Number 1: Monster's Ball.

Coming in hot at number 1 on our list is the 2001 film "Monster's Ball".

This is the movie that won Halle Berry an Oscar, but some might say it wasn't just because

In the film, she has an intense sex scene with co-star Billy Bob Thornton, which both

have never denied the rumors of the sex being 100% authentic.

How to Find Time to Practice - Make a Date with Yourself #flowthoughts - Duration: 3:12.

Hey gang!

Drex here from DrexFactor.com and today I want to talk with you guys a bit about making

time for practice.

We all have busy lives and there are so many things we'd love to be doing.

So how do we make the time to practice regularly so we can get better at whatever we're pursuing?

Before we dive in, I just want to take a moment to give a shout out to the friends of the

So...here's what I want you to do right now: I want you to pull out your calendar,

whatever form it may be.

Maybe your smartphone, a personal planner, a wall calendar, who knows?

Now I want you to write down an appointment in it every week.

This is an hour you're going to spend with a thought leader in your industry or someone

who's at the top of your favorite sport.

How important would it be for you to keep that date every week?

Think long and hard about where you want to schedule it, what you want to move aside in

order to make this thing happen every week.

Cool!

So you've got that meeting in your planner every week?

Awesome!

So who are you meeting with, then?

The person you're meeting with is your future self.

This is your practice date every week.

Let me explain.

A lot of us think of practice as being this very painful or difficult process that we

have to get through.

We put it off, thinking, "Oh, I'll get to it as soon as I'm done watching this

video or getting a snack or I've had a few moments to chill after work."

What if Bill Gates or LeBron James were waiting on you for that meeting?

Would you finish watching that video or getting a snack?

You'd hightail it out the door to be there as fast as possible.

And here's the thing you've got to shift in your thinking: practice isn't that painful

process you go through to see incremental improvements.

Practice is an investment in the person you want to become.

Every hour of practice you put in, you get closer to being the thought leader in your

field, to being at the top of your hobby or past-time.

You have to think of that time spent practicing as meeting with that person for whom you have

the utmost respect.

Because that time is the act of creating that person.

Are you going to become the master of your field by practicing an hour a week?

Well...no.

But it's a start.

Make this date with yourself every week for six months and keep it religiously.

I guarantee you'll start to see improvements in whatever you're working on.

Once you get there, see if you can add an additional hour of practice another day of

the week.

Work to make your practice a regular ritual over time.

You'd be surprised how effective even this is!

Last year when I did my video on the Health Benefits of the Flow Arts I ran across a study

that showed that the biggest deciding variable in people picking up a skill is regular practice

rather than the quantity of said practice.

So...making a date with yourself is a great place to start!

In fact, I'd love to see how your date goes.

Make your date and take a video of what you've done every week and post it to Instagram with

the hashtag #mydatewithmyself.

far mine's off to an okay start very busy cold and it's making me feel super

sluggish as usual but I'm here to talk to you today because we need some more

positivity especially on YouTube what with everything that's been going on

with the second wave of the ad pocalypse that's that's a whole other video that I

don't really think I'm qualified to talk on since I just started since I just

started my hope to be flourishing YouTube career now I wanted to talk to

you guys about what I have planned for 2018 I have all kinds of plans to make

all kinds of content for you guys like I wanted to last year I'm just hoping I

have more time this year I'll make time I don't want to let any kind of excuses

hold me back anymore like they've been I want to be way more active this year

with you guys I want to leave a lot more comments I want to make a lot more

friends on here I want to get all kinds of feedback on what I can do better with

my videos whether that be better editing different video ideas etc etc I plan on

experimenting with vlogs and more laid-back content and everything else in

between like I said before I want to make a

career out of this at some point if I can that would be amazing even with all

the problems I plan to give 2018 on YouTube my very best shot I want to try

and upload as much as I can I always second-guess myself when I think of a

video idea but no more I just want to make the kind of content I want to see

and just have fun with it I don't want to worry about if other people will like

this or if it'll make me famous or not I just want this to be fun and if I end up

making a career out of it like I want to that's fantastic if not I'll just enjoy

it for the fun let it brings me it's also one of my new year's resolutions to

you know make more content for you guys side note I just want to touch on this

To draw/trace our hand embroidery pattern we usually use fabric pens a.k.a water-soluble markers.

So, today I will show you the pen(water-soluble marker) that I will use in this video.

This is the pen or water-soluble marker that I will use in this video today.

This pen was purchased at Daiso at a price of RM5.90.

As we can see here this pen is like a regular marker pen...

but it's a bit small and looks easy to use...

because the tip of the pen is thinner than the regular marker pen.

There is one very easy way to remove the ink.

You just need to use water.

Now, we look is it true or not...

the ink wlll dissappear...

after it is sprayed with water.

So, it is true that this ink will disappear after being sprayed with water.

Now, let's get started.

How To Respond To Depression - theJunieBird - Duration: 10:49.

now I've got 20 minutes until sunset so I have 20 minutes to do a thing. I have a

microphone. I lent it to a friend. I know she gave it back to me, but now I can't

find it anywhere. [singing] I don't have time for this I don't have time for this.

All right. Still recording. I'm coming out of a

season of depression and I wanted to talk a little bit about, not depression

specifically, but talking about depression. Yes, I would like to talk

about talking about depression. Because.. because I think that it's a

thing that we should do more often. We should talk about depression. And it's [talking about depression] a

thing that I did, and continue to do. Clearly. I never want to hide where I'm at,

or what I'm struggling with. Especially from my friends, in real life and on the

Internet, and so I talk about my depression and I'm gonna talk a little

bit about why I do that, and I'm gonna talk a little bit about some of the best

responses that I have gotten in talking about my depression. Because I think that

very often we talk about the things that you shouldn't say in response to someone

telling you that they are depressed, but we don't always talk about what you

should say to someone who has just told you about depression that they are

struggling with. So that's what we're going to talk about today. And I'm also

going to start off by saying that everything that I'm talking about today

is stuff that I have observed, it is that is true for me. It may not apply to

everyone who has depression, because people are different and mental health

problems exist differently between different types of people. So there are

kind of two reasons that I talk about my depression and they're basically two

sides of the same coin. I always try to be honest and vulnerable with people

that I am closest to, and that means sharing with them the fact that I am

struggling with things. The second part of that is that depression wants me to

be ashamed of it. It is the voice in my head telling me that nothing that I do

has any value, that no one cares about me or my struggles, it's telling me a lot of

things and one of the ways to make those voices shut up is by saying out loud

that they exist, so for me the more I talk about my depression the more I am

able to overcome it and the more I am able to move past it. That also leads me

into two [(but actually one)] other thing[s] that I want to mention. When when I'm talking about my

depression and my experience with it I'm not trying to make you uncomfortable. I'm

not trying to make other people feel bad about themselves or their experiences.

Sharing with someone that I have depression and this is how what that

means for me has very little to do with that person and almost entirely things

to do with me. But it does make people uncomfortable,

because.. because I'm not hiding it, because I'm not following this idea that

depression is something to be ashamed about and depression is something to

hide which is what tends to happen even if you don't want it to. Depression

really really gets in your head and tells you that the best thing to do

about it is to make sure no one knows that you have it. That hasn't been true

for me. Now I'm gonna talk a little bit about some of the responses that I've

gotten that have been pretty helpful. There's often this idea that like if you

say to someone-- so someone is depressed and you can say to them, "Oh, well it's

gonna get better," that might be true and that may help some people,

it was never encouraging to me. It's like, "Yes, I know that things get better, but

that's not my reality right now and it's not helpful for me to hear." So a couple

of things that people said in response to me telling them I had depression or

was struggling with depression that were helpful include: Asking me what that

meant for me, what does my depression look like and then giving me space to

talk about it. That's helpful, because talking about things is helpful! Asking

me what I'm doing to try and fight it and to try and be better, knowing that

being better it was something that I wanted. And in general, people just saying

"Yeah, that sucks. What else?"

Because in telling people about my depression, I'm never looking for answers

I was always looking for a space to

clear my thoughts and to think about things, which is something that I

definitely do in my journal and I have other personal practices that helps me

to process my feelings and my emotions, but processing with a human out loud is

also very very helpful. And then the last thing that a few people said to me is

that they would say "Thank you for sharing this information with me." Talking

about depression is scary. Just because you know that it's

necessary and just because you want to talk about it doesn't make it less scary.

To talk about saying to someone "I am depressed," "I am feeling depressed this

week," and then having them say in response "Thank you for trusting me with

this information." That was that was really impactful for me.

That's.. that's kind of all I've got for you today. I am slowly coming out of a

season of depression, and I wanted to talk a little bit about it on the

internet. Mental health on the Internet is the thing that I want to be able to

talk more about, but it's really hard to talk about when you are in it. It's much--

(laughs) It's much less terrifying to talk about when you are on your way out of it.

So it's been interesting past couple of weeks. I am starting to try and figure

out how to have a normal life again. Which sounds so silly, because I had a

normal life! I am-- I know that I'm perfectly capable of having a normal

life, but also I have been depressed and sad for a very very long time and I'm

kind of only just starting to realize how long it has been since I have felt

quote-unquote normal. So yeah, I kind of have to relearn how to live and and what

I want and how to get it. So that is the thing that I am working

through and trying to figure out. Hopefully that will mean more videos

from me, and you should subscribe so that you get to see some of those videos.

And yeah, and I'm gonna stop now so that I stop talking in circles

and instead actually edit this video and put it on the internet, because that is a

THE LONGER HE IS IN OFFICE, THE MORE HIS POLICIES REALLY SET IN

AND GIVE AMERICANS AN OPPORTUNITY TO REALIZE HOW

DESTRUCTIVE AND DAMAGING THEY ARE, THERE IS GOING TO BE SOME

PORTION OF HIS VOTERS THAT WILL

FLIP.

on your compression brought of try to compress the bounce if you will it

need $250,000 a bulk of the money about 70% is going to be to fund our inventory

because right now we need to shorten our leave times it increase our supply our

reliability we need to enhance our front-end right for our website show our

website we have such an average front-end that's been one of our biggest

challenges is we can't get a web team to get things right so the amount of sales

that we've done you guys I just need to back up and tell you have come literally

from word of mouth raster it's marketing meat hustling picking up the phone going

to trade shows and rookies okay that's that's it what is close to make that bra

right there is 1450 why don't you sell it for 58 great margin you don't hear

such an awesome listen to this though this is the thing we worried before

well we were paint we were paying almost $40 abroad to make them here in LA they

couldn't keep up with the demand we were selling out when we got them in you guys

this is a three billion dollar industry what we want to do is get into the

active wear space active wear for women is a fifteen point seven billion dollar

industry we're going outside of that pie and we're creating our own pie this

doesn't exist right you're not creating your own pottery you're you're you're

going after the sports bra industry there are things gonna get better you

may be doing a much better but you're not going outside of the pie well if you

think about it though rubber and I don't mean to challenge you but everyone's

doing adjustable sports bras in terms of adjustability it's limited we are

customizing this but this is a customizable sports bra nobody else

allows you to customize your own fit here and here it look the proof you guys

can argue all day long the proof is in the sail we've done $50,000 less 45 days

we have 200 online reviews of women that we average four and a half stars because

they love it so first of all I admired that discipline to have four kids and

then being this incredible shape I mean healthy body healthy mind right yeah

absolutely but when you start talking about you're

gonna create a brand new category of women's wear you'll lose me there

and that's a that's fair what I'm saying is that adjustability in

terms of studying your own support does not exist and the sports bra category is

huge I just need some doors to be open get me in front of the right person and

also these brawls all day I believe that like this is a big thing our retailers

retailers have to stop anywhere from 12 to 14 bras per cup size 32 34 36 ABCD

our bra because of the adjustability can go from for example this they stock

seven sizes to this we've dramatically cut their SKUs in half now that's

interesting you're reducing the SKU consolute we are and the amount of

inventory they have to house but I've been sitting here thinking about what if

I seen out there on the market so you guys have seen things that help you with

your posture yeah I've seen them they adjust here right they brace across your

base like criss cross in your back and they help you to keep your shoulders

yeah the only missing feature is is they don't come across here that's a big way

all right it's not a big deal because in patenting if you see something there's

prior art which I would imagine you must have filed that if you see something

then an examiner might look at it and say well it is intuitive that you drew

this into a bra so that concerns me and I'm not saying that you don't have a

patent or you'll lose your PIN just saying for me as an investor because I

think there are other things out there that might become problematic

and that's fine we alright we do it we appreciate that

however with apparel Daymond you know to get a patent on apparel is very hard

yeah so you know I always say you're never gonna create anything new in this

world again you know Twitter with a note on her page is like a million years ago

any crazy thing you would a t-shirt right speed to market I found a new area

that was being neglected mm-hmm I think I can add value with speed to market I I

represent Jillian Michaels for international Isis a and a lot of these

influencers so I'm gonna take a shot yeah but your valuations a little high

you wanna $250 for 20% I want to be one third partner twenty fifty thousand for

33 and a third percent okay that's a little rich isn't it would you have to

well last time when I was 8 months pregnant David he had lost his job and I

didn't have a job so we did what a lot of people do and we downsize from a very

large beautiful house to a very small house you have one car now we sold off a

lot of things to make sure we kept the roof over our head but it's actually all

worked out it really has been a blessing so now this is your livelihood this

business yes tell us about the sales of it how much do you sell how much one did

you mate we're approaching $400,000 in less than two years

we're also approaching about 400 accounts right now we just landed our

first supermarket a big chain down in in Florida they gave us a 60 store test

they use a number to hit a weekly number we're getting that going we're hitting

that number daily Wow our product the reason that it sells so well is because

of the quality of the ingredients people will pay for a premium product and

that's the biggest reason and it's it's pricey to put it quality ingredients

together for one it retails anywhere from $7.99 to $8.99 for a 1-pound tub

and what are you making it for it costs us roughly two dollars and 52 cents and

I are wholesale for 525 and how much do you have invested into the company

we got about 150 thousand dollars invested that takes a lot of guts when

your backs up against the wall to believe in it enough and yeah and you

have oh yeah the way we have a three-year-old son and

then our daughter will be here in two weeks or sooner if Kevin keeps laughing

man you got a lot riding on this dip is it always a positive reaction to it do

people ever look and go do you think at first they'll take a sample they'll keep

walking and then they turn around and go wait I mean wait a minute what did I

just eat cuz that was amazing and then when people find out a blended chicken

don't have a problem with it love it actually they gave us really good

feedback I think it's a really clever idea I agree with that I think it's

wonderful I mean I really liked it I just really want to go take another one

and have it over here I also love the two of you I think you're both great I

really really want to help you but I'm just not sure that I'm the right person

to help you get this into supermarkets everywhere I'm sorry I'm out guys I

think you're gonna do wonderful things but I also know that to be a great

entrepreneur you have to know what you're good at

and know what you're not so good at and I'm not so good at food distribution of

this sort so as much as I love what you guys are doing because it's not a fit

and it doesn't play to my strengths I have to say I'm out

I admire your just stick-to-itiveness to survive getting whacked from your job

this is happening to millions of Americans now it's a tough economy out

there then coming back with something that's actually working you're basically

living off this but as an investment or a startup basically and so there's a

huge amount of risk in it right now I could put a royalty on it and force

you to pay me on every time you sell one but that's just cruel injustice to those

chickens that have given up their lives in the first place but as an investment

I'm sorry yeah I love the story I admire what you've done here's the good you

know the product Laurie likes it I think a lot of people like it here's the bad

it's a brutal business you need a partner that can help you go down that

road all I can offer you is is advice encouragement but I can't tell you when

to Zig or when to zag and I think that's what you really need today I wish you

very hard decision for me there's a guy came on the show last year in a big

chef's shake I was in love with him and in love with the concept but I didn't

have enough knowledge of the business and then he went off into ten million
