so I'm going to basically have to just practice by myself,

Which I'm actually looking forward to because really,

I've always worked with teachers

and I think I'm going to still work with teachers here in there but

for the next couple weeks I'm really

going to focus on just practicing the stuff that

Mayra has...-

I guess, doing the homework that Mayra is giving me.

I feel like,

Yesterday we've kinda got a special moment,

where I feel like I'm really like...-

The key with dance is to find a way to just truly express yourself,

and I think the best dancers are the ones that are fully expressing themselves,

and I think everyone on a subconscious level,

I think everyone in life almost, wants to feel the desire to express themselves,

especially in a world that, kind of, just forces us to go inward.

Dance and like, really, ecstatic dance,

like really energetic dances is...-

But I think that's kind of what's missing from my next level,

just for me to really find that thing and show it,

find me and really show it.

[Mayra]: We did some excersises about how you can show you.

Like, how you can show yourself when you dance.

That's something really important about the expression of

your energy, and your moves,

and when you connect with the rhythm,

the steps, everything.

So, how you can show you like you, Nelson.

Because we've danced sometimes,

and we never know we are like hiding.

Always.

So yeah. That was the idea yesterday.

[Nelson]: It's cool, I guess really,

my highest form of dancing

will just be, like, me.

That makes sense.

Does that make sense?

And this is where dancing is so cool,

dancing has helped me so much

I'm a very, kind of, reserved sort of person,

I am a very calculative sort of person,

dance is not calculative,

It's spontaneous,

It just flows from within you.

And these things, being spontaneous in business,

being spontaneous in the gym,

even adapting my workouts,

is expressing myself in these different forms.

Is how I'm going to reach the highest levels

in each of these individual capacities.

So, dance for me

seems to be the way that I'm most easily able to explore this theme,

and then apply it into other areas.

Final thoughts before you leave?

Final keto meal of the day, so

This, we'll go over this first,

and I'll just cover everything that I've eaten today.

So, this is 140 grams of 80/20 lean beef,

with 60 grams of feta cheese,

got some zucchini and tomato in there,

and I started things off with a tablespoon of olive oil,

and a bunch of garlic.

Now as far as everything that I ate today:

I had a 140 grams of nuts,

and I also had two Keto-crave bars,

with those additional food items,

so the nuts were a mixture of macadamia, pecan, and Brazil nuts.

With my breakfast,

the nuts,

the two bars,

and this meal,

That brings my total macros to

I have no idea,

but you're seeing it on the screen right now.

Anyway, guys, I'm going to eat this,

and given that it's saturday at five o'clock ,

it's time for me to need to relax, unwind,

and just do more work,

because that's what I do every single day.

And that's what I'm going to be doing every single day for Dark Mode, so.

Eric Holder Is In New Hampshire and Just Announced His Obnoxious Campaign Slogan.

We now have reports that confirm that Former Attorney General under Barack Obama, Eric

Holder has officially said he is considering a run for the Democrat presidential nomination

in 2020.

And worse, his visit to New Hampshire today would indicate that he's serious about that

idea.

He even went as far as to announce a campaign slogan, which seems like he's not even sure

what to say.

It was like reading a bunch of slogans mixed together because he's confused.

As per the Tweet below, it looks like his slogan might be this: "We can make this

country better.

It's not about making this country great again.

It is great.

But it could be better."

If that's really his slogan, then how does he plan to fit that on a hat?

It seems like MAGA might have the upper hand in the next election.

Some people might find it hard to stop laughing if that's truly Holder's slogan.

It also might be hard to make America 'better', after Trump already made it 'great.'

Holder hinted at running for President before, so this isn't the first time this topic

has come up.

If he wants to make the country better, he could start by figuring out his own slogan

first.

CNBC reported about this back in February when Holder was "hinting" at entering

the election in 2020, but now it seems like he might be more serious about it.

They reported:

"Former Attorney General Eric Holder refused to rule out the possibility, that he would

run for president in 2020, and said he will decide before the end of the year if there

is to be "another chapter" in his political life.

"We'll see," Holder said when a reporter asked him about a possible run for president,

during a breakfast Wednesday hosted by the Christian Science Monitor in Washington.

"I think I'll make a decision by the end of the year about whether, there is another

chapter in my government service," Holder said, according to reporters who attended

the event.

A former judge and United States attorney for the District of Columbia, Holder currently

leads the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, a group that seeks to push back

against the past decade of Republican gains in state legislatures and statewide offices.

With political backing from former President Barack Obama, Holder said the group plans

to spend $30 million during the 2018 campaign cycle.

Despite his coy response to the question of a presidential run, it's difficult to see

how Holder might translate his legal career, into a traditional resume for a presidential

candidate.

In addition to a large body of government trial work that would likely provide fodder

for his would-be opponents, Holder also worked in private practice for nearly a decade, representing

corporate giants such as Merck and the National Football League.

Still, if Holder decides not to run for president, there could be other political offices he

might consider.

As a native New Yorker, Holder could be a formidable candidate for a Senate seat in

the state, should one of New York's current senators, Kirsten Gillibrand, decide to run

for president.

One thing Holder has working in his favor, politically, is his career in law enforcement,

on display Wednesday as he defended the FBI, which has come under attack recently from

President Donald Trump.

"I would hope that the president would rethink the way in which he has attacked career people

at the FBI, career people in the Justice Department, and career people in our intelligence community,"

Holder said.

Holder also defended Trump's attorney general, Jeff Sessions, suggesting the president ought

to treat his top law enforcement officer with more respect.

Trump, he said, should "think about the ways in which he's spoken about his attorney

general."

If Eric Holder actually runs for President, then who will he run against in the DNC?

Will Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders make another attempt?

Will Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer try to take over?

If we recall the 2016 election, then we know that the Democrats didn't have too many

people willing to represent them in the election, however, the Republicans had a lot of candidates.

What does that mean for the Democrat party?

Are people not willing to go the distance and square up against candidates, from the

GOP for the top seat in the White House?

If Holder really runs for President, does he really believe that he has a chance to

win?

If he can barely piece together a coherent slogan, then there might not be a very good

chance for him to win.

He has another year or so to practice, so perhaps he'll have a more catchy slogan

later.

Let's hope he's not using taxpayer money to create a company to make a slogan for him.

That's something he could get for free just by asking people on Facebook!

Something like "Make America Corrupt Again" could work for Holder!

Trey Gowdy has had enough.

He's tired of the game the FBI is playing.

So Gowdy sat in front of the camera and delivered a dagger to the heart of the anti-Trump conspiracy.

The South Carolina Congressman was interviewed by Fox News Channel's Maria Bartiromo.

He was asked to address a tweet by Donald Trump where the President blasted the FBI

and Department of Justice for slow-walking the request by Congress for documents relevant

to the FBI's abuse of power during the Russia investigation.

Gowdy came out firing.

He called the FBI and DOJ out:

TO A SUBPOENA FROM ITS CHAIRMAN, REP.

… "I CANNOT HELP THEM EXPLAIN A MILLION DOCUMENTS TO THE INSPECTOR GENERAL AND A FRACTION

OF THAT TO THE ENTITY WHO CREATED AND FUNDS THE FBI," GOWDY SAID.

"SO IF CONGRESS IS ENTITLED TO THIS INFORMATION, WE SHOULDN'T GET IT IN THOUSAND PAGE INCREMENTS,"

HE SAID.

"THE INSPECTOR GENERAL HAS A MILLION PAGES."

EXPRESSING ANNOYANCE WITH THE DEPARTMENT, GOWDY SAID, "I WANT TO BE ABLE TO SUPPORT

Gowdy is a former prosecutor.

And he has tried to give the FBI the benefit of the doubt in this investigation.

But it is becoming more and more apparent that the Bureau has something to hide.

Under James Comey's leadership, the FBI morphed into a political hit squad for Barack

Obama.

The Obama administration used the FBI to weaponize the surveillance state against Trump aides

and to frame Trump for the fake news collusion conspiracy.

Gowdy and Congressional Republicans are trying to dig through this muck in order to present

China creating powerful radar that can control weather and cause NATURAL DISASTERS

CHINA is developing an advanced radar system that scientists claims can control the weather

and trigger natural disasters.

The mysterious device, known as a High-powered Incoherent Scatter Radar, can manipulate particles

in the atmosphere by using pulsed energy beams.

Critics of the technology have warned that governments could use it to manufacture deadly

natural disasters, from hurricanes to tsunamis.

A similar programme to create a geoengineering radar system is also being funded by the US

Department of Defence and academic institutions.

But as the US programme faces budget cuts, China is ramping up research into the technology,

which has a range of military uses.

Chinese researchers with close links to the People's Liberation Army (PLA) have been

working on a Scatter Radar project in the province of Hainan in the South China Sea.

"The implementation plan has been approved by the central government," a researcher

working on the project told South China Morning Post.

"Construction should start before the end of this year."

The radar system could prove useful to the Chinese military in the South China Sea, where

disputes over contested territory is causing tension with the US.

The project, named Sanya, was launched in 2015 and given around £11million in funding

from the Chinese government.

Zhao Biqiang, a senior scientist involved in the project, said details of the instrument

would not be revealed to the public until two or three years later.

Zhao would not comment on the military functionality of the Sanya programme.

"It is too early to talk about what the technology can do," he said.

"There will be lots of technical challenges and engineering hurdles we may face and have

to overcome."

He said that the main purpose of the programme is "study the ionosphere over the South

China Sea.

He added: "Currently there is no such device in this region.

"The data collected by our instrument will fill gaps in our knowledge."

you that in New Zealand that lense sells for $600 would you say that that's an OK price?

all right there's the Golconda electronics market the street is not

normally that rough cuz they're actually digging up and resealing it, but all

these guys in the background here they're all like bicycle courier guys

they all ride e-bikes and stuff so people who order their stuff online

their electronics online it's like amazon.com all gets packaged up

these guys deliver everything that's what they're all doing, packaging

packaging up and then delivering. well that does it for today's video from here

at Huaqiang Bei, I gotta love these security guys that are here because they

keep the vagrants away! Whilst I have been sitting here in the sunshine in the

HOT sunshine...

I don't know why these people don't wear hats...

I've had TWO homeless people,beggars, come up and ask me for money

security guards scared them away! right so the security guys behind me part of their job

is obviously to keep electric bikes out of the pedestrian mall , coz this is a

pedestrian mall we just saw these two guys minute ago beeping their whistles

and videoing guys on e-bikes in the mall

must be a real problem!

Eric Holder Is In New Hampshire and Just Announced His Obnoxious Campaign Slogan.

We now have reports that confirm that Former Attorney General under Barack Obama, Eric

Holder has officially said he is considering a run for the Democrat presidential nomination

in 2020.

And worse, his visit to New Hampshire today would indicate that he's serious about that

idea.

He even went as far as to announce a campaign slogan, which seems like he's not even sure

what to say.

It was like reading a bunch of slogans mixed together because he's confused.

As per the Tweet below, it looks like his slogan might be this: "We can make this

country better.

It's not about making this country great again.

It is great.

But it could be better."

If that's really his slogan, then how does he plan to fit that on a hat?

It seems like MAGA might have the upper hand in the next election.

Some people might find it hard to stop laughing if that's truly Holder's slogan.

It also might be hard to make America 'better', after Trump already made it 'great.'

Holder hinted at running for President before, so this isn't the first time this topic

has come up.

If he wants to make the country better, he could start by figuring out his own slogan

first.

CNBC reported about this back in February when Holder was "hinting" at entering

the election in 2020, but now it seems like he might be more serious about it.

They reported:

"Former Attorney General Eric Holder refused to rule out the possibility, that he would

run for president in 2020, and said he will decide before the end of the year if there

is to be "another chapter" in his political life.

"We'll see," Holder said when a reporter asked him about a possible run for president,

during a breakfast Wednesday hosted by the Christian Science Monitor in Washington.

"I think I'll make a decision by the end of the year about whether, there is another

chapter in my government service," Holder said, according to reporters who attended

the event.

A former judge and United States attorney for the District of Columbia, Holder currently

leads the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, a group that seeks to push back

against the past decade of Republican gains in state legislatures and statewide offices.

With political backing from former President Barack Obama, Holder said the group plans

to spend $30 million during the 2018 campaign cycle.

Despite his coy response to the question of a presidential run, it's difficult to see

how Holder might translate his legal career, into a traditional resume for a presidential

candidate.

In addition to a large body of government trial work that would likely provide fodder

for his would-be opponents, Holder also worked in private practice for nearly a decade, representing

corporate giants such as Merck and the National Football League.

Still, if Holder decides not to run for president, there could be other political offices he

might consider.

As a native New Yorker, Holder could be a formidable candidate for a Senate seat in

the state, should one of New York's current senators, Kirsten Gillibrand, decide to run

for president.

One thing Holder has working in his favor, politically, is his career in law enforcement,

on display Wednesday as he defended the FBI, which has come under attack recently from

President Donald Trump.

"I would hope that the president would rethink the way in which he has attacked career people

at the FBI, career people in the Justice Department, and career people in our intelligence community,"

Holder said.

Holder also defended Trump's attorney general, Jeff Sessions, suggesting the president ought

to treat his top law enforcement officer with more respect.

Trump, he said, should "think about the ways in which he's spoken about his attorney

general."

If Eric Holder actually runs for President, then who will he run against in the DNC?

Will Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders make another attempt?

Will Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer try to take over?

If we recall the 2016 election, then we know that the Democrats didn't have too many

people willing to represent them in the election, however, the Republicans had a lot of candidates.

What does that mean for the Democrat party?

Are people not willing to go the distance and square up against candidates, from the

GOP for the top seat in the White House?

If Holder really runs for President, does he really believe that he has a chance to

win?

If he can barely piece together a coherent slogan, then there might not be a very good

chance for him to win.

He has another year or so to practice, so perhaps he'll have a more catchy slogan

later.

Let's hope he's not using taxpayer money to create a company to make a slogan for him.

That's something he could get for free just by asking people on Facebook!

Something like "Make America Corrupt Again" could work for Holder!
