT GOING TO DO THAT ARE.

I THINK WHAT IS TROUBLING TO IS THAT THEY BELIEVED HOUSING

AUTHORITIES SAYING IT IS OKAY, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CHECK.

THEIR JOB IS NOT TO BELIEVE, IT IS TO CHECK AND I THINK THAT'S

WHERE ONE OF THE MAIN FAILURES AS IN HERE.

I ALSO THINK, THERE'S A LOT OF REASONS TO OPPOSE THE TAX

BILL THAT THEY PASSED EARLIER THIS YEAR, $1.8 TRILLION COULD

PAY FOR ALMOST ANYTHING YOU COULD THINK OF BUT WE OFTEN

HEAR, MAN, REMOVING THE LEAD PAY IS COMPLICATED, DIFFICULT

AND EXPENSIVE.

REPLACING LED PIPELINES, EXPENSIVE

COMPLICATED.

WE COULD'VE DONE IT NATIONWIDE MANY TIMES OVER

RATHER THAN GET $1.8 TRILLION TO THE WEALTHIEST AMERICANS AND

CORPORATIONS.

WE COULD HAVE DONE THAT AND HAD A GIGANTIC

PARTY AFTERWARD AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AMAZING BECAUSE WE

WOULD BE ABLE TO SAY, EVEN FOR EVERYTHING ELSE THAT DONALD

TRUMP HAD DONE, IF HE HAD CHOSEN THAT INSTEAD THAT

WOULD'VE BEEN ONE OF THE LARGEST CHALLENGES THAT WE HAVE

A COUNTRY OR EVEN AS MEMBERS OF A SPECIES HAD CONFRONTED, THAT

WE HAD ACCIDENTALLY POISONED HERSELF ON THIS MASS LEVEL AND

FINALLY WE HAD TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY AND DONE WHAT

WAS NECESSARY TO ACTUALLY FIX IT.

WE HAVE OCCASIONALLY DONE

THAT AS A SPECIES.

WE FOUGHT BACK AGAINST ACID RAIN WHEN WE

LEGITIMATELY GREEDY AND EVIL WHEN YOU HEAR ABOUT THE STORIES

WHO DO NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, DO NOT WANT SEPARATE

MORE FUNDS TO GET A QUALIFIED PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF A JOB.

THAT IS A GREAT POINT, BECAUSE YOU CANNOT SAY IN THE

RICHEST NATION IN THE WORLD, THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT

NO, WE ARE CHOOSING OUR PRIORITIES AND THE PRIORITY WE

JUST CHOSE, PRETTY MUCH THE ONLY THING THE TRUMP

ADMINISTRATION

GOT DONE WAS A GIANT TAX CUT FOR THE RICH, ON AVERAGE THE

TOP 1% GOT A $61,000 TAX CUT EVERY SINGLE YEAR, AND SO THEY

PRIORITIZED THAT GIGANTIC TAX CUT FOR THE TOP 1% AND THEY

DEPRIORITIZED THE REST OF US, INCLUDING THESE KIDS AND THE

PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN THESE PROJECTS.

I DO NOT KNOW IF

THIS IS A FRUITLESS EXERCISE, I KNOW EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I

RUN

INTO YOU GUYS AND YOU SAY YOU GOT CONVERTED FROM BEING

Homeland Security Boss Announces Border Ultimatum That Sends 'Undocumenteds' Fleeing

The controversy surrounding immigration issues at the border has been escalating over the

past few weeks.

President Trump, Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and Kirstjen Nielsen have been going

overboard giving press statements, press releases, and speaking with the public and other agencies

on this ongoing issue.

But it is Secretary Nielsen that has been getting the brunt of the criticism as head

of the Department of Homeland Security.

It has only gotten progressively worse.

And it will continue to go on so long as the press allows this type of behavior to continue.

The Patriot Journal reported,

'Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen isn't backing down.

In the face of constant attacks by the left, the DHS boss echoes President Trump's strong

stance on illegal immigration, and doesn't care who she "offends."

During a speech at a law enforcement conference on Monday, Nielsen was quick to fire back

at the border control critics.

"We have to do our job," stated Nielsen.

"We will not apologize for doing our job.

We have sworn to do this job.

This administration has a simple message."

In response to those who claim DHS is keeping "kids in cages," Nielsen clarified that

situation with the truth … something liberals have no interest in.

But here it is: "It is important to note that these minors are very well taken care

of.

Don't believe the press.

They are very well taken care of.

You know this, as many of you have detention facilities of your own.

We operate according to some of the highest standards in the country.

We provide food, medical, education, and all needs that the child requests."

All of this is true, so don't listen to the endless liberal propaganda the mainstream

media shoves down our throats.

And finally, Nielsen punctuated her speech with several powerful statements that really

resonated with patriotic American citizens: "If you cross the border illegally, we will

prosecute you.

If you make a false immigration claim, we will prosecute you.

If you smuggle illegal aliens across an extraordinarily dangerous journey, we will prosecute you."

Thank you for saying it!"

However, all the answers she has been providing is not enough and people have chosen to protest

her agency as well as her home in retaliation.

The Washington Post reported,

"About two dozen people gathered Friday morning outside the Virginia home of Homeland

Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen in response to the Trump administration's policy on

separating children from their parents at the border.

According to an organizer of the protest, Nielsen was seen leaving through the back

door of the home, in Alexandria, as the protest wound down around 8:30 a.m.

It lasted about an hour.

On Tuesday, she was heckled by protesters at a Mexican restaurant that is two blocks

from the White House.

Nielsen has become the face of President Trump's family separation policy, which he halted

in an executive order Wednesday.

At least 2,500 immigrant children have been separated from their families over the past

six weeks at the border."

Secretary Nielson made it clear with her ultimatum.

If you truly are coming to the United States for the right reasons to seek asylum and escape

persecution then there is no reason to illegally cross.

We have the resources to take care of and accept migrants who are fleeing persecution.

But if they do not come here the right way then we cannot help them the way we could

have if they were honest with us from the very beginning.

This administration is compassionate but it also has limits.

Unlike Democrats, we understand that there are limits to what we are capable of doing

and we cannot pay for everything because that is not the way the world works.

No amount of protesting will change that fact and no amount of vitriol that is spewed at

her will change that either.

Neilsen is following the law and instructing her staff and officers to do the same.

Furthermore, she is following the instructions of the current White House administration.

There is no shame in that, she should be proud of it.

She is absolutely correct, the mainstream media is not reporting on the facts as these

kids are given impeccable care upon their arrival.

We are one of the most generous countries in the entire world yet some within our country

do not recognize it and instead try to demonize members of this administration for their actions.

In Resident Evil 2, Leon's shotgun is one of the most trusty weapons in the game, and

it is pretty easy to find, "who are you, what are you doing here?"

basically being jammed in your face in 3 locations depending on your path and scenario.

But where will Leon find the shotgun in the simplified single scenario of Resident Evil

2 REMAKKKE.

"Hail to the king baby!"

As of now we don't know how many different types of shotguns will be in the new game,

there could be a few, but we do know how to find one of them, and its a slightly tougher

than the original but still pretty darn easy.

We pick up after you talk with marvin he will help you access the left side of the RPD by

giving you a knife.

In this familiar section you will come upon the good old operations room and sitting right

on the table when you walk in, a Weapons Locker Card.

After you get it a zombie will pop in the door, so exit around the side & climb through

the passage.

This puts you out into a hallway and next to you, you should find a door that takes

you into the safety deposit room, which is kind of like a weapons locker room.

Find the shotgun and the slot in the back of the roomenter the weapons key and voila!

The shotgun.

Come Get Some

Now things get tricky as the super hard shotgun mini boss cop zombie enters the room.

Shotguns, defense knives, headshots, this guy takes a lot of damage!

You don't HAVE to kill him, but there are other items and puzzles in this room that

you will want to come back to get, so DO IT.

HAVE SOME GUTS!

Before we go, let's take a look at Leon's new shotgun, a W-870 12 gauge pump action

shotgun with a capacity of 4 shells.

Basically, your everyday, very generic shotgun.

It is pretty sweet but it doesn't even take down zombies that easily like they did in

the old game, so, Will there be a bigger, badder shotgun like in RE7?

And/Or, as we saw in the original RE2, will there be shotgun parts that you can find to

add to the weapon to make it stronger, like the extended magazine for the handgun we've

already seen in the Remake.

We'll find out in January.

but depending on how I feel or how he feels we wear different ones, but right now, this

is what we wear. So for the main event. We have a harness. or it's a vest actually. and

it is from River dog gear uh.. this is a custom vest. You can personalize how you want. you

can get saddle bags or whatever. Um..the one thing that's really good about river dog

gear is she makes sure you...She asks you a couple questions. Like legal questions to

make sure you actually have a service dog so she can't get... she tries her hardest

to not get like frauded out. But uh, this is the vest. And I don't always have these

bags on here. It's only if I don't really feel like carrying my entire backpack with

me. But um... without it, it just has a patch that says Service Dog Do Not Pet I'm Working.

And that's sewn on and it has a poop bag holder inside as well. there is a zipper pocket here

with a reflective strip. Um. this patch that's on this bag, it doesn't usually look this

bad (laughs). It's just a patch that says stay back service dog at work. and it works

pretty well so I just stuck it on there. I believe that's from dannyluannembroidery off

etsy. And this side, both these packs are from river dog gear, and this side says Emergency

Info Inside. The patch underneath says the same exact thing. Again, with a pocket. Now,

I don't really put things in these pockets. The only thing that's in this pocket is an

ADA law card, and our lucky pickle. It's a little pickle. I dunno why. Um, but the pockets

they can hold a lot I guess. Not very much because the pocket is against the dog. She

does make expandable pockets though. I just didn't get that. um. This patch right here

is , you know I don't remember where anything is from. uh it says in case of emergency do

not separate service dog from handler. That's just for emergency personnel, in case something

happens. Maybe, maybe there's a chance they'll read that and be like "hey! maybe we should

keep the dog with her". Service dog access required by law. And on the back we have a

program patch. Ron and vicki santo dog foundation. I'm not entirely required to keep these patches

on him. I'm not entirely sure. But I did have two bandanas from the Ron and Vicki Santo

Foundation, because when I did get Bosco, he was smaller. He wasn't done growing yet.

And uh, we have one big bandana and one little one. This is off the little bandana that no

longer fit him. So I just cut the patch off and sewed it on. And this one says, no touch,

no talk, no eyecontact with a stop sign. These vests usually come with just the 3 d-rings

right here, but I had one put here and on the other side on the same spot. I originally

had plans for a certain type of grounding thing, pull strap, I don't know. I ended up

not wanting it. But this is the vest he wears every day whether or not the packs are on.

It depends on the day. It depends on if I use my backpack. But I usually don't fill

them too much. Usually, the emergency info one holds a glucagon kit. And the other side

holds a blood kit. That's about it. So, if it's really hot, we have... in the summer

we have mesh boots. There''s a mesh top so his feet can breath. There is four, but I'm

only holding one. They are very adjustable. They don't bother his dew claw, at all it

seems like. Less than the ruffwear ones. And there's velcro to keep them on, and they stay

on pretty well. And then these are for winter. If there's salt outside. These are ruff wear.

I think they're grip trex. Not sure. I think it says. It does not say, but they're a size

2.75 inches though. So, these are the grip trex. They work really good for salty stuff,

but the one thing I don't like is that they're very, they're not super thick, but you know...

they don't let his feet breath. So his feet get hot, and then he gets hot and he doesn't

want to work. And along with that, cause this does bother his dew claw, I bought ruffwear

socks. The funny thing is, is these actually smell like feet. Like, I kid you not. They

stink like feet. I dont wanna touch them. Smells like a foot. Next, we have depending

on the day and depending on um. Bosco can in fact work on a flat collar. I prefer that

he works on a tool no matter what. No matter how trained he is. No matter how old he is.

Just because you never know whats going to happen. You don't know if Bosco is going to

have a bad day. So, I just work him on a tool no matter what. Depending on how I feel, or

whatever I just pick up first really depends on what I use. I just broke this recently,

but I have to fix it. It's a herm sprenger prong collar. Now, a lot of people have mixed

opinions on this. Any tool used in the wrong way can hurt a dog. But if you use this properly,

it doesn't hurt them. It's a correction tool. But i put black paracord around it. Just cause

I thought it'd look nice. And then, this is what we use like 99% of the time. It is a

halti. This just makes it easier for me to guide his face incase you know, maybe someone's

trying to get his attention real hard. Usually, he doesn't care about people, but just in

case. You never know what's going to happen. The leash clip attaches to this. This attaches

to the collar. And, you can guide them with their nose. You're not supposed to make corrections

on this though. Do not make corrections on this! You can really hurt the dogs neck. But

this is just like a leading/ guiding tool. They don't guide me. He doesn't guide me.

If I need him to move his head, and he's not moving it, I can move it for him a little

bit and guide him to wear I want him to be. This is not a correction tool. Um, but he

doesn't really like it. Not a lot of dogs do like the halti. And then for our leash

we have a hands free leash we just got off amazon. It has three settings. It can be...

it has the O rings. It can be an eight foot leash. Around the waist which doesn't fit

me. I can't remember if it's too big or too small. And then an over the shoulder which

is how I always have it. I always have it over the shoulder just cause it's easier for

me. And the leash is still long enough that Bosco can lay down, or I'm just short enough.

But Bosco can still lay down on the ground, and the leash isn't pulling up his halti or

his prong, or his flat, or whatever he's wearing at that moment. It just doesn't pull it up.

Um. I carry this in my backpack at all times along with... at least I try to. along with

dog wipes, because dogs stink. Dogs don't smell great. And he has sensitive skin, so

I don't want to give him a bath all the time. This doesn't make him itchy or anything. Its

just TropiClean papaya mist. It makes him smell good. Papaya and coconut. I just give

him a spray or two before we go in somewhere, and if he has like dirt on him I'll wipe him

down with a pad. Or like a wipe. And then, just because we usually don't do a lot of

public access outings, or I want to make it fun. I don't want all his outings to be boring.

So we do go do training situations. I have a around the waist treat pouch from petco.

With a, I just put this on here today cause I was bored. This is from patience and love.

It's a leash wrap. It's on both sides. This treat pouch is really cool, because when you

open it it stays open. It just stays right open. You can reach your hand in, grab a treat...snap

it shut. Snap it shut. I got cookie dust in my eye. And you can have the option to wear

it around your waist, or clip it on your belt. I only ever wear leggings, like soft shorts,

sweatpants. So, it just kind of weighs my shorts down. I just wear it as a around the

waist thing. In Bosco's pouches I don't really carry a lot. Again, I just have another ADA

card, because I haven't really had a public access issue yet. I haven't been asked to

give them an ID or anything. Luckily. Cross my fingers. Knock on wood. I don't want to

do that. Um so. Luckily. I have been asked if he's a service dog. For me personally,

Bosco always wears identifying gear. Only because I don't want to deal with it. Service

dogs are not legally required to wear any identifying gear. They can work naked. But

I don't like doing that. He's done it once, and I had no problem. But I still don't like

doing it. Just because the public in general bothers my dog more. So, on one side of Bosco's

pouch. I have one in Bosco's pouch and one in my back pack. Just in case. These are glucagon

kits. In case a diabetic ever goes low. It's really important that if you ever need to

use one of these you.. oh jeeze! Don't break it first of all. Second of all, read the instructions.

There's simple instructions on the top. It's just basically a shot of sugar is what it

is. It's a hypoglycemic kit in case any diabetic passes out. I've only ever had to use one

in my almost twenty years of being diabetic, I don't ever want to use one again. I had

a seizure cause I was so low, and it was not fun. So, I keep those in his pouches. Well,

I keep one in his pouch and one in my backpack. Again, the pouch really depends on...whether

he wears these or not depends on if I wear my backpack, how long we're going to be out.

I keep them light. I don't want them too heavy cause he doesn't need to carry heavy stuff.

There's no point cause I can carry it. And on this side, just so people know I have a

thing that says medical alert, diabetic glucagon inside. You know, you never know. people might

not read it. But you never know, so it's always better to have something rather than nothing

at all. And that's Bosco's every day gear, that we use right now, at this very moment,

for the past two or three months. That's the stuff he always goes out in. Plus his collar

with his tags on it, but he's over there sleeping, and I don't want to bother him. And it's boring.

It's just red. So that's just the regular gear Bosco goes out in every day. Not everyday,

but every time we go out in public access. um. yeah! bye!

South Korea marks 68th anniversary of Korean War - Duration: 2:45.

Today, June 25th, marks SIXTY EIGHT years since the start of the Korean War.

The conflict left more than two-million civilians dead or wounded.... and a country divided.

Taking a look back at the war on this anniversary is our Ko Roon-hee.

After Japan's defeat in World War II, the Korean Peninsula was liberated from colonial

rule.

But that didn't mean a free and independent Korean state.

The Soviet Union occupied the north of the country and the U.S. took the south,... dividing

Korea along the 38th parallel.

In 1948, the South and North formed governments that were ideologically opposed, and each

rejected the legitimacy of the other.

On June 25th, 1950, the North Korean army invaded South Korea with Soviet tanks, marking

the start of the Korean War.

A few months later, the North had conquered nearly all of the South, including its capital,

Seoul.

To South Korea's defense came the United Nations, with the United States as the principal force.

This is because they saw in the North's attack the growing threat of communism.

In September 1950, General Douglas MacArthur, Commander in Chief of UN Forces, successfully

carried out the Incheon Landing Operation… recapturing Seoul in two weeks.

But without warning, communist China sent in massive numbers of troops to help North

Korea.

The fighting finally came to an end with an armistice agreement in July 1953,... and the

two Koreas remain separated to this day.

Estimates vary, but a report by South Korea's defense ministry suggests the conflict resulted

in the deaths of more than 130-thousand South Korean troops, and nearly 38-thousand fighting

under UN Command, the vast majority of them Americans.

Earlier this month, South Korean President Moon Jae-in spoke at a ceremony for the country's

63rd Memorial Day, and laid out the government's plan to honor those soldiers and their sacrifices.

"The Republic of Korea will excavate the remains of every single soldier and police officer

who died during the Korean War.

If inter-Korean relations improve, we will first and foremost work on the recovery of

remains in the Demilitarized Zone."

For the anniversary of the start of the war, today, the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans

Affairs is holding a ceremony... to honor those who defended the Republic of Korea.

Around a thousand South Korean veterans and around a hundred UN veterans are expected

to be attending.

RIGHT NOW, IT IS REVERSED AGAIN AND IOWA IS HEADED TOWARD

THE DEMOCRATS IF THE ELECTIONS WERE HAD TODAY.

ANOTHER AMAZING FACT, TRUMP HAS THE LEAD IN UTAH, IT IS ONE

OF THE MOST RED STATES IN THE COUNTRY, BY JUST ONE POINT.

THAT IS AMAZING.

PEOPLE IN UTAH REALLY DO NOT LIKE DONALD TRUMP.

THEY HAVE NEVER LIKED HIS POLICY ON IMMIGRANTS BECAUSE MORMONS

VIEW THEMSELVES AS IMMIGRANTS AND MORMONS, FOR ALL OF THE

DIFFERENT ISSUES THROUGHOUT HISTORY THAT THEY HAVE HAD IN

TERMS OF DISCRIMINATING AGAINST OTHERS, HAVE ALSO BEEN ACTUALLY

CARED ABOUT FAMILY VALUES AND BEEN VERY DECENT TO ONE ANOTHER,

SO IT IS A MIXED BAG AND WHEN THEY ARE WRONG, WE CALL THEM OUT

ON IT BUT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN AS HYPOCRITICAL AS OTHERS ON FAMILY

VALUES SO THEY DO NOT LIKE TRUMP'S RECORD ON THAT COUNT AND

THEY NEVER HAVE.

THEY VOTED FOR A THIRD-PARTY CANDIDATE IN THE ELECTION,

NOT ENOUGH TO SWING THE STATE, BUT GOT A HUGE PERCENTAGE

OF THE VOTE, MCMULLEN DID IN UTAH, SO THEY'VE NEVER BEEN

FOND OF TRUMP BUT NOW THE DISCONCERTING NEWS, TRUMP

IS STILL UP BY FIVE IN FLORIDA.

I KNOW.

SO HE HAS A BIGGER LEAD IN FLORIDA THAN HE DOES IN UTAH.

FOR ALL OF THOSE PUNDITS WHO THINK, AS TIP O'NEILL SAID,

1970S, THIS ELECTORAL MAP IS MOVING ALMOST EVERY MONTH AND IT

IS NOW TOPSY-TURVY WHERE YOU CANNOT TELL WHERE OHIO AND

FLORIDA AND IOWA IN TEXAS AND UTAH ARE GOING AND THESE GUYS

STILL USE THE LEFTOVER IDEOLOGY OF THE 1970S AND 1990S, ALMOST

EVERY PUNDIT ON TELEVISION STILL SAYS MORONIC THINGS FROM DECADES

AGO WHEN IN REALITY, OUR ENTIRE CULTURE IS MOVING.

WHY?

IN THE OLD DAYS, THE NEWSPAPER ENDORSEMENT AND IOWA

MATTERED A LOT AND SO WHEN YOU WERE GOING TO THE IOWA

HAVE, IS WHAT MATTERS TO YOU FORGET HOW DEEPLY UNPOPULAR

HE WAS BECAUSE AGAIN, IN TELEVISION, WHO IS THE WINNER?

WHO IS THE LOSER?

HE MUST BE GREAT, EVERYBODY MUST LIKE THEM.

NO, THEY DID NOT.

President Moon completes three-day state visit to Russia - Duration: 2:10.

President Moon Jae-in arrived back in Seoul on Sunday after his state visit to Russia.

He and President Putin, in Moscow, signed MOUs on future projects that'll hopefully

get North Korea involved in the regional economy in the future.

President Moon wrapped up his stay in Russia after cheering for the South Korean team in

their World Cup match against Mexico.

Hwang Ho-jun reports.

"Give peace to the Korean Peninsula and the Republic of Korea."

That's what the South Korean President wrote in the guestbook of Moscow's Cathedral of

Christ the Saviour,... the tallest Orthodox Christian Church in the world.

Shortly afterward, President Moon flew down to Rostov-on-Don to watch the World Cup match

between South Korea and Mexico.

President Moon and First Lady Kim Jung-sook wore red scarves to support team South Korea.

But that wasn't enough to save the Reds from their second loss of the tournament.

Once the whistle blew on the 2-to-1 defeat, President Moon visited the team's locker room

to encourage the players and coaches, some of whom had shed tears on the pitch.

He praised the players for not giving up until the very last minute and said they still scored

the best goal of the tournament.

He asked them not to lose hope and continue to do their best until the end.

South Korea is scheduled to face Germany to wrap up their Group F campaign on Wednesday.

This was the first time in 16 years that a sitting South Korean President attended a

World Cup match -- the last time being when Korea hosted the tournament.

It was also the first time for a President to watch the national football team play overseas.

After the first half, President Moon was able to have a short talk with FIFA President Gianni

Infantino; it was just about a year ago when the two met in Seoul.

The FIFA leader recollected their last conversation,... in which President Moon proposed that the

two Koreas, China and Japan join forces to host the 2030 football World Cup.

While he thought the idea was farfetched at the time,... Infantino said it's becoming

more and more realistic with so many things happening between Seoul and Pyongyang.

He said now is the time to prepare for such a dream to come true and promised to visit

Seoul again in the near future.

How To Pick The Right Desk Chair For You - Duration: 4:40.

Hi everyone, how are you going? Karen Finnin here, Physiotherapist and Director of

Online Physio. Well I'm down here with my office chair. I've just bought a new one and

I thought I'd share with you the process that I went through to select the right

one. Now the right chair will be different for everyone because our

bodies are all different shapes and sizes, so I thought rather than share

with you my exact make and model, I would share with you the tests and the little

things, questions that I asked as I went through deciding on the right

chair. Now the very first thing for a desk chair is it's important that it

doesn't have armrests. A lot of them do have armrests for comfort but depending

on your height that can interrupt your ability to push that in under the desk

If the armrests block it, it can block you from getting into the most ergonomic

and appropriate position for you. Now we know that the arm rests don't add

anything ergonomically, they're not improving your

chair ergonomics at all, it's just better to leave them off. If you then want to go

and relax in a chair with your arms relaxed and read a book for a while

choose a different chair. Number two - make sure that they have wheels. Most of them

do these days anyway, but if you're tempted into a stylish one that has

fixed legs it's going to make it a lot harder for you to move in and out of

behind the desk and again to get into that ergonomic position for you. Now the

next really important thing, and this can be really individual, is what we call the

seat pan depth and this is the depth from the edge of the backrest to the

front edge of the chair. Now you often see some very big and comfortable

looking chairs out there but depending on your height they could be too big for

you. Many of them are for me. When you sit with your bottom right at the back of

the chair you want the front of the seat pan to end a few fingers width from the

crease of your knee okay? So when you're sitting in the chair you should have a

little bit of a gap here between the edge of the chair and the back of your

knee where your knee bends okay? So if your knee butts right up to the edge of

the chair that can get uncomfortable and that can be a sign that this depth is

too great for you. On the other end of things if

you have a massive gap, one hands width or more, between your end of your chair

and your fold of your knee, then you might need a seat with a greater seat

pan depth okay. Now next one is the height of the backrest, and this should

go up to about your shoulder blades to give that a little bit of support but to

leave your head free. Some of the seats do go all the way up to your head, that

can affect your head position, so just make sure it heads up to about shoulder

blade level. In terms of adjustments there are four key things that you want

to look for in a seat that you can adjust so that you can make sure the

seat can find the right shape for you. First is the height adjustment. Now

pretty much all chairs have this but what height does it go from and to

Depending on your height, make sure it goes low enough that your feet can sit

squarely on the ground, but if you are a little shorter it needs to be able to

lift up to pull you up to the desk height. So bottom line is make sure that

when you're sitting on the seat without any desk around at all that you feel

that your feet can rest comfortably on the ground. In terms of the backrest you

want to make sure that your backrest can tilt back and forwards like so, okay? So

we'll talk in another video about how to set it up for you, but just make sure

that your backrest has the ability rather than be fixed in one spot, that

you can tilt it back and tilt it forward. You need that movement. So that's a

backrest tilt adjustment. Also important that the seat pan can tilt as well

because depending on where we end up setting the backrest we may need to

adjust your seat pan so that needs to adjust or sometimes that adjustment is

that the whole lot moves, and that's fine too as long as you can set the backrest

independently. You also want to adjust your lumbar support. So you'll see here

that my seat's come with a bit that sort of sticks out a little bit? That's

supposed to sit into your lower back but everyone's lower back is at a different

height, so make sure, and this is usually this knobbly bit at the back here, that

that unscrews, this is the knob that does it here, to move this whole segment

up and down. Alright, there's a few key tips of picking an office chair, and in

How to Remove the Hard Top and Install a Soft Top | 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL - Duration: 10:18.

DAN EDMUNDS: When we purchased our Jeep Wrangler,

one of the things we bought was the dual top option.

So today, we're going to show you

what it's like to remove the hard top

and install the soft top.

I can't help but notice that there's

one thing that was missing in that box,

and that was instructions.

So we're going to have to figure it out as we go along.

The first step is to remove the freedom panels.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Every new Jeep Wrangler comes with a tool kit

so that you can fold the windshield, remove the doors,

and swap the tops.

It's got everything you need right here.

So these are the only tools we expect to use today.

This top bolts on, and already I can see three bolts here

in the back on this side and three more on the other side.

So we've got six, but there's got

to be something up front that holds the front of the top on.

So I'm going to go look for that.

Yeah, there's one right here, and another on that side.

So it looks like all together I've got to remove eight bolts.

There are two torques bolts in the kit, a 40 and a 50.

This is the 50.

Well, that's not very tight, but I guess they don't need to be.

They just have to compress the gasket enough

so it doesn't leak.

You don't want to crack anything.

So I've removed eight bolts, and these are not

anything I want to lose.

I think there might be a place on board

where I can store them.

It's good to know that there's no empty holes here.

These are for the windshield and these are for the doors.

But we're not quite ready to take the top off

just yet, because this has a defroster, a rear wiper, which

you can see here, and a washer nozzle.

And so, there's some connections in this corner

that I have to undo before we can lift the top off.

All right, well, I haven't done this

before on the JL, which is this new 2018 Wrangler,

but this looks easy enough.

Push that in.

That came off real easy.

Doesn't drip.

Boom.

We've got the electrical connector and the water

hose disconnected.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

I didn't think about this, but Jeep did.

The things we just unplugged here just kind of flop around,

but looks like--

I didn't know what this was at first, but now it's obvious.

This goes in here theoretically.

Maybe this way is better.

There we go.

And that goes there.

So now those things are clean and tidy and out of the way.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

I think I figured this out, surprisingly enough.

These bolts appear to go through here.

Because this is threaded on this side, and it looks like it's

going to sandwich this around the roll cage structure.

So let's see if I'm right.

That seems to be the trick.

These also look like the smaller T40 torques bit, not the 50

we used to take the top off.

So I got to switch that.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Well, putting those on made it real obvious

what these parts are.

Same thing, but over the driver's

seat in the front passenger.

So let's go put them on.

These pieces here go behind the rear door.

And this is where the rear window will attach,

and this is where the rear door will be.

And it fills in the gap that's below the pieces we just

put on.

Probably, I should have put these on first,

but it doesn't look like a tragedy.

And if any, I can just loosen something if I need to.

This is where the instructions would have been nice.

So this piece has to go in there.

I'm going to have to take this back off.

Maybe loosen this so I can slide this in.

So when you do this, put this piece

on first with a little rubber gasket on there

and you won't have this problem.

There's no bolt here.

This little noise is probably something

that once the windows is on here, it will pull it taut

and it won't matter.

Close this right there.

We are putting little corner pieces on here.

And these corner trim pieces right here.

That one goes on that side.

This one goes on the passenger side.

We'll do this one first.

And it looks like it's going to be this bolt, which requires me

to switch to the T50 bolt bit.

Here we go.

This piece removes.

It's got a couple of clips.

I can feel it.

It's just a little bit tight.

This on in the front especially.

There it is.

And one of these, we'll figure out soon

in a minute, maybe both, is related

to the hinge for the top.

So as we remove more pieces, it becomes more obvious

what we have to put on.

These are the hinge plates.

This is left hand.

And looks pretty obvious, this up.

So I think I know exactly how to put it on.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

These are the last four bolts and we have the top.

Those are all parts for the side windows and the back window.

So this is the home stretch.

I'm going to need some help on this part,

though, because this is going to be a little awkward.

Maybe if I've done it two or three times

I'd be able to do it myself, but maybe not the first time.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

This part is a two-man job.

You just got to get the two sides aligned

before the bolts will go in.

There's some pretty good lineup aids here,

but you got to have one set of eyes

on each side to make sure everything's

where it needs to be.

This other one goes down here.

Now, those were the last bolts.

Pretty much, were done.

I mean, if we were running with the top down,

it would look like this.

The side windows and the back window

that we haven't put on yet, wouldn't

be on if we were driving around like this.

So now we can put the top up, and button it up

with the side and back windows.

I think I hear something in the back.

First time-- what's going on here?

Everything looks right.

Just can't quite get the latches to match up.

There we go.

The top is up.

We're in Safari mode.

But let's put on the side windows and the back window

and seal this up.

So here's a side panel.

And these are different from last year.

What you've got here is a groove that slides onto a rod,

and that'll support the weight of the entire thing

and hold it up while we insert these

into clips along the front and back and sides.

So this is the key.

This is what makes this soft top easier to do than last year's.

The final piece is the rear window.

And like the side panels, there's no zippers involved.

This has a sliding hinge and clips around the side.

So again, you don't have to worry about dust

getting in the zipper.

Big problem before.

And this piece here, this is the bottom of the window.

This gives it its shape along the bottom edge.

Once I have this installed, I probably

won't take it off next time I remove the window.

I'll probably just leave this part on.

So this goes in there.

Close the bottom.

And the final thing is tuck this up in here.

Get this started at the top, and then fold it on down.

Easier said than done the first time.

Brand new top.

Things haven't stretched out.

There we go.

Well, that wasn't too bad.

I didn't have instructions, so I struggled a bit.

So it took me about an hour.

With practice, I could probably knock that down to 30 minutes.

I'm still going to need a friend's help

to get the hard top off and get the soft top on.

With all the little brackets and bolts, that's a one-man job.

Anyway, I'm good to go for the summer.

I can run with the sides and top down if I want.

And next winter, I can put the hard top back on.
