News24 - Man Utd 'to offer Ole Gunnar Solskjaer permanent job if they beat PSG' - Duration: 2:03.

Manchester United are expected to make Ole Gunnar Solskjaer their permanent manager if he oversees a win over PSG in the Champions League

Solskjaer has delivered eight victories and a draw from his first nine matches as interim boss and the Norwegian has brought the feel-good factor back to Old Trafford following the sacking of Jose Mourinho in December

But his biggest test is yet to come in the shape of a two-legged European clash with the champions of France

United host PSG on Tuesday, February 12 before heading to Paris for the return leg on Wednesday, March 6

According to The Sun, United chief executive Ed Woodward has been very impressed with Solskjaer since appointing him on a short-term deal until the end of the season

It is claimed that Woodward visited Solskjaer last week to tell him what a good job his was doing

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has long been touted as United's first choice

But The Sun reports that the majority of the players and staff at Old Trafford believe Solskjaer will get the gig on a full-time basis if he sees them into the quarter-finals of the Champions League at the expense of PSG

United's cause will be boosted an injury to Neymar who is set to miss both legs with a broken metatarsal

Why I couldn't marry her in ancient Turkey! - Duration: 16:48.

After visiting Goreme open air museum...

now we are going to visit Love Valley

We are here for only 10 minutes

so I can't go down to explore the valley

after this we are going to have lunch

but come here in leisure time

It was quite windy

so I have come back

No one is there in the van

so I can talk to you

This is Love valley

In ancient Turkish culture girls and boys were not allowed to meet

despite of loving each other

there were a few cultural restrictions

so they used to come here to meet

Something what happens in India today

An unmarried couple is not always excepted in the society

We should learn such liberal values from the West

If we can elect our government...

elect our prime minister

then can't we select a life partner!

Next point is where we are going to have lunch

Place is near Avanos

Its 1:10 pm, Lunch time

This is the restaurant

Lunch is covered in 200 Liras

I am going to charge my gimble and camera while having lunch

There are a lot of tourists like us

I have already had my lunch

it was good

I got to eat a lot of vegetarian Turkish dishes

So I asked him to introduce those dishes

I didn't get it

where are you from!

I am from Delhi

Glad to meet you

I had this, It was good

I wanted to tell you about vegetarian Turkish food

I usually don't remember the name of dishes

So I thought of introducing those dishes to you

There were a lot of vegetarian things

Now you know what are those things called

Now you remember those things, I wont ;)

Next point - Pottery workshop

its cool inside

She is using her imagination to draw this

This reminds me of Batik painting in Bali, Indonesia

According to Ahmet

Pottery used to be the only means of livelyhood in Cappadocia

To get married, It was essential for a boy to know pottery

Boy had to pass the pottery test

if he failed, he couldn't get married

same conditions applied for girls

Actually, Pottery and Agriculture were

the main source of livelihood in Cappadocia

After marriage, the man can run his family or not...

for this he had to qualify such tests

Girls had to pass the test of patience

They were supposed to make carpets

Its said, carpet making needs a lot of time and patience

If she pass the carpet test, then she could get married

So Cappadocia's pottery is quite famous

He is asking my channel's name

You can also try this, I also wanted to

Avanos town is situated on the bank of Red River

Its famous for Pottery

This is Sultan ceramics workshop

There are many such workshops where you can buy ceramics

Guided tour cost me 200 Lira

Catch a Dolmus from Goreme

There are many Dolmus service from Goreme to different places

Dolmus fare is around 4 Lira

Decide what you have to see on a particular place

then catch a Dolmus and visit those places

then catch another Dolmus to visit other places

This way you can explore Cappadocia in a cheaper way

But that won't be a guided tour

its very windy

This is Pasabag

These are the largest Chimneys of Cappadocia

These chimneys have 3 layers

The lowest one was probably in the sea

The middle one is Volcanic soil

The upper layer is hard

The volcanic layer is very soft

thats why the neck of these structures are so narrow

Because of strong winds like this

the neck gets eroded at the rate of

2 mm per annum

see that structure

check its neck

the top most layer is hard

neck is getting eroded very fast

Thatswhy these rock formations keep changing everytime

its very dusty

its 3:45 pm

This is Imagination valley

It looks like a camel

there are many interesting rock formations

Use your imagination

so this is all about marketing

the local travel agencies are selling you this place

by making it interesting

by naming it 'Imagination' valley

though location is indeed quite interesting

slet me tell how they present these formations

a camel

an inverted elephant

a shark

whirling dervish

napoleon's hat

come here, use your imagination and enjoy

its 4:45 pm

the trip is completed

they dropped a few people on the way

he is my brother

Gentleman is Ahmet

I did a few guided tours in different places like New York, Boston, etc..

this was the best

"I Am Not Pretty" - Duration: 11:12.

Hi guys,

so I'm back at my old house to film this video

and my roommate is home

and I wanted to feel entirely comfortable while filming this video because

what I'm gonna talk about is something that

I want to feel comfortable while talking about it.

So I decided to take advantage of this place while no one is here.

So let's get right into it.

I recently read the book

"I am not pretty" written by Lina Bae, and Lina is a Korean youtuber who

has recently become quite famous with her videos

and this is her recently published book.

And as you can see Lina is overweight

and she doesn't have the looks that's considered beautiful by society standard.

And through her book,

she shares the tragic accident that happened when she was young that caused her obesity,

what it was like living as a fat and unattractive woman in Korea and

her thoughts on ridiculous beauty standard and overall she tries to

empower people to have confidence from within.

And the book is written in Korean and deals with issues that concern Korea

but I thought these issues are universal and

personal at the same time to people everywhere especially to women.

So I wanted to talk about them with you guys, and this is not so much a book review video

But I am sharing what I felt and thought while and after reading this book, so let's get started.

Do looks matter in general?

Um, I think it's very hard to be not affected by looks as a human, whether that be your own looks or other people's look.

We all want to look likable, maybe not attractive, but at least likable, because

because we have the natural tendency of wanting to be liked and

accepted by other humans,

and that's our social side.

Also, we like to look at likably looking things,

and we're more gravitated toward them,

and that's our visual side.

So yes looks do matter, not because people with the best looks have the most

advantages in life and they become the happiest, because in certain cases that's definitely not the case,

but because as long as we have sight people do make judgment about

people and things based on how they look, and this happens on an unconscious level.

People will continue to judge and be judged by others based on how they look, their race,

their hair color, their general impression, their body and so on.

People are highly visual beings and this is not

necessarily a fault of a particular group of people.

We all are kind of responsible and to be blamed for the issues like lookism and racism.

That is the precise reason why I understand so many women have love and hate relationship

with their looks.

Look it's something that women have connection and attachment emotionally

whether we talk about it or not, and sadly something that were most judged by.

And of course

I do believe that your personality, your behaviors, and your values

trump your looks, but at the same time, look is something that we find hard to ignore

because we feel and experience every day

that people's assumption about us and people's treatment toward us

kind of change depending on how you look.

The simplest example would be when you put on your best makeup or your best hairstyle

and you go out and people think you look likable and you're a likable person, but then when you take them off,

people don't think you're as likable anymore.

Or another example would be

if you have a face that doesn't look like a nice person,

people are likely to be more aggressive with you.

And if you have more of a friendly looking face, it would be easier for people to

be kind to you, you know, things like that and there are many more examples, of course.

I mentioned this in one of my earlier videos that

one of the things that I don't like about my look is my nose.

I always knew that my nose is not pretty like I know it from the pictures of me taken and

some of my friends tell me that your nose looks weird.

But it has never particularly bothered me up until

until now because now it kind of does, so let me explain.

Our nose bones (or muscles?) are flexible. So it's likely to change its shape as we age.

And my nose has kind of sagged down compared to before

and the shape of my nose is already round

I have like a typical Asian nose

it's round and bad and the sagging kind of makes it look rounder and fatter.

It makes it more visible to people so, you know

like so many people that I get to meet

kind of touch their nose or go like,

and I know that they're not doing that intentionally.

They're just doing it unconsciously because they notice that my nose looks weird so they can't help it.

And I was so conscious of my nose recently

and I've been doing like some DIY nose lifting massage

and it does seem to work

for about a half an hour or about an hour after the massage.

I notice that it gets lifted up, but then it comes back down after about an hour,

so it lasts about an hour at best.

I don't know maybe if I do it consistently and daily it might change its shape permanently,

like if I do it long enough

but I don't know and I seriously thought of getting a nose job as well and

I wanted to share this although it's kind of embarrassing

to tell you that I myself have look issues too.

I haven't been able to like completely detach myself from look issues.

I thought I did before but it turns out that

that's not the case and

I thought you know sharing my own example

would kind of open up you guys more to what I'm saying

and let you guys know that I'm not saying that this just out formality

but because it's what concerns many women including Lina and myself and

to give you that personal connection to these issues.

So yeah, I don't like my nose.

There's a term called 탈코르셋 which quite recently became popular and widespread in Korea

and 탈코르셋 comes from the English word "corset-free" and it refers to a

social movement where women choose not to comply to the society's beauty standard

like having long hair,

putting on make up,

doing women things, stuff like that

and my haircut is considered a typical example of 탈코르셋

but I didn't cut my hair because I considered it a 탈코르셋

As I said in my earlier video. I first thought of shaving it

because I have a love and hate relationship with my hair. It's kind of not easy to explain so I won't,

but I really wanted to know what I would look like

if I get rid of all of them,

and if I'm very honest,

one of the worries that crossed my mind while thinking of shaving my head

was what if I look ugly

and I honestly think it's impossible to

be completely detached from look issues,

at least for me, even if you do like your current looks,

there will be times when you won't as well and it kind of bothers you to a certain degree.

Our appearance continues to change; our body changes, your condition changes,

and from whatever external or internal factors,

our look will not stay the same always and there will be big and small changes.

You might like that change and you might not like that change.

I think whether you like your look or don't like your look, if it's your natural emotion, then both are okay.

You don't have to feel guilty for liking the way you look, and you don't have to feel ashamed for not liking it.

I am saying this to tell you that women's look issues don't necessarily have to do with the society,

but with women ourselves, it's more personal than social is what I'm trying to say.

I think it's fundamentally something that should be approached

in an emotional and psychological perspective, rather than social perspective.

Of course, just like any personal issues,

if it becomes widespread, its labeled as a social issue

but I think once something becomes social,

it becomes quite vague.

The definition of 탈코르셋 is already quite ambiguous.

Nobody can define to what extent something should be considered 탈코르셋.

But I do believe that Lina is promoting it to mean well to encourage women to feel

confident whether you think you're pretty or not and that's really good.

And in that sense,

탈코르셋 is a good movement that reminds us of inner beauty and how we live in such an imbalanced society

where people are mainly focused on the outside and forgot how to take care of their inside.

And speaking of confidence,

there's this one quote that I kind of want to share with you, just randomly.

So confidence is thinking that no one is better than you which is different from arrogance

which is thinking you're better than someone else.

I call what she's doing brave and praiseworthy

and I really do believe that Lina has nothing but good intention

to encourage women to feel confident from within and I want to give a shout out to her.

And I really really wish her well.

She is getting

unbelievable amount of hate on the internet right now and it's heartbreaking to watch.

People say like, she's too young,

she's only 20 like what does she know?

Yes she's young,

so it must not have been easy to put herself out there like that

sharing all the things that are personal and the values that she so passionately believes in.

If you don't agree with her, then just click away.

Why do you have to keep on watching that you hate so much that it turns you into a violently mean person?

Don't bash what you hate, promote what you love

and you can promote what you love without belittling another human being

especially someone who's giving no direct harm to you.

So that was it for this video. I do hope that

you at least felt something out of this video

Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you in the next video. Bye!

Champion Gymnast With Down Syndrome Becomes A Model, Paving The Way For Others Like Her - Duration: 3:03.

Everyone is born with their unique striking beauty.

25-year-old Chelsea Werner from Danville, California was born with Down syndrome, the

most common chromosomal defect (1 in 700 babies) that delays physiological and intellectual

development.

Chelsea was introduced to gymnastics at the age of four to help her develop strong muscles

because most people with Down syndrome suffer from low muscle strength.

Chelsea showed remarkable gymnastic talent and later went on to win four Olympic championships

in gymnastics.

Chelsea has now been recruited as a model by We Speak, an international fashion agency

aimed at encouraging people to love their bodies and never be shamed by the way they

are.

Her discovery by We Speak Chelsea's applications to several fashion

agencies were always turned down.

The reason was that people with Down syndrome simply had no place in the modeling world.

Chelsea and her parents, Lisa and Ray Werner never backed down and kept pushing.

They believed in their daughter's overwhelming beauty and capability, and they weren't

deterred by the initial rejections.

Chelsea was discovered on social media by the We Speak model scouts in late 2017, and

she's been doing remarkably well in the industry ever since.

In an interview with A plus, CEO and founder of We Speak, Briauna Mariah, revealed how

immediately riveted she was by Chelsea's remarkable condition.

Briauna believed she was going to do excellently well in the fashion world.

"I saw Chelsea's potential to thrive in this industry and immediately reached out.

It's important that women feel represented in the industry."

Chelsea's incredible progress Chelsea has received global recognition and

admiration from all her social media platforms.

People can't get enough of her, and her fans are always edging to see more of her

photo shoots.

Chelsea says she hopes her modeling career will serve as a source of inspiration to other

people out there, because "everyone is beautiful in their own way."

She believes that regardless of the condition anybody was born in, they deserve to be given

an opportunity to reach their dreams.

On how it has been working with Chelsea, Mariah told A Plus how "absolutely wonderful"

it has been.

She said: "Chelsea takes feedback really well and is a quick learner.

Right now we're building her experience in front of the camera, building her portfolio

and brand.

Soon I believe the industry will be just as captivated by Chelsea's beauty as I am.

I see her going far."

Chelsea says that when most parents see her aiming high and climbing higher, in both gymnastics

and modeling, they push their children to toe in her footsteps.

People who come in contact with her always tell themselves they can do more.

Things they thought they couldn't do, they could surpass it even, only if they tried.

The likes of Chelsea Werner and Madeline Stuart are breaking grounds in the fashion world,

paving the way for people with all kinds of disabilities to see that they are capable.

Thumbs up to them!

Anthony Davis breaks silence on trade request: 'I feel like it's my time to move on' - Duration: 29:15.

CLOSE Shaquille O'Neal has a unique perspective on the Anthony Davis situation: instead of joining LeBron in L

A., Davis should bring LeBron to New Orleans. USA TODAY Sports CONNECTTWEETLINKEDINCOMMENTEMAILMOREMETAIRIE, La

– Anthony Davis wore a dark blue Pelicans hoodie with the sleeves cut off and "New Orleans" printed in red letters across the chest

What he said after Friday's practice, however, left no doubt that his heart was somewhere else

"I gave the city, organization, fans everything I feel like I could," said Davis, who is in his seventh NBA season and turns 26 on March 11

"I don't know how long I'm going to play this game. People's careers are short and I feel like it's my time to move on

"The All-Star forward and center, who recently informed New Orleans he would like to be traded, said his intention remains to play for the Pelicans as long as he is healthy and under contract with them

Whether that happens remains in doubt.Opinion: Can Pelicans survive in New Orleans without Anthony Davis?Another opinion: Anthony Davis said he loved New Orleans, but couldn't wait to check outPelicans coach Alvin Gentry declined to be pinned down on the matter

"We'll cross that bridge when we come to it," Gentry said.Davis has missed six games since spraining his left index finger at Portland on Jan

18."Obviously, it's a tough situation, but my intention is to still play," Davis said, adding that he could understand if the Pelicans would rather sit him out until they've decided where to ship him

"If that's what they want to do then they have every right to do it," Davis said. "I just want to let them know that when I'm ready to play and able to play, I'm ready to suit up

"While Davis and Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James share an agent, Davis said he has never provided New Orleans a list of preferred destinations and added that where he winds up is "on the Pelicans

""I never gave them a timetable, never gave them a destination," Davis said, emphasizing that the Pelicans have shown him "nothing but respect … and I feel like I need to do the same thing for them

"I wanted to do it now just for the simple fact that they have enough time to make the best decision for the organization," Davis said

Where will AD go?: Six potential landing spots for Pelicans superstarMore: Anthony Davis may prefer Lakers, but don't count Celtics outSince Davis' request, the Pelicans appear to have been also mulling over what to do with not only the former face of the franchise, but also several other prominent players as the NBA's trade deadline approaches on Feb

7.Forward Julius Randle, forward Nikola Mirotic, guard E'Twaun Moore and guard Elfrid Payton have not played since Davis's agent made public on Monday his client's desire to be traded

Some of the sitting players are listed with minor injuries that they've played through previously

Consequently, the Pelicans played without five of their six most productive players the past two games

Gentry suggested recent absences were health-related, not because the Pelicans were protecting certain tradeable assets

New Orleans Pelicans forward Anthony Davis (23) looks on during the second half against the Minnesota Timberwolves

(Photo: Jesse Johnson, USA TODAY Sports)"I don't know if the trading deadline is going to mean, 'Oh, we'll sit this guy out and not play him in a particular game

' " Gentry said. "It has not been done since I've been here, where we said, 'Don't play this guy because the trading deadline is approaching

' "Davis did not make any immediate public statements for four days after agent Rich Paul made the trade request public, for which Davis was fined $50,000

He broke his silence after Friday's practice.Davis is under contract with New Orleans through the end of the 2019-20 season

Opinion: The NBA has a trade request problemMore: Imagine LeBron James and Anthony Davis get what they want now

What happens then?He was drafted by the Pelicans with the first overall pick in 2012 after winning an NCAA national championship with Kentucky and has been named an All-Star in every season but his rookie campaign

However, the Pelicans have made the playoffs in only two of his six full NBA seasons and won only one playoff series, sweeping Portland in the first round last season before falling in five games to champion Golden State in the second round

Davis has averaged 29.3 points and 13.3 rebounds per game this season, but the Pelicans have fallen to 23-29 heading into Saturday night's game at San Antonio

Had Davis been committed to remaining in New Orleans, he would be eligible this summer for a five-year, roughly $240 million extension with the Pelicans that would have kicked in beginning with the 2020-21 season

The Pelicans appear inclined to honor Davis' trade request rather than lose him for nothing

But a statement from the franchise made it clear that Pelicans brass are prepared to be patient while awaiting a deal done on their terms and timeline

The implication is that a trade may not come until after the season, when 2019 draft slots are known and when the Boston Celtics are eligible to enter the fray

Boston, which has a stockpile of draft picks and promising young players as trade bait, is not eligible to trade for Davis under NBA rules until July 1, unless the Celtics also trade away Kyrie Irving

Irving is a factor because of what's known as the Rose Rule, which says NBA teams cannot trade for more than one player who has signed an extension

Irving currently is playing under an extension signed with Cleveland that has an option year after this season, meaning it could be renegotiated in a way that also allows Boston to bid for Davis

Autism Kids At School: 3 Key Aspects to Simplify Schooling For Your Child's Well Being and Future - Duration: 8:38.

Hi I'm Dr. Andrea Libutti, today we're talking about autism kids at school: I

want to simplify schooling for you, and we can do that by looking at three key

aspects of schooling: the first is what are your children learning how are they

being taught and who are they being taught by now these three topics are

really important because it has a huge impact on your child's day-to-day

well-being they're your child's self-esteem and indirectly on your

child's future potential and prospects so let's talk about what are your

children learning the very most important thing about what they're

learning has to do with the grade-level work that they're doing do you have a

fourteen-year-old child with autism that might be nonverbal that is being taught

ABC's and 2+2 and simple math or do you have a fourteen-year-old child with

autism that is being taught 9th grade eighth grade or ninth grade level work

very important your child should be learning grade level work and you know

there are several books out there one of my favorites is Ito and autism land it's

written by a teenage boy who has nonverbal autism and he talks about the

hell that he went through with the rote memorization and the flashcards and the

drilling that his very well intentioned teachers did for him in his schooling

before he learned RPM or rapid prompting method so he could communicate with the

letter board and this child had a body that looked severely impaired his body

and mind did not connect so in other words someone would give him a command

and he knew in his mind exactly how to do it but his body would not cooperate

so he was constantly being drilled over and over with the most excruciating ly

boring information and lessons until he learned to communicate so when he was

able to communicate and they discovered he was highly intelligent he was then

put in classes that were grade or above grade level and he excelled so

that's really important what are they teaching your child and is it at grade

level or your child's level if that is above grade level but don't ever let

them you know under under score your child with very low simple menial

educational plans the other thing is what are they learning are they learning

social skills in a kind and compassionate and respectful way some

organizations do a beautiful job at this some not so much I happen to love the

Sun Rise Program it's sson rise Sun Rise program they are all about respecting

and accepting the child where they are and encouraging them to want to be

social and interact with us by celebrating them and accepting them and

having fun with them not forcing them to do things to memorize social scripts or

cues or you know act things out in an unnatural way one of the most important

things that you can do for your child in terms of social skills is approach your

child in a way that really facilitates a desire for that child to connect with

you really important you want your children to want to connect with you not

be forced to do it not um you know have some other agenda other than you want to

connect with them so that's important now how are they being taught is really

important because there are you know public education we are sitting at a

desk and you're being talked at all day not gonna work for a child with autism

you've got to focus on or the teacher has to focus on strengths and interests

and build curriculum and lesson plans around that and also take into

consideration you know what is the learning style of your child there's

basically just to understand this a little better there's for learning

channels there is the visuospatial Learning Channel there is the auditory

sequential learning channel those are the two primary ones

and by the way the auditory sequential probably 60 60 percent of the population

are auditory learners the other third of the population are visual learners so

auditory sequential is the way we are lectured at and taught in most of our

public schools if that's not a Learning Channel for your child there's gonna be

issue so really understand their learning child learning style the other

two secondary learning channels are tactile meaning you know touch things

and then can aesthetic moving around being able to move around and touch and

and and move to help engage your brain so something to think about when you are

looking at your child's schooling in classroom the you know important thing

about the how how how they're being taught is you know like really for any

child but certainly for children with autism are they in a dynamic engaging

interactive hands-on experiential classroom that's what is gonna work the

best for a child with autism and the third point I want to make is who is

teaching your child and I can't overemphasize how important this is

because what your child sorry what your teacher truly believes about your child

has a huge impact on your child's well-being because if that teacher

believes in your child's capabilities potential intelligence there's gonna be

a very different dynamic and learning experience then if that teacher is

looking at your child with autism it's not very capable and just sort of you

know letting them sort of sit there or do very easy meaningless tasks and

problems so one of the things that you can ask your teacher is how well do they

know your child do they know what your child is really good at do they know

what your child is really interested in do they know your child's quirks your

insecurities all of these things the whole child should be known by the

teacher or teachers that work with your child because that setting will be very

different if things are set up for your child to really expand on interests and

strengths and lessen the you know the fears or anxieties or insecurities but

one of the you know most important things that you can think about when you

talk about you know your child and the teacher is do you get a feel from your

teacher the teacher that they really respect and honor and accept your child

and I think another important point is is that teacher trying to make your

child normal or is that teacher trying to make your child the best best that

your child can be are they helping your child become the best version of

themselves so throw normal out because that's just gonna create a lot of

frustration and anxiety because your child is not here to be normal your

child's here to be better than normal your child's here to be their amazing

glorious different self because their unique differences are what we need so

make sure that your teacher believes that as well

so the bottom line when you think about schooling is you know the importance of

these topics of you know what is your child learning how are they being taught

and who is teaching them has such a great impact on their well-being from

the day-to-day you know life that they're living in school their

self-esteem and certainly their future possibilities and prospects so thank you

for listening: AndreaLibutti.com, for lots of resources

over there and information to help you on your autism journey I appreciate you

being here and I hope I can help you out these kids are brilliant and they

deserve every opportunity for their brilliance to shine thank you
