What do you do when small ones come up protuberances on the elbows?

an oat pad may be just what You need to get rid of this itch.

　投打の中心となるのは根尾晃になるだろう。守備では投手、遊撃、外野と複数ポジョンをこなし、打者としても上位、中軸、下位、どの打順でも適応する打撃センスは群をいている

I am and that is true but it's not really in the forms of my story or in

the form of anything but hidden in the form the essence of each form of each

thought that I have of each emotion that I have the essence that enables it to be

is always the same it's always the one is the divine one self so that's

the philosophical dilemma of whether the world is unreal or not the world is

obviously as real as a dream that you have it has a certain reality yes and

yet just like a dream the forms that make up the world change continuously

they don't stay around for that long this continuous flux things come and go

very quickly every experience everything is fleeting it's like a dream and then

it's gone you see some people even don't know was occasionally they'd say did I

dream it or did that happen because it was a fleeting experience and it's

dissolved as that experience what was that all about oh it's one Chinese

emperor who woke up from a dream and became very worried because he dreamt

that he was a butterfly and then he suddenly thought maybe I'm a butterfly

dreaming that I'm an emperor and it comes to the same thing the story of

yourself is being dreamt by consciousness he could say how could it

be otherwise and why is it happening because consciousness wants to dream the

dream it's enjoying it on some level but

consciousness also wants to wake up no otherwise we wouldn't be here this is

not to provide the ultimate philosophical explanation of the

universe because it would be impossible to do that through words or through

thoughts but it's a slight hint of what it's all about it can only give a

distant approximation of what it's all about

never try to figure out for the mind what it's all about it's very heavy

there's a knowing that come when the need to figure out the universe

is relinquished and you happy with being alert and still and not knowing the

answer if you become comfortable with not knowing then there's enormous wisdom

and knowing in there how much of that you could ever put into words

who knows maybe not very much how much of that will ever find expression

who knows maybe only a tiny fraction that's okay so it's knowing finding who

you are not as a character in the story of me not as a character in the dream

but as the dreamer you're not a character in your own story but that's

what the ego believes you are of course the protagonist the main character the

one character that really matters all the others are have supporting roles in

the story of the ego supporting cast and then the rest of humanity and then the

protagonists me and the me consists of a bundle of thought forms memories and

then it dissolves sometimes he dissolves before the body dies when it becomes too

painful to continue to be me sometimes it resolves when a very

serious illness comes or very serious disability comes and the image of me

cannot hold itself up anymore and then you realize you are not the character

you're the dreamer the character the creator or the character the

consciousness behind it all I've made it all up

Wow and it was never deadly serious it's only deadly serious it may be relatively

serious but it's not deadly serious because there's only deadly serious if

the forms that consciousness takes in the dream are all you know and every

form is heavy and deadly and death is always around the corner and it's

frightening but knowing yourself as the consciousness that changes the nature of

the dream also it doesn't mean that the dream will immediately evaporate the

dream actually becomes a more pleasant dream when you are not totally lost in

it you can't continue to move in this part of form even your personal life

continues the story of me of course continues you carry on doing

certain things you've been doing that continuous and yet there isn't a deeper

dimension present now you no longer totally believe in the absolute reality

of these forms you know they all come and go quickly you're not looking for

yourself in the dream anymore that's the relief so you let the dream unfold it's

fine but you're not looking for the stronger me or more complete me as that

character in the dream that's the dream can't really do that for you and so it

may well be and here we come to another cosmological viewpoint only tentative

not to be taken as some absolute statement the universe ancient teachings

and more modern findings both point to the possibility that the universe may be

expanding at something then come like a heartbeat they say there was a big bang

maybe maybe not maybe it's happening every moment and

the universe came out of one point of nothingness

nobody can actually explain that and suddenly manifestation happened and then

it expanded and diversified and we may be still part of that and then at some

point things come together again

multiplicity rising out of Manas and yet the beauty is the oneness is never lost

the point that was there before the universe ever came into being is still

present in every being the timeless moment the timeless fullness of life

unmanifested life that never really disappeared at some point the journey

home begins for the entire universe back to oneness the journey home what else is

this gathering than the journey home so this may reflect something on a very

small scale but it's all connected it's happening on a very large scale the

beginning of the journey home to oneness because you discover the underlying

essence and oneness of all life nor yourself and we couldn't do that if that

were not part of a larger movement within the cosmos and we are simply an

expression of that awakening out of the dream of multiplicity perhaps a dream

had to be dreamt so that God can know him/her itself as God only after losing

itself in form and then waking up and it's so beautiful that waking up that is

built into the dream the need to wake up and

that's why the dream is meant to become unpleasant after a while because the

unpleasantness of the dream the dream turning unpleasant is the built-in alarm

clock in the dream preordained built-in alarm clock that's the unpleasantness

and after that has rang the another character appears in a dream called the

spiritual teacher and the spiritual teacher says ask the character in the

dream don't you realize this is a dream you can wake up even while you're still

dreaming this dream you can wake up and know who you are even in the dream and

continue to play that character without totally believing in it anymore

without losing yourself in the character this temporary form and then you'd see

how much more pleasant the dream is you may know that all the very ancient myths

in so many cultures have the story of the Golden Age the very distant

beginning of things when beings lived in harmony in total harmony India has that

story of the the yoga's the original beginning of thing was when things

perhaps were still closer to oneness and the more you get away from the oneness

into diversification the more difficult things become the harder it gets because

every form believes itself to be a separate and then there's the promise to

return the return to the state of oneness so things start with the Golden

Age so-called and then they deteriorate continuously but in the process of

deterioration there's also a lot of learning of forms we learn of what all

of them things that make up the universe and then comes the return back to the

source back home the dream improves again but this time with consciousness

with knowing Paradise Regained is one ancient literary work is entitled

Paradise Regained and that is the purpose Paradise

Regained is not quite the same as the original paradise it's conscious the

original was natural natural oneness and then conscious oneness so this gathering

here is part of a huge thing it's not an isolated phenomenon

it's not even relegated to adjust this planet it must be connected with

everything else in the cosmos otherwise it wouldn't be able to exist here as the

gathering we wouldn't be sitting here talking about this and realizing this

if you can become still whatever you truly need to know you'll know

out of that stillness the answer suddenly comes the answer to every vital

question is already in you not the answer to non vital questions

Dauntless War Pike Build | Open Beta Gameplay Guide | PC F2P - Duration: 3:56.

what's up ladies and gentlemans you go back with another video today we'll be

going over my current they'll be dauntless for the war Pike without

further ado let's get this thing stuck

to first and foremost mention that this build is based solely on breaking and

attaining parts from behemoths here's the list of stats I currently have with

this build and I have yet to maximize its full potential

the ideal stats have that plus six would be as follows sharpened blade storm wild

frenzy a tharok attunement and condition firstly my weapon setup would be the

razor wing Pike I have plus three wild frenzy in it and plus tree conditioning

ideally you'd want plus three I have my plus three etheric attunement inside my

ember main lantern and then on to my armor I have the razor wing plate with

plus three wild frenzy and then of course I have the shroud helm which has

plus two sharpened ideally you want plus three the gloves I have plus the two

conditioning ideally of course you want to plus three conditioning in that and

then I have plus two at their attunement inside my boots which is a shroud

Greaves I am currently farming resi carry at the

moment because I still need a lot of pieces from him and of course I'll be

using it at the brick and bulwark potion glitch and demonstrate how easily it can

be done to make farming solo heroics a lot easier

we're landing for Reza's carry or shroud I personally like to go up to the left

just because it offers the most farming so once you load in you just hang a left

right here and you can pick up some sky bloom there's - leave Roth were or

whatever it's called it's honestly just the best route anytime you go heroic for

a shroud or Reza just go this way and it is I just like it more to perform the

glitch on the bulwark potion you drink the potion followed by an immediate role

which will allow you to have unlimited bulwark resistance throughout the entire

run the other potion I use is the frenzied tonic which grants 15%

increased damage dealt for 60 seconds or 30 percent if the behemoth is enraged I

feel like it's also important to note that if you are fighting against the

resin that when he shoots his lasers always dodge into them right before they

hit you to avoid damage

another important tip to know is that when you're fighting by famous with the

war Pike if you are close enough to the behemoths you don't need a fully wind up

your blaster as it does nothing except make it more accurate so instead you can

We're in Joshua Tree right now. We just finished three days of Coachella and now

we're gonna (oh god) so tired

I'm not 21 anymore guys. No, it was fun it's fun it's a lot of fun

but it's just um it's it's a lot and I think we learn a lot

We learned that we should never stay in Palm Springs when we go to Coachella

I mean it's not bad it's just really far away - it's not bad until you

have to come home after the Festival and then you feel it

you know how those people are wearing like

heels and stuff on Instagram it's not ideal

no those girls are on VIPs

oh yeah we're General Admission. General Admission probably wear sneakers

now we're gonna go get food. I think we're gonna just stay in this cute

Airbnb for a little bit (for sure) yeah and then we're gonna get

marshmallows to do some cool trick

How to Deal with the Pressure to Perform - Duration: 2:11.

Hi I'm Andrea Beaulieu. So let's say you've been speaking for a while, or doing

meetings in front of groups and you've gotten pretty good, and people are

expecting you to be really good and that's wonderful!

Because if you've been delivering great content in an entertaining way, an

authentic way, an inspiring way, that gives you so much more influence. And

with that comes responsibility of course, remember that. But it does, it gives us so

much more influence. But there's also another side to that. Sometimes when

people put you on a pedestal and think you can do no wrong, that puts a lot of

pressure on us too, you know, so perhaps you feel like 'I can't make a mistake' or

'I-I can't show that I'm a human being' and that's tough, because it can be

really lonely at the top where you don't have anybody to relate to. So what do you

do? Well, the answer is really kind of counterintuitive, but it is to, first of

all, feel your own vulnerability your own humanness, and then to share that with

others. Right? Say 'hey, I'm a little bit nervous in

sharing this with you' or 'you might not expect this, but this is how I'm feeling'

you know, because that makes us all more relatable when we show our humanity.

It's the truth, it has the impact of having people even trust you more than

they already did. The thing is you got to make sure that you start small and-and

-and that you are careful with who you do that with, all right? So, so it's not just

to go out to the world and share your deepest darkest secrets, okay, but to

start to practice that, and just know that you too are allowed to be human, and

vulnerable, and we're always learning - all of us - and to accept that for ourselves,

and to really be willing to share that with others. So try that on a little bit,

if you're feeling that you've been put on a pedestal and feeling the pressure,

you're a human being too. So remember, all the world's a stage, and

all the men and women merely players, so make sure your play

How To Place Text Behind Anything In Photoshop - Duration: 11:22.

In this video I am going to show you how to place text behind anything in Photoshop.

Hi! Welcome back to the

Photoshop Training Channel.com

I'm Jesus Ramirez.

In this video, I'm going to show you how place text behind any object or person in Photoshop.

This is an effect often seen in magazines and movie posters.

And I am going to show you how to easily recreate this effect on your photos

using non-destructive techniques.

It's going to be a straightforward tutorial, but it will have a whole lot of tip and tricks

that you'll be able to use in many other projects.

Okay, let's get started.

This is the image that we're going to work with and we're simply going to place text

right behind the model.

And the first thing that you want to do is click on the Horizontal Type Tool and just

type anywhere that you like.

The font is not important, but I am using Gotham Light.

I'm going to type the word "Behind."

Notice that the word is a little too small, so, I can increase the size by doing two things:

Using this drop-down and adjusting the size.

Or I can simply commit the text and then press Ctrl T Command T on the Mac and scale it like

I would scale any other layer.

So, I'm going to hold Shift to constrain the proportions and dragged from a corner handle

and just make that text larger.

And I can just place it anywhere that I like.

And I actually want this to be all caps.

So, what I'll do is I'll click on the Character Panel

and from the Character panel I'm going to click on the All Caps icon.

There it is.

And I'm going to show you a quick trick to center objects in a canvas.

So, whenever you want to center any layer onto the canvas,

you can press Ctrl A, Command A on the Mac, to make a selection around the entire canvas.

Then select the Move Tool and in the Options Bar you can click on the align icons.

On the Align Vertical Centers and on the Align Horizontal Centers and that will place your

text in the center of the canvas.

I'm going to press Ctrl D, Command D, to deselect.

So, that the selection is no longer active and I can just hold Shift, click-and-drag

up and down to keep the text constrained.

So, I'm going to place the texts right about here.

Now that I have the text exactly where I want it, I'm going to the disable the layer

by clicking on the eye icon.

And now I'm going to work on the selection that it's going to allow me to create a mask

to hide the text.

So, with the image layer active, I'm going to select the Quick Selection Tool.

If you are on Photoshop CS6 or older you're going to have to click-and-drag across the

model until you select her.

However, if you're in Photoshop CC, then there's a tool that can help you get started Quicker.

Notice that with the Quick Selection Tool active, I have this button here.

Select Subject.

If I click on that, Photoshop is going to use Adobe's artificial intelligence, Adobe

Sensei, to make a selection out of what it thinks is the main subject of the photo.

In this case, it does a really good job.

There's only a couple of areas that we need to fix.

Select Subject will not give you a 100 percent perfect selection, but I still think that

it's worth using it because it saves you time.

It gets you jump started in the selection process.

Also, since this tool is using artificial intelligence, I think that in future releases

of Photoshop, Select Subject will be much better.

But anyway, in this case it does a fairly good job.

There's only a couple of areas that we need to fix.

So, I'm going to hold Alt Option on the Mac and subtract from the selection on these areas here.

And I'm going to add these areas to the selection.

You don't need a precise selection.

As long as you're close enough, you should be fine.

Once you're done making your selection, you're going to need to refine it.

You can refine this election by clicking on the Select and Mask button in the Options Bar.

In this case, I would recommend you to use the "On White" View Mode.

That way you can see the adjustments better.

Also, on the Onion Skinning increase the opacity to 100 percent to better see your adjustments.

Start by enabling the Smart Radius,

which creates a variable edge width around the edge of your selection.

It works great for portraits that include both hair and straight edges.

The hair requires a larger refinement area than the shoulders where we have a straight line.

So this Option helps you create that variable width.

Then increase the Radius

which determines the selection border in which the edge refinement occurs.

Then I would recommend smoothing your selections, so, that your edges are not so jaggy.

And maybe add a little bit of contrast.

and also shift the selection inward to try to remove those edges.

Again, you don't need a perfect selection

because the text is only covering part of her body.

Also, you don't want to spend too much time refining areas that are not going to be needed.

So, just fine tune your selection until you are about 80 percent of the way there.

If you have hair on your image,

then select the Refine Edge Tool

and you can paint directly over the flyaway hairs.

This is a difficult area.

Photoshop is going to do its best to extract the flyaway hairs in the background.

But unfortunately it won't be a perfect selection, but that's okay.

You can fine-tune your selection later in the areas that need it.

Then I'm going to press OK.

With the selection active, I'm going to create a group.

And I'm going to call that group "Text."

And I'm going to click-and-drag that group into the top of the layer stack,

and click-and-drag our text Inside of that group.

You're actually going to apply the Layer Mask to the group

and not the text layer, and you'll see why in a moment.

So, I'm going to enable my text and I'm going to create my Layer Mask.

Notice that the Layer Mask is only affecting the visible areas of that selection, which

is why the text is really not that visible.

We want the opposite.

So, with the Layer Mask active when this white outline is around the Layer Mask.

You can click on invert and now the text is behind there.

Now I'm going to undo that just to show you one trick.

So, with the selection active, make sure that you have your group selected.

You can actually hold Alt Option and the Mac and click on the Layer Mask icon to create

an inverted Layer Mask.

So, that saves you a little bit of time.

And the reason that we wanted to include the Layer Mask in a group and not directly on

the text it's so that we can have multiple text layers

or any layer really doesn't have to be a text layer

that is controlled by the same Layer Mask.

So if we need to make an adjustment to the Layer Mask,

we only do it once and not to every text layer.

But in this case we're only going to work with one text layer.

But I still wanted to show you that technique because it can be very useful in a lot of projects.

And by the way, let me know in the comments if these techniques are new to you.

The only way that I know that the stuff that I'm showing you in these tutorials is helpful

is by your comments.

So please let me know in the comments what's helpful, what's not, and what you're enjoying.

It will really help me out when I'm creating new tutorials.

Now we've done a really good job

and I'm going to zoom in so that you can see

that the mask here is not perfect.

But it really doesn't matter.

It looks very realistic once you zoom out.

On the other side, we have a couple of issues that we may need to fix.

If I go to fit to screen it is barely noticeable and this area,

and this area, does need a little bit of work.

So, we'll work on this area first.

So, I'm going to zoom in, click on the Layer Mask and select the Brush Tool.

And I'm going to use the left bracket key on the keyboard to reduce the size of my brush.

And I'm just going to paint.

And if you hold Shift and click, you can create straight lines as you're painting. So...

Click.

Hold Shift and click again and it creates a straight line between those two points and

that's what I'm doing there.

If you paint into the body like I did here on the jaw, you can paint with black to reveal it.

Notice the black is my background color.

So, I can press x on the keyboard to make it my foreground color.

Then I can paint to reveal the job.

Then I can double-click on the hand tool to fit everything to screen and see how that looks.

Now it's not perfect because the text is actually hiding some of those flyaway hairs in this

region and a little bit in this region as well.

So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to select the Brush Tool.

I'm going to go into the Brushes Properties

and I'm just going to bring the Spacing down to one percent.

The Size to one.

And since I am working with a pressure sensitive tablet, I'll be able to use pressure sensitivity

when I paint in those hairs.

If you don't have a tablet then no worries.

You can just use your mouse and simply use a one-pixel brush.

I'm going to press Z on the keyboard for the Zoom Tool,

and I'm going to zoom into this area here.

Press B on the keyboard for the Brush Tool,

then create a new layer and drag it on top of the layer stack.

Then you can temporarily select the Eyedropper Tool to select colors by pressing Alt,

Option in the Mac.

Select the color of any flyaway hair.

Then paint flyaway hairs using that color.

And I'm going to select the darker color here.

Then continue painting flyaway hairs and continue doing the same process, with a different color.

And I'm not going to spend too much time with this process.

I think that you get the idea.

Once you have your flyaway hairs, you need to match the depth of field of the photo.

Notice how the hair strands in the backyard blurry.

I can go to Filter, Blur, Gaussian Blur and I can blur them just a little bit.

With the Radius input box active, you can press the up key on the keyboard and you can

increase the radius by point one pixels.

And do that until you match that, depth of field of your image.

Then press OK.

Notice how these areas are not really touching there.

If you have that issue, just select the Smudge Tool

and just smudge those in until they touch.

And again, you don't have to be very precise because this area is going to be so small

once you zoom out.

You can also do the same thing on this area here, but again, I'm not going to take the

time to do that in the tutorial because it's exactly the same process.

And you always want to be organized and name your layers.

So I'm going to double-click on the layer name and type in "Hair" because that's what

that layer is controlling.

And I'm actually going to put it in the group because if I zoom in, you'll see that we have

some pixels going into her neck.

But if I click-and-drag this layer inside of that group, you'll see how now I'm using

that same Layer Mask so that those pixels don't go into her neck.

And once again, I'm going to double-click on the Hand Tool.

that uses a method that not a lot of people know about.

I'm gonna be taking two points from this book right here by Gary Keller the one

thing okay this is a very very good book okay and I've been reading this book for

a soul so long now okay so I'm gonna be taking two points from this book and

we're gonna talk about this and comment below your thoughts and your opinion

okay alright so let me go over here so page 141 okay alright so acquiring money

and obtaining things are pretty much all done for the pleasure we expect them to

do expect them to bring on one hand this actually works securing money or

something we want to spike our happiness meter okay for a moment then it goes

back down to normal over the ages our greatest minds are pondered happiness

okay ponder of happiness and their conclusion

are basically the same having money and things won't automatically lead to

lasting happiness okay and I can totally honestly agree with that okay because

here's a story there's a very very interesting story okay so you know when

I was 20 years old I started working for my started working with my stepdad this

what's a called welding place it was a fabrication place I was working there

full-time making some good money and I was like you know what this cash flow is

good man you know what I'm gonna save up a thousand dollars and you know I did I

actually did say about a thousand dollars it was good it was nice getting

to that working towards that and then I saved it up and that basically you know

a day or two or a week they just went back to normal as it says right here

your happiness meter will spike for the moment for a moment and then you go

right back to normal right so I got the thousand dollars let's see her thousand

dollars I thought it was gonna make me happy I thought I was young I'm still

young but I was much younger then and you know I was I thought it was gonna do

wonders I thought it was gonna do bring me lasting happiness and it didn't and

then I said you know why I'm bored of this now let me save up two thousand

dollars now okay and I was on the move I want on the move on the move

saving working working saving busting my ass putting down money and that save

$2,000 every day basically it all went back to normal

right so I've learned that Dartmouth well I think we've all been there right

that the money won't bring the happiness that you thought it's gonna bring right

so it will just bring it for a period of time and then you just go right back to

normal basically okay and the same thing with materialistic things obtaining

those things I've bought like what cameras i bought video games i bought a

car shoes all those things it doesn't bring us happiness okay so the second

chapter that I wanted to share with you guys today is basically this okay so dr.

Martin Seligman the past president of the American Psychological Association

believes that there are five factors that contribute to our happiness okay so

number one is positive emotion and pleasure achievement relationships

engagement and meaning okay so in my opinion I think all those five things

are crew so very very vital okay but the two out

of that five basically that stands out to me the most are achievement and

relationships let me let me share something important with you right now

okay so number one achievement let me rant on that for a little bit so the

reason why I think achievement is vital for me is because you know when I was in

preschool high school I had a very tough time work-wise intellectual wise you

know you know the teachers thought didn't have any much faith in me

basically I was told that I wasn't gonna be much and um you know I like I said in

my previous video I dropped out of high school and stuff like that and you know

I went back got it done and then I sat for a year and a half basically and I

pondered on if I should go to college or not and I eventually did and I spent two

years completing the social service worker program and it was an amazing

experience right and I finished that last year 2017 in August so basically

that made me feel like a superhuman almost I felt so good I felt so proud of

myself and enough of showering myself right now basically you know I

discovered in that period of time that I love to set goals and go after things

that are scary that a huge it brings the fight in me on the surface of the earth

basically I love to go after things and I love to achieve things so this is why

achievement is super super super duper crucial for me it may be different for

you and that's okay so I think that one that one right here is vital for me the

second one I think is really good is relationship relationships for me

so relationship with my significant one relationships with my family and all

that type of stuff was very very very very important for me right now in my

life okay so for example my mom I take care of my mom man every night I pack

fruits and vegetables for her to get up in the morning when she gets up in the

morning she should take usually takes it and go to work and eat you know it feels

as if I am in service I doing something to better her as a and

being the family guy basically so I love doing that I do also to my lower sister

- she's seven years old I make sure she drinks a lot of water and that a good

amount of water or fruits or vegetables ask her how school you know I just love

doing that stuff man that is very important to me relationships with my

family and everything very important to me right um you know even with my

significant one I make sure we go out make sure we do some stuff you know hard

times are there of course but I make sure I do those things and I take you

out we go out and have fun and make sure we're working on the relationship and

growing right so those those things are SuperDuper crucial for me right and you

know that's why I wanted to bring out those two so this concludes the video so

I have a project

which is to print t-shirts

with urban textures

around the planet

and to sell them!

My work

is a way to transform passive vision into active vision

because there are things that we never see

we run into them

but we don't notice them because

our conceptual apparatus doesn't capture them.

We pass by manhole covers without noticing them,

that they are different from each other

that they are

beautiful.

Manhole covers, storm drains,

sidewalks and gates are also interesting.

We have a company called Guaranteed Satisfaction

inspired on a tale by Bukowski

where there was a company that would do any deal.

The thing about our company is that

the means of production is public.

We don't have the monopoly of the means of production,

it's just there,

and we deal with that somehow,

and transform it into something cool.

If you print something on paper,

and put it on a frame, and put it in a big art gallery,

everybody will say: this is art.

For sure this is art.

But not t-shirts, t-shirts are not art, they are fashion,

something else.

Art is useless,

t-shirts are useful. You can dress them.

We used to print stencils on demolition containers,

because they travel around,

and when you put your artwork there, it travels with it.

We have printed

in Berlin, Paris, London

Willow printed in Cuba,

Lello printed in Rome.

Rome is amazing, because

Rome (Portuguese: Roma) written backwards is

love (Portuguese: Amor).

Petrópolis there is an amazing one, written 'Logic'.

We plan to go to Japan to print.

Japan's manhole covers are very ornamental,

they have those Japanese drawings

they have all these aesthetic concerns

that reflect on the manhole covers.

Every manhole cover is a work piece,

someone designed it,

with some symbol and all.

It's a very interesting form of

reading the city.

To walk around and see

which patterns would be a good stamp,

and to print them!.
