It's Jeff Gellman of Solid K9 Training with my,
what would Jeff do, dog training tip of the day.
Tip number 29.
Stop holding your dog back
at the front door or anywhere else.
But let me give you a perfect example
of what a lot of folks do is usually when somebody comes
to the front door their dog is barking like crazy,
they'll grab the dogs flat buckle collar
or whatever they've got on and they hold the dog back.
It physically possibly works but what you're doing
is you're actually getting the dog agitated
and they'll want to pull harder against the pressure.
If you've ever seen a protection dogs or sport dogs
that's actually how we get them to bark and lunge
and like, it looks like they're about to kill somebody.
It's because we put leash pressure on them,
whether it's on a flat buckle collar
or a harness, we hold them back,
they get very, very frustrated
and maybe we physically can remove them
but trust me next time somebody comes to that door
they're going to work even harder.
So that's what I want you to do.

your situation and what your assets are that you hold, what your debts are on and
on. The most important thing is that you think about these things, that you
have a financial professional look at your situation and make sure that you
have thought through or they have helped you plan through all these pieces that

hello guys and welcome to Dissidia so we are gonna be doing a basic tutorial
guide to get you into this game if you don't know what this game is it's pretty
much a final fantasy based brawler think smash brothers but Final Fantasy version
so let's do it we're gonna do te tutorial beginning of the game and we're
gonna see how it goes so would you like to do the basics of brawling I would
love to and thank you to Square Enix for sending me a copy of this game for
review purposes I love Square Enix so keep sending me
stuff right so I'll pick any character you want and begin learning the basics
of combat with them tutorials can be played again any time nicely okay so I'm
gonna pick let me think who we are gonna pick okay watch it
let's go through the characters it's a warrior of light

useful for closing distance hold r1 to take the shortest route to your target
if you would rather move about freely while dashing push the L in the

wall will run up it you do not need to hold down the dash button while running
up obstacles the - Gorge depletes when you - a run up objects and once it runs
out you all stop dashing it refills however you while you are grounded and

Wow so defending probably and born now that you've got to learn how to defend
yourself first let's talk about guarding you can generate a barrier that
nullifies all bravery damage by holding down l1
however guarding against attacks will slowly deplete your guard stamina as you

defend for further attacks after it turns red it will break after berries

devastating attack so defend wisely guarding isn't the only way to avoid
damage sidestepping can be used to dodge attacks completely l1 while moving to
sidestep in that direction although you are invincible while
sidestepping you can dodge incoming attacks entirely if you time it right so
lastly you'll learn how to recover from attacks after being launched by a
bravery attack press X in midair to recover and prepare for any further
attacks if you sigh step right after recovering
you can stay invincible slightly longer so now defend yourself from an enemy
onslaught with the techniques you've learned remember L want to guard l1 and
l2 sidestep and extra cover while in the air okay let's get logo so see if we can
find this right as well

ok I get it now one thing you might have noticed in that
is that if they already start attacking then pressing the guard button doesn't
really do anything so you need to make sure that you press it just before your
attack not after you've been attacked learn about different X skills as well

strengthen your allies or weaken your foes your first common X skill can be
activated by pressing up and triangle and your second by pressing down and
triangle each skill can be used once its respective board fills up the court

skills can be set from the customization menu once they're got cast character
customization director character then go to X skill set define and pair a set of
skills that complements your play style and current strategy ok
the skills are signed to just triangle are unique to each character have formed

the options menu remember that during online play real people control other

time to send some messages of your own since your allies and enemies here are

you want to play what is your play style you know what works for you what oh
you're gonna be your priorities are your priorities for your character gonna be
to get the enemy down ASAP are you gonna be more conservative trying dodge
attacks and then retaliate are you gonna focus on destroying the crystals and
summoning for example it's up to you the good thing about the game it's a hundred
percent down to your style that's what they they let you customize your skills
and so on and they emphasize the down to your play style bit as much as possible
so like I said guys there isn't really much point me making say more tutorial
videos about the game because of the fact it's down to you you know so give
it a go try out all the characters try and unlock some more summons see how you
do and don't be worried if you get whooped at the beginning everyone does
you have to just learn as you go along and that's it so again thank you to

Seoul's defense chief is coming out hard against North Korea,... unleashing some strong words,...
warning the regime that any use of nuclear weapons against South Korea or the United
States would be the country's final act.

North Korea will be wiped off the world map should it use nuclear weapons on South Korea
or the United States.
That's what South Korea's Defense Minister Song Young-moo confidently stated on Monday
at a security forum in Singapore.
When asked whether Pyongyang has a coercive purpose to its nuclear weapons program,...
Minister Song said... the North attacking South Korea or the U.S. won't happen for real...
and that the nuclear development program is just a part of the Kim Jong-un regime's propaganda
strategy.
He stressed that it's (quote)"anachronistic" to say Pyongyang will use its nuclear weapons,...
but added... if it does, then the regime will be erased
off the world map.
And to deal with this threat,...
Minister Song gave assurances... that South Korea won't be deploying tactical
nuclear weapons... but developing stronger conventional weapons... to keep peace, not
go to war.
The remarks came during a question-and-answer session after Minister Song's keynote speech
at the 2018 Fullerton Forum... the very first as Seoul's defense chief.
During his address,... he stressed the most urgent and grave security threat in the Asia-Pacific
region is Pyongyang's nuclear and missile development... and said South Korea will not,
under any circumstances, accept North Korea as a nuclear state.
He emphasized that Seoul will work towards a complete denuclearization of the Korean
Peninsula,... through peaceful measures like dialogue and negotiation, saying sanctions
and pressure will only be used as means of achieving this.
Mentioning that North Korea could have been secretly trading with other nations using
foreign vessels, Minister Song urged all nations in the region to abide by UN sanctions and
up the pressure on the regime.

What Would Jeff Do? DogTraining Tip of the Day #28 Stopping Jumping - Duration: 3:48.
- Hey everybody, how are you?
It's Jeff Gellman of Solid K9 Training
with my What Would Jeff Do? dog training tip of the day.
Tip number 28,
stopping jumping.
Dogs jumping on people are a major, major issue.
Dog fact, dogs are turned into shelters
because they won't stop jumping on people.
There's a temperament test in shelters
that dogs are actually put down for jumping.
I don't agree with it obviously, but that's just
the way it is.
Maybe not your shelter, but shelters do that.
Stopping jumping is a very simple
three to five second process.
There's also a lot of misinformation out there
that I believe is unethical, because it doesn't work.
Also, who gets injured while you're training it.
So, I've got a four-year-old/grandmother rule
meaning would you allow a dog to do that to a four-year-old
or a grandmother in order to fix the problem.
So, this is what a lot of people are told
to do to stop jumping.
Ignore the dog.
So, I'm supposed to let my dog ignore.
I mean, I'm supposed to let my dog jump on my child
or my grandmother and eventually it stops?
They'll be knocked down,
they'll be injured, they'll be scratched.
Turn your back on a dog.
Don't ever turn your back on the dog.
Same thing, for your old grandmother,
would you ask them to do that?
Tell the dog to sit.
We don't use obedience commands to stop a bad behavior
and theoretically I don't want my dog to be sitting.
Sure, we can add that later.
I want my dog to not jump.
Knee the dog in the chest.
You can't ask a four-year-old or a grandmother
to do that and your guests shouldn't be training your dog.
You should be.
You can also injure the dog.
All these things usually don't work.
The reason is people don't want to punish, correct the dog
for an unwanted behavior.
Jumping is a major, major problem.
It injures people all the time.
Also, a lot of people will say,
well, we're working on stopping jumping.
What do you mean working on stopping jumping?
How long are you gonna work on it for?
Days, weeks, months?
It's, doesn't have to be like that.

So, how do you stop jumping?
You make the act of jumping uncomfortable to the dog.
How do you do that?
Very, very firm leash correction
or a remote collar correction.
I'm very aware of the conversation out there
that some people will be offended by that.
All I know is this.
We do it, I demonstrate it at my seminars,
we do it at our training center, I would do it,
I do it with my own dogs at the very, very beginning.
It works.
A lot of people will say,
oh, well make not jumping enjoyable.
Dogs will do what is enjoyable.
Dogs love to jump on people.
It is self-rewarding to them.
So, you can stop jumping today.
You can stop jumping in three to five seconds.
We do it all the time.
The dog won't be afraid of you.
The dog won't be afraid of your guests.
The dog won't be afraid of the leash,
the training collar, any of that stuff.
So, how do you stop jumping?
You make the act of jumping uncomfortable for the dog.

It is a major issue, people are breaking bones,
being injured, being terrified of dogs,
getting bit eventually, getting scratched,
being knocked down, dogs are turned into shelters.
We fix it all the time.

What kind of tools do I use for...
Make the gameplay videos
OBS studio is for video games
I use that software to record the gameplay
It's really complicated
If you're new to OBS studio, it will be hard for you
If you use OBS studio often, you will be fine
It's not that hard. You can google and youtube to watch the tutorial videos
Like how to set up, how to record the gameplay, and set the audio
Change the background like the green background behind me
I hate when I record the gameplay and I focus on the game
Somehow, I forgot to set up the audio. Sometime, it doesn't record the sound itself
It is really frustrating

Video editors
Movie Maker and CyberLink PowerDirector 13
I use both editors. Mostly, I use Movie Maker because I just need to delete the unnecessary parts
and add the intro video. That's it. Then upload the video on YouTube. Good enough
I use CyberLink PowerDirector to add the cool texts on the video
Whatever, anywhere on the screen
Crop the video
And many special tools that Movie Maker doesn't have

I get used to it

I wear two hearing aids
I can't hear every single word. I only can catch some words
Oh yeah, I can hear loud stuff like scream, gunshot, boom, and stuff like that
The hearing YouTubers can talk while they hold the controller
Or the keyboard and mouse while they talk
It's really hard for me
I don't have four arms
It's hard but if I hold the controller with my left hand, I can use sign language with my right hand

Martha is seriously struggling

This is his big chance

with his photography skills

so Peter swoops in with some PVC piping,
a bed sheet, and binder clips
to hack a studio in her living room.
Martha's impressed.

In a flash
of inspiration, Peter
uses a pie tin slotted behind a naked bulb.
That ought to brighten up
Martha's girls.
To add to his arsenal,
Peter builds a reflector board
made out of tin foil and cardboard.
The shadows fade away
but the girls' contempt for Peter is as bright as ever.
Peter looks around for something to win the girls over.
Aha!
Boom shakalaka!
He grabs the only photo
that survived the divorce
and hacks it
into his favorite picture prop.
The girls go from W-T-F...

And Martha couldn't be happier
with her new man.
The crew's warmed up and ready

uses corn starch to mop up
any last-minute shine.
