Hi and welcome again to revientor reborn, this is the Falcon BMS tutorials of mission creation
let´s add a naval unit
I want to create a carrier with planes inside
add naval, select a carrier
with the different BMS version this menu can change
roosevelt or enterprise are good ones
here there is the info of the group
select add squadron, wait to see the naval unit, and click over it
and here is the add squadron menu, and select naval plane like an F18, here is automatic the carrier selected
you can change the base, but we want the carrier, as you can see it´s very easy to do it
there are some F18 there now
I want to show you something, let me add some teams
let´s add a flight to have something more
already created
look here you can change the munition, the fuel, this fuel value is not saved, this only works when you are in the TE ready to flight to set your fuel
I will add some more flight over there...
and in a few moment I will use the mission comander
some random flights
this is the mission commander tool, thanks to Falcons
here you have to be sure to get this lines in the correct Falcon BMS folder
you can select in BMS location and select the BMS .exe
close the program and open it again to be sure all is loaded
open the mission
directly the directory will be the BMS in korea, and open the desired mission
is korea, because it´s selected down here
here you can activate a ton of things, and you will get some info in the map
normally for tacs you are not going to use this, this is more for campaign
I am not going to explain the tool, just about the mission creator, and naval thing
campaign tab you see what have each team, in teams you can create relationships, and make one country friend or allied of other
for example here USA tem is controlled by the user, and is allied of itself, and at war with the others countries
and here you can make to be allied of this other team, but you are not going to let the USA team control this team, for that that stick
in this team you can select if have satellites or not
with a satellite will have more visual info of the enemy territory
and team member have satellites it´s the same, to share that info of the member
this is from the usa point of view, now you have to mach the other team POV, to be coherence
now I match the data, you can make the USA do not share its satellite intel with this team.
in this way you can manage a different types of alliance, use and chinchilla as allied and chinchilla allied of all except DPKR
be careful because you have to apply changes, to get them in use and then save the mision
here in units you can select the different unis, only airplanes for example, here in yellow you can see something
that yellow color means that is an error there, here it´s safe to delete the flights, in that order you can delete that bad flight and solve possible insues
here you can select only one country, flights... what ever
doble click in the flight and you get a new window, you have all the waypoints info, the weapons, and the mision type
here you do not need to delete the flight here it´s safe to change the direfent mision type, when you have to change things of the mission use MC
The fuel, you want to limit the takeoff fuel status, here you can save it easily and it will be keeped when you go to the mision
here you can for example make the plane takeoff with external fuel tanks empty to refuel them
you can add more planes, change the weapons....
for the squadron you can set some options, like the area of expertise
you can delete some munitions here, this is useful for campaign
in TE I ma not sure if this works I think doesn't work
in campaign the problem is when the air resupply come to the base, fill this stores,
now I will check in TE if this values works or not
other thing that could be cool is this tab, to make compatible different TE for different BMS versions
select the installed BMS, and the new version you have, with htat make a kind of conversion that you will need to check for weapons, because may be a plane as no weapons due the conversion
let´s save the mission
again in BMS, there you can see the enemy red plane, the yellow, because have no control, you do not know anithing about them
those F18 survive to the F22, if they found the yellow theme, they will not fight them, because they are allied
down there, the carrier is not shooting to that plane, because is allied
a carrier is like a Sa10
this could be good to simulate civilian airplanes
you can create a new team, and you avoid that list of flight that you do not want to be messing with the player
you set a yellow team, with two airport and you can generate heavy civilian traffic or whatever
of course you will have to get fat airplanes to simula them
if you generate a package of flights in your team you can not generate a mix team allied package
from the mission builder, now you can generate a package with the blue and yellow teams, here are the mirage from yellow team,
you have to set its current flag, because BMS need to know where the airbase is in what color, and now with the blue team, I add teh F18 carrier based
and there is the mixed package, now in the briefing, you can see they are in the same team, also in the ATO is working fine, if you want to join to the other team from the mission you can not
then you can make coops with counties, this is just play with the different ways to work with the sim
now you know you have that possibilities, and that is the idea of this tutorials improve your knowledge about what you can do
I hope you learned something, and you implement them in your missions, Be happy chao chao

Whatever you want to see, let me know below
So let's jump into my January favorites
Let's start with
A thing I started doing this Christmas
When Christmas arrives I get excited for next year and start planning
And I started watching videos on YouTube about
Bullet Journaling
So I of course had to buy myself a Bullet Journal
This is my black Bullet Journal from Moleskine
I've just put "Kaja-Marie 2018" on the cover
This seriously saves my everyday
It's genius and I write down everything in it
There is a lot of videos about Bullet Journaling on YouTube if you want to know more
So I recommend watching those
Or let me know if you want me to make a video
About my thoughts about Bullet Journaling and where I explain what it is
But for me that loves my lists this is so great!
I write down everything
So let me know if you want me to talk more about it
And while we are talking about books
I've had both time and energy to start reading more this month
One of my goals for 2018 is to read more books
I started with "You do You" by Sarah Knight. I'm not done with it yet
It's a self help book
But not a weird one
She writes very funny and sarcastic and it's a really interesting book
But it's really, really good, highly recommend it
It's not in Norwegian, but in English I think it would be weird translated into Norwegian..
I also really want to read her two others books as well!
So this one, is pretty good
My favorite bag this month
I guess it's no surprise that it's this one
From J.W.Anderson
I bought it in London, on -70% off or something
It's so cool and it works with a lot of outfits
It makes so many outfits just a little more exciting
When it's bright orange with golden details
So I'm really happy with it
I can also do a review when I've used it for a while, to see how it holds up
I've only had it for a month, and I haven't used it every day
So I can get back to you on that if you want me to
And then
Ops...
Some beauty items
First off, at the beginning of this year
No.. In the beginning of January, well, the year
I had a facial by Decleor, which was so amazing
A face treatment and it's was so good
So I had to mention that first
Because that was definitley one of my favorites this month
And then we can talk about the actual products
I've tested some Korean beauty lately, and these
Petifee, black pearl and gold hydrogel eyepatch
They are so great
I have done a collaboration with the online store that sells these
This is not the collaboration, but the products are sponsored and I'm not payed to say this
I use these a whole lot
3-4 times a week when I feel a little extra puffy in my face
And then this one
This is "One step original clear pad"
It's just simple pads
Which is a toner
You just swipe it all over your face after cleansing to make sure all make-up is gone
And these are also so good
Another thing that also is korean
From Erborian. This is a CC cream
This is SO good. I have it in the color clair
I always bring it with me to the cabin
And this is the one I always use when I'm going to the gym not wearing makeup
Because you don't want to work out with makeup on, and in the mountains I don't want to wear makeup
This just takes away some of that redness and makes you look a little bit fresher
And it doesn't feel like you have anything else on the skin but a cream
So the fact that it actually covers a little and makes you look a little more healthy
High definision radiance face cream
And it's SPF 25 in it, that is also a good thing
Then a few make up products
I have tested this one this month. I bought it during Christmas
I started testing it in the beginning of January
It's the Performace Wear Liquid Foundation from Bare Minerals
I have it in the color Cool Beige
This lasts sooooo long
And for me that films a lot and takes a lot of photos
Then this is amazing, it has great cover
But at the same time super light weight, and super easy to apply
So I recommend this if you're looking for a new foundation
And I have picked up a lipgloss, liptint, whatever you call it
Fenty Glow From Fenty Beauty
And it's called Gloss Bomb
It's so nice and it's the one I'm wearing today It's a lipgloss
It smells so good, has a lovely color and is easy to apply
It's always nice to have in your bag if you want to wear something else then just a lipbalm
And then
This one
Has been my favorite in January
And a little in December, because I actually got it in December
I know that GHD stylers are really good
I have used another brand for a while, but now I'm back with GHD
And it's so much easier to style and curl with
It kind of has that circled shape, and it doesn't get hot on the outside, but
it's just amazing to style with. Without a doubt the best stylers
So, I recommend this one
Then lets move over to some fashion items
There is probably no surprise that Baker Boy hats is my favorites this month
Or this season
I bought this one on Topshop First I bought a black one on Asos
But that is a little too small
So it's kind of uncomfortable to wear
But then I bought this grey one on Topshop over New Years when I was there
And then I bought this one when I was in Copenhagen
They add that little extra to an outfit, and when it's snowing
then these are so perfect to wear
They are the best when it's snowing, your hair is not getting wet and you don't need an umbrella
I love them
And then I have two jackets here
One of them is this one
The teddy coat in pink from Bik Bok
I don't think it's in store yet
It will be available in week 13
This is SO cool!
It reminds me of a jacket from Topshop, which I've seen on a few UK Youtubers
And I wanted it so bad, but we don't have Topshop so that wouldn't do
But when Bik Bok made this one I'm all good
Because it's basically the same
I just love this one
Then another jacket
This faux fur
From Weekday, it's light blue and so amazing
I just love it, and it's so warm and cozy
It's great to snuggle up in when it's cold outside
So this is also a huge favorite
I'm a huge fan of pastels these days, I usually am
But especially now when spring is arriving soon
I also want to mention two YouTubers that has been my favorites this month
I watch a lot of YouTubers
But this month I want to mention InTheFrow
A YouTuber based in the UK, she is the same age as me
And she talks alot about fashion and beauty and vlogs
She does such a good job, I'll link her channel below
And I'll of course link all the products below as well
I also want to mention a Norwegian youtuber that I recently started following; Celina Karine
She also does such a good job and it's so fun to follow her everyday life
And to get some make up tips from her as well
She is so good, and it's important to cheer for each other
So check out those if your looking for some new YouTubers to follow
That was my January favorites
I hope you liked the video, give me a thumbs up if you did
And leave me a comment with what you want to see in my videos in the future
And if you think it's fun that I'm now doing three videos a week
Don't forget to subscribe to stay up to date
Thank you so much for watching. I'll see you soon, bye!

"You can't be creative & business-oriented at the same time" ǀ Talk @YouTube NYC ǀ Justine Leconte - Duration: 7:14.
Hi everyone, it's Justine. when I was in New York last month I spoke in front of an
audience of creative people from many different countries, who make
videos on YouTube as well. and some of them even run very successful creative and/or
online businesses at the same time. I was free to pick my topic so I talked about
something that has been on my mind for quite some time.
you might remember or know already that I initially studied business and worked in
business and now I switched to fashion: studied fashion, now work in fashion. back
then people said I couldn't be a good "creative", whatever that means, because...
you know... I was a "business person". today, people say that I'm only creative so I
supposedly can't be interested or knowledgeable
in any other field.
I frankly, wholeheartedly disagree with that kind
of silo thinking. I think that all fields are in fact linked, related. so when I
said that to an audience of people who built businesses out of their creative
heads, they virtually all agreed with me, because they've been there themselves.
but I thought I would share that video, that talk with you guys as well and I
look very much forward to your thoughts and to an open discussion, I guess. here
is the recorded talk.
Hi!
they say "you can't be creative and business-oriented
at the same time"... my name is Justine. I'm a fashion designer and an entrepreneur.
so people ask me: "oh wow... so did you study fashion or business?"
"well, I started with business and then I went back to school and studied fashion".
"okay but... what do you
want to focus on, long term?" "I like both..."
"okay but like... you can't be good at both
things, you have to prefer one thing".
there are 2 types of people I have had
this conversation with: (1) people who knew me as a business person
before, who put me in the business box I don't want to let me switch boxes ever
again. and then (2) the people who think that business and creativity exclude each
other because creativity is that abstract myth, the artist that turns a white canvas
into Mona Lisa... hmm sometimes those 2 types of people can even overlap.
who decided that one person can do only one thing and when was that??
Leonardo da Vinci (example)
was an engineer, an inventor but also a painter and a writer, etc. at that time,
educated people were good in everything, right? so I understand that today there
is too much wisdom about each field for one person to be able to know everything
about everything. but it's not about what you know, it's about the way you think.
point 1: the less you know about a topic, the more creative your ideas will be.
friends of mine asked their little daughter (three years old, not even 3):
was the chicken or the egg here first? she thought about it and replied: well, the
Easter Bunny was first! and frankly it's the smartest answer I've heard. it's absolute
rational thinking, based on what she knows about the world.
point 2:
creative ideas are the result of structured, rational thinking. the most creative
people in the so creative advertising industry use very uncreative tools to
come up with new ideas. Zwicky was an astronomer, a scientist.
he invented a method that those guys use all the time. and he was not a "creative
person", officially. it's this one here: general morphological analysis. when you
have one big issue, you break it down into small pieces and then you play all
possible combinations of those pieces through, until you get not just a good idea but
the best one, the perfect practical, most efficient solution... for a given objective,
right? so in advertising, a good "creative person" is so business-oriented
because their goal is to bring across a message and sell a product.
so this method, which is using creative skills but is not creative at all,
actually works in every single field, I think. I could use it to design a shoe,
for instance. so what makes a shoe? let's break it down: you have a part that
covers the foot, more or less. here it's a sandal. then you have a heel, more or less
high, right? the heel is positioned somewhere under the foot. and then you
have one element that connects and holds the shoe close to the foot, somehow, right?
this shoe looks very original and creative but it doesn't work, why?
point 3: creativity works best under constraints. so here in this case, we're
missing the constraint: the heel of the foot has to be at the level of the toes,
or higher, otherwise you can't walk... so let's solve the heel issue: there you go. now the shoe
works. it still looks creative and original so
my point is here: creativity alone is not enough. you need to add some logics to it.
point 4: being creative is actually a matter of training. artists and designers
who are very successful over a long period of time create non-stop. they have new
ideas all day and all night. they see and observe the world around them, they feel,
analyze, think about what it means and where it's going. they practice that way of
seeing the world all the time. so you can do the same and practice that too.
for example, for a day, try to think and see the world as a child... it's a fun one to do, once a week.
or for one day, take a picture of every object or color that you see and like. at the
end, print out those pictures and build a mood board out of them. little exercises like
that are part of daily research, of routine work when your job
is to create new things. so in the end, pure creativity, the artist in front of
a white canvas doesn't really exist. without practicality without some logics,
without at least purpose, I think it's useless. so when people say you can't be
creative and business oriented or pragmatic or rational at the same time,
I think you cannot not be both at the same time! thank you!

"This is What I Do" - Electronic Music - Duration: 0:59.
My name is Garret, and I'm a sophomore at the University of Valley Forge and I make electronic music.
So I started making electronic music back when I was in high school,
I've been playing piano practically my whole life. Porter Robinson is probably my favorite electronic musician out there.
His "Worlds" album is amazing. For me, making this kind of music
is a pretty good creative outlet. What I do, my creative process, is
I just boot up Ableton, the program I use, and I search through sample libraries,
see what sounds cool, mess around on the keyboard, just see what happens.
I want people to be able to collect their own ideas from it. I want them to be able to gather
what kind of emotions they want to feel from it. I just want to be able to offer a creative approach
I'm Garret Soerens and this is what I do.

Before starting this video I request you to press the red subscribe button
press the bell icon, under the options menu(shown below)
select all and press OK, so that you won't miss any upcoming videos of mine
In this video I will show drafting ,tracing and embroidery of this neckline
here I have taken 2 sheets of xerox paper and attached them(width wise)
now on the top edge I am marking 3"
for the neck width this is 6" and we have to take 3"
on the lower side again mark a 3" line and make a box of it
here I am using 6" of neck depth, you can adjust it according to your measurements
on the lower side mark 1/2 " and 2 points approx quarter inch
again mark 6" down wards
and from this point give a nice u shape
taking 1" on lower side we will make a V shape
again mark 1" and 2 points as a width
we have to mark these dots all around the neckline
so that we can make another line with equal distance
mark till the top of the neckline
make this slanting line with 3 " as it is required for border
again join these dots to make the outer shape of neckline
now darken this with dot pen as we have to make a tracing out of it that's why I am using this dot pen
again draw parallel line of 2 points all around the neckline
now starting square motifs on round shape of neckline
this is to give you overview how you have to do this on fabric
this way we have to make these square motifs all around the U shape
now on the lower V shape we have to make these square motifs
tracing is helpful if you are new to this embroidery, else
after making it on one side, after counting number of motifs and stitches you can easily make it on other side
now starting the border design, I am showing this first time on my channel
so watch carefully, I am making the second step
as this is curved shape, so we have to adjust it according to the curve
in a straight line it is easy but in a curved shape we have to take
care about distance
now start from this point
this way we have to start, and the same border has to made on the straight line
now completing the lower V part
I have made this for standard neckline size you can count down the number of stitches
on this V part I have made 7 stitches, in straight line 11 stitches and in U shape I think 16 or 21
I will count and show you
now open the paper and you can see
you can see the impression of neck design is clearly visible on the other side of paper
we have to darken this all around , and neck design will be ready
now with the help of carbon paper you can easily trace it down
now showing you how to do the embroidery, first we will do the outlines
in the center we have to make square motifs in this manner
outer border can be divided in 2 parts first part from top to mid bottom and then turn and do the second step
and then do the 3 and 4 step in the same manner
how to corners from neck curve has to be made
first a small cluster and then square motif with 4 clusters
on the starting V point only one cluster. count down the square motifs
the number of square motifs should be equal on both sides for the proper finishing of neckline
count down the stitches and do it if you are not tracing the neck design
lets' get started the embroidery, here I am making back stitch
using 4 strands of thread we have make this outline all around
to give it a volume you can fill it with zigzag stitch
with the help of yellow color thread I am filling this stitches
to give it a volume
it also looks beautiful, as you can see we have to fill it all around
now showing you the square motif
I am not showing it complete ( with filling part) you can check the first video of my channel
I am giving its link in the description box a seprate video has been made
the purpose of showing this outline is to show you how to adjust the squares on curved shape
if you start from this point you can easily adjust it all around
i am using single color thread you can use 2 colors in alternative manner
that also looks very beautiful
in the next part of this video I will show you new border design and details in part II of this this video so stay tuned
Thanks for watching my video, thank you

Speaking in Heblish | UNLEARN - Duration: 4:16.
Why are so many people speaking in broken Heblish these days?
It's time to UNLEARN the lies.
UNLEARN
Hey, welcome to UNLEARN.
My name is Lex, and I'd like to invite you to join us each week as we UNLEARN the lies
and dig deeper into the truth of God's Word.
Now, let's get started.
I was listening to an interview recently and the man was speaking so much broken Heblish
that I had a really hard time trying to figure out what he was even saying.
Here is an example of what I call broken Heblish:
"The Barit ha'dashay was spoken about by Yirame-yahoo when he said, "Hinineh the days come said
Yah-wah, that I will make with beit Yashar-al and with beit Yahoodo, a barit ha'dashay.
Not according to the barit that I made with a'bow-tam in the day I took them by the hand
to bring them out of Mitzra-am, that they broke my barit although I was ba-ali to them
says Yah-wah.
For this ha'barit that I will make with Yashar-al after those ha-yah-mim says Yah-wah, I will
put my tow-rati in their inward parts and write it in their hearts, and will be to them
alahim and they will be to me le-am."
Broken Heblish is a mixture of Hebrew or sort-of-Hebrew and English.
If you're pretty familiar with those verses in Jeremiah 31, then you might have been able
to figure out what I was saying, but most people probably felt a bit lost and confused
just then, and I would venture to say it was actually pretty difficult to even listen to.
In fact, if you know how to speak Hebrew, you were probable cringing at the way I was
pronouncing those words.
I did that on purpose because most people who speak Heblish don't actually know Hebrew.
I'm not sure why so many people in the Hebrew Roots and Messianic movement are speaking
this way.
Do they think that saying certain words in Hebrew (or Hebrew-ish) makes them sound more
intelligent?
Our desire should be to communicate the message of the Bible clearly so that others can understand
what's being said.
But, those who speak Heblish are adding confusion by using words that their audience does not
understand.
Consider what Paul said about speaking in unknown languages and the need for proper
interpretation.
"Even things without life, whether flute or harp, when they make a sound, unless they
make a distinction in the sounds, how will it be known what is piped or played?
For if the trumpet makes an uncertain sound, who will prepare himself for battle?
So likewise you, unless you utter by the tongue words easy to understand, how will it be known
what is spoken?
For you will be speaking into the air.
There are, it may be, so many kinds of languages in the world, and none of them is without
significance.
Therefore, if I do not know the meaning of the language, I shall be a foreigner to him
who speaks, and he who speaks will be a foreigner to me...
I would rather speak five words with understanding, that I may teach others also, than ten thousand
words in a tongue...
Therefore if the whole church comes together in one place, and all speak with tongues,
and there come in those who are uninformed or unbelievers, will they not say that you
are out of your mind?...
For God is not the author of confusion but of peace..."
- 1 Corinthians 14:7-11,19,23,33
Paul was talking about the need for interpretation when speaking in tongues.
We need to realize that this principle can be applied to both supernatural languages
as well as natural languages.
If I started speaking to you in German, but you didn't understand German, then my words
would be wasted and useless to you.
But, if I speak to you in a language that you do understand, then my words actually
have the potential to benefit you in some way.
I would rather speak five intelligible words, that I may teach others, than ten thousand
words in another language.
If you want to teach others, then learn how to communicate in a way that they can understand
you.
Otherwise, you're just speaking to the air.

Reading: An Outlet for My Bipolar Emotions - Duration: 2:11.
Hey guys, it's Hannah.
One major outlet for me, especially during a depressive episode, is reading.
And this took me a really long time to learn.
After my diagnosis of bipolar 2 disorder, I was diagnosed with ADHD.
And reading, for me, has always been such a challenge because sitting there and trying
to focus like that was so difficult.
So I had to practice and practice.
And once I got into reading,
I found it to be one of the most helpful things for my bipolar disorder.
Someone commented on a video recently about having this connection to fictional characters.
I totally do.
And I don't think it's a bad thing.
It's a free, healthy place for our mind to wander.
Because when you live with bipolar disorder, you've got this imagination
and these vivid thoughts that can be so overwhelming.
And when you can distract your mind and focus on something else, it's so helpful.
So I just love to read anything, like I said.
I love Marilyn Monroe and reading about her story.
And mental health.
Fiction books.
Look at this, I just got so vintage from Etsy - Ernest Hemmingway,
who supposedly had a mental health condition.
It really inspires me.
It distracts my mind.
And I truly suggest it for anyone.
As difficult as it may be to focus, it's something to practice.
And definitely self-help books have really, really helped me.
I want to hear what you have to say.
Do you understand this connection to fictional characters?
Maybe while you're reading or what books are you reading?
Do you find it helpful?
Please leave me those in the comment section below.
And I will see you next week.
Bye.

【Houkai3rd Story】Chapter I - Act.1 - Stage 1-3: Mei Reinforcement - Duration: 2:30.
Kiana, did you notice anything strange?
There wasn't anything wrong! But if i have to say it... I guess this task was unusually too easy!
An outstanding Valkyrja such as I should have been doing more difficult tasks?
Outstanding what! Until half a year ago you were still a B rank Valkyrja.
But if you are that confident, then i guess support backup won't be needed after all.
Of course it won't be needed!
Okay, then I'll order Mei to go back.
Huh? Wait a minute! I… It seems there is not enough ammunition, so please send Mei-senpai to support me.
Oh? Strange. . .It is showing here that your ammunition is still full.
Ah, well... It was still full twenty seconds ago!
What are you fooling around...
Major... Please do not bully her too much...
Kiana-chan, I just arrived on the deck of the battleship! Let's meet up at B3!
Yes, I can feel it - Having Mei-senpai here is giving me so much power!
Hah...That is the face of a pervert...Mei, keep an eye on her!
Yes! Major!

LAUREN TOYOTA makes us HOT FOR FOOD | What We Ate (Vegan Van Life) - Duration: 13:28.
today is a beautiful freezing snowy day in Canada but we've got some fun things
planned so there is no time to sleep any longer
we've got a special guest cooking lunch for us today so stay tuned
well it sure is frosty welcome to Canada go to where the keys to the keys babe?
got the keys
let's make breakfast we're trying something we've never done before but
we've seen all over the damn place acai bowls before they're they're
absolutely delicious yeah I haven't I think it's important that you do buy it
frozen cuz I'm you can buy acai powder that's
not as good mmm I've heard that before
half cranberry juice
half water I don't want to get those sweet it's a little bit runnier than I
would like that for sure you go ahead and get this now I should
No!
I'll have a tea...you make the latte
our chai is a combination of a ground spices that
we grind per batch so we've got things like cardamom cinnamon nutmeg all these
really healing spices and then we combine that with raw fresh ginger root
and a local sustainable honey so it's actually a sticky wet tea that you see
there makes a really beautiful tea as well as a latte so I'm gonna show you
both ways so this is the tea version scoop of tea into our tea filter and
just close up the tea filter put it in Eamon''s mug fill with not boiling hot
water because I don't actually burn the black tea and you'll get that unpleasant
bitterness that you might be used to a tea so we just let it sit for a minute
make sure it's still hot for the extraction
buddy why do we use honey isn't that bad for the bees? isn't that not vegan? Wow
very quickly okay Eamonn and I started this company with the belief that food
can be really healing and wholesome as well as delicious so we wanted to make
something completely unique we make a sticky chai as I just showed you so the
honey actually preserves naturally that Raw ginger root but honey is actually also
the world's best antibacterial all these great things that come from honey as a
food and we work with an apiary that's local we know how they treat
their bees we actually have to change our honey seasonally so they never over
harvest or overwork the bees and we feel good about that we know that every one
is different so if you're a vegan who doesn't consume honey we totally get
that but we're vegans who do if we know where the honey is coming from this
morning I'm gonna use almond milk this is the barista series almond milk
it's the original flavor so there's a little bit of added sweetness I like my
try a little bit sweet but you can play around with milks and see what you like
so all you have to do to make a chai latte is take a scoop of chai put it in
your small pot and then just top up your small pot or a cups worth hey Beck where
do you get that cute adorable pot it's probably the cutest part I've ever seen in
my life you can get it from chaiwalachai.com
I'll link it below! okay now I've got to turn on our propane back on to heat it up also
torch it up baby
YOOO it looks pretty nice creamy I know this is such a treat know we spent
the last hour cleaning up places looking sharp cuz we're having guests over
Lauren today Lauren is gonna be cooking up a lunch in our tiny home so the
challenge is to make her amazing comfort foods in such a tiny space but also that
she doesn't know what we have in the fridge and we didn't communicate at all
about what kind of recipe she's gonna make I tried to ask her I was like
Lauren like what do you want again yeah it's like well the fun part will be like
I won't know what you have so it's like all right so we're fully stocked but not
really like I was doing just thinking like we don't even have tofu or some of
the things that I've been loved we're pretty stock though we've got like lots
of bags and veggies any things that would normally be in our fridge
it's gonna be a real creative test and I think that's what makes a true chef let
me know if you guys think that's a true it can be really creative especially
when they don't know I think that's what they do in like MasterChef they have
people go and do challenges where they have no idea what's in the box
so this is one of those hey girl yeah
we're so excited we're gonna keep the details of what she's cooking a little
secret so you have to head to her channel to see what she creates I use
this to I guess we should turn the rice down how do I do that possible how do
you cook rice I just let her go okay she'll be fine okay
hmm I do like the green element good job good job sous chef Eamon, camera man Eamon
curry wasn't always my favorite dish I got really super sick off of a couple
curry dishes in our travels and it sort of sat with me a little weird and a
man's always begging me please to make massage because she never wants to go up
for nin yeah I know but I'm getting way better
and so when Lauren was like I'm making curry and I'm putting in whole mushrooms
like oh my two least favorite thing no I'm just kidding but it's some
absolutely delicious the spice is really really good and so what are we calling
it what did Lauren say here Lauren it's a mushroom lentil coca spicy peanut
coconut curry doll yeah so if you guys are interested and you should be in
checking out the full recipe and how Lauren took nothing and made this
delicious lunch type to her channel hopefully or we put this on the same day
well like Oregon I didn't put in the same day so when this is live you can go
to Lauren's Channel and check out her recipe step by step instructions and you
two can make the lentil coconut curry dal kale mushroom amazing also you can
see Lauren how she overcame all the obstacles while cooking the Ben she's
never been here before she didn't know what tools we had and she crushed it
it's a bit of a challenge cooking on that little tube burner but she's a bit
of a professional so I called you the vegan Queen on the way here would you
would you take that title nicely or what do you how do you feel just like I just
copyright today why people do say that to me in the comments and I think it's
cute and I'll totally accept it yeah it's amazing
yeah you're also had like the M&Ms right because I'm so yeah this is the same
thing right okay wait which one should I try Oh what are these crunchy crispy mmm
try on those are awesome things yes love you guys we're gonna head back up to our
office now we do have a lot of work to get done
business never sleeps guys so once you catch you at dinner
just wanted to show you quickly that I'm having a little snack I'm super full
from lunch which is really rare for us we're actually huge eaters but Lauren a
made it really hearty and delicious and also big portions so thanks for that
Lauren buddy do you want to have one too this please okay I'll peel these and
yeah that's the update so what do you think would be either
well maybe three o'clock I don't know if that'll be enough content honestly what
we're there at 11:00 howdy-ho Ranger Joe so we're thinking of going to the gym
which we do almost every night when we're in the city so I don't want to
snack too hard I'm thinking of just making a tea put it in my B mug
well we're not like vlogging we're just doing what I eat in a day which is quite
a bit more specific which I like I was actually thinking at what time is it is
a too late to make your cheesy popcorn before the gym that's too bad
now it's time to make dinner if we haven't already bought groceries normal
mo head to the grocery store pick up something make it but tonight we
actually have stuff to eat so easy as pie we got a lot of leftovers so this
one as you know we made with Lauren that's a leftover lentil doll and she
actually suggested that we could just add some broth in there to make like a
lentil soup so I think that's a really good option there's a good amount left
this is a pasta dish that we made it's like a vegan pesto pasta it was okay I
don't really feel like it we had it yesterday and then we've got some of
this chickpea this is like a you know vegan tuna fish sandwich kind of style
vegan mayo dill pickles so here's what I'm thinking we're gonna because we're
starving we just finished the gym I'm gonna do this on a sandwich we're gonna
toast that up and back and I will split half of that and then I'm going to make
a like a tall soup so I picked up these I've been seen these before but this is
like a mushroom broth and it's like a mushroom doll so I'm thinking I'll just
put a cube of that with some hot water boil that together and then mix in the
dal and make like kind of like a soupy thing there's like rice and lentils in
here so very high in protein so I've added my water to my soup
now I'm a little concerned that I've added too much water so what I'm gonna
do is throw another broth cube in there how's the sandwich baby are you so good
I know is the olive key that's good did you get it off yet not
yeah there's one right there waiting for you right oh don't lose them
but it's great so much so I'm just gonna grab some of the broth I'm gonna add
that in and then just whisk it together before okay that may have been too much
without amounts a little bit salty so I've still got some leftover coconut
milk from when Lauren made this so I'm just gonna put a little chunk of coconut
fat in there we'll make it a little bit creamier but also it will dial back that
saltiness just a little piece oh my god you like that
I love they're our new staple in our lives
I want to know what your staple meal is if it's a favorite breakfast like we
have our staple smoothie if it's a sandwich that you make anything I want
to know
yeah also peppered the heck out of it in there I think you're tasting a lot of
pepper as well when you get our Joby baby
Oh B 1 Kenobi obi-wan hmm let's really go are you doing a happy food dance that
was a what I eat in a day featuring how good was today like açaí bulls yeah
amazing doll like whipped out of nowhere left field whip on it and then top it
off with a nasty dull soup and a chickpea sanguine completely obsessed
yeah it was amazing how good the food is to like are we just
yeah like there's nothing worse than having a crappy day and having I mean
you've had like a crappy day with they go together though look whatever we
bicker it's because we're hungry yeah it's because we haven't like the start
of this video but we love stills so we cool yeah if you guys did enjoy you guys
enjoyed what I eat if you guys enjoyed lunch right again yeah if you guys
enjoyed watching this video please give it a big thumbs up and we will do more
what we eat in a day style videos for you and until next week you guys bye
you
