[eng sub] Island Trio EP23 INFINITE's Sunggyu[cut] part 10 - Duration: 3:41.Right, hold it.
Really cute.
Amazing.
You heard the sound.
Sticking that for three times, right?
Right.
There's no restriction for holding the place.
Do it lighter.
One.
Two.
Three.
That's really awesome.
Seeing it, I don't it's that easy to explode.
But just blowing one or two more times it would be good.
Be careful.
The place is very important.
Right.
Be careful.
Yes.
Be careful.
Three times.
That was the first time.
The first time.
Nonono.
That was the first time.
After that the second and third time.
That's not right.
You're making the rules.
That was the first time.
It's gonna explode.
You saw Jiyoung-hyung's face.
It's like risking your life using that saw.
But "wow, like this.
OK, it's your turn.
Sunggyu you're an idol.
Let's say three times.
Sunggyu, you're an idol.
Three times.
Right, now it should be still working.
I think putting those all at once would make it explode.
Yes.
But…
Sunggyu
This?
Sunggyu, I don't dare to watch.
I'm really feeling really sorry.
There's one.
What to do?
Sorry, Sunggyu.
Even more sorry to Jiyoung-hyung.
One.
Come on, come on.
Bye, Sunggyu.
There are three times anyway.
Sticking those three times.
One.
Two.
I'm going to become crazy.
Really.
Two.
I'm going to become crazy.
Really.
It's the end. The end.
I can't keep watching.
There are people, who can't watch these things.
I think it won't explode.
Sunggyu.
I thought it would become like this.
Look.
There are too many sins in your heart.
Because the balloon became hard.
It's not easy to handle the strength, It went in immediately.
Oppa, help him.
What?
No need. Gummy noona said she will help me.
Let me do it.
It looks good.
Yes.
Do you understand why Sunggyu doesn't go to Hodong's shows?
There are always something like this in Hodong's shows.
Gummy is too nice.
It's still OK, Sunggyu.
It's still feeling OK.
Objectively speaking it's also still OK.
Jiyong-hyung is still OK.
That's why.
They look like brothers.
The red island brothers.
The red island brothers.
Artists are really artists. Hyungs face is turning red.
I also want to try it.
The main parts/spotlights were all taken by you guys.
I'm not working anymore-
I don't wanna.

All HELL Breaks Loose At WH As Trump Uncovers Obama's Covert Order To Agents To Take Out His Entire - Duration: 4:30.All HELL Breaks Loose At WH As Trump Uncovers Obama's Covert Order To Agents To Take Out
His Entire Family
Just because Obama is out of the White House, it doesn't mean that his nasty talons aren't
fully embedded in Washington D.C. as his team of "spies" keep infiltrating Trump's
administration to do his dirty bidding.
As Obama operates his "shadow government" from the headquarters of his D.C. mansion
just 3 miles from the White House, there's still believed to be around 30 "leakers"
who have infiltrated Trump's administration, where they continue to take classified government
intel back to the liberal media.
While Trump is no doubt watching his back now more than ever, he was never prepared
for one of his top military generals and trusted advisors to also be one of Obama's spies.
Trump just learned through a CIA official what this Obama spy has illegally been doing
for months through an illegal covert operation, and now all hell has broken loose at the White
House.
Obama has been relentless in his pursuits to take down President Trump ever since our
new President took office, where he even managed to get one of his Muslim operatives a job
in Trump's Homeland Security for a brief period of time.
Trump's Deputy National Security Adviser Dina Habib Powell was discovered to not only
be a Muslim, but good buddies with Hillary Clinton and Obama's former Iranian Muslim
Brotherhood advisor Valerie Jarrett as well, who was reporting everything she knew back
to the liberal media.
Trump promptly fired Powell after discovering she the one behind Obama's coup, and the
series of leaks coming from the White House.
While President Trump has been extremely careful lately to vet members of his inner circle
after being stabbed repeatedly in the back, now we're learning that his very own National
Security Advisor and top military General, H.R. McMaster, is also an Obama operative
who has been working secretly with Obama for months, even authorizing illegal surveillance
on President Trump.
This latest scandal that's ripping through Washington D.C. was just unearthed by CIA
officer John R. Maguire, who revealed during a recent intelligence-gathering operation
that McMaster was the individual this entire time authorizing illegal surveillance on President
Trump, including Trump's entire family and also Steve Bannon.
General H.R. McMaster with President Trump
Maguire revealed that McMaster was one of the members of Obama's inner circle for
eight years, saying that the military general has been using a burner phone to send information
of his unlawful surveillance to an outside source.
What's even more chilling is that this intelligence that was gathered by McMaster was then sent
straight to a surveillance facility in Cyprus that is owned by George Soros.
The Intercept reports:
Maguire told at least two people that National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster, in coordination
with a top official at the National Security Agency, authorized surveillance of Steven
Bannon and Trump family members, including Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.
Adding to these unsubstantiated claims, Maguire told the potential donors he also had evidence
H.R. McMaster used a burner phone to send information gathered through the surveillance
to a facility in Cyprus owned by George Soros.
Now Trump has finally had enough, and is launched a spy network of his own in order to combat
Obama's spies who keep managing to infiltrate him.
He's now looking to hire Blackwater founder Erik Prince and John R. Maguire who will then
"provide CIA Director Mike Pompeo and the White House with a global, private spy network
that would go around the U.S. official SWAMP-INFESTED intelligence agencies," The Gateway Pundit
reported.
This would be a huge blow to Obama's shadow government, as Trump's own private spy network
would be able to circumvent the FBI and CIA; both agencies that have become corrupt and
politicized under Obama with the appointment of ardently anti-Trump judges and directors.
This would allow Trump to oust these infiltrators without the interference of any crooked members
of these agencies working to bring him down.
It's absolutely insane how Obama is still managing to destroy our country through the
minions he's implanted all throughout Washington D.C. Subversion of a sitting president is
a very serious federal crime, and no doubt General McMaster will soon be answering for
his crimes against our President as more information about his treasonous scandal comes to light.
What do you think about this?

Cool toned cut crease makeup tutorial | AMBER MANCHA - Duration: 5:14.If you hear a banging in here it's because my son is opening and closing drawers later and
We good what is up guys and welcome back to my channel today?
I did a look like this on some of my other videos, and I was getting comments about it
And I'm like you know what I really want to read
I'm busy
I really wanted to recreate it because I just didn't love
That particular look so I didn't do that one exactly because there wasn't anything like I liked it
But I didn't love it this I love and you know why because there's glitter that's not true
It's not glitter. It's a much cleaner look. I just oh I love it. Do I have lipstick oh hey no
I hope you guys enjoy it, too
if you do
Please give this video a thumbs up give a thumbs up because you hear my kid because I can't do anything alone anymore
And let's get started alright guys here. We go. We're taking this light cream shade in the Kat Von D. Shade + light
eye palette
And we are just going to be putting that into our crease and starting
with this as a transition shade I have done my eyebrows and I have carved them out with a concealer and set it with a
Setting powder so that everything blends out nice and seamlessly
And then I'm going in with this grey shade and kind of the same thing
I'm just putting it into the crease just to make it a little deeper
I'm using a more dense brush, and then I'm bringing it down into the inner corner of the eye
I'm gonna be doing some blending in there, so I just want to make sure
That all of my bases are covered and then we're gonna get right into it
I'm going right into the black, and I am doing a very dark inner corner
And then I'm gonna drag this out and build a new crease
I am NOT bringing this out to the outer corner of the eye
And I am just going to flick it up ever so slightly at the end
And then I'm gonna take a piece from the inner corner
And I'm gonna go straight up towards the eyebrow just to give it a little bit more edge and a little something different
And I'm really gonna pack that black eyeshadow into the inner corner
Next I'm going to carve out the outer corner of this
Eye, and I'm gonna follow up that little line on the edge the outer corner over here
I'll have to put an arrow so you can understand what I'm saying and then I'm gonna make this concealer
Just kind of wing up
so it looks like it's part of the eye shadow and
Then I'm taking this brush just to Pat out any harsh lines so that I don't get any
Creasing when I put down my layer of eyeshadow now
I'm going back in with this gray shade and I'm gonna start the gradient, so I'm putting this up against the black and
Leaving it in the middle between the black and the white what I've decided to start doing is
Putting down my gradient colors and then going in with the like
Transition shades later, so it's like I'll put dark medium light and then I'll put the in-between shades in between there
That's how I get a better blend
And then I'm taking this white shade, and I'm putting this on the outside to make sure that that is nice and bright now
This is what I was talking about
This is an in-between shade so I'm going to take this and put this in between
The light gray shade and the black so I can start to get a nice gradient
and it's not just a harsh line and then I'm going in with this shade which is even darker and
Again putting that in between the black and there, so there's just no lines, and it just kind of flows into each other now
I'm taking the jus vias place gel pot liner
And it was a little dry so I have this inglot duraline if you use gel pot liners
Do yourself a favor and get the dura line it is so good and you literally need one?
Drop, and I put it into the cap and then I take my eyeliner
And I put the eyeliner and mix it a little bit. Oh my god
It is so so good and so smooth
So I'm using this to build my wing and then I'm going to sharpen up my lines in my crease
And I'm going to sharpen up that little line in the front by the front of my brow bone
Next time taking a black pencil liner
And I'm putting that into the water line and then
Smudging it into the lash line and I will follow that by taking the black eyeshadow
From the kat von d palette and blending that out below the lash line
And then I'm taking this shade on a little bit more of a fluffier brush and just kind of blending out and smoking out
The bottom of that black eyeshadow, so it doesn't look like I just have black lines underneath my eyes
Next I'm gonna take mascara and put that on my lower lash line, this is the law really arid
Ice you know the drill and now I'm taking black beauty and this is from super glitters calm
And I'm putting down my NYX glitter primer
glue in the inner corner
And I'm just going to put that glitter over it
It's gonna give this eye a little bit of sales
And I'm gonna let you take a good guess at what these lashes are, but if you're new here
These are the Coco lashes in the style Stella
And then I've been obsessed with this lipstick lately so get used to it. This is cathedral by Kat Von D
It is the new studded kiss lipstick, and then I go over that with a little bit of gloss because I was feeling claw see
And that's the finished look. I hope you guys enjoyed this video if you did please give it a big thumbs up

Current U-19 Indian team much more confident than 2008 side, says Virat Kohli - Duration: 2:35.Current U-19 Indian team much more confident than 2008 side, says Virat Kohli
India senior side skipper Virat Kohli may be involved in an important series across the other side of the globe but he is keeping track of the juniors at the U-19 World Cup in New Zealand.
India Under 19 team are in the final of the extravaganza where they will face Australia on Saturday. He also lauded the Prithvi Shaw captained team for being supremely confident in their approach.
India are gunning for a fourth U-19 World Cup title and enter the final without losing a game. "It feels amazing (to see them do well). I interacted with them before they left and it's a lovely bunch of boys.
Compared to our lot (when India won in 2008 under Kohli), the confidence levels are somewhere else which is a great sign," said Kohli prior to the first ODI against South Africa on Thursday.
"You'll see many people making a strong statement for themselves much earlier than we all did. They've done amazingly well and the semifinal (against Pakistan) was an amazing game.".
Kohli further applauded the team for their all-out attacking mode against Pakistan in the semi-finals.
Always a crucial fixture for an Indian side, whatever the sport, the U19 team won by a staggering 203 run margin to dismiss Pakistan for a paltry 69.
"Playing such a high pressure game (against Pakistan), they really stood up and that's what you want to see. You want to see people standing up when it's needed the most.
I want to wish them all the very best for the final. We'll all be following very keenly and we'll be eagerly waiting to see them lift the cup again.
I believe they have the talent, and they believe in that much more than I do, which I think is very, very important," he stated.

What can I say
With everything to lose
Running in place
I'm not made for you
What can I say
I can't wait for you
What can I say
With no crystal ball
Feelin one foot tall
But what about mine
I've given you time The answer been yours
With no crystal ball
Feelin three feet tall
How does it go
Cut so deep Healing ain't cheap
Tired and breathless
High up defenses
Wild and reckless
And we're back to the old ways
We do too much Then we start making up
We at it all day
Drowning in hearsay
I might bring it right back
I might bring it right back
I might just bring it right back
I might just bring it right back
When you go do it like that
I might just bring it right back
If you go do it like that

Attempting to Make Sense of Ride to Hell, Five Years Later - Duration: 9:20.Hi, I'm Hamish Black and welcome to Writing on Games.
So over the new year break, after spending an unhealthy amount of time nitpicking games
I really didn't like, I decided I was going to focus on stuff I enjoy; work through the
hefty backlog I've built up.
Resident Evil 7, Divinity Original Sin 2, maybe revisit Nier:Automata, you know, transcendent
experiences.
But no, instead my dumbass has found myself using what little time I have to compulsively
return to what many consider to be the worst game ever made; so fundamentally broken that
it was removed from Steam of all places.
And what's perhaps most surprising about my time with Ride to Hell Retribution is that,
well…
I've kinda been having a blast with it.
Anyone who has followed my channel for a while knows that I'm often as compelled by the
dumb, unintentionally funny side of the medium as I am by a game's ability to tell an amazing
story for instance.
Revelling in the absurdity of broken games is something I've touched upon before in
relation to simulators; bending and breaking the rules to achieve absolute chaos in a weird,
lifeless facsimile of the real world.
But that joy is found in the act of breaking the games; of deviating from intended modes
of play to make your own fun.
In Ride to Hell, the world is chaos, and you have to try and make sense of that.
It's trying to navigate the idea that human beings made this and someone approved its
release.
It's trying to establish any kind of larger context for what it is you're witnessing.
Whatever glimpses of the game's original vision you can see through the cracks, and
by extension the idea that you're building your own mythos about the game as you go,
has made my time with Ride to Hell so strangely enjoyable in its own messed up way.
Don't get me wrong – you know that it's awful and you probably shouldn't play it
even if you could buy it.
But it's that special kind of awful, the kind that sucks you in; less "so bad it's
good" and more "so not-of-this-world that the metrics of good and bad don't seem to
fit."
From the straight and narrow roads you're forced down, to the fact that they're also
debris-ridden construction sites half the time with infinity tankers blocking your way,
to the physics defying powerslides, to the broken AI, to the first quick time events
I can think of that actually take more time to execute than the normal moves you pull
off, to the other quick time events you can just ignore, to the plot that makes absolutely
no sense, to the fully clothed sex scenes that happen for no reason.
It's impossible to pinpoint any one thing that makes this game so otherworldly woeful;
every broken element of the game's design feeds into another glaring issue, meaning
that almost literally every moment had me chuckling to myself as much as it had me questioning
how the hell we got here; weighing the reality up against what could have been.
See, there absolutely was vision here; you can see it in the clearly developed towns
and cities lying just outside the boundaries of your empty hub area, or the claustrophobic
instances during missions that the game forcefully imprisons you within.
All indicative of what was, over the course of five long years, built to be an open world
that heightened player choice, and somewhere along the way ended up railroading players
into one of the most absurdly linear experiences one could imagine.
Even beyond the mechanical side of things, though, it feels like the developers had influences
they were trying to represent and pay homage to in the game's look and feel.
The over-the-top violence, the cheesy acting, the painting of bikers as anarchistic rogues,
the vignette, sort-of-film-grain effect in the cutscenes; it all lines up with the aesthetic
of b-movie shlock like Hells Angels on Wheels, for example.
I just don't think they quite intended to create possibly the ugliest game ever made
in the process.
What's clear is that this isn't the work of some dingus sticking an asset flip on Steam.
A large team put half a decade of their lives into Ride to Hell.
The developers here obviously didn't want to make a bad game and, as with any b-movie
worth its salt, the joy lies not in ragging on incompetence, quite the opposite.
It's trying to establish a narrative; something which Ride to Hell makes tantalisingly difficult.
So much of the story of this game is speculation based off a scant video, a rare piece of pre-alpha
footage, a short interview… there's remarkably little information out there regarding this
game's production.
Developer Eutechnyx has, understandably, completely distanced themselves from the game; outside
of the sombre, music-less credits, no one wants to attach their name to this.
On top of that, a lot of the web resources surrounding the game's announcement and
release have already been lost to time.
It all means that any questions of "how did this get past anyone's quality filter"
only meet with more questions, and very few answers.
It says a lot that one of the most comprehensive pieces I can find on the game's development
is a blog post from a developer who wasn't involved yet felt forced to comment because
his team's game bore some surface level similarities to Ride to Hell.
Think about how wild that is; Ride to Hell was so cataclysmically bad that it potentially
threatened the sales of other unrelated games.
Deep Silver, one of the bigger publishers on the market right now, put this game out
there.
There was money behind this.
We'll never know how much, but they put a big team to work over several years to get
this game made.
Then when confronted with the final product, the publisher of Saints Row thought "it's
a risk, but we'll take it."
In fact, they were apparently that confident in their product that Ride to Hell was originally
going to be a trilogy.
Not just that they had a vision to perhaps work on more games down the line; they had
three games they were planning to release within months of each other, including a mobile
game and a weird… team-based competitive strategy game?
Both of which were unceremoniously shitcanned once reviews started hitting for Retribution,
forcing you to imagine a world in which someone could be surprised that Ride to Hell met with
bad reviews.
It's all as hilarious as it is perplexing.
And it's this context (or lack thereof) that makes Ride to Hell so captivating in
its awfulness; there's a mythos to it, and thanks to the limited info available, it's
one almost entirely of your own making.
The glimpses of a vision you can see in the systems and aesthetic, none of which match
up with its design and your moment-to-moment interactions; the fact that from what we can
tell this was a relatively big budget production, that absolutely does not correlate with its
shocking presentation; the confidence with which the publisher viewed the product, making
you wonder what it was they saw in this game to begin with.
All culminating in the fact that all we have are those glimpses, those "from what we
can tells" that require us to fill in the blanks.
The reality of the situation is likely as mundane as Fisch talks about in his piece;
organisational blunders leading to financial and time constraints, with Deep Silver wanting
to make a return on their investment.
The fact that we don't know for sure what went down, however, makes the theorising we're
forced to do as we play feel all the more satisfying.
Ride to Hell got me thinking about the poor people in that studio working on something
they likely knew was doomed; it got me crafting my own stories about the decisions that were
made on an individual level that affected individuals.
It had me envisioning the programmer being told "we've got to hit this deadline man,
just go with what you've got" and the dude shouting "wait!
We've not removed the clothes yet!"
It got me thinking about the creative director, waking up one day and thinking "shit, I've
gotta do an interview and spin this trainwreck."
In short, the fact the game is so broken had me considering the humanity behind its production
in the same way the best b-movies do; far more than any polished product.
In that sense, you could say Ride to Hell was at least successful in paying homage to
the shlock that influenced it.
So I hope you enjoyed my piece on Ride to Hell.
It's daft, I know, but I've genuinely had a good time playing this game and I wanted
to ramble a bit as to why.

How I Created Non-Dues Revenue For My Association - Duration: 8:37.Learn what it is you need to in order to be able to be successful. Confirm it with
both your board of directors, with the staff, with everybody that you're on the
right path and then start moving. So what we did was we've pulled things back.
We started to implement more surveys to get people's opinions out. We started to
do one-on-one phone calls in order to get the opinions through us as opposed
through the whole group of individuals trying to make a decision because as I'm
assuming you would know, hundred people trying to make a decision of where to go
for lunch or breakfast or dinner - it's very very difficult. So let's get the
information out in advance. So the surveys were done. We implemented
something called open space, which was an ability for members to provide feedback
within the organization. It was started a couple years before but
it's really become a very important aspect of how we can gather information
for our members in order to make decisionsat the board and that staffing
level and where we want to go. And then the final one was, as someone who's
interested in the technological way to solve some problems, I went out and I
developed an app. I got a grant from us, from a funding body. We created an app
called AG Meeting. The AG Meeting app was used this year and what it does is
it allows full participation in the room using a mobile device on your phone or a
laptop or what not - anything that's internet connected. And it allows you to
participate using a modified version of Robert's Rules. So it assists the
moderator. It has an administrator to do all the login portions and all that
kind of stuff. It assists them to make the the meeting happen. Let's turn
to some technology. Let's try to change and develop the way that our members
interact with us. Let's hope that this will move us going forward into
more technologically aware group and that builds that trust because if we
can go ahead and get it done, they're much more well willing to fill out a
survey, answer a phone call, or provide feedback than it is to push your way
through with a member of motion at an AGM. So The AG Meeting app, we had some
we're in the process of making it available to be sold because of
the fact that we have all the rights. So when it was developed, I worked close
with the original developer. We came up with an agreement.
They recognized and built the content specifically for us. We have full
licensing rights for it. So now our members have access and a handful of
those members are using the app for regular meetings. We use it for our board
of directors meetings because I have ten board members - all of them are located
across the country in different cities. So there's no opportunity to be able to
meet. This works as a facilitation system and process to help us in doing
that. What it's resulted in is now I have this finished product that is quite -
it still has some things to work out and we're continuing to develop and work
on it as we go through with anything. I'm not a developer per se and
I'm not a marketing and sales person so I don't know where to go. So what we've
started to do is we've been looking and connected with an individual
who takes products to market. So we've worked on signing an agreement with them
and what we expect to do is sort of just set our own expected rates and timeframe
and that individual will go ahead and sell that product. So we're talking about
hard cash back into our pockets which we expect in the next year, year
and a half, because the research we've shown and done shows that this is a
really needed product. So we took an initial problem that we were having,
solve that problem, but also took a step further and said, "well can we solve this
solution for other people?" and "can this make us some funding?" So when this
product sells (which I'm expecting it to sell within the next
year), we're looking at just an influx of cash that's open available and not tied
to anything which will really help us as an organisation be able to grow. So it's
just one of the examples of how that has been helping us and how we've been
looking outside of traditional membership or granting funding to be
able to grow our revenues. Again it comes with that thinking a little bit of
"what can I do as an association that would make my members a lot happier?"
We're in a market where members and radio stations aren't necessarily catered
to by a lot of individuals. So it leaves space for us to be
innovative and come up with solutions. So we've been lucky enough. As of now we've
received funding from four different sources for grants - not only for staffing
but for promotion and mostly for development.
We're now at close to $150,000 in developing new software which will allow
radio stations to receive submissions through audio of audio submissions
online. What it also does is it takes the costs from those who are servicing
the stations and reduces that completely.
So an artist that has a CD and wants to
reach a hundred radio stations - well now they're going to be able to reach
200. Now they're going to be able to upload and distribute it instantly. They
don't have to produce the CDs. They don't have to mail them. They don't have to
have all that waste. They don't have to be filtered by one person and have
50-70% of them being thrown out. They don't end up in a library that's
full. They don't end up taking up space (which organizations don't have space).
Then even at the radio station it's hard to discover the new music within itself
because so many people are doing it on their own. So we looked at all these
different stop points of having a success, not from the viewpoint
of our members receiving a service, but from those that were servicing the
members with their own product because ultimately for radio our product is the
output that goes on the air and a large portion of that is music. So it meant if
we could reduce cost, which is about 70% of the cost of what we're
sitting at, it will really encourage people to use this software as a way to
distribute and change the system. Then what else it means is that that
extra 30% cost over the long run is somewhere between $700,000 and $2.2
million worth of costs. So if we're
capturing that, that means that that which was going to Canada Post or to another
organization who is making CDs and now goes back into the association itself. I
now have a much stronger ability to hire staff members. We've already got our
first staff member hired for the project, more on the way for management of it. And
it means that in the long run, as an association, we can start to add members
with regards to staffing and maximize what we need in the office to be
successful. At some point, this is going to start to see a lot more funds coming
in that are necessary for the organization itself. So we see this as a
cycle where we're actually going to be kicking back some of those funds to our
members. So the members that use the service will, in the end, be getting
paid for the service. It'll pay for their costs within the station. It'll pay for
their membership. Maybe down the road, we'll be a member-free organization - a
membership-fee-free organization, where you're going to get some money to
actually join and participate and provide opportunities for multiple
sectors to grow. So for our standpoint, it's taking a look at some of
those, again, outlier expectations of what our sectors doing. What are
people or what are places or gaps in the sector that need to be filled and have
the association itself take a risk on attempting to fill those gaps?

Dealing with bad weather - Duration: 6:59.Water bill, bank statement insurance, no idea, banks something oh that one's
interesting. Thank you Qantas I'll open that in a second. The worst bit of mail
that any pilot can receive. I don't know whether you subscribe to this. I know we're
using electronic flight bags but this is the air services update to the
departure and approach plates for IFR. I don't know I don't know why I still get
the paper versions. Anyway what you have to do every time is open this up open the
second bag. Why are there two bags? Hang on. So here
is my guide to what I do when you have to update your departure and approach
plates. Number one take the ridiculous amount of plastic off throw on the
ground. Check if the page is updated and find the pages which have changed.
Albury, great. Take these two pages put the other massive pack down. Don't get
those out of order because you'll be in... Step two, find the corresponding airport
in your current version.
Step 3 once you've found the airport find the actual chart that's changed because
they don't give you the whole airport no no just the specific pages that have
changed. Step 4 remove the old
important point do not get old charts confuse with new
charts. Place new chart in binder. Step 5 close binder and repeat 5 million
times. By the time you're finished your floor should look like your bedroom
floor when you were a 16 year old. God electronic flight bags are
definitely the future okay we're supposed to be flying today however.
The weather today is not really what we were expecting. Ah, all right we might need a change of location here.
Look at the, ants they're on my shoe my shoe they're on my shoe. Yuck I was
going to stop there becuase you get a good view of the sky but those ants were, yuck. I hate ants.
So yes the weather had very different ideas. I don't know whether you
can hear me over this wind as well but this is kind of a bit of the problem.
So the idea today was to take tango Delta Sierra up for a quick practice
flight and then I was going to take a friend of mine actually a work colleague
flying this afternoon. We were going to go and do the Melbourne City orbits it's
low level so you do the whole thing at about one and a half thousand feet. So on
days like this when you've got a bit of wind you're going to get some turbulence
down low. There's a severe turbulence warning at Melbourne Airport at the
moment the International Airport and there's moderate to severe turbulence
warnings in Moorabbin as well. So it's not much fun. Now this is a really
important part of life as a private pilot because you're going to get your
license and people are going to start asking you if they can go for rides
believe me it happens all the time. But when you've got a time constraint
this is when it can become a little bit dangerous because the temptation is to
think well I have to do the flight at that time if I don't it's never going to
happen. They're relying on me I'm the pilot I should be able to be fly, it'd
be fine. But this is where you actually need to be the pilot be the pilot in
command and start making those difficult decisions and that's kind of what I had
to do today. So this is how I made the decision so I was looking at the weather
I'm gonna sit down in the grass. I'll give you a quick bit of background on the
actual the way that I plan a flight when it comes to weather. I've I think
four stages. First one is about seven days before I want to fly I check the
long-range weather I use a you know Google weather, Weatherzone,
whatever app you kind of like using for generic weather and I just checked
roughly what I think it's looking like. So if there's a big sunshine on the day
you're probably okay if there's a big thundercloud on the day... Then secondly
four days out I jump on to the Bureau of Meteorology
website and I pull up the four day synoptic chart. At that point if there's
you know isobars are well spaced or big high
pressure sitting over you just think yeah do you know what though we should
be alright. If there's thin isobars fronts coming through troughs all that
kind of thing then I start to think oh maybe we might need to look at shifting
the date a little. The day before the flight now this is a good trick my
instructor taught me is that here in Melbourne we can use the Melbourne
International Airport that's Tullamarine over in that direction. Their weather it
comes out 36 hours in advance. So the day before you're flying you can actually
check Melbourne's TAF and get a pretty good indication of what's happening here
at Moorabbin. If you fly from Arab in for it Bankstown check the Sydney one. Then
on the actual day of the flight then that's when you do your normal weather
checks you check your local TAF you check the area forecast all that kind of
thing. But my point is you can get a pretty good indication of the weather
quite a long way out and it's good to get into that habit. But the best thing
you can do as a pilot when you're flying with passengers is try and set their
expectations. If you know seven days out that there's probably a 50/50 chance of
thunderstorms coming in you can prepare contingencies. If you know four days out
there's maybe an 80/20 chance of thunderstorms again you can do that. And
if the day before you're pretty certain you've got storms the next day then
don't bloody fly, go to the pub.
Right I'm going to head back home now before the rain comes in. I hope that was useful I just wanted to share
some of my thoughts about weather and planning I don't want to get too much into the
details of planning with this channel but I do want to get into a bit of the
background of your responsibilities as a pilot and I just try to give you some
tricks of what you can do, try and make your life as a pilot a little bit easier
and safer for yourself and your passengers all round. So I hope you
found that useful give us a thumbs up if you did if you haven't subscribed yet

Do You Know These 10 K-Pop Facts? #2 - Duration: 4:57.Hey friends, welcome to the second installment of "Do You Know These K-Pop Facts?" videos
A new series where I bring 10 random K-Pop Facts every other week.
Let's get started with my second video.
Did you know? Thunder of MBLAQ was actually a last minute addition to the group.
Originally, the group had member Sang Bae, who was forced to drop out of the group due
to health reasons.
Thunder joined the group 15 days prior to the debut.
And due to time constraints, none of the tracks on the Just BLAQ debut album were re-recorded
to feature Thunder's vocals and rap in the songs.
Therefore, in songs like "Oh Yeah" on the album, you can still hear Sang Bae doing the rap.
Sangbae eventually debuted under the stage name Moos as the leader for the group MADTOWN
in 2014.
At the age of 15 in 2004, Hyunseung auditioned for YG entertainment and ended up being eliminated
in the second round.
He was given a second shot and eventually was signed on as a trainee under the company
after seeing YG himself asking for another chance.
Hyunseung would go onto train for BIGBANG for a year and four months under the name
"So-1."
He appeared in the pre-debut "BIGBANG Documentary" alongside the 5 BIGBANG members.
Hyunseung would star in the documentary for 10 out of the 11 episodes and was later eliminated
in the final round against Seungri with reasons stating he still needed more time to grow.
Hyunseung has stated that these experiences under YG all contributed to his development
as an artist.
BEAST and HIGHLIGHT leader Doojoon found inspiration to become a singer after watching the documentary
that featured later band member Hyunseung.
A few years after his departure from the BIGBANG project, Hyunseung later met future fellow
band member Yoseob where they were both dancers for a performance team. Yoseob convinced Hyunseung
to join Cube Entertainment to where they would all later debut in 2009 with BEAST.
After Super Junior debuted in 2005, SM sought to have a sister girl group of a similar size.
Girls' Generation would then be in the works for some time undergoing numerous lineup changes.
In the initial lineup, the group consisted of 11 members with 6 of the original members
being Seohyun, Yuri, Yoona, Sooyoung, Hyoyeon and Jessica.
Taeyeon and Tiffany later joined the lineup with having the least amount of training experience
compared to the other girls, and then Sunny was the last member to join after even more
lineup changes at a point when it was projected to be a 12-membered girl group.
3 of the potential SNSD members still ended up having careers under SM.
One member was Zhang Li Yin who went onto debut as a soloist under SM in 2006 to do simultaneous
Korean and Chinese debuts with the vision of being the new Chinese BoA.
Another member of the original lineup was Lee Yeonhee who decided to pursue acting instead
under SM.
In another lineup of SNSD, one notable member added was Seo Hyunjin who was the maknae and
lead vocalist of the short-lived SM girl group M.I.L.K.
She would act as the leader of Girls' Generation in one of potential early lineups.
Another 2 famous potential SNSD members left SM for Core Contents Media or CCM.
In one of the final lineups as 12 members, the prospective maknae was set to be Chanmi
who later debuted under Coed School in 2010 and 5Dolls after that.
The last lineup had Girls' Generation as 10 members with Park Soyeon acting as the
leader until she ultimately dropped out of the group citing a harsh training environment.
Soyeon would then go to CCM as well and debut under T-ara in 2009.
BTS' Jimin studied contemporary dance growing up at the Busan Arts High School And was the
top of his class.
Jimin would later join BigHit Entertainment in 2012 and went onto be the last member to
join group, making him have the least amount of training under the company.
Throughout his preparation to debut under BTS, he nearly got kicked out of the group
numerous times.
Some BigHit staff opposed Jimin joining the group as they felt he wasn't needed or wasn't
a fit with the group.
In addition, they thought his contemporary dance background and skills did not align
with the new group.
Jimin explained in interviews that he had to train hard to master the dance BTS would require.
Jimin would then go onto debut with BTS and eventually consistently become the #1 ranking
member in terms of brand reputation.

VLOG#007 O FUTURO do ramo Imobiliário (IMOCIONATE iTEC 2017) - Duration: 4:28.We did not have much success here
but it is part of our job to have persistence and perseverance
[INTRO]
EPISODE#007
We are now on the way for another day of prospection.
This time we are making a different prospection
this time there are several of us. Usually we go by pairs or alone.
We are now going for an event.
called "IMOCIONATE", done for the first time in Portugal.
organised by CRS
it will have guests from United States of America, Spain, several speakers
namely Jeff Turner, Ricardo Monteiro (ex)president of HAVAS
Massimo Forte, representing Portugal
This event is about real estate tendencies
and the technologies that are used.
What we are doing in the office is what is being spoken today
And I am very motivated to see what is happening in other countries,
what will happen in one to two years from now.
We are already doing a lot but we will see.
We are going to an area of Cascais, this is the source of our business.
Is to find new business everyday for our buyers.
We are arriving at the office after the speeches
it was an amazing day. They spoke about technology at every level directed towards real estate
And it is a bit scary, because technology is making such giant leaps
*phone rings*
Are you hearing me? (David Teixeira) - Yes Ruben, how are you?
You tried to call me?
- Yes, you were in the training right?
Yes.
- How did it went? Was nice?
It's what we are doing basically.
... and it was very nice. Lourenço Medeiros was there from SIC (TV Channel).
They spoke about a lot of stuff, Lourenço Medeiros didn't speak much about real estate
but about technology in general.
But I'll talk to you soon, I just arrived. See you soon.
- Bye bye.
As I was saying, there were speakers that said something like
some years ago
when we shifted the house sales from newspaper to the internet
the ones that stick with the newspapers had to close their business
and the rest had to switch to the internet
The one's who didn't switch got behind
Nowadays the one's that don't make videos will be left behind
Basically some speakers said that if you don't make videos you will have to forfeit your business.
The future is videos, the consultant's self promotion, the realty, the store and brand promotion is very important.
It was very nice, this training couldn't be better!

How To: Install a New Taillight Bulb - Duration: 2:22.[Mechanical SFX]
John here from O'Reilly Auto Parts. Today, I'm going to be showing you how to change a taillight bulb.
I'm going to be changing the bulb in a 2014 Ford Escape, which you'll find very similar to a lot of other vehicles out there.
To give ourselves access to the bulbs on this Escape, we're going to have to detach the assembly.
Fortunately, the only tool that we'll need is an 8 millimeter socket and ratchet.
You'll see that these two bolts are the only ones we'll need to remove to get this off.
Most pick-ups will look similar to this as well, with a couple of bolts or screws inside the tailgate.
In a lot of vehicles, you can just reach into the trunk and pull some fabric back out of the way, which will give you access to the bulbs, without using any tools.
Now, remember, before you start doing this, have your vehicle and lights turned off.
And, as always consult your service manual if you have any specific questions about your vehicle.
We can even recommend a professional technician if you find yourself getting into something that turned out to be more complicated that you thought.
Alright, have that replacement bulb ready to go, and once you've removed the bolts, set them down someplace safe and pull the taillight assembly out slowly.
Now you can see the wires connected to the back of the bulbs here.
If you're changing a bulb in a vehicle that doesn't require you to remove the assembly, this is what you'll see.
Only it will be the from inside of the trunk or hatch.
There is sometimes a small panel that you'll have to remove to access the inside of the assembly.
Turn this bulb socket to the left to release it from the assembly. In most cases, your old bulb will slip straight out of the socket like so.
Now we're going to add some bulb grease here and slide the new bulb into the socket.
The only other thing that you might see on the base of your replacement bulb is small nodes that fit into notches in the socket.
Once you've got your bulb on there, guide it carefully back into the assembly and turn it to the right to secure it.
Reattach the assembly and tighten these bolts. Make sure that they feel snug and secure and we're ready to roll.
Remember, the taillight bulbs for your vehicle are always available at your local O'Reilly Auto Parts store or online at OReillyAuto.com.

Get productive - How to use your planner to keep you focused & productive - Duration: 4:49.Hi.. I'm Judy Machado-Duque author of life purpose playbook and founder of
productivitygoddess.com. In this video I'm going to show you four ways to use your
planner to keep you focused and productive every day. Watch this video
until the end so that you get a free copy of my template to make your goals
happen faster than ever before. So, let's begin with step number one
setting goals. If you're anything like me you love to set goals and intentions and
once you understand the universal laws of vibration and attraction and cause
and effect you realize that everything is first imagined before it becomes
physically present. I became obsessed with goal-setting and strategic planning
in my early 20s. That's when I created my own planning system which I
only just published a few years back. This is it here it's called life purpose
playbook. You can use any planner for these four ways that I'm going to share
with you in this video. The front of the life purpose PlayBook has a few
exercises to help you to get clear on your values and your purpose. Create a
mission statement for your life set goals and there's even a place for you
to create your own vision board inside. By the way stay tuned for an upcoming
video where I'll show you how to create a digital vision board just like this
one here in 30 minutes or less! So, make sure you subscribe to my channel so that
you don't miss it. Step number two organize your calendar.I
personally love planners I'm a planner addict and so my calendar isn't digital
its physical. Here I have my calendar and I also have a place for my ideas called
my idea and project magnifier. Use daily pages. There is so much magic in using
daily pages because they help you to stay focused and grounded and I like to
use my planner that already has some great productivity techniques in it. So
that I don't have to think it's just there to follow and in my life purpose
playbook I start off my morning with something great that happened the day
before. Then I write three things I'm grateful for because whatever we're
grateful for grows! I also write a daily intention. The night before, I like to
fill out this section here which is my before noon commitment. This
here is one of the best productivity tips you will ever hear. Working on my
most important actions for my goals. Doing them before noon
so I feel really accomplished and that feeling which will create even more
momentum for me that feeling can take me through into the rest of my day. Try it
out, you're going to love it. Here's where I write out any other to
do's or notes or even journaling I like to use a space to my map and to take
notes when I'm on the phone with someone. Here's where I write out my appointments
for the day and more notes over here. This is my habit Transformer. Anything
you want in life you can have it so long as you decide what is that one action
that if you do over and over and over again it becomes a habit and that will
bring that goal to you faster than anything else. My water tracker
because water is life. A weekly check-in ritual will help you to do some
strategic planning every single week. This is what my weekly check-in system
looks like every Sunday. First I celebrate something from this
past week in this balloon here then I go through this checklist which takes me
back to the front of the book where I'd written out my goals and projects into
my calendar. This keeps my dreams top of mind and therefore I'm always creating
some next steps for the next week ahead. Then I write here my top three
priorities for the next week these are three big action steps to move me
towards my goals. After that I write the date on the next 7 pages in the planner.
So, I can be ready to use my daily pages this coming week.Notice in this planner, it's
undated so I can start and stop any time. I love that about this planner.Keep
track of your wins always. I do that here in the back of the book writing
them inside these balloons. Create a reference section with all the notes you
refer to often. I keep that here in the back of my planner my branding colors my
checklist and so many other things. And if you're using the life purpose
PlayBook as your planner why not do some color inside because not only is it a
coloring make you feel great but it'll also help
to increase the vibe of your planner. So, there you have it now you know the four
ways to use your planner to keep you focused and productive every single day.
