Well then he spoke of the importance of

thank you very much for first by carlos

vas a poder seleccionar distintas

cuatro dominios suele seleccionar
dominios para incluir o excluir con los
que el usuario haya tenido relación a
recibir algún correo de determinada
empresa
entonces muchas veces a tener varias

Waste Time - 15 Ways House Cleaning Employees Waste Time - Duration: 5:24.
Killing time, employees stealing company resources by killing time.
Yes, we're going to talk about that again today.
This is part two of a part three series.
Hi there, I'm Angela Brown and this Ask a House Cleaner.
This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,
and I get to help you find an answer.
Today's show is brought to us by Housecleaning360.com
which is an international database of the
best and the brightest service providers
to service your home.
It's a 360 view of a perfect home.
Housecleaning360.com
All right, so moving on to the reasons why employees
kill time by doing all these weird shenanigans.
All right, part two, here we go.
All right, number six, killing time because you don't have boundaries.
Now, it is easy when you have a house cleaning customer
to make them your best friend, because you see them all the time,
and you become familiar with them,
especially people that work out of their houses.
You're like, "Hey, yeah, Stacey is my best friend."
Well if that's true, and Stacey is your best friend,
then you and Stacey need to go out to lunch
on a day when you're not working,
and you need to sit there and just give each other 100% undivided attention,
chit-chat, have fun, enjoy lunch, and then go back to
being the cleaning lady when you're in your uniform.
I specify specifically in my uniform.
If I'm in my uniform, I'm doing house cleaning tasks.
When I take my uniform off, and I put on a sundress, and I meet you at the restaurant,
then we're just friends, and we're hanging out, and it's all fun and games.
But when I'm in my uniform and I'm at your house, I got 60 seconds to say,
"Hi, and I got to get to work.
I'm on the clock, and I know you work out of your house, you're on the clock too, let's
get to work."
You have to have boundaries, otherwise it will completely unravel your business, and
it wastes company time.
All right, number seven is yucking it up with your kids, or your parents, or your sibling,
or your friends on the phone while you're at a customer's house.
Now it's easy to say, "Well, I have Bluetooth."
Yeah, I know you have Bluetooth, but it has been proven again, and again, and again, you
are not as affective, and you are not as efficient when you are visiting with someone as you
are when you're just working.
So just work.
Now the next side killing time thing is listening to the wrong kind of music.
Going back to the Bluetooth headphones, a lot of people listen to music while they're
cleaning.
Did you know that there is music at a certain tempo that has been scientifically proven
to make you work faster.
In fact, there's a whole company that has built its business around productivity and
it's called Focus at Will.
Instead of listening to music, you can just listen to sounds.
I know that when I'm in my office working, I will turn on a drum beat at a certain tempo,
you can speed it up, or slow it down, at what pace you want to work.
It's brilliant for this fact, your heart starts beating in rhythm with the rhythm of whatever
it is you're listening to.
If you're cleaning someone's house, and you're just listening to Anne Murray music for three
house, and I say Anne Murray, no offense against Anne Murray.
I had a customer who listened to Anne Murray music for three hours every time we would
go to clean.
It was just the same album over, and over, and over,
and she was dubbed as the Anne Murray client.
But it's the wrong kind of music for cleaning, right?
It's the wrong kind of music.
That is not the tempo you want to be traveling at through someone's house while you're cleaning.
All right, killing time number nine is checking your apps on your phone.
They keep dinging and zapping you while you're working.
Okay, it's great that we have notifications on all of our social media, but you need to
turn all of that off, and go into airplane mode when you go to a customer's house,
because if every two minutes you're checking your pocket because it's dinging, and it's
clicking, and it's zapping, and it's binging, you are not going to be productive at all.
Don't kill time by checking your apps while you're at a customer's house.
All right, number 10 is you have not trained your clients to text you.
Now you guys know I'm a big proponent of telephone calls and making that connection with customers,
but if they have something they need, that can be texted, have them text you.
There will be phone calls and quality assurance checks that are scattered in with this, but
have them text you.
If a customer calls you while you're on the job, send them a text right back.
It's built into the apps on your phone.
"Sorry, I can't talk right now."
Then as soon as your job is over, and you get back out to your car, pick up the phone
and call that customer on the phone and say, "Oh my gosh, I missed your call.
I was on a job.
I was unable to respond.
When I get to your house, I will show you the same exact courtesy.
How can I help you?"
Then return that call in person, but just text people and just say,
"Listen, can't talk right now." Boom, we're done,
and move on, because killing time number 10 is stopping to text people
and have these long drawn out conversations that actually would be better as a phone conversation
when you're off the job.
All righty, that's my two cents for today.
Until we meet again, leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

LOGO DESIGNING WITH ILLUSTRATOR BRUSHES | Satori Graphics - Duration: 5:34.
today we're going to be making our own custom illustrator brushes for logo
designing unless in today's satori graphics tutorial so follow along in
this embark on some logo designing today
what is our people welcome back to Satori graphics the home of graphic
design content right here on YouTube after seeing so many positive comments
on my channel I want to offer up an email address so that anybody can ask or
send me anything they want to so if you have any questions about graphic design
or software such as illustrator or maybe questions about life in general or even
you just want to say hello head over to the email address on the screen right
now I'm super pleased with how this community is growing and this will help
continue any discussion people want to have off of YouTube the first thing we
need to be doing in illustrator is to open up our rulers by hitting command or
control R on your keyboard then click and drag five guides from the left hand
side are going to be equal distances apart
then select all of the guides and hold down the alt/option key to duplicate them to the
side with them still selected groves objects
transform and then rotate them by 90 degrees
we will now make the illustrator brush for the logo designing part of this
tutorial so select a color in the stroke palette and then grab the pen tool look
for the intersect symbol that shows you the point is perfectly on both guides at
one time and then to around to make a shape like mine here you can later
experiment different shapes for your literature brushes they give you very
different local design outcomes on the pencil path you can now turn up the
stroke weight like so making it about the same thickness as mine
make the line perfect for illustrator brushes use of direct selection tool to
drag down the line like I'm doing here
right click the iPod and then hide the guides because we don't need them
anymore the turn our vector path into a better shape fit to illustrator brushes
out on the stroke like so this is where the magic happens with a design selected
go up to brush menu and then in the top right corner make a new brush
for logo designing we're going to be using the pattern brush in today's
tutorial post something like 10 percent spacing as a value and then opt for the
approximate path option now we need to make a circle with the ellipse tool as
only a stroke and then we simply click the new illustrator brush that we just
created
you can hold down both shift and the alt/option key at the same time and then
click and drag to resize the circle proportionally duplicate the design with
the auction key and then resize in place
to perfectly align everything for this logo design use these two options in the
line window
for the most inner part of the design lower its size into there only for
sections of it remaining and then outline the stroke so it's going to
retain the shape no matter what size we scale up or down
you can now go ahead and add circles into your logo design and align
everything perfectly that we did before
for the final part this logo design I've added some text to which the font is
here in case you want to know what it is
thankfully get a line a stroke or your design when everything's finished so did
you find today's tutorial on logo designing with the illustrator brushes
useful let me know in the comment section below
and drop a like on your way out subscribe for three weekly graphic
design uploads and until next time design your future today peace
you

10 MORE FRENCH CULTURE SHOCKS! New Zealand vs. France (Part 2) - Subtitles available - Duration: 13:18.
Salut YouTube welcome back to my New Zealand vs France culture shock series
so if you haven't seen part 1 of this video I highly recommend you check that
out first where I talk about the first 10 culture shocks so I'll link that in
the description box below but if you have already seen it let's go, let's talk
about the next 10 culture shocks between (French) France and NZ - let's go!
ok culture shock number one is that sweatpants are a no-go so as part of the
kind of French refinement it's actually kind of important how you dress and
present yourself which was very depressing to learn as a New Zealander
because our weekend uniform is like skinny jeans, hoodie your hair done up in a
messy top knot you know like pretty casual and yeah you've probably heard
about New Zealanders yeah we can walk around barefoot it's nice and clean
we'll go from our home we'll walk down to the corner shop which we call a dairy
barefoot no problem, or in jandals at least, so we can keep it pretty casual to
say the least, whereas in France if you go out like
that even just down to the store to grab some milk or whatever it is you'll get
those looks - you know the looks - you know the ones! And it's not even about just
going outside it can be about the inside kind of house rules as well like I've
noticed that here you don't really wake up on the weekend and stay in your PJs
all day and in terms of like boyfriend versus girlfriend as well like I have this
gorgeous Eastern European friend of mine who's living in France here with a
French boyfriend and on the weekends she'd just wear some some track pants
and I'm sure because it's her they were very skinny flattering track pants like
showing off her body so not even the big sloppy ones that I would wear and he
actually asked her to stop wearing her "home clothes" around the place because it
looked a little bit slobby! I think this is definitely a thing here where you
don't wear that oversized t-shirt and trackies and walk around barefoot because
you look a little bit homeless and for us that's cool
you can go to university like that you can go down to the shop like that you
can go supermarket shopping like that but here c'est pas possible
So number two is a little bit random but this is about the cars in France so I find the
cars in France actually really cute there's loads of really little tiny
smart cars or just small compact cars and even if you are wealthy
you know usually in the states or in the UK Australia New Zealand in general I'd
say if you're wealthy you buy those big cars to kind of show it off a little bit
or if you've got a family you'll have those huge sort of big soccer mum cars
Range Rovers, etc. I'm sure there's people that do have really nice
flashy big cars but I've just noticed it way less, it just seems to be way less attached
to your ego as well to buy a big flashy car for the French which is quite nice
way less pressure for me
and I will say that even though the French have
quite the reputation for being terrible drivers I think they're probably the
best at parking in the world. I have seen cars parallel park into spaces that are
the size of the car and you need some skill to do that
So number three is
about the fashion and yeah I know that France has a reputation for being the
most fashionable place in the world it's where fashion was born and yes when
you're walking around on the streets everyone looks very smart and chic but
what I was kind of shocked about is that it's very homogeneous and it kind of
resembles a uniform I remember when I arrived in France I feel like every
single French girl was wearing black skinny jeans that were slightly too
short for her and exposed her ankle or maybe this kind of dark red burgundy
color jean or pant and they'd be wearing a simple top with a black layer
and a scarf and wearing no or very little makeup and if they are wearing
makeup just maybe a bit of mascara maybe some BB cream or a nice sheer
foundation maximum and a lip color I find here even if you dye your hair you
dye it a very very natural colour like you don't really take big risks you don't
see a lot of pixie cards or bleach blonde or let's say reds or deep
purple's or kind of more creative things going on with the hair and I think it's
because in France the beauty standards are really around "I didn't make much
effort" I woke up like this
Again yeah it looks nice, it looks chic, don't get
me wrong but I mean you can really see the difference when you go to London for
example and everyone's wearing what they want, they do whatever they want with
their hair, anything goes you see some good sights you see some really bad sights
but there's freedom and there's creativity going around and the way you express
yourself and the way you dress
Number four I mean I don't want to be cliché
but I don't think I can mention culture shocks with France without mentioning
French administration - my favorite! I just remember when I arrived here
feeling like everything was so hard and so slow like you can't just stroll into
your bank and get an appointment with the adviser, you need to book, why?
Because the appointment will take one hour instead of 15 minutes
Why? Oh because there are huge amounts of forms and paperwork and documents to
provide and things to go through! Why does it have to be so hard, why do things
have to be so slow. I mean and it's always in person it's always like
physical copies you have to bring the original and photocopy original and
photocopy why can't we just submit the documents online why can't we just text
the Internet company that we want to join and they just set us up through a
text by text process like they have in other sort of modern countries
It just hasn't really hit France yet and there's this sort of like this big paranoia that
we need all these documents we need to be safe and secure and otherwise I don't
know people are gonna steal our identities or something bad is gonna
happen if we don't pile paperwork onto every single process you can imagine
Another culture shock I had hear about the food capital of the
world is there a lot of the restaurants especially once you get out of Paris are
quite the same same so chicken lamb veal steak tartare and then for the dessert
creme brulée tiramisu mousse au chocolat melting heart chocolate pudding it
just it just kind of seems very very similar from one French bistro to
another of course in Paris you've got a lot more choice but I think we're kind
of spoilt in New Zealand because we've got that nice proximity to Asia we have
a lot of amazing Asian fusion style restaurants, Indian... whereas here you kind
of have to go to special neighborhoods to really get the choice that you're
after I find there's less diversity per square kilometre in terms of restaurants
if that makes sense
Number six is that you definitely have
to be a little less trusting here when I arrived in Paris I was so fresh I was so
naive I would be on the Metro with my handbag wide open I would just never
have the reflex to think OK you've actually got to be careful with your
handbag here and I'd be chatting away to a friend and they'd be like "Rosie!"
what are you doing like close your bag! And I'd be like "oops! My bad"
Nothing's happened to me where I've had something stolen a handbag a phone or
whatever but I have seen it happen in front of me I've had friends have
things stolen I've had friends who have just been eating at a restaurant with
their work laptop down by their foot and when they go to leave the restaurant in
the evening it's no longer there it's just got to be a little bit more wary
which took me a long time to get used to because my default is very low crime you
can trust everyone so it's just a kind of different atmosphere I guess and
you've got to be a little bit more careful with your things
you do back home for sure point
Number seven I think is maybe a little bit
unfair because I know New Zealanders are a little bit of an exception when it
comes to being super cool and laid back but I definitely noticed a difference
in attitude of people and I don't want to go into too much detail because I
think I'm gonna do a whole nother video on this but in New Zealand the attitude
is warm and open and friendly you smile the other day my friend told me that
there was a woman with her on the train and she accidentally missed her stop and
the train was a sort of fork railway system so it was going off in the
complete wrong direction for her and so she felt quite stuck and she was just
surrounded by offers of rides, people willing to drive her to where she needs to go
people were offering that she comes back to their house and waits for her friends
while they pick her up and that's just the right Kiwi thing to do whereas here
I just find in general that attitudes are distrusting between people and I
don't want to generalize but I've definitely noticed that there's less
positivity and upbeat moods around me then I have back home
Another culture shock I had is that the French children are so well behaved so even at the ages
of four, six they'll be seated quietly and discreetly at a restaurant and
they'll be eating their meals with the adults and they won't be trying to talk
over the adults and they will you know ask if they can sort of jump into the
conversation or they'll do so when there's a natural gap in the
conversation I kind of feel in New Zealand when you're having dinner with
people that have kids, the kids run the show like it's all about them it's
all about getting them to eat, they'll refuse what they're eating they'll talk
over you, they'll butt in, they'll have to be told
please don't speak while adults are speaking and then they'll just do it
again I don't know maybe we're less disciplined with our children less
"cadre" as they say in French and I think that's definitely the case I'll never
forget going to my boyfriend's cousin's house and she's got these two gorgeous
girls and I think they were around 7 and 9 at
the time or something like that and the eldest one was running into the kitchen
while the mum was cooking and she's like mum can I please help you set the table?
and it was just like whoa whoa stop the clock what just happened there? I do have
some theories about how they achieve children like this which I as I said
I'll do a video on that but in the meantime I do recommend reading Pamela
Druckerman's bringing up baby book which explains a lot of the key principles
really well and that will of course be in the notes below
Number 9 is about the
French people and their holidays when I first arrived in France it was
September and I heard a lot about La Rentrée, I was like what is La Rentré?
It's this huge moment of the year where people are back to school but also adults are back
to work why because they took basically all of August off in France you usually
take three to four weeks off in the summer and that's just totally normal
and totally cool and once I realized how much leave you got here once you start
working so you've got the five weeks minimum plus you often get extra above
and beyond that I was just blown away and so what it means is that you can
travel easily I mean the French that I'm around always seem to be going to Greece to
Portugal to Croatia it's just so casual they live very beautiful lives in that
way and coming from the other side of the world a little island in the middle
of nowhere that was really shocking to me but to defend the French because I
know there's a little bit of a stereotype about them being lazy we earn
these holidays because we work way more hours I find in the days and then we
have more holidays to compensate so we may be doing in 10 or 11 hour days
as a standard and then get lots of holidays in New Zealand we only get 20
days of leave but at 5:30 you're out the door and you're enjoying the rest of
your evening so I think it's just a different system
Culture shock numbe 10 or number 20 if you've watched both videos is that the French are so polite
and I know I've mentionned this before but you always say bonjour to everyone you
sort of interact or pass - when you hop into the elevator you say bonjour
when you go into the doctor's office you say bonjour
you're always saying merci like even between you know boyfriend/girlfriend if
your boyfriend just lets you go through the door first or whatever you always say
merci or if he serves your water merci and it's kind of funny because of course
we're polite in New Zealand but I don't think we you say thank you so much as
they do here here I feel like the manners are very structured and in place which is
super nice they're very very polite people the French
So guys if you made it all the way here to the end of my video I salute you let me know if you want me
to do a Part 3 because I could keep talking about this stuff for hours
and please let me know what your culture shocks were I'd be really interested to
hear what other culture shocks are coming from different base countries but
until then I wish you a great day and I'll see you soon
A bientôt!

Hello Counselor | I don't think I'm part of this family! [SUB : ENG,THAI / 2017.10.23] - Duration: 27:57.
"I'm A Loner."
Hello, I'm experiencing the greatest crisis.
I'm 18-year-old Ko Byeongjun.
I live with my mom, dad and older sister.
But I don't think I'm part of this family.
Why not?
Goodness, why won't this turn on?
The computer's broken."
"I'm sure Byeongjun did it."
Sister.
"Hey, Byeongjun! You lost the remote, right?"
It's right here.
Why scream at me without even looking?"
"This wouldn't happen if you're usually good."
What's this about?
Poor Byeongjun.
I feel bad for him already.
Whenever something happens,
my family blames me.
Mom, I have a concern.
Something's come up at school..."
All you ever do is complain!
If only he'd be half as good as his sister."
Why does everyone hate on me?
My sister says, "I just hate him without reason."
Poor Byeongjun!
- Let's give him a hug. / - Poor Byeongjun.
I can't live with this mistreatment anymore.
Please relieve my concern at Hello Counselor.
Give Byeongjun a big hug.
With elders...
"It's your fault, right?"
But then they find out they were wrong.
Most people won't apologize for being wrong there.
They'll be like... "Why you! Geez..."
Right?
- You're right. / - It's so... Right?
Adults need to acknowledge they're wrong too.
They're too embarrassed to.
- I'm going to hug him. / - Let's hear from him.
Byeongjun, please come out.
(Who is concerned about his family hating on him?)
It's Byeongjun!
(It's Byeongjun!)
(Bang)
Byeongjun!
Come here, Byeongjun.
Have a seat here.
I understood why as soon as you got on that slide.
(So bright)
Please introduce yourself.
Hello, I attend Jeongbal High School.
I'm in 11th grade, Ko Byeongjun.
(So cute!)
11th grade?
Do you really believe your family hates you?
My family has no trust in me.
If something goes missing at home.
Or something breaks.
Then they always blame me.
My dad's USB went missing.
There was an important file in there.
We looked everywhere but it couldn't be found.
Dad's USB?
Did he get anxious about it being lost?
That's strange too.
Sir...
He's certain you took it because of what's inside.
Was it named New Folder?
Then what?
Later he thought I took it
and even whipped me.
I was so upset. I never took it.
What happened in the end?
It was in my dad's bag.
What did he say?
"You should always be good."
Always?
It didn't deserve a whipping.
But they don't do that to my sister.
- They don't? / - No.
They listen to everything she says carefully.
But they ignore me.
Whenever I have trouble at school,
I say I have a concern.
"How is that a concern?"
I feel bad because with the new semester,
your friends show off when they get new bags
or things like that.
I want to do that as well just once. So I tell mom
and she brings me my sister's bag to use.
But then she buys my sister a new bag.
That's so upsetting.
No matter how busy the family is,
they all make time for my sister's birthday.
But they don't for my birthday.
Since when did your family start being like this?
Since I was young.
Tell us everything you're upset about.
I feel like I don't fit with my family.
They should've just not had me
and been a happy family of three.
Why did they have me and give me a hard time?
But don't grab the cushion like that.
(Oh, my goodness)
(It's the cushion's fault)
Let's switch.
He has a great personality and is so bright.
But he's really stressed.
He looks pulling at things.
Why would your family do that?
My sister is darn good with her studies.
You know those "I'm going to be the best" kids?
You're bad?
I'm not very good with studying.
If something unfair happens.
"But my sister didn't do that."
Then mom says, "At least she studied."
What if you fight with your sister?
She swears at me and I swear at her.
You swore?
Don't swear.
I didn't cuss real bad...
Mom says I'm the younger sibling
so I should never fight back.
I should just take it like a man.
That's true. You shouldn't do that to your elder.
Husband, don't do that to your elder.
You don't do that to older women.
- 3 years apart? / - Yes.
They're 4 years apart.
Haven't you ever told your mom about this?
Of course I have.
But mom is like...
"Why do you complain about nothing?"
And my sister is like...
I don't know what happened but
I won't take your side."
Why?
From what I can see, he's a real good boy.
He's in 11th grade. He could rebel.
Boys don't even want to speak with family.
That's right.
Let's hear from the parents first.
Hello.
Hello.
Do you understand your son's concern?
Nope.
(Upset)
It's not like we ostracize him at home.
Of course.
I'll ask because Dongyeob is curious.
What was in that USB?
My bank certificate was in there. Nothing else.
What? What else could be in there?
We knew it was your certificate in there.
What else would make you whip your son?
Exactly.
It's not like the USB can run away.
The only person to steal at home is him.
And he's always very forgetful.
But you found it in your bag.
Then whip your bag.
Did you apologize to Byeongjun?
Rather than, "Son, I'm sorry."
It was, "Oh, the USB was here."
What Dongyeob said was exact.
I think I might've said sorry.
He says you treat your daughter differently.
What do you think about that?
I think that's actually my concern.
You don't treat him different but he says you do?
I have no expectations of him, I mean...
(A complete Freudian slip)
(Shock)
(Thumbs up, mother)
I loved him without condition.
With his sister...
I loved her more if she got good grades.
But I loved Byeongjun even if he got bad grades.
Because you don't expect anything of him.
That's right. I just let it go.
(Mom?)
Dongyeob and everyone else, look at him.
Does he look stressed out?
That does sound right...
He mentioned his birthday earlier.
His birthday is April 26.
That's during the high school mid-term exams.
Is it?
If I say I'll cook seaweed soup for him,
he gets real mad saying he has to study
when he doesn't even study.
"Mom! Why cook soup when I'm taking an exam?"
You're really picky!
Why say that when you don't study?
Speak up. Am I lying?
I'm a second born so I think I get him.
What I was upset about
was getting hand-me-downs like with bags.
But my parents would buy my brother a new bag.
Right.
But in comparison, with my daughter,
she was only dressed in black and grey.
- Why? / - To hand down to Byeongjun.
Because dad's just a regular office worker...
And he'd act all cool about it.
When I say, "This was your sister's"
"Sure thing, mom!"
Why did you act cool about it?
But that can't be helped.
Because he's thinking about his mom.
I did that too. You act fine but you get upset alone.
It looks like your son thinks he's being
treated different because he gets bad grades.
That's not it at all.
He's never studied in his life.
He doesn't and he's bad.
She's really let go.
His sister is the type to go to academy
even if she doesn't want to. Without complaint.
With Byeongjun, he'd cry and whine.
He says I don't listen to his concerns.
I don't think that's true.
He relieves his stress by talking.
(Talking by himself)
You want to sit here, don't you?
He relieves his own stress.
It sounds like she's really good to you.
She doesn't give you any stress.
I think you keep becoming disadvantaged here.
Anything else you're upset about?
It's not like I never studied.
In 10th grade, I did try.
I really tried my best.
But my grades...
They rose by 60 points compared to junior high.
Just what were your scores like in junior high?
How bad were you before you tried?
They rose by 60 points.
I started going to the academy my sister went to.
When I ask her about something new,
Your sister never asked about this.
Why do you have to ask?"
That's wrong.
I kept getting told off for getting things wrong.
I have a bad habit of nail biting.
It's gotten so bad that I bleed.
I bite them without realizing.
You keep being discouraged.
They say things that lower my self-esteem.
- Who? What? / - How upsetting?
I'm not on the tall side.
(Stretch)
My mom always complains,
"I fed you good stuff, why won't you grow?"
"It's because you don't sleep."
I really do my best when I sleep.
You do your best?
It doesn't work if you sleep in class.
I don't sleep in class.
- Sleep at night. / - I do my best.
I didn't say it before. I'm only saying it now.
Now that he's in 11th grade...
I think it's too late to do something with grades.
But, still...
You never know.
So at least grow taller.
Let's try our best for that.
I can't give up on everything.
(Being traumatized here)
Sister. Let's speak with the sister.
Honestly. Do you understand your brother's concern?
When I think of his personality, I do.
But I do feel that everything he complains about
are first world problems.
What's his personality like?
He's very sensitive and soft.
"I won't take your side." "I just don't like you."
That's a bit harsh, even if you're joking.
I've moved out for college now.
But when I go home, it's strange at home.
- Between Byeongjun and mom? / - Yes.
Mom doesn't eat when she's stressed.
So I go home and find she's lost a lot of weight.
Or when I see her being stressed out.
I'm like, who's he to upset my mom.
- That's what I hate about him. / - For your mom.
And my brother
actually hurts my mom too.
- In what way? / - How?
He'd have friends who are better off.
Complaining that his friends' parents bought
things for them and he wants it too.
If my mom says she realistically can't.
Then he's like, "What have you ever done for me?"
That's the problem Byeongjun.
This is how that happened.
I get $50 pocket money per month.
I have to eat, travel
and play with friends and buy snacks.
So I asked my mom for more pocket money.
But she's like, "It's because you waste it."
- Without hearing you out? / - Right.
I didn't just waste my money.
Did your sister get $50 in 11th grade?
She used to carry mom's credit card around.
(That's not right)
Credit card?
That's not right.
- Mother, please respond. / - No, no.
In 11th grade, she didn't get pocket money.
I gave it to her in 12th grade for academy
and to buy food.
She never wastes her money
like Byeongjun.
She always complains about Byeongjun.
What does Byeongjun waste his money on?
Small Thomas the Tank Engine toys. Rail tracks.
That's cute.
You know CDs.
He buys Thomas the Tank Engine at his age?
That's what I'm saying.
(Impossible to understand)
I can't tell you just how many parcels we get
at home.
Even the courier says, "Hey, Byeongjun. Delivery."
- He knows his name? / - I mean it.
Byeongjun, what's going on here?
He doesn't use his pocket money for that.
Then what?
He buys them on my credit card.
With your card.
It's saved on the computer, right?
I didn't just use her card. I used my money.
- But you were short? / - Right. I ran out.
(Huh?)
Wait a minute.
You have a hair stuck on your face.
- 11th grade? / - Yes?
You can't be like that to an 11th grader.
We'll edit this out.
Your girlfriend might not like it.
- She'll be fine. / - She will?
He has a girlfriend.
I was being subtle.
I just don't understand.
Byeongjun, you have a girlfriend.
Just hang out with her!
Why are you hanging out with Thomas?
I just don't get it.
(Do you understand now?)
I'm scarred from my sister too.
By what?
It was a family gathering
but I had something depressing happen.
But I can't cry in front of the family.
So I went and told my sister.
And I started crying again.
And she's like, "Stop crying like a douche."
(She's so tough)
Sister, why didn't you listen?
She was wearing a dress and looking in the mirror.
So I told her she looks pretty but she says,
"Scram."
That's a scar.
(That's dangerous)
(She's so mean)
Why did you say that, sister?
Let's talk about calling him a douche.
It was family banquet.
Mom was just like, "Dad's studying something
these days and I feel sorry for him at his age."
Then he starts crying.
(It's not something to cry about)
She felt sorry for her husband studying at his age.
It wasn't even about him.
Wait, he said it was a family concern.
So as the son, he felt bad.
But she just said it to you.
I had no idea dad was studying that.
She mentioned that in front of all our relatives.
Okay, so we get that story now.
What about telling him to scram.
I looked fat so I was annoyed.
I wasn't annoyed at him.
I was just annoyed by the mirror.
I just took it out on him.
She didn't mean to say it to you.
You'll get it when you get a little older.
It seems Byeongjun is very sensitive.
You need to be careful.
If you tell him to scram,
he'll go and cry like a douche.
(Be gentle on Byeongjun)
While we're at it,
tell us what's upsetting about your son.
Ever since elementary,
Byeongjun's liked theme parks excessively.
- The theme park? / - Yes.
In 6th grade, we went every day for a week.
I got a yearly pass.
We'd wake up at 5:30 to 6 a.m.
and leave the house by 6:30.
Then we come home after the park closes.
We live in Ilsan.
So we get home by around midnight.
We went so often that
the staff at the park would be like,
"Oh, you're back, Byeongjun."
The courier knows him by name.
The staff know him by name.
He loves going on rides.
But he really loves the parade.
Parade?
One time, I think it was the New Year.
We bought KTX tickets to visit our hometown.
In the morning he told me he had to
go to academy for extra lessons.
But he wouldn't come home
so I called his teacher to send him home.
You can see where this is going. He wasn't there.
I have a reason for going there that day.
My dream is to be a parade director.
It's very exact.
That's the New Year, right?
A Korean festival is held there for Seollal.
That's really grand.
I don't just enjoy the parade.
I study what kind of books
or fairy tales were referenced.
I study why they shoot fireworks at certain times
and why they use certain music.
- That's great. / - He's really serious about it.
That's incredible.
He has a very specific dream at his age.
That's a great thing.
Do they oppose your dream?
They're like, "As if you'll make it."
Just do it.
Then just say, "Fine, I'll do it."
That's what I said.
That's how we all made it here.
That's what everyone up here did.
I made a promise with Byeongjun.
Get good grades in 10th and 11th grade.
Then I'd send him to academy during the holidays.
Then he got some advice at the academy.
Apparently the teacher told him
to go to an acting academy instead.
That's when trouble began between us.
I'm not saying I won't allow it.
But he keeps asking me to send him.
I don't think it'd be too late then.
You must study to become a director.
You need good grades to be a director.
In my spare time,
I think about what kind of performance is best.
So I try different things and sketch it out.
He's got talent.
You did this, Byeongjun?
We don't have Disneyland in Korea.
If they build one in Korea...
Like that?
- He has talent. / - What's this one?
Candlelight is really pretty, right? At Christmas.
That's a parade float using candlelight.
(So impressive)
Let's just check out his sketches.
Why are you so good?
- That's good. / - he's very imaginative.
That looks like a stage set.
It says "Dream of Adventure."
(Frustrated)
What's this?
- Is that your room? / - Yes, that's my room.
(A room filled with dreams)
- That's really good. / - So pretty.
That's why you buy Thomas toys.
There's a reason behind it all.
- There's a reason. / - Now I understand.
(Investment for his dreams)
That would cost a lot.
Wow, so cool.
That's all mom's money, right?
Yes, that's my credit card.
It feels like he'll make something of himself.
If you realize something late.
You can't help but lean towards
the dreams you have.
Check out our celebrities.
They were only interested in dancing
but suddenly they're a star.
They keep inviting them overseas.
Then fans in Japan go crazy.
Then they study Japanese like crazy.
And they speak fluently.
They study English without being told to.
I get that but
he only has one year left till his SATs.
How long must I wait?
- SATs? / - Yes.
Everyone around me says the same thing.
"Byeongjun has a dream, why do you worry?"
Right.
You have to go somewhere to make your dream.
But it's a real concern for a mother.
Because he wants to be a director.
It's really novel. It's not like a movie director.
Byeongjun, you need to convince her.
You need to set a plan and convince her.
I think your method of convincing is wrong.
You're just demanding she understands.
The production team says
you've prepared something for your parents.
You prepared something?
It feels like my mom, dad and sister
have lost touch with their inner child.
They've become too engrossed in reality.
So for just a moment...
- You want them to dream? / - Yes, to dream.
I feel like I'm to blame too.
I see. So you want to help them dream.
Such a beautiful mind.
Let's see it.
I'll take off my socks so I don't slip.
He's removing his socks.
So he won't slip.
You might get hurt...
(Warming up his feet)
(Split)
(Mouths wide open)
You said you want to be a director!
Cue the music.
I want to cheer him on.
(Wow!)
(Parade music starts playing)
(He commands the entire stage)
(Jump)
He's watched so many parades.
(So much joy in his expressions and dance)
(Connecting with their inner child)
Amazing.
(You are watching 18-year-old Ko Byeongjun)
(Even does flips)
Byeongjun!
(Is he a hidden prodigy?)
(How has he contained this talent?)
(We've fallen for Byeongjun's talent)
Incredible!
(Will you guys support my dream?)
(So cool, Byeongjun)
Sister, sister. Say something.
How does it feel?
Tell us how you feel.
H-He's really good...
She's speechless.
He's really good.
I was so moved watching that, almost to tears.
Did you know he was such a good dancer?
Byeongjun doesn't read at all at home.
But he dances like that in the living room.
Good, very good.
Are we in the wrong? He's in 11th grade.
He can do that in the living room in front of you
because you're family.
But in front of all these people.
And in front of these celebrities.
Don't you feel like he's talented?
He's full of confidence because I raised him well.
(So it's thanks to you?)
But he complains about having low self-esteem.
If I had pressured him,
would he be able to express himself like that?
I feel like he's just whining.
She always says things like,
I'm only doing this for you so you don't
resent me later on."
I feel pressured and bad when she says that.
Even if I do my best...
Taller people look better with simple actions.
I'm short so I don't look as good.
No, no. You look really good.
You were good enough.
The reason your mother keeps emphasizing
your studies is because...
If you can't use height to your advantage,
your studies can provide the advantage.
That's why she wants you to have it as a backup.
I don't she's just forcing you to study.
It seems like she does support your dream.
And she's suggesting you give it a shot.
And to speak on Byeongjun's behalf.
As I prepared to become a singer...
It's really an insecure job.
But the key is whether I can be happy
just by singing even if I can't make money.
I think he will happy to be on stage
even if he can't make lots of money.
Then I feel it's right to support his dream.
Even though he can't study.
(Right on)
This has been
Kim Sejeong of EBS on the dreams of youth.
Thank you for that lecture.
We were joined by Professor Kim.
- It was an honor. / - It was short but...
(I'll root for you, Byeongjun)
Say some finals words to your family.
It's a very different path to others.
So I understand that you're worried.
I'm worried too. I don't know what will happen.
But whenever I'm worried,
I want to hear from you that tomorrow is
another day so that I shouldn't worry
and keep doing my best.
This is the last thing I want to say.
What are you saying?
- Where are you going? / - Are you running away?
Tell your parents you love them.
Mom, dad, I love you.
I love you dad, the handsomest dad in the world.
Sis, you're really beautiful. You really are.
So be confident.
You are beautiful.
That's why she tells you to scram.
(Heh)
Let's start with Mingue this time.
Is it a concern or not?
I don't think it's a concern.
I do think it's a concern.
I also think it's a concern.
I will support your dream.
Thank you.
If you're stopping him because you just want him
to go to a better university.
Then I'd say it's a concern.
If you empathize with Byeongjun's concern,
please press the button.
(What does the audience think?)
5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Stop.
Mother,
please say something on behalf of the family.
People tell me that you'll make something
of yourself, so I believe that you will.
You can do it.
Let's check the result.
Is it over 100 votes?
56 votes?
(Will he get over 167 votes?)
(He got 66 votes)
This concern must be double the trouble of others.

Progesterone Deficiency Is Often Associated With Adrenal Fatigue - Duration: 6:18.
This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com and the Adrenal Fatigue Center.
Today we're going to talk about a very common question about women, which is how do I know
if I need progesterone and whether I have progesterone deficiency or not?
Now let us back up and take a look at the female hormones carefully.
Progesterone and estrogen are the two main balancing hormones in the female.
What progesterone does is to balance the effect of estrogen.
Likewise, estrogen will balance the effect of progesterone.
When either one is deficient, then the other becomes prominent.
In other words, if you think progesterone deficiency is the same as not enough progesterone,
which leads to an increase in estrogen effectiveness, progesterone deficiency can be looked at the
same as what we call estrogen dominance.
Without proper progesterone, the estrogen effect can be overwhelming.
This is why people ask whether they need progesterone replacement or not.
What are the causes of progesterone deficiency or estrogen dominance?
It is oftentimes related to many factors.
Number 1, remember that estrogen is made in three places in the body: in the ovaries,
in the adrenal glands, as well as in the fat cells.
If you have a lot of stress, the adrenal glands will put out more estrogen.
If you have sugar in your diet or you have PCOS, then the body's ovaries can produce
more estrogen.
If you have more fat in your tissues, then automatically your estrogen output will go
up.
Progesterone is usually made to oppose estrogen imbalance, as we said before.
However, this balancing process may be deficient.
For example, if you have a lot of stress, emotional or physical, the body is going to
shunt some of the progesterone away to make cortisol in the adrenal glands.
As a result, the progesterone level may go down.
Similarly, if you have too much estrogen from the adrenal output and from fat tissues, and
you don't have enough progesterone to balance it, then you're going to have a progesterone
deficiency situation.
Laboratory tests can often measure, to a certain degree, the free progesterone and free estrogen
and their ratios by saliva.
Serum has problems with the free levels except for testosterone.
So for progesterone and estrogen, it's not quite there yet.
However, it is not 100% accurate.
It does give us an idea.
We know physiologically, the body produces approximately 20 milligrams of natural progesterone
a day.
Now, remember, this is natural progesterone.
This is not the same thing as progestins.
They are medications such as what is called Provera and birth control pills.
Progestins are synthetic compounds that are prescriptions, which have the opposite effect
as natural progesterone.
When we talk about progesterone here, we're talking about natural progesterone and not
progestins.
Now progesterone, as we said earlier, has an opposing factor to estrogen, so if you
have increased estrogen, with symptoms such as endometriosis, fibroid, fibrocystic breast
disease, and certain forms of cancer, then progesterone can be indicated.
Now, the use of natural progesterone, however, has to be quite carefully titrated because,
in certain people, it actually can make matters worse.
In other words, remember that progesterone is a pro-growth and pro-gestation compound,
so in certain types of fibroids, in certain types of people, fibroids can get worse and
grow in the presence of natural progesterone.
Is there a strict formula for progesterone replacement?
The answer is no.
It's very important if you suspect that you have hormonal imbalances, to see somebody
who really understands how the body works from a natural hormone perspective.
A laboratory test from the serum is not very helpful but it very, very important to have
a detailed history.
Some trial and error is oftentimes necessary.
If you start small, especially if you have adrenal fatigue, the consequences can be quite
minimal and can be quite beneficial.
However, for people who are in adrenal fatigue in advanced stages, progesterone, because
it is metabolized by the liver, can actually make things worse.
Simply taking progesterone because you read somewhere that it is good for your hormonal
balance can actually be a wrong thing to do.
Or even if it is the right thing to do at the wrong time at the wrong dosage can make
things worse.
So do be very careful.
Do not simply just take progesterone if you have adrenal fatigue because you can have
surprises and relapses and those are not very happy episodes, okay?

Alone at Universal Studios - Duration: 15:17.
good morning!!
Today i'm at Universal Studios
I'm alone
And i want to show you how is the Park
and that you can have fun also alone
my legs hurt because I danced all night
So beautiful!!
I can not imagine how long it will be the queue
at the entrance you have to leave your backpacks / bags but you can bring your cellphone with you
I just finished the attraction of Harry Potter
Wait so long in the queue, wth cold
I will definitely get stomach ache
it was really worth it because it was great
I tried the roller coaster, I can say they were disappointing
because they last very short and
and then there is always a problem, attractions are made for 2 or more people
so when you are alone, this is always a problem
and you have to wait to put you in with another person
but I'm still saying that you can have fun also alone
Harry Potter chapter ended here .... and now we go... I go... because I'm alone
to the SIMPSON
i'm done!!!
the battery of my phone is almost over
( omg ..i have terrible hair )
This is ..London
before i was in france
I think I'll be home, I'm so tired and it's very hot
Okay, I'm home and I'm so tired
I got to the park at 10.30am
and I left at 5am
I'm really tired and as I said before in the video, there were 35 degrees and it was hot
but I enjoyed it
I had fun because of the attractions, but I have to admit that
I missed having someone with me
I love travel alone
maybe is one of the thing that i like most, after eating
but to see all the people who were together, families, couples ... and I was alone
but I had fun
The thing that makes you more uncomfortable is that the attractions are made for 2 or 4 people
but you're alone and you have to wait forthat 3 people
but it was nice! I did "the walking dead" but I was expecting more
Harry Potter was great
roller coaster .. not so amazing
that of Simpsons was disappointing
I do not remember anymore ... I'm so tired
If you go to the universal studios bring a sweatshirt with you
when I was standing in the queue for many minutes in the Harry Potter castle it was very cold
I thought I would get stomach ache
Outside it was very hot and inside it was cold
even in my new room is so cold
I have to tell you the truth, I was afraid to have panic attacks, especially when I was in the queue
and at some point I heard he was about to arrive, but I tried to breathe, think it was not the right time ... to think about everything
someone commented under the video of my dance at the sinister club
dancing all night has helped me so much.
I do not take drugs and I do not drink alcohol,
I danced after drinking a red bull and and just drink 400 bottles of water
and this helped me a lot to vent myself and make me feel better
sometimes my problem with the panic attacks is because the people at the club I was dancing on the cube, little up from the people
I do not know if I can vlog today about panic attacks, but maybe it's better tomorrow
I should have time after my set
omg, I'm falling asleep .. my eyes close
I must also find a shampoo
What I can say is that traveling alone, doing things alone is a little more difficult
but you appreciate it
maybe if I had waited for someone to say "ok, I come with you" I would never go
