Fitness is Fun: Barre Ballet with Chris and Heidi Powell - Duration: 5:21.

>>So today, I'm at Barre 3 with my good friends Taylor and Kacey.

We are yet, again, exploring fitness because fitness should be fun.

If it's something that you feel like you have to do, well, you're not doing the right thing.

So we're gonna' go try out Barre Fitness over in Scottsdale.

We have our instructor, her name is Karie, I've heard her class is a killer, so we're

gonna' go see what it's all about.

>>Just wanted to explore Barre Fitness.

I've gotten so many questions from different people.

>>Yeah.

>>Saying, kay, is Barre Fitness good.

I don't know.

I'm not a very good dancer, as you guys both know.

So what's, what are we in for?

>>Awesome, so we're doing ummm really small range of movement with small like handheld

weights, very different >>Kay

>>When Karie started explaining to me what we were doing, it was like uhhh a bittersweet

moment, like sweet, because I didn't have to dance, but bitter because she said I had

to do core, and my core is probably by far and away the weakest part of my body.

>>Isometric holds, a lot of stability, core stability, balancing, postures, um, we do

it, set it to music, but you don't have to be coordinated

>>So I'm going to be like a good ballet dancer when I walk out of here?

>>I loved that she said that I didn't have to be coordinated.

That was like my saving grace.

I'm like, okay, I can probably do this class if I don't have to be coordinated.

>>So if you didn't notice, I had the lightest weights of the entire group.

I had my friends were getting 10 pounds, 8 pounds, and I had the 5 pounders.

And I'm the fitness guru, I'm the one who's supposed to like, do the heavy weight, but

I was, I was terrified.

I didn't know what to expect.

>>Within like 2 minutes, I was shaking.

And I, maybe within 30 seconds I was shaking because there were muscles in my quads I barely

use.

I focus a lot on like hamstrings, and if you follow me a lot, my butt.

But quads are something that are totally under utilized, so I was definitely feeling it.

>>I've lost so much strength just in the past year, but I've grown.

Right?

>>Yep, yep >>I'm trying to like make myself feel good

right now.

>>One thing about the class that I noticed is that I'm not throwing heavy weights around,

which to me, heavy weights have always meant a great exercise.

But, just these little tiny movements, and isometric holds, was seriously killing me.

It was amazing that just barely bouncing with your toes could fire my glutes, my hamstrings,

my quads, and then even adding in arms, I mean, it was quite the total body workout.

Completely unexpected.

But, so amazing.

>>(random talking) >>I'm done.

>>What you cannot hear in this video is that Karie keeps telling me, just do a few more

reps!

But a few more reps is like equating to 20, cuz 20 reps later, I'm still going.

I'm dying.

>>Good, yes, wow!

Thank you!

>>So if you're looking for total body toning, a wonderful core workout, and something low

impact, this is for you.

Pregnant women, postpartum women, you can totally do it because you're not throwing

around heavy weights, ummm, for me, I would give it on a scale of 1-10, probably ummm

a 7, just because for me, I like throwing around heavy weights.

But, if low impact is your thing, and you want something amazing for your body, go try

out Barre Ballet class.

You know what?

It's a lot of fun too.

So just go do it for the fun factor.

>>Karie, thank you so much, you guys come check out Barre 3 in Scottsdale, Arizona,

and subscribe to my YouTube channel if you haven't already.

Bye guys!

>>High five!

Thank you!

Vegetarian Korean Food (Bibimbap - 비빔밥): Healthy Korean Mixed Rice in Seoul, Korea - Duration: 6:56.

Well good evening good evening.

It is starting to get dark a lot earlier here in Seoul.

It is only 7 pm but it is like pitch black out.

Yeah.

Anyways, we're going for dinner.

We're going to have a really healthy bibimbap (비빔밥).

Yeah, this is kind of like a contemporary vegetarian take on traditional bibimbap (비빔밥)

and we just discovered this restaurant a few days ago and it has become our new favorite

restaurant now that we're staying back around Seoul station (서울역) again so.

Yes, this is actually our third night in a row.

Yeah, we're on a bit of a health kick so we'll show you why.

Alright so we've already made a video about regular bibimbap (비빔밥).

Tonight we're getting fancy.

Yeah, tonight we're getting fancy and we ordered two different kinds.

One is sundubu bibimbap (비빔밥) and that comes with a soft silken tofu.

Yeah.

And the other one we ordered is poseot bibimbap (비빔밥) which is a mushroom based bibimbap

(비빔밥).

Both are vegetarian.

Both have ingredients that are quite different from normal bibimbap (비빔밥).

And when the dishes arrive we'll give you a full tour and show you all of the different

ingredients.

Action.

Alright, so the food has arrived and I get so excited about this meal because it so healthy

and so tasty.

So it is like really fun to eat it.

So anyways take a look at the bowl.

It is just like fresh raw ingredients.

I have broccoli, I have red and yellow peppers.

I have persimmon.

Banana.

Pumpkin.

Grapes.

Different types of of lettuce and cabbage.

And then mushrooms and I think this on top is ground sesame seeds.

That is what I read online but not entirely sure.

And yeah, it is just so healthy.

And look this is kind of like a two step meal.

So you have to grab your dressing.

Yep.

So first you dress your salad.

So unlike other bibimbap (비빔밥) where you have it all prepared for you.

You just mix it yourself.

This you actually have to put in your rice.

Yeah, so it is a soy based sauce and you kind of dress your salad.

So you do that first.

Alright that is step one.

What is step two?

Step two.

Oh, you've already uncovered your rice.

I have.

And this rice is different from normal plain rice.

You call this kind of like a purple bean rice.

Look at that.

It is really pretty.

It is healthier than normal rice.

Okay, so first we have to mix this all together.

You mix your vegetables.

You mix your salad.

Yeah and that helps you get the sauce evenly distributed.

Spread it around.

Banana.

Did I mention we have a banana in here?

There is fruit in here too.

There is banana and grapes.

There is also persimmon too.

Once you have mixed your salad you add the rice.

There we go.

And you take some of the spicy red pepper paste.

Yeah, the gochujang (고추장).

Just.

There.

That's it?

We like our spice.

That is plenty.

Are you kidding me?

I would put on about double that amount but okay.

And then we mix all of that around.

Yep.

That is the second step.

Yeah, this is like fascinating bibimbap (비빔밥) because this is a dish I've had in so many

different restaurants but I've never seen such a contemporary twist on it.

Yeah.

And it has ingredients that you'd never normally see.

Yeah, like fruit.

Yeah.

I've never encountered fruit.

Fruit in bibimbap (비빔밥) before.

Walnuts and different things.

So I'm going to go for some of the mushroom here.

This is my first time ordering the mushroom one.

Today I purposely tried to make it vegetarian but I normally get chamchi (참치) which

is tuna.

Woah.

It is falling out.

Falling.

Mmmm.

How is that?

It was a good mushroom.

Wow.

Yes, this is your first time to try the mushroom on this right.

Yeah, you've had the tuna or other types.

Broccoli here.

This is so healthy.

So so good.

Such healthy Korean food.

Mmmm.

Excellent.

Okay, so before you dig in to yours do you want to show us what else we get with this?

Sure, so before I mix my bibimbap (비빔밥) I'll show you the soup here.

We have Miyeokguk (미역국) which is the Korean seaweed soup.

Yep.

It is really healthy.

I'll try a little bit here.

Mmmm.

It is nice having warm soup on a cold night like this so.

Okay.

.And we also get the kimchi.

We get kimchi (김치).

And we get eggs.

Always.

And hardboiled eggs with a little bit of salt and pepper that you can dip.

Alright, so enough talking about that.

Let's start mixing mine up.

So I think the only difference in ours is that mine comes with tofu.

Yeah, and mine has mushroom.

Yep.

So I'm just going to really give that a good mix.

I'm going to slice up that banana.

And you know what?

I never would have thought banana would taste good in a bibimbap (비빔밥) but it actually

is delicious.

It does.

It does.

It almost makes it gives it some sweetness.

So while you mix I should also mention you don't have to make it vegetarian.

Like if you want you can also add chicken breast, octopus, they have tuna.

They have pork so lots of different ingredients.

Okay, time for my gochujang (고추장) sauce.

Oh, and I'm going to put a lot on there.

Oh yeah.

Oh yeah.

I think Sam is going a little overboard.

A little overboard but you're the one eating it.

I would rather have it too spicy that not spicy enough.

So I'm going to give that a really good mix.

Oh, it has pumpkin as well.

That is hobak (호박).

And the colors.

The colors are just so vibrant in this dish.

Yeah, it is awesome.

Ready to dig in?

Ready to dig in.

So I'm going to make sure I get a bit of tofu here and I'm going to try some pumpkin.

Oops.

And yeah the rice.

Mmmm.

Wow.

That is nice and spicy.

I just like this really is one of my favorite Korean meals and I love bibimbap (비빔밥)

but now that I've found an alternative type of bibimbap (비빔밥) it has just really

opened up a whole new taste bud experience.

A whole new world of food here so this is fantastic.

Alright, how was that dinner for yah?

Oh, that was amazing.

So healthy, so filling.

But like normally I find when you're sometimes you know when you're sacrificing eating really

healthy food there is a sacrifice with taste.

But not that.

That is so delicious.

I swear I could probably eat that every night for a month and I wouldn't get sick of it.

That is how much I like it.

And it is also affordable too.

Yeah.

So it is only 6000 Won (원) each so 12,000 in total.

W12,000 KRW.

And highly recommend going.

HOW TO HELP SHIFT THE CHAOTIC ENERGY THAT WAS 2016 - Duration: 7:05.

HOW TO HELP SHIFT THE CHAOTIC ENERGY THAT WAS 2016.

by MIKE JEFFERSON.

What I am going to say will resonate with some, cause conflict in others and for many,

just seem like the ramblings of an idealistic fool; I apologize now for the overtly hippy

status which is quite frankly boring and self righteous.

It is in fact the sort of thing that I myself scroll past on a daily basis.

However I think every now and again we must all speak our true minds so that others out

there will realize theyre not alone and that there is hope of greater unity and peace.

2016 has been a vicious and cruel year.

I have lost much of what I loved, witnessed too many friends suffer and pass, and came

close to losing my sight (I would like to add that I am only 30!).

However, my own personal collapse has been orbiting a much larger, global tragedy.

2016 has, bit by bit, broken hearts and taken what we love and created division and conflict

on a scale I thought only possible in history books.

But this all has a side to it that helps us immensely.

Look at Brexit and Trump: both fuelled by confusion, anger, division and animosity,

yet we still get drawn to such negativity as a solution.

Yet at the same time, both these events were driven by a desire for something different,

no more status quo.

The world has been a harsh place to all of us, but anger, hate, and division (as natural

as those feelings may be) will not solve this problem.

For those of us angry about Brexit, we must remember that those who voted to leave (yes

I am frustrated and feel they were lied to) did so because of how the world was treating

them.

It was a reflex to being down trodden and mistreated (and yes I know that those truly

responsible manipulated that to their will).

But if we retaliate with frustration and anger, the divide will deepen and the opportunity

for further manipulation will grow.

This very method was repeated again with Trump.

And so the conflict grows.

Truth About Terror Attacks

Amongst this, 2016 has seen a huge surge of terrorist attacks, mass shootings, racial

attacks and mounting tensions spilling over from the Middle East into proxy wars of the

global super powers.

But we must remember that terrorist attacks are designed to divide us.

There are two schools of thought on this:

1) Terrorism from extremist Islam

2) False flag attacks to create fear.

Truthfully, it doesnt actually matter who or what caused an attack.

It is our reaction to it that matters.

If it is indeed terrorism, then that individual attack is not meant to win a war with the

West, but to fuel hatred in the West and create bigger division, thus allowing

easier radicalization of those being shunned aside, leading to more and more attacks.

If they are false flags, then the objective is to again create division and fear, for

us to allow greater security measures to be made, for human rights to be sacrificed in

order to keep us safe and ultimately lead to further division, all fuelling this

continuous internal conflict.

But if we stand together, it does not matter who has caused this pain, for either initiators

will lose.

Were currently witnessing the dreadful pains in Syria.

These are horrendous crimes, but war can never be the option.

The short term resolution will always leave one side scorned and plant a bitter seed that

will one day flourish again into a bouquet of pain and blood shed.

We must seek a peaceful solution, above our previous understanding of resolution.

And please remember that horrific actions in the Middle East are not new.

I by no means suggest that this should justify us to ignore them (far from it), but do not

let the pain and suffering of others be used to manipulate you into believing that further

death and destruction is the solution.

I post this now (late at night) because by morning I will be embarrassed by my optimism

in humanity and fear the ridicule I may receive for what many will deem as naivety .

However, before I sign off, I would like to suggest we each attempt to produce a drop

of kindness, so that collectively we may create an ocean of change.

Flipping The Script on 2016

1) Over the next three weeks, attempt to deliver three acts of kindness to neighbours or strangers.

(Of course the poor and needy should be helped, but we must also help the average Joe.

For they in turn will hopefully go on to help others, and so forth.)

2) Take a picture of one of your good deeds, then explain and share it, along with this

status or something similar to it.

(I suggest posting only one of your good deeds because this should not be about being self

righteous, but simply promotion that will inspire others to do the same.)

3) Tag three friends that you feel you can hold accountable.

I know were all sick to death with social media games like this.

But the truth is, they work, so as clich and tacky as it may feel, lets try to see

if we can make a difference.

2016 has been awful, but let us do what humanity does best: cling to hope and strive to make

it better.

P.S.

Here are my three good deed pledges:

1.

I will give my elderly neighbours a 2 hour of my time voucher to be used as they see

fit.

Tidy the attic, clean the house, clear the gutters, etc.

2.

Take the homeless man who sits outside the local supermarket to buy a weekly food

shop for his family.

3.

As its Christmas, I am going to send a secret Santa gift to one of my FB friends

that I know (but not that well), who is a good person, struggling with tough situations.

My Christmas Blog (Mukbang) - Duration: 9:20.

Two for me hehe

This is dried blueberry I got from Costco

Very delicious

I am going to pack some in a container

This is sweet potato crackers with whole grain

It's all for snack (for my baby's lunch)

I have to write down food label what's inside for each container

Date, name, contents etc

OMG my hands are freezing cold!!!

Okay I just got home and getting ready for dinner

Today I m going to make Bulgogi

I already prepared vegetables

My husband always loves to have some brothy Bulgogi

So I am going to add some broth I already made

This is marinated beef!

Tada! It's almost ready

This is broth that I made earlier and saved it for future use

I wouldn't put much because vegetable contains water too

and then I will boil it

It looks great

Once the beef and vegetable have been cooked I normally turn the heat off

So you can keep nice colors of carrots and green spring onion

and then you heat it again when you actually ready to eat

because everything has already been cooked you don't need to overheat it

Whenever I have time while cooking I pack my baby's snack

These are clementines and mangos which will need to be in the fridge anyway

You want soup? Okay wait it will be ready soon

I am going to make Kimchi soup

Spring sprouts are very fresh so I am going to add this in the soup

You always close the lid when you cook spring spouts

that way you don't have bad smell from the spring sprouts

Baby: I want to play!!!

Okay honey almost done

Okay I am heating up the bulgogi again

Put sesame oil and seeds at the end instead of beginning

in high heat

that way you will get full sesame flavor nicely

Okay it's ready

Kimchi soup

Looks delicious

adding tofu

I am spring onion (asian) so I will put it in the soup at the end

Bye~~~~ see you later

Ah One

Ah Two

Ah One Two Three

(JUMP!)

Is it dead?

it looks fantastic

HELLO

(Lobster: Arhhhhh MYHAND!!) (PUT YOUR HANDS UP)

Butter sauce

Yummy!!!

A Whole New World~~~~~

Clam

Yummyyyyyy

Shrimp <3

So excited (when eating) lol

arghhhhhh oh my god (look at my face haha)

(Don't eat lobsters and crabs when dating)

(Because you need to use your hands lol)

Romanian Food: An Introduction to Romanian Cuisine - Duration: 11:23.

We're coming to the end of our time in Romania and we thought we'd take you out one last

time to show you some traditional Romanian cuisine.

It's definitely been a highlight of our trip.

We've absolutely loved eating Romanian food, so we can't wait to show you a few new things.

So I'm very excited because our food has finally arrived and first up I'm going to show you

this Moldavian pancake.

So it is basically a dough pancake and it is filled with sheep's cheese and cow's cheese

but our server also asked if we wanted bacon inside, so we said 'yes, of course.'

So let's dig in.

I'm going to cut it up and show you what it looks like.

On this inside.

Oh, yeah.

You can see all of the cheese seeping out.

Mmmm.

Yeah, we've had this a few times and they're really generous with the cheese.

Oh yeah.

And you can order all different kinds of cheese.

They have cottage cheese, you can get mozzarella cheese, whatever you like.

Oh, so check it out from this angle.

Can you see the bacon in there?

Oh, yeah.

Oh yeah, baby.

Oh, yeah.

Let's try it.

I'm just eating it like a pizza.

I don't know if is right.

Oh, that's still hot.

Mmmm.

That's really good guys.

Really good.

A little greasy.

My fingers are looking oily.

But those flavors, the salty cheese and then you've got the bacon.

It's real good.

It's a nice little appetizer here.

I like that you can have it as an appetizer or you could also have it as a main.

Like if you were to eat that whole thing it's filling.

Alright, time for myself to cut a slice.

Oh la lah.

It is hot.

Mmmm.

That is just so amazing.

Like, I think this might be my favorite Romanian food.

This is just so good.

These cheese is so salty and I just love anything that kind of resembles a pizza.

And we forgot to mention this can also be served as a dessert.

That's right.

You can get sweet ones as well.

Yeah, sweet cheese and raisins and cranberries.

We haven't tried one of those yet but.

Maybe we should.

Hahaha.

Okay, look over here because this is a pretty cool dish.

Polenta balls.

And I find it really interesting because I've had polenta before in places like Argentina

and Italy but I've never seen the polenta rolled out into a little ball like they do

here in Romania.

And if I cut it in half you can see that it is stuffed with cheese.

Oh, yeah.

Just look at that.

Oh, yeah.

And here it comes with a garlic sauce with dill and also sour cream.

So let's add a bit of sour cream.

Dunk that in the garlic.

Look at that.

Oh, wow.

Mmmm.

That's real good.

That is so garlic-y.

I'm going to have really bad breath after this but it is so good.

It is worth it.

We're going to need to buy some breath mints and maybe some gum.

Alright, so I think I've said this before but I'm going to say it one more time.

The first time for me to try polenta I really was not a fan.

I thought gosh this is so bland but when I started having it with cheese and eating it

more regularly while here in Romania I've really come to enjoy it, so this is a dish

that whenever we get Romanian food we always have to find some way to include polenta now.

Yes, we do.

Hahaha.

Big fans of polenta over here.

This is my first time trying the balls and they're really good.

I like the cheese inside.

Mmm.

What do you have over here.

Can you tell us about this?

Yeah, so over here I have basically, if you look down again, so we can see.

We have basically a pork cheese bake.

So you can see that the cheese is melted on top.

You have pork right here.

And if you look, if I kind of move this around you can see that there is a really nice cream

sauce and there is a lot of potatoes, different vegetables.

Oh, and mushrooms.

And then you have tomatoes all around the outside.

So it is really tasty.

You get a lot of different ingredients happening.

Try some of that.

This is really good.

This sort of reminds me a little bit of a lasagna.

Mmmmm.

And of course we could not resist getting some dessert.

So we are having something called Tort a Lunel.

And I'm probably butchering the name but that is how I think it is pronounced.

And it is basically a dense chocolate cake with Halva, walnuts and peanuts.

Oh, my!

And it is quite hard to cut through but that is just because there is so much chocolate

in there.

It's a very dense cake.

Yeah, and look at that caramel.

Look at that.

Amazing.

Big spoonful of chocolate cake right there.

Oh yeah.

I think it has caramel too.

It is quite sticky and gooey.

Great for chocolate lovers.

Alright, time for me to try this.

Wow!

That is some kind of decadent.

I don't even know how we're going to finish this.

The two of us with one piece of cake.

I find when I'm having Romanian food I am so stuffed by the end of the meal.

Siesta time after this for sure.

Don't worry, I can take care of this on my own if you leave it up to me.

Well, well.

I'm guessing you enjoyed that?

You better believe it.

That was one heck of a big meal.

I'm just basically in Siesta mode already.

Sipping on my coffee.

Not moving at all.

Time for price point.

It was 95 Lei which if we do the conversion according to Sam is very cheap.

Right, Sam?

Yeah, it is just over 20 US dollars and we ended up getting 3 drinks, 3 mains and a dessert.

Not bad.

It is dinnertime and we are at restaurant Transilvania.

In Brasov and we are trying traditional Romanian cuisine.

Let's go in and order some food.

Yum!

So you've got yourself a fancy drink?

Yeah, I'm just diving right in and trying things I've never had before.

This is called afinata and it is a bilberry brandy.

And, woah, it smells strong, so let's try a sip of that.

Good stuff?

Oh, yeah it is so sweet but yet it has like really high alcohol content.

Is it like a syrup?

Yeah, it tastes very syrup-y.

That's a good way of describing it.

Well, very exciting times.

My food has finally arrived.

If you have a look down here I'm having polenta with cottage cheese and sour cream.

And I also got some goulash on the side which I know is Hungarian but it was on the menu

so 'hey' I got it anyway.

So let's start with the polenta because that is very Romanian.

Look at that.

Look at the cheese.

Look at the sour cream.

Mmmm.

Oh, wow.

Is that good stuff?

That's good.

That's real good.

Okay, so tell us about your plate?

Now on the menu I saw something I could not resist ordering.

It was called Dracula pork.

And if something is good enough for Dracula.

It's good enough for me.

So let's take a look at this.

It appears to be pork with some kind of sauce and like a copious amount of cheese.

So it's like a melted cheese and maybe ketchup.

Maybe it is Dracula's blood on your little pork medallion.

Could be.

Dracula's blood!

Would Dracula approve?

I think he would.

Yeah.

That's really tasty.

And I ordered a side of polenta to go with my steak as well.

So I'm going to try a bite.

That's surprisingly tasty.

I have to admit the first time I tried polenta, which was not that long ago, I didn't really

like it.

I thought gosh that is kind of bland.

But it is really growing on me and if you haven't tried it before it's made out of cornmeal.

And it has a yeah a kind of starchy kind of taste.

You just need a good sauce on the polenta for it to taste good I think.

Yeah, I agree.

And we ate all of this.

How are you feeling?

Bulging belly time.

You've tried quite a bit of Romanian food so far.

What are your impressions?

My impressions are that it is quite tasty.

It's typical of other Eastern European cuisines in the sense that it is very hearty.

There is a lot of meat, there is a lot of starchy foods like polenta and potatoes and

there is something else that is really cool is that there is really good wine here.

Wine here is fantastic.

What's your take on Romanian food?

Well, I am stuffed beyond belief so I have to agree.

Very hearty.

Very filling.

Um, I also think this is not a country for vegetarians.

You see meat during every meal.

During lunch and dinner.

Especially pork.

So, keep that in mind.

So even though we're quite full we couldn't resist ordering a Romanian dessert.

So right here we've got sponge cake with chocolate pudding, chocolate sauce.

I think it has orange cognac and whipped cream.

And who knows what else.

So let's just dig in.

That's a huge portion.

We're sharing this.

Mmmm.

Wow.

I wish they had given.

Try that again.

I inhaled it.

We're keeping this.

We're keeping this.

I'm choking on dessert for eating too fast.

So is it like again?

I was going to say.

I wish they had given me a bigger spoon because it is so good.

I want bigger bites.

Bigger mouthfuls.

But maybe that is not a good thing because I'm choking.

How much did that come to?

That came to seventy three Lei.

And when you convert that into US dollars it was only eighteen dollars.

And keep in mind that was for three mains, three drinks and one shared dessert.

I haven't had a meal that was that good of quality and that good of value in a very long

time.

Crimes to Humanity Maldives Sinking Islands Live Stream Day#498 - Duration: 23:07.

hello friends family and Internet

I'm thrilled to pieces you have chosen

to hang out and explore the universe

with me today on Google Earth and today

we are just a west of sri lanka and I

wanted to look at the maldives and I

saw something strange really strange

okay when it's like it's like the ocean

has ate these islands all of these

islands are gone

uh-uh or something here now look at this

it's just like all that's left is the

shore and so apparently they sunk or

something so but this one is ok this one

was kind of strange in a way this

reminds me a little bit of grand turk

because Grand Turk has some well

actually it's like the water's coming up

from underneath and then it reclaims the

land or something I don't know how this

stuff stays though but uh yeah okay

anyway I made this untitled placemark

here and it looks like a swimming pool

ok so do you see this right here okay so

it looks this looks intelligently made

on earth you know not something nature

would made it looks like maybe it used

to be a swimming pool or something I

don't know

or is that a building oh is that a

building that has trees on top of it

maybe or is that sand no it looks like

a building maybe that's truly bizarre

oh good grief is this building's i'm

looking at maybe

ok so anyway I'm just finding this

really really strange here because okay

we look right here this is all it kind

of looks like a building and then there

is this thing that goes over here and

then there's all these trees on top of

something here so Wow

huh that's kind of strange right there

and then there is this thing right here

too

that's the same color it's kind of odd

wait a minute let's zoom in here a

little bit okay there's something right

here and so how come this middle part

has sunk is completely gone

that's strange but yeah this is the

thing that is what i typed in maldives

this is the thing that came out now this

looks like it's a straight line and yeah

and so it looks like something that man

made is that like a bridge to nowhere

but then we've got these little things

coming out as the water is shooting out

of it

wow that's that's really odd and strange

there

oh sorry I got a little frog in my

throat today

now those this looks like people used to

live here maybe you can see there used

to be streets here it's possible that

these are dirt roads maybe I don't know

they're there is something big right

here a house but I'm yeah and you know I

came here I was inspired by another

youtuber i'm going to have to remember

his name because he's been doing some

things that are kind of fun on his

channel and so I like I really enjoy

looking at google maps now look what we

have right here so so this helps me then

with Mars because uh it helps me look at

where things used to be and to how the

ocean the waterways the streams are

reclaiming land and so this is probably

as the Earth's plates shift so I I don't

believe in this thing that that the

waters are rising

no I don't believe in that

I do believe though that there are

corporations are polluting and and they

need to change their habits now I think

that's the whole reason

well that's what my husband tells me

that's the whole reason why we have this

global warming initiative is a you know

because they have to create a cause in

order to get people's attentions so

oh but at the same time you know I can

see how that's abuse you know by

throwing all this sand up on the beach

but I suppose that's in the United

States and I've talked about that in

other videos but yeah we're going to

talk about this one okay so uh the whole

middle of the island has just

disappeared

you see that everything in the middle is

just gone so i'm assuming that this is

maldives because i typed in Maldives and

then when i zoom out

let's see maldives shows up here so

let's let's zoom in and see what we got

going on yes this is the whole middle of

these islands has disappeared and this

is where people are living now

ok oh look at this and so this is going

to help me with Mars researching on Mars

so i need to look at Earth and Mars I

need to look at Earth Google Earth as

much as I look at Mars so now if we look

right over here and so i can compare

this to Mars and I need to remember

maldives because this is a good

reference to so there's a lot of places

where I can see where foundations used

to be so if we zoom in and we are like

500 feet and and so you can see these

paths here see these paths and cut out

so some of this could be farming I don't

know that's really hard to tell but see

these paths right here this path right

here what you know what we this is

common

this is common on earth and you see this

path here look at this up here too so

and then it seems like the surveyors

it would be fun if they zoomed in really

really close to this you-know-what

zoomed in a little closer I mean yeah we

can see the houses you know and Street

View and some things but i suppose maybe

this government doesn't want us snooping

in on em or something but you know I

don't know you know I mean I may I get

you know

yes i mean it's it's just interesting to

see the changes we've got something

going on here and we can go over here so

this kind of looks like I what what is

whole whole hum ho hum need who is out

in the middle of a swamp

it looks like it's a swamp so really

hear it's really hard to tell if this is

the big mud pit or if it's a dirt pit

because the water and the dirt look the

same so this is the uh oh I'm not sure

what to call it the well it reminds me

of Mars you know so some and look right

here we've got these Little Rock

Foundation things right here and you can

see there's something out here

I don't know is that a boat ramp a

former boat ramp the former foundation

of some sort but this kind of reminds me

of of greenery you know maybe a layer of

moss and what what do they call it the

the pollutants that come in i don't know

if you call it pollutants because

everything everything has its reason and

purpose and so let's zoom Oh looky looky

looky

so this is where houses used to be so I

don't know where the houses went but

there used to be buildings here or are

there still building this there and this

is a bad picture

no I think that it looks scraped to me

either that or something is being hidden

right here but now I'm thinking that

since the middle of the island is

sinking that that part right there those

people probably got flooded out a lot so

there is still something right there

her maybe it has a sea wall around it

possibly because that's what they're

doing is building sea walls around

things to try to keep the water out to

you know try to prolong of you know the

the shifting of the plates of the earth

on the google earth now look right here

we've got another thing right here this

is a former foundation of some sort and

we've got plop plop plop plop plop dash

dash dash dash dash dash so this is

intelligently made and so we can see the

Maldives sinking that's what we're

looking at is the Maldives sinking and

there's something right here

yeah so I mean I you know it wow this is

what we have going on in the United

States and so it's a good thing that I

looked at this one so i can compare it

to the outer barrier islands of the

United States because the same thing is

going on and so that's why we end up

with all these beaches and so it because

i was thinking that someone was island

building but now I'm not so sure that

it's island building i think that the

center of the islands are sinking into

the ocean the water is reclaiming the

ocean and so but then look right here is

this a real airport

it looks like it is a real airport there

is that what the what are those squares

I don't know what those squares are but

that's interesting anyway and so that's

just the one that one where's the one oh

gosh oh I went way out

you see we got a zoom in here let's zoom

into this one because this 10 this one

still looks put together and I want to

get to that other one not in this video

it's going to be another video I want to

get to that other one because it was

interesting that I'm going to have to

look that guys name up i subscribe to

him and he's interesting so he inspired

me and I need to give him a shout out

yeah i need to give him a shout out hang

on a second ok here's this channel

noblenessdee is his name and this video

right here

USA you have been raped that effect

oh good grief and this one crimes

against humanity this point is

interesting to I'm I thought I watched

the whole thing of that one but i must

not have here this has some of the most

interesting things and so yeah I and

I've started another channel home to put

some of this stuff on because I'm trying

to figure some of this stuff out and so

yeah but let's go back here to earth and

so now we're looking here at our fuvahmulah

island fuvahmulah island and so

there's a whole bunch of yeah these I

islands this whole set of islands has

just disappeared

how in the world let's look at this one

oh there's nothing here

what's this is that houses that are

underwater now houses that are

underwater really so somebody or is that

like a oh that might be I wonder if

thats that tourist attraction

you know how they have those houses that

they build out in the water yeah that

that must be that tourist attraction so

I don't think that that those houses are

actually like underwater I think that's

a tourist attraction island

yeah I wonder how you get there tho i

guess by boat

I mean that's the only way I can see how

you would get there unless you land on a

on one of those uh oh what are they

called one of those water water

airplanes so it would be a boat

or water airplane yeah that's quite

interesting right there look at that

good grief so this is near guraidhoo

guraidhoo so let's see if there's

anything here it looks like there's

nothing here so this one has not been

developed that i can see

oh there's just something out in the

middle of the water right there maybe

it's sunk

I think it might be sunk right there

so this is pretty cool that we can see

the Maldives we can't actually see our

keys real well

oh this is from 2000 so if this is from

2000 good grief what the hell it does it

look like now is it all underwater

I mean if this is from 2000 so this

right here

ok so there's like a I guess this is a

sea wall or a marina right there and so

I suppose that probably cost a lot of

money to update the these areas and so

you would think that they would do it

more often if i don't know but i think

that the reason they probably do it is

there they're looking for natural

resources to build you know places to

build now this looks all carved out so

yeah this looks all carved out and

there's a oh here's a dash dash dash

dash dash dash dash dash dash dash dash

dash dash dash

ok so wow so that all of them all of the maldives

just pretty much disappeared

it's just pretty much disappeared here

and is just out in the middle of nowhere

but i would like to visit I think it

would be cool

oh gosh I don't know which one it is now

that would be kind of fun to visit that

one area but isn't this in the ring of

fire

so I'm thinking okay

be brave but then what if there's a

tsunami but apparently these people have

survived you know if there was a tsunami

they've all survived

oh good grief now now these are thinking

within their self so so the outer

barrier islands are have little holes

and are sinking within ourselves and

they've created new beaches so do you

see that

so there's beaches here and here and

they kind of sunk so one of the things

is that the middle

ok the darkness is can represent very

very deep water and/or mud that's what

I've learned you know sailing on the

ships and things like that it represents

mud at or very dark water a look at this

all the people oh this is one of them

this is one of them that no belize was

know what I say his name was not want to

say it right noblenessdee ok that he was

talking about you see this here and so

like although everybody has just kind of

moved inland and so you can see we're

all right here they're probably used to

be something right there and you see and

this is from 2000 i would imagine that's

gone by now or maybe underwater possibly

i don't know and so I guess there used

to be a road

what is that called oh that that's a

fairy is this fairy fery the

Vermilion ferry so the only way to get

there

good grief that's horrible because i was

wondering how the heck do they get food

out there and is there going to be

stores out there or does anybody even

live there anymore

that's horrible like who would do you

would think that that people would help

them move to another place that's what

I'm thinking you would think because I'm

going to have to come don't come back

and do another one of these

oh yes here here's another one and so I

look at all these houses along

here got goodness and how far are they

from land

oh there there are good ways away from

land so somebody needs to help but let's

see how far they are let's measure time

to measure okay we're gonna measure in

miles

let's see from here from here to here

oh my gosh thats 533 miles somebody

needs to help these people so they don't

sink into the ocean that is a crime like

noblenessdee said that's a crime against

humanity

these poor people out in the middle of

the ocean

how terrible is this another one of them

this must be yeah this is what he was

talking about this is terrible

so all these people are just sinking

into there's got to be a way

somebody's gotta save em somebody's

got to save the people is this another

one

yeah look at that so so the I was just

sunk and then

oh here it is even these are far away i

don't think that he did a that says

india

oh good grief there's a lot of people

there to can get mr. Pegman nope we

can't do street view on this but here is

a road okay yeah

wow I'm going to have to come back and

do a part two on this one because the

yeah this this whole area is interesting

and even let's measure again we're going

to measure from here to here that's

still a hundred and eighty-five miles so

it's it's not like it's that close 185

is close but it's not

that closed so wow so these people are

just sinking into the water

look at how wow so huh

and it i was thinking isn't that

somewhere near where the he had another

one over here to that was interesting

that was be all this looks interesting i

don't know what this so that's what must

be one of those underground canyons but

it looks a the Bay of bengal he had a

triangle-shaped island out in the middle

of the ocean but i'll have to find that

for another video because I I don't know

right where it's at right now but it was

over here somewhere i think it was over

here somewhere

well i think i'm gonna have to find it

for another video because it's gonna

take me a little bit to find it but i

think this is really interesting because

these islands really truly are sinking

and I'm hoping that there's somebody who

helps these folks are that they've

gotten off the island because clearly

these islands are sinking and well

actually the water is reclaiming the

land that's what's happening the water

is reclaiming the land and yeah and so

really right now there they be nothing

more than a tourist attraction so I hope

there's no crimes against humanity being

committed but yes I can see how this

could be crimes against humanity

regarding the sinking islands and in the

streams so in the oceans and waterways

and so yeah um wow that's that's that's

amazing totally amazing

so we'll be keeping continuing up and

looking at this and keeping track of of

what's going on in the ocean and

hopefully they'll put up some new maps

that are up-to-date to today's date so

we can see them clearly that's what i'd

like to see them clearly like what it

looks like today then we would really

really see the changes because you know

of

well I've told you guys about a hunting

island hunting island south carolina the

water reclaims the land really really

fast and so it's not like it too slow

process it can be a fast process so you

know just over a few years just get if

they didn't really nourished the beaches

some of those places would be completely

gone

so yeah but I want to thank you guys for

Stories of George Michael's Generosity Keep Surfacing - Duration: 1:15.

Stories of the late George Michael's charity and generosity keep surfacing after the untimely

death of the iconic pop singer.

Although Michael kept as low of a profile as possible, more and more individuals are

coming out and sharing their stories of the millions of dollars he helped raise, and also

donated to various charitable organizations and people in need.

Richard Osman Tweeted that Michael once gave a "Deal or No Deal" contestant $15,000

dollars for IVF treatment.

According to Us Magazine, the singer was involved with a variety of organizations, and helped

raise millions of dollars for relief in Ethiopia, gave millions the 24-hour young people counseling

service, Childline, and fought fervently to assist those living with HIV.

He also donated his time.

Emilyne Mondo revealed via Twitter that Michael "worked anonymously at a homeless shelter

I was volunteering at.

I've never told anyone, he asked we didn't.

That's who he was."

Michael will always be remembered for giving the world his music, but it appears that he

gave a whole lot more than his music catalog.

5 OP Tricks With Flash You Should ABUSE! - League of Legends - Duration: 12:32.

What's up guys it's me Jeremy!

We wanted to try something new and break down some of the mechanics or features of League

of Legends that you might take for granted since they are super familiar to players in

general.

Flash is one of these - you use it in pretty much every single game, so although you might

have a good understanding about when to use it, you could also be missing a lot of the

more interesting tricks you can do when you combine Flash with other game mechanics.

Today we're going to explore some of those tricks so that you guys have even more ways

to use the Flash summoner spell in your games in the future!

And if you enjoy the video definitely hit that like button because if this video hits,

let's say <X> ratings, then I'm gonna <x>.

Admittedly the first trick isn't really a trick - but it's a piece of information

you absolutely need to understand if you're going to use the other tricks in this video.

Essentially, it's about the way Flash works from a mechanical perspective - Flash does

not interrupt, cancel or delay animations in any way.

That might sound pretty obvious, but it actual has implications that allow all of the tricks

in the rest of the video to work.

The only thing Flash does is move your champion - so if you use it in combination with abilities,

Flash will just move your champion while the animation for that ability is playing out.

Okay, so now that's out of the way we can get into the real tricks.

The first one is animation cancel that allows you to cast abilities around 33% faster, and

it's something that actually works on a ton of different abilities.

All it takes is to use an ability and then flash immediately afterwards!

There's too many abilities to list all of the ones that work this way, but there's

actually a handy and super simple trick you can use to figure out if it will work.

If you cast a skillshot ability when you have your cursor outside the max range of the ability,

there's two things that can happen.

Either your champion will cast the skillshot anyway, and it'll move towards your cursor

regardless, or your champion will move forward until the max range of the ability would make

it land on your cursor, then they will cast it automatically.

Flash Input buffering will work as long as the skillshots uses the first mechanic, being

cast regardless of whether your cursor is in range or not.

This technique lets you really surprise people and get the jump on them with a super quick

and sneaky play, since it doesn't only cast the ability fast - it also shortens the animation.

That's because usually the animation would start and end before you flash, but with this

trick the animation starts before the flash, and during the cast animation you are flashing.

That makes it way harder to dodge the ability, since you're essentially both hiding the

start of the animation, and casting the ability quicker than usual, leaving the enemy player

way less time to react and potentially putting you in a better position to follow up on the

damage.

The next trick is kinda similar but instead of working with certain skillshots, it actually

only works with targeted abilities.

Like the last trick, it does let you cast abilities quite a bit faster, and it also

adds in an element of surprise that people won't be expecting.

The way it works is you first target an enemy who is outside of range with an ability, which

will cause your champion to move towards them until you are in range to cast it.

Instead of taking the time to walk into range though, you can actually flash instead, and

the input will still be queued and activated once you have flashed into range.

For example, say you want to Rune Prison an enemy champion super quickly but you're

outside of range.

Usually you would flash into range then activate Rune Prison, but that's actually pretty

slow because you have to time it yourself or button mash to do it faster.

Using this trick, you could target an enemy with a Rune Prison and then flash into range

- the Rune Prison cast will still be queued, or 'input buffered' so it will automatically

cast as soon as you are in range.

The trick works because of the first thing we mentioned - flash doesn't interrupt abilities.

If you had targeted someone with Rune Prison and then issued a move command, you would

cancel the queued ability.

Flash doesn't have this problem, so you can queue targeted abilities and flash to

quickly execute them and catch people off guard!

Just remember, this only works with targeted abilities - so anything that is point and

click on a single target should work.

Our next tip builds on the previous ones, and it's about changing the direction of

an ability.

It applies to both skillshots that have a direction-target, and targeted abilities that

have some kind of knockback on the enemy champion that is hit with the ability.

First up we'll cover the skillshot variant - you just have to animation cancel like we

mentioned in the first tip, and the ability will cast from the direction you are facing

AFTER the flash.

This applies to AoE or cone abilities, such as Cassio's Ultimate or Lux's Ultimate,

where you can change the direction of where the ability is cast from by flashing in a

way that fakes out a certain direction.

Unfortunately it doesn't work for single target stuff like Ahri's Charm or Amumu's

Q, the technique will still cause you to cast the ability from where you flash to, but it

won't change the direction of the skillshot.

It's another technique that can really catch people off guard, since they might expect

you to miss a Lux Ultimate, or think you are targeting someone else, only for you to change

the direction and hit them directly!

The second version of this trick applies to targeted abilities with knockbacks, such as

Vayne's Condemn or Lee Sin's Ultimate.

Essentially you have to input buffer like we mentioned before - queue your ability cast

on your target, then flash to the opposite side of the direction that you want the enemy

champion to be knocked in.

The reason it works is because the knockback effect doesn't trigger until after the cast

animation, and it checks where you are positioned before deciding which way to knock an enemy.

That means you can cast the ability, then flash to another locate in order to change

the angle at which they will be thrown.

It's been famously used for sick outplays with champions like Lee Sin or Vayne, since

at first it looks like the ability is going to push an enemy further away, but then quick

flash causes them to be fired into a wall or towards the friendly team for an easy kill.

For certain abilities, you can actually flash during the animation to extend the range,

and still land the ability at the end of the flash.

This is another really famous mechanic, and is often used with stuff like Gragas Body

Slam, Vi's Vault Breaker and Shen's Taunt.

It's actually use with a lot more abilities than just the well known ones though - any

ability in the game that functions as a dash rather than a blink can be used with the range

extension flash trick, as long as the ability doesn't lock onto a single target like Amumu's

Q. Another good example would be Jarvan's E-Q combo, you can use the flash to extend

the range of the knockup and catch someone that thought they were safe!

It's done by using flash part way through the dash - remember, Flash doesn't interrupt

abilities, so you simply do half the dash in one location, then finish the rest of the

dash from the new location after the flash, giving you extra range.

This can also be used to hit targets that would have originally been missed with the

dash though, such as two opponents that are next to each other that aren't lined up

with your dash.

Take Shen's Taunt for example, and let's say you are opposite two champions that aren't

in line with you.

You can dash towards one, then the second you hit the first champion you could flash

in front of the second enemy, and the dash would continue from that new position, letting

you taunt both enemies.

This is often used by pros when predicting enemy flashes, for example a Gragas that is

ganking a top laner and expects them to flash, so he flashes himself to catch them even though

they would have originally flashed outside his dash range.

It's quite easy to do once you're used to it, the trick to it is just practice, and

getting used to the range of flash which is 425 units.

Our last trick is about flashing over large walls, which is something a lot of people

know how to do but don't often understand how it works.

Once you do know the exact reason you can flash over walls that are wider than flash's

range, you'll rarely fail those pesky walls like the banana bush walls near mid lane,

or the big wall near top lane.

Essentially the way it works, is that if you do something that would hypothetically put

you inside of a wall, the game will force you out of the wall on one side or the other

based on whichever side you are closest to.

So the best way to do it is to get as close to the wall as possible and then make sure

you flash at a spot where the range of flash will cover half of the length of the wall.

And using this you can flash over walls that cover almost if not just about twice the range

of flash overall!

You've just got to make sure that your flash will put you on the side of the terrain nearest

to where you want to end up, otherwise the flash will fail and the terrain will put you

on the wrong side, so you'll pretty much just flash on the spot.

Anyway that just about wraps up today's video on flash tips and tricks, we really

hope you guys liked this one, and if there's a cool trick you know that we didn't mention

make sure you share it with everyone else in the comments, or just leave us a suggestion

of what you think we should talk about next!

And it looks like that's gonna be it from me, if you enjoyed the video drop a like,

WWE 2K17 Tutorial - Ladder Bridge POWERBOMB! & Keeping It Together (#WWE2K17 ACHIEVEMENT/TROPHY) - Duration: 3:11.

you what's going on everybody woman

troubles another WWE 2K17 tutorial in this

episode we're going to be covering

toward achieving from the we took a 17

so far we have covered multiple

achievements and trophies from the game

and we're gonna keep it going heading

into the new year so i'm going to

suggest a playlist for you guys just in

case you missed the previous episode but

just keep in mind that i do have much

more playlists for the video educate 70

including a tutorial playlist and a

playlist for hidden features of the

video we took a 17-3 was let's get right

into this video covering the ladder

bridges powerbomb achievement and trophy

and keeping it together achievement

trophies so let's start off with the

easy as one of which is keeping it

together and then this one all you have

to do is go into the added a superstar

and edit the entire can be had the upper

body the lower body doesn't really

matter what's important is that you're

going to go into logos and then group

logos and then just pick any logo from

the WWE design or from any other of the

options modify it a little bit by

changing the size rotate a little bit

doesn't really matter point is that that

design is going to become one of your

group logos and you're going to get the

trophy or achievement keeping it

together the next achievement is the

ladder bridge powerbomb achievement

which of course you have to power up on

somebody through the ladder when it's

set up passing ladder bridge so first

thing first going to a ladder matches

the easiest way to do it and I know

multiple of you guys are going to ask

how do you set up the ladder as a bridge

and actually explain this in one of my

tutorial videos but nonetheless is

pretty simple you have to do is hold RV

and lv or r1 and r1 if you are on ps4

when he was getting the middle side of

the ring from the outside basically the

position I'm in right now and you're

going to get the control help you hold

those buttons and you end up setting up

the ladder as you can see he does his

own animation and set up the ladder

bridge now what you need is you need to

have a finisher in order to do this

because doing the powerbomb through the

ladder is in oh my god moment you're

going to perform the oh my god moment by

holding RV or r1 and white button or the

triangle on ps4 I hope I got the buttons

right but he was you will perform the

powerbomb and break the ladder now for

me this

achievement didn't pop up right away

which I found pretty weird one of the

lesser towards the end of the match

actually got it so i'm going to pass

force you guys could see after winning

the match I gotta doing the replay

section actually I lost this match but

that is not the point okay that is not

the point the point is I got the

achievement doing the replay showing

that i lost the match to a computer that

is very sad i'm going to retire now and

this is the end of the video so thank

you guys for watching drop a like if you

guys found this informative or just drop

a like for the hell of it if you haven't

you make sure that you guys subscribe

for more WK 70 news and tutorials and

also Wu's the rumors throughout the
