Today our guest is El Twister mechanical mod by Revolution Squad

This company is based in London, England

But manufactures the device in Taiwan

And i guess you have some kind of dissonance - 350$ and Taiwan

Let's try to find out why this device is cost 350$ in my close up

Let's dive down

Okay folks, let's unbox this black stylish package

Here we have Rose logo, Revolution Squad, London

There's the ribbon. Let's pull it

And we have another black package

Under this velvet we see a content of package

Here we have button, the tube and authenticity card with serial number

My serial number is 136

On the rear side of this card we have manufacturer official site and e-mail

And of course disassembled mechanical mod

I think you noticed that we have no user manual whatsoever

Let's see on this mech specs

This mod is made of Cartridge Brass Shell

It is available in 3 versions - El Twister(we have it here), Bellwether and Brit Pop

This mech mod features hybrid connector and have 24mm in diameter. As well as fit for attys

And it's powered by 1*18650

This mod have classic direct contact copper contact group

The button is spring-loaded, have vent holes, have auto-adjusting feature for you battery and button press adjustment

Let's compare it. In it's ready-to-go state size-wise its average compared to this 6 mech mods

It's time for detailed overview. As always we start from the top and in order

First thing we see is hybrid connector

Which is absolutely flat and have no cutout

People who familiar with Russian mech mods knows why this cutout is necessary

Which we have on all mechanical mods made in Russia

For those who isn't familiar with them - firstly it will prevent your atomizer from glueing

Second - it will prevent connector from damage such as scratches

And, of course, decreasing heat transfer from atomizer to the mechanical mod itself

Overall it's regular hybrid connector

It fits 24mm diameter atomizers

If we screw down the 24mm RDA you will notice that gap *I will forgot to mention this as a con so memorize*

It's not symmetrically - 1 side have bigger gap than other

So the gap is there

Moving forward we see the tube and it's design

As you can see it's twisted

So the name of this mod become obvious - El Twister

I can say - design looks cool, but i can't say it's something new

Anyway these spiral knurling looks gorgeous

Take a notice - we have no sharp edges, all edges are smooth

When you receive this mod it's have mirror-polished

I'll say again - these edges are smooth and feels very nice in hand

At the bottom we have a button which unscrews counter clockwise

I want you to take a closer look at the threads - they are perfect

It have wide threading. Unscrewing this button is a pleasure

That's how the internals of this tube is machined

If we look down sadly we won't see the fool-proof protection feature - edge that protects from shorting out if your battery is damaged or if you press the button with no atomizer attached

Anyway it's safety feature and i think it should be in every mechanical mod

Moving forward. Let's talk about the button

Take a notice on these cut outs on threading on both sides

This is how guys from Revolution Squad made ventilation in this mod

When you screw down this button it will adjust to the battery

It also leave that gap. That gap is working as vent hole, which will provide gas output if something went wrong with battery

I can say its good idea, guys made it well

Moving forward. We see plastic white insulator with adjustment feature

This way you will adjust the press on the button

Also we see copper contact and and to get to it we need to unscrew bottom part of the button

It is fast way to get inside and get access to the button to clean it

Here we have a button and spring

This is button housing - it's clean, reliable and have perfect threads

Pretty hard spring but with soft touch

And the button - made fully of copper

Outside we have a deep Rose engraving - Revolution Squad logo

These thin edges aren't comfortable to use at times - they are thin and pretty deep so you will feel them during usage

Overall folks - that's it. That is mechanical mod fully disassembled

Let's assemble it in order. 1. Attach your atomizer. It's very important step for safety. Always attach you atomizer first before putting battery in

Since our vent holes is on the bottom we will put battery positive side down

Adjusting the press on the button. I want it to be as short as possible

Screwing button housing if you disassembled your mod

Now the battery is adjusted and we have a gap over here which works as vent hole

After this you can put in button and screw the button cap on

Pressing the button and we got vape going on

Which means it ready and it works

So it's time for face-time. Let's talk of its pros and cons

This mech performs great

Anyway, no rush. We starting with cons

Okay folks, since this mod have no constant contact *This type of contact imply that you battery will be always in contact. So when you press the button the spark wont damage your battery contacts, since contact happens outside - Subzero Shorty(not X) for example*

Here we have direct pin to battery contact

It means that you battery contacts and button will get damaged with so-called black dots.

You will have to clean them with rubber eraser or sandpaper to maintain your mechanical mod performance

So it's a con because we ❤ our batteries

Don't forget - mods with direct contact require maintenance

Next con i'll give for lack of cutout on the hybrid 510 connector

As i said in close up - in my opinion it's important feature

Firstly your atomizers wont glue to your mod(which means it will be pain in the ass to unscrew them)

Second thing: this connector plate won't be scratched or damaged

And third thing - heat transfer from RDA(or RTA, or w/e you using that have deck) deck to mod will decrease

Guys from UK, USA - please, make that cutout

Guys from Russia have long been doing this

And you still make flat connectors

Next con goes for lack of fool-proof protection feature - if guys from Revolution Squad will watch this they may have no clue what it is

It is safety

Yes, i understand that this mod assumes that battery will be installed positive side down

Because vent holes is on the bottom(which means in case something went wrong all gas and electrolytes will push through positive contact)

Also this mod is totally lack user manual which would inform the user about specs and safety precautions

We've been distracted a little bit

I believe that every mechanical mod should have user manual

Not every user that bought mechanical mod is fully understand how to use it - how they should install battery

How battery sides relate to vent holes

What batteries they should use

How the wrap should look like

Beginner(person who never used mech mod before) will not be informed without user manual so he will not know what to do

He may use some crappy batteries with damaged wrap, especially if it's positive side

So if that kind of battery will be installed positive side up with unattached atomizer

It will cause hard shot-circuit with...

The vaping world DOES NOT need this sad statistics

So in case, when manufacturer ignoring some safety features the kit MUST include user manual which will clearly show and tell how to use the mod correctly

So con goes for lack of fool-proof protection feature

I explained in detail why the safety is important and you need to have it as well as user manual

Now it's time to nitpicking

Friends, you all know that brass and copper start to patina over time

So you need to maintain these things - you need to polish them

The nitpick is - Revolution Squad not giving any color coating variants for this mechanical mod and for another version of their mod

They have classic model that is gold-plated

This version is pure brass-only

The nitpick is - you HAVE to polish it

I want to recommend to Revolution Squad - add some color variants or coating options

For people who don't like constant maintenance

Besides you position your mods as mods for businessmen

Businessman don't have any time for maintenance or polishing

And last nitpick goes for deep engraving on the button

This thin edges are sensitive during use and it may be not comfortable for fingers many of you

First pro i'll give to this mech is for quality

Threads are perfect. They are wide, massive and buttery smooth. The quality of this mod is fantastic. Big pro for that

Next pro goes for design - it is stylish

It looks awesome

Especially when it polished to mirror

Another pro for button press adjustment with insulator inside. Convenient

Next pro for fast access to the button. It's cool - you can get to your button at any moment, maintain it and screw it back very fast

Of course i will give pro for presence of vent holes and the way they made. Like.

It is time....To summarize

As the manufacturer itself claims they position their mods as mods for businessmen

Some sort of Vertu(short notice - premium brand of branch Nokia) in vaping world

Apparently that's why the price tag for this mod is like this

As i said in the beginning of this video - this mechanical mod cost 350$

349$ to be exact

And this is expensive. It's expensive not only for CIS.

It's expensive as well for american people and english people. For european people. For everyone

Though it's all depends on your own wallet - if you like this device and you have enough money to purchase it

Then anyway you will go and buy something pricey

The bigger the wealth the bigger demands

So in case if someone have a lot of money - he can afford to spend it on this mechanical mod

But this mechanical mod is not mass-production as the saying goes

It's not targeted for the whole market. It's targeted on a small group of people with a fat wallet

I'm watching for both markets internal and external

And i can say - in last 6 months or a year Russian mech mod makers make a big step forward

It's look like mech mod makers from Russia are step ahead of the West mech mod makers

I'm proud

So I recommend to Western manufacturers to catch up

Today our guest is El Twister mechanical mod by Revolution Squad

This company is based in London, England

But manufactures the device in Taiwan

And i guess you have some kind of dissonance - 350$ and Taiwan

Let's try to find out why this device is cost 350$ in my close up

Let's dive down

Okay folks, let's unbox this black stylish package

Here we have Rose logo, Revolution Squad, London

There's the ribbon. Let's pull it

And we have another black package

Under this velvet we see a content of package

Here we have button, the tube and authenticity card with serial number

My serial number is 136

On the rear side of this card we have manufacturer official site and e-mail

And of course disassembled mechanical mod

I think you noticed that we have no user manual whatsoever

Let's see on this mech specs

This mod is made of Cartridge Brass Shell

It is available in 3 versions - El Twister(we have it here), Bellwether and Brit Pop

This mech mod features hybrid connector and have 24mm in diameter. As well as fit for attys

And it's powered by 1*18650

This mod have classic direct contact copper contact group

The button is spring-loaded, have vent holes, have auto-adjusting feature for you battery and button press adjustment

Let's compare it. In it's ready-to-go state size-wise its average compared to this 6 mech mods

It's time for detailed overview. As always we start from the top and in order

First thing we see is hybrid connector

Which is absolutely flat and have no cutout

People who familiar with Russian mech mods knows why this cutout is necessary

Which we have on all mechanical mods made in Russia

For those who isn't familiar with them - firstly it will prevent your atomizer from glueing

Second - it will prevent connector from damage such as scratches

And, of course, decreasing heat transfer from atomizer to the mechanical mod itself

Overall it's regular hybrid connector

It fits 24mm diameter atomizers

If we screw down the 24mm RDA you will notice that gap *I will forgot to mention this as a con so memorize*

It's not symmetrically - 1 side have bigger gap than other

So the gap is there

Moving forward we see the tube and it's design

As you can see it's twisted

So the name of this mod become obvious - El Twister

I can say - design looks cool, but i can't say it's something new

Anyway these spiral knurling looks gorgeous

Take a notice - we have no sharp edges, all edges are smooth

When you receive this mod it's have mirror-polished

I'll say again - these edges are smooth and feels very nice in hand

At the bottom we have a button which unscrews counter clockwise

I want you to take a closer look at the threads - they are perfect

It have wide threading. Unscrewing this button is a pleasure

That's how the internals of this tube is machined

If we look down sadly we won't see the fool-proof protection feature - edge that protects from shorting out if your battery is damaged or if you press the button with no atomizer attached

Anyway it's safety feature and i think it should be in every mechanical mod

Moving forward. Let's talk about the button

Take a notice on these cut outs on threading on both sides

This is how guys from Revolution Squad made ventilation in this mod

When you screw down this button it will adjust to the battery

It also leave that gap. That gap is working as vent hole, which will provide gas output if something went wrong with battery

I can say its good idea, guys made it well

Moving forward. We see plastic white insulator with adjustment feature

This way you will adjust the press on the button

Also we see copper contact and and to get to it we need to unscrew bottom part of the button

It is fast way to get inside and get access to the button to clean it

This is button housing - it's clean, reliable and have perfect threads

These thin edges aren't comfortable to use at times - they are thin and pretty deep so you will feel them during usage

Overall folks - that's it. That is mechanical mod fully disassembled

Let's assemble it in order. 1. Attach your atomizer. It's very important step for safety. Always attach you atomizer first before putting battery in

Since our vent holes is on the bottom we will put battery positive side down

Adjusting the press on the button. I want it to be as short as possible

Screwing button housing if you disassembled your mod

Now the battery is adjusted and we have a gap over here which works as vent hole

After this you can put in button and screw the button cap on

Pressing the button and we got vape going on

Which means it ready and it works

So it's time for face-time. Let's talk of its pros and cons

Anyway, no rush. We starting with cons

Here we have direct pin to battery contact

It means that you battery contacts and button will get damaged with so-called black dots.

You will have to clean them with rubber eraser or sandpaper to maintain your mechanical mod performance

So it's a con because we ❤ our batteries

Don't forget - mods with direct contact require maintenance

Next con i'll give for lack of cutout on the hybrid 510 connector

As i said in close up - in my opinion it's important feature

Firstly your atomizers wont glue to your mod(which means it will be pain in the ass to unscrew them)

Second thing: this connector plate won't be scratched or damaged

And third thing - heat transfer from RDA(or RTA, or w/e you using that have deck) deck to mod will decrease

Guys from UK, USA - please, make that cutout

Guys from Russia have long been doing this

And you still make flat connectors

Next con goes for lack of fool-proof protection feature - if guys from Revolution Squad will watch this they may have no clue what it is

It is safety

Yes, i understand that this mod assumes that battery will be installed positive side down

Because vent holes is on the bottom(which means in case something went wrong all gas and electrolytes will push through positive contact)

Also this mod is totally lack user manual which would inform the user about specs and safety precautions

We've been distracted a little bit

I believe that every mechanical mod should have user manual

Not every user that bought mechanical mod is fully understand how to use it - how they should install battery

How battery sides relate to vent holes

What batteries they should use

How the wrap should look like

Beginner(person who never used mech mod before) will not be informed without user manual so he will not know what to do

He may use some crappy batteries with damaged wrap, especially if it's positive side

So if that kind of battery will be installed positive side up with unattached atomizer

It will cause hard shot-circuit with...

The vaping world DOES NOT need this sad statistics

So in case, when manufacturer ignoring some safety features the kit MUST include user manual which will clearly show and tell how to use the mod correctly

So con goes for lack of fool-proof protection feature

I explained in detail why the safety is important and you need to have it as well as user manual

Now it's time to nitpicking

Friends, you all know that brass and copper start to patina over time

The nitpick is - Revolution Squad not giving any color coating variants for this mechanical mod and for another version of their mod

They have classic model that is gold-plated

This version is pure brass-only

The nitpick is - you HAVE to polish it

I want to recommend to Revolution Squad - add some color variants or coating options

For people who don't like constant maintenance

Besides you position your mods as mods for businessmen

Businessman don't have any time for maintenance or polishing

And last nitpick goes for deep engraving on the button

This thin edges are sensitive during use and it may be not comfortable for fingers many of you

Okay folks, it's time for pros

First pro i'll give to this mech is for quality

As the manufacturer itself claims they position their mods as mods for businessmen

Some sort of Vertu(short notice - premium brand of branch Nokia) in vaping world

Apparently that's why the price tag for this mod is like this

As i said in the beginning of this video - this mechanical mod cost 350$

349$ to be exact

And this is expensive. It's expensive not only for CIS.

It's expensive as well for american people and english people. For european people. For everyone

Though it's all depends on your own wallet - if you like this device and you have enough money to purchase it

Then anyway you will go and buy something pricey

The bigger the wealth the bigger demands

So in case if someone have a lot of money - he can afford to spend it on this mechanical mod

But this mechanical mod is not mass-production as the saying goes

It's not targeted for the whole market. It's targeted on a small group of people with a fat wallet

I'm watching for both markets internal and external

And i can say - in last 6 months or a year Russian mech mod makers make a big step forward

It's look like mech mod makers from Russia are step ahead of the West mech mod makers

So I recommend to Western manufacturers to catch up

The refusal of the FBI to indict Hillary Clinton over her egregious violations of federal law

is still something Americans are outraged over, and now we have even more information

as to how she avoided jail time.

A new analysis from former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andy McCarthy thoroughly explains

who it was that shielded Hillary from prosecution, and it wasn't anybody in the FBI.

In fact, he wrote in a National Review column every shred of evidence that it wasn't James

Comey or Andrew McCabe who shielded Hillary, it was Obama himself.

Seriously.

The Daily Wire had this to say about the column:

Before getting into detail, key points to keep in mind include:

The email exchanges between Obama and Clinton most certainly contained classified information

due to the nature of the relationship between a president and a secretary of state, and

because the Obama administration refused to disclose the emails.

If classified information was criminally mishandled by Clinton, it would have been mishandled

on the other end by Obama.

If Clinton was charged, Obama's involvement in the scandal would be glaringly obvious.

Text messages from anti-Trump and pro-Clinton FBI employees Peter Strzok and Lisa Page reinforce

McCarthy's argument.

Two days after The New York Times broke the scandal about Clinton in March 2015, John

Podesta — who was an advisor to the president and head of Clinton's campaign — emailed

Clinton confidant and top State Department aide Cheryl Mills to tell her that the email

exchanges between Obama and Clinton should not be disclosed, but "held" because of

executive privilege.

Three days after Podesta's email, Obama lied on national television during an interview

with CBS about the email scandal, saying that he learned about it "the same time everybody

else learned it through news reports."

By lying on national television, Obama caused mass panic among his and Hillary's aides.

Clinton campaign secretary Josh Scherwin emailed former White House Director of Communications

Jennifer Palmieri: "Jen you probably have more on this but it looks like POTUS just

said he found out HRC was using her personal email when he saw it on the news."

Scherwin's email was forwarded to Mills.

Mills emailed Podesta: "We need to clean this up — he has emails from her — they

do not say state.gov."

McCarthy explained in his piece that Obama assisted in the cleanup of the lies by sealing

all of his email communications with Hillary using executive privilege:

Obama had his email communications with Clinton sealed.

He did this by invoking a dubious presidential-records privilege.

The White House insisted that the matter had nothing to do with the contents of the emails,

of course; rather, it was intended to vindicate the principle of confidentiality in presidential

communications with close advisers.

With the media content to play along, this had a twofold benefit: Obama was able (1)

to sidestep disclosure without acknowledging that the emails contained classified information,

and (2) to avoid using the term "executive privilege" — with all its dark Watergate

connotations — even though that was precisely what he was invoking.

Note that claims of executive privilege must yield to demands for disclosure of relevant

evidence in criminal prosecutions.

But of course, that's not a problem if there will be no prosecution.

Where Can I Borrow Money For My Rehab Deals? - Duration: 5:27.

Hey, it's Joe.

This next question is from Ann from Nashville, Tennessee.

"I found two unique niche specific interests that require funding and perhaps strategic

partnerships.

Are there lending sources or support for the rehab and community of houses?

There are a number of houses that need to be rehabbed, including some expansion.

There are several vacant lots that'll need to be filled.

The goal is the redevelopment expansion of two hundred houses in an historic town that

has complete support from the Mayor and the Commissioners.

Historic is the key word.

These are river view houses…" it gives a little bit of information about the area.

"Are there lending sources or support for building a collection of Air B&B, corporate

rental properties, those types of things, and rehabs?"

Yes.

If you're working with the Mayor, they can work with you.

And they can help you with that process.

If you're working with a government agency that has funds, those are the first people

that I'd be talking to.

If you're buying from the government, then you're probably going to need the funds

yourself.

And you're either going to use your own cash or you're going to find someone with

private money who's going to work with you.

I would stay away from hard money lenders.

They typically charge interest rates that are higher than I think are worth doing.

And I think there are better ways to invest than working with hard money lenders or working

with banks.

Both of them have interest rates that don't make sense and if they're interest rates

aren't high, their fees are.

You go out and get a regular Fannie Mae loan, you're going to be paying quite a few dollars

in fees on a deal so, that you're flipping, and it doesn't make sense.

Plus, there's going to be a limit on how many Fannie Mae loans you can actually get.

They limit you to ten properties and you won't be able to get more loans if you go with conventional

loans.

If you're using hard money they might be wiling to give you more, but it's based

on your relationships with the hard money lender.

And hard money lenders are pretty few and far between and they only want to work with

people that are experienced and know what they're doing and have flipped properties

before and they see that they have a track record.

I doubt that you're going to find a hard money lender that's going to work with you

otherwise.

I would say you know, if you've got experience and you've don rehabs before, taking on

a community development project like this could make a lot of sense because they Mayor

probably has the deed, or the City has the deed to all those properties, especially properties

that are in maybe low income areas or blue collar areas that are in maybe in terrible

condition, that need to be completely revitalized.

And I've done a lot of that revitalization work myself.

But I've done it with cash.

I've done it with my own cash where we'd go in an we'd buy a property, we would buy

it for you know, sometimes thirty cents on the dollar, twenty cents on the dollar.

We'd put some cash into the property and we'd still have a chunk of money equity

in that property.

We'd put a tenant in the property, or we would sell it as a, you know, as a rehabbed,

end, to an end user.

But I found that, for me, it was better to sell it to other investors.

And I was able to sell them as turnkey packages because what we did is, we'd fix them up,

we'd put a tenant in there, we'd manage those properties and I'd be able to keep

those properties as long as I wanted to and I'd be making income on those properties

immediately, plus I'd have a chunk of equity in those properties and then I'd put them

on the market to my other investor friends or I have a big investor list that you happen

to be on.

And I'd sell it to that group as well as turnkey properties.

And they would already be in place, they'd have good returns on their money because a

lot of these were lower income properties and we'd have managers in place and have

everything ready to go plus they'd have already been rehabbed.

And that made a lot of sense and we were able to sell those properties.

I was also able to do it inside my Roth IRA which is where I funneled most of my capital

and I, you only can buy properties that are rental properties.

You can't just flip properties in a Roth IRA like that.

So, that's one of the reasons we did that and then we kept those properties for months

or years, and then we'd turn around and sell some of them, we'd keep some of them,

depending on the property and the location and the property manager that we were working

with and the state or the city that we happened to be in.

So, my recommendation to you is either get a friend who's got some money, have some

money yourself and know what the heck you're doing.

Don't do this unless you do because you'll probably lose money by doing rehabs if you're

not working with contractors properly, if all that stuff falls apart.

That's when you lose money and that's the biggest challenges that we had to overcome

before we started making money as well.

Fortunately, before I started spending my cash I had to earn that cash.

So if you earn the cash and then start spending it, then you can start growing that cash and

that's when it starts getting attractive.

If you've earned that cash by doing deals that didn't require cash, you're going

to have a much better idea on how to use that cash effectively and keep it safe.

The worst thing that happens is you'll lose your capital.

Don't lose your capital.

Do it in only safe deals and then if there's something that's going to be risky, do it

with zero down deals and zero down structures instead.

All right.

Regarding the legislative changes since January 1st,

personally, I am outraged

The decision was made and, supposedly,

now the punishments are strict and all is well.

But in reality it does not help to solve the problem.

What do I think? I think it's wrong.

It's simply very wrong and that's all.

Why blow smoke about it?

I think, in Lithuania at least the tendencies

that we see, they are too strict.

In comparison to the overall tendencies in the world.

When we speak about criminalization,

I keep thinking: why does Lithuania chooses the road

that authoritarian countries follow, not democratic ones.

Punishment Doesn't Help

Since 2017, Lithuania chose to criminalize people even more

for possession of drugs in small quantities,

and let me stress: without the intent to sell.

So administrative sanctions are no longer applied.

Only criminal sanctions are applied. Right away.

Fines, arrests, it can be even imprisonment.

With this new regulation

imprisonment and other sanctions have significantly grown in numbers.

Specifically, we speak about the growth of 38%

It really is a very large number.

The health of people who get into prison,

doesn't get any better, that's for sure

Drug use is wide-spread in prisons.

Criminalization, criminal record –

this will definitely cause more harm to the person than smoking pot.

I know really many people who smoke pot.

You know, I'm a musician, I won't hide

that, in my environment, this happens often.

And then you start to understand

that these people are not some bad guys, not at all.

And then you understand that if these people get caught,

they are sent to prison.

This gets reflected on their personal record, CVs,

they cannot get jobs.

Then they can truly become real criminals.

There were all kinds of raids in night clubs,

When police comes, you know, almost carrying Kalashnikovs.

And they, strip young people naked

and then search them and so on.

Now there's also this example with criminal punishment applied right away.

I think this is just an attempt to scare people with imitation of work.

I really doubt if this will bring any results.

I don't think that people will start using less drugs.

I doubt it.

We can talk about death sentence and all that

Let's get them to prison.

It can happen to any one of us.

The fact that people who use drugs are stigmatized,

that they are depicted in the darkest colors,

does not contribute neither to the discussion nor to the public opinion.

Nor to any positive changes.

And I think that in Lithuania people put too little effort

in understanding the reasons.

Why this happens. But they are very fast to judge.

And this also needs to be changed.

Most often, we talk about problem drug users,

that is those persons who inject drugs

There are around 10 thousand of them.

These people are particularly vulnerable

to such infections as HIV or hepatitis B and C.

More than 100 persons die of overdose every year.

And this number is growing every year.

In reality, if we, as a state, would take at least part of the money we spend

on meaningless punishment and persecution of people who use drugs

and spent it on health and social services

the results would be much better, both to the person who uses drugs

and to all of us as a society.

Harm reduction program is being implemented here.

There are distributed injectable products, i.e. syringes

Their choice is either 1 ml or 2 ml;

These are the most popular injection tools.

Wipes, needles, bandages, patches.

No less important is the issue of consultation.

To this day, we can offer something to distribute to them, these medications

Because there is not always enough money for that.

There is still very low funding for low-threshold services.

This means that we do not have enough services to offer.

We invite people to check their HIV status for free,

Because it would be extremely difficult for this group to do this in medical institutions.

This is a risk group, a vulnerable group that often does not have

personal documents, or mandatory health insurance.

And coming to a medical institution to find out their HIV status,

is completely impossible for them.

Our clients are those people who have clashes with the police every day.

Getting fined one after another for having drugs for personal use.

Fines are accumulating and accumulating and people cannot return to society.

And this is another obstacle for them to return to society and to begin life again.

Drug policy, in fact, is very strict in our country

and very unfavorable for people with drug problems.

It's very sad. And instead of helping them, we punish them.

We should listen and not blindly keep repeating:

But we won't be able to do anything if we scare people

and scare them with punishment.

It is really sad that here, in Lithuania, we don't have the culture of discussion.í

There is no culture of forming an argument.

Here we often see this mental fencing:

"I'm smart, you are stupid and you don't know what you are talking about."

This is not a problem about drugs,

not about drugs or selling of drugs,

be it pot or marihuana or heroine or cocaine.

It is about the human being.

We need to remember this.

How to apply foundation perfectly...

you have seen so many people

whose foundation looks cakey or creased

this occurs due to they don't apply it properly

this makes your foundation cakey appearance

If you face these problems related to foundation

then in today's video I give you solutions

to these problems

along with I will share with you some tips and tricks

which helps you in applying foundation perfectly

and give your face a flawless look

so lets start with today's video

first I am going to apply primer

why we use primer???

I am using aloe-vera gel as a primer as

this also works as a makeup primer

primer is a cream which makes our skin smooth

and our foundation perfectly blends

primer is little bit sticky thus helps

foundation to stick with our skin

which makes our foudation long- lasting

you must apply primer before foundation

otherwise foundation enters in your skin pores

increase the risk of pimples or breakouts

now its turn to apply fondation

there are so many foundations

or BB creams available in the market

let us first check our foundation's shade

apply its thin layer from face to neck

you can see that this foundation matches with my face

take some foundation in your clean hands

now put dots of foundation all over the face

as this helps in blending evenly

understand this way

foundations will equally blend on both cheeks

If you have under-eye dark circles

then apply two layers of foundation under your eyes

now its time to blend the foundation

for this I am using a makeup-sponge

first dip it in water for few minutes

you get this makeup-sponge

in any makeup shop under Rs 50 to 100/-

press it for 4 to 5 times

squeeze it to release extra water

why we wet this sponge???

this moistens our sponge due to which

it soaks our foundation properly

this way our foundation blends properly

you can see the difference between a wet or dry sponge

this one is dry

& this is wet one

tap it gently on your face which is must

to blend the foundation

this evenly spreads the foudation on the top layer of our skin

& this doesn't allow the foundation in your skin pores

this gives a natural look to our face

you have seen so many people whose foundation looks cakey

and seems like that they have applied lot of foundation

if you follow this method to apply foundation

this gives your foundation a flawless look

and gives your face a natural look

don't forget to apply foundation on your eyelids

under your eyes and neck

done with foundation

many of you leave as it is

which makes your foundation cakey

apply compact powder after foundation

understand this way

when we mix foundation with cream both gets biend

but when we mix powder with foundation doesn't mix well

makes your foundation cakey

means both foundation and powder are different

solution to this problem is

apply compact powder with a wet sponge

this slightly moisten your compact powder

due to this it sticks properly with the foundation

if you don't have makeup sponge

you can use powder puff instead of makeup sponge

wet and squeeze it just as we do with makeup sponge

Here I am using Lakme's compact powder

apply this in the same way

like foundation with slight tapping

one more thing apply powder according to your skin type

if your skin is sweaty then apply it all over the face

if you have combination skin

then you must applied it on T-zone area means

on your forehead and nose area

if your skin dry or normal apply it all over the face but

try to apply it in very little quantity

as this doesn't develop dry patches on your face

look upward when you apply it under your eyes

to apply it properly under your eyes

at last we apply a makeup setting spray

this slightly moisten your foundation and powder

this blends both foundation and powder

this makes your fondation flawless

you can also use rose water instead of setting spray

try to keep setting spray 10 to 12 inches away

from you and is in front of your face

this evenly spreads the spray on your face

just let your setting spray dry

done with this foundation

you can see my foundation looks so natural

so girls whenever you apply foundation on your face
