I've been told about this before,
but personally saw for myself this anecdote only a week ago.
Do you know that for the second year in a row
such an event is hold in our country?
The show- attention- a parade of utility services' equipment.
That is - tractors, graders, asphalt pavers.
And this parade is held in all cities of Russia, by the way.
At the event you can see the dancing dump trucks,
the races of bulldozers as well as real utility people.
"During the parade everyone can see those machines,
sit in the cabins, find out how they are arranged
and what they're needed for.
The start of the all-Russian action was given by
the Deputy Minister of Construction and Utility Services of Russia Andry Chibis
and the Minister of Housing and Utility Services of the Moscow Region Evgeny Khromushin.
-With the creation of a new Ministry of Construction and Utility Services in the Russian Federation,
politics has completely changed.
Today we feel it in every direction, and how we work with heating, water...
These decisions, adopted at the federal level,
we try to realize together with you as much as possible,
so that our cities become cleaner, more beautiful and more comfortable.
Exactly. And it was created by these guys
from the newly created Ministry of Construction and Utility Services.
Why not? All done, let's fool around.
No pits on our roads, no dirty streets,
no more unexpected snow..
Well, in the middle of last week it was some, this much:
the traffic jams miles long, not a single grader- I watched it.
But, I'm sure it's more like an exception.
The main thing is that we now have such a necessary parade.
And inexpensive, probably? We begin.
Meanwhile, all last week Russians were very worried
about Spain because of its possible divorce from Catalonia.
Remember this hot story?
The Catalans held a referendum on separation
from the Kingdom of Madrid. The noise rose to the sky.
"Police interlocks, fights... One of the polling stations
drove a tractor to block the police.
In the meantime the police closed
almost all polling stations for the referendum.
As the probability of secession drove Spain literally to hysterics-
from our special correspondent Stas Natanzon"
According to the Kremlin's press service,
Vladimir Putin said that the Russians were very worried
about the Spaniards because of what had happened.
I immediately imagined the average Russian-
my mother, or my wife, mother-in-law...
how I wake up in the middle of the night
and she does not sleep, walks from room to room,
unpleasant, puzzled and even confused.
And I ask: what happened? Are you ill?
In response: oh, Alex, it hurts... the heart is not in place...
How are the Spaniards now?..
And so that night across all Russia.
But seriously, I want to ask Mr.Peskov:
his PR people from Yellow Pages?
Oh, yes... there are relatives, friends of friends...
Okay, this is "Real Journalism," and today - about the amazing .. Let's roll!
We move to the capital, where a stupid crime drama
is heating up.. with chases, detention, legal actions.
But the story may seem stupid only to a normal person:
Moscow policemen are sure that they have caught a real bandit.
It all started in February, when our compatriot Vladimir Masyuk
was arguing with RPS (traffic police). But first things first.
In general, Vladimir is extremely passionate about history.
His main passion was participation in various kinds
of reconstructions of historical battles. Such kind of merry-makings.
So, on that day, February 21, the man once again
took part in such a game.
Returning home, the man was stopped
at the post of RPS. We don't know
what happened there. But,
during the vehicle inspection,
in the trunk of Vladimir's car guards found
a 17th century musket. Or rather, a copy of it.
A gun, with which he participates in these reconstructions.
You will never guess what happened next.
A criminal case was opened against a person
for illegal possession of firearms. Attention to the screen.
-In the trunk besides the mock gun,
yes, there were 3 or 4 mock swords, chain mail...
"A license is not needed for a replica
or a copy of the weapon. The examination,
carried out during the investigation,
established that the object was made by handicraft.
-No research part is present, there is a description,
like what we see and describe,
further we answer the question
that the presented object is not a copy.
Literature and references to 3 forums was used...
That's it- experts refer to some Internet forums.
Outstanding! Keep going...
"Here are results of an independent examination,
which, according to Vladimir, was refused
to attach to the case. The item
was recognized as a copy of an old musket
of the 17th century. Same opinion from other experts.
-Based on what I see in the photo,
based on what I see in the description,
this item is a replica, uh ... of antique weapons,
a replica of a musket of the 17th century.
"Most of the participants in the historical reconstruction
are armed with similar mock-ups, replicas
or copies of weapons. It turns out
that everyone needs to withdraw their requisites.
Vladimir says his fellow soldiers
are now afraid to take part in the reconstruction.
Many such shows at risk of cancellation now.
-If we will prove that this is a copy or replica,
then he should not face criminal responsibility,
since the federal law on weapons directly says,
Article 13, that the historical weapon is not a subject of registration.
But, as we know, Russian policemen have their own
interpretation of any law. Therefore,
the man is facing four years of prison.
Another curious moment- he made this musket.
In our glorious criminal code there is another article-
illegal manufacture of weapons. Listen,
I said many times: we live in a fantastic country.
And now I invite you to the Caucasus,
to the city of Stavropol, where people complain
that they run very expensive water from the tap.
"Vodokanal" <Hydro> staff explain -
it's all about the high cost of delivering this water
to the end user and blame the electricity cost.
The price of the issue - 50 million rubles a year < about $900,000 US >,
which simply flow through the fingers.
Stavropolians have to pay these extra 50 million.
Scholars of the region tried to solve the problem long ago,
where was such a leak. Finally,
it happened. It turned out to be the mollusks-
shells that live in Lake Sengeleevskoe,
drinking source for townspeople. So, these shells are the bad boys...
"The creatures are called "The two-folded mollusks of Drissena".
The name is not the simplest, but the specialists
of the "Vodokanal" of Stavropol know it by heart.
The unique conditions of the Sengileevsky reservoir
proved to be successful for such organisms:
here they grow in clusters. On one square meter
can fit up to 10 thousand individuals.
That's what happens when such a colony
admires hydro construction. Several adult men
clean the surface with great difficulty.
Water to go through such obstacles is extremely difficult.
-In a certain sense, the mollusks,
who were so disliked by the city water utility,
are even useful: they feed on algae
and microorganisms that live in the Sengileev reservoir
and, by and large, purify the water. But still,
the harm from them is much greater,
they impede the movement of water through pipes,
more electricity is required. So it turns out
that they eat not only microorganisms,
but tens of millions of rubles annually.
Frankly, I'm not a great expert on this issue,
not at all. But, something tells me that there are something-
fish, or some kind of underwater living creatures
that feed on these shells. And if the specialists
of the "Vodokanal" found out about this problem,
what do they expect? To breed this fish,
it would have cost cheaper. I repeat,
I'm not an expert. But when I saw this report,
I suddenly remembered a story from my life.
I then worked on TV Circus... oh, no.. on the TV Center...
and one insurance company cooperated with our editorial staff.
Somehow the boss summons me, and says -
go with them to Murmansk, they have some kind of anomaly.
Two insured fishing boats have disappeared somewhere,
no one can find. Insurers tired to pay.
Omitting details I'll just say this:
when they showed me opinion of the local experts in Murmansk,
I almost fell off the chair -
the fish dragged boats to the sea-bottom!
Why did I tell this story? Because in Russia -
anything can happen. Okay, I'll wrap myself up.
It was "Real Journalism", and today like that.
On my page in Youtube - a link is above me -
you will find even more. Come in, smile.
Do not forget to subscribe to the channel.
Find me in the social networks, it's also interesting there.
Append to my friends, suggest topics- we'll raise and discuss them.
I hasten to bow, all for now...
-Came to buy a fresh grayling, and here - fudge...
the grayling sleeps... ha-ha-ha
