Do you know what is a samba school?
So, let's find out!
A samba school is a group of dancers and musicians that dance and play samba.
There are many samba schools around Brazil and here in Rio,
the best ones compete against each other during Carnaval at Sapucaí.
This is how it looks without Carnaval. Can you imagine a party here?
Although the name is samba school, it's not a place for you to learn how to dance samba.
It has this name because the first samba schools used to do their rehearsals in a schoolyard.
Here in Rio most of the samba schools have the acronym G.R.E.S. before theirs names.
It stands for Grêmio Recreativo Escola de Samba, which means Recreative Guild Samba School.
The samba schools usually prepare themselves for Carnaval months before it.
Each of them has their own court, that is a closed place where they can practice,
or they can also do street rehearsals, where the community can watch, sign and dance along.
Visiting a samba school is like going to a great party, with lots of beautiful people dancing and a great energy.

Hello! We were planning to launch our external studios in the new year, but we couldn't wait any longer.
Welcome to our first one - The Opera House.
And for today's episode, when we found out that one of the most influential people in Australia...
...is a Brazilian who became a millionaire here, we couldn't miss the opportunity to chat to him and share his story.

More than twenty years ago, it was because of a family dinner in Brazil and a love story that you came to Australia, right?
When I was at this particular family dinner, I saw the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my life
And I went to talk to her, of course! And then she said, 'I don't speak Portuguese'.
She was Australian. I then began to see her every single day and eventually asked her to be my girlfriend.
She started questioning then why she would fall in love with a Brazilian guy and have to go back home heartbroken.
So, two weeks before her exchange in Brazil finished, I disappeared. When she arrived at the airport in Australia, I was waiting for her there.
How was your beginning in Australia?
It was really funny because I couldn't speak any English.
I was looking for a job as a salesperson and they would always say no to me.
However, there was this company that even though they said no to me and I kept going there every single day and being persistent.
On the 11th day, the guy said 'Are you gonna come back here tomorrow if I don't hire you?
I said of course! He hired me then.
Was it after this period that you started to become an entrepreneur?
When I came here and I couldn't speak the language, I thought to myself, what could I buy for a dollar and sell for two.
There was this building that had been demolished.
So we used to recycle things like the windows, bathroom taps and lot of other things.
We use to take these things to another company to sell.
I realised then that there were lots of ways in Australia to make money.
You already spoke a little bit about this but you've said that 'Australia is one of the easiest and the best countries in the world to make money'.
You live in a new country. If you start imagine that our economy will go down, it won't.
Our system here needs more people.
When people come here and they are scared of the future, I have no idea why they say that.
We are 'unstoppable', we are not scared of the future.
So I created a business called 'Unstoppable' which is for entrepreneurs from all over the world.
And together we are creating our own kind of future.
What is your life like in Australia nowadays?
My life is intense, exactly the way I like. I work a lot but I also have lot of fun.
This year I went parachuting, and I also climbed a building.
I know it's a bit crazy but you need adrenaline, right?
