CÓMO VIAJAR BARATO EN SRI LANKA | CONSEJOS, RUTA, PRESUPUESTO, VISADO, TRANSPORTE... Y MUCHO MÁS! - Duration: 15:23.

Hi FELLAS!

New section in my channel about my trips in Asia

When I finish my trip I will upload a video talking about my route, my tips, about visa and so on.

and if you have some question about how to visit this country you can do it in the comments below

Let's start!

My roadtrip

I was one month in Sri Lanka

First I visited Colombo, the capital

In just one day.

In the description of this video there are all videos of my Sri Lanka trip.

Let's start with my route

Map in!

I took a 8h night bus towards Kataragama

Where I did a 2 weeks workaway, volunteer

In my days off I went to the colonial city Galle

and also I went to the surf paradise, Arugam bay

and after 2 weeks in Kataragama

I went to the Sri Lankan highlands

The first stop was Ella

The best for me in Sri Lanka

From Ella I took the most beautiful train trip

I got off in Nuwara Eliya

Famous for waterfalls and plantations tea

Another bus to Kandy, the highlands capital.

I didn't like at all. Just one day here.

I went to Dambulla

Where I was 4 days

I visited Dambulla Caves,

Lyon's Rock

and I did another safari

I saw a lot of elephants

After Dambulla I went to the ancient capitals of Sri Lanka

First Polonnaruwa

and after Anuradhapura. I really liked it

History and religious

I like history so good mark for this

Finally I went to Trincomalee with a friend

Just relax in the beach

And the last long trip in bus. 8 hours to the airport

To say goodbye to my Sri lankan adventure

Visa

How it works visa in Sri lanka for spanish people

Just go to official website (link in description)

Fill up the forma and pay around 30 €

In few hours or one day you will get the email with the answer

if you can go to Sri Lanka or not

How to move in Sri Lanka

Basically there are two cheap ways

Train or bus

Another comfortable option is rent a tuk tuk

If you are a couple or you travel three people is good option

I don't know the price. Google my friend

and the last option

pay a guide tour or taxi

more comfortable and more expensive

I travel low cost so..

I always traveled by bus and train

Transcending Inadequacy: Healing Low Self Worth, Anxiety and Depression

June 20th, 2018

By Matthew J. Holden

Inadequacy or low self worth remains one of the largest tragedies on Earth.

Low self worth paralyzes one's life with anxiety and fear, and often leads to depression.

I've spent most of my life suffering from this condition — but solving this problem

is not as difficult as it appears when we understand the science governing it.

Healing Low Self Worth, Anxiety and Depression First, visualize yourself as you desire to

be.

This visualization creates an intention, a new frequency in your consciousness that is

different from the current YOU.

The tension between these two frequencies is called duality.

When two frequencies, higher and lower, exist simultaneously, how do we make the two become

one?

Practice.

Our intention creates the new frequency as a potential, but it hasn't yet been realized.

Its realization comes through harmonizing the three aspects of self in unity: thought,

word and action.

Once all three are harmonized with the new potential, realization takes place and the

new belief/neural-groove becomes dominant, and the old groove moves to the background.

However, instilling the new belief requires much conscious control of yourself, and human

beings have a great tendency to drift away from the present into past consciousness,

otherwise known as programming.

The Old You Programming represents the neural-grooves

that have existed since childhood when your brain develops and you are essentially a sponge.

These neural-grooves, called beliefs, are running your life the 95% of the time that

you're not conscious/present.

Awareness is key.

Once a new intention is created — a new self — the shifting of consciousness means

shifting from an old neural groove to a new one.

In the beginning this is challenging because the old groove is very deeply rooted and is

comfortable.

I will repeat that again – our old self is what we find comfortable.

New grooves are uncomfortable to create because the 3D brain is designed for stasis, meaning

no change.

It is designed to maintain equilibrium and to avoid what it perceives as disharmony;

such as you creating a new belief/self/groove.

If you feel like it's a battle, what you're battling is your brain's structure, which

is designed to maintain the status quo and not seek growth, even though growth is what

you desire.

The old brain isn't particularly intelligent, it's bio-machinery, and for all the brain's

uses it is the biggest impediment to your self development.

The brain is wired for survival, not happiness.

Accepting Discomfort Accepting discomfort is necessary for growth.

Many authors have written about the necessity to move outside your comfort zone.

That comfort zone is your old thinking, beliefs and neural pathways.

Fear and anxiety is your brain's method of keeping you where you've been programmed

to stay.

Facing your fears, learning to accept anxiety as a natural part of growth, is healthy.

Staying inside grooves that don't serve you leads to stagnation, even self-loathing,

and diminishes your happiness.

Remember, we have been trained to perceive fear as as a sign of danger, but this is not

always the case.

Breaking this connection, that fear means danger, is key.

Creating a new intent or affirmation associating facing one's fears as a necessity for personal

growth is healthy and very productive.

Along with your initial belief — the new you — it is extremely valuable to create

this second intention, to re-frame one's perception of fear.

In fact, the ability to re-frame fear may be the most important belief we can change,

for learning to act in the face of insecurity and change guarantees our growth.

An Example Write down all the small things you are afraid

to change or are procrastinating on, and set an intention to do them for the singular purpose

of experiencing anxiety and becoming comfortable with it.

Facing the fear of one's fear is the issue here, not the fear itself.

We aren't attempting to achieve anything in particular except learning to accept anxiety

and not run away from it.

To do this, we make fear a synonym for growth — and allows ourselves to begin to grow.

This is much easier than you may currently believe, for much of the resistance and anxiety

the brain offers up is an illusion.

Stay grounded in reality, and not the illusions created through faulty thinking and unnecessary

neural pathways.

Take charge of your life and excel.

You know the new belief has been installed when your new desired action becomes habitual.

New Habit: Accepting Anxiety and Shame Try this affirmation and visualization:

Affirmation: Through facing and accepting my negative self, I become my Highest Self.

I become whole and complete.

Visualization: Envision yourself having accepted your negative shame-based self, faced down

your insecurities, and become whole and complete.

Each of us has a positive and negative aspect.

Integrating the negative aspect harmonizes the self and we become balanced.

Love and compassion/connectedness represent the feminine energy.

Courage, persistence, confidence and self worth are a part of individual self expression.

These aspects are masculine energy.

Harmonizing the two divine aspects of creation creates unity of the soul and a healthy human

being.

Simple DIY Dog Friendly Ice Cream! How to Make Your Very Own Homemade Doggy Ice Cream! - Duration: 3:02.

hi everybody and welcome back to Relax My Dog today me and Milo are going

to be sharing with you how to make your dog their very own DIY dog friendly ice

cream now we did make this ice cream yesterday ready for Milo to enjoy today

and so we could show you him enjoying it but today we're just going to go through

the ingredients we're going to show you a little cutaways of us making it

yesterday so let's get started before we get started all you need to do is go down

below and let us know what your favorite ice cream flavor is and what you think

your dog's favorite ice cream flavor is we absolutely love hearing your guys's

fun ideas down below personally my favorite ice cream flavor is probably mint

chocolate something like that and I think Milo's favorite will probably be

peanut butter and banana which is what we're making today

so what you will need to make this ice cream is one ripe banana one cup of

peanut butter 2 cups of natural yoghurt and 2 tablespoons of honey it really is

that simple obviously you'll just need to freeze it

and you'll also need a freezable container as well so the first thing you

must do is mash up the banana and stir that in with the natural yogurt then you

need to go over to your microwave and it warm up the peanut butter so it is like

a consistency that you can stir so it's almost like a liquid basically you need

to pour that in with the mashed banana and also the natural yogurt stir that in

until you get a sort of it will look a little bit lumpy because of the peanut

butter and also because of the banana because you can't mush up a banana

that well or at least i can't I think Milo quite enjoys banana pieces anyway

so I thought I'd save him a lot of a banana too so you need to mix all of

that together and then add the two tablespoons of honey in with that so you

get this sort of thick mixture and then you need to get a freezable container

pour that in and then leave it overnight to freeze and then the next day it

should be ready to serve to your dog it really really is that simple and your

dog will absolutely love it Milo absolutely loves his banana and

peanut butter ice cream and it's definitely something that you can share

among the other dogs because this mixture does make quite a lot of it so

it's for your dog to enjoy whenever you have your very own ice cream and that Is

it before we finished we just need to go through our t-shirt and giveaway all

you need to do to win one of our fabulous t-shirts is pop over to our

Instagram and post a picture of your dog the funniest the better and

you could win your very own of a lot of smart dog t-shirt I will be announcing

the winner in a few days time on the relax my dog Instagram but that is is for

me and Milo don't forget to give us a big big thumbs up

comment down below letting us know what your favorite ice cream flavor is and

what you think your dog's favorite ice cream flavor is as well also don't forget

Brain U - Q&A (Ep. 8): Quando devo contratar um Coach? - Duration: 2:44.

Hello everyone, all good with you? We are here in

video 8 of the Series

Brain U - Q&A

bringing you all the last question

of this 1st semester, 2018 Series, in here.

And before that, let me thank you all

of you who somehow participated in our

Brain U Coaching channel; if you submitted your questions,

thank you so much. If you have not yet received

an answer your question in our videos,

you will certainly still receive in you e-mail. And let me invite you once more to

subscribe in our channel and activate the

bell for notifications and fresh videos. Share our videos

and give it a thumbs up. I appreciated it!

And today in this last video

of this Series I will use

the question I just received from Rosiane

(one of my new Leadership Coaching clients

for this coming 2nd semester of 2018).

And this new client, Ro, has asked me:

Fernanda, tell me about - what is

the best moment

to hire coaching services for me?

When should I have a Coach by my side?

My answer to her,

and which I believe will make such a good sense to you too is:

1) Look at this very own moment of yours,

touch base with a coaching professional and understand the

methodology used by him/her, as well as the coaching tools

that you might benefit from this process, and ask to yourself...

2) Am I engaged into this process, really?

Because the time to make a difference and "dive into a coaching process has gone"...

This is a joke of mine that time has passed, but the good news is that

at least we are here talking on this, because it is always time

and there is always time to go for it!

And in summary, that is it!

You who is watching this video: dig into

your very own moment, make sure you are well engaged,

decided to make

a difference in your life.

It is never easy, but yes,

it is a transformational process,

a motivational process, that will take

you from point A (be it whatever it is)

to point B,

in a faster pace, with the support

of a structured methodology, with the support

of coaching tools, in a dynamic

and innovative chat, that will

certainly take you out of your comfort zone and

make you get there (achieving your goals) in a shorter amount of time.

So, in sum, have a Coach

as a guide in your very own growth process will make all the difference!

I truly wish that this Series " Brain U - Q&A" have been useful to you

and I send you my bi kiss to all of you. We will see you soon,

in the next series, with fresh news on your way! Stay tuned! Until next time

and a bid kiss!

Później wobec migrantów miał zostać zastosowany mechanizm relokacji, by każdy z krajów Unii wziął na siebie obowiązek zapewnienia im opieki

Michael Ian Black Talks About His Book I'm Sad - Duration: 5:58.

-Welcome back. -Thanks, Seth.

-I'm so happy to have you here. -Yeah, I'm happy to be here.

-Great. [ Cheers and applause ]

And I brought you something.

I know you just had a kid or whatever.

-Yep.

Oh, this is the book.

-This is the -- I just wrote this.

-Uh-huh.

-I write kids books, and so I brought you this.

And then, backstage, I heard that Benicio has a kid,

so I brought Benicio a book.

-Oh, that's so nice of you.

-Yeah, so, it's called "I'm Sad."

-Okay.

-And it's just -- Cover price is $17.99,

but just give me like 10 bucks or $20 for the two.

-$20 for the two. Can I give that to you later?

-I'd rather -- I mean, I don't want --

I'm not trying to be a dick about it,

but it would be great if you could do it now.

Who should I make it to, Seth?

-Oh, are you going to sign it for me?

-Yeah.

-Well, you can make it to my son, Ashe.

-Ashe. And then I'll just write my name.

And so now it can't be returned, so...

And I'll write this one to Benicio.

-Uh-huh. Great. Okay.

-"Benicio, all my love, Michael Ian Black."

-Okay. I feel like Benicio got

a little bit more of a signature,

like a personal message.

-I like Benicio better, just in terms of his talent.

-Yeah. All right, well, that's $20 I owe you.

-Right. Hey, can Fred see if he can guess what it's about?

[ Cheers and applause ]

-It's a science book, right? Is it just all pure science?

-Yeah. -It's pure science.

-It's, yeah, a science book.

-Yeah, it's got a flamingo and a talking potato in it.

You know, your kind of book, Fred.

-Thank you.

-This is your -- You're, no joke, a children's author.

-Yeah. -You're a regular author, too.

But this is your eighth children's book.

-It's my eighth children's book.

And it was a little demeaning that you didn't refer to --

You referred to my books for adults as "regular."

-I know.

As I said it, I realized that it was a little demeaning.

-Because children are regular people, Seth.

-Yeah.

-You know what? You know what? Full cover price.

-Okay, full cover.

So that's like 38 bucks I owe you, yeah.

Why did you -- So, I would imagine --

Are they -- Is it hard to write children's books?

-No, it's easy. It's so easy.

You can't even believe how easy it is.

-Okay, gotcha.

-I mean, you know, I grew up with, you know,

reading kids books, and you'd read, like,

from these children's authors.

And they would be like, "Oh, you have to labor over every word,

because you only have a few words."

I find it takes me maybe 90 minutes

to write a children's book.

And then I send it off to my editor,

and then somebody draws some pictures.

I have to be honest.

My illustrator for this, Debbie Ridpath Ohi,

is so amazing.

This is the second -- third time we've collaborated.

And, in all earnestness, she's really fabulous,

and I owe her a world of gratitude.

-So... [ Cheers and applause ]

Yeah, give it up.

I obviously am in a place in my life

where you read children's books a lot when you are a child,

then not at all for a long stretch,

then you have kids and you start reading them again.

And did you -- Is that what

brought you to writing books, having a kid?

-Well, I had these two kids.

And you'd have to read to them all the time.

And I remember thinking to myself --

Like, after endless nights of this,

I would be like, "I bet I could write a children's book

at least as terrible as the ones I'm reading to my children."

And I was right. -You were right?

-I was right.

-Were there things -- Based on all the

books you read that were terrible,

were there traps you tried to avoid that you feel like

were the problems with children's books?

-Well, yeah, I didn't want to write any books

where you learned anything or there was, like, a message.

Like, my first one was called "Chicken Cheeks,"

and it's literally just a list of animal butts,

just one after the other.

And then, by number eight, though,

now there is a little message in here,

which I've become that [bleep] who, like,

writes children's books with messages.

-To get a message across. -Yeah.

-It seems like it might be a message, though,

about sadness?

Is that a safe bet? -Yeah.

I mean, in all...

Yes. You got it.

I mean, I find that, like, as a parent,

my instinct is, like, to make things better

and to, like, fix sadness.

And this book is really about how, sometimes,

it's okay to just kind of be sad

and to just, as a parent, let your kid be sad.

Let them have that feeling, have that space,

and just be there for them.

And that's the message.

-So you made eight books before you had a message,

and it seems like when you finally had one,

it was a good one.

-Oh, it's a great one. -Yeah.

-Are you kidding me? -Yeah.

-Fabulous. -Yeah, fabulous.

-I'm making a fortune off this. [ Laughter ]

-Do you -- They're happy for you.

[ Cheers and applause ]

Your kids are 15 and 17 now. -That's right.

-Did you use them as a sounding board when they were young?

Did you trust their feedback?

-No. They have terrible taste, in general.

I did -- With the first one, I did, a little bit.

Like, I would say, "Okay, what's funnier?

Like, duck butt or, like, guinea-pig buns?"

And they would tell me.

And then, when I came up with

duck-billed platypus gluteus maximus,

and when I came up with that, I was like, "This is a book."

-Right.

And now, obviously,

they've maybe aged out a little bit.

Will they even look at this?

-Well, they are not strong readers, Seth.

-Okay. Good.

-So... -Yeah.

-Yeah, they say, that's the thing.

A lot of authors write so much,

they forget to teach their kids how to read.

-They -- No, they won't pay any attention to this.

-Okay, gotcha.

-But, in fairness, they won't watch this interview, either.

-Yeah, I gotcha.

So we can say whatever we want about them, really.

-Whatever we want.

I HAVE A CHEST PAIN.. - Duration: 2:51.

Hello everybody!

This morning I went to my favorite place nearby my home to film something real quick for you guys.

But when I got back home and checked the footage,

I realized that the sound was terrible, so I have to do a voice over again.

But I'm leaving the video on because I love the background and it looks very colorful.

So basically what I'm saying in this video is that I have a chest pain.

I told you guys that I started yoga, and a few days ago,

I started doing a new style of yoga called Yin yoga,

which is a flow designed to make you use muscles that are normally not exercised much.

So this yoga really stimulated and awakened my dormant muscles,

but the problem is, I went too deep with this Wong posture that I wasn't used to,

and that ended up leaving a bit of a sharp pain on my left chest.

I'm slowly recovering from it,

but I have to take a few days break from exertion of my upper body and

I should admit it's not entirely comfortable

having some sort of pain, I guess, in any part of my body.

Lao Tzi, the wise sage from ancient China

said, "Our lungs are the best when we don't realize they are helping us breathe.

It is when we are constantly aware of our lungs that we know they have come down with illness."

So my injury is telling me that something's not quite normal with the condition of my body at the moment,

And it is also reminding me how precious it is to have a normally functioning body

because it allows me to do anything. I possibly can.

Although right now because of the pain, I kind of have to limit how I use and move my body for a while,

It's helping me bring more awareness and to what I already have

that is truly precious but easy to be taken for granted.

I'm healing little by little and it's so much better now than it was initially.

And I feel more energetic already because I'm more aware of the gift, my body.

So this video is a quick reminder for you

how precious it is to even have a body and be able to walk and sit and stand.

And what I want to say is,

don't let whatever pain or darkness overwhelm you, but use it to recognize the light.

Use it to turn your sight to the light.

And when you heal from it,

your gratitude will double and that'll spur you on with more joy.

It's turned sunny all of a sudden.

VLOG - Cook With Me, Q&A: Weight Loss/Plateaus & Boohoo H&M Try On - Duration: 19:47.

Hola mi gente! welcome back to my channel guys it was about 11 26 so it's

kind of getting close to lunchtime right now we're gonna do a new recipe this is

a super super easy stir fry I swear you guys there's only like a couple

ingredients I'm kind of gonna mix in like a QA into this vlog as well I'm

gonna answer some of the questions so you guys sent me on IG and snapchat so

that'll be a little bit later don't forget to give this video a big thumbs

up and also subscribe to my channel and if you guys are not following me on

Instagram it is step G Macedo so make sure you guys follow me I'm just kind of

warming up my walk a little bit here and I've kind of just sprayed a little bit

of my pan at the bottom there garlic our Liquid aminos which I absolutely love

love love especially because I'm trying to get my sodium up as well and these

noodles my sisters showed me these ones I got these from Loblaws if you guys are

interested she looked at a couple different brands and different packages

and she felt like these ones with the lowest in calories stir-fry style

vegetable so I just got these ones from so visa we're just gonna add all of our

veggies into our wok here yum yum yum we kind of just want to cook these down a

little bit just gonna add a little bit of water just to kind of steam those

veggies I love these guys oh my god I didn't even know that these were in here

yes personally it makes me feel so good when I have veggies inside of my meals

and this recipe is just really good to get my sodium as well because the doctor

said if you do like soy sauce you'll be able to get your sodium easier so I was

like you know what I kind of feel like a stir-fry look at our veggies and as we

were going up you guys my mom used to make this all the time for us like all

the time I'm gonna add in our beef I just bought some stir-fried beef in

there and I kind of just cut it up with my scissors into little pieces I don't

leave them super long I'm gonna lower this down now to medium ton of my liquid

aminos I'm gonna need more than you guys

probably will next thing we're gonna add in is our garlic I hope you guys don't

mind me and like holding the camera very organically over here at cooking instead

of sitting on the counter just feel like you're kind of like with me as I'm doing

this as soon as I see that our beef is getting like medium done I'm gonna add

in our noodles this is what I love putting inside of my stir-fry once it's

all done I have no idea what it's called you guys I got it from a fall restaurant

that I went to and they had this on the counter meaning me saw and I'm like that

looks so good I have a thing you guys already know

first sauces and toppings and stuff like that

if you guys know what it's called let me know down below because I'm very very

interested in there's actually full of oil that's why I only put a tiny tiny

bit it just tastes amazing whatever it is so I've added our noodles in and I

kind of just gone in with my hands and kind of ripped up the noodles and split

it off just a little bit just because it comes in like very large sort of long

chunks so I split it up and I've just left it in there like that and all we're

gonna do is stir it up the noodles are a little bit firm they kind of feel like

they're midway sort of cooked so I'm just gonna let this sit here and I'm

going to tap it up and let it seem a little bit longer so you kind of want to

mix in between just so that everything can get nice and wet and then it's

almost 10:00 and look how simple this recipe is I cannot get over that I just

taste tested at you guys and the noodles just have a little bit of a bite to them

so in between I've just kind of added a little bit like I would say half I'm

gonna show you guys the size of a cup just half of this at the bottom what is

the one ingredient that I add into every single one of my recipes can you guys

guess it I was like oh my god I have to finish in there so I'm adding like

literally half a bag of spinach in there I mean no one like the eating spinach by

itself so you kind of like I don't either I don't know if you guys think I

do but I don't like eating spinach with nothing I have to have it like kind of

almost like built into something oh my God look how colorful that looks just so

much green and there's so many veggies and you don't actually have 10 grams of

protein per one serving and one serving is 2.5 ounces that's not bad and right

now I'm kind of upping my protein that's what our finished stir-fry looks like

how good does that look that's what it looks like it's like super oily but

that's why I don't really put that much over top they just grab some on the tip

of the fork and I kind of just spread it just like that it just gives so much

flavor I can't even tell you you just kind of have to rest of it in here I'm

so stubborn or I want to like just do the impossible sometimes but sometimes

it's possible oh yeah especially if you guys have kids it's a great way for them

to get their veggies as well some of you moms you reach out to me and you asked

for some kid-friendly meals this was super kid friendly

he's great if you have like a busy lifestyle to like me I love cooking

don't get me wrong but the problem is unless I'm making our

recipe video I don't really have the time to do that if you guys want

something nice and quick and you still want to get your protein and you want to

be super healthy this is great how about I answer your questions while I'm eating

my lunch I don't actually like eating in front of people do you ever have cheat

days if so what do you eat in how often how am I supposed to do this as I'm

talking and eating one thing you guys will notice about me I cannot stand

schedules I cannot stand routines I don't like them it's just with my

personality it just does not go well I don't like being in a box and I need to

be able to have my freedom so to be honest with you counting calories every

single day for almost a year well it's been over a year but now I count them

freely I can't tell you guys it was so annoying but I must have been super

determined and super motivated it's just my free spirit I mean it just comes with

being a Pisces we don't like rules but when it comes to cheat days dad honest

truth is I do them when I want I just don't do them too close to each other if

I really cheated this weekend I'm not gonna cheat next week it just kind of

Sparsit apart just a little bit I don't know I personally don't like the feeling

of cheating too much I don't even like that word but having the bad foods I

just cheated in my last vlog so that would be a cheat was Pizza pizzas not

really something that I I used to cheat but to me obviously I'm not really a

piece of fan but that night it just kind of really grabbed me if I'm gonna have

something bad it's gonna be like a poutine I'm Nagar McDonald's maybe I'll

have like a Baskin Robbins I love my gym Oh common fiber that's my

favorite flavor you guys I'll have like three cannolis at one time I just did

that to my last vlog what do you look for in a guy just take a spoonful weight

requires some thinking sorry if you guys see some food but like the real it is

you know we're cool we're cool with Twitter the guy has to be able to make

me laugh I love laughing you guys already know I think I'm very bubbly I

love to have fun let's just smile and be happy if he's like super serious like

that is just such a turn-off to me extremely loyal I don't want to have to

worry about anything when it comes to you I want to know that you have my back

at the end of the day he has to want to be able to travel like me wanting to

experience new things it would be a bonus the guy is Latino just because I

would be around the culture I would be around the

musically and I'm kids learn more Spanish I'd become fluent finally make

out overall just like someone that's fun that's gonna want to go out with me all

the time it's important for me for you to be my best friend first okay let me

just go on let me let me stop pretending my list is short like when he dresses

well of course he needs to be like ambitious he needs to have goals I needs

to have an idea what he's doing with his life

I want someone where we can we can push each other to do great you know what I

mean and have that positive energy you know he wants you to succeed and you

want him to succeed he helps you get there you help him get there like the

power couple like yep that's what I want okay next question because we were just

gonna be here forever and I want the guy that buys me flowers I like flowers I'm

like super corny if you like left me a poem on top of the counter I literally

be like I love you for the rest of my life why is it so hard to let go of

someone who isn't compatible with you I've been seeing this guy for over a

year now and he won't officially be my boyfriend my guy tells me to walk away

and give up but it's just so difficult oh my gosh oh my god that is so funny

like he's telling you to give up a walk away girl what are you still doing there

no she said my gut tells me he's also a Pisces I don't understand why he keeps

making excuses I'm gonna make this very simple I've been in your shoes and I

don't mean this any rude or mean way but I'm a very blunt person and I like to

get straight to the point when it comes to stuff he's not wanting you he's

probably thinking I'm trying to like wean her off I'm just not for whatever

reason he's just not ready there's no way I'm gonna sit there waiting for him

to want me there is no way it's not happening anymore I think you're just

attached to not that you're not wanting to be alone it happens to a lot of

people I've been there like I'm talking from my experience to leave it alone and

I'm telling you he may creep back up you know what I'm cool on my own now I'm

happy by myself you go on with your life I go on a fine cuz he didn't want you

but you cannot be waiting on the sidelines for him like don't don't do

that because you're gonna make that a habit for yourself and you deserve more

than that I would be like you know what you don't

like you're interested I'm gonna go now can one be self-confident yet have

insecurities I believe I'm confident in many aspects of my life but it's so hard

to fight those other insecurities of course you can be a confident person and

still have insecurities I've insecurities and I would consider

myself you know a fairly confident person I really hope I'm not betraying

this you guys that I am like perfect or anything or that I have everything all

together because I don't have everything all together I'm gonna be growing every

single day every stage in life you're gonna learn new things about yourself

and things that you're like oh I was insecure about that and oh I kind of

overcame that you don't I mean those are just little tiny imperfections that

maybe you want to look into maybe you want to grow on I would suggest that you

you know look into them and see what you can do or why you're insecure about them

favorite online shopping sites from 21 nomber one nice number one beats

everybody is for everyone one misguided I actually have an order from them in a

long time but my favorite favorite favorite is from 21 I actually really

liked getting a lot of stuff on Amazon like fashion wise as well but those are

kind of my main favorites boohoo too like forever 21 my cart will be

completely full do you have any tips to stop overeating I feel like sometimes

I'm never satisfied unless I overeat if you have been overeating for a long

period of time your body has become and your metabolism as well hasn't become

very accustomed to that amount of food that's why you get a little bit hungry

when you want a deficit of course completely normally you're going to be

hungry it's just a fact because you're lowering from what you were

uncontrollably doing before like you had no control before so you don't even know

what you were consuming so the overeating is basically I have it and

unless you break the habit and say to yourself okay this has got to change at

some point you know I was eating overeating at a certain point you're

gonna get stuck in this kind of whirlwind where you're just like why

can't I stop but fact is you can't stop because your body is so used to it that

it's like hey where's that extra 500 calories that you eat every day like

where is it it just comes down to self-control it's not we want to hear

but it's the truth and it's what's gonna kind of fix the problem what was your

inspiration to working out I find it very hard to stay motivated

my dream body and I want to be healthy I know that when I'm going to the gym I'm

doing something for myself I'm doing something good for my body and I know

that it's one step closer to my goal and that's what kind of keeps me motivated

if you have to want to you have to have a goal and you have to want to change

your body and you have to want to go to the gym and enjoy it it's just like

everything else if you don't find an attitude to make it positive and enjoy

it the fact of the matter is no it's gonna turn into this unenjoyable thing

and you're not gonna feel motivated to go it's weight training the only way

that you can transform your body it's the way I prefer to transform my body

when you burn your fat you tone you go down your body just transforms and I

don't think I will ever stop now that I know would you be open to travel with

brands if they invite you hope I get to see my question you're such a happy

spirit oh thank you oh so sweet I love sweet people it just made me

happy I think I definitely would be open to it long as I knew that I was gonna be

with people that I'd be okay to this but I'm I'm open to it you guys know that

traveling is is like a dream of mine I definitely want to want to experience

that so I definitely think I would definitely be open to them

is weight loss impossible for vegetarians this person trying to trick

me think that whether you're vegan you know you have to be gluten free you're

vegetarian you know you you're like me where you eat me you eat everything you

can accomplish exactly what I have accomplished you guys know how I feel

with diets so very very restrictive diet so it's like no carbs no sugar and all

this know that it's not that you can not get my progress by being on those things

but I'm going to definitely vocalize to you that I don't personally like those

HEPA diets because I just don't think that they're realistic and I'm always

going to be on a very realistic diet I'm a lifestyle and I'm always going to

share that very realistic lifestyle with you guys because I think it's very

important and I think it's very maintainable why would I you know show

you guys something that you guys can't maintain for years and years to come

I've recently hit a plateau and I'm feeling very discouraged any tips on

getting over a plateau and finding mental strength so I've been through

plateaus before and like I've been super upset

everything's just going great and then you just have this like big brick in the

road and you're just like no stop everything stops like nothing's gonna

happen them and it's very easy to get discouraged but you have to remind

yourself the fact again having knowledge and just knowing how way lost works is

such an advantage when I understand why my body is going through this it just

helps me to remove the emotions a lot more your body gets comfortable at a

certain point it's very important to understand that and it's a very normal

it is extremely normal to hit a plateau I feel like I'm kind of slowing down so

I'm just doing one right now go slowly week by week back up to your maintenance

so let's just say my maintenance is around like eighteen nineteen hundred

once I get to eighty to nineteen hundred and I've been eating that then like I'll

go so next week I'll be doing 1400 the week after 1500 1600 1700 1800 1900

once I get to 1900 that week after when will boom back down to 1300 think of

your metabolism as something that gets super super comfy you need to kind of

shock it once in a while you know what I'm saying there's other ways to instead

of doing that calorie wise you can switch up your workouts at the gym go

extra harder you were doing you know 200 pounds of that machine and this time you

got to do 210 or if you've been doing certain exercises switch it up and do

something else but challenge yourself your body when it hits a plateau is

saying that it's not being challenged it's saying that's comfortable it's just

sending you a message just literally saying to you I'm comfortable right now

you have got to switch something up because I am not like right now I'm just

I'm just chillin during eating more still do go to the gym you still got a

workout we're not saying for you to take like a five week break I would say to

everybody I will never be under 135 pounds my body will just not let me go

under that no I didn't have knowledge at the time so here's a perfect example no

your body hit a plateau that's what happened and your body's like we have

been doing this for way too long you have got to change something up so that

we can lose weight again it was embedded in my mind that my body had to stop at

135 it was not capable of going on anything you guys I'm 128 129 right now

when you have the knowledge you laugh at that because you're just like doesn't

make any sense and you know betters when you know better you do better when you

don't know better you don't do better and then you just kind of give up and

that's what I did I said oh I'm done I'm done and guess what happened I gained

all my weight back and more what was the point of you even losing weight and

working so hard to get to 135 and you gained all your weight back and more are

you better than ready for this job I don't even know if I'm ready for this

job to be honest with you I'm trying to keep the puppies inside of here that's

what I'm trying to how cute is this top you guys it's my lemming talk okay this

top kind of speaks for itself once you put it on look at these sleeves like

they're so cute it's off-the-shoulder in this top I am wearing a US size four I

am wearing it with my forever 21 a miniskirt that I got from them I will

leave a link to both of these down below so that you guys can check them out and

I am wearing my brand new classic black heel from boohoo because I was actually

lacking a black heel and mine I'm like literally swimming in and they fit for

decide so if you guys want to check them out they're just super super basic the

skirt I'm wearing in a small I love it it has a really nice thick like elastic

waistband and I'm actually not wearing a bra at the moment I definitely just got

this top to probably use for vacation and I also got it for a photo I mean

this is not like your IVD top that you're gonna go out in make sure you

guys check out my Instagram because there will definitely definitely be

photos in this look I'm probably gonna get my mom to take some photos of me

inside the Sun I don't know if you guys can tell but I am like extra excited I

love love trying on new clothes and just clothes in general it just makes me so

happy I love being in like in a beautiful outfit that's why I love

clothes like I really really do I really really needed one of these that you must

have a basic like nude and black one like this so this next up I got from

booboo is this little scrunchie top of a year in black it so basically you tie

this up into two bow ties on the top of your shoulder there I'm actually gonna

try this on for you guys so you guys can see what it looks like the next thing I

got from them you guys are these really basic nude wedges and these ones I got

in a size 6 as well they are true to size these wedges over here super cute

this is in this like very uh sweetie material almost like

borderline velvet absolutely love them they are super comfortable and these are

also true to size so I got these basic black cotton shorts just for when like

on days where I feel like I just want to throw something on and be super super

casual these ones I've removed the tank they're a size small and they're 14.99

the other thing I got and was a super super basic was this hoodie from them I

love it because it's so different like look at the sleeve it kind of like bells

out just a little bit it's not your typical hoodie so I got this for 15

dollars it was originally $30 so I got it for 50% off and I got this size small

and it still gives me a lot of room look at these olive shorts and these ones

were a really good price to $14.99 hmmm like some of those stuff is super super

affordable and some others find it's a little bit overpriced this one is a US

size six give it to us Nicky how adorable is this top I love it so much

it's so cute I've actually tucked it inside of my shorts right now these

shorts I'm wearing are from for everyone I will leave a link down below these

right now I'm not gonna lie they're probably like the most comfortable pair

of shorts I have just because they're super super stretchy these ones are in a

size 25 I'm also wearing my black white shoe that I got from boohoo I'm wearing

my Topshop bodysuit unfortunately this bodysuit is sold out these are the

shorts you guys how cute are they they suit my body shape so else I'm also

wearing the wedges how cute are these they match with the entire outfit that's

why I paired them with it I just love this outfit so much I just feel so cute

in it this is the sweatshirt and also the short so this is what the shorts

look like it has the tie over here as well has the really thick elastic

waistband this material I would say is like your basic cotton like I was

showing you guys before it's just super comfortable this is like ultra ultra

basic as you guys can tell I would probably use this with a pair of

leggings but I'm just showing you guys this with a pair of shorts the quality

is very very nice it's very soft it also has two pockets over here I have the

feeling that this vlog is gonna be super long because I did like a Q&A inside of

it but that's ok you guys if you guys enjoyed this vlog make sure you guys

give it a big thumbs up and also don't forget to subscribe to my channel thank

you guys so much for watching and I will see all of my beautiful babes in my next

Spanish/Brazilian Gacha Community?! (With English Captions) - Duration: 2:06.

Ok. So, most of you have probably heard about the GachaTuber called Sky Vampire.

She is currently the most subscribed to GachaTuber with over a hundred-thousand subscribers.

And she's recently become more popular in the English Community.

And, I've recently discovered all of these channels in her "related channels" tab.

And, this is proof that there is a completely different Gacha Community we have never seen before until now.

So first off, there's a person called Lokas Show, with over fifty-thousand subscribers.

Cuquinha 12 with over fifty-thousand subscribers.

NanahPeCraft with over fifty-thousand subscribers.

PedroGamerPlayBR with over fifty-thousand subscribers.

And Yasu- Chan with almost fifty-thousand subscribers.

There's also this person here... There's also a person called •Bipona-chan• Br, who only has twenty-eight-thousand subscribers, but still a lot.

All these people speak Spanish.

So, this just proves that there is a whole 'nother Gacha Community that we have never seen until now.

And it's kind of shocking honestly, considering how many subscribers they have, I'm surprised we haven't found them sooner.

So... Yeah... Uhm... That's it.

So, it turns out, there's a whole 'nother Gacha Community we have never seen until now...

Thanks for watching ^^

3 Simple Questions To Find Your Value - Duration: 2:57.

- I rewrote the LinkedIn profile for a friend recently.

And while it's not something I specialize in,

it's copywriting, so I took a look.

And it's amazing how we tend to undervalue ourselves.

My friend is in the film business

and his headline on LinkedIn was Aspiring Producer.

And that just made me realize that a lot of people

don't understand the value that they have,

because I asked a couple questions deep.

There's no way this guy was an aspiring producer.

We were literally producing a show as we talked

about him being an aspiring producer.

And I found out that this guy not only worked

at two of the fastest-growing film production companies

in the world, but also, while working

at one of these major companies,

wrote a feature film that's currently on Netflix

and has a 60% on Rotten Tomatoes.

So what's aspiring about that?

Now, at minimum, he is producer.

But if he doesn't see the value in himself,

I wonder about what we're missing in ourselves.

So the exercise that works for me

when I'm trying to see how other people see me

so I can write something like a LinkedIn profile,

I'll ask myself a few questions.

The first thought exercise is I'll try to get inside

the mind of somebody who really likes me

and picture how they would brag about me to someone else.

Let's say at a conference or an event,

and for me, I've already done all this work.

So what I picture is Hey, that's Alex!

He has over 1.5 million views on YouTube.

What are the points that you can hit on?

And the numbers can be smaller, too.

I remember when I was first going out

to jobs and writing my resume,

I had a book on Amazon that sold around 300 copies.

And so I was like "Oh, no, only 300 copies!

That's a very small amount.

But the resume consultant I was talkin' to

said "Just put that in there."

Whatever level you're at, own that level.

So I put that line in my resume,

drove sales of an Amazon e-book

from zero to 300 in 30 days.

And that sounds way more impressive

than sold a couple books on Amazon.

So in order to find your value, do that for yourself.

Here are some other good questions to ask.

What's something cool that I've worked on?

Sit down for a second.

Literally ask yourself that question.

Do it out loud if you have to,

and force yourself to answer,

The other thing to notice about that question

is it's not a yes or no.

The other way to phrase that question

could've been have I worked on anything cool?

And the reason why that's not the right way

to phase that question is your mind

is just gonna easily say no

and you're not gonna have an answer.

But if the question is what's something cool

I've worked on, you're much more likely

to come up with an answer.

Som other ones, how am I successful

instead of am I successful.

And come up with specific answers.

What's the most ecent project I'm proud of.

Instead of have I woked on any cool projects recently.

Run through that exercise, listen to the answers,

write them down, and start seeing

how valuable you really are.

If this video helped, I'd love if you

would send it to a friend or two.

We're tryin' to hi 100,000 subs this year,

so every share counts.

Also, I'm not a resume consultant.

But if you want me to take a look

at your resume and give feedback on it,

feel free to book a consult and we

can dig through it in an hour.

That's over at experiment27.com/consult.

I'm Alex Burman, thanks.

PUSHING MY BMW M3 TO THE LIMIT! [Sub ENG] - Duration: 9:51.

Ciao everyone, here it's Marchettino and today we shakedown the M3 in the Temple of Speed, Monza!

So guys, today marks exactly 1 year of ownership with the M3, exactly 1 year ago today I was in Germany

to pick up my baby and today I'm at Monza at Track4fun's trackday, as you can see

there's many cars the day is starting slowly but I feel like it will develop with lots of mess because soon

we fast the seatbelt, start the engine and make some noise with the M3 and test the new Michelin CUP2!

How nice, this white M3 E92 with stock wheels,

manual gearbox

and stock exhaust, look also at this M4 Individual with a very particular green.

Let's get back in the car and fast the helmet!

Let's see how these Michelin CUP2 behave here at Monza!

Also semislicks tend to slide!

But if you drive clean, damn so much traction!

Last year I was driving through Parabolica corner sideways, this year I wanna be more clean!

And take advantage of these tires!

245!

Too far!

Let's say, the problem with Monza are the brakes because I did a few hot laps and this car is not really a feather-weight and in a track such Monza

it's very easy to overheat heavily the brakes, but I have to say I'm very satisfied about the tires,

these CUP2 are fantastic, now I need to think about an upgrade with the brakes.

Let's get back to the pitlane and check both tires and brakes!

I have pushed enough this M3 today!

I didn't do just the 2 laps you see in the video but I've done a lot more of them,

and there's almost 29°, earlier there were 31-32° and trust me, driving under this heat you put the car under a big stress.

Enough for today, look at the tires they have about 1000km but there's already my trademark on them, not to mention the brakes that basically

the rear brakes are over!

The front pads have finished the break-in period but no track for a while,

Monza is a fantastic track but the problem that on a full day here you finish the brakes and tires!

Driving around the track with the M3 always offers great satisfactions!

Let's turn off the engine, we cooled it down enough.

Hear that? The day is not over but

no wait, it's just over! It's 6 o' clock, end of the game!

I've spent a fabulous day with the M3 around the track, Track4fun's trackday absolutely fun and thanks again guys for the invitation,

what to say? M3 on Michelin Pilot Sport CUP2,

you can slide it if you want, there were 30 degrees on track and after a few laps the tires overheat,

but these are semislicks, these are not tires meant to drive like an hooligan, these are tires meant to increase the performance, improve the lap times and speed,

Driving around Monza with this tire I could notice performance sensibly improved concerning, traction, stability in the corners and while breaking, fabulous tires!

Now let's head back home, but very easy! Today I pushed this beast enough!

Next trackdays? Well, the idea is to head back to the Nurburgring with this car and I can't wait!

Make sure to Like the video if you enjoy it, subscribe to my YouTube if you haven't yet and as always thanks for watching, ciao!

Brain U - Q&A (Ep. 8): Quando devo contratar um Coach? - Duration: 2:44.

Hello everyone, all good with you? We are here in

video 8 of the Series

Brain U - Q&A

bringing you all the last question

of this 1st semester, 2018 Series, in here.

And before that, let me thank you all

of you who somehow participated in our

Brain U Coaching channel; if you submitted your questions,

thank you so much. If you have not yet received

an answer your question in our videos,

you will certainly still receive in you e-mail. And let me invite you once more to

subscribe in our channel and activate the

bell for notifications and fresh videos. Share our videos

and give it a thumbs up. I appreciated it!

And today in this last video

of this Series I will use

the question I just received from Rosiane

(one of my new Leadership Coaching clients

for this coming 2nd semester of 2018).

And this new client, Ro, has asked me:

Fernanda, tell me about - what is

the best moment

to hire coaching services for me?

When should I have a Coach by my side?

My answer to her,

and which I believe will make such a good sense to you too is:

1) Look at this very own moment of yours,

touch base with a coaching professional and understand the

methodology used by him/her, as well as the coaching tools

that you might benefit from this process, and ask to yourself...

2) Am I engaged into this process, really?

Because the time to make a difference and "dive into a coaching process has gone"...

This is a joke of mine that time has passed, but the good news is that

at least we are here talking on this, because it is always time

and there is always time to go for it!

And in summary, that is it!

You who is watching this video: dig into

your very own moment, make sure you are well engaged,

decided to make

a difference in your life.

It is never easy, but yes,

it is a transformational process,

a motivational process, that will take

you from point A (be it whatever it is)

to point B,

in a faster pace, with the support

of a structured methodology, with the support

of coaching tools, in a dynamic

and innovative chat, that will

certainly take you out of your comfort zone and

make you get there (achieving your goals) in a shorter amount of time.

So, in sum, have a Coach

as a guide in your very own growth process will make all the difference!

I truly wish that this Series " Brain U - Q&A" have been useful to you

and I send you my bi kiss to all of you. We will see you soon,

in the next series, with fresh news on your way! Stay tuned! Until next time

and a bid kiss!
