Youtube daily report Jun 5 2018

Mary in her last message makes us a promise ...

all who will try to be an apostle of his love will have joy, love and

the peace of Jesus in their hearts I remember for those who do not know it, to be

apostle of love, just read and to apply Mary's messages to Medjugorje.

For those who would find the messages too complicated, Mary tells us to read the messages

with the heart in simplicity ...

"Love each other, as I liked you ", which means look like

God loves us, He loves us with our faults and our mistakes and he forgives us, that's

like that you have to love others ... "love your enemies"

I remember at the beginning of my conversion to have spoken to colleagues of Jesus

... I got the shame of my life ... because they laughed and they laughed well

before me and in my back ... Indeed, the first name "Jesus" was associated with

ridiculous and ashamed ... I'm still stayed their friend ...

Most importantly, I experimented spiritual love is a love or

not necessarily feeling and it's a love that is natural, ie

that it's a love we should not have, it is a forced but real love ...

I explain each time I spoke has a person, an individual, always the same,

was coming into the conversation but without speaking, he remained there without anything

say and listen to everything I said ...

Regularly and each time he came listen to me ... it ended up

get upset and I started to hate him ...

But by dint of listening to the Blessed Virgin who told me to love my enemies ...

I ended up talking to him, interested me to his life has his problems to his difficulties

... it took a lot of effort at first, then I finally enjoyed it

and finally he became a friend ... we made all together, we laughed, had fun,

we were discussing ... when we lost sight of has changed our phone numbers

... I loved that person

love that was not natural ... Maybe that's loving his enemies ... well

that enemies is a little strong ...

Mysterious phenomenon ...

October 13, 2010, a pilgrim at the shrine

from Fatima to Washington, New Jersey, saw the sun move from left to right

in the sky.

According to his testimony the sun has also changed color it went from yellow

red to pink to blue to orange. this pilgrim also watched the sun for 15 minutes

without burning his eyes ... he filmed this phenomenon but it does not correspond to

what he saw because the camera was bad quality ...

Jak obniżyć cholesterol u kobiet? - Duration: 3:24.

Wszystko to – prowadzi do hipercholesterolemii.

Wiele z tych tabletek zawiera estrogen i progestagen.

To z kolei powoduje wzrost poziomu cholesterolu, ponieważ hormony tarczycy zmniejszają zdolność wątroby do przetwarzania krwi.

Cholesterol podczas menopauzy.Podczas menopauzy, zawsze dochodzi do wzrostu poziomu cholesterolu.

Moc czerwonych i niebieskich owoców

Arbuzy, granaty, truskawki, jeżyny, borówki, śliwki, itd. Wszystkie owoce koloru niebieskiego i czerwonego, mają właściwości obniżające poziom cukru we krwi, obniżają też poziom cholesterolu i pomagają dbać o nasze serce.

Unikajmy jedzenia białego pieczywa, dodatków do żywności, produktów tłustych typu „fast food", nabiału, czerwonego mięsa, smażonych i solonych produktów.

Zwiększmy spożywanie owoców i warzyw zielonolistnych, produktów pełnoziarnistych, płatków owsianych, siemienia lnianego, orzechów i tofu.Używajmy zawsze oliwy z oliwek.

Starajmy się zawsze przygotowywać posiłki w piekarniku, unikajmy posiłków smażonych.Uprawiajmy ćwiczenia, wystarczy nawet czterdziestominutowy spacer. Unikajmy siedzącego trybu życia.

MŚ 2018. Jacek Jaroszewski: U Glika doszło do znacznego uszkodzenia więzozrostu barkowo-obojczykoweg - Duration: 2:53.

- Doszło do znacznego uszkodzenia więzozrostu barkowo-obojczykowego.

Pascal Boileau z Nicei, którego obrońca AS Monaco odwiedzi we wtorek

- Aby wydać ostateczny werdykt musimy poczekać do wtorku albo do środy

</form>

Democracy Is NOT Dying - Duration: 5:00.

OMG you guys!

Democracy is dying!

Nationalism is surging in the United States and Europe!

And have you heard about Turkey's Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Hungary's Viktor Orban!

They're the worst!

And China has gotten rich without getting democratic It's all all over. What can the

freedom loving US government do to fix this horrible situation!

Well it probably won't surprise you to hear that what I would like is for the US government

to do less.

We have been hearing the story I just presented everywhere.

The problem is that this story isn't true.

Like at all.

Democracy is Doing Just fine.

What we're dealing with here is a sort of Myopia.

We are only looking at the stuff that's close to the United States, and ignoring everything

else.

Our traditional allies in Europe are getting more screwed up lately.

But were not looking at the reason why.

The reason is US policy.

Let's take apart that standard story to show what I am talking about.

China is a very special case, and I did a video on that recently that you can check

out at this link or in the description.

The answer for most of the rest of this stuff… is US policy.

Erdogan of Turkey always had some troubling instincts, but between 2013 and today things

have gotten a lot worse.

What was it that gave him a free hand?

The US manufactured war in Syria of course!

I have a video on that as well.

With the corrupt and anti-democratic Viktor Orban of Hungary the story is the same.

Orban became prime minister again in 2010 due to the fallout from the financial crisis

we cooked up in the United States.

His party won another election in 2014 but his appeal was clearly fading.

What saved him?

The refugee crisis caused by US policy in Syria of course.

Oh and if you think the refugees are Assad's fault you should probably watch this video…

This Orban story is repeated on a smaller scale with all of Europe's nationalists.

Europe has been souring on US leadership with good reason.

US leadership has really sucked since 2001.

And I think, to a smaller degree, the massive 17 year failure of US policy in the Middle

East had a lot to do with Trump's election in 2016 as well.

I don't like any of these candidates, but there is nothing about democracy that guarantees

that people you like will win.

If Washington DC wants friendlier people to be elected, then maybe Washington DC should

stop doing stupid stuff.

These guys are awful, but the US government has a lot to do with why they keep winning

elections.

And in the parts of the world that the US hasn't been actively screwing up, Democracy

has been doing really really well.

In February of this year, Jacob Zuma, the President of South Africa was kicked out for

corruption after 9 years in power.

In November of 2017 the Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe was kicked out after 37 years

in power.

There are plenty of other examples from recent years I could go into, from Sri Lanka to Bulgaria,

but we saw two great examples just this past month.

In Armenia, a president who had governed for 10 years tried to install himself as prime

minister.

Protests forced him out, and then protests forced the parliament to install a protest

leader as prime minister.

In Malaysia, the fantastically corrupt ruling party was voted out of office for the first

time in over half a century.

This is the first peaceful transfer of power since independence.

The country now has an extraordinary opportunity to reshape itself.

Now I am not saying any of these countries are in great shape.

Far from it.

Decades of misrule, continuing corruption, and unrealistic expectations on the part of

all these countries peoples are likely to lead to some disappointment.

But that's democracy.

Its messy, and disappointment is inevitable.

It's frustrating, but its a better system than anything else we have come up with.

More and more people are getting the chance to learn that lesson for themselves.

And that's a great thing.

Democracy is doing just fine.

Nature has the power to destroy the strongest human structure. Also there is a power to

quiet and peaceful that made beautiful beautiful places. When given chance to flower

in human constructions has the ability to turn to the miracles of the world. Interesting things

that only nature knows to let us breath. sTUBE presents in this documentary

slip into the most beautiful places in the world that have been abandoned and over time

Mother Nature has done her job well.

Do as much like this interesting video.

Ross island is 300 square feet that was used as a colony for Indian unrest. In year

1942 high mortality, water sickness, and fear of Japanese occupation were British

to abandon the island. Without human presence, the roots of trees have grown around the buildings

remaining. Visitors can explore these beautiful places in contrast to dark stories

that was the island of Ross.

In odd places, the ship is packed with wonderful trees

which is located in Australia. The ship that was brought to take over took the title

"Floating Forest". The 107-year-old ship is protected by the demolition was a steamship that

traveled from England to Australia and served for the US Army during the Second Wars

World. Shortly after shipping the shipping company was shut down, lane everything

History. The miracle nature that gave her the right to earn the title

"Superb".

One of the world's most renowned mysterious places is in the desert

Namibian. Kolmanskop is a ghost town of humble weather. After that city was

abandoned in 1956 the natural forces caused falls of sand within the creating facilities

a unique pouch. These countries also have many mysterious things in this place

a diamond mining city was built in 1908 after a railroad worker discovered

a diamond. The fall of the population began after the Second World War when one was discovered

the largest diamond deposit in the south of the city, making everyone leave the home

Theirs. Nowadays, abandoned houses filled with sand have a focus on

distinct from the public. The city is still owned by the mining and guest company

for the ghost town take place every day.

Gouqi Island is a natural island with amazing views and many interesting facts

many high mountain peaks. The population began to be distributed in 1990. The nature here is here

performed supernatural work covering all the houses with its beauty. Things

the oddities of this city have made it to be very attractive to tourists. The island was supported

in the fish industry in the past. These abandoned places are in China.

Some fishing villagers visit the island every year to catch fish. But

most of the island is now just a ghost country.

In Mavrovo Lake is a castle and the ruins of a church emerging from the water. But

the decision to secure the water until it was flooded. Although this is done by hand

of course the man with the permission of the Lord Mother Nature has done its job the best. Church was

built in 1850 and flooded in 1953 to form the artificial lake. The Qat is

collapsed by creating an island in which plants grow. Amazing views of a church

in shallow water are really great things to visit.

Centralia is a perfect example of people who use nature. The city is not

I was abandoned. It was a mining town until 1962. A fire that was intended to

burning the city's landfill accidentally spread to the city's mines. Zone

became increasingly uncertain. Today, fewer people live in a city that has been devastated

from the fire that is still burning down. Fire in coal mines will continue until

finish the coal to burn. This city is an example of undisciplined force of nature.

This Albanian documentary is leading one of the mysterious places worth visiting the Church of

San Juan with a nice view surrounded by hardened lava. In 1943

volcano Paricut began to rise. The volcano is monogenetic, which means it will not

it was scattered in the same place. The volcano completely covered two cities and, of course, the Lord

brings the Miracles of the World by saving only one church. Lava is a nutritional lending

helping the plants grow faster by turning the fields that surround them in thick gardens.

The Church is a great tourist place with thousands of people coming to see these facts

Alexis Bledel No-Makeup Makeup | Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants - Duration: 16:56.

hey it's Jackie and welcome back to my channel for today's video I have this no

makeup makeup look inspired by Alexis Bledel as Lena and the Sisterhood of the

Traveling Pants it's one of my all-time favorite movie series so I'm still

hoping that they make a third one but in today's video you won't just get this

makeup look that's great for travel but also my travel bags and at my last

travel diary to Iceland I have the amazing opportunity to go on a trip to

Iceland with a group of influencers and we ended up being really great friends

formed a sisterhood so I decided to vlog it and also document it on a pair of old

jeans and my sponsor for the Iceland trip is a brand too called EcoGear so

they supplied me it with all of my travel bags so here's a look at what

they gifted me first up I have the Eco gear pika backpack with lots of pockets

to keep organized and there's tons of room in the bag with an adjustable

drawstring for maximum storage with the top flap to keep your stuff safe and dry

there's a laptop sleeve inside which is perfect and it does fit over a luggage

handle for easy traveling and then I fit everything else into my 28 inch wheeled

duffel with a garment rack so this has a drop-down compartment which is awesome

wheels to roll it around and it turns into a mini closet that's super easy to

put together you can also get this bag embroidered with your name, the mini

closet is super clutch! there is link down below and it's also really great if

you're a dancer because it does come with that built-in rack and I want to

know in the comments if you could travel anywhere with your girlfriend's in the

world where would you pick, comment down below and let's get started with this

makeup look got to have hydrated skin and the first

step that I'm doing is using Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood flawless filter and

I'm using this as my primer illuminator and using this instead of foundation so

it is a more expensive product but I am using it for an all-in-one type of thing

and once I have some glow and it's kind of distracting away from any unevenness

I am using it to Faced Born This Way concealer just under the eyes and then

around my nose and on any redness that is still pulling the eye and this combo

just looks so fresh and natural but of course if you do have more redness or

more acne you want more coverage even definitely

try a BB cream and then adding concealer to still get more of a natural look and

next up I'm using the body shop bronzing drops on a stippling brush and this is

creating a freckled tanned appearance on my cheekbones forehead over the nose as

well as on my chest and I just love how this looks it breaks up the skin a

little bit and you don't have to worry about having an absolutely flawless

porcelain canvas and Lena is super blushy especially when she's in love so

I'm using this gorgeous cheek color from Charlotte Tilbury again but of course

you can use a drugstore product like the NYX cream blushes I think they're really

great and I did want to go barely there so for this nose contour it's totally

optional I decided to give myself as a little bit more of a slender nose like

alexis has so to do this I'm creating a shadow in between my eyes so that it

looks like my nose bridge is thinner and taller but I've used very little

products so that it's not a too overwhelming and set with your favorite

loose powder and we already have some bronzer on but to really make the blush

and bronzer pop a bit more and bring in more warmth to the pale complexion I'm

using this terracotta shade bronzer and blush this is a new summer favorite of

mine and really accenting the cheeks Lena's brows are short and straight so

I'm barely touching mine with any brow product but what's awesome about brow

pencils is they are great for little faux freckles and for shadows I'm using

this duo that I've had forever it is from Benefit and first I'm using the

highlight which has a little bit of a golden sheen to it adding to the brow

bone and the tear duct and then with the deeper shade I'm again bringing the

shadow through the nose bridge and then into a slightly exaggerated crease shape

and under the lash line and on the very center of the lid I did notice that it

picked up more light so I'm adding a bit of a shimmery shade and then I blended

with my finger and then I used the brow pencil again as a very subtle liner

tiny bit of mascara running through the tips of the lashes

and finally for lips I'm using my go-to lipstick this is Charlotte Tilbury at

sexy sienna and I love this I've used it a bunch of times and I'm dabbing onto my

lips and then I'm more heavily applying this in the inner lip love how this

looks and of course we'll always have dupes

down below but these are my kind of go-to and no makeup makeup products and

they do tend to be a little bit more pricey but since I didn't change my face

shape or I shape all that much because I want it to be very barely there I

decided to do a little divot in my chin like Alexis or fun and this is the

gorgeous barely-there makeup look I think it looks super innocent and sweet

and you still have a bit of the Sunkissed vibe in there even without a tan and of

course all you need to finish off the look is a white top Lena pretty much

only wears white shirts especially if they are a bit lacy like this one from

Zara and then some old Levi's jeans I got mine from Plato's Closet and let's

get this booty over to Iceland

it is day 1 and I'm here at the hotel I'm starting to get ready it is 6:40

right now I have to be down there in like 15 minutes at but we are going on

like a 14 hour hike / tour / biking and if you know me at all I remember they do

any of those things but I'm really excited and if you see behind me this is

my little setup i have a duffel bag that has a rack that comes with it so I hung

up some of my cuter jackets but it fits so much stuff like I have 7 days worth

of warm clothes in there and somehow it fit it all so it's been super convenient

and thank you so much Eco gear for gifting it to me and I'm going to put

together my little backpack as well and head over the day can't wait breakfast

we're gonna do the South Coast elements today but we had extreme weather it is

currently raining quite a bit so now we are going to how do you say it? SNAEFELLSNESS!

so we're stopping because some of us are struggling with a seatbelt... I cant...

ok can't do it? oh you mean like this oh look so you can move this up here

okay now when you just do like this okay and there... thank you!

so we just had a quick pee stop with a very nice Icelandic family there was a

these cute little curly heads! now we are at this black little church, we got so lucky

with weather!

relish on here that's different mmm

switched up the look with a little fish tail, red lip,

Day two we are in the Lagoon Rental Car

and we are driving to the Blue Lagoon!

I'm so excited, can't wait to do a little clay face mask after all the selfies,

and look at the place we are in right now!

we arrived at the Blue Lagoon!

dual all photographers and action!

if there's a place I will magically it turn

into a mermaid I think it will be here keep ya updated

"is there anything you want to say to the camera to David?"

so this just in there was a fire alarm and I was ill prepared because I was just hanging out in my room, so I was wearing

basically nothing and had to throw on clothes so this is what I looked like

but it's all good I think it was a false alarm and we're gonna go eat some dinner

we had a drink and a half and I'm feeling it

...the place was actually closed because it feels like 7 p.m. for us but

it's like a lemon right now so we're going to get DeVito's Pizza going on an

adventure

pizza party in Corbin's room because it's the only one that's clean

it's day 3 we have so much fun yesterday a bit more of a relaxing day at the Blue

Lagoon and we had a couple drinks stayed up way too late and then have to get up

really early but we're doing a lot more sightseeing so here is how I've layered

up for the unpredictable weather

we are now at gullfoss it's a beautiful waterfall

so I've just had some major naps and I'm delirious but we're having dinner now at Center Hotels!

I'm a bit of a hot mess and I've had just 2, what do they called... this drink I

always get...?

tomorrow we have like the epic jam-packed today so that should

be fun like we're doing like ice picking and stuff so let's see how that goes

it's day four and you guys do not want to see how my see my room is it is crazy

but every morning I've been getting up quite early like 5:00 a.m. so to wake

myself up I've been listening to h2o in the background and getting ready but

here is today's a look I've got some pigtails just a simple bronzy makeup and

lots of layers

now we are headed to glacier hiking!

we got Shae over there and drinkin some glacier water

we are now an Eagles crater had a big nap on the bus eyelash coming off ready

to go

so we just got back a from the Game of Thrones tour I wish I knew a little bit

more about Game of Thrones I thought we saw some beautiful locations but I'm at

the point where I'm just so sleepy and like tired and out of it that I'm

overtired and hyper so I've been obnoxious all day but I'm excited because

actually going on a cute little Icelandic date not really gonna include

that vlog here but yep see you later

it's the last day I'm so sad to leave but little update about my date

yesterday so I went to a communal pool and it was super Icelandic and we did

some hot tubbing really black saying it was beautiful and sunny out and then we

drove up to like this top mountain cliff thing and I over looked at the whole

city when it was the sunset it was just amazing so I had a blast ate some pizza

and then it went back to the hotel and this morning I've just been cleaning up

because I was a disaster I broke one of my favorite blushes and it's literally

all over the floor so r.i.p charlotte tilbury love is the

I Got A $1,500 Haircut | Hair Me Out | Refinery29 - Duration: 3:31.

Ciao, everyone.

I'm Rossano Ferretti.

I welcome you today to my Manhattan salon.

We welcome our new friend...

Hi, Samarah.

Ciao, very nice meeting you.

Nice to meet you!

And make her feel what the Rossano Ferretti famous Invisible Haircut is about.

I'm very like, low maintenance, low routine.

I think, actually, people make jokes about how simple...

Like, it's just shampoo, conditioner, and pretty much air dry.

When is the last time you cut your hair?

I only cut it like, once a year. Serious.

Once a year!

So, every hairdresser can die with you.

We don't eat; we are finished!

We are out of business!

Well, it's been a long time since I've actually had a haircut that I really like, and I think

that's part of the reason why I don't do it that often.

It has a mind of its own, I guess you could say.

I feel like it's really frizzy.

I never know what it's going to do, basically.

So, like, everyday I wake up, it's kind of like, a surprise how it's going to behave.

My Method Haircut is to respect the hair falls and to respect the hair.

When I cut hair, I always follow the hairs in their movement.

I suggest now we go to the shampoo area.

I want to see your hair a little bit wet and understand their movements.

And then we go with a cut, and we decide the length.

Perfect.

Before we move to the shampoo area, don't forget to subscribe down below.

So, what are we gonna do?

The fall of the hair is so beautiful.

So, we'll go like, kind of here.

Then, we'll give like, nice movement.

If you don't know your client, if you don't really know what their wishes are and what their

desire is, it's impossible to create invisible beauty.

It's not about my haircut.

It's not about trend.

It's all about hair, her beauty, her daily routine.

It's tailor-made on the person, tailor-made on the hair needs.

This is my scissor.

I call it "Texturizing Scissor" because it gives texture to the hair.

It only cuts 18% of the hair it touches.

Lightness is a very important point in a haircut.

How do you feel?

It feels great.

You can do it like this, just simply natural that I adore.

If not, if you want to blow dry...

So now we apply Brillante oil to give you the shine and the protection.

Very healthy, very shiny, very beautiful.

It's perfect, thank you so much.

Thank you.

You're very welcome.

Thanks for watching.

Finding My Lost Polish Family [Kult America] - Duration: 8:59.

New York City is a town littered in the memories of immigrants.

I'm proud to say that my great-grandparents from small villages in Poland were among them.

Upon arrival most Americanized their name and forgot their native language,

but the ancestral identity remained a key part of who we were.

Poland is in my blood, but I had little knowledge about the mother country.

This is something I've been working to change and I'd like to share my experience.

On this episode of Kult America I'm retracing my ancestors journey back to Poland.

The first most important thing that any genealogist needs to do is

gather the general facts and not to be discouraged about details that you don't know.

For example my road map, I know that my ancestors came from a small village in Poland

to a seaport in Europe a ship which crossed the ocean arriving here at Ellis Island

later to board a train, which most probably took them to Pennsylvania,

eventually becoming the Socash family.

To understand this story I composed a family tree.

In many regards it rose more questions than it answered.

This is the predicament, as memories aren't always written down,

you need to document them before they disappear.

For this reason it's critical to ask hard questions to your elders.

In my case I paid visit to my mother for a better insight.

You were born into a family where the culture was deeply missing

Right. My mother always spoke to my aunt in polish, but she only taught us a little bit.

When I've asked her she'd say "Leave that that's the past."

What is the Polish connection on my dad's side of the family?

It's grand. Your grandmother your father's mother was Celestine.

Her parents were, you could see here

Uh-huh, Casimir Mysliwiec and Stanislawa and then it goes on to Jozef, Katarzyna even.

Jozef, he seems like a key guy. Do you know, like what town he was from?

I don't know how to pronounce that. Yeah, from Ropczyce.

Do you know where that is in Poland? This might help.

Oh wow! You think it's hard to get there?

I've heard, that there's a connection right from Newark, which is like both New Jersey and New York

To Warsaw? No no no! To Rzeszów!

If you're telling me that I can can literally fly from Newark to Rzeszów and get a quick car ride,

Oh gosh that would be it's just so special and I think you have a lot of cousins here.

That talk with my mom really made me curious who Estelle's parents were,

what they left behind when they came to America, their records, their church, forgotten family graves

I especially wondered about the possibility of living relatives,

who in the 80s my grandmother sent my childhood clothing to.

After an evening of contemplation we literally landed to a water salute in Rzeszów.

I took this as a sign from the Angels.

Alright then, it was a quick 8 hours trip, easy as a pie.

We're in the mother country on the way to my home village to discover my ancestry,

but before we do I have got to eat!

So, before my meal I had a phone call with the priest from Ropczyce,

who informed me of some inconvenient news.

He said, that actually there is no one with my family name from his parish.

Now I thought, based on my DNA results, that I was definitely from Ropczyce.

The name of the city also appeared in some other documents,

but upon closer examination with my great-grandfather's declaration of intent

or my great-grandmother's Ellis Island ship records

I discovered that, in fact they are from two small cities in the adjacent territory, which makes perfect sense.

So with that in mind it is time for us to go to church to find out the rest of this story.

These two villages have historically belonged to one parish,

so although the news was inconvenient it seemed to match.

We also found a local priest, who showed me original elements of the church,

actually used by my great-grandparents including the main alter, the baptismal pool, and the stone floor.

To touch the same objects they once touched, is the closest we can ever come to physical contact with those,

who paved the way to our existance.

This baptismal pool remembers the baptism of great-grandfather and great-grandmother.

I have no words.

This experience was monumental.

That being said our discovery in the documents gave me an opportunity

to embrace my real-life living relatives.

And here is Jozef Pienta.

Jozef Pienta, indeed.

The descendants of Jozef and Katarzyna Pienta live in this very parish and you can meet with them.

To my amazement the priests had pointed me in the correct direction

and before I could even digest what was happening

I was approaching a house that stood in the exact location

my great-grandmother spent her childhood.

And if that was not enough, two living first cousins of my great-grandmother were there,

waiting for me.

Whose grandson are you? He is a grandson of Celestine.

Celestine, already? Yes, yes. Wooow

You are a nice man! Oh, thank you. Well, look, he is our family, so how else could it be?

Oh, it's something written in here. Mum and aunt Niee… This was written by your great grandmother

Great grandma wrote this? Yes, Stasia Wow!

She was Antonia, and my great grandma was Katarzyna. But this was written by Estelle

Yes, Estelle wrote this. And here is a party! She was so pretty!

Yea, like a movie star! Look, Kubuś, look! This is his grandmother.

This is amazing, that you know the same family histories that I do, but we've never met.

One might wonder why meeting people on the other side of the world,

who share your DNA from generations ago is a worthy endeavor

and motivations are always individual.

In my case it was done as a gesture of gratitude towards the places

that forged the existence of everyone I hold dear.

But possibly more important was to have an opportunity

to rekindle and honor relationships that once were.

Be it the ghost of those relationships.

I'm not a religious man,

but I do believe that as humans we are intended to honor our mothers and fathers.

Therefore sitting with the cherished cousins of my great-grandmother

in what might well be their final years

was at minimum my obligation in closing the family circle.

Living a day of a K-IDOL STAR!? KOREAN IDOL Transformation! 🙄 - Duration: 5:12.

Hello everybody this is Lara

You would know that I hated my hair for a long long time

I have three layers on my hair

the real hair the black hair here

and the dyed hair and the bleached hair

and this part is really long

but today finally I'm going to the hair salon

I'm going to the very famous hair salon in Korea

which is located in CheongDam

It's called "Soon Soo" hair salon

and it's a really famous hair salon in Korea

Kpop stars, and Korean actresses, actors

they are going to this hair salon

and since I really really hated my hair

I wanted to see someone who is an expert

Let's go together

actually today is very special because this hair salon is where

Girls' Generation and Red Velvet use!

I'll get my hair, makeup and my nails done

so it's like an idol total makeover

I know I can't look like them

but at least I can try to live a day of an idol star

Just for a day

So I'm in the hair salon

My entire hair's a big mess. I really think it's hard to change my hair color....

IDOL TRANSTORMING START!

This color will make your hair darker than now

It's a color which is mixed with red and orange

I'll also mix the burgundy color in it too

Hmm it sounds good!

So, this part should be bleached

and this dyed hair part should be bleached too

and this part doesn't need bleaching

I decided to do my hair in burgundy color

so my makeover has started!

Do you think I can look better than now?

instead I look like sushi....!

Now bleaching is over

Can you tell my hair is not any longer 3 layers?!

it's amazing!

now it's time to change my hair color

Now it's the second stage! I'm dying my hair

As you can see, it's going to be a burgundy color

They said I need to wait for 30 mins

They also said they'll do my makeup too!

And if you have a look at my nails,

I didn't do my nails done

They said they can do my nails too! so if I have time, I'll do it as well

Gosh I look terrible......

Drinking tea like K-stars(?)

I just went to the toilet looking terrible like this

and I think I saw the model!

now the hair dye is over

and it's time for the makeup

guys I'm in the make-up room

Look at all these cosmetics

oh my god

oh by the way she's the makeup artist

who does Red Velvet and Girls Generation

I'm so honored

Now the idol make over is finished

I really can't believe this is me

oh my god who is this

and it's last step!

My nails

I thought this character in her hand was a sticker

But she said she drew it by herself!!

THIS IS AN ART!!!

Just like I showed you today I changed my hair color

and my nails too!

I've got my nails done like this

Also this make up is from that hair salon

I want to stay like this forever

oh and, just like I told you, the makeup artist who did this for me

is an EXCLUSIVE makeup artist for Girls' Generation and Red Velvet!

I was so lucky to get this Kpop idol make up hehehhehe

so, how do you think?

I KNOW I don't look like a kpop idol but anyway!

This is a huge improvement!! Way up above than my make up skill

I think this is why idols get expensive hair and makeup

And see you next time! Bye bye~!

I cant...

ok can't do it? oh you mean like this oh look so you can move this up here

okay now when you just do like this okay and there... thank you!

so we just had a quick pee stop with a very nice Icelandic family there was a

kids there they were so cute I didn't film them, thought it'd be weird but omg they had

these cute little curly heads! now we are at this black little church, we got so lucky

with weather!

I got a hot dog! okay it's time to try an icelandic hot dog we have some sort of

relish on here that's different mmm

switched up the look with a little fish tail, red lip,

Oprah's New Book Club Pick: The Sun Does Shine, by Anthony Ray Hinton | SuperSoul Sunday | OWN - Duration: 1:36.

-Hi everybody, it is that time again

and I am so really excited and proud

to be able to share this book with you.

It's a new selection that I am so

passionate about.

It's called The Sun Does Shine.

The Sun Does Shine

How I Found Life

and Freedom on Death Row.

It is a memoir, by Anthony Ray Hinton.

He's a man you should know.

Now, over the years I have chosen

many great novels. Very few memoirs,

for my book club but this story reads

like an epic novel.

And it is all true.

Mr. Hinton was falsely

convicted of murder.

And spent 30 years on death row.

Before he was finally released.

It's unimaginable.

And you will, throughout the book

try to imagine yourself falsely accused.

And, in a five by seven cell,

for thirty years.

He is a remarkable storyteller.

And when you read it,

you will be swept away into this

unbelievable, dramatic true story.

and I'm sure you will think a lot

like I did about how is it possible

to find life and freedom on death row.

The book is The Sun Does Shine, it is

a must read.

I hope you will get a copy today.

MYSTERIOUS PHENOMENON ... LOVE HER ENEMIES ... CROSS IN THE SUN - Duration: 3:46.

Andrew Zimmern Cooks: Calzones with Peter Campbell - Duration: 3:09.

I'm Peter Campbell from Red Wagon Pizza Company. It's Pizza Week in AZ cooks

kitchen. Everyone's got their own take on a calzone, but the calzone comes

from the 18th century. Traditionally back then in Italy, pizzas

were fork-and-knife foods that you would

eat in a dining room. They were wet in

the middle and they were hard to travel with. So the calzone was born. The

calzone was meant to be a mobile pizza. A birdie told me that somebody here, that

I'm using his kitchen right now, is a fan of calzones with ricotta, sausage and

mushrooms, so that's what we're gonna make.

Now you can use a pretty hefty

amount of sauce because you're creating

a pocket where it's not gonna be able

to leave. Gonna grab some mushrooms that

we roast out of the wood-fired oven at

Red Wagon. A little bit of sausage.

Then our house-made ricotta from Red Wagon

right here that I brought with me. Because it's not a calzone in my opinion

unless it's got a little bit of just standard cheese. Now the grated cheese we

use is half provolone, half mozzarella. So got a calzone. Looks like a half-built

pizza. 100% correct. We gotta close the door though. So

we're gonna put a little bit of water.

You can use egg wash. I like using just a

little bit of water around the edge. We're gonna take this, fold it over. Now

there's a number of different techniques. I like to push through completely to

make sure that nothing's coming out. Then if it doesn't feel like it's pushing, I

might even fold it over a little bit. So the last thing we want is a calzone that

explodes inside the oven. Certainly the guy who cleans the oven

doesn't want that, right? Now, might take a little bit of olive oil and then just

right over the top. Hit that seam so it gets a nice

golden-brown edge to it. We're gonna make a very minor cut so it

doesn't explode. Alright calzone, don't explode.

So we pulled it out of the oven. It looked golden brown. We put a little olive oil on top.

- Look at that. I mean that is stunning. I got news for

you this smells looks and I know it's gonna taste absolutely fabulous.

This is just ridiculously good. Ridiculously good. And you can taste that

last little brush of olive oil on top. The mushrooms are amazing. The tomato and

cheese balance is crazy good and now you know how to make pizza dough, make pizzas,

do calzone pizzas several different ways, because when I don't know how to do

something right, because I believe in culinary literacy, I also believe in

picking up the phone and calling friends who know a lot more than I do. So thank you.

- You're very welcome.

'I was at my wit's end' - Duration: 3:05.

Tricia Thomas: Physically I felt drained

at 278 pounds.

I felt I didn't

have any energy to keep up

with the grandkids.

Emotionally I felt

discouraged because

I tried to do

things that I couldn't do

it you know fit comfortably down

the aisle in an airplane without bumping

somebody on the left and right as you walk through

the emotion involved

with buckling your seatbelt

and knowing you're at the end of

the seatbelt

and you might even extender.

Yeah. The emotions played a big part of it

the physical.

I was just exhausted all the time.

The decision to have the weight loss surgery

wasn't one that was taken lightly.

I had tried various weight loss

products and systems

and the weight comes off

and it comes back on

and I knew I needed something

to help me focus

on my weight loss

and being able to do it myself.

When I see somebody

and they approach me

and they ask me about how I lost

my weight the first thing I tell them is

you know I had a sleeve

gastrectomy I had weight loss surgery.

I tell them that it's

a journey that you have control over

the bariatric surgery doesn't control

you. You control it it's a tool in your toolbox.

You're the one that's going to be

taking care of making sure your

body is healthy

and what you're doing is right.

The hardest part for me

And it sounds so odd was day three when I

came home from the hospital

and my 26 year old son had

his birthday and my husband fixed

chicken parmesan.

And we all sat to the table together

and we all had a wonderful meal.

My entire family

and that wasn't the hard part when

that food went in the refrigerator

is leftovers.

That's when my urge to eat kicked

in. That's when my mind

went to there's a leftover in the fridge

because that was my nosh.

I mean that was my thing to go get was

you know the leftovers.

And I had to physically

tell myself I couldn't eat it

and mentally tell myself I didn't want

it. So once I got over

that hurdle it was so eye

opening you know I was just like I can

do this.

These days I can play

basketball with the grandkids more than 15

minutes. I couldn't do that a year ago at 278

pounds. I can get on the back

of my husband's motorcycle comfortably

and not feel like I'm

smooshed

and that I'm so hot

and uncomfortable I can

go walk. I'm starting to work out

at the gym

and I couldn't do a plank a year ago.

I couldn't do a plank five months ago

and now I can play for two minutes no

problem whatsoever.

And that's just where the weight loss takes you.

Living a day of a K-IDOL STAR!? KOREAN IDOL Transformation! 🙄 - Duration: 5:12.

Hello everybody this is Lara

You would know that I hated my hair for a long long time

I have three layers on my hair

the real hair the black hair here

and the dyed hair and the bleached hair

and this part is really long

but today finally I'm going to the hair salon

I'm going to the very famous hair salon in Korea

which is located in CheongDam

It's called "Soon Soo" hair salon

and it's a really famous hair salon in Korea

Kpop stars, and Korean actresses, actors

they are going to this hair salon

and since I really really hated my hair

I wanted to see someone who is an expert

Let's go together

actually today is very special because this hair salon is where

Girls' Generation and Red Velvet use!

I'll get my hair, makeup and my nails done

so it's like an idol total makeover

I know I can't look like them

but at least I can try to live a day of an idol star

Just for a day

So I'm in the hair salon

My entire hair's a big mess. I really think it's hard to change my hair color....

IDOL TRANSTORMING START!

This color will make your hair darker than now

It's a color which is mixed with red and orange

I'll also mix the burgundy color in it too

Hmm it sounds good!

So, this part should be bleached

and this dyed hair part should be bleached too

and this part doesn't need bleaching

I decided to do my hair in burgundy color

so my makeover has started!

Do you think I can look better than now?

instead I look like sushi....!

Now bleaching is over

Can you tell my hair is not any longer 3 layers?!

it's amazing!

now it's time to change my hair color

Now it's the second stage! I'm dying my hair

As you can see, it's going to be a burgundy color

They said I need to wait for 30 mins

They also said they'll do my makeup too!

And if you have a look at my nails,

I didn't do my nails done

They said they can do my nails too! so if I have time, I'll do it as well

Gosh I look terrible......

Drinking tea like K-stars(?)

I just went to the toilet looking terrible like this

and I think I saw the model!

now the hair dye is over

and it's time for the makeup

guys I'm in the make-up room

Look at all these cosmetics

oh my god

oh by the way she's the makeup artist

who does Red Velvet and Girls Generation

I'm so honored

Now the idol make over is finished

I really can't believe this is me

oh my god who is this

and it's last step!

My nails

I thought this character in her hand was a sticker

But she said she drew it by herself!!

THIS IS AN ART!!!

Just like I showed you today I changed my hair color

and my nails too!

I've got my nails done like this

Also this make up is from that hair salon

I want to stay like this forever

oh and, just like I told you, the makeup artist who did this for me

is an EXCLUSIVE makeup artist for Girls' Generation and Red Velvet!

I was so lucky to get this Kpop idol make up hehehhehe

so, how do you think?

I KNOW I don't look like a kpop idol but anyway!

This is a huge improvement!! Way up above than my make up skill

I think this is why idols get expensive hair and makeup

If you enjoyed this video, please click LIKE!

And see you next time! Bye bye~!
