okay guys super excited today today we have another awesome wreckage the movie

figure this is a big city brawl genetic containment division this is subject so

they got Ralph the big huge wolf an awesome action figure destroyable bus

there ah like I showed you in the other videos too guys I love the artwork they

did on these boxes I mean they did a great job the boxes look as good as the

Rampage The Movie Subject Ralph Big City Brawl Indominus Rex Vs Ralph Lanard Unboxing EP #6

says chump the bus poseable legs and he's ready to destroy and here is a good

synopsis of the movie so if you want to pause it and read that but basically the

story is about Davis Akoya who is the rock he went ahead and his friend George

the gorilla is like mutated than these other animals have mutated they attack

the city and he tries to say so guys these toys are made by Lanyrd I'm not

sure if you haven't heard them if you seen the King Kong squaw island toys

that came out last year Lanyrd is the manufacturer that made them and if you

didn't see them I do have food in battle okay guys so here is guys I

cannot say enough about these lantern toys I mean they do such a great job

take a look we'll take a look at the detail on this wolf and it is astounding

I mean if these guys were making the new Jurassic world toys I would be totally

comfortable without looking at them at all so I really do help

Mattel does a great job what guys if you get a chance to buy these Lantern ties

you get like a whole set I mean this whole set I believe this was under $20

for the whole set so cool and uh like I said earlier you could only buy these at

Walmart but anyways let's go ahead and take a look at this guy one thing I love

this one check out his action feature would be nice if you had a button but

you got a pullback here look how realistic looking that movement

of the jaw is I mean this guy's looks like he's really attacking and getting

ready to chomp and another cool thing is they include a piece of the bus with an

exact imprint of this guy's teeth I mean they fit right into that piece of the

bus so I cannot say enough about lanyard toys I love their figures look at the

paint job and the detail on this besides the action features these teeth

are super sharp I mean most manufacturers of toys you know they

wanna sort of like safety you know have it more safe I mean I sort of domed the

toy down it makes it not as detailed bought Lanyrd I guess they want detail

over so here you go ahead push it down opens closes his mouth like I said great

detail on the teeth they're on you can put this guy

into a lot of different positions I'll show you in a minute

great paint job on the eyes the nose the ears you see he's got like baking wicked

looking ears on the back you could see this would probably be like his fur to

see their spikes or his fur standing up the muscle detail on this guy is

astounding I mean take a look at the stomach parts here when I take a look at

this I mean I think jobs that like Kenner used to do on the original

Jurassic Park toys so I mean these guys went far and above what they had to do

so uh movement wise on the leg - really good movement there ah

he has movement on the knee joint so you could put him into different positions

this guy will even stand on three legs pretty much any of his three legs really

good detail with the claws and the paint job is great there is no goggle run here

big huge claw in the back of the foot there and then I when you move to the

back his back legs they do not have as much they don't move at the knee but you

still got good movement on the lake here it does have to sort of be stiff because

ah his main weight is held by the back two legs and then his tail moves up and

down you could see his tail is full of spikes here it's probably a genetic

mutation type thing and then once again same movement on this leg nice big call

on the back of the feet there to give this guy more of an awesome wicked look

so you could have this guy actually like bend down

if you turn like his legs you could have a

then down to the ground grab this piece here and it will fit exactly into the

teeth and just have it rip the bus apart okay so let's go ahead and take a look

at the bots okay so here is a good look at the bus the bus is it's basically

just the shell in the front but it's nice I mean it stands by itself nice and

securely it doesn't just fall over as soon as you put it there the only thing

I was not able to figure out where this piece goes because it does not go what's

just the front of the bus no it doesn't fit in here anywhere I was thinking

maybe it could fit in here somewhere and you could just have the wolf's like rip

it off but I'm not seeing any where it could fit in so it's not made to be

attached so I mean it's it's more of a guest imagination type what's the detail

on it is good and the detail on the bus I mean you got broken windows here

you've got rip big Ric piece there even if you look at it from the front it

looks like half a bus inside you still got great detail I mean you've got

instrument panels you got gas pedal brake everything here so I mean they

really went above and beyond anything they needed to do and then the action

figures themselves are really cool here unlike the Dwayne Johnson action figure

you know the rock his name is Davis Okoye in this movie I think has movement

all over this guy does not have movement on his legs but he is really cool his

head does move back and forth his arms move 360 degrees there they do not bend

at the elbow because they have this guy ah almost like rigidly holding these

guns they have these guns attached by little rubber bands so if you do buy it

I do recommend take these into bands off

because the guns will probably fall out of his hand but they have like his

finger fit right into the triggers of the guns so again really good detail so

I mean guys this company is going far above and beyond anything they have to

do with these figures like I said if Mattel doesn't that good job with the

Jurassic world two figures I will be totally impressed well I like Lanyrd

toys I bought all their King Kong toys I bought all their rampage toys so check

them out

How to ace the job interview question most people fail | Michelle Lederman - Duration: 4:16.

One of the most common mistakes I see in interviewing is that the candidate puts on what I call

the interview mask.

They shift from who they are to "I am now the ideal candidate."

And it almost becomes robotic.

And it becomes disconnected.

And we sit there in front of somebody and we're not really us.

I've always brought who I am to an interview.

And sometimes I didn't get the job because of it.

But isn't it better for somebody to understand that this is who you are and how you'll

interact when you're not just sitting in that interview chair— and does it fit with

the organization?

I went through seven rounds with the most impressive consulting company that you'd

ever heard of.

I wanted the job, and I was me and I was loose and I was chatty.

And the feedback even after seven rounds when they had the technical skill.

Remember, they're only trying to figure out three things.

Can they do the job?

Do they want to do the job?

And will they fit?

Well they knew I could do the job.

They knew I wanted to do the job.

And they kept interviewing to try to find this fit, and it wasn't there.

And after I was upset for an hour I got over it.

If you understand that if you're bringing this mask, this persona that is not what you're

going to bring to the workforce, you might end up in a role that is not the right one

for you.

We often get contrary questions seeking information that might not put us in the best light.

And our idea of a great response is to give them a fake one, give them one that looks

like a strength.

Well I was in that position and I had my what's your greatest weakness answer ready – delegation.

Thinking "oh, I'm a doer and I do it all myself," and I presented that.

And the interviewer said "yeah, I get that answer all the time.

Give me another one."

And I was a deer in the headlights.

And I tried humor and I said, "What do you mean?

I'm not perfect?

I have more flaws?"

He wouldn't let me get away with it.

And what happens in those moments is that you give a real answer.

And that's what I want you to do.

Give a real answer.

And I said "well, if you asked my mom the question she'll tell you that sometimes

I talk before I think and that my foot fits very well into my mouth.

And it's true, and I'm working on it."

And then I proceeded to say "here's the ways in which I'm trying to get better at

that.

But I'm not there yet."

If that interviewer leaves not having the answers that they need it's very hard to

evaluate whether or not they want to hire you.

So if somebody asks you a question make sure you are giving them the answer up front.

I always say: put the bottom line on top.

Answer the question and then explain it.

A company would much rather have somebody who's aware of the things that they need

to work on and know that they're working on it than somebody who thinks "I got this

all".

Attitude over aptitude will get you a long way.

Another mistake that candidates make is not recognizing when the interview starts and

when it stops.

Because it's not just that hour that you're in the room.

That interview starts from the moment they invite you for the interview and sometimes

even before.

Every interaction you have in scheduling, in the security area, in the elevator, in

the waiting room are all part of the process.

And I love that time where you're walking from the waiting room to the interview room

with your interviewer.

That rapport building is such a key portion of the interview.

And I actually consider it the initial stage.

After the interview is over, that hour ends and they say goodbye—it's not over.

We all know about the thank-you note.

But I would even tell you that when you don't get the job, it's still not over.

Build the relationship with that interviewer.

Build the relationship with the company because maybe that job wasn't the right one for

you, but maybe the next one is.

Get some feedback.

Maybe you can enhance your skills and do better at the next interview.

Maybe you know somebody that you can refer in.

Understand that the end of the interview is not the end.

Fox News Has Nervous Breakdown After RNC Finance Chair Resigns After Sexual Misconduct Allegations - Duration: 4:48.

Las Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn was recently accused by multiple women of sexual misconduct

at his resorts and casinos in Las Vegas.

Steve Wynn also happens to be, and this was something not a lot of people knew about,

happened to be the finance chairman of the Republican Party of the United States.

He was an executive within the Republic Party, within their leadership.

He was the guy controlling the money for the party.

He was hand picked by Donald Trump to serve in that capacity.

He has given millions upon millions upon millions of dollars to Republicans all over this country

for the last few years to help them win elections.

So, when it was revealed that he was involved in a sexual misconduct scandal and he was

going to resign as RNC finance chair, how did Fox News cover it?

They covered it exactly how you would expect Fox News to cover it.

Take a look.

Amid calls for Republicans to return money given by embattled casino mogul Steve Wynn,

a Fox News investigation shows the former RNC fund raising chair also gave to Democrats.

A review of Nevada state records show Wynn personally contributed $10,000 to a former

Democratic secretary of state, $2,500 to Harry Reid's Searchlight Leadership Fund, and from

2006 to 2017, Wynn's various business organizations, all using the address of Wynn's namesake casino,

contributed over $700,000 to Nevada Democrats and Democratic-related organizations.

So far, the state party has not returned our calls or emails for a-

That's right, folks.

Forget the fact that he worked for the Republican Party, that he was in a position of leadership

in the Republican Party, and that he was put there by Donald Trump himself.

This guy gave a couple of thousand dollars to Democrats.

$12,500 went to Democrats, and then $700,000 from other businesses that went to other groups

that could maybe, possibly be Democrats, regardless, well under a million dollars, when this guy

has given tens of millions to Republicans and, again, let's not forget, he was in charge

of all of the money for that political party.

Fox News is having a nervous breakdown right now because everything they love, everything

they defend, everything that they stand for is absolutely falling apart.

Steve Wynn, busted for sexual misconduct, and they don't know how to handle it.

All they know how to do, the only thing they know how to do, I should say, is to talk bad

about Democrats.

Donald Trump, embroiled in these investigations, so they start talking about Hillary.

It's deflect, deflect, deflect, go back to Democrats.

How can I tie this to Democrats?

How can I make them look bad?

Well, in this case of Steve Wynn, there's really not much you can do as a network to

paint this in a negative light for the Democratic Party.

The guy in charge of money for your party, for your Republicans, was just popped for

sexual misconduct.

And how have his organizations responded?

His company?

They said that they are going to do everything they can to protect their employees from the

media and the fake news.

Not protect them from their sexual predator-like boss, protect them from the fake news.

I mean, that's another story in and of itself, but Fox News isn't going to tell you that.

The Republicans aren't going to tell you that.

And they're probably not going to return all of the money that he gave them over the years,

because that's the difference between Democrats and Republicans.

Democrats aren't perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but at least when the guy

that was going around molesting people got popped, they gave most of that money back,

or they gave whatever they could back.

Republicans have no intention of returning Steve Wynn's money or of denouncing him at

the national level, and probably won't even really acknowledge that he had much involvement

with their party leadership.

hey guys today is day 18 of my juice fast and I'm still on my fast I'm doing

great I have full energy I did my two hour workout today and I'm

starting to because I'm at the 30 pound mark altogether like I said before

transitioning over to a juice fast January 11th all the way to the 29th of

today which makes 18 days of doing the juice fast as a whole um and I think

majority of my weight not thing I know majority of my weight has been lost from

the juicing and it's gonna be a better week and a better way in this Sunday but

is day 18 I'm doing great I'm losing on starting for the new week averaging

let's keep our fingers crossed it looks like I'm probably gonna be

losing averaging between half a pound or a little over a half a pound to a pound

a day I did some adjustments that's my said that when you start to know your

body and how it works especially on a juice fast when you

start to get on the scale each day to document how that juice is affecting you

and your weight loss you kind of switch things around so that you can lose the

proper weight fast in healthy healthy you know healthy in a healthy way sorry

didn't know how to get it out so one thing I had incorporated was I had

bought some nut bags so I double strain my juice because I was finding that the

juice was it didn't have pulp in it when it was thick but and it didn't I didn't

taste pull its soluble fiber that's inside of the juice so I really didn't

taste the soluble fiber but it was a lot still in there so what I do now is I

juice then I sift with the metal mesh strainer and then I have a nut bag and I

sift it again so the texture and the quality of my

juice now is like the store-bought cold-pressed juices that people are get

for a week or two because they don't want a juice and the consistency of it

is just like drinking water but it has all the nutrients in it it keeps you

from being hungry and it's not you know that's a whole lot of soluble fiber

still left on the glass after you finish drinking the juice because I have taken

out as much fiber as possible by the double sifting of the juice with the nut

bag I don't really have to double sis I could just use the nut bag but I prefer

to do that um so I'm so glad I got the nut bags everything is just going

wonderful I do a salt water flush every morning I don't care what anyone says

I like to do that from the Master Cleanse that's the best thing even

though I didn't do it for ten days I did it for five that I learned from the

Master Cleanse is that wonderful all-natural way to cleanse the body out

and force all the fecal matter from the mouth all the way down because our

intestines are like 80 feet long you're actually cleansing the whole colon

intestines your whole insides are being flushed out each day when you do a salt

water flush I think it's key to do one every day every morning after weigh-in

to flush yourself out because as we all know the soluble fiber

does still getting your digestive system it is easily digest it's not like the

bulk fiber from a movie but it still needs to be removed because after a

couple of days or even one day when you get on the scale the next day you could

weigh I mean you could weigh less actually then what it says on the scale

but if you're not cleansing out your colon because honestly if you're eating

three meals a day you should be having three bowel movements and if you was

doing that from the gate when you got on the scale for the most part everything

will be regulated even the water that's in your body ladies and when you got on

the scale every day it would read an accurate measurement of weight loss so

this is what I do every day I have a hack that I'm going to do I'm going to

share with you on day 19 of something that I figured out it works I've been

practicing the results for quite some time and seeing what works and what

doesn't and what is consistent and I would like you guys to try this hack I

think you'll be amazed you know but I don't want to give away too much but

anyways this day 18 and I'm still on the arm juice

fast I cannot believe that I'm almost twenty days in I can see how people go

thirty days and 60 days in 90 days and some people do 100 those people that you

know do the 60 well when they do the 30 days or the 21 days to you you're really

trying to lose the weight but when you see people go further I can see how they

can get away with doing it it's not even about willpower a point at this point

because your body's not hungry your minds not saying you have to eat I had

two juices today 12 ounce juices today and if I drink another juice today I

drink one if I don't I don't my body is not craving for juice it's not craving

for any foods do I ever want to have to do a juice fast where I have to be on

that fast until I lose the 80 something pounds that I gain no but I'd rather get

it all out the way and be done with it so this time around said is doing it in

stages and going back to food and getting my system all toxic again in my

mind foggy and then struggle with trying to lose weight and not losing it the way

I want to or fast enough I'd rather just do the juice fast until this is all off

of me all this weight every day I wake up I feel a lighter and lighter it's

almost like I look in the mirror and I have to look because my legs are not

rubbing anymore and my legs never rub it's just that my thighs were getting so

big there was nowhere for the fat to go but I'm touching each other so that's

why the two legs were touching I'm used to look at other people and say how do

they walk around with their legs rubbing and now my little arch is coming back

people call it a gap and it's and I love it it's sexy my shape is coming back

alive so I'm just letting you don't tell yourself you can't do what I

just did I'm somebody who loves food I'm preparing foods now today I did four

jars of pickled vegetables that I prepared freshly use my vinegar

seasonings and I put garlic and tomatoes and cucumbers I even put some boiled

eggs in it and I'm making those pickled vegetables prepare myself so when I do

eat my salads because I'm gonna start off with salads and then work my way

with salads and then proteins which will be like fish seafood to start with

before the heavy foods but I'm gonna start with salads and I'm preparing my

pickling vegetables for my salads so yes I miss food but not gonna die and I'm

not gonna um make the food make me stop the juicing because I know

that it's working and if it's working for me and it's also helping my anxiety

why stop it if it's not broke don't fix it

Trump Ally Says The President "Creates His Own Reality, And BELIEVES It" - Duration: 2:57.

Over the past weekend, the news site Axios, which frequently posts articles using sources

within the White House and other DC insiders, they posted an article where they talked to

a very close Donald Trump ally who says that they're terrified of Donald Trump testifying

before the Special Prosecutor, Robert Mueller, because — and this is according to the Trump

ally — Donald Trump has a tendency to create his own reality, and more worrisome than that

is that he actually believes that his reality is true.

Now, okay, let's build off that little story right there.

Let's forget the part about the investigation and testifying.

That really doesn't matter at this point.

What's important here is that this person who Axios spoke to, who says they are a Trump

ally, they've known him for a long time, they're one of his closest allies, if this person

is telling us that Donald Trump creates his own reality, and then believes whatever it

is that he has created, to me, that's the bigger part of the story.

Not that they're worried he's going to perjure himself, but that they admit that he is so

mentally unstable that he just creates his own world inside of his brain, and that becomes

what's real to him.

To me, that seems like the bigger story here, because to me, that sounds like a perfect

case for the 25th Amendment to be invoked.

Donald Trump continuously proves to us, almost on a daily basis, that he is not mentally

fit to serve as the President of the United States.

And if we need witnesses to this, well, we have dozens upon dozens of mental health professionals

in the United States who've been warning us about this; we have close allies of the president

who are willing to say that he lives in his own reality.

So I don't understand at this point what the holdup is.

I know Democrats don't want to go forward with articles of impeachment, and to be honest,

it is way too soon for that.

But it's never too soon for the 25th Amendment.

That puts all of the burden onto Donald Trump himself to prove that he's not a complete

and total psychopath, and if he can't, then he gets removed from office.

But this Axios article's a lot bigger than the headline that they gave saying they're

worried he's going to perjure himself, because the truth is a man living in his own reality,

detached from what's really happening in the world, he shouldn't be president in the first

place.

How to Ask for Help Without Feeling Like a Burden - Duration: 11:41.

told Chad I'm really trying to take some of today off and as promised I said I go

I have to do my facebook teach I promised I would be doing a weekly

Facebook teach on Facebook hi Aubin hi hi so um so I am so as you all

know I am building hi Kelly hi Teri hi Allison I am building my YouTube channel

so Therapy Thursday Take Care Thursday's are all over on YouTube but I also love

my Facebook audience and all my friends and family are here and I love teaching

live so I am doing a weekly Facebook teach on both of my pages at the same

time so that's why I'm a big I'm a stickler about actually looking at the

camera whole when I do teaches and pictures so that's why I'm alternating

because I'm on both patient pages of mine hi Nora so I I'm starting to keep a

list of topics that I want to do life teaches on and I've already got a couple

things but this was not on my list until I just had my workshop my Rising Ever

Upward workshop the last two days so I also encourage you to comment below if

hear this all the time how much do you not reach out for help or ask for what

you want in need from your loved ones because you don't want to be a

bother to them or you don't want to be a burden

say already because you follow a lot of my work so here's the deal like I

actually had someone say that to me in the workshop yesterday and I will tell

you what I tell all of my clients and all of my loved ones or my Plexus team

okay so well I didn't want to bother you I didn't want I didn't want to be a burden

I didn't want to bother you you're so busy I didn't want to bother you guess

what my boundary to set when you don't ask for what you want and need from your

loved ones or ask for help or seek support from someone who loves you

because you don't want to be a burden you're setting a boundary that is theirs

to set for them not your job it's their job to set boundaries

this summer I did was it this summer I did a Boundaries video for Therapy

Thursday and like the feedback was just unreal on it and so I ended up turning

it into the six six week series on Therapy Thursday so you can go to my

YouTube channel for that I'll link like video one on it in the comments of this

below later after I get this up but that's not your boundary to set if I

have someone ask me for help whether or not it's one of my friends or one of my

teammates on my Plexus team or one of my clients and I'm not available or I can't

or I don't want to that is my boundary to set it is my job to say I'm not

available right now I actually I can't help you right now

oftentimes with my clients I'm historical for before they I have taught

my clients like before you reach out to me for help and it's an emergency I want

to know three things that you have done for yourself to make it better like

yours their self-care and things like that

and so when you reach out for support and you ask somebody for help or you

don't do it because you don't want to be a burden

that's your problem not your loved ones the other side to that is that if you

are saying if you're saying I just my internets slow on my personal page sorry

if you're saying yes when you really mean no when someone's asking for your

help hmm that's your problem not the person

asking you for help so poor connection oh crap poor connection on my personal

page well technology loves to challenge me when I got good shit to share so the

other side of that is that if I am saying yes when I really mean no that's

on me that's my boundary to set so Brene says

in her teachings to say the mantra choose discomfort over resentment choose

discomfort over resentment choose discomfort over resentment in other

words I'm gonna say that to myself three times and then I'm gonna say no when I

really mean no and when I need to say no because I have nothing left to give or I

can't do that or I'm unavailable I'm gonna choose to be uncomfortable and

saying no rather than saying yes when I really mean no and then being resentful

towards that person because when we're not setting boundaries with our loved

ones and we're not when we're not saying no when we really mean no it only ruins

the relationship so there's two sides to this conversation I don't want to be a

burden or bother them for a lot of us we want to help our loved ones but we

cannot read your mind so you must ask for what you want and

need from your loved ones you cannot read their mind that you're gonna be a

burden to them and that they can't or don't want to help you because if they

say yes but they really meant no again that's their boundary to set and that is

on them I feel like I'm kind of talking in circles plus I'm really distracted by

two puppies now who are not settling down on their warm towels so that is

not conducive to Therapy Thursday but husband Chad accountant Chad is picking

up poop so I'm gonna take that as more helpful than dealing with the dogs

during the live Facebook teach because I don't want to pick up poop so hopefully I

want to hear does that make what questions does that make sense so

like if you if you have that urge of like but I don't want to bother anybody so

I'm just gonna do it myself I don't I'm not gonna ask for help so we're just

gonna keep giving and giving and giving and doing and doing and doing and saying

yes to all of these things I don't have time for in my life either

and then I'm giving from an empty vat and I am getting resentful with myself

and I'm willing to bet that you're even building resentment towards those people

that you're not asking for help from how screwed up does that like how screwed up

is that that we tell ourselves a lie that we're bothering people or being a

burden which means we're attempting to set a boundary for them that is not ours

to set why is my internet not working that's so annoying I will share this on

my personal page sorry guys so so not only are we telling ourselves a lie that

we're being a burden or bothering somebody and we're trying to set a

boundary for someone else that is not ours to set but then when we're not

asking for support from our loved ones and we're doing it all our all ourselves

and we're super frustrated with that then we probably build resentment

towards them anyways because they're not just helping us well they should want to

help us out they should know how much I'm doing for them that's that's BS like

our loved ones are not mind readers we must ask for what we want and need so

hopefully that makes sense Marian said some I asked for what I

needed and got some really negative response but then I asked another loved

one that I thought wouldn't receive and they were completely open and said yes

that's so true Gracie stop motherhood um that makes sense so here I guess that is that

is the other thing when you do ask for help or seek support from your loved

ones and they say no here's the other part that no is not about you

that's about them it's about them it's not personal to you The Four Agreements

take nothing personally sometimes people just can't

do it or they don't want to and again that's their boundary to set and trust

me you want them to say no when they really mean no and to not be saying yes

when they need and want to say no because that builds resentment and that

eats relationships from the inside out so that's what I got today my personal

page went dead because apparently my Internet's down and the puppies are not

cooperating so this is this week's Facebook teach pretty imperfect still

gonna go up on the YouTube channel it's still great content and I knew when I

heard this topic several times within my week that means more and more people are

struggling with it than what I am hearing and so like when you have that

thought I don't want to impose like Terry you just said I don't want to

impose on someone's time I don't want to be a burden I don't want to bother

someone you were not meant to do this life by yourself we are wired for

connection you weren't meant to do this alone and I can promise you this life is

so much tougher if you insist on doing it by yourself and if you insist on

doing it by yourself all that's gonna happen is that you're gonna be angry and

frustrated and empty and actually not have real great relationships because

you're super resentful to other people who aren't helping you because they're

not reading your mind and you're not asking for help so ask for help when you

need it seek support ask for what you want and need set your boundaries and

remember it's not your job to set other people's boundaries that's theirs so

again I am I'm gonna do a Facebook live teach sometime on Fridays Saturdays and

Sundays at this point I just don't have a live set up to give you a set schedule

so I will always try to give you a warning um by hey going live at this time

Here are a few of the best defenses animals have in nature!

9 - Malaysian Ant Armed with poisonous sacks on their body,

Malaysian ants will essentially commit Kamikaze in order to protect their colony.

Talk about doing what's best for everyone else!

These tiny little soldier ants willingly give up their own lives in the cause of protecting

their colony form a potential predator.Here's more or less how a scenario might play out.

A colony of Malaysian Ants are hanging out.

Then suddenly, a larger insect or small mammal might approach their colony with bad intentions.

The Malaysian Ant will literally self destruct, causing themselves to explode, spraying a

toxic chemical all over the predator.

In most cases, the predator is destroyed, along with the exploding ants.

Kind of a forest fire being good for the forest type scenario.

As their name might suggest, they're native to Malaysia and also parts of Brunei.

And as crazy as it seems, they're actually one of several insects in the animal kingdom

known for self-destructing.

Some termites, for example, are known for deploying a similar battle tactic when danger

approaches.

8 - The Horned Lizard The horned lizard just looks pretty mean,

but it still has plenty of predators.

On any given day, your average horned Lizard has Hawks, snakes, coyotes, squirrels and

even dogs and cats to contend with.

And since they're always outsized, they have to resort to some pretty creative measures

when defending themselves.

And by creative, I mean shooting streams of bread from their eyeballs.

Yeah, these guys actually do that!

Now granted, they're not super accurate and shooting blood from their own eyes is

typically a last resort.

Their preferred method is just keeping still and hoping the danger will just go away.

They can also inflate themselves to look like spikey balloons.

However, once they're engaged in battle, they won't hesitate to shoot blood in the

thick of things.

Armed with two muscles around their veins, they cut off blood flow to the heart, flood

their eye sockets, and boom!

Blood shoots out at their attacker, and it often freaks them out enough that they'll

run away.

If someone did that to someone else in real life, they'd probably back down from a fight

too!

7 - The Turkey Vulture Wanna clear out a room really quick at a party?

Just vomit everywhere!

We've all been at that party where someone had waaaay too much to drink and just puked

in the middle of the floor….maybe we've even been that guy.

Well, the Turkey Vulture uses this concept to their advantage.

Only in their case, it's not booze induced.

Rather, it's a very effective survival tactic.

Found in parts of North and South America, the Turkey Vulture will literally throw up

on anyone or anything trying to mess with it.

Not only that, they can spew up to 10 feet.

That's just...gross.

Now let's just take a moment and analyze their diet.

Their preferred meal is the meat plucked from rotting carcasses.

So roadkill, for example, is their idea of a five star dinner.

Sound good yet?

Also they obviously don't brush, floss, or use mouthwash.

I really don't want to imagine what their breath smells like.

When they feel threatened...boom!

They throw their food back up and spray their attacker, with what I can only believe is

a truly smelly combination.

Oh yeah, and get this.

Their vomit is acidic, since it's exactly what they need in order to eat rotten meat.

If you or I were to eat some rotten meat we found on the side of the highway, all that

decomposition would just get us sick.

But Turkey Vultures have so much acid in their bellies, that it just breaks it down as they

gorge on whatever decomposing meat they can get their beaks on.

And just in case you're not thoroughly grossed out right now, they also poop on their own

feet.

They do this in order to stay warm.

I wonder if they do this to each other?

6 - Frilled Lizard Ahh, the Frilled Lizard.

This guy definitely looks like it came off the set of Jurassic Park!

While they don't spit venom, or go after bad guys in their cars, they do enjoy intimidating

their attackers.

Found in Australia and parts of Southern New Guinea, these guys are often preyed upon by

eagles, dingoes, snakes, owls and sometimes even bigger lizards.

So when frilled lizards find themselves under attack, they stand on their hind legs, open

up their yellow mouth wide, and then spread out that crazy looking mane of theirs.

Then they start hissing.

But, as you can imagine, all this is for show.

Because if their predator calls their bluff and doesn't back off, they'll just turn

around and book it to the safety of a tree or anything they can climb.

I wonder how many times showing off that mane on the neck works?!

5 - Hagfish Just the name hagfish sounds sort of gross.

Did you know that they're actually one of the most studied creatures in the ocean?

This is because they're largely considered to be the ancestor of all living marine vertebrae.

So yeah, they're sorta the Godfather of fish!

However, despite this unofficial status that I just gave them, they're still a frequent

target for larger prey, such as sharks for example.

However, they have this cool defense strategy that helps them out with that.

Video images have shown hagfish using slime from their mouths that clogs their attacker's

gil, effectively choking them!

This slime is so effective, scientists from the U.S Navy are looking for ways to make

synthetic slime that could protect divers, fend off sharks and even stop missiles!

Hold up, how would slime stop missiles?

Hmm.

Anyways, their slime is kind of like spider silk.

There are two protein-based components in hagfish slime, which are tightly coiled threads

and a sticky membrane covering called mucin.

When the slime is shot out of their mouths, the threads quickly uncoil and the mucin binds

to water, releasing the connecting proteins between threads.

This allows the slime to quickly expand into a gluey, elastic shield.

Okay, I see the whole stopping missiles thing now…..I think.

Scientists just need to find ways to replicate this ability from hagfish in the lab and mass-produce

the compounds!

4 - Iberian Ribbed Newt If you've ever broken a rib before, then

you know it's a painful ordeal.

It hurts just to even breathe with a broken rib.

But for the Iberian Ribbed Newt, wellllll they probably don't care much about that

because they're using their ribs as a defense mechanism.

Their ribs are sharp, and when in danger, they'll push their own ribs out of their

body to use their ribs as a weapon, piercing their skin in the process!

This pretty much sounds like Wolverine except with ribs!

Not only are the ribs sharp, they're also covered in a toxic skin secretion.

According to National Geographic, they thrust their ribs out by rotating them forward until

they poke through the skin.

And while that sounds rather painful, you gotta do what you gotta do in the wild.

It's not always pretty.

Newts are able to heal very quickly, so it's not a huge deal to them.

Also known as Spanish Newts, these guys have been the subject of space experiments.

Since the 80's, they've been taken to space about six times.

Females can keep fertilized eggs for up to five months, which means they can be inseminated

here on earth and have the babies up in space.

I wonder what they're planning?!

3 - Armadillos and Their Armor For pretty much all of human existence, people

have protected themselves with armor.

It just makes sense.

And while human ingenuity is pretty impressive, we can't take all the credit here.

Nature came up with it first.

The Armadillo is a great example.

Found in South America and parts of the U.S, scientists have identified nine Armadillo

species.

While they vary in size, they all sport that characteristic leathery, armored skin.

This is basically a mixture of bone and a tough tissue coating.

And that skin comes in handy, as the armadillo is often the target of larger, predatory animals.

Without much size or sharp teeth going for them, surviving against those guys is a tough

task.

Thankfully, they have some built in armor to help out with that, in addition to the

good ol' run and hide tactic.

The three banded Armadillo can actually fold itself in half, and curl up into a ball.

This leaves no exposed flesh and this usually leaves the predator looking elsewhere for

dinner!

2 - Bombardier Beetle If the Bombardier Beetle were a human being,

they'd be the equivalent of someone with a bottle of mace!

It's got a pretty cool defense mechanism where they're able to spray whatever they

want with essentially a super hot liquid.

When they're under attack, Bombardier Beetles will spray out scalding hot toxic liquid that

can seriously mess predators up!

Yes, actual boiling hot temperatures!

These chemicals are stored in two separate chambers in their abdomen, and are deployed

through an abdomen tip that rotates a full 270 degrees.

They can fire at objects from almost all angles, pretty dangerous if you ask me!

Now that whole thing I said about the two chambers, that's really important.

The chemicals in each chamber, hydroquinone and hydrogen peroxide will more or less detonate

an explosion when it's mixed.

So keeping those compounds separated until deployed through the tip is crucial.

There's at least 500 bombardier beetles species roaming all over the planet, and they

tend to make their homes in woodlands and really anywhere moist enough to hatch eggs.

So if you ever see one hanging out, try not to be on the business end of that tip!

1 - The Boxer Crab These tiny little crabs are fiesty little

guys.

You can find them in the coral reefs in the Indo-Pacific region, although you would need

to look closely as they only measure less than an inch long.

However, that doesn't mean they make prime targets for predators.

Quite the contrary, actually.

They team up with sea anemones to help fend off attackers.

In exchange for feeding the anemones, boxer crabs employ their help by attaching them

to their claws, and then jabbing at the would be prey.

This looks silly, but the anemones have rather painful stinging tentacles that can badly

injure anyone trying to make a meal of the small crabs.

As a reward for their help, the crab will gladly help the anemones collect and digest

food.

This has to be one of nature's more interesting symbiotic relationships!

In the event that there aren't any anemones to buddy up with, boxer crabs will instead

find a sea sponge or a coral for similar purposes.

How cool is that?!

episode of mythbusters' I haven't like done this in a while I done it probably

like maybe two weeks ago and I'm gonna bring it back with a new episode to the

channel but before we do get into this video I'm gonna be asking you guys if

first myth is going to be if you lose fall damage from jumping from a high

distance hitting the launch pad and as you see there maybe I was like too low I

thought I was too low it's like jump on the launch pad and then these people

kept shooting me so I was losing health from there too but then I realized when

I'd made this up like structure bigger I didn't have had no way to jump on my

launch pad because it wasn't in the middle of my building and then this guy

just like blows up my whole building that I just built so I can jump on the

launch pad so yeah I just tried from like a higher distance and as you see

here I do not lose health and when I jump from the launch pad and I know this

because when I jump from here I do lose health and that's the same exact kite or

maybe even a little bit smaller from when I actually jump up a launch pad so

the next myth is what happens or how high does a launch pad launch you when

you are on the lowest point of the game on fortnight Kevin what you do

after we built as far out as we could go just because the storm was right there I

mean this was a really pointless to do but we just wanted to see how cool the

scenery would look from this far out and actually looks really nice but yeah so

anyway getting back to the myth and this is the lowest point of the game where

you could actually build stuff and place the launch pad on so yeah as my friend

jumped and I jump on it it looks like the same amount of distance that the

launch pad will launch you if you want a normal surface or the highest point of

the game no I'm not gonna so this next myth is a highly requested one that you

guys told me to do and this one is what happens when you are in the Boogie Bomb

effect and you use a launch pad this took me so long just because I couldn't

find a boogie bomb and a launch pad in the same exact game but I finally did it

and once I did do it I used to believe on and when you use the launch pad when

you were in the boogie bum effect it literally just cancels out the whole

bookie bomb effect immediately and you just used the launch pad like it

was normal like if you didn't even have any like effect on you okay this is our

second-to-last myth in the video and this myth is probably the one you guys

been waiting for the most and this one is what happens when you are down and

you use a launch pad so my friend I had my friend go on to this plank and right

under it is a launch pad and when he actually fell onto the launch pad

literally nothing happened nothing happened when you are down and you are

on a launch pad so I then try to revive him when he was on the launch pad and he

didn't jump or anything but he just got revived he started standing on the

launch pad and nothing happened but when he did jump then the launch pad went

into effect on his body and he started flying up into the air so our final myth

for the video I don't know why you guys wanted me to do this but I was actually

interested in doing this too but what happens when you shoot a rocket launcher

at a launch pad well like the rocket launcher fly up into the air or will

just completely destroy it and as of right now you see here that the rocket

launcher completely destroys the launch pad I mean like it was kind of like a

stupid myth to do but it was kind of interesting to see what would happen
