Youtube daily report w Jun 18 2018

Actually, I like to call this meat "Lazy meat". Because despite what it tastes good,

So soft and so fragrant. You do not spend any effort at all.

All greetings and today I will cook meat under the marinade. So I bought a kilogram of meat.

It costs 159 pounds a kilogram. It's about 8 dollars per kilogram.

Me for meat requires meat itself. Then it will be a tomato paste. I have tomato paste company Juhaina.

Next, I need 3-4 cloves of garlic. Also we need a package for baking in the oven with special tags for closing.

I have a kilogram of meat. I do not need a kilogram. I need 700 grams. So first I cut the meat, and then I'll wash it.

We open it. The meat is a big piece. I will cut a small amount by eye. There are certainly no men, the knives are not sharp.

Cut off 300 grams per eye. I do it by sight, since I do not have a balance. I'll leave this piece and now I'll wash it.

I'll cut off the cat just now a little. We do not give her artificial fodder, because she had these problems.

Yeah thanks. Now I'll put her. So far so much. Then we'll see. Well, I'm going to wash the meat and go back to you.

We need to prepare meat: meat (washed), 3-4 cloves of garlic, tomato paste, baking bag, salt, pepper and parsley or dill for decoration.

We now .... Malyak bring me a big spoon. I'll open the tomato paste. We will make the marinade itself.

How is the marinade done? Malyak: On. Yeah thanks. Malyak: You're welcome.

I need 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Next, I clean the garlic. In one of the latest videos, I touched on the story when we were robbed in the area where we lived.

And you asked me to tell this story. How we were robbed and how it ended.

When we arrived in the area 6 oktober in Alexandria, where we brought our husband. We settled in the first apartment.

The apartment was by the way very good. With American kitchen with automatic washing machine.

That for a rented apartment in those days was for Egypt was unreal. District 6 oktober is a summer tourist area, where the Egyptians come during their holiday in the summer.

And in the winter there is no one there. And our first apartment was exactly where we came to this apartment with a good repair.

And with a good environment. And then it all with every apartment the standard of living and housing began to deteriorate more and more.

And in the first apartment when we entered literally on the same day, Mohammed asked me for money to borrow $ 300.

So I'm rubbing garlic on a small grater for our marinade. On the smallest grater.

And when we arrived in the very first apartment, Mohammed asked me for 300 dollars on loan.

He told me to do me $ 300 on loan, I'll give it to you tomorrow. And of course he gave me this money.

I already told you about the water video. But it's not that. The fact is that it seems so

It is common among the Egyptians. In Egypt there is a well-known you-tuber Shedy Srur, he has several videos on this subject.

And one of the videos is just a remake of the song Adele Hello. This song tells how the Egyptians borrow

It's about friends. And do not give back money.

I rubbed garlic on the smallest grater and mixed it with tomato paste. I warn you just do not put salt in the marinade.

Salt we put then. We have so far only garlic and tomato paste. Marinade is ready for us. Elegant marinade with garlic and tomato paste.

We do not put salt. Here he is a piece of meat. And I start to smear this meat with marinade.

And as I told you this apartment where we moved in, his house that he had to provide.

We went there safely all. And he immediately asked me for $ 300.

And as I said earlier, they apparently all so much so that even you-tuber released the song.

This was our first apartment in the area. Next, we have rented another apartment in this area. Then they removed another on the 2nd floor.

And just in one of the following apartments. We in one district for 6 months changed 5 apartments.

It's not that. In one of the following apartments in which we lived. I told you about thieves.

And it happened as I told in the past video precisely because of the fact that Denis and I went swimming at sea.

Every day, sometimes even twice a day. Muhammad did not accompany us as a man. He slept in the apartment all the time.

And many people thought that Denis and I lived there alone.

So we were tracked down as I said. And on some evenings when we all went with Mohamed to the store.

We were believing and just as we entered the apartment I discovered that there was no laptop computer on the coffee table.

And I went on to the apartment. Began to look and look. The apartment was very large three-room.

It was a gigantic apartment. And I saw that somewhere at the end of the corridor, somewhere in the end of the room there was some movement.

I realized that someone is. I broke the first room, then the second room. And then I saw the movement in the last room and I already understood that there was someone there.

And what happened next? Muhammad did not enter the apartment. He called from the street bauba (concierge). Men in long oftans (hoodies).

They usually guard houses and territories. And people came. And they went on to check the apartment.

It seems like no one was found. But when I went into the back room, I looked under the bed.

One of the thieves managed to escape. We saw him. Because our balcony encircled the whole apartment.

Giant apartment and a giant balcony. Along the perimeter of the whole apartment. I heard that someone ran out and jumped off.

We had a second floor. And when I looked under the bed, I saw that another thief was hiding under the bed.

And just these Bauebes and some men came. They dragged this guy from under the bed. And they began to beat him in our apartment.

They beat us terribly. The guy yelled, spit help, save, do not kill. They beat him. Then they called the police.

The police arrived. This guy was taken away. I still have a computer with God. They did not have time to pull it out.

But, the police took my keyboard from me. I had an external keyboard connected.

To remove fingerprints. Then Muhammad went somewhere with them. But he did not really tell me anything.

Because these dull people never say anything completely. This is very bad. Muhammad when he arrived he said that these guys were from Cairo.

That they tracked us down somewhere on the beach. And so it was safely resolved.

But after the video you wrote in one of the comments that one woman was killed in Hurghada. Thieves who entered home.

It's a pity of course and be extremely careful. If you feel that when you come into the house there is some disorder.

Never enter. Because it is not known what they will do. I will repeat because the punishment from the Egyptians themselves will be terrible.

This is about theft. So do not enter. Call people. And it's probably because of this terrible punishment. They are ready for anything. If only to wind down

Be extremely careful. Do not enter the apartment. Call for help immediately.

In Arabic, get to the rescue: Harami, Harami! (thieves, thieves).

What else? Also after the previous video there were such statements that she also said that the Egyptians do not climb into the fact that they are not concerned.

It contradicts itself. I do not contradict myself in anything. I'm telling you that it's a trait of the Egyptians not to interfere in anything.

They will not interfere in anything. But theft is halal part. If you already sounded and you ran out and started shouting Harami, Harami.

Those. thieves, thieves, then people will run. Of course. But that's how someone in a kaike situation. If someone sees something and does not ask for help,

Nobody will ever interfere. Because the field of this video people have written like this is how Egyptians are sympathetic.

Yes, there are Egyptians who are sympathetic. There are religious again I will remind that help. Religious people helped us too.

The Sheikhs helped us. Throughout the time that we are here. It was me and Denis who helped.

And they helped very seriously. Since the material solvency of my husband was never normal.

Therefore, these religious people helped out. Who helped Denis with training, they gave me some money.

They supported financially, with money and advised on any issues absolutely free of charge.

Therefore, I certainly do not say that all the Egyptians. It was just in the Russian video that the Russian is not a friend about the Egyptians.

Again, I will say that they do not climb into the fact that they are not concerned. It's just such a trait they have. It's not that I contradict myself or something else.

They really do not climb into anything. They will never express their opinions as they think.

If you express your point of view, they will support you. They will say yes, yes, yes. But they will always have their own opinion.

They will always remain in their opinion. You will never change them. Therefore, they are slightly different.

We are more impulsive, more used to express our opinion. They are not that kind of people. Again I repeat, they are closed people.

And they leave their opinion for a close circle of communication. For your family and perhaps your closest friends.

We anointed the meat with marinade. Now I'll take it all and we'll put this meat in a plate in this package.

I took it all and washed my hands. I take this package, I open it and put this meat with the plate in this package.

Put it, closed it. And leave in this form for 1 hour. We are waiting for 1 hour.

And in general, talking about how many apartments we have changed in these 11 years. Why do I always tell you.

Be sure to have an apartment, it is necessary that there was an apartment. To the apartment was not for rent. OWN

That your husband had an apartment in the property. Because I with my husband for 11 years of a joint life have changed more than 22-23 apartments.

I do not remember. Those. if we divide it, it turns out that almost every six months we moved somewhere.

It accordingly was not so. There were some other time frames. But you still understand.

For so many years so many children were born and children learn at school. To change so many apartments is actually very bad.

That's why I always tell you about this. If you are seriously planning to create a family, you should consider this aspect (apartment).

We safely went 1 hour. What are we doing?

Meat began to give juice. Only now we will add meat. The meat already started to smell really good.

We are salting it. We remove the meat for an hour and a half. That's how we wrap it up. Leave it for 1.5 hours. And we are waiting.

Then before we run out of these half an hour start warming up the oven. For that to put meat there.

I went to wash my hands and we wait for an hour and a half. What's my good, what's my good?

I almost had an hour and a half. I now turned on the oven. Now she will warm me up.

My meat is already on the ointment. So I'm outraged like this. I do not even know what to call it. A frying pan, a saucepan, a tray of some sort.

In short I'll take this kind of capacity. And put my meat in the bag. Do not forget to remove the plate.

Let's shift the meat now. Now I'll show you that it's obvious.

Here's my meat. Leave the meat in the bag, and pull out the plate.

Put it in the container. Where did it go? Such inconvenient were the closures, transparent (they are not visible).

We close our package. Closed like this. Girls do not forget to make holes. Make 2-3 holes to exhaust the air.

One two Three. 3 holes we have. The whole oven is warm. Now put it all in the oven for 1.5 hours.

After 1.5 hours the meat will be ready and we will serve it to the table.

Here it is my meat, the oven warmed up. Now put the meat in the oven. We are waiting for 1.5 hours. And then I'll show you when I'm serving.

Actually, I like to call this meat "Lazy meat". Because despite what it tastes good,

So soft and so fragrant. You do not spend any effort at all.

Those. except how you washed the meat. I made this marinade. Put 2 spoons of tomato paste and 3 cloves of garlic.

smeared with marinade meat. Put it for 1 hour. Then they got anointed with salt and put it for another 1.5 hours.

Then they took it out and put it in the oven. Those. I think this is some kind of lazy meat, but very tasty.

Those. does not require any skills in cooking and in general is very simple. It just takes a long time.

But if you are in principle doing some other things at home. Firstly, it does not take a lot of time from you.

You put anointed. Again they smeared it. Then put in the oven. Those. it does not take any time for you.

Those. if you are at home, it does not matter.

That's what turned out meat. It must be very soft. In a cut like this.

PEMDAS is wrong - Duration: 8:12.

So this question got a lot of attention on the internet, and if you apply the

order of operations that you would have learned in primary school, which is

usually called something like PEMDAS or BODMAS or BIDMAS or BEDMAS

depending on what country you're in, you would get the answer of nine. But here's

the thing... PEMDAS is a lie. PEMDAS is an

oversimplification that we teach to children to make things easy. It's like

saying that negative numbers don't have square roots - we just want to get on with

the lesson. But PEMDAS isn't the way that mathematicians, physicists, or engineers

actually evaluate mathematical expressions. I'll talk about the real

rule in a minute but first let's see how PEMDAS applies to our question. So what

you need to understand about the order of operations as they teach it in

primary school is that multiplication and division have equal precedence. So

I'm just going to write PEMDAS like that to show that it's just four things:

parentheses, exponents, multiplication and division in whatever order they occur

from left to right and then addition and subtraction in whatever order they occur.

So with this question we start with what's inside the parentheses: the one

plus two, that makes three.

And then there's no exponents; we move on to multiplication and division in the

order they occur, so we've got a division there and a multiplication there. This

one's to the left so that one happens first.

So you do the 6 divided by 2; that makes 3. And then that's multiplied by the 3. So

now we do that and that makes 9. So let's see how the order of operations applies

to something like a/bc. So again we've got a division and a multiplication. We

start on the left, so a divided by b is the first thing you do. And then you

multiply the result of that by c so this, according to PEMDAS, is the same as a

over b times c. But is that how mathematicians, scientists, and engineers

would actually interpret this expression? So to test this out I just googled

"mathematics textbook PDF" and this is the first one that I clicked on - this is

abstract algebra by Robert B Ash, and you can see on the second page of the PDF - I

just went straight to the answers to exercises because that's where I was

expecting to find expressions like this. So we've got this. What they've done to

get that is multiplied the m/r by n/s. So that would make mn over rs.

And then they've written it like that though, whereas the order of operations

would tell you that that means mn/r - the division comes first - and then you

would multiply by the s and that of course makes mns/r but

they're using it to mean that so they're obviously not using the order of

operations as it's taught in primary school.

What about physics? This is from the Feynman lectures on physics. We've got a

deviation of one on (2 root N) and then they've written that again down here,

in-line, as 1/2 root N. Now, order of operations would say that that means

half root N but they're using it to mean one on (2 root N) so they're doing

the multiplication first before the division.

What about engineering? I've just googled "engineering textbook PDF" and this was

the first one that I clicked on. This is on page 15. I'll put a link to it

in the description. But what they've done is they've solved these equations for W

and got PVMg on (RT) and then they've written that like this with a

slash RT and PEMDAS would say that that means PVMg divided by R, and then you

would multiply by T and that is not the same thing as that so they're not using

PEMDAS. So the textbook authors aren't following PEMDAS but what do the

students think? Well Oliver Knill of Harvard asked his calculus students this

question: what is 2x/3y - 1 if x=9 and y=2?

Well according to PEMDAS you would say 2 times 9 divided by 3 times 2 minus 1.

2 times 9 is 18, then you divide by 3 that makes 6, you multiply by 2, that makes 12,

and then you subtract 1; that's 11. And this is what this fifth-grade teacher

was saying. They asked their students this question and it caused a bit of a stir

because the parents and students didn't agree.

So anyway Oliver Knill asks his calculus class this question and 58 out of 60 of

them said no it's 2 times 9 over (3 times 2) and then you subtract 1 so that's 18 over

6 which is 3 and then minus 1 makes 2. 58 out of 60 said that. The two that

didn't interestingly didn't say 11 they did 2 times 9 over 3 times 2 and put the

minus 1 in the denominator as well, so absolutely nobody would interpret the

question like that. It's easy to see why this became a rule. If you want to write

something like 1/(2x) in one line you would have to use brackets which is

annoying so mathematicians tend to be quite lazy and they just write 1/2x

when they mean 1/(2x). Now the order of operations that you would learn

in school says that this is the same as half of x but there's a much easier way

of writing this: you could just say x/2. So people have developed

this rule that 1/2x means 1/(2x) and if you want to write (1/2)x you just

write x/2. So it's an unofficial rule that's used by almost everyone in

maths, science, and engineering but has it ever been an official rule? Well indeed

it has! This is from a style guide put out by the American Mathematical Society

and here they clearly say that they use the rule that multiplication indicated

by juxtaposition is carried out before division. And here they're just saying

that if you write something like 1 over (2 pi i) they're going to change it to 1/2pi i

and that these mean the same thing.

Likewise, the American Physical Society in their style guide say in mathematical

formulas this is the accepted order of operations: raising to a power, then

multiplication, and then division, and then addition and subtraction have equal

precedence. So how does this rule apply to our question? Well you still start by

evaluating what's in the parentheses - that makes three.

But then multiplication by juxtaposition comes before division so we've got six

divided by six which makes one. So although PEMDAS says that the answer to

this is nine, no one actually uses PEMDAS after primary school. Let me know

in the comments if your teacher ever told you that PEMDAS isn't the whole

truth, and if you'd like to see more videos like this then subscribe because

there's lots more coming up about the how and why of mathematics. :)

Facts: The Sperm Whale - Duration: 2:24.

The sperm whale is the largest toothed whale and the largest predator that hunts individual

prey. Sperm whales routinely hunt for food at dives around 2,000 or more feet (610 meters) deep. At

these depths the pressure is at least 60 times greater than the pressure at the surface

Their body is able to withstand this pressure due to their flexible rib cage

They consume animals like squid, sharks, skates, and fish,

with the ability to consume 3% of their body weight per day. While underwater,

they utilize oxygen stored in their blood and muscles. This is why they can go 90 minutes without coming up to the surface for air

These whales are present in all deep oceans worldwide

They are typically found in deep water close to the edges of continental shelves

They are easy to identify by their huge square ended head and wrinkled skin

Adult males typically grow to around 50 feet long (15 meters) and weigh around 40 tons (36 mt)

Females reach sexual maturity at around 9 years of age

They will then produce a calf every 5 to 7 years

Calves are 13 feet long (4 meters) when they are born

Males often do not breed until their late 20s and they can continue growing until they are about 50 years old

Around 12 females and their young will form a social unit

while males tend to migrate to higher latitudes and form pods of their own or they just go solo

Sperm whales are currently listed as likely to become endangered species

Their population is still recovering from being targeted by the whaling industry from 1800 to 1987

They are currently threatened by entanglement in fishing gear and ingestion of marine debris

that they may mistake for food

The head of a sperm whale contains a waxy substance called spermaceti

It is thought to aid in the control of their buoyancy. This substance used to be used for candles and oil lamps

but just

Just between you and me

if you're trying to grow your booty leave the hamstrings alone so that they can just stay and your booty is just like

Number three you want to make sure that you are using the correct macros for me?

Personally when I'm intentionally trying to gain weight for whatever reason I typically would go for a 50/25/25 split

50% of my daily calories will come from carbs things like potatoes rice bread

25% of my cow are coming from lean protein sources so stuff like tilapia

chicken breast

Chickpeas Greek yogurt that kind of stuff and 25% of my calories would come from fat things like cashews

almond butter avocado

Stuff like that. You don't have to use those macros

I'm just sharing that with you because I know that when I watch videos like this

I like to know what the person actually did not just what they're telling me to do. Number two

Do the correct exercises on my last video?

I sang the praises of glute bridges the Almighty be amazing my favorite booty exercise

Glute bridges and a lot of you had questions about squats. So here's the thing

Yes, you can do squats when you're trying to grow your butt with our core your thighs

The thing is squats shouldn't be the main go-to

Exercise in your regimen think of squats as your insurance policy so that when you eat those extra 350 calories per day

when your body is done putting some of it in your booty your

Body knows to put the rest in your legs because you've been doing your squats. Otherwise, there's a really good chance

That's just gonna get stored as fat fat in your arms or your abs, or I don't know on your back

I have multiple videos on my channel where I do. These were exercises with you and complete

Workouts and I will link a couple below and you can just do the ones you like pick and choose just be consistent

sister, I

Was gonna try to rhyme but I couldn't think of anything. So that was kind of a fail number one

This is the most

Important one and probably the one that's gonna take me the longest to explain which is why I saved it for last

And this is the issue of should you lift heavy?

When you want to grow your booty without growing your thighs

The first thing people are gonna tell you is you need to lift heavy. This is not

Necessarily the case for everybody a lot of the people that tell you to lift heavy they are

professional

Bodybuilders, they are bikini models

It is their job to go to the gym every day and lift some heavy weights

The good news is you can grow in nice shapely

Juicy booty in the comfort of your own home and let me explain to you how this works

If you're a beginner, you have to start with body weight. That is not just my opinion

This is the facts in any scientific text

Now when you are comfortable with the moose and the form and everything, I'm feeling good

Then you can progress to adding resistance

You can add resistance with resistance bands, which come in all sorts of different levels of resistance

You can also add resistance by using weights

My personal preference is dumbbells when you start adding dumbbells to your booty routine

You're going to stay with those dumbbells from like 10 pounds all the way up to 40 pounds

10 pounds to 40 pounds is a good amount of weight to use to do your glute bridges and your hip thrusts in

the comfort of your own home and the truth is a lot of you will get the booty you are dreaming of

just from doing this no gym required it is when you have

Exhausted that 10 to 40 pound range that you can then graduate and you're talking about lifting heavy

Now the question is how do you know how do you know?

When you're ready to graduate from using 10 to 40 pound dumbbells to actually lifting heavy weights in the jump

This is just a general suggestion a good test that has worked for some people is to see if you can do

100 glute bridges

With 40 pound dumbbells in 10 to 15 minutes if you can actually do that

Then your glutes are probably strong enough to handle weights heavier than that in the gym

So I hope this gives you some context around what it actually means to lift heavy

This is for your safety and also to help you get the best results

So all of that being said, what can you do right now?

I have linked two workouts below that you can do right now in your house and see where you are and

Leave me a comment. Let me know

What other topics you want me to talk about related to this issue of having a booty or anything else?

Really you want me to talk about and I'll see you in my next video if you haven't subscribed to my YouTube channel already

Please do. So just click the button. It means so much to me. I don't see you in my next workout video. Bye

ЕГИПЕТ 2018. КАК НАС ОБОКРАЛИ. МЯСО ПОД МАРИНАДОМ. БОЛТАЛКА (рус. субтитры) - Duration: 23:45.

Their population is still recovering from being targeted by the whaling industry from 1800 to 1987

They are currently threatened by entanglement in fishing gear and ingestion of marine debris

that they may mistake for food

It is thought to aid in the control of their buoyancy. This substance used to be used for candles and oil lamps

End Of The World | Joe Pera Talks With You | Adult Swim - Duration: 0:48.

Hi, Sarah.

This is probably my last chance to say something,

so I wanted to say it.

What's going on?

I'm sorry to be the one to let you know,

but all big banks are failing.

Panicked investors are withdrawing their money

from them and from markets all at one time

which, as you know, leads to hyperinflation.

With all faith lost in the dollar,

people are doing anything they can

to get their hands on the yen, euro,

or if they are most fortunate, gold.

I'm on my way to loot Econo-Foods now,

but in case anything happens, I wanted you to have these.

Thanks.

5 Success Traits of Cleaning Employees - Duration: 7:41.

What are the top five things to look for when hiring a house cleaning employee for your team?

We're going to talk about that today.

Hi, there. I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today's show is brought to us by SavvyPerks.com

which is a new employee discount network that

we have that's available to you as a small business owner and also your employees.

It's a way to sweeten the pot as you're hiring new employees to incentivize them to

be loyal to your company and to keep coming back and not jump ship and go work for your

competitor or go start their own house cleaning business.

Check it out, SavvyPerks.com

For about the price of a sandwich per month, you can incentivize your employees with an

amazing incentive program that has over 250,000 restaurants, retailers, services,

and also adventures like outdoor kayaking and white water river rafting, and theme parks,

and water parks, and fun stuff for you and your employees.

All right.

On to today's show, which is from a house cleaner who wrote in, and she's getting

ready to hire some employees.

She wants to know what the five top things are that she should look for in a house cleaner

that she's about to hire.

Well, it's a fun question for me because there are about five things that are absolutely

crucial to the success of your business when you hire people on staff.

Now, the very first thing that I would look for is reliability.

Are you hiring someone that you can count on?

As you interview them, come up with questions that question their reliability.

Have them share examples with you when they were reliable.

These are going to be stories like there was a snowstorm and instead of calling out, they

found a way to safely get to work on time, things like that.

There are ways that you can be safe but you can also be reliable.

If you're hiring a person that's always looking for excuses and they're always looking

for the backdoor to every single challenge that your business has, that's not the person

you're looking for.

You're looking for somebody who's reliable that you can count on.

This is super important for this reason.

You need to be able to count on them as the employer, and your customers need to be able

to count on you as a company.

All right, so reliability is number one.

Number two is being a self-starter.

Now, a self-starter, you wouldn't think that has a lot to do with cleaning, but it does.

If you're a self-starter, you see things that need to be done and you go do them.

You don't wait for somebody to give you orders and tell you what to do.

As a self-starter in the house cleaning business, you're going to come up with a lot of opportunities

every day at every house where you have to make judgment calls.

If you're the kind of person that sits around and waits for somebody to tell you what to

do and micromanage you, you're not right for the house cleaning business, but if you see

things that need to be done and you can make a smart determination on, "Does this fit

into my job category, and am I able to do it in a time that I have?" or, "This doesn't

fit into what we're doing today but I would love to come back and bring this to my boss

and have her upsell that or have him upsell that to the client so that we can finish this

in the client's home."

A self-starter is going to be a person that gets them self out of bed in the morning,

they get them self to work on time, they make sure that if something happens, they take

initiative and they get it done and they do it right.

All right, so being a self-starter is number two.

Number three is honesty.

I can't express how important honesty is in the house cleaning business, and it's

on a variety of different fronts.

When you go to a customer's house, it's obvious that you want an honest person because

you don't want them stealing the client's things.

You don't want them lying to the client.

You don't want them over-promising, and you don't want them talking bad about your company.

You want somebody that's really honest about what's going on.

Now, honesty also goes backwards.

When you have an employee that is honest, they will come to you and they will tell you

what else is going on in the company.

They're not going to cover for their friends, and they're not going to paint pictures that

aren't true about other employees to get other employees in trouble.

They're going to come and say, "Hey, I have a problem and here's the problem," and

they will paint an honest picture about what that problem is.

That allows you, as the business owner or the manager, to try to resolve those problems

without the employees just causing a big fiasco amongst themselves because we don't want that either.

All right, the fourth thing that we want to focus on when we hire somebody is we want

to hire somebody who is willing to learn.

Willing to learn is huge in the house cleaning industry because oftentimes, you'll hire somebody

that already has cleaning experience, and so they want to come in and say, "Well,

I already know how to clean.

Don't teach me anything.

I already figured it out."

Well, maybe they did, but maybe your business has a very specific way that you need to clean

in order to create consistency at every house that you clean.

You may have new methods.

You may have new systems.

Maybe you do a speed cleaning program as part of your business.

Maybe you do a 38-point check system where you double check all your work.

Who knows what your system is?

Every system is different, but you need somebody that's willing to learn that.

Then, also, if a customer comes to you and says, "Hey, this is not meeting my expectations.

Is there a way that we can fix this?"

A person who is willing to learn will say, "Sure.

What can we do?

How can we make that right?"

Because they're willing to learn, they can bring that information back to you and then

on a grand scale, you can make all those changes across the board within your company.

The number five thing that is super important when you hire a new house cleaner is that

they are kind.

I know that doesn't sound like it's a house cleaning characteristic, but it's

incredibly important to the success of your business.

House cleaning is a really tough job, and because it's a really tough job, we put

our bodies through a lot of physical demands and a lot of physical stress.

On top of that, we are people too.

We have our own lives.

Maybe we stayed up too late because our kids were sick.

Maybe we have a whole variety of other things that we're fighting with, so we show up

and we're grumpy or biorhythmically, we're having a bad day and then we have to deal

with a customer and we have to be kind.

It's super important that you hire people who know how to be kind.

Even co-workers working amongst themselves, they get in little spats and they get upset

with each other, and they have bad days.

They have conflicts.

That's okay, but if kind is your default, whatever the situation is, where you find

yourself, however grumpy you may feel on the inside, your default is kindness.

Whether you're dealing with another employee, whether you're dealing with your boss, whether

you're dealing with a client, kindness is your default, and so you will always stop

and pause and say, "Hey, maybe I was wrong.

Maybe I'm not, but maybe I was, but in this particular moment, I choose to be kind."

That's the kind of person that you want to hire.

Those are five really important success traits that you can look for when you hire a new

employee for your cleaning business because you can teach somebody how to clean, and you

can teach somebody skill, but you cannot teach somebody to bring these characteristics with them.

This is inherent to who that person is.

This is part of their character, part of their makeup.

This is who they are, and so those are the kinds of people that you're looking for.

All right, that's my two cents for today. Until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

HEALTHY MEAL PLANS in a month is Perfectly Designed | Health 4.0 - Duration: 11:33.

healthy meal plans in A month Want to start getting real about healthy?

Dive into our 4 week-long healthy menu plans. Created by nutritionist, they're balanced

to meet all your daily nutrient requirements. They're also budget-friendly, family-friendly

and calorie controlled... and did we mention they're absolutely delicious?

Studies have shown that cooking at home five days a week could add 10 years to your life.

That's high motivation, and these easy dinners put it all within reach.

To make it a long-term commitment, our A month calendar of meals and tips will show you how

to keep it going. Happy cooking!

1. Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Cream and Glazed Carrots

Beef tenderloin is worthy splurge when you want a special entrée in less time; the cut

is so meltingly tender already that it takes just 8 minutes to cook. We use the same pan

to cook and glaze the carrots for easy clean up. The horseradish sauce is the tangy, creamy,

pungent element this dish needs.

2. Grilled Flank Steak Gyros You can indulge your fast-food craving with

a healthier sandwich that packs the same irresistible meaty-creamy combo you get from a street cart.

3. Orange and Tomato Simmered Chicken with Couscous

Plan Ahead! In 30 minutes, you can have it all—tender, slow-simmered chicken layered

with complex flavors. Use free time on Saturday and Sunday to plan ahead for weekday meals.

Make a double batch of the chicken, freeze half for the 27th, and make a second serving

of couscous and add to salads for a quick whole-grain lunch throughout the week.

4. Cook's Night Off Order in and enjoy a cocktail while you wait

for delivery—you deserve it! Just keep amounts in check: 1½ ounces hard liquor or 5 ounces

of wine is a serving.

5. One-Pot Pasta with Spinach and Tomatoes Explore the depth of flavor in fresh, seasonal

vegetables each week with meatless Mondays. Here, we made pasta night easier by cooking

the noodles right in the sauce. This not only saves on cleanup; the stock also infuses the

pasta with flavor as it cooks, and the starch helps to thicken the sauce so it clings.

6. Peppery Shrimp with Grits and Greens The best weeknight dinners don't require special

cooking skills or out-of-the-ordinary ingredients, yet are still delicious and nourishing. This

comforting classic makes the most of an unsung pantry hero: black pepper. It brings pungent

heat to this 10-ingredient dinner.

7. Beef Tagine with Butternut Squash Don't sweat the side dishes, they can shine

without a lot of extra effort. Instead of making separate vegetable and starch sides

(and dirtying two pans), combine vegetables and grains into one simple dish. Serve with

easy-to-make Citrus Salad with Balsamic Honey and Pistachios.

8. Charred Lemon Chicken Piccata Lightly charring the lemon slices intensifies

their flavor and creates a gorgeous look. Be sure to include any of the sweet, tangy

liquid the lemons give off in the bowl; it adds incredible depth to the sauce.

9. BBQ Chicken-and-Black Bean Tacos Celebrate Friday with a family-friendly dinner

that comes together easily. A kid-friendly mix of quality convenience items and bright

produce imparts fresh taste with minimal legwork. A probiotic-rich stand-in for sour cream,

yogurt offers creaminess and helps bind the toppings. Rotisserie chicken, one of the most

versatile supermarket proteins, makes for a fast and fresh meal. Look for BBQ sauce

varieties with less than 250mg sodium and 5g sugar. We like Annie's Original BBQ Sauce.

10. Caramelized Onion Burgers with Root Veggie Fries and Creamy Slaw

Tip: To get this dinner done in 45 minutes, start the fries first; cut the veggies as

the oven preheats. As the fries cook, make the burgers and slaw.

11. Italian Turkey and Orzo Soup Plan Ahead! Double recipes and freeze some

for a second time around. Pack up individual portions for a swift thaw. Double the soup

and serve it for dinner on the 14th.

12. Black Bean and Mushroom Sliders Enjoy the ease of off-the-cuff cooking with

this dish that's so simple to prepare that you'll actually feel relaxed when you sit

down to dig in. You'll love our genius microwave trick that creates the meatiest meatless mini-burgers

in less than a third of the time.

13. Cook's Night Off Let's be real: Some nights, you need to eat

out or order in. Check online menus before going out to prevent impromptu (read: poor)

choices. A California roll with brown rice has only 26g carbs—that's half the carbs

and triple the fiber in a white rice tempura (battered = carbs) roll.

14. Leftovers When a recipe is big enough to save some for

later, cook enough for another busy night during the week. Enjoy this hearty, warming

soup again and serve with Miso Aioli Dip and crudités.

15. Salmon with Lime-Hoisin Glaze with Crunchy Bok Choy Slaw

You'll love this dish for the sweet, sticky caramelized crust and crispy skin. The broiler

will get you there in only 20 minutes.

16. Cumin-Rubbed Chicken with Guacamole Sauce Recipe

Fresh and easy, this zingy Mexican dish with tangy guac takes just 30 minutes to get on

the table. Side dishes can shine without a lot of extra effort. Use forward flavors to

jazz up plain veggies and grains, like in this Caribbean-Style Roast Cabbage with Carrotsrecipe.

17. Lamb Chops with Farro, Arugula, and Lemon-Thyme Vinaigrette

The ever-expanding variety of quick grains on the market, like the farro used here, makes

incorporating whole grains into daily meals easier. Feel free to substitute brown rice

if you can't find farro.

18. Mediterranean Chicken and Bulgur Skillet You'll be delighted by the incredible results

from this one-pot wonder: tender bulgur, creamy feta, and moist chicken. You don't even need

a sauce since there's so much flavor in the pan. It's a complete meal, though you could

serve with a side salad if you'd like. For this specific week, make extra bulgur and

use it on the 23rd.

19. Warm-Spiced Butternut Squash Soup Earthy, fragrant spices like allspice, cloves,

and cinnamon make wonderful accents for the natural sweetness of butternut squash. Make

sure to simmer the squash until very tender—the softer it gets, the silkier the puree. Serve

with Endive Salad with Beets, Goat Cheese, and Walnuts.

20. Seared Sirloin Steak Bites with Miso Butter and Rice

Tip: No need to melt the butter for the miso mixture—the hot cooked steak will melt the

sauce just enough to give each piece of steak a nice coating. To help save time, prepare

miso, cook steak, and roast veggies while the rice cooks.

21. Sausage and Kale Pesto Pizza with Blistered Tomato-Arugula Salad

Cooking pizza in a skillet is a revelation: guaranteed dough success for even the most

timid pie makers—just pat the dough out to size, and the pan shapes it into a perfect

circle.

22. Whole-Grain Spaghetti with Veggi-fied Meat Sauce

Few things satisfy and please the family more than the combo of hearty meat sauce, slurp-able

noodles, and crusty garlic-and-butter-smeared bread. We topped whole-grain pasta with a

sauce made from unsalted diced tomatoes, extra-lean mushrooms, and zucchini for a lighter version

of the weeknight staple.

23. Lemony Chicken Kebabs with Tomato-Parsley Salad

Here's a six-ingredient dish that delivers big taste with minimal fuss. If you're pressed

for time, cut the marinating back to 15 minutes–lemon flavor will still come through. Serve the

salad on a bed of bulgur for a twist on tabbouleh and a fiber boost.

24. Mini Avocado Brownie Bites Take the night off and go out to dinner. For

dessert, consider sharing an item, or wait to indulge on a smartly portioned, deceivingly

decadent dessert at home.

25. Seared Arctic Char with Cucumber Relish Instead of making separate vegetable and starch

sides (and dirtying two pans), combine vegetables and grains into one simple dish, like this

Radish and Avocado Quinoa Salad.

26. Broccoli Steaks with Tofu Fries We have the cleverest twist on tofu, turning

it into crispy fake-out French fries kids (and adults) will love. We suggest you dunk

the crunchy tofu sticks in the Sriracha aioli for a flavorful punch.

27. Leftover Night Thaw and heat that Orange and Tomato Simmered

Chicken (from the 3rd); serve with quick brown rice.

28. Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Bacon and Sage Smoky bacon and salty cheese, such as pecorino

Romano, provide the perfect balance to lightly sweet gnocchi. Serve with Endive Salad with

Pear and Gorgonzola for a big-flavored side. 29. Cook's Night Off

If you don't feel like going out to dinner or cooking, cozy up on the couch, pop a batch

of Rosemary Popcorn, and order in for the night.

30. Roasted Shrimp with White Beans and Feta Roasting shrimp in the oven is a hands-off

route to bringing out robust flavor; the method also helps prevent overcooking, keeping shrimp

tender. Prep tip: It's easier to grate the rind before juicing the lemon.

31. Grilled Chicken and Soba Noodles with Miso Vinaigrette

The vinaigrette doubles as a sauce for the noodles and a glaze before the chicken hits

the grill. The noodle mixture and the chicken can also be made a couple of days ahead.

HOW TO GROW YOUR BUTT WITHOUT GROWING YOUR THIGHS ➟ 5 expert research... - Duration: 7:28.

What is going on KoKo Puffs, welcome back to my youtube channel

This is a follow-up to my last video where I talked about three mistakes

We could be making that are stopping your booty from becoming juicy five things

You need to know if you're trying to grow your booty without growing those thighs

If you haven't subscribed to my YouTube channel already, please go ahead and click that subscribe button

It's totally free for you and it just means so much to me when you're trying to grow your butt without growing your thighs

You're going to need to increase your calories by 350 calories per day

I think everybody knows that by now while people may not know is that when you increase your calories by?

350 calories per day. You're going to gain about one pound every 10 days

Your job is to make sure that that one pound is going where you want it to go

instead of being stored as fat

On your lower belly or somewhere else that you don't want it to be these steps are the steps

You need to really understand and grasp and do so that you can get results number five

You have to set a goal for me personally

I like to use Trello to set my goal and this is an actual goal that I have set for myself in the past

I'm not going to go into the details of how to set a good goal or why you need goals

but just know that you have to have a clear goal if I'm going to be honest with you number four is

Crucial and that is avoid hamstring focused exercises

If you don't know what hamstrings are your hamstrings are the muscles in the back of your thigh

and if you're trying to grow your booty you really want there to be a

Contrast between your butt and the back of your thigh. So you're gonna be working your butt a lot

My hand looks really weird and you're not gonna be working your hamstrings very much

The result is you're going to have a big strong butt and we Kemp strings, but your booty will be popping

You want the booty to be like?

Some examples of hamstrings exercises that you want to be avoiding during the period we're growing your butt but not your thigh

It's things like hamstring curls seated leg curls

Deadlifts, it doesn't mean you're not gonna work your hamstrings ever

Bye

40 HEALTHY BREAKFAST FOODS you will love | Health 4.0 - Duration: 10:18.

40 HEALTHY BREAKFAST FOODS YOU WILL LOVE

Consider this: Skipping breakfast can set you up for overeating later in the day.

A healthy a.m. meal, on the other hand, can give you energy, satisfy your appetite, and

set the stage for smart decisions all day long.

Here's a look at some of our favorite breakfast foods, along with expert tips for making them

even healthier.

1.

FRUIT AND HEMP SEED MUESLI Loaded with satisfying textures and flavors,

try this delicious breakfast cereal as you would a cold cereal, or cook and serve like

oatmeal.

This recipe makes enough for a crowd or for you to keep in your pantry for a few weeks.

2.

OATMEAL You may have noticed a heart-shaped seal on

your box of oatmeal recently.

The seal's there because oats contain beta-glucan, a type of fiber that's been shown to help

lower cholesterol when eaten regularly.

3.

COCOA-ALMOND BAKED BREAKFAST QUINOA Nutrient-packed quinoa, hemp seeds and hemp

milk add protein, fiber and essential fatty acids to your morning.

Whip up over the weekend, and then enjoy for breakfast during the week

4.

STARBUCKS Starbucks has a good selection of healthy

breakfast options outside of their bakery.

Look toward the egg-based meals, or even expand out into the bistro boxes

5.

GREEK YOGURT This tangy, creamy yogurt is loaded with calcium

and boasts plenty of protein—nearly twice as much as regular yogurt—to keep you feeling

full throughout the morning

6.

CREAMY ALMOND RYE FLAKE OATMEAL Cooking rye flakes with steel-cut oats lends

creaminess to this typically chewy oatmeal.

7.

SUBWAY If you want to stay under 1,000 milligrams

of sodium in your breakfast at Subway, you have only a few options: All 6-inch egg and

cheese omelet sandwiches or on flatbread

8.

CHOCOLATE-ALMOND BANANA SMOOTHIE Ripe banana and almond butter give this delicious

smoothie body and a light sweetness without the addition of sugar or other refined sweetener.

For a sweeter drink, you can add 3 to 4 pitted dates and blend for 1 minute

9.

WHEAT GERM A little wheat germ goes a long way.

Just two tablespoons provides about 15% of your recommended daily intake of vitamin E

and 10% of your daily folate.

10.

PANERA BREAD Panera has a number of solid choices on their

breakfast menu; and if you don't like eggs or oatmeal, a whole grain or sprouted grain

bagel with cream cheese would also roughly fit into the guidelines above

11.

WHOLE WHEAT BLUEBERRY PANCAKES These whole wheat pancakes are studded with

warm blueberries and make a healthy morning treat.

Freeze pancakes in stacks of three for breakfast later in the week

12.

GRAPEFRUIT Trying to lose weight?

According to one study, eating half a grapefruit before each meal may help you slim down faster,

thanks to the fruit's fat-burning properties and its beneficial effect on blood sugar and

insulin levels.

Grapefruit is also hydrating, filling, and packed with immunity-boosting antioxidants.

13.

MCDONALD'S The key to eating a healthy breakfast at McDonald's

is to keep the order small, and to avoid the coffee and smoothie drinks (which all come

with a LOTTT of sugar).

Here we're suggesting the Egg McMuffin, and also the fruit and maple oatmeal without brown

sugar.

14.

TOFU BREAKFAST TACOS Here's a tasty and satisfying breakfast or

brunch entrée that you can feel good about.

You can make the tofu filling up to 2 days ahead and reheat it in a dry skillet or microwave.

15.

BANANAS There's nothing like a banana at breakfast

to keep those mid-morning cravings at bay.

The yellow fruit—especially when they're still a touch green—are one of the best

sources of resistant starch, a healthy carbohydrate that keeps you feeling fuller longer.

16.

TACO BELL There's not much on the breakfast menu that

comes in under 1,000 milligrams of sodium, unfortunately.

The Biscuit Tacos are all in the right range, though.

17.

FLAX AND HONEY BANANA BREAD Very ripe bananas make this extra sweet and

yummy!

18.

EGGS These incredible edibles have made quite a

comeback in recent years.

Once shunned for being high in dietary cholesterol (one yolk contains about 60% of your daily

allotment), eggs are now embraced as a healthy source of protein and nutrients like vitamin

D.

19.

DUNKIN' DONUTS Dunkin' Donuts is known for doughnuts (obviously),

but they also have some pretty decent breakfast items that aren't quite so sugary

20.

ROASTED BELL PEPPER AND ASPARAGUS TOFU FRITTAT This frittata, chock-full of vegetables, is

made with two types of tofu, and no eggs.

21.

ALMOND BUTTER Almond butter is an excellent alternate source

of protein, and it's filled with monounsaturated fat

22.

Burger King The CROISSAN'WICH line of breakfast sandwiches

tends to have less sodium than the breakfast sandwiches on muffins, although the breakfast

muffins tend to be lower-calorie.

23.

STRAWBERRY ALMOND BUTTER SMOOTHIE Looking for a sweet, refreshing snack or breakfast?

Try this ultra-simple creamy smoothie.

Swap in your favorite nut butter in place of the almond, if you like.

24.

Watermelon As its name suggests, watermelon is an excellent

way to hydrate in the morning.

What's less well known is this juicy fruit is among the best sources of lycopene—a

nutrient found in red fruits and vegetables that's important for vision, heart health,

and cancer prevention.

25.

Hardee's This was NOT easy — there are only three

items on the Hardee's breakfast menu under 400 calories, and one of them is a plain biscuit

(that's withOUT gravy, btw)

26.

MILLET BREAKFAST CEREAL WITH MANDARIN ORANGES AND DATES

Cooked millet is a great breakfast alternative to oatmeal or cream of wheat.

Here it's infused with cinnamon and cardamom and served with dates and sweet mandarin oranges.

27.

Flaxseed Sprinkling ground flaxseed into a smoothie

or bowl of cereal will turn your breakfast into a gold mine of omega-3 fatty acids; just

two tablespoons contains more than 100% of your recommended daily intake for those heart-healthy

fats.

28.

Caribou Coffee Stick with the oatmeal options and breakfast

sandwiches and you'll have an easier time staying within the limits we outlined above

29.

CREAMY SPICED PEAR HOT CEREAL Start your morning right: tuck into flavorful

whole grains and golden raisins simmered in spiced almondmilk and topped with fragrant

diced pear.

30.

Blueberries Fresh or frozen, these tiny superfruits pack

a big antioxidant punch.

Or better yet, a flurry of punches: Studies suggest that eating blueberries regularly

can help improve everything from memory and motor skills to blood pressure and metabolism.

31.

Pret A Manger Pret has a ton of healthy breakfast options

— there's good variety of egg sandwiches and oatmeal dishes.

You can also go for the yogurt parfaits, but should know that they come with a good deal

of sugar.

32.

BERRY OATMEAL IN A JA This healthy and portable breakfast is super

simple.

While frozen berries are deliciously sweet year-round, feel free to experiment with your

favorite fresh, in-season fruits

33.

Coffee That espresso doesn't just wake you up.

Coffee drinking has been linked to a lower risk of several diseases (such as diabetes

and prostate cancer), and it may even help you live longer.

34.

Quiznos Quiznos food tends to be high in sodium, but

there are some breakfast items that come in under 1,000 milligrams.

35.

Tea Tea has a pretty impressive résumé of health

benefits, too.

Because it has less caffeine, it hydrates you more effectively than coffee, and it's

also a rich source of the immunity-boosting antioxidants known as catechins.

36.

Au Bon Pain Most breakfast items at Au Bon Pain are over

400 calories, and a lot of them have over 1,000 milligrams of sodium.

But there are still some good options on there, especially if you focus on the egg dishes

and avoid the smoothies and baked goods.

37.

Cantaloupe Any fruit is a good addition to your breakfast,

Giovinazzo says, and cantaloupe is no exception.

A six-ounce serving (roughly a quarter-melon) contains just 50 calories and a full 100%

of your recommended daily intake of both vitamin C and vitamin A, an important nutrient for

smooth, younger-looking skin.

38.

Kiwi This fuzzy little fruit has about 65 milligrams

of vitamin C per serving—nearly as much as an orange.

It's also rich in potassium and copper and contains more fiber per ounce than a banana,

which makes it a good aid to digestion

39.

Orange juice Fresh squeezed OJ is a classic (and tasty)

morning beverage, but that doesn't mean it can't be improved on.

For even more nutritional benefit, you'll want to opt for a store-bought variety that's

fortified with vitamin D.

40.

Cranberry juice Cranberry juice, which helps limit bacterial

growth, is best known for warding off urinary tract infections (UTIs), but its healing powers

may not stop there.

Donald Sutherland has defied 'type' in the many roles he's played over the past six decades.

Not necessarily the "boy next door", as he was once told at an audition, Sutherland has played many leading men– perhaps some that are a bit 'off' to most of us– as well as bad guys, leaders, and losers.

At one point in tonight's interview with Anderson Cooper, Cooper says, "A lot of the roles you take on though are not always sympathetic." Sutherland responds, "They're not sympathetic to you.

But they're sympathetic to me.".

Sutherland explains that one of the most important things for him to cultivate during filming is a close relationship with the director.

So close, in fact, that he refers to them as a "love affair"; which is exactly how he describes his relationship with Italian director Federico Fellini.

"Why do you see it in romantic terms," Cooper asks.

"Becuase it is," Sutherland retorts.

It was an accidental and not-so-big role in Dirty Dozen that earned him a leading role on MASH.

He then went on to play a tank commander in Kelly's Heroes, followed by a detective in Klute.

Interestingly enough, though, Sutherland has never been overly concerned with the 'trajectory' of his career.

Speaking of that trajectory, he says, "… mine is, like, a great, big wooden platter of fruits and pasta and chicken salad and a soup and– a banana, you know.

It's a whole bunch of different things.

You might not like everything on the thing.

But you can go and grab something and peel it and eat it and like it.".

World Cup 2018: Belgium's generation of stars looking to make their mark in Russia - Duration: 4:05.

Little wonder then, that memories of the country's heartbreaking defeat in the last kick of the game – delivered by a sensational David Platt volley – against England in Bologna in June 1990, still brings a nation out in a collective cold sweat

A couple of defeats and a 0-0 draw against England in the intervening period have done little to ease the pain

The hope of both sides is that their clash at the Kaliningrad Stadium on June 28 will be largely academic, with only a place at the top of the group rather than qualification on the line

If that's not the case then it's likely to be Gareth Southgate's men rather than Roberto Martinez's all-star side that will be sweating over making it into the last 16

Arguably, no squad in Russia, with the possible exception of France, can boast the kind of talent that the former Wigan and Everton boss is able to call on

Whether it's the creativity of Eden Hazard, the pace and power of Romelu Lukaku or the goalkeeping excellence of Thibaut Courtois, Belgium don't just have every base covered, they also have plenty in reserve

Georges Leekens was the manager of Belgium between 2010 and 2012 and was responsible for nurturing the then fledgling talents of Kevin De Bruyne, Lukaku and Hazard during the early days of their international careers

Now manager of the Hungarian national team – after stints with Tunisia and Algeria – Leekens knows this Red Devils side as well as anyone

And he believes his countrymen won't be worrying about getting through the group stage

Instead, they'll have their eyes fixed firmly on international football's biggest prize

"This is a generation of fantastic footballers," says Leekens. "Before they were inexperienced – that's not the case any more

Now these players are saying, 'We'd like to have a title – we would like to win something'

"That didn't happen in France (in 2016), it didn't happen in Brazil (in 2014). Now they're dreaming about a World Cup

"There's nothing wrong with that – you need ambition. Now they have to show it on the pitch

They will be one of the favourites."If all goes to plan then I'll be very curious to see how they get on in the quarter-final because they'll be up with Brazil or Germany

"To win a World Cup, you always have to put one or two big countries out."To get to that stage, they'll have to navigate their way out of Group G, a task Leekens believes is within their compass

And if England stand in their way, he believes there's only one winner."Will Belgium beat England? I think yes," he says

"England are growing and growing every game I see them. They are in a similar situation to one that Belgium were in in 2014

"In the beginning we had a good generation with good individual skills, with a goalscorer and a good spirit

"Maybe, though, England don't have the experience of this Belgium side and that's a huge thing, particularly at a World Cup

"

Harry Kane targets Tunisia triple after Cristiano Ronaldo's hat-trick - Duration: 3:37.

England captain Harry Kane has vowed to challenge for the Golden Boot. Kane will shoulder England's goalscoring burden in — starting against on Monday night — but the prolific striker insists the challenge does not faze him

Ronaldo scored a brilliant hat-trick in his first game against on Friday and Kane said: 'I've got a lot of scoring trophies in my career

I'd like to be sitting here with a big gold one in a few weeks. 'Ronaldo has put me under a bit of pressure

Hopefully I will score a hat-trick and we'll be level. I can't wait to get out there and show the world what I've got

'Southgate insists his players are ready to repair England's tarnished reputation following the embarrassments of 2014 and Euro 2016 — and vowed to do so with style

Southgate said: 'They have a hunger to play brave football. They want to be a bold and attacking team

That's how I want them to play. That's why I joined the FA as an Under 21s coach

'There was a perception of English football across the world, and I wanted to change that

We did that with the youth team. Now we're looking to do that in the senior team

'Kane will lead the attack alongside Raheem Sterling, while Jordan Henderson, Dele Alli and Jesse Lingard are set to fill the three midfield slots

Kieran Trippier and Ashley Young will fill the wing-back roles. However, smail understands Young's position at left-wing back is under serious pressure from Danny Rose, who is likely to replace the Manchester United star later in the tournament

Rose is already being considered for a possible starting role against Panama on Sunday

Southgate prefers the balance of having a natural left-footer in the position, but concerns over Rose's fitness after an injury-hit season — and the high temperatures here in Volgograd — mean Young is expected to start

Kyle Walker, John Stones and Harry Maguire should make-up England's back three, while Jordan Pickford will start in goal
