Popular Animated Kids Series | WAITING – Big Block – Episode 61 | Shemaroo Kids Junior - Duration: 2:18.

It's taking to long

It's not going well

What's goin' on?

I'm waiting for rain

Why?

Because I wanna try my umbrella

It'll come. You'll see but if you've got time to spare

just stop and imagine

That you're having a picnic with your teddy bear

Let us explain

Slow down. Look around

Let's do something 'till the waiting's all gone

Just use your imagination and enjoy the situation

You might as well have a little fun

your turn'll come

I'm goin' bananas

why?

I'm waiting for my banana

Oh, ok

Look at this line up

It's pretty big

I did not plan this

Well let's spend the time dancing

Let's wiggle round a little bit

Hey alright

Hey! Look at your groovy moves

I call this the banana dip

Slow down. Look around

Let's do something 'till the waiting's all gone

Just use your imagination and enjoy the situation

You might as well have a little fun

your turn'll come

Whether you're waiting'

For a cake to bake or Trying' to sleep, counting sheep

Waiting' for grass to grow

Some things take time you know

While I'm waiting for my eggs to scramble

I imagine I'm riding a camel

Or stand on your head while you're waiting to be fed

It really makes the time go fast you know

You bet

Sometimes the wait time ends up being the great time

That's true! I love singing while my hairdo's getting done

What we're waiting for is coming but for now

let's think up something

Slow down & look around…. let's have a little fun

Slow down. Look around

Let's do something 'till the waiting's all gone

Use your imagination and enjoy the situation

You might as well have a little fun

Electrical vs Electronics - Difference Between Electrical and Electronics - Duration: 2:05.

Electrical refers to something related to electricity, such as electricity generation

and distribution.

Electronics are used in front of a device or machine that runs on electricity, such

as home appliance.

Electrical and electronics may sound similar, but they are very different.

Both involve moving electricity around a circuit to power useful products and machines, but

that is where the similarity ends.

In this video we will see the difference between electrical and electronics.

Electrical is defined as anything related to concerned with electricity.

Electronics is defined as the science and technology concerned with the development

and applications of electronic devices and circuits.

Electrical devices mainly change current into another form of energy, such as heat or light.

Electronics devices manipulate current in a way, so that it can do a particular task.

Electrical circuits don't have the ability to make decisions.

Electronics circuits have the decision making ability.

Electrical devices do not manipulate data.

Electronics devices can manipulate data to assign meaning to it.

Electrical devices are usually high current, high power, high voltage and mostly used ac.

Electronics devices are usually low current, low power and also used low dc voltage.

Electrical is study of how electricity transmission, distribution and generation.

Electronics is about the study of diodes, semiconductor and transistor.

[CC] My Little Pony: The Movie - I'm The Friend You Need (English) - Duration: 2:07.

This town is not a nice place

For little fillies all alone

There are lots of twists and corners

That could lead to the unknown

Let me guide your way

And I'll be sure to help you through

You could really use a friend out here

And luckily for you...

I'm the friend that you need

When you're lost and don't know what to do

I'm your pal, your amigo

Useful and resourceful, too

And my help, you'll concede

Is a plus guaranteed

You can call and I'll come running

Just follow my lead

'Cause I'm the friend you need!

He's a friend

Quite a friend!

He's a friend indeed!

You need a bud to spot the danger

A pal to stop the creep

A chum and not a stranger to assist

You need a bro who is cunning

That can help you take the leap

A friend who knows what's lying in the mist

Don't fear these darkened alleys

They're scary, yes, I know

Why, you could use a friend

To protect you wherever you go

And such a dazzling beauty

Covered in dirt and muck

But now your fate is changing

Now you are in luck

'Cause I'm the friend that you need

When you're lost and don't know what to do

I'm your pal, your amigo

Lookin' out for friends like you

And my help, you'll concede

Is a plus guaranteed

Just call and I'll come running

We'll say it's agreed...

- Here. Tell Verko, "My place, twenty minutes."

I've got something that will "magically" erase all my debt.

'Cause I'm the friend you need!

He's a friend

Quite a friend!

He's a friend indeed!

Recipe: Fried Kimchi, Egg, Avocado & Feta on Sourdough Bread, feat. Jordan Bourke - Duration: 5:36.

Hiya! Last week you saw me make kimchi, and this week I'm showing you my

favorite ways to cook with it! Seriously, you might think you don't like kimchi,

but I will prove you wrong. But first! I want to tell you that my podcast, "Keep It

Quirky" has officially launched! Please go check it out on iTunes, Stitcher,

SoundCloud...all of the places! Give it a listen, give it a review, and thanks! This

recipe is from Jordan Bourke's book "Healthy Baking." Oh, and this is Jordan!

Hi guys, I'm Jordan! And today we're gonna be making my fried kimchi, egg avocado and

feta on sourdough. -Nice! We will be cooking with my homemade kimchi. -A lot of people,

when they think about kimchi, they just think of "oh my god, fermenting jars of

cabbage!" like this one, and they kind of think of the smell and all that kind

of things. It's just garlic, chili, cabbage, and yes it has a bit of a funky

smell, but when you fry it off, it really changes and gives it this amazing

quality of flavor. I'm originally from Dublin, my wife is

originally from Korea...in case you're wondering "why is he so interested in

Korean food?" We decided to write a cookbook together called "Our Korean

Kitchen," because it was literally just that. So we just wanted to show people

how easy it is to make Korean food at home. I think kimchi is one of those

things they just assume it's only ever eaten in the kind of the traditional

Korean way, where it's served as a side to whatever else you're eating. In Korea it'd

probably be a soup or a stew or something like that, a rice dish, and but actually

you can serve it fried. It's not quite as as tart and hit you in the back of the

throat and nose as you normally would associate with with Korean kimchi. I'm

just gonna toast some sourdough. While the bread toasts, he puts some olive oil on a

hot pan, and then add your kimchi to that. -So get the pan really hot and then fire

in the kimchi, and don't be afraid to kind of have the pan really really

hot, to add in the juices, because basically what that is gonna do is just

caramelize all those lovely flavors. Let the kimchi get plenty of color

because that's what's giving it all that amazing flavor and then let it sit. You

don't have to be kind of stir frying it, just let it sit there and do its thing

for a couple of minutes and cook away. While that's cooking, fry your eggs.

You're taking sourdough, eggs, feta, avocado: your traditional weekend

hungover brunch ingredients, and then adding in kimchi,

which just gives it that extra note of flavor! All of the liquid has evaporated

off and you can just begin to see some slightly charred caramelized note.

That caramelization is called the Maillard Reaction, and it gives the kimchi the

delicious flavor we're going for here. Now add half a teaspoon or so of honey

and a drizzle of sesame seed oil. Once you've got the sourdough out of the

toaster, just take a clove of garlic and then literally grate it over the top of

it. Because the sourdough bread has got lovely and crispy, it just grates the top

of the garlic and you got this kind of whisper of garlic going through.

-I am always in for a whisper of garlic! Then you just drizzle some olive oil over

that. -Our most loved things are fermented. So people love to hate the word

"fermented." but chocolate, coffee, wine, beer, cheese: it's all fermented!! -On that note, quick

tangent: I recently went to a bread making workshop with Karaway Bakery. I

learned tons and I wanted to ask you guys, would you like to see a deep dive

video about bread? -The only thing you can sort of really get a good result is by

experience. I am really into fermentation these days. Cheese, kimchi, bread...all of

the things. So let me know if you'd like to see it; if so, I'll make it happen!

Alright, back to the kitchen! Our fried eggs are looking ready, now get

your avocado and cut it into rough chunks that you'll add on top. Add your

fried kimchi to the toast, leaving a little space for the egg in the center.

Top with chunks of avocado -- yum -- and crumbled feta. Anyone who is skeptical

about kimchi, if you've only ever had raw kimchi, it hasn't been fried, then this is

the dish for you. Try it out. It completely transforms the kimchi. Fried

kimchi, egg, avocado, feta on sourdough. The best kind of a Sunday brunch you could ever want.

-Dude! -Seriously! Like, why would you ever make anything else for brunch?

-Oh my god. -It's the best. -This is so stinking good.

-Would your wife say that this is blasphemy? -Actually not so much, because there are a

number of Korean dishes that are made with fried kimchi. Fried kimchi on pizza

is another amazing one! And grilled cheese sandwich with kimchi. -Have you

actually converted people to kimchi with this? -Oh yeah, yeah. Many people. -That's awesom! -No seriously. -That is so good. If you know any

skeptics, make them this dish. -Make them this dish. -Jordan, thank you so much

for coming on my channel. -No, it's my pleasure. -and for the deliciousness and

all of the kimchi knowledge, which we will all carry forth. -Yes. -And will you

tell these fine people what not to forget? -Well, fine people, don't forget to

keep it quirky!!!!!

【MUKBANG】 [High Calories] Trying TO Deep Fry Pineapple!! [CC Available] | Yuka [Oogui] - Duration: 5:22.

Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~ )

So today, tadaa! Do you all know what these are yep they're canned pineapples

If you were informed me that deep fried pineapples are very yummy

And since I've never had deep fried pineapples before I knew then, but I had to investigate for myself

And that's why I've got these right here Deep frying things make anything taste that much better

And since pineapples are yummy on their own I'm curious how much yummier they'll turn out

I can't wait... lets get cookin'

First we make the batter make a 3:2 ratio of water to flour

Time for the pineapples now

It's been a hot minute since I last used a can opener

millenials these days... Some of them aren't able to use can openers....

~ I'm barely able to use one myself... ~

every Time I use one I have to Remind myself how to use it

These ones are so easy to open up these del monte ones

so EZ Every time I use these I'm amazed at how well they're made

as I'm saying how EZ they are I'm totes making this look awkward

Times like these have been around since forever And the method for opening these as well

these things that still remain from way back are amazing.... or so I feel

oooh well done

K, looks yummy

and then.... dunk the pineapples into the batter

temperature check temperature is a go

its been a while since our last deep fryer vid " its my deep fryer "

Then we take our pineapple dipped in batter And deep fry it

I like how they've already got a donut shape

Keep on going

And once they get fried Did you nicely float to the top

I totes thought that pineapples Wouldn't float

Pineapples contain a lot of liquid So be careful of all the snapping and popping that result from that

They look good

tadaa they're all done

omg they look rather delicious

Apparently it tastes better with a bit of salt

itadakimasu fried to a crisp

If you eat it with salt Is pretty much turn into tempura instad

YUMZ

That's an addicting balance of sweet and salty And the pineapple is made even sweeter after deep frying

It's so tasty after being deep-fried

It's yummy even without salt

And this is what they look like inside

It's so nice that you needed while still hot

So we made these with them sliced this way But you can also cut them down to smaller pieces

It'll be nice to have little snacks like this as well

When you bite down on a coating the juices from the pineapple just gush right out

(support Yuka's channel by tossing links to her vids on all your socials)

Last one

Last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita the pineapple tempura were so yummy

The pineapples themselves are so sweet and with the dipping salt and the tasty batter

All combined together For an addicting taste experience

for reals though These pineapples taste way sweeter after deep frying

These cans pineapples are usually almost always on the sweeter side

It is quite possible that cutting up a regular pineapple and deep frying it would be yummier instead

~but I like sweet tasting things so thats why I liked it this way ~

I highly recommend this for those who are looking for New ways to enjoy pineapples

I only had an hour total to shoot this video so I kinda rushed things today

I feel like a load is taken off my back now that this is done

It was all so yummy once you all please give it a try And as always thank you for watching if there's anything

Do you want me to do or eat please tell me in a comment Section below if you like this video please hit the like And subscribe buttons BAI BAI

Let's all live our lives without making plans Or rushing things

Defense Mechanism Each MBTI Personality Is Likely to Use - Duration: 5:14.

Defense Mechanism Each MBTI Personality Is Likely to Use

Defense mechanism is useful when people are cornered.

It is also useful when they don't feel good about something.

With this defense mechanism, they can feel less guilty or miserable every time they have

problems.

Moreover, it helps people to get rid of negative emotion that they may have.

Even though they may be just wasting time for solving their problem, defense mechanism

is always activated in disadvantageous situation.

For this, MBTI personality type has different defense mechanism to cope this problem.

Here is some of them.

#1 - INTP

They use intellectualization defense mechanism for letting logic and rational thinking for

emotional aspect of life.

This way, they will not feel guilty because what others think is irrational.

#2 - INTJ

They use rationalization to avoid problems by making reasons and justification even though

it means they will not learn how to solve such similar problem.

#3 - ENTP

ENTP uses a strategy called compensation for adding some positive values on the negative

and negative on positive.

This act of balancing things up give win-to-win condition even though it is usually not ideal.

#4 - ENTJ

Conscious thoughts and stressful emotions will be separated for keeping depression from

damaging the other areas.

It is a great tactic which only costs additional energy because of converting emotion.

#5 - INFP

They are basically incapable of solving problems, and that is why they tend to avoid it instead.

Unfortunately, this negligence often makes them being scolded or humiliated.

Sometimes, they really don't care, and their life goes on just like that.

#6 - INFJ

They respect and appreciate people too high for defense mechanism in order to prevent

knowing the real flaws about that people.

This gives false evaluation of other people, and they are really good for the target of

toxic people.

#7 - ENFP

Sometimes the real world is just too disappointing, and they prefer staying in their imaginary

world instead.

Unfortunately, they can get lost in it, making them unable to perceive the real world.

#8 - ENFJ

They are smart people who can blend in with others.

They do that to avoid punishment while getting acceptance at the same time.

They will mirror people around them to make it happen, but it makes them lose their true

self.

#9 - ISTP When they are in defense, they will express

their anger through passive aggression.

They start disobeying rules slowly, and they withdraw themselves from the relationship,

making them look incompetent.

#10 - ISFP

Social comparison is their defense mechanism, allowing them to feel better by comparing

themselves with someone who is more unfortunate.

Though it is a good practice, it can be demotivating sometimes.

#11 - ESFP

ESFP is somehow more destructive when they are in defense.

They drink more and they probably use drugs to relieve their pain.

They are reckless and defiant.

Since they have good deal of friends, they usually hang out together to create havoc.

#12 - ESTP

Compartmentalizing is what they will do.

They separate their live into some divisions, making them look professional and truthful

in each compartment.

They only show what they want to show in different setting, and they really do it well.

#13 - ISTJ Using both unconscious and conscious attempts

to forget bad thoughts, feeling, and impulses.

They basically bury down all of those feelings, but they can resurface when something related

shows up.

#14 - ISFJ

They will feel guilty as their defense mechanism, and they try to fix the problem immediately.

Unfortunately, they sometimes do it with exaggeration.

This makes ISFJ in a devastated position in which recovery can take ages.

#15 - ESFJ

This one is like narcissistic behavior.

They project undesirable characteristics to other people who do not suffer them.

#16 - ESTJ

They like to oversimplify the issue, and they will go any way they choose without looking

back after they have made decision.

However, they won't reflect on what they have done, disabling them to get appropriate

improvement if similar issue comes up.

Well, that's all the defense mechanism each MBTI personality is likely to use.

Really cool information isn't it?

What's going on guys. I'm Jade from Block Info.

On our channel, we have an exclusive interview with aelf (ELF), newly listed coin on GOPAX,

also GUP(Matchpool) interview will be uploaded soon.

Please subscribe and like the video. Thank you!

Today I'm going to talk about the issues of various coins.

It is news of Callisto airdrop to ethereum classic holders.

Ethereum Classic announced the Calisto airdrop via its official Twitter account.

According to the article, the snapshot for the airdrop will occur at 5500000 block

Calisto is a cryptographic platform based on the GO-ETHEREUM source code.

Airdrop distribution ratio is 1 CLO per 1 ETC.

The expected airdrop time is early March,

but nobody knows when the block will be created

so those who purchased ETC for the airdrop,

you need to know that the ETC should be in your wallet before the 5500000 block.

If you move it to your wallet and receive airdrop,

you will be able to use the Callisto coin after the Callisto main Network

For more information, check out the link below.

The following is the Litecoin issues

Litecoin is also one cryptocurrency that has risen sharply these days.

There are two main reasons for this rise.

The first is Litecoin LTC's payment service Litepay.

Litepay official Twitter said,

"People have asked Bitpay to add LTC

but Bitpay did not add us, so we just made Litepay.

We will start service on February 26th. "

The second reason is the hardfork news of Litecoin.

"Litecoin Cash" came out

and traders bought the Litecoin to get this Litecoin cash to airdrop.

But Charlie Lee, who created the Litecoin,

he tweeted on the official Twitter "The Litecoin team and I did not fork Litecoin.

Other forking tokens are scams and have nothing to do with Litecoin."

It turns out that Litecoin Cash has nothing to do with the Litecoin team,

according to the article. The airdrop started from 1371111 block and it's over.

Only in Litecoin wallet accessible by your private key got airdrop,

and you would not have received an air drop if there was a Litecoin in the exchange.

The following is Dogecoin News.

Dogecoin, which started as a joke, now has a value of $ 1 billion

and is working with Ethereum to launch a project called Dogethereum.

The developers tested the transfer between the Doge network and the Ethereum network

and they were successful on February 5th.

Dogethereum will be forking in the Dogecoin network in fall 2018 as the fastest transaction

between Dogecoin and Ethereum and the decentralized digital currency with smart contract.

Dogethereum will be a great help in addressing the biggest problem of ethereum, scalability.

I love Dogecoin trademark, so I am personally very excited about their logo.

It's must be extremely cute.

Finally, Omisego is in the news.

The digital ministry in Thailand has signed an MOU for the online payment portal to provide a national digital identification system.

The government has decided to use Omise technology to provide a digital ID to protect consumers and reduce fraud crimes online.

At present, Omise has a partnership with at least 550 large companies in Southeast Asia,

but critics have questioned whether Omise technology could expand to a large extent.

There are a lot of good news of various coins. But not all good news are valuable.

I want to point out that,

There are a number of projects that look good on the outside but are hollow and empty inside,

and even when everything is perfect, it could also fail due to unexpected variables.

I am trying to translate the articles of foreign countries and translate them into contents.

I try to avoid adding my comments in the videos because I am not a financial advisor.

Do not trust anything including my videos and all the articles as well,

Homemade Baumkuchen Recipe -Tree Cake | ASMR Cooking sounds - Duration: 7:38.

Salut! It is Emojoie!

This time I will introduce a homemade Baumkuchen recipe.

It will be in a square shape as it is baked in the square mold

You can make it in an oven or a toaster oven.

Put the flour, almond flour, and baking powder in the bowl.

The amount of ingredients is in the description.

Add sugar and mix it.

Measure the milk.

Microwave unsalted butter to melt it and add it to the bowl.

Put all ingredients in the bowl and mix it.

Add honey.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

A few drops are enough to add vanilla essence instead.

I added rum, but it is not necessary.

Set the oven to grill function.

Spread a spoonful of dough in a mold.

Bake until it gets lightly browned for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Place the mold on the wet cloth and lower the temperature.

In the same way, spread a spoonful of dough in a mold.

Also, bake it in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.

Repeat this process until you use up the dough.

Cool the cakes to room temperature after baking all the dough.

Mix powder sugar and water to make an icing.

It looks like a well-baked bread, but it is actually Baumkuchen~

Cut the edge of the cake and cut it to the size of your choice.

Baumkuchen should be wrapped in cellophane and stored so that it won't be dried. You can have it deliciously on the next day.

I had a comment saying that my dog was a miniature pinscher in the previous video, but He is Chihuahua.

His name is Hanzo. Yes, he was named after a ninja, Hanzo.lol

Diabetes Must Avoid These Fruit Types

1. Dried Fruit

Fruit is a great source of several important vitamins and minerals

including vitamin C and potassium

which helps diabetes patients to control blood sugar naturally

But when fruit is dried the process results in a loss of

water that leads to even higher concentrations of

these nutrients Unfortunately

its sugar content becomes more concentrated as well

For example: One cup of grapes

contains 27 grams of carbs

Marketing Course: How to Book Your First and Next Photography Clients - Duration: 24:43.

What up Photogs, thanks for tuning in!

The topic of today's live Q&A sesh is all

things marketing

I've been getting tons of questions about how to market your

photography business, this is one of those things that no matter how good you

are what kind of work you do, where you are,

if you are not actively marketing to

bring in real paying clients then it doesn't really matter what kind of

photos you take.

But I have a course coming out next month that can solve all

of those things there are tons of lists out on the internet thousands probably

that are like 38 ways to market your business and that's cool there's a

really nice list of things that you can read but they don't tell you how to

actually do any of that stuff and that's why this course is different because I

take 18 proven ways and those are ways that I have personally marketed my

business to get real paying clients and I break down step by step exactly what

you need to do to get people on your calendar and these are not the $50

shooting burn sessions my average sales between $1,500 and $2,000 and I'm

still in business so these are ways that I know have worked and there are things

that I regularly do and if you want to get in as one of the lucky six beta

testers to get half off this program say 500 bucks and you'll still get full

lifetime access to the private Facebook group just for members of the course as

well as monthly coaching sessions and then group feedback all kinds of new

tips and tricks and updates to everything in the program swing it over

to photogsunite.com/marketingcourse course and you can apply right there and

I'll be announcing the six winners on March 1st 2018 so we have about nine

days to go and if you are in the US and have an american-based phone number you

can also just text marketingcourse as one word to 44222 so

again just text marketingcourse one word to 44222 but let's dive

in to some things that you can jump on right now whether or not you decide to

take this course the most important thing that photographers need to do or

anybody in business really is identify your ideal client and this is probably

the least fun part of marketing but it's the most important because if you don't

know who you're marketing to then why bother then you're like the dude on a

milk crate with a megaphone standing on the corner in the city or on the college

campus just shouting at people and the easiest way to get everyone to ignore

you is to not talk to anyone specifically so what does it mean to

identify your ideal client this is the first thing I have my private coaching

clients do when we get started let's say you do family portraits for example then

let's identify one of the clients that you want to keep booking over and over

so the moms are always the ones who do the bookings, right? The dads generally

don't care so we know we're going after women and let's identify an age and this

is not a range but a specific age, so let's say 42 years old. Where does she

live? Get specific San Francisco California that's just where I am it can

be whatever city you're in.

Where does she come from and why did she come from there?

So for example she could have moved to the Bay Area ten years ago for

college where she ended up finding a job and meeting her now husband and they

decided to stay in the area and start a family they also are both career

oriented she works in software sales making

ninety five thousand a year she drives a

2017 Toyota Camry she doesn't need to spend money on tons of flashy things but

she wants a safe reliable vehicle to get her children around these are all

important things to write down and they may seem like their details that don't

really matter but they make a world of difference when you are communicating

with your client now what does she do on the weekends does she go to yoga class

does she like to go hiking or would she rather go to book club meetings or does

she like to go play paintball or ride motorcycles right people do all kinds of

things and there's no right or wrong answer

you just have to identify what your ideal client does now does this mean

everyone you book is going to race BMX bikes or go sailing on the weekends?

No. But by framing this lifestyle then you can more accurately communicate with

your client because you're gonna speak to somebody differently who likes to go

yachting on the weekends and vacationing in the Hamptons

than you will somebody who well doesn't do any of those things right there

they're different points of reference that you can find common ground with and

connect with also doesn't mean you have to do any of those things but knowing

who your client is again will help you communicate with them if you cater to

tattooed moms only who live alternative lifestyles and who like to make their

own beer at home then you're gonna use way different wording than if you are

catering to the kind of moms who go out for brunch on Sundays with her

girlfriends while all the dads stay home barbecue and watch football totally

different markets both are wonderful types of clients to go after you just

have to identify which one is yours now where does she go shopping for food does

she do the grocery shopping or does somebody else in the family do it

because of she shops at Whole Foods then she'll have a different set of values

and a different set of habits than someone who Shops at Safeway or whatever

other you know more lower budget grocery stores in your area and these things

again might seem like they're not important but they will totally frame up

how you speak to your client and also where you can market to them so once we

have this profile and I also suggest by the way getting a photo that represents

your ideal client so you have a name her name can be

Jennifer and you have a photo and post them right there on your desk so every

time you are writing a blog post or you are writing to flesh out your newest ad

campaign or you are writing thank-you cards whatever it may be you are

speaking directly to this person obviously don't put her name on

everything but this is the person that you were having conversations with all

of your social media posts are directed towards this exact person and this will

help you more accurately connect with your future clients so another big thing

that I've noticed is identifying strategies versus tactics and again this

goes back to those lists that we've all seen where there's 38 ways to market

your business it's like use Facebook write blog posts

donate to charities those aren't strategies despite what the list may say

those are all tactics so a strategy is your overall game plan for example I

want to establish myself as an expert in my field so that my clients rely on me

as their trusted advisor and they know that I connect with them and understand

their wants and needs that is a strategy or I want to have a strong presence in

the local charity scene to show that I am community oriented and willing and I

desire to take care of those less fortunate

that is the strategy the things you actually do to make that come to

fruition is your tactic so for example I'm gonna donate to every single school

fundraiser that I can come across every charity that calls me looking for

donations I will happily donate a photo shoot and by giving those gift cards

away and by going to these events and marketing yourself those are tactics

just like writing targeted blog post to put together guides for your clients

those are tactics using Facebook Ads those are tactics so you can't

copy somebody else's tactics without also understanding their strategy or

these things aren't going to work because I'm sure we have all seen other

photographers claim that this one thing has made me tons of money all you have

to do is copy it and you will also book tons of clients but we're not

understanding their entire strategy and without that overall game plan we're

missing components and that's why it's not working for us

so one of the more common ones that I've seen circulating in the last few months

is the model call or you put a blast out on Facebook say hey I'm looking for this

type of couple to do these kinds of engagement shoots and you'll get a free

session and $100 print credit to the lucky few that are chosen for these

portfolio shoots right then you do the shoots you provide hair and makeup you

kick butt and you provide an amazing experience and great photos then because

you've educated them properly they show up for their viewing session because we

should all be doing in-person sales if we want to make real money at this and

then they buy more prints but you also have to be prepared to not sell anything

because they might have just wanted to get in on a free shoot and if you didn't

know the overall strategy behind this then you're probably going to get a lot

of people just looking for a free shoot expecting a CD full of images so the

overall strategy is to expose yourself to new potential clients and you are

looking for your ideal client that exercise we just did a few minutes ago

so for example I'm looking for tattooed couples who want an alternative style

wedding and we're gonna do these cool grungy urban engagement photos for my

portfolio and for your wedding display right apply here to be chosen as one of

the couples and then a bunch of people from those communities will apply and

you have to educate them along the way that this is a portfolio shoot and the

shoot itself will be free but before the shoot happens start looking around your

home and identify which walls you want to hang your new portraits on or let's

find these ways to show off these photos at your wedding you have to start

planting these seeds ahead of time so that they realize they're gonna have to

buy photos from you if they want photos you've also sent your printing and

pricing options well ahead of time so that they can see how much you cost

because you don't want them to show up thinking it's a free shoot and suddenly

they're like whoa I have to give you $3,000 for photos I thought this was a

free thing and if you aren't aware of the whole strategy to convert them from

new leads to fully paying clients and then hopefully booked you for the

wedding too then this thing is just gonna be a big flop it's gonna be a

waste of Facebook ad money a waste of your time a waste of their time and you

could end up with negative reviews on Yelp or Google which is gonna hurt you

from getting future clients so unless you have the overall strategy and game

plan mapped out the tactics aren't gonna work for you so I've put together one of

my favorite things that I've done over the years and I'm gonna teach you

exactly how to do that now this is one of the things in the course that I have

coming up but because you are watching this now I'm gonna give you a sneak peek

and walk you through this start to finish one of the things that I like to

do is establish myself as an expert who understands my clients wants and needs

because if they see me is more than just someone who's gonna show up and take

pictures then they will value what I provide more and they're gonna be

willing to pay more for what I offer I offer you know very high-end services

that are all-inclusive and premium products

so I've already positioned myself with the copy on my website with the style of

my photography with the way that I word things they know that that's what

they're getting so I don't shoot weddings but I do do engagements I

really enjoy shooting engagements so last year you perform either way I set

out to put together a guide on choosing wedding vendors and I can't just say how

to choose wedding vendors because that might be a searchable topic that people

are looking for but that's not really a sexy title so I came up with how to save

time and plan the perfect wedding because that's exactly what it does you

can save time it was originally how to save time and money and plan the

wedding but I don't want to position myself as somebody who is gonna be low

budget I want clients who are willing to spend

money to get everything done right the first time

so I did a bunch of research and I found the best hair stylist makeup in the area

I found the best florists in the area the best wedding caterers the wedding

venues jewelry stores DJs I found all the possible wedding vendors that I

could find and I did my research to find ones that had great reviews that were

catering towards my type of clients who are in my sort of price point because I

don't want to pair myself up with a bunch of lower priced vendors or ones

that are like way higher-end than me because that's not congruent so I found

ones that cater to my exact same clients and I had them put together a list of

five things that every bride should ask before choosing that type of wedding

vendor so for hair and makeup for example some of the questions were you

know do you have samples of your work that you can do do you show up on

location do we need to go to you or you know for the photography services you

know what I'm just gonna pull it up right now and read some of these

questions because they were really good and I don't want to overlook these these

are all on my website my Cloyd photo calm you can just swing on over to the

blog and it should be the very first post that you see there I actually don't

even shoot engagements anymore but I'm gonna leave this up because it drives

traffic to my page and establishes me as the expert alright so for hair makeup

styling some of the questions that they came up with can you provide at least

three referrals from recently married friends and again these are questions

the bride should be asking the stylist will they book a consultation or do they

just do things over the phone arm

let's see you will instantly know it's a scam

if they're on Instagram and they're only charging 60 bucks and then just

different things like are they a good listener are they experienced with

weddings do they have a lot of wedding photos in their portfolio

are they patient and reliable because the vendors may have done this a

thousand times before but odds are this bride has never been married so she

might not know the questions to ask or what she's even really looking for and

it's up to the vendors to guide them through it let's go to the wedding venue

I had Fogarty winery here in Woodside California some of the questions they

asked what are the time and restrictions of the venue how early can we start how

late can we go you know a couple getting married might not realize there are

noise restrictions or maybe they only booked then used for half a day at a

time and you'd hate to book a venue for a wedding to find out you have a two

hour window and then you got to get out because the next couples coming through

what are the sound ordinances in the area do they provide catering or do you

have to use a caterer from off-site so these are all questions that the actual

vendors provided I did not come up with these but these are the things they said

are the most important that prospective Brides should ask before choosing the

vendor and one of the things that I specified is these aren't things that

make you particularly great as a vendor the things that the bride should ask to

make sure that you are both a good fit for each other because this isn't a

sales pitch this is helping to educate the client so they make the best

decision for them but if you're willing to step up and say hey I want you to

have the best possible experience and these are the things that you should

look out for who do you think is gonna be the first person they call to

actually inquire about their wedding it's totally gonna be you so it was a

win-win so I had I think 12 different wedding vendors in this guide and you

can see it was just a photo of their work all their contact information the

person the bride should be contacting where they're located their website so

that the prospective Brides can go check everything out then the list of

questions and then I just moved on to the next one and the whole page are

these questions from each of these then now here's where the magic happens when

this thing is done I send out the links to everyone that I was in contact with

ahead of time and all of us share this blog post bits on my website with all of

our email lists we posted to our social media accounts and they're gonna be

stowed like hey we got featured on this guide of the Bay Area's best wedding

vendors or you know London's best you know lingerie shops if you do boudoir

photography or if you're in Sydney and photograph families like the best family

friendly restaurants to bring your kids to on the weekend when you just don't

feel like cooking right so you can put together a guide no matter what sort of

photography you do get other local vendors involved and then you mark it

for each other and then you bounce referrals off each other but then you

can run paid traffic via Facebook Ads Instagram Google Adwords and just send

people to this page so when they're recently engaged or if they're looking

for wedding venues whatever it may be use those terms and those key key

phrases and criteria to send people to this page and again it's not a sales

pitch but it's a way to establish yourself as an expert who's willing to

make sure the client has a great experience even if it's not you cuz

that's gonna go a long way and even if you're not in the best fit when their

friend gets engaged or their friend wants a boudoir shoot or needs family

photos your name is probably gonna come up because you've done such a good job

of providing all of this valuable information and then if you stick an

opt-in on the page something like you know download this guide for the 10 best

honeymoon locations again for weddings or if you do family you know 10 best

places for date night when you only have a few hours leaving

the kids at the babysitter right whatever it may be then they give you an

email address they download the guide and now you have all these new

prospective clients on your email list and you've set up at ottoman

email sequence and I know this sounds like it's getting really complex I walk

you through all of this in the course but it's one of those things you only

have to set it up once and then just let it run and it's automated it'll keep

working for you year-round you might want to make little tweaks to make it

better but it's gonna keep running for you

year-round that's why this is so great and your email sequence can just be more

of those things like you know how to choose a great venue for your wedding or

how to properly store your dress after the wedding or non-traditional wedding

ideas right you're just sending valuable content in an email for free to your

client because they signed up on your list and then at the end of maybe five

to six emails that you've sent them you have an offer and it can be you know

booked in the next seven days or schedule your consultation and receive

50% off your parent album or three extra eight by ten prints or included hair and

makeup in your boudoir session if you book by a certain day whatever it may be

but give them that deadline and actually stick to it and this will encourage

people to book you and they've already got so much free value from you they're

gonna love you they're gonna trust you they're going to want to be a part of

what you got and they're gonna at least be willing to meet with you and if

they're not that's fine too but you have significantly increased the odds of them

booking you because you've given them all of this value for free and shown

that you understand their wants and needs and you're willing to make sure

they get a great experience so that is one of the things that's available in

the course that's coming up next month and I walk you through all the emails

that you can send how to set this thing up how to target your Facebook Ads where

to get those leads the opt-ins set up on your website step-by-step everything and

I give you the overall strategy all the steps to execute it and then how to

follow up how to make sure that you can keep improving this thing time and time

again so that it only gets better for you

and there's 18 ways online and offline so whether or not you want to do things

in person or you prefer to sit behind a keyboard I'm gonna help you get more

clients and if you can book one to two clients from this thing then it's gonna

pay for itself in no time and again this is how I get my own

clients and I'm still in business so I know these things work so do we have any

other questions right now to those of you who are hanging out all right well

MIKOŁAJ ROZNERSKI MARZY O PRAWDZIWEJ RODZINIE! DLACZEGO NIE UKŁADA MU SIĘ W MIŁOŚCI? - Duration: 8:15.

On w to nie wierzył.

Teraz muszę iść do bankomatu - żartował potem, odbierając statuetkę z rąk Małgorzaty Pieńkowskiej (52 l.

Wolałbym osiągnąć sukces prywatny - powiedział niedawno w wywiadzie, a w jednym z programów telewizyjnych wyznał,

Niestety, była Miss Polonia niespełna pół roku później zostawiła go.

Mikołaj Roznerski o swe porażki w miłości obwinia siebie i media.

To one przyprawiły mu gębę bawidamka.
