Jeff Sessions Has The Ace Up His Sleeve That Can Bring Down Obama's Deep State

Barack Obama's Deep State has schemed to wreck the Trump administration from day one.

But those days are over.

Jeff Sessions revealed he's been holding an ace up sleeve that could topple Obama's

Deep State.

Sessions announced he had appointed John Huber, US Attorney for the District of Utah, to investigate

the FBI and Department of Justice for abuses of power in obtaining a FISA warrant to spy

on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

Huber is not being appointed as a special counsel.

Republicans in Congress had requested that decision.

But Sessions is letting Huber help with the investigation and that will determine if a

special counsel is needed.

Breitbart reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions sent a letter in reply to a group of leading Republicans

on Thursday, indicating he would not be appointing a special counsel to investigate certain aspects

of the FBI's handling of probes into Russian election interference.

Instead, Sessions announced he would assign regular top-level federal prosecutor U.S.

Attorney John Huber of the District of Utah to assist Justice Department Inspector General

Michael Horowitz in his investigation of issues like FBI bias against President Donald Trump

before and after the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and the Bureau's

relationship with Fusion GPS's ex-spy Christopher Steele.

Huber will have the authority to recommend the appointment of a new special counsel to

prosecute criminal matters if he sees them arise.

The letter, addressed to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), Senate Judiciary

Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA), and House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey

Gowdy (R-SC), explains:

Mr. Huber is conducting his work from outside the Washington, DC. area and in cooperation

with the Inspector General.

The additional matters raised in your March 6, 2018, letter fall within the scope of his

existing mandate, and I am confident that Mr. Huber's review will include a full,

complete, and objective evaluation of these matters in a manner that is consistent with

the law and the facts.

I receive regular updates from Mr. Huber and upon the conclusion of his review, will receive

his recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be

opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or

whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel.

Sessions further defended his decision to keep the matters formally under the jurisdiction

of the Inspector General's Office (OIG), explaining that, unlike a special counsel,

OIG publicizes misdeeds and damning communications that do not necessarily rise to the criminal

level.

"The Inspector General also may, under appropriate circumstances, make information available

to the public even if no criminal or disciplinary action is recommended," Sessions writes.

"In contrast, this type of information would not normally be publicly available after the

conclusion of a traditional criminal investigation."

Trump supporters should take heart that the allegations of misconduct are being investigated

seriously.

Sessions was not just sitting on his hands while the Deep State ran free.

He appointed a prosecutor to investigate the wrongdoing at the FBI and DOJ.

Now it's just a matter of letting the investigators do their jobs and wait for their findings.

Moraes, que já havia autorizado multas de R$ 141,4 milhões a 96 empresas, atendeu pedido complementar da Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU) para autorizar as multas a mais empresas que descumpriram decisões que determinaram a liberação das vias

Assim como na decisão anterior, Alexandre de Moraes estabeleceu que, caso não haja pagamento voluntário, as empresas poderão ter penhora de bens

Moraes repetiu argumentação da decisão anterior, quando apontou um quadro de desrespeito ao STF, o que justificou, na análise dele, imposição de multas

Na nova decisão, o ministro esclarece que na última quarta (30) o governo prestou informações de novas empresas que obstruíram o tráfego nas rodovias

"Da mesma forma, em relação as novas empresas relacionadas na petição, os atos de descumprimento da tutela cautelar vem retratados nos autos de infrações e documentação juntados pela AGU, individualizando e comprovando as condutas", decidiu

As multas variam entre R$ 4,5 milhões e R$ 9,6 milhões para cada empresa – são transportadoras de Minas Gerais, Piauí, São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Rio Grande do Norte e Goiás

Em relação a outro pedido da AGU, para complementar multas já estipuladas para algumas das 96 empresas punidas inicialmente, o ministro considerou que o governo precisa apresentar informações mais detalhadas da necessidade de complementação de multas

A AGU informou "genericamente", segundo o ministro, que reavaliou horário de descumprimento da decisão ou reiteração nos atos

Mas ele considera que deve ser apresentada uma memória de cálculo "para que não haja duplicidade de autuações"

Há duas semanas, quando a greve dos caminhoneiros completou cinco dias, Moraes, atendendo pedido da AGU, autorizou o uso das forças de segurança pública para o desbloqueio de rodovias ocupadas por grevistas e impôs multa de R$ 100 mil por hora às entidades que atuassem nas interdições de vias, além de multa de R$ 10 mil por dia para motorista que obstruísse a pista

what's up guys today I wanted to do a different video

today I want to talk about my physique transformation

when I was 13 I weighted about

85 kg

and as you know

they're a lot of kgs for a 13 years old kid

it was a pretty difficult period for me 'cause

having all that fat to carry around it's hard

you see your friends

that are in shape,they feel good, they joke,they run

and do all the stuff that a 13 years old kid does

and you struggle to do anything so you

feel left behind even though

I wasn't the type of kid

that was bullied or stuff like that as a matter of fact

i had a lot of friends in that period

but I wanted to changes wanted to feel better about myself

even because all that fat was unhealthy and could have caused some

trouble

so I decided to lose weight

I started to do boxe

initially it was difficult, I've tried to diet but without succeding

because every diet seemed too restrictive

the year after that I've taken the right discipline to succeed

and I started to train seariously and eating a little less

in two years of boxe

I've lost a lot of weight

in fact the first year I've lost 25 kg

after that I started to go to the gym the first two years

without any result because I didn't knew how to train properly

and so I didn't but any muscle

the year after that

I've gained a lot of muscle

because I've trained with a personal trainer

and from there I fell in love

with the gym.

I did this video because

I wanted you guys to know a little bit more about me

and I wanted to say that sometimes in life we can face problems that may seem

impossible to solve but..

in reality.. with the right amount of discipline and will power we can beat every problem
