Azoto zootecnico e digestato: i limiti imposti dalla normativa - EN subtitles - Duration: 1:43.What are the criteria to use in preparing
the agronomic digestate utilisation plan?
The agronomic utilization plan is based
on the quantity of zootechnical nitrogen in the digestate,
therefore the fraction derived from all the livestock farm's matrices.
There are limits set by the new digestate legislation,
which are: 170 kg of zootechnical nitrogen per hectare
for farms in areas vulnerable to nitrates,
or 340 kg per hectare of zootechnical nitrogen
for farms in areas not vulnerable to nitrates.
Therefore as regards the total nitrogen load
coming from the digester
you have to distinguish the zootechnical part
from the non-zootechnical part
if the digester is also fed by non-zootechnical matrices,
and on the zootechnical side you have to know
whether the farm's available land area is sufficient
to be able remain within the limits
for spreading zootechnical nitrogen.
After this, after completing the utilisation plan
the non-zootechnical part is quantified
as a balance compared to the plant's nitrogen requirement.
The decree also states that the non-zootechnical part
should be calculated as 80% of its quantity,
in the light of the fact that there are losses during storage,
whereas the zootechnical part must always in all circumstances
be calculated as 100%.

INTERVIEW with SYSTEMA Instructor RYO ONISHI - Duration: 32:37.First of all: Thank you for accepting this interview (In Japanese)
It's sincerely a honor! (In Japanese)
Are we doing it in Japanese?
Nope! Just the intro! :D
thank you because four years ago when I met you for the first time actually
you introduced me to Systema because you say "I'm not a master" yeah I know it but
if it wasn't for you and your passion for your true passion for Systema maybe
I'd have never entered in this world so that's very important to me and that meeting, that day
and meeting you here in Rome, thanks to Federico Punzi, it's like a tradition
a confirm go the Path I'm going through so... thank you...
my questions are just to know you better and also your point of view
I'd like to ask you for example about systema: what is system to you? Because you many times
you many times you speak about the correlation between systema and
relationships and you use to say a lot sistema is a metaphor of life
so I'm interested in not just what is system but what is systema to you
That's my question actually
It's as everybody says: it's more than a martial art. It's more how to live life for me.
Being healthy in a lot of different ways.
I'm healthier because I have better relationships, I do better a work,
the training itself also but it's not like I have to do different things
for private life I do exactly the same inside the training like we did today
I don't use a different concept before also for training things
we were talking about letting others define what you do or how you are
You see, you should be in control
It's the same like asymmetrical responsive but we were talking about today
if somebody pushing in one way okay maybe you can find the best way to neutralize
or whatever then that's like he defines you what to do, what you do I mean
but instead you try to be dependent from how they do things to you
or how they are; so that's exactly how you survive in the business world too.
You are too dependent on something and when something happens you collapse
or job's changing too, when you prepare for something
The same concept works straightaway. For the health...
(Reporting job experience) I had a so much stress from work that
I was told from the doctor I have to quit my job "you have to take it slow maybe go to
countryside..." yeah like tone down basically
Instead I did press home work and other stuff that muscle said it's cool a few weeks later
which I did not start working for my doctor was like wow all the town like
Harry you were to Hawaii or novel or something super nice now your chills or
maybe too good alone no I was working the same as busy as
most for even more stress or whatever but because of this total system
exercise gives you a boost in immune system
you tell you how the deal was this first base here and so on I was hospitalized
maybe's to be the way to say but still his true oh it's everything it was in
November I remember that you told me that you met sistema when you were in
England and he did so and so maybe I I want us to which kind of the picture of
differences you find between system I and maybe Japanese martial arts again
I'm not the master neither much love so I could be super
wrong but it is two different system it's not the right role more better
worse just that it's like you get the electricity from water or everything
from fire it's all right okay there is a some characteristic but you both give
you power or something like this you just the the Japanese martial arts gives
you that boost in your people homes like
the ground or like even when you're powerful bio structure client is
opponent your power will go through somehow it well one the way be like
a needle, it goes, or its kind of power that actually go through the
tension, or something. But the system is different in my opinion
It's an anti-distraction thing that Systema talks about
It doesn't even collide, it's giving you the opponent tension that's a collision
so of course there'll be a fight yeah there has to be a winner and
loser right. It's not gonna work like that oh that's why it's good for your
ego too because it's not like you win or lose, no
You relax people even when you punch them
Ok, I still give lots of attention to some people too
But I actually work in order to relax people by punching hard
so that they even when you go crazy like that, it looks, but afterwards you feel
like all the stress's gone out or at least like a level down or something
I think you saw some of the evidences this weekend, I hope!
Speaking of Japanese martial arts
maybe the tradition of Japan practicing martial arts it is a totally different way of thinking maybe
So in your experience how would you describe the experience of
Japanese people that are studying (Russian) martial arts nowadays?
how do they find it? how do they feel in such a different thing?
I'm not actually young anymore so I don't know how people are doing right now but...
I thin Japanese martial arts give you something that you son't have
So you become something better than what you are right now
I think Systema is quite different
Systema doesn't turn you into anything else, not even stronger
Ok as a result it may be but it's note the purpose to be stronger or tougher
it's like by finding out who you are what you are
exactly you know how to deal with things so that with your current strengths
current that the body condition you can do wonderful thing but I think Japanese
martial arts is a little bit different In Japanese martial arts you become more
than what you are right now so you become stronger basically a higher being in that way
Maybe it's a bit too much but...
With Systema you will stay who you I find it easier to
be humble Ed: I really understand that feeling
When Japanese people come at your classes of Systema
how do they feel about it? What is the main experience
they feel about this so different way of training that is not like a training
because it's actually a laboratory about perceptions about yourself
because you can go as deep as you want you can train your body as you can train anything else
The singularity about Systema is that Systema is for everybody
Ok some people might not want to try it but it works for everybody
If they want to try it helps them in the aera they want
Some people might want it for health some people want it for like body conditioning
some people wait for morenatural movements some people went for
pure martial arts things; it could be anything!
It could be anti-stressing from the work or whatever
The thing is that all so different people is there and yet to be trying this one way of doing things
but when you go to other martial arts school is different
you have different belts to become a sort of more and more teacher or whatever
but sistema training is more like
normal real society there is you, you, me etc
all sort of different people it's like a small version of the real world
but if you go to other martial arts most often you find that the same kind
of characteristic people gather in one club if you know what I mean
If you go to BBJ club, certain type of people
goes there a lot may be a few different people but similarly minded people
so not like everybody have a different way of looking at things different goals
different ways... no it's more like... no which is also gives you a different place I'm sure
but systema is very unique in that area so that everybody could be different
I mean training works, in that way I think it's something you don't see in other martial arts
Or not, I don't know :P
That's interesting!
about experience you felt training in different countries how did you find
Italian people doing sistema would kind of mentality or advise you would give or just
you felt about Italian people doing sYstema because and when every country
has its own characteristic, so maybe it's just a curiosity
I know the instructors here like yourself, Federico, the guy from Naples
Ed: yeah, and Vito
and Stefano
You know, you guys are nice
I don't know, I don't see any confliction
Maybe you see some main difficulties or main capacity I mean like some link you found between us
Oh! You guys are tough!
I mean, what do you think of when I'm doing things in Japan!? It's like, sometimes when I do...
and some people fly; but if you guys want to fight you you fight even the girls
who fight so maybe I'm not gonna punch them in the face but still when I try
something and I ask him to give me something to go you know
So there is a kind of more sincere...
Yeah!
sometimes Japanese people are maybe too polite or something so they don't give
me a good response so for me it's sometimes it's difficult to to read oh
no basically if I do it too hard they don't like it for you to real they say it
doesn't work so it's very difficult when they put
like acting it it's easier to feel the difference what I'm talking about so in
a way I like here; or plus, if I do something wrong or less right
I get that from you guys so that I can correct myself better but with
Japanese people maybe it started to work they give up Ed: there are different kind of respect
maybe they are too nice oh it's nice that today we got this respect, the humbleness and stuff
as a two-edged sword so one way is nice but also it's actually makes people suffer
so maybe Japanese people who are studying Systema nowadays because it's getting more and more famous
trough TV and programs...
I wouldn't say that because, ok at the moment Ed: there a lot of (martial) magazines about it if we compare with Italy
Ah ok, but the way we are introducing it in TV is a comedy at the moment, it's a little bit sad
but again but exposure is more important right we can't buy the air time without
money or anything so if someone hears like "what is this?" then maybe they want to google
maybe our names come out So even I know the contents sometimes we're not happy but still there's systema name or
like Mikhail, the image, or whatever comes on TV it actually helps
When you speak about Mikhail Ryabko
your eyes are like shining What can I say? I like him :D
I know, I met him and I don't know how to describe it He was just moving myself (emotionally)
What is your experience with him?
What do you feel when you're with him?
I don't know, for me he is like a... charger! I need to go see him to get charged and then I come back and try to do
maybe my level goes down maybe it's time to go see him like get
charged up it could be in Moscow or Michael's seminars in Japan
maybe it's partially the language problem but it's not like I'm getting like
"your finger should do this way, or how..." Non both of those things
which we have a lot in the Japanese martial arts But with Mikhail even when he's turning his back to me
for example, and talking to someone and maybe I was talking to somebody else or
something: by being in the distance of parameter that I can feel his presence
I don't know somewhat he has a power to influence, so that sometimes I don't train with
him or others but just maybe drinking, talking but his state effects me you know so that
things that I've never done before when I still have that state inside of me just when I
come back from Moscow or seminars or something I can do this stuff that I've never done
before very well but unfortunately this is a
state that I just borrowed from Mikhail it's Mikhail's state
So it'll fade away Last week I could do so well but didn't know why
but this week nothing works... but during this one or two weeks
depends on the time I see something that they've never seen before
because I can do something like above the clouds; but it's not mine yet
I just borrowed his state so I go down but this scenery helps to climb here by myself
in my opinion so because of this special upbeat I do
recommend you to spend as much time as possible with Mikhail but it doesn't mean that "mikhail! mikhail! can you teach me?"
It' about feeling
Yes because his state... HE IS SYSTEMA
So he is not trying to do systema unfortunately I feel that I am trying to do sistema maybe that's the
key at the end I don't know but he is Systema so that the by being costly
dislike that if I'm a tense person and then I'm kinda close so that you
feel my presence at the state and you find me like this sooner or later
you will have some tension inside you that gives you tension or if I'm
I'm relaxed and like talking like this then this state will affect you too
it's like that but in a deeper way obviously he's much calmer more relaxed
and I don't know you know because you saw it's something very special about him
it's unfortunate or like half of my effort that I can't speak Russian so our
conversation is quite limited Ed: but maybe trough you're "not speaking Russian" you
can speak something else I mean analogically. Ryo: we have our time
Edo: you can put your attention to what you're feeling more than (words)
I think we understand each other a little bit I think you know without the
language thing we can joke each other and stuff too
I guess I feel a little more relaxed with him than before, when I was like "Mikhail! Mikhail!"
Yeah, I felt the same sensation like "Oh wow, Mikhail is here"
If it's not my time
I don't need to go to Mikhail and if it was my time even if I'm far away Mikhail will
call me anyway it doesn't matter so for me if I have a opportunity I will stay
in the area that I can still feel his presence that's it; and if he feels like to call me or do something with me, he calls.
No, I was like that! Totally totally but if it's not your time is your time
actually makes the situation worse ruins the all the atmosphere of the room or the people
that around you; people start to feel not comfortable
especially with systema people because we are a little more receptive than...
when you were a child what did you want to become if you remember. I don't know I
think I wanted to go to space or something like astronaut?
also I wanted to be a doctor or something like that but never was
seriously just one of those things when you have to draw the dream I just be
done it's not that I read about it you I don't look forward to it
I didn't have much dream dream I'm boring
Do you got some dream now?
I wanna understand more That's it
So I work so that I can afford to go to Moscow or whatever
And hold seminar
I like it (Systema) so I wanna do more That's it
it's simple for me
if you like it you want do more and more whatever it is, it's simple
lol
Do you want to say something?
I'm mean i't up to you if you feel to say something or not
Oh you should go to see the Master
If you're interested in systema, that's it I mean I can I introduce something but
nothing compared to what they do or how they are Edo: the first time I met you you told me
the same thing and it was like this Onishi maybe is just maybe
he build up his humbleness just too much because he's Japanese but
but we trained some hour together and then I felt like I was moved by and then I
started wondering about you were talking about and then I met Daniel
I met Mikhail and I understood what you mean and you taught me to let a lot of
things inside of me go I don't know, like calm water When I'm with you I feel safe
I feel safe because what I'm doing is Systema
Because I feel you passion and that what you're doing is Systema and that you're
still going up and you're still studying because you live and love it and so I feel
If I'm with this guy I'm ok I mean that's my feedback and I really mean it
when I speak with Daniil of you he's like... (no words to explain...) but like look some people said my hug or
Some people say the I'm humble or something
but I don't think so if you meet them for real
you understand what I'm talking about okay I'm not like this but I know
the truth yeah I can't lie it's that good it's
like senior instructor people it's like my father's level or like it another
generation the masters again another generation up or something it's just like
totally different world it's like: masters are adult for example
senior instructors are the kids, and kids already start to show their characteristic so that if
you can see that this guy is gonna be good these guys maybe it'll be
troublesome this is starting to have the direction what I am right now it's like
a sperm, it could be boy could be girl could die but there might be a
possibility that I might become something too but there is no proper
direction yet that's what I am. Edo: what do you feel about this sensation you feel
like kind of tension inside of you or excited?
because you get a great path a big path in front of you that you can go through
For me is much more primitive than
like it's a human thing or animals and if you
call it if you if it's not boyfriend/girlfriend thing or friend thing
when people connected you become happier you like it and what we do... we connect
Even to get out from the problem we connect but not even the intentional connect when
I trie to connect and you don't answer I feel like a broken heart It's one-sided love
Edo: because you're depending Right? Because I'm hoping for the same feeling from you
Wei wenn you fall in love it's natural that you lose balance
Yes exactly but when I'm looking at my own state to be able to do that
I'm not chasing you, I work for myself as a result we connect
You connect
I connect you know so that it's more healthier it's not like it and then if
you go I feel I go or what if I do this and you feel like you know no
I have myself. Again: Indipendence
You should never ever let anybody define how you are what you do this is your freedom
this is your life right you have to maximize it of course sometimes you can't
if you can't change it you have to learn to accept it but when you cannot accept
it you change something that way you change the little bit by little even
maybe faster you people second time third time and effort
You will change something so that you become better so today you get defeated
whatever you couldn't do very well who cares how often do I train with any of you
But you want to prove something I want to prove something too of course I'm human too
I I just find out more more about myself so that even we fight we
don't become how I want to be unless I'm on my way
that's the best I can offer because I am not Superman but at least I get better than
yesterday that's all we can do anyway if life time is long enough for that
maybe become something or I manage to do something it's okay - because I am happy to die
I did my best no regrets. It's not like somebody
forced me to do it simple for me oh no it's like a very simple screen
it's light and when I'd like for a few lighter for myself I'm very heavy others
when I move but when I feel heavy inside myself
I'm very light from others so that they can move me
training proves that too Edo: like a mirror
I'm thankful
Take it or leave it, that's me :)
And thanks to Federico and Kokorozashi
great also because he made us know each other
introducing you in Italy hey but you came Osaka no?
I love Japan and it was good training with Systema Osaka You know: doors open, come back anytime!
You're welcome too to Osaka

-They were extraordinary. -It worked in 3D, really?
-It was extraordinary!
-We lived the rise of 3D in the 50's, with the little paper glasses...
-Ai ai ai... This is nice!
-Oh, what happened, did it die again?
-It doesn't often happen that a language cancels another.
The problem with VR is that it's not really a language, it's a... fruition idea.
-A narrative in VR, I think, has a whole series of invisible barriers
that make a major difference with cinema.
For example, where to put the focus
the way you shoot VR?
If you turn around at the speed of a Halo player, you're gonna break your neck.
-Even the scenery has to be in function of the 3D. This is the scene of the hatchet,
you have to render it in 3D. It's like a little episode.

Makeup Mess by Robert Munsch Read Aloud by Books Read Aloud For Children - Duration: 6:10.Makeup Mess.
By Robert Munsch.
Illustrated by Michael Martchenko.
Julie had saved up lots of money.
She had saved up her birthday money, her Christmas money, and her paper route money,
and she had robbed her little brother's piggy bank.
All together, she had one hundred dollars.
Julie walked out the door holding all that money and her mother said, "Julie, where are you going?"
"I," said Julie, "am going to go buy myself some MMMMMAKEUP!"
Julie's mother yelled, "Oh, no!"
Julie didn't pay any attention.
She ran to the drugstore, put the money down, and said,
"I want some red lipstick, blue lipstick, black lipstick, pink lipstick, yellow lipstick, purple lipstick…
I want one of everything you've got."
The man gave Julie an enormous box of makeup.
She picked it up, carried it home, and took it into the bathroom.
Then she said, "Now I am going to make myself BEEEEEEAUTIFUL!"
So Julie took some purple stuff and stuck it on her eyes.
She took some green stuff and put it on her cheeks.
She took some black stuff and put it on her lips, and she coloured her hair purple.
Then she put nineteen earrings in one ear and seventeen earrings in the other ear.
Julie looked in the mirror and said, "Wow, I am as pretty as a movie star!"
Julie ran downstairs and went into the kitchen.
Her mother looked at her and yelled, "AAAAAHHHHHH!"
Julie said, "What's the matter with my mother?
She's acting very strange today."
Then Julie walked into the living room.
Her father looked up and yelled, "AAAAAHHHHHH!"
Julie said, "What's the matter with my father?
He's acting very strange today."
Julie ran back upstairs, washed off all the makeup, and started over.
This time she took some yellow stuff and stuck it on her eyes.
She took some purple stuff and put it on her cheeks.
She took some green stuff and put it on her lips, and she coloured her hair red.
Then she put nineteen earrings in one ear, seventeen earrings in the other ear, and two rings in her nose.
Julie looked in the mirror and said, "Wow, I'm as pretty as TWO movie stars!"
She walked downstairs and went into the living room.
Her mother saw her and didn't say anything.
She just fell right over.
Then Julie walked into the kitchen.
Her father saw her and didn't say anything.
He just fell right over.
Then someone knocked at the door: BLAM, BLAM, BLAM, BLAM, BLAM.
Julie opened the door.
It was the mailman.
He didn't say anything either.
He just fell right over.
"Oh, dear," said Julie.
"I must have made a terrible mistake with my makeup."
Julie ran upstairs and washed everything off.
Then she looked in the mirror and said, "Oh, no!
I spent one hundred dollars and all I have left if my regular face.
This is terrible.
Nobody will think that I'm pretty!"
Julie walked downstairs.
Her mother got up off the floor, and her father got up off the floor, and the mailman got up off the floor,
and they all said, "Now you're really learning how to use makeup! Now you're REALLY BEAUTIFUL!"
Julie said, "But, but, but…
I don't have on any makeup at all!"
Then she ran back up the stairs, looked in the mirror, and yelled, "LOOK AT ME!
I'm BEAUTIFUL WITH NO MAKEUP!"
Then Julie leaned out the window and yelled, "WHO WANTS TO BUY SOME MAKEUP?"
All the girls in the neighbourhood came running and asked, "How much?"
"Three hundred dollars," said Julie.
So all the girls ran and got their birthday money and their New Year's money and their tooth fairy money,
and they gave Julie the three hundred dollars.
Then they ran into Julie's bathroom and yelled, "Now I am going to make myself BEEEEEAUTIFUL!"
And Julie used some of the money to pay back her little brother,
and she took the rest to the thrift store to buy lots of old clothes for…

Devoted: How Do We Respond When Others Sin? (Mark 2:16) - Duration: 2:01.When you think about it relationships are the most important thing in life
Whether we're talking about your relationship with God or with others
However relationships don't just build themselves
It takes work and skill to develop great relationships and over the next few days
We're gonna talk about one key relationship scale in particular
The skill of being able to judge correctly this skill is so important because when we judge people incorrectly
They feel it immediately, and it causes them to pull away
We need to unwire our tendency to judge the problem is
Judgement is so common in our world that we don't always realize we're doing it as
Christians we know that certain behaviors and lifestyles
contradict God's principles
So we aren't sure how to behave around people who choose to ignore God's ways
If we accept these people into our world are we condoning the behavior then again if we reject them
We aren't behaving in a christ-like fashion because he was often criticized by the Pharisees for fraternizing with sinners
Over the next few days. I hope to clear up some of this confusion and explain
Why we need to be more accepting of others just as Jesus was
We'll talk about when it's appropriate to judge and when it isn't but for today
I just want to start thinking about the tax collectors and sinners in your world
What can you learn from?
Jesus's example
Every dollar you give is a dollar well-spent multiplied by God to reach many partner with us in bringing the gospel to the world
You

5 Simple Steps That Lower Cortisol Levels & Increase Weight Loss! - Duration: 4:45.5 Simple Steps That Lower Cortisol Levels & Increase Weight Loss!
Losing weight can be extremely difficult.
It can also be frustrating, especially when you're doing all the right things and the
scale just won't budge.
If you're eating healthy foods, controlling your portions, exercising regularly, and you
aren't seeing results, there may be an underlying reason
Cortisol, often referred to as the stress hormone, is a steroid hormone that is made
in the adrenal glands.
It can help control blood sugar levels, regulate metabolism, and help reduce inflammation.
It has a direct connection to your body's stress response and, in terms of losing weight,
it's pretty important.
Cortisol is released when you are under stress.
If you are under constant stress, cortisol is continuously being released in your body.
Producing too much can destroy muscles, have a negative effect on the metabolism, and generate
abdominal fat.
Too much cortisol in your body may be the reason you aren't losing weight, despite
all your hard work.
Symptoms of High Cortisol Levels Mood swings
Anger, anxiety, depression Constant fatigue
Frequent Headaches Weight gain without explanation
Digestive problems Frequent urination, constipation, or diarrhea
Trouble sleeping Memory loss
Swelling in the face, hands or feet Menstrual abnormalities
Low libido Back pain
Decreased concentration How to Naturally Lower Your Cortisol Levels
If the scale isn't budging and these symptoms sound familiar, your body may be producing
too much cortisol.
Thankfully, there are several natural and healthy ways to reduce your cortisol levels
in order to get your body back on track.
1.
De-stress The number one way you can reduce your cortisol
levels is to de-stress.
That might mean taking a vacation, getting away for the weekend, or simply taking a walk
in the park once a day.
Whatever it is that's stressing you out, find a way to control it.
If you're in a stressful relationship, it may be time to cut the cord.
If it's your job that's giving you anxiety, it may be time to look for a new one.
A simpler fix, such as regular reading, yoga, or a nightly bubble bath might also do the
trick.
Find what works for you and make time for it!
2.
Exercise Research has shown that regular exercise – about
30 to 60 minutes most days of the week – is one of the best ways to manage stress, balance
hormones, and sleep better.
It can also help aid in normal metabolic functions, such as balancing blood sugar levels.
Be careful not to overexert yourself.
Whether it's yoga, hiking, running, boxing, or lifting weights, find a workout routine
that you enjoy and exercise several times a week to stay healthy and keep your hormones
balanced.
3.
Sleep Getting enough sleep is essential to controlling
cortisol production.
People who develop high cortisol levels can end up feeling wired and anxious at night,
then fatigued during the day.
If you're having trouble sleeping, try using essential oils to promote relaxation before
bed.
Some of the best essential oils for a better night's sleep are lavender, roman chamomile,
and bergamot.
4.
Try An Anti-Inflammatory Diet Blood sugar levels that are poorly managed
can contribute to high cortisol levels and other hormonal imbalances.
An anti-inflammatory diet low in processed foods and high in antioxidants can help balance
your hormones, control your cravings, and put you on the right track to weight loss.
Some of the best foods for lowering cortisol and stabilizing blood sugar levels include
fruits and vegetables, coconut or olive oil, nuts, seeds, lean proteins, and probiotic
foods.
5.
Avoid Stimulants If you believe you may have high cortisol
levels, avoid stimulants such as coffee, energy drinks, cigarettes, and anything else with
caffeine in it.
Caffeine not only affects your cortisol levels, it also affects your adrenaline, adenosine,
and dopamine levels.
A constant supply of caffeine in your body will raise the amount of cortisol and disrupt
your hormone levels.

Little Girl With Heart Disease 'Marries' Best Friend And The Pictures Have Everyone
In Tears
Some people might say children can't understand true love.
They're too innocent.
They haven't experienced enough of life – the joys and hardships – to really be
able to love someone in a romantic way.
But after hearing this story, I might argue that some children know love better than any
adult I've ever met.
The love Sophia and Hunter have for each other is pure; it's innocent; it's sacrificial.
Little Sophia Elyssa Chiappalone is a beautiful and precious little girl.
Just looking at her, you would probably never guess that anything was wrong.
But Sophia was born with a congenital heart defect (CHD) and only has half a heart.
She'd already had to endure two open-heart surgeries during her young life and was about
to go in for her third.
Knowing the surgery was risky, Sophia was asked what her greatest wish was.
She didn't hesitate – she wanted to marry her pre-school sweetheart Hunter.
The two have been an "item" for a little while.
At their preschool graduation in May, Hunter told his mom, Tracy, that he had to buy a
dozen red roses for Sophia – red because that is her favorite color.
Tracy knew Hunter would be game to participate in the make-believe wedding, but when she
asked him, his answer left her stunned and reminded her of the purity of love as it is
meant to be.
"Anything to make Sophia happy, Mommy," he told her.
Tracy's best friend is Marisa Balletti-Lavoie of Sassy Mouth Photo and she agreed to take
some special "wedding" pictures of the pair.
Bliss Bridal provided a beautiful dress and veil for Sophia.
Everything was ready.
"Just like that, magic happened!"
Tracy said.
"My best friend, Marisa, captured the innocent adoration these two kids have for each other
on the perfect day with the right light, Sophia in a beautiful dress as they smiled, laughed
and played."
No one could hold back their tears as Sophia and Hunter played together and posed for pictures,
their joy and love contagious to everyone around them.
Marisa posted the pictures on her Facebook page and they have since gone viral.
The love these two have for each other and for life has touched hundreds of thousands
of hearts in just a few days.
"Definitely the best thing I've seen on the Internet in a very long time," Shirley
Smith commented.
"I hope with all my heart we get to see a real re-do in about 20 years.
The pure joy on their wee faces melted my heart."
"Oh my where do I start," Yesenia Grado wrote.
"She is 6 but she is stunning!
She's beautiful!
His desire to make her happy is unbelievable, men ten times his age do not have the heart
this young man (yes I used that term intentionally) has.
The photos are amazing.
May God bless her and give her health.
May He also bless their parents who have clearly done such a wonderful job in raising them."
Tracy isn't surprised that so many people have been touched by the photos.
"Sophia may have half a heart," she said, "but she overflows the hearts of those around
her with joy."
Sophia's mom Kristy, a single mother of three girls, has set up a GoFundMe page to
help cover the family's growing expenses while she stays by Sophia's side through
these scary surgeries.
"I love every single person who's supported our journey," she wrote.
"Every person who's prayed for us.
Thank you.
As a team, we've lifted Soph up through this entire rollercoaster ride we call the
CHD life."
We are praying for a speedy recovery and total healing for little Sophia.
She has touched our hearts greatly through the love and joy she so greatly exhibits.
Now let's pray that God touches hers.
We all have a little good inside us.

Fourteen Common Problems INFJs Deal With In Their Dating Lives - Duration: 7:34.14 Common Problems INFJs Deal With In Their Dating Lives
INFJ are quiet, empathetic dreamers with huge hearts, INFJs are one of the rarest personality
types, which naturally, makes them quite odd.
It's their strangeness that makes them come off as mysterious and intriguing to others,
but it's often their strangeness that creates problems within their dating lives.
Here are 14 common romantic problems INFJs deal with in their lives.
1.
INFJs get frustrated when they make an attempt to connect with someone and the person fails
to share their enthusiasm.
INFJs can read people extremely well, so when they make an attempt to connect with someone
on a deeper level or discuss something that means a lot to them, they can instantly tell
when the other person isn't on the same wavelength as them.
This leads them to wonder why they even bothered at all and makes them more hesitant to reveal
other things about themselves in the future.
2.
They want to believe in the best in their partner (even if it comes at a cost to their
well being).
This doesn't mean that INFJs are perfect in relationships.
They obviously have their share of faults too, but INFJs are one of the least likely
personality types to give up on their partner.
Although they know there are issues, and even when they know within their bones something
isn't working out, they will fight for their relationship longer than they should.
3.
They can falter to their weaknesses if they get into a relationship with the wrong person.
INFJs are very easily affected by the energy and environment around them.
Their most successful relationships are with strong people who can lift them up and help
them realize their potential (as INFJs are highly idealistic).
If they end up in an unhealthy relationship with a lot of chaos or uncertainty, it can
bring out the worst in them.
4.
If it's obvious a new dating situation is going nowhere, they will end it so they can
put their energy elsewhere.
While INFJs are completely capable of casual dating, they feel most fulfilled in longterm
relationships or connections with people that go deeper than the surface.
If they get the gut instinct this is only a temporary thing and there's nothing else
to sustain what you have with them besides sex, they'll quickly find a way out.
5.
Even in the best relationship they can often feel a sense of loneliness and isolation.
The thing about INFJs is that they're known as not only being strange people, but for
having a great self-awareness about it.
Although they might be happy in their relationship and content with their dating life, INFJs
can still feel a great deal of loneliness and a lack of feeling understood.
This leads to them needing time alone to deal with what they're experiencing within.
6.
It can be difficult to let someone else in, even if they want to get close to them.
INFJs hold their wounds close to their heart.
The things that they've overcome that have made them who they are today can be difficult
to reveal, even to the people they love and care for the most.
This creates problems in their relationships when their partner tries to break down their
walls and has a hard time getting through.
7.
They can get too in their head about things.
INFJs can be intense people.
One of their flaws is overthinking things that are much simpler than they make them
out to be or over analyzing situations before they proceed.
8.
INFJs prefer to live an unconventional lifestyle.
They aren't driven by the same things (wealth, material items) as most of society and are
more interested in experiences vs possessions.
They need something a little different in life to feel content and fulfilled, and sometimes
this can create problems in dating if they find themselves with a partner who grew up
(and wants) a more traditional lifestyle.
9.
They have a hard time connecting with someone who can't slow down and enjoy the little
moments in life.
INFJs have difficulty in bonding with people who live a fast paced life or have to constantly
be surrounded by other.
It's not that INFJs can't develop happy relationships with extroverts, but they need
a partner who places an emphasis on one-on-one experiences together, because that is where
an INFJ truly flourishes.
It's the moments when you're doing seemingly nothing together except just hanging out and
talking, sharing your stories and thoughts that an INFJ feels like they are really bonding
with you.
10.
INFJs struggle with bouts of depression.
As creative types, INFJs can struggle with depression during moments of artistic blocks
or when they don't feel like the work they've produced is good enough.
Other times they deal with periods of sadness when they're feeling particularly lonely
or misunderstood (as mentioned previously).
Their feelings about their artistic work and inability to feel understood can affect their
relationships if their bout of depression lasts long.
11.
The inner world of an INFJ is so much more than what you see on the outside but it takes
time for them to reveal that side to others.
INFJs have an innate ability to develop rich inner worlds they can retreat to when the
outside world becomes too much.
Their inner-self closely mimics the personality of an ENFP – energetic, fearless, and outgoing.
It's not that they have a problem bringing these two sides of themselves together to
be a thoughtful, witty, outgoing person in social settings, but it usually isn't until
they feel comfortable with people to really show their true personality.
12.
INFJs can be easily disappointed.
They are highly idealistic and are always dreaming up some new big idea, not only for
themselves, but to share with their partner and loved ones.
The problem comes when they forget to maintain a level of realism and find their ideas blowing
up in their face.
The easiest way to deal with this is for their partner to help keep them grounded during
their bouts of daydreaming.
13.
They can be just as self-absorbed as they can be loving and generous with their time
and attention.
While INFJs are known to be self-sacrificing in their relationships, they also can be just
as easily self-absorbed depending on what's going on in their life.
They want their partner to be just as enthusiastic about their life's endeavors and pursuits
as they are but, obviously, this doesn't always happen.
While they are warm-hearted and empathetic individuals, they can also go off into their
own world and forget about others until they come back out again.
14.
Sometimes their greatest romantic interests will turn into nothing because INFJs rarely
initiate anything in dating.
INFJs have a problem with being the first one to show interest or to reveal their feelings
when it comes to matters of the heart.
They would much rather observe the other person, over analyze every possible situation and
outcome, and slowly test the waters before even giving a small piece of themselves.
Even if they have great admiration for someone or get a big crush on another person, an INFJ
will often bury that feeling within themselves until they feel (through their observations)
that the other person is also interested.
Unfortunately, this isn't a great dating method and leaves INFJs wondering what could
be with someone all because they refused to initiate anything.
All in all, that's the 14 Common Problems INFJs Deal With In Their Dating Lives.

Dakota Johnson Was Sneaking Photos of the Stranger Things Kids at the Golden Globes - Duration: 6:17.-I have so many things I want to ask you.
But one is about your skunk situation.
What's going on? I heard that you got --
-Oh, just straight to that one. -Well, I mean, I just --
I read some article where you said this is like
the third or fourth time you got sprayed by a skunk?
-It happens all of the time. [ Laughter ]
-Dakota, what -- what are you talking about?
How does this happen?
I've never been sprayed by a skunk.
-I don't know. I've asked myself that every time it happens.
-Where are you hang-- But where are you hanging out?
-At my house. -In the woods?
Like, what are you doing?
-One time, it happened in the woods,
but it happened to my dog.
One time, it happened in the woods.
-Yeah. [ Laughter ]
No, but what happened? Your dog got sprayed?
-My dog got sprayed.
I was in Big Sur in, like, a lodge, and they don't
have tomato juice in stock, I guess,
in the middle of the night -- -What is Big Sur?
I'm sorry. You're in a lodge, like, a hotel?
-Yeah, like a little -- Well, it wasn't --
It was more like a motel.
-So you were in a motel,
and you got a skunk in your room and sprayed you.
-The story's going in a weird direction.
-And then it didn't have tomato juice?
Like, this is bizarre. [ Laughter ]
-No! -This is just unbelievable.
-In the middle of the night, the staff is not necess--
They weren't there, so I asked her --
-I don't know where you're talking about.
Where are we? [ Laughter ]
Where are we and what staff? -We're in Big Sur.
-All right, but are you in a cabin somewhere?
-Yes, it's a sort of lodge in Big Sur.
[ Both laugh ] -Sorry.
And so you go out to walk the dog?
-Well, no. I sort of --
-They allow dogs at the hotel?
-Aren't you supposed to let people talk on this show?
[ Laughter and applause ]
-If they know what they're talking about, yes!
What the hell are you talking about?!
[ Laughter ]
-I'm in Big Sur. I have my dog.
I let the dog out in the middle of the night to go pee,
naturally, as you do when you have a dog
or when you are a dog. [ Laughter ]
-I'm not arguing this, yeah. [ Laughter ]
-And then he came back, and he had been skunked.
So I called the front desk, and there wasn't anybody there.
And then, finally, I found, like, a maintenance man.
I asked if he could find some tomato juice,
'cause that's what you're supposed to put on it.
But he didn't have any, so he just gave me --
-Yeah, the maintenance guy didn't have any on him? Yeah.
-No. [ Laughter ]
-Yeah. [ Both laugh ]
One would hope, you know?
Tool belt, you know, a can of V8.
You know, you got everything ready to go.
-"You got your tomato juice?
Hey, you've got a hammer and some tomato juice?"
-Yeah, yeah, I got some tomato juice.
So, yeah, he didn't have anything.
-No, but he just gave me three whole tomatoes.
[ Laughter ] -What? What?
Yeah. -So he had fresh produce on him?
[ Laughter ]
-Well, they had some fresh produce
somewhere in the kitchen.
-So he gave you tomatoes so you had to make
your own tomato juice? -Yeah.
-This is fantastic. And did it work?
-No, I just -- I cut them in half,
and I sort of just lined them up on top of my dog.
[ Laughter ]
-This is insane story.
This is the most insane story.
-But then, the next time it happened,
I learned that there's actually this sort of
concoction that you can make,
which is also not convenient if it happens
in the middle of the night that you are experiencing a skunk,
which is normally when it happens,
because they don't really hang out in the daytime.
-Yeah, yeah, yeah. And so what is it?
What is the concoction? -Oh, God.
It's, like, baking soda, and then two parts hydrogen peroxide
and then a certain kind of dish soap
but not any other kind. -Really?
-And I don't remember what kind.
But it's like, "Make sure it's the blue one
and not the yellow one," or whatever.
And then you have to use
a certain amount of water and warm water.
And then you wash yourself or your dog in it,
depending on what got sprayed.
[ Laughter ]
-I don't know, man. This is just a bizarre story.
Um, all right. We love you.
And I saw you at the Golden Globes.
-Oh, we're moving on, okay. [ Laughter ]
-Is there more to cover?
Is there more to cover about the --
Is there another thing to talk about?
-It's the only thing I can talk about.
[ Laughter ]
-No, I want to talk about this, because the Golden Globes,
you were great on the Globes. I saw you.
But there's a photo of you that went viral the next day,
'cause everyone's like, "I feel like this."
Jennifer Aniston was on stage talking, and then here's you.
And you're just staring at Angelina Jolie's reaction.
[ Laughter ]
You're just looking at Angelina Jolie's reaction
to what's happened. -Yeah, but so is Armie's wife.
-Yeah, so is Armie's wife, as well.
-I'm not the only one.
Elizabeth is, like, very blatantly looking at her.
She's like, "What is she gonna do?"
-Yeah, yeah.
-And I was trying to be sly about it.
[ Laughter ]
-And Chris is like, "Oh, boy."
[ Laughter ] -Yeah.
-"Oh, boy." Yeah, yeah.
-Nobody -- Well, I honest --
Truthfully, I don't think that I was really
actually looking at her, 'cause if you look
really closely at the angle of my eyes,
they're kind of like over here. [ Laughter ]
-Now, what were you looking at, though?
Who were you looking at?
-Well, there was a table of --
There was, like, the actual kids' table,
which was the "Stranger Things" table.
-Oh, there actually was a kids' table?
[ Cheers and applause ]
-Yeah, and I really love "Stranger Things" so much.
-Me too. -Like, so much.
So I tried to send my friend --
Which is like the thing that I hate the most,
when people are in restaurants or whatever,
when they try to take a sneaky picture of you like this.
-Oh, yeah, and you can tell. Yeah, it's so obvious.
-So I did that at the Golden Globes.
[ Laughter ]
And, like, everybody there is a famous person.
But I was, like, trying to take a video of these kids.
[ Laughter ]
-Oh, my God. -They're children, I know.
-How stalkery of you. -I know.
And I was, like, zooming in.
But then I also accidentally caught
maybe Ridley Scott was asleep.
-Ridley Scott was sleeping during the Golden Globes?
-But then I think maybe he was just looking at his phone,
but it looked like he was asleep.
-I think we have your phone video.
-Oh, okay, that's great.
-Let's see what you got there.
-Oh, yeah.
[ Laughter ]
-Could be -- I don't think he's asleep.
No, he's just -- Unless --
-Yeah. [ Laughter ]
-No, he wiped his eye, and then he had a thought or something.
-He may have just woken up and been like, "Oh [bleep]
[ Laughter ]
-You can't say that on television.
Or the word "butterfly."
[ Laughter ]

Sylatech: Casting metal parts from 3D prints - Duration: 3:50.The advantage of using 3D printing is that the customer has the part in metal within a few days
My name is Gordon Gunn
I'm the director of marketing at Sylatech
which is a design and manufacturing business with a heritage of 54 years
in the design and manufacture of precision metal components
Sylatech has customers across a range of different sectors, predominantly aerospace and defense
Sylatech started to use 3D printing and the Ultimaker
in order that we could deliver prototype parts to our customers in a much faster time period
Using the Ultimaker we can deliver prototype parts within a few days
The way that we do that is we take the print from the Ultimaker
and put that directly on to one of our wax frames
That frame is then put into one of our foundry boxes
and an investment plaster fills the box
That is then put into an oven
and the print is then burned out of the mold
The mold is then ready to have the metal poured to create the casting prototype
The advantage of using 3D printing is that the customer has the part in metal within a few days
If modifications are required to that design
using 3D printing we can quickly produce another version of it for a few pounds
Once the client is satisfied with the design of their prototype parts, the client then invests in tooling
And because of the initial prototypes
we know that the chances of any modifications to the tool, which can be costly, are minimized
Before Sylatech started to use 3D printing
customers would have to invest upfront in tooling
Typically the creation of a tool will take 3 to 4 weeks
and can cost anywhere between £2,500 to £4,000
If modifications were required to the tool that could involve a cost of £500 per change
Sylatech first invested in the Ultimaker 2+
Following the success that we had, we decided to upgrade that to the Ultimaker 3
The PVA afforded us complete design freedom and we can print literally anything
We use the Ultimaker Cura software
We could drop a design onto the build plate and we would get accurate prototypes almost instantly
The use of 3D printing has clearly transformed the way that we do business
and we will be continuing to use 3D printing and the Ultimaker on a daily basis
to deliver benefits to our customers

Babies.I have bad news.
A storm is on its way and everybody has been asked to stay home.
I went to the mall to pick up some goodies but everybody was leaving.
It seems like there is a storm coming.
Yes, we heard. What do we do now?
I know! It's a great time to exercise and get strong.
Let's go to the bootcamp.
Oh! Oh! I know! I know! Let's read a story.
Nothing like story time in a stormy weather.
Get it… story… stormy…
I think I'm going to bed.
Is there anybody left in the mall?
No. I made sure everybody got out.
Then who can it be?
If it's not us, then it could be a friend in trouble.
There is a storm outside after all.
Maybe, but maybe not. What if it's a stranger?
Let's head to the mission control center.
We'll be closer to the door there.Maybe we will find something.
Before that, let's power up. You ready babies?
"BA BA BOOM! WE'RE READY TO ZOOM!"
I think we should open up the door.
Ben is right.Somebody might need our help.
No, Bethany is right. It could be a stranger.
No, Ben is right.
Bethany is right!
Enough you two! We need a plan.
Wait! What if I fly outside and take a look.
The storm has arrived all right.
The blue sky has turned grey.
I'm not afraid of… some… stranger.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm getting the door.
Oh nooooo…
Hhoo..ww will we hel…pp Becca now?
You can do this Becca. You are brave. You are strong.
You are…
going to look out and see what it is.
What was that!
Gosh…
ok… it's time. I'm opening the door.
Becca! Stop!
You guys came! And in the dark! How?
You didn't think we would leave you alone, did you?
We are prepared. Let's do it.
Wait, what are you going to use?
Who is it?
I said… who is it?
What was that???
Look! There is our stranger.
It's ok little guy.You are safe with us now.Come on…
It's alright Barkie.
This is just his way of saying 'thank you' for saving him from the storm.
"If you need our help, you can count on us! That's our Ba-Ba Promise to you! "
