LEGO Star Wars Comic Con 2018 set - The perfect "exclusive"! - Duration: 1:01.
Hello, just2good here, and LEGO revealed the first of their Sandiego Comic Con exclusive
sets on Twitter - a little recreation of the Millennium Falcon Cockpit from Solo: A Star
Wars Story.
And, I think these are the type of SDCC exclusive many people can get behind.
People won't complain that they're unfair since the only thing exclusive is the box
- no minifigures are.
And the collectors have that BEATUFUL box design, which looks a bit like a VHS, funny
enough.
It's sort of like the Star Wars Celebration exclusive I got last year.
There weren't too many complaints about it, sicne the only thing exclusive was the packaging.
Now, I'm pretty sure there will be exclusive figures this year, so don't get too happy
if you're not a fan of those.
Maybe not for Star Wars, but for Super Heroes.
Either way, what do you guys think?
Does this make for a neat Comic Con promo?
Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
I'll see you guys later, peace out, bye.

ANR Interview #4 - Alan Mulally - ex President and CEO Ford Motor Company & Boeing - Duration: 30:31.
thank you Alan, thank you for being with us today
you're welcome Antonio. I I'm pleased to be with you and I also am an admirer
of your work to capture project and program management. Thank You Alan!
Let me start quickly on a bit of your trajectory, and everybody knows what
you've achieved. But when you were a kid, did you want to be the CEO of Boeing?
and then later of Ford? what did you want to be when you were a kid?
Well one of the things I wanted to be was an astronaut ! and when I was in high school,
first part of college, President Kennedy announced that we're gonna go to the
Moon! And they were looking for some people with the right stuff to go to the
Moon, and it was very compelling to me, because he described the things we'd
learn by going to the moon, technically but also, the things that we would learn
that would help make life better on Earth. So I joined the Air Force, and I learned
to fly, and I I found out that I had a colourblindness. I wasn't qualified
because the first lunar landings were going to be manual. So I finished my
education on aeronautical and astronautical engineering, then I found
my dream to go to work as an airplane designer at Boeing.
And you made your whole career in Boeing? Yes. I had the honor to serve on
the design team for every Boeing airplane. So the 707, 727,
737, 747, 757, 767, and then they
asked me to serve as the chief engineer and the leader of the 777 airplane. And
then as the CEO of Boeing I helped launch the 787. So all the seats that are
flying in the world today over 60-70 percent of all the seats that are flying are
in a Boeing airplane. So it's quite an honor to get people together around the
world. What an achievement !! Alan, that means that you've been
leading projects, a big time of your career. Was there anything you
learned what kind of approaches you were taking at Boeing. Can you tell us a bit
more about that? Oh, sure. So I've summarized all the lessons I've learned
on the the simple document that I sent to you, and it is titled "Skilled and
Motivated Teams Working Together Principles and Practices", and everything
that I've learned, over the last 37 years at Boeing and also 8
years at Ford, are on that one piece of paper. So the the big points are is
to include everybody. It's all about people. So it's kind of
really saying "Love Them Up". Appreciate them so much because you have all these
talented people around the world they're working. Everybody needs to be included, and
come together around a compelling vision for what the airplane, or the program, or
the business is. A strategy for achieving it, and also a relentless implementation
plan. And that's where the business plan review comes from. Then of course clear
performance goals. Having one plan. Using facts and data. And the biggest one
Antonio, probably is that is that everybody, everybody knows the plan,
everybody knows the status, and everybody knows the areas needs special attention.
That's where the business plan review comes in. And then of course the
behaviors, a positive "can-do", find a way attitude, respect each other, help each
other, appreciate each other, maintain your emotional resilience, and also have
fun ! Enjoy the journey of what you're
doing and enjoy each other. And a corollary to that last one is: never
humor, Antonio, at anybody else's expense. Because what happens is that people
will go along, to get along, but when you environment where people can share the
reds and the yellows, and the areas that need special attention, and they work
together to turn the red, yellows and green. it has to be a safe environment, where people
know they're gonna be respected, and they'll be able to share what's
really going on. Because if they don't share, then you you're managing a secret.
You really can't program manager. So that's probably; having fun and enjoy
the journey on each other. That is probably the foundation for all the behaviors.
Then you set also quite ambitious goals? I think that's that's part of your
leadership, getting people focused. And a bit of pressure is always
good, I guess? Well, I think so. And it's really kind
of a positive pressure too. For example on airplanes, when you design a
new airplane. A commercial airplane has around 4 million parts and you take the
777, it's the most sophisticated product in the world, because it carries
200 to 300 people halfway around the world. It is the safest transportation
system ever. And of course you actually make these commitments to the airlines
and the traveling public and then you deliver the performance the reliability
the maintainability the produce ability the affordability. You deliver all those
commitments on a schedule, 5 years in advance. The airlines are actually paying
the progress payments along the way. They already have the tickets sold, they have
their routes all in place so you're actually creating this 4 million parts
in this airplane on a schedule that is that is like Scheduled Program
Management Innovation. So that's the pressure in itself, on the other
hand, you can imagine what that does to enable talented people to actually work
together to create this these fabulous products. One thing I noticed when I
saw some of your videos (I will share this information afterwards), you go
deep into the details as well. So you have the experts but you understand very
well the business both in Boeing and later on in Ford. The second part
which I admire is you have this business sense; you look at figures,
financials, head count, profit. Something that we don't do very often. We just
deliver, but miss that business part. Can you tell us a bit more about that
side? Sure. I think that's a great question, especially the way you
asked it, but just kind of starting at the basics the
fundamental of business the fundamental is to deliver profitable growth for all
the shareholders, all the stakeholders, not just the shareholders, but everybody
associated with the enterprise, so that like in Boeing's case, or Ford's case
that the people that drive the vehicles are right on the airplanes the customers
the airline's themselves the Ford stores around the world, also the investors are
all your partners your suppliers all the employees so the only way to have a
viable business, a sustainable business, is to create a business that is
growing profitably because then you get to continue to make the products and
services that people want and value, and you keep improving your quality and
productivity every year, so what's neat about it, it's just a design job
right? all we're doing is creating a viable business, just like we're creating
a viable airplane or viable cars and trucks. so it's not just me that knows it
but everybody on the team knows where we are on the plan to deliver profitable
growth with our products and services and where we are on our official it's
fun because now you're making great products but you're creating a business
that's sustainable this can provide great jobs for a lot of people can
contribute to the economy and contribute to energy independence and security and
sustainability. And Alan, you had to sometimes lay-off people. That's the more
difficult part, I guess. Somebody like you. What's the approach? I heard that you
try to still make it in a nice way positive way but I know you've gone
through this massively and it's a difficult part. It really is because when
you work together this way and you become very close with each other I mean
a lot of respect for and of course it's based on respect for people and respect
for each other and enjoying each other and the thing that I have found is the
most important thing is to be transparent and as honest as you can
about what the situation is. For example at Boeing, when we had the terrorist
attack of 9/11 no one none of us ever thought that a commercial airplane would
be used as a weapon we never imagined that, it completely changed our world and
those are Boeing airplanes that were involved and of course the travel
degraded tremendously after that because people were concerned and so our
production at Boeing actually went from over 680 airplanes to maybe 240 in the
following year and no company that I know of can keep going with that kind of
a throughput so we shared it with everybody we had to match our production
to the real demand and as you pointed out the only way to save the company too
was to reduce all our expenses including a lot of the members of our team on the
other hand because we did that, we saved the company, we actually continued to
invest in the new products and so now we were able to hire our employees back and
currently that is if you don't match your production to the real demand, then
you go out a bit you'll go bankrupt and you'll be out of business. So as hard as
it is, I just found that sharing it with everybody and with compassion and
thoughtfulness and empathy and helped people find other jobs and move on with
grace and then be able to come back later and do what they love doing
you are not afraid of taking the difficult decisions,
or confronting the most challenging problems. That's a characteristic
I see on you as well. I think that again it's such a roadmap but it's such
a compelling vision to create a sustainable business and so just keeping
that in mind you're only going to do that if you make products and services
that people really want and value and pay for. You can improve our quality
and our productivity every year and do that together and include everybody.
going deeper on the 777 project or program, I noticed that you
introduced - maybe was before - you engaged stakeholders in
the project, like the customers they had to put some part of the budget, the
providers too. Can you just tell us a bit more on that approach ? I think it
is fantastic. absolutely so one of the reasons I
believe that Boeing has been successful over the years is that on every airplane
program and especially on the on the 777 we've always included the airlines in
the actual design of the airplane because they have so much knowledge
about how to operate the airplane and how it's going to be used in the
reliability requirements and the maintainability requirements and how
they're going to take care of it, how they're going to fly the airplane, how
they're going to maintain the airplane so we actually invite the airlines that
want to participate in the launch of the vehicle to join the team and it's really
funny Antonio because at the first some of the airlines will say well I don't
want to be in the same room with it with our competitor and I'm going to
share all of my knowledge with you in front of the competitors that can put me
at a competitive disadvantage and I remember one of the airlines and
when the early meeting said and we had like 12 of the world's best airlines in
the same room and one of the airline leaders said, okay here's the deal, we
want to help Boeing build the best airplane in the world when we get that
best airplane in the world because we've all contributed to it then we can
compete as airlines but what we want all of us want is the best airplane in the world and
that just broke the ice from then on everybody was willing to share their
ideas from how the airplane operates how we fly the airplanes I'll
give you another example well it's a simple example in the in the
laboratory on the toilet seat it scares passengers when any kind of noise
they hear on an airplane so if the lid comes down because you're maybe hit a
little bit of rough air and it slams on the on the bowl that everybody gets
concerned so we put a little inertia reel in the back of the toilet
so the toilet seat comes down and the lid catches up with it and they both
provide very quiet service on to the bowl and people look at that and they've
told us my gosh if these Boeing engineers they pay that much
attention to that toilet, think of what the flight control system looks like and
the structures and the avionics so again the depth of the knowledge that we
were able to incorporate in that innovation by utilizing all of the
airline's best practices around the world actually
resulted in the airplane being what it is today. For me that's a game
changer in the way of doing projects Alan. What was the most difficult part in
that 777 program? what was the thing that was the toughest to come through? Well I
I don't I really think of it in those terms Antonio, because
when you operate with these principles and practices it's all out in the open
so it there's it's not a problem it's a gem when you when you when somebody has
an issue because it's a gem because now you know what the issue is and everybody
and you're also recognizing that this is an invention and it's going to be an
iterative process and that's what that's what engineering and design and
manufacturing are about so it's almost like you're legitimizing the process of
project or program management and so it's not this is all gonna go right
on the plan, it means that you have a process to cover the areas that need
special attention and you have a culture where everybody's going to share the
areas need special attention and work together it turns the red to yellows to
greens so it's almost like we can't wait to get to the business plan review every
week to see what the colors change that what we need to work on and with because
now we know that's part of the process and we have legitimized program
and project management and adapting to all of the changes that you're naturally
going to see going forward. amazing. because most
people working on projects they say yes, we have so many problems ..
and the way you look at this is so fresh and so constructive, we have
challenges but together we solve them. And that's
what that's what program and project management is about. And you can see to
your point earlier whether it's a product or whether it's managing
a business and whether it's Boeing whether it's forward whether it's your
personal life or your family life I mean it's all going to come together if we
had adopt working together principles and practices and come together on that
vision a strategy for achieving it and then that relentless implementation plan
where we deal with the issues and turn the reds to yellows the greens and
deliver all of our commitments on plan. I love that, I think this
deserves a book! Well there have been a lot of things written about it and you have if you
have our third a number of them so I think you're I the only reason I want to
support you is that you've dedicated your life to program a project
management, and I really think it's the future, and it's business, because it's
gonna be business that actually keeps us moving forward by making products and
services of people want and value.
And Alan, how do you take this approach to
Ford? a very very different business
and different culture from what I've read
very very different culture.
Antonio here's what I did
here's my working together principles and practices the same piece of paper
that you have. It's the only piece of paper that I took with me to Ford.
When Bill Ford called and asked me to join and so I started right at the
top we got I got all the team together selected business unit leaders for
around the world Asia Pacific Europe and in the United States and North and South
America and then we started the business plan review we came together around a
compelling vision and we actually decided on Henry Ford's original vision
of opening the highways to all mankind of making the best cars and trucks in
the world and making them available to everybody and then we agreed on a
strategy for achieving it, so we're going to focus on the Ford brand we divested
all the other brands that we had we agreed that we have a complete family
of vehicles from the Fiesta, the Focus, the Fusion, the Taurus, the Mustang, the Escape,
the Edge, the Flex, the Ranger, the F-series, the E-series, the transit and the
cargo, and that set of vehicles that family serves all the markets small
medium and large cars utilities and trucks around the world we also knew
that every Ford vehicle from when I got there on, would be the
best in class and quality fuel efficiency safety smart design
connectivity and we agreed we're gonna size our production to the real demand
we took out a small home improvement loan of twenty three and a half billion
dollars to finance the restructuring but also to invest in all the new cars and
trucks and most importantly we agreed that we're gonna work together as one
team worldwide all the Fords around the world we're gonna come together around
one Ford with one team and one plan to deliver profitable growth for Ford
And what was the reaction of the management team at the beginning?
well clearly we spent a lot of time man Tony was talking about these principles
of practices and that what I have found over the years the most important thing
is to spend the time to really understand not only the process a
program and project management but also the behaviors that we are going to expect of
each other the way we treat each other and so the what I found is all you
have to do is start the business plan review every week everybody's there
everybody's starting to show their part of the plan the status against the plans
and the areas need special attention and then they color code them and they
didn't know how wet that meant Antonio, how do you how do you color code a red
because in the Ford culture like a lot of companies you never bring a
problem to your supervisor unless you have a solution
so now as Deming would say you're managing a secret you have no idea
what's going on so we got it down to about 300 charts with our 12 members of
our team and it's going pretty well except
all the charts are green and they know now and I know because we've shared it
that we're gonna lose 17 billion dollars for the year in profits. I know and so I
stopped the meeting when one time and I said early on it's so you guys you
know we're gonna lose seventeen billion dollars is there anything in your area
responsibility that's not going well, that there's a problem? and of course the eye
contact goes down to the floor. Well a couple weeks later, the leader of the
Americas had a problem with the an actuator on the lift gate of the new
Edge that was being launched in Oakville Canon, he stopped production like we agreed to
only the finest quality would be delivered and then he switched the color
on his launch start to red, red for financial impact, for functionality and
for schedule compliance. Red, Red, Red. So the next day in the business plan review
everybody's connected worldwide and up comes this red chart, I mean the air was
sucked out of the room and so Mark said he has his problem he doesn't have a
solution yet but we're working on it so I started to clap and everybody in that
room Antonio, knew that was a sign that two doors behind me were gonna open up
to large human beings are gonna come in and extract him from the meeting because
he had a Red. I said "Mark that is great visibility, what can we do as a team to
help you out right away?" and Derrick Kuzak was leading manager engineering said
now I've seen that issue on such-and-such
I'll get that data over to you right away same comment from Benny Fowler
who's leading quality worldwide and then Joe Hendrick said, how was leading
manufacturing said, you know you're gonna need some manufacturing engineers you
to switch out the parts and get it going again
I'll get them identified and get them up to a fill right away and that took like
eight or nine seconds and we were on the next Green Green Green Green chart next
week they're all green again except for his one red, a chart couple weeks later
turned to yellow they had a solution couple of weeks later turn to green then
all the vehicles start flowing around the world guess what the colors of the
three hundred charts look like the following week it's not all red
because there's always a lot of things going well as you know at programs but
they let it look like a rainbow and right there Antonio they knew and I knew
that we are going to trust this process of working together and these principles
and practices and we're going to treat the issues as gems and work together to
turn the rest yellow to green and we were on our way.
Wow is like the tipping point when this happened. Exactly and whether
we had tsunamis in Asia Pacific we're half our productions under water or the
bankruptcy of our major competitors GM and Chrysler or whether we the worst
financial crisis we've ever had in the United States since the recession that
we knew that we can continue to work together and met every week and shared
the plan the status needed special attention that we are going to be ok and
we were and we didn't we were the only ones that did not ask for take a
precious taxpayer money during the worst financial crisis we've ever had. I love
this weekly meeting where you get all together. I heard that from
Steve Jobs he was doing that in Apple too. Is like something that puts people
together transparency, not hundreds of meeting but
just one very good one. That's really a good point Antonio because it's
not to solve the problem in the business plan review is to ensure that
everybody's at the table everybody is sharing their contribution their plan
for the overall plan and that everybody knows the area is a special attention
then we have four other meetings that we'll run one a week they'll deal with
the areas need special attention where we work the issue get the decisions made
and then they'll get incorporated in the business plan review I don't know very
many people that that do that or appreciate the power of that and you
want everybody on the team there is only takes two hours and we actually invite a
guest Antonio and we invite guests to sit around the room where we are and
also in all of the conference rooms around the world where everybody is
networked in so they can see it they can see they're part of it
and they can help cascade that up and down to the entire organization
I just get so excited from what you say Alan, because you're
making something that you can share where we're usually this hidden this
leaders there is all secret and you know you get guests and I can imagine this is
part of how you reach to the whole company because I know that Ford
people loved you, Boeing people loved, you so this is part of it right? Well I
think it goes absolutely Antonio, it goes back to that very first principle under
working together principles and practices people first, and that's code
for love them up. These are human beings they're talented they want to
contribute to making a cathedral not just to get a salary and they want
to they want to be appreciated for their great work and they really want to know
where are we on what is the plan where are we on the plan what can we do to
help each other accomplish these this compelling
vision and I think it's the most respectful thing you can do as a leader
in a leadership team is to create this environment it's not only smart but it's
also very healthy because all the politics go away
everybody's concerns go away because now you're celebrating the issues in a
positive way and you're making progress on creating your whatever your
compelling vision and the cathedral you're making.
Alan last question, because I could spend hours talking to you, it's all so insightful.
What would you recommend to a project manager who's or engineer who's doing projects
and what kind of skills do they need to develop to have a career path like
yours? to keep evolving? what are the skills that you see in the future?
Oh sure. Well I think appreciating the way we all grow up and in our lifelong
learning we usually have selected a technical or
a functional path it could be engineering
manufacturing finance legal communications and then over time
they'll always be opportunities for us and people want us to lead
multi-functions and so my first piece of advice is be the very best that she
can be in your functional discipline and know and then keep looking about how
your function fits into the overall business because it really is these
talented people with these diverse backgrounds and diversity on their
functions so be the best you can be and then lifelong learning over every year
or learning you're getting better and better then look for the opportunities
to help integrate the functions and then that's where you'll get into supervision
into management and just appreciate how the functions work together to create
something that neither no one function can do by itself and then really again
in tune with what the leader does and the leader is not gonna be
the expert in any one of those functions the leader now is gonna turn their
attention to what we've been talking about what is the compelling vision what's
to strategy for achieving it what's our relentless implementation plan how do
you run a business plan review it's not you talking I talked the least in a
business plan review because I'm facilitating the meeting I'm ensuring
that everybody is listening paying attention they're following the
behaviors we're getting the issues out in the open and we're getting them all
scheduled in the special attention and that is a leadership skill that every
one of us can learn and it's not widely taught and so you combine that
with fun fundamental program and project management skills and you can use it
whether it's a project or a program or it's a business or it's a CEO or some
countries working together those principles and practices are working
together are good for everything and that would be that be the things that I
would stress if you if you like doing this kind of work and it is really
really fun as you know. Yeah. Well Alan, I don't want to take too much time.
When I listen to you, you know in the 90s people were talking about
Jack Welsh at GE, what I see is that the new leader, the new CEO, he/she should be
like you Alan, it's the future, it's putting people together, being
transparent, creating the culture, being focused on execution
I think you are the Jack Welsh of our times. Well Antonio, that's very nice of
you to say
a few things I learned from my Mother: one is
the purpose of life, she used to tell me, every day, now remember the purpose of
life is to love and be loved in that order and then the next day Antonio
she'd say well you remember that you know to serve is to live and then the
next day she'd say well honey it's nice to be important but it's more important
to be nice. so it really is about talented people working together and
you know doing something for the good, for the greater good.
Thank you very much Alan! You're welcome. Thank you. Keep leading!

here he is
this time with green Mayfly
and another beautiful fish
so beautiful
release
one more
so what I am doing?
I am casting to the rocks
and I let the lure fall from the rock to the water
or cast near shore, there we have like 10cm to 20 cm deep
and fish are there eating bugs who fall into the water
this rocks here are great and usually I got lot´s of fish here
so small
Sardine
passed a boat
passed a boat and now is full of waves so
I cast the other rod with my Ribworm while are waves
because Barbels go out of shore when we have waves
so to maximize my time I am fishing for Zander / Walleye
I got this small Zander / Walleye
I got one more
looks like a Bass
no, is another Zander / Walleye
bit bigger
and another
and three
and four...
nothing like pausing Barbel fishing
fish some of this and now go back to Barbel
I got one more hour of fishing
and this moment there are no waves so I will end Zander / Walleye fishing
let´s take some more Barbel
small one
and release
there is one there
he got the lure
damn
did not set the hook
my bad
there he goes
let´s try to go to the middle
another beautiful fish
this is very fat
very healthy

STOP Dropshipping S**t On Shopify – How I'm AVERAGING $422.95 Orders! - Duration: 15:08.
People just need to stop selling shit on Shopify. When I woke up this morning...I'm
gonna go straight into and show you guys and focuses I got a shop fire I made
four hundred thirty two dollars and twenty-five cents
four hundred thirty two dollars and twenty five cents I made that much when
I woke up guys before I even did anything my day I made that much money
and that's more money that most people make in one day in their full-time jobs
and this is the definition of making money while you sleep so now I'm going
to tell you exactly what I mean if you keep watching by stop selling shit and
I'm telling you how you can maximize your sales while minimizing the amount
of effort you put into your store so let's go if you're an OG and you've been
following on this channel for quite some time now then you would know that I run
multiple drop shipping stores so like I said if you've watched my first video
you would know that my first store made me ten thousand dollars in my first week
in that store I still actively manage and stowing well its remaining strong
this specific store however $432 I made this morning
I don't even actively manage I haven't touched that store in quite some time
yet it manages to pull in some decent side pocket money without doing anything
literally passively and how do I do this it's because firstly I've created a
brand and secondly I've managed SEO in a way that it calls organic traffic for
free through things like Google and Bing but hang on that's not what I meant when
I said stop drop shipping this shit so when I say that I'm gonna give you some
context before we move on with this video I'm gonna jump to my laptop here
and quickly give you more context on this store itself and the cell itself to
get your head around it so let's go okay so I'm gonna reset the date to
specifically today obviously they'll show you that is this morning so if I
reset to today
and show you specifically so here you can see 400 $32.25 made literally at
3:00 a.m. while sleeping and most of all as you can see there's very minimal
traffic coming on to the store but yet the conversion rate is extremely high on
a weekly basis weekly saw seven visitors today and that equates to a fourteen
point nine fourteen point two nine percent conversion rate now the industry
average for an e-commerce store is three to four percent conversion rate so this
is very very high and I usually only see a handful of purchases a week for this
store but bear in mind I don't spend a single cent or a minim of my time trying
to get these sales so you know best of all these sales are almost always above
$100 so the only expense is the product cost itself via Aliexpress or Amazon or
Ebay so it's a very handy income stream having several hundred dollars coming in
profit coming in each and every week at random without having to invest any of
my time into the store and another reason why the conversion rate is so
high is because it's off organic traffic so in other words if you're accustomed
to digital marketing you would understand that organic and search
traffic is lower funnel so in other words they have intent to have intent to
purchase because they're searching specifically for that keyword that
interest keyword that product keyword and as you can tell here fourteen
percent conversion rate is very high for a store and you know I've got very high
ticket item you know that sort of money you can supplement your income stream
while working a full nine-to-five job for example that could even supplement a
high school student you know you don't need to be building a huge store ok now
that you've got more context on that specific sell in that specific store I'm
going to tell you how to replicate what I've done here and replicate meaning how
to create a store that can create site income for you think about marketing
strategies and one that I recommend is if you're selling item
like $20 $50 anything under $100 then you need to be thinking about how you
can sell multiple items or multiple variations of that product rather than
making one cell per order because look you're going to take forever to create a
profitable Shopify store if you're only selling one product and you've only got
one winning item you simply need to think about marketing strategies and one
that has worked really well for me is buy one get one free or buy one get 25%
50% off discount for your next two or three orders so that specific order you
saw there buy two and get another two at half-price essentially and that has
worked really well for me in terms of yeah you might not get as many orders
but you know as a side store I don't really mind because if I'm making one
cell like that every week that's already $500 right there without any sort of
advertising spent so that was pure profit there you need to start thinking
outside the box rather than just discounts just sales just free delivery
that sort of stuff my other recommendation is high ticket items and
now I told one of my students this focus on the high ticket items although the
buying process is longer the buyer journey is longer it is way more worth
your time than selling peski $10 bracelets so things like I'm talking
about big-ticket items that are literally anything over $100 but ideally
you know 200 300 400 dollars even $1000 if you can manage so with that being
said I'm going to jump back onto my laptop here and go on to things like
Aliexpress and Amazon yes Amazon and show you exactly how I go about finding
these high ticket items and on top of that showing you how to implement those
marketing strategies that I mentioned previously around buy one get one free
buy one get 50% off all that sort of stuff I'm going to show you how so let's
go and get back into it so I have quite a few value bombs to share with you
right now so I'm gonna get suck straight into it and the first thing I want to
show you is the viability of drop shipping expensive large items because a
lot of people are thinking dropshipping very small very minimal
items but I'm here to show you that it is possible and it is very effective so
I'm leaving a few examples here I'm just gonna search for Electric skateboards
and this came to my mind because I'm a big fan of KC Meister
you don't know him he's a big YouTube blogger and essentially he always skates
on these bad boys here and as you can see you know you're looking at a quite a
large you know it is expensive that touches these items but from memory when
looking at these retail I know these sort of skateboards go for thousands of
dollars I'm talking one thousand two thousand dollars so if you're able to
purchase it at 150 300 US dollars look the profit margins are really high right
so that's one of the big things with dropshipping high ticket items it's the
fact that yeah they're larger more expensive but the N which means more
risk how about however that being said
generally the more reward and so you're gonna know that if something happens
with the item if it's lost in transit damaged etc then that's the risk right
and as you can see here they won't offer a packet because obviously guys it's not
the size that's within the e packet measures so you need to go for let's
just say we're shipping to the United States so UPS that's crazy guys it's
completely free shipping for such a large item and your shipping UPS you
have to understand here guys that this is a very good offer right here and that
high-tech item a really good idea and a good adventure to get into because as
you can see as as it shows in this specific example and I just stumbled
upon this right now literally free shipping by the United States via UPS
UPS is such a fast career in the States and look as you can see here a cement
delivery time it's five to nine days guys this is crazy I'm actually getting
excited myself because this is a really good product find this is amazing we
interrupt this program to bring you a special report the item cost is
quite high up front but if you can market this correctly market to the
right niche then you've got a valuable product here which can mock up so high
and delivery options are really good here but you can't expect a packet free
shipping across the board for large items so that being said guys you know
like I said the profit margin offsets a lot of problems that come with high
ticket items and you know cost per acquisition budget gets a lot more room
so you can spend more on Facebook ads for example I'm gonna go on to Amazon
because Amazon is another good Avenue and if you don't know how to drop ship
from Amazon I've been doing this for a while now so I know this works and if
you're interested on how to drop ship with Amazon then head on to my other
video I'm gonna put a link right here in this video right now if you're
interested but anyway that's besides the point for this video I'm gonna show you
another example let me think of I'm gonna go with baby strollers top of my
head again so I don't know why I picked this but I know that baby shoulders are
somewhat somewhat expensive so as you can see here
I know these go for five hundred two thousand dollars I don't have a baby
myself but I just know random things so again guys like as you can see the
prices here are really good in terms of markup the potential is there and and
the biggest thing with drops are being hired to get items is the fact that
customer lifetime value tends to be higher for such products like these if
you're shipping quality stuff and if you're gonna Amazon
it is usually quality stuff targeting is so much more easier as well so
interest-based targeting works exceptionally well for high ticket
products if you find the right audience so you know thinking on my top of my
head it'd be young families the 20 to 30 bracket that have just had baby recently
that in the market looking for a baby stroller it's that simple so those are
the two options I'm just gonna go over but as you can see the viability of
dropshipping high ticket items is amazing yes there are risks involved
include shipping you know refunds and stuff like
that and cashflow is a big one cash flow if you don't have the money upfront to
invest in purchasing these products first before shop fight pays you out
then you're gonna have an issue cash flows gonna be an issue for you so make
sure that you have enough money to purchase a few of these to ship off your
customers you first view customers before you get payments coming out from
PayPal or Shopify payments or whatever it is okay so the second part of this
video is this specific app here this magical app has worked so well for me
and this is the boost sales app up beat Keating and it is a paid app but you can
cover the cost of the app on a monthly basis ten twenty thirty times if you're
selling items that are fifty dollars or above honestly you guys the ability to
literally boost sales with this app is pretty amazing and to work the wall for
me in the past so if you follow the links down below in the description box
you're going to get access to this 14-day free trial so you're gonna land
on this page here and just click try it for free
now and we're not going to show you how to set up the authors and how to set up
the app itself because this is gonna be a very long video otherwise but if you
have any issues let me know in the comments down below so once you hit in
sign up you're gonna hit up this page here and my recommendation is to go with
a ninja version because with the starter version it is very limited and you're
not going to get the option to bundle up or upsell cross-sell via offering free
free purchases off the back of another purchase or buy one get one free offers
that sort of stuff because you will need the function of discount bundles and so
this is my recommendation and how it looks like once you've said it all life
is essentially it sort of looks like this let's just say that you've got a
high ticket item here and it's like joiners dollars or whatever it is and if
you buy two you get two free you can literally do that and if you hit Add to
Cart there'll be a pop-up just like so and you can completely customize it so
they would definitely see this pop-up come up before they even able to
checkout so from here and you can to ask hey are you do you want another
free product just buy this get one free or hey add another one to your cart and
you'll get two for free or whatever the offer is that you want to put out there
it depends on your marketing strategy you can set this up very easily and very
attractively through the baqi ting app so again if you go through to checkout
they're gonna get the same exact message so you click checkout here they're gonna
pop up with again yeah that did not work so I'm assuming that it's because I
already added it to the basket many times but usually if you click checkout
here there's another pop-up box with your offer or buy one get one free
whatever it is and it's gonna show them again so just to push them to add a
different product to their cart so it's a multiple purchase cart and that's how
you're gonna make a lot of profit really quickly even if it's off one order of
two orders a week so there we have it guys that is it that's the app that's
the strategy go on to Amazon go into al Express and find those hot ticket items
and employ this for strip specific cross-sell up-sell marketing strategy
but there we have it guys high tech items and marketing strategies that you
can deploy via that app right now today any Shopify store so you can also be
making that passive income while you wake up just like that four hundred
thirty two dollars this morning and I'm really curious how much success you see
when you drop shipping store at the moment are you seeing some psy passive
income how much is it where you want to be at let me know down comments below
I'm always really curious but as always guys thanks for watching and keep on
hustling

Top 10 Scary Clown Urban Legends - Duration: 10:59.
How's it going on YouTube?
Welcome back to another most amazing video.
I'm your host Landon Dowlatsingh and before we get started I want to know, what was your
scariest nightmare?
Let me know your answers in the comment section below.
And be sure to stay till the end of this video because I will be replying to a bunch of your
comments.
A lot of people are absolutely terrified of clowns.
I don't blame them.
There is just something about a clown's face that gives me the creeps.
It doesn't help that there are a lot of horror movies that have killer clowns in them.
So, let's take a look at the top 10 scary clown urban legends.
Starting off this list in at number 10 is Chicago's Homey the clown.
There was a ton of rumors about a clown who would lure children into his white van near
schools.
So many people in Chicago began to believe that these rumors were true, and some of them
even reported seeing Homey the clown to the police but he was never caught.
According to this urban legend, Homey was a kidnapper and rapist who enjoyed dressing
in a clown costume because he wanted children to trust him.
Homey was always nearby and you couldn't walk home without seeing his creepy white
van following you home.
Because of this urban legend, so many parents took time off from work to pick up their kids
from school because they didn't want them to get abducted and murdered by Homey the
clown.
Ronald McDonald dolls peep into number 9.
Yeah, I think it's safe to say that Ronald McDonald is a creepy looking doll and I would
never want to meet him in real life.
But according to this story, a man and his wife were driving on a deserted road in the
middle of nowhere when they saw something really terrifying.
In the middle of the street, they saw dozens of creepy looking Ronald McDonald dolls scattered.
This incident took place around midnight and apparently this is a very popular scheme used
by gangs, abductors, and rapists to lure women out of their cars.
Strangely enough, all of these dolls disappeared the next morning without a trace.
I'm pretty sure if I was a woman and I saw these creepy dolls on the road, I definitely
wouldn't get out.
If anything, I would put my foot on the gas peddle and motor out of there.
A clown armed with a gun fires into number 8.
There are a bunch of stories about a crazed maniac dressed like a clown who would knock
on people's doors.
He would be carrying a bouquet of flowers and two silver balloons, so surely you would
want to open the door for him.
Or would you…Once you open the door, he would shoot you point blank in the forehead
with a .38 caliber revolver.
This clown doesn't seem too friendly, does he?
Well once this urban legend gained popularity, a real-life copycat murderer decided to try
this out for himself.
The mystery of this crazed killer clown remains a mystery to this day.
Number 7 we have The clown doll.
There is a very scary looking clown doll named Vincent Hitchcock who is said to be possessed
by a spirit of a child.
A woman from Oregon first discovered this scary doll in an online auction and she collects
creepy things so she added this doll to her collection for $500.
Shortly after she placed Vincent in a corner of the room, she began to experience strange
things around her home.
Sometimes the clown would be in a different position or he would be missing.
Other times Vincent would blink his eyes and watch her as she slept.
She left a tape recorder next to him and when she went to listen to it, she heard "I'm
going to kill you."
Well, then…I would tie Vincent to a bowling ball and drop him in a river that was 100
miles away from my house and I would never buy creepy dolls ever again.
Killer clown chain e-mail makes it into number 6.
A chain letter or e-mail is a message that tries to convince the reader to forward the
letter to as many people as possible.
Originally chain letters were sent through the mail, but now with the internet, they
are becoming highly circulated through e-mail as well.
So, there was one version of a killer clown chain e-mail that warns the person that if
they don't send this e-mail to 10 other people within 5 minutes, the clown will be
standing next to your bed at 3am with a knife in his hand.
Well, that's probably the creepiest thing I have ever heard in a while.
If I got this e-mail I would send it to twenty people just to make sure.
The scary clown statue haunts us in at number 5.
This creepy urban legend goes something like this.
A teenage girl was babysitting for a family one night.
The parents had a huge collection of clown memorabilia, statues, and figurines so they
decided to put all of their clown things into one room.
This story is already scaring me.
So, after the parents left, the children and the babysitter were playing in the clown room.
A lot of those clowns were just statues and some were even life-sized.
There was one creepy clown that was sitting in the rocking chair and the babysitter felt
as though his eyes were following her as she moved around the room.
She called the parents to ask if she could move the clown in the rocking chair to another
room because it was scaring the kids and the parents said to get out of the house immediately
and to go to the neighbor's house.
Frightened and confused, the babysitter grabbed the kids and ran to the neighbor's house.
The parents later explained that they were being stalked by a mentally ill man for quite
some time and he really wanted to hurt this family.
One time he even snuck into their house and tried to kidnap the children but failed.
And now this time, he dressed up in a clown costume, painted his face and waited patiently
until he had the opportunity to kill them.
Hmm, haven't you ever heard of investing into a heavy-duty alarm system?
Next in at number 4 is Zozzaby the stinky clown.
This urban legend focuses on the true story of Frederick Zozzaby who was a clown that
tragically committed suicide but legend has it that his ghost remains on Earth, haunting
poor, innocent children.
A pair of brothers woke up in the middle of the night because they heard extremely creepy
laughter.
Once they opened their eyes, they saw a tall man dressed in a one-piece maroon suit and
a painted-on clown face standing in their doorway.
If that's not scary enough, the clown moved closer to their beds and his face had a crooked
nose, hallow black eyes, and heavy clown makeup.
This ghost is said to be extremely evil and if you look into his eyes, you will die.
Oh, and you can tell it's the ghost of Zozzaby because he leaves a terrible odor behind that
smells like embalming fluid.
Creepy clowns hiding in the woods is in at number 3.
According to the urban legend, a mother returns home from work and her youngest son said that
he has seen a bunch of clowns whispering in the woods near their apartment complex.
He said that he could hear them laughing and they were trying to get him to come into the
woods to play with them.
Initially, the mother just brushes this off and blames it on his wild imagination but
later that night, her oldest son said that he heard chains rattling and banging on the
front door.
And when he looked through the peephole, he saw a white painted face with a big red nose
and devil looking eyes.
Apparently, a lot of local children went missing in this area because the killer clowns in
the woods convinced them to come and play with them.
Now in at number 2 The phantom clowns.
In this urban legend, clowns are driving in vans that are painted in either black or blue
and they were known to abduct and murder children in the neighborhood.
Most of these phantom clown rumors mostly circulated around young children who have
even claimed that they have seen these clown vans lurking near their school and homes.
Investigators couldn't find any evidence of killer clowns in vans who abducted children
so that's where the name phantom clowns come from.
But those who have seen the vans with killer clowns inside have also seen them with swords,
knives, and guns.
And anyone who was brave enough to look inside of the van was never seen or heard from again.
Finally in at our number 1 spot is Pogo the killer clown.
In Chicago, Illinois, there was a charismatic man who dressed up as Pogo the clown at charitable
events such as fundraisers, parades and children's parties.
But he had a sinister agenda.
He would lure children into his house with the promise of giving them candy, presents
or money.
Once inside, he would abuse them both physically and mentally.
He was an evil clown who sexually assaulted, tortured and murdered at least 33 teenage
boys and young men.
He would bury his victims in the crawl space of his home and continue to perform at children's
parties dressed as Pogo the clown.
Does this urban legend sound familiar?
What if I told you that this actually happened, and pogo the clown was actually John Wayne
Gacy.
Yep, this killer clown really did exist until he was executed by lethal injection back in
1994.
This is exactly why I don't trust clowns.
Well, there you guys have it…

Weird Things You Didn't Know About The Food Network - Duration: 6:31.
The Food Network has been on the air for more than two decades, churning out drool-worthy
dishes for the home-cooking masses and launching the careers of dozens of celebrity chefs in
the process.
Behind all the recipes and star-studded kitchens, you might be surprised to learn some strange
facts about everyone's favorite food channel.
Your beloved cooking shows might not be exactly what they seem, and what goes on behind the
scenes might not be what you'd expect.
"Don't worry about it."
In 1997, hosts on Two Hot Tamales walked viewers
through a traditional Latin recipe when things suddenly got a little too hot.
Inexplicably, the feed switched to several seconds of an adult film before the screen
went blank, and although an engineer attempted to switch to to a backup feed, that tape also
contained salacious material.
The X-rated footage aired for a solid minute before returning to the regularly scheduled
programming.
The hosts released a statement saying: "We were stunned and dismayed.
We have a broad viewing audience that we really care about and we hate to think of the shock
or embarrassment this may have caused any of our viewers."
It was never discovered who switched the feed.
When you're in the comfort of your own kitchen
you might sneak a taste of sauce and reuse the spoon or stick your finger into the frosting.
But when you're on television, that's not a good look, and a study by Texas Tech University
proved just how unsanitary your favorite Food Network personalities can be.
The study looked at 17 food safety and handling habits in an analysis of 49 episodes of five
different shows.
They identified only 118 positive food safety measures, compared to an overwhelming 460
poor food handling incidents.
Paula Deen's show, Paula's Home Cooking, won the award for the most negative behaviors,
thanks in large part due to one bad habit.
The southern chef licked her fingers more than 20 times during the analysis.
Not exactly a squeaky clean performance.
"It's just tongue titillating."
Think the celeb chefs featured on your favorite
cooking shows are doing all the work themselves?
Think again.
Rob Bleifer, the executive chef of the Food Network Kitchen revealed:
"People don't realize how many hands are involved even before [the on-air chefs] touch the food."
It's in the five kitchens at the Food Network studios where all the ingredients are prepped,
partially completed dishes are made to swap out during segments, and every detail of every
show is organized.
But it isn't like the on-screen chefs aren't working hard.
Of cooking on TV, executive culinary producer Jill Novatt said:
"You need to really actually cook, while listening to the culinary producer whispering in your
ear telling you to smile and to move your hand because it's blocking the celery, all
while you also have to pay attention to the studio director on the floor who is pointing
to which camera you have to face."
Watching chefs compete on television can be
downright nerve wracking.
The surprise ingredients…
"HAMBURGER!" ...the drama, the mishaps.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, these shows blur the lines when it comes to certain aspects of
reality.
According to an ABC News report, Iron Chefs are actually selected in advance, and two
of the three chefs lurking in the dark are just stand-ins.
And competitors are given three possibilities for the secret ingredient ahead of time, which
allows the show to stock their pantries accordingly.
As for all that cattiness between contestants?
One Redditor who says they filmed an episode of a pastry competition show says it's all
in the editing, revealing: "They sit you down to interview you and don't
let you go until they get something they can edit to sound badly."
Another Redditor, who says they worked as an intern on a Food Network reality show,
says you can also blame editing for the seemingly rushed finish, sharing:
"You can always have the countdown put over footage of a contestant making the final touches,
even if those final touches were done 5 minutes before time was up."
And a culinary assistant on Cupcake Wars claims those inexplicable mishaps were intentional
sabotages, alleging that if the oven wasn't hot enough, it was actually due to a camera
man purposely turning it down.
How's that for reality?
"I'm beyond freaking out."
For all of the criticism Guy Fieri receives,
his show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives has quite the positive impact on the restaurants featured.
Restaurant owner Griffin Bufkin told Thrillist: "[Fieri] told us to be ready for a 200 percent
increase in business.
Believe it or not, that's what happened.
And it really hasn't stopped ever since."
From taping to airing, there's about a six month lag, but once it hits, it hits big.
And because the network reruns shows, the restaurants experience regular upswings in
business.
Another featured owner, Sarah Sanneh, explained: "We can always tell the day after our episode
has been re-run.
Like, all of a sudden we'll be slammed on some random Tuesday, then we'll realize, 'Oh,
they just replayed our show.
[…] That makes sense.'"
That's unsurprising given the people who seem to really love Fieri and the show.
According to Allen Salkin's tell-all book, From Scratch: Inside the Food Network, billionaire
hedge fund manager Steven A. Cohen forked over a boatload of cold, hard cash to pal
around Connecticut with Fieri for day, playing out his fantasy episode of Diners, Drive-Ins
and Dives.
"This is ridiculous."
Believe it or not, some of the biggest criticism of Food Network stars comes from other Food
Network personalities.
For example, it turns out Martha Stewart is a bit threatened by her competitors — or
at least that's the way she's portrayed with respect to Barefoot Contessa Ina Garten in
Allen Salkin's book, which alleges Stewart changed her mind after producing a pilot for
Garten.
The book reports: "[Stewart was] unhappy that another woman
was going to be the star of a show produced by her company."
What's more, the book alleges she went so far as to destroy all evidence the pilot happened.
Stewart reportedly told her team: "I don't want to be representing Ina.
I don't want this shown.
I want the tapes of this whole series destroyed."

Brightboot - World's First Hi-viz Safety Boot - Duration: 4:48.
so I've come to the safety and health expo at the excel in London today to
have a look at what new products are on the market in particular there's lots of
work where health and safety products here of course and but having had a
quick look around one absolute standout product was the Brightboot which is
launched yesterday said brand-new product yesterday and apparently a real
huge success so I'm going to go meet Dean from Brightboot
for you to find out all about it
and these were launched yesterday were they listening these aren't the world's
first okay okay I'm what we've done is we've taken what
has been an existing country boot turned it into a safety boot and incorporates
it 360 degree hi-viz we've projected the design we've
patented it there's no metal in it it meets the satchel safety standards we're
now BSIF accredited supplier okay within the safety industry and day two
has been crazier than day one that's the only way I can describe it occurs
has it exceeded your expectations I'm not interested yet from Heathrow Airport
ground crew ground staff construction Morrison's utilities
South Africa Qatar where they work at night because is too hard to work in the
day yeah and so now literally would with the
various colors and styles we will look into every industry and and what we're
actually going to do is is produce via nuances with with the product to ensure
that it matches the the requirement of this specific industry say for example
atomic okay we've found the you know one of the problems that
we've been working on the roads have where they were working with hot tarmac
is a can go inside the boat okay so we're going to develop we have developed
sort of fire retardant sleeve that goes inside and stitched inside the boat and
it fits snugly around the legs there's no aggressive any foreign bodies or
anything like that we're looking at laces now we've got laces and zips with
waterproof lining inside so there's still 100 simple waterproof but for
mining and oil rigs right okay American people get hold of these how do you
distribute them the count of the moment are October October right we currently
have UK distribution with Burton report yeah okay and everything in the UK is
going to go through them and from there you know we're taking on
the distribution throughout the globe since yesterday morning
wow it's been approached yeah brilliant exciting stuff so um can we just have a
quick look at some of the features of sure yeah yeah yeah so what we have is a
non-slip heat-resistant salt yeah which is also oil resistant okay anti-static
as well okay and then within here is is there's ten layers okay Wow which
basically is waterproofing is antibacterial has got a kevlar insole
with the Kevlar in so we have a composite okay we're also incorporating
metatarsal support in here using ballistic materials yep also
achilles and ankle support go forward as it stands at the moment those ten layers
ensure so increasing productivity for people on in the industry okay they're
not uncomfortable and he's like wearing a pair of slippers and there's no matter
what anyone says until they put them on they don't relapse yeah yeah we have a
two millimeter air mesh layer inside that ensures that there's airflow
constantly around the boot if it's hot introduce
pull there if it's cold he was the hot air rotating around the boot as well so
these will suit anyone does minus 25 degrees Celsius Wow and keep your feet
warm incorporating the high visibility as well anti entanglement apply
invisibility loop to pull the boot on they're just really really pumped
amazing okay well thank you very much Dean you're welcome clearly the boots to
be seen in and thank you for watching bye-bye

Meghan Markle's Best Beauty Looks - Duration: 8:12.
Meghan Markle's Best Beauty Looks
Meghan Markles wedding hair and makeup may have been one of her most celebratory beauty moments, but shes been giving us plenty of inspiration throughout her career.
She perfected her signature side part and glowing base as Rachel Zane on Suits, but that wasnt the beginning of her beauty experimentation. On the red carpet, Rachel has tried it all: sunlit bronzer, golden cat-eyes, and glossy lips.
And while, as a royal, there are certain beauty rules that Meghan has to follow (including no bright nail polish, no heavy eyeshadow, and no shiny lipgloss), she continues delivering some of our favorite looks.
Scroll through to see Meghans beauty style evolve over time, and keep an eye out for her favorite product recommendations along the way. Well be trying these immediately.
More than a decade before she was royalty, Meghan Markle landed one of her first gigs as a briefcase opener on Deal or No Deal.
Her early 00s look featured a signature side part (complete with side bangs), big barrel curls, and a high-shine lipgloss.
In 2010, Meghan played up her California Girl roots with dark blonde highlights and a luminous glow. She added a little sparkle on her eyes, cheeks, and lips for the prettiest finishing touch.
In 2011, she paired her chestnut waves with a center part, subtle smoky eye, and voluminous lashes. Matching, coral-toned blush and gloss completed the look.
For someone who tends to stick with a neutral palette, this purple shadow was a total departure from Meghans usual look.
She framed her eyes with XL lashes (probably care of her favorite mascara, Diorshow Iconic), and pulled her hair into a sleek ponytail to put the focus on her smoky lids.
At the 2012 GQ Men of the Year party, she rocked a bronzed contour and a golden smoky eye, plus deep brunette waves.
Meghan showed up to a 2013 event in Los Angeles with a sleek style and peachy gloss. She emphasized her cheek bones with a bronzer-blush combo, and added some serious shimmer to her base.
Meghan complemented the vintage vibes of her outfit with some 60s-inspired beauty. Her hair was parted on the side and styled into a barrel curls, and she kept the rest of her look golden and glowy.
Long before she was making headlines with her signature messy bun, Meghan wore the evening version to the 2013 New York Film Festival. She paired her elegant updo with a glossy lip and a smudged-out cat eye.
Yet another take on the classic bun! Meghan rocked a sideswept version of the do at an event in London in 2013.
To keep her skin looking matte under the bright camera lights on the red carpet during her acting days, she often relied on Makeup Forevers HD Powder.
Whenever Meghan wanted to switch things up with a smoky eye, there was one product she knew she could rely on. If Im going to amp it up for night, then I use M.A.C.
Teddy eyeliner, which is a really beautiful brown that has some gold in it, she told Allure. A makeup artist I work with often, Kayleen McAdams, turned me on to it. Its what she uses on Sofia Vergara..
Tousled hair! Dewy skin! A mauve smoky eye! Meghans look at the 2015 Vogue Fashion Fund Awards was a fresh take on her usual go-to red carpet style.
Instead of her usual sheer gloss, the Duchess-to-be opted for a matte red lip for a Suits event in early 2016. Aside from the vibrant lipstick, the rest of her makeup was minimal and glowy.
For Meghan and Harrys engagement photos, the bride-to-be went more minimal than ever with her makeup — and had one very important requirement for the look.
Every time Id do her makeup, shed say, Can we just make sure my freckles are peeking through? I dont want a ton of foundation, her makeup artist, Lydia Sellers told PopSugar, adding that she is so confident with herself and her look, and she sticks with that..
In March, 2018, Meghan made headlines when she appeared at an official visit with Prince Harry rocking a messy bun, which reportedly broke royal protocol.
However, in her subsequent steps into the royal spotlight, she made it very clear that her favorite hairstyle was here to stay.
As she got ready to become an official royal, Meghan opted for a more neutral palette than she had at past red carpet events. My routine is very simple — I call it the five-minute face, she told Allure in 2014.
For her wedding day, Meghan stuck with the same fresh-faced makeup that has become her signature.
We focused on the eyes because theyre so expressive and her favorite feature, so we wanted to give them the attention they deserve to compliment everything else, her longtime friend and makeup artist Daniel Martin told Brides.
Creating the look required a surprisingly minimal amount of products: Waterproof mascara, lash accents on her outer corners, and filled-in brows, he said, and used lip balm instead of a stick or gloss to create a healthy moisturized lip. And of course, hairstylist Serge Normant framed her face with — what else? — a center-parted bun.
For her first official appearance as the Duchess of Sussex (and as Prince Harrys wife!) Meghan topped her low side-bun with a traditional British fascinator and dewy skin.
Some of her favorite products include Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder for exfoliation, Jan Mari glycolic serum for a glowy post-cleanse boost, and Revitalash to keep her lashes as long.
Same hat, different look! Meghan swapped her signature low bun for a set of loose waves, and matched her understated blush and lipgloss to the exact pale pink of her dress.
For an official visit with Queen Elizabeth, Meghan opted for a classic blowout. However, she received criticism on Twitter for the look not being windproof after it blew into her face during an event. Personally, we think she looks amazing.

Understanding Credit Scores in 2018 | DLC YouTube - Duration: 1:11.
What is a credit score? When a consumer applies for credit, lenders want to know
what risks they take by loaning money. A credit score helps lenders evaluate a
credit report. It is a number that summarizes credit risk based on a snapshot
of a credit report. Ultimately credit scores influence the credit that's
available in the terms that the lenders may offer. What is a good credit score?
FICO scores have the 300 to 850 score range. The higher the score the lower the
risk but there is no magic number whether a specific person will be a "good" or
"bad" customer. While many lenders use FICO scores to help them make lending
decisions, each lender has his own strategy including the level of risk
it finds acceptable for a given credit product. How can you improve your credit
score? Make healthy repayment habits such as paying your bills on time, getting
current with missed payments, keeping balances low by paying off debt rather
than moving it around. Don't close unused credit cards and
don't open unneeded credit accounts. Be smart about your credit. Be sure to join

The Untold Truth Of William and Kate's Marriage - Duration: 6:09.
Despite all the pomp and circumstance surrounding the royal life and a wedding watched by billions
the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are refreshingly normal.
Still, the royals are nothing if not private, so let's dig into a few of the lesser known
details of their romance.
Here's the untold truth about Prince William and Kate Middleton's marriage.
Wedding broadcast
Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding was one of the most highly anticipated events
in royal family history.
Complete with a celebrity guest list, lavish trappings, and most of the family traditions
upheld, the live-televised nuptials were a spectacle to behold.
And behold it the world did, to the tune of approximately two billion viewers.
The wedding day, April 29th, 2011, was officially marked on the calendar by then-Prime Minister
David Cameron, who said,
"We want to mark the day as one of national celebration a public holiday will ensure the
most people possible will have a chance to celebrate on the day."
According to "royals expert" Katie Nicholl, the idea for the national holiday was all
Will and Kate.
She told Good Morning America:
"They wanted a Friday.
They wanted a spring wedding and they wanted to give the country a day off."
Is there anything in the world more regal than having the power to grind a nation's
economy to a halt so people can watch you get married on TV?
That's some serious power right there.
Media blackout
Speaking of the power of the royal family, there was a very good reason that Prince William
and Kate Middleton's college courtship wasn't daily tabloid fodder.
According Julian Knight, a schoolmate who spoke with CNN, the way Will and Kate avoided
the glare of the spotlight was through a "media blackout" arranged between the press and the
crown.
The fledgling lovers were able to go out on dates without a trail of paparazzi following
them.
That's not to say that the press wasn't ravenous for details of Will's college life.
According to Knight, reporters invaded campus on graduation day, when the so-called gentlemen's
agreement ended.
Oh well, all good things end eventually, right?
Rocky slopes
There haven't been many bumpy waves on the pleasure cruise that is Prince William and
Kate Middleton's marriage.
However, during a Spring 2017 ski trip in Switzerland, William seemed intent on testing
those waters.
According to Vanity Fair, William ditched Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey
to hit the Swiss slopes with some guy friends.
While there, someone recorded him "dad dancing" and "putting his hand on the waist of a mystery
woman" while partying at a nightclub.
Kate was said to be "less than pleased" that while she was home tending to the kids, William
was allegedly getting day-wasted with an Australian model.
Neither Will nor Kate ever publicly addressed the scandal, but we imagine there was plenty
spoken about it within the walls of Kensington Palace.
Royal BFFs?
Though the royals are notoriously tight-lipped when it comes to speaking about each other
in the press, Prince Harry and Kate Middleton have let a few words slip.
In June 2016, Harry told Newsweek that Kate is "the big sister he never had."
"She's a fantastic girl she really is my brother is very lucky and she is very lucky for my
brother and I think the two of them are a perfect match."
In April 2017, Kate called Harry "brilliant" and agreed that he was a "hero" for his public
statements about dealing with his mental health struggles.
Of course, close watchers of the royal family have also picked up on many more instances
of the warm dynamic between the in-laws over the years.
The Daily Mail alone cites "the London Olympics, weddings, Trooping the Colour, or even somber
events like the World War I centenary commemorations in Belgium in 2014" as times when Harry and
Kate were obviously getting on quite well.
Morning sickness streak
As if giving birth to the future heir to the throne wasn't pressure enough, Kate suffered
from severe morning sickness with all three of her pregnancies.
Kate even needed to receive IV fluids to avoid dehydration.
As such, Kate was in the hospital for three days during her pregnancy with Prince George
and had to cancel most of her public engagements during the early days of her pregnancy with
Princess Charlotte.
Unfortunately, history repeated itself in September 2017 when the royal couple announced
Kate was pregnant with their third child, but was again suffering.
However, Kate and baby were just fine in the end.
She delivered the couple's second son, Louis Arthur Charles, on April 23rd, 2018.
Storybook romance
In April 2015, co-authors Heather Cocks and Jessica Morgan published a novel inspired
by the Duke and Duchess' relationship called The Royal We.
The novel follows Bex Porter, an American student at a prestigious British university,
who falls in love with the heir to the British throne.
Cocks explained:
"Yes, it was an idea borne of watching their, seemingly, courtship in the media, but through
Bex's eyes we had the freedom we needed to imagine all the potential behind-the-scenes
emotions and conflicts of that love story."
The crown jewels
Prince Charles holds the royal pursestrings for his family, while the dependents get a
portion of about $5 million to cover travel expenses, wardrobe costs, and more.
Though the specific cut that Will and Kate receive is not public knowledge, it's not
as though they're waiting around with their hands out.
Kate is worth an estimated $10 million thanks to her work with her parents' wildly successful
party supply business.
William is no slouch in the income department, either, having inherited $15.6 million from
his mother, according to Yahoo.
Perhaps the best way to put this all into perspective is to point out that William donated
his full salary as a helicopter pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance, a reported
$62,000 per year, to charity.
If that doesn't say "financially secure," we don't know what does.
