EGG & BACON FRIED RICE - FREEZER MEALS! Lunch Prep | Easy Freezer Lunch Prep - Duration: 8:06.
hey guys it's Leigh and today I'm back with another freezer lunch recipe
alunch prep recipe..This time I'm going to be making egg and bacon fried
rice with spinach. Again this one is for our daughter she really really loved the
taco rice I made. I will leave the links in the I in the sky and in the
description box below for that recipe so you can go and check it out. Let's
get started on this one so I've got my frying pan preheating on a medium heat
and I'm going to add a little bit of oil just no measurement I'm just gonna put
some oil in there. While that's heating up I'm going to beat 3 eggs
and then to these eggs I'm gonna add a tiny bit of onion powder
a tiny bit of garlic powder
and some black pepper and whip those
a little more. Now I'm just going to scramble the eggs in this pan
once the eggs are done I'm going to put them on a plate
and set them to the side. Next I'm going to be adding in some bacon
about 3 ounces of bacon maybe 4 depends how much you like. You can use
raw bacon I'm using the precooked just to make life a little easier.
I'm going to crisp that up a little bit.
once the bacon is nice and crispy I'm going to add that to the same plate as
the eggs
and because I used a precooked bacon I'm gonna have to add a little more oil to
the pan if you'd used regular bacon then you would have enough grease in the pan
now I'm adding in one chopped medium onion
then you just need to cook it until the onion is soft
once the onions are done go ahead and add in two cloves of minced garlic
and 2 cups of chopped baby spinach leaves
I'm also going to be adding in one teaspoonof sesame oil
and you just want to cook this until the spinach is wilted
once the spinach has wilted you want to add in 4 cups of rice cooked rice you
can add white rice or brown rice
another trick if you're just trying to bump with the veggies up a little bit is
to also throw in a handful of riced cauliflower. If you're feeding picky
children they won't even notice it's in here. I can't do that for my daughter
because she's allergic to cauliflower
you can add in chopped carrot I just don't have any right now you could add in all
kinds of stuff anything you want your kids to eat this is a way to do it
I'm just going to break that up a little bit. Add the eggs and bacon back in
add pepper to taste
and at least 3 tablespoons of soy sauce it really depends how much you
like soy sauce and I'm gonna have to have her taste this before we freeze it
just to make sure it has enough
this is fried rice so what you want to do is kind of smash it down a
little bit. Be careful not to burn it but you just want to let it sit for a little
bit like this then stir it up and do it again
Let's see if I can get this closer. What you want is the rice browned. Can you see that even the
Browning of the rice. It gives it a nice nutty fried flavor and it's really good
so I'm gonna stir it up, smash it down and do that again I will probably do it
a couple of times just because I know that's how she'll like it
but you can stop this process whenever you think it's done
just be careful not to burn your rice
okay and that's it now it's done. I'm going to turn it off I'm gonna take it
off the heat let it cool a bit and then put it into for lunch containers for her
once it's completely cooled I'm gonna pop those in the freezer then she can
take them to work with her in the morning. They can thaw during the day and
then she can heat them up in the microwave at lunchtime
so if you liked this recipe go ahead and give it a thumbs up for me

Cristiano Ronaldo to Man Utd: Portugal star delivers ultimatum to Real Madrid - report
That's according to reports in Spain that say the 33-year-old has spoken with bigwigs at the Bernabeu.
Ronaldo plunged his future into doubt after referring to Real in the past tense after their Champions League final win over Liverpool.
That alerted the likes of Manchester United to his availability who would be keen on a reunion.
Now Spanish outlet Don Balon, known for their outlandish transfer claims, say the Portugal star has given his demands if he is to stay.
Ronaldo wants a better salary to be in line with Lionel Messi and Neymar.
And the forward has also made clear to Real he will leave the club if they sign the Paris St-Germain and Brazil striker.
Ronaldo also wants a new goalkeeper at the Bernabeu and for Isco to be shown the door.
The Real Madrid legend had relayed this message to the club through his agent Jorge Mendes.
Ronaldo was once again in sensational form last season, scoring 44 goals in all competitions.
The Los Blancos is said to be willing to play alongside Mohamed Salah or Paulo Dybala if they join the club.
Ronaldo is reportedly even more uncertain over his future after Julen Lopetegui was hired as the club's new manager.
The Portugal superstar sees his appointment as being similar to that of Rafa Benitez a few years ago.
Real are looking to close the gap on Barcelona after finishing 17 points behind their rivals in La Liga last season.

5 Best Short Movies | Top 5s INDeed - Duration: 6:12.
With the growing influence of the Internet, short films are increasingly attracting more
viewers and have become a popular medium for story-tellers.
Such films are made with the urge to tell an engaging story and it is possible to do
so in less than half the time and with a fraction budget.
Before we begin, click the Subscribe button if you haven't and turn on the notifications
by hitting the Bell Icon.
Today, we will be looking at 5 Short Movies which are a must watch.
Just to clarify, we won't be adding "Chutney" in the list, because, with 121 Million views,
it's already on top.
5 Unread
Chakri Toleti's "Unread" is a short film brought out by 'Large Short Films.'
It pictures a minuscule portrait of a street urchin and the chance friendship he develops.
The 15 min long "Unread" remains silent (there are even inter-titles) and only speaks
through emotions.
This short is not seen by many people, but it grabbed our attention for its screenplay
and re-creation of "Charlie Chaplin" era.
"Unread" reads through the simple, but arduous life of a street urchin, filled with
warmth, joy, dream and hope.
Watch this movie to feel emotions without a single word spoken.
4 MAD
Directed by Vinod Rawat, MAD (Mother And Daughter), A Perfect 10 winner at the Mumbai Film Festival,
is one of those rare short films that make us realize the true power of cinematic storytelling.
The care with which the movie tackles the mother-daughter relationship is absolutely
commendable.
The director controls the setting by making his point through two conversations in a living room.
We're equally clueless about either of the confessions, and that's why by plainly staring
at our screens with questions in our eyes, we're prodding the characters to tell us
what's wrong.
With a beautiful message and perfect direction, this is a must watch.
3 Interior Café Night
Love, loss and life come a full circle in Adhiraj Bose's Interior Café-Night.
The story of two lovers reuniting after ages has been told a thousand times, but this short
win in the unusual way it is told, and of course because of its star performances.
Starring Naseeruddin Shah, Shernaz Patel, Naveen Kasturia and Shweta Prasad, this film
revolves around a couple in two phases of their lives.
The actors are the focal point of the story, and they touch all the right chords with viewers.
This short love story leaves you wanting more.
2 That Day After Everyday
Made under Large Short Films by Anurag Kashyap and starring actress Radhika Apte in the lead
role, this short focuses on the issue of eve teasing and molestation and how women face
this issue every day.
The film has a very generic storyline with even simpler execution yet it hits you hard.
So hard that it will actually hurt.
What the film deals with in its 20 minutes of duration, will make you go through a number
of emotions, perceptions and relatable situations.
The three women played by Radhika Apte, Aranya Kaur and Geetanjali Thapa give you a picture
of helplessness and victory, one after the other.
Anurag Kashyap whose flair lies in narrating gritty realities of the modern world, provides
the viewer with lots of grey characters.
Written by Nitin Bharadwaj, the film keeps you glued till the end.
1 Juice
The celebrated director of Masaan, Neeraj Ghaywan, is the director of "Juice" — a
riveting critique of everyday patriarchy and misogyny.
Ghaywan's short film is as relevant as any and reminds that once the emotions start touching
the right chords, words tend to become futile.
Starring Shefali Shah (who delivers a deeply nuanced performance) in the role of a house
wife, Juice makes a strong case for gender equality while exposing the deep-seated sense
of inequality that governs an average Indian household.
This short won the "Best Short Movie" in Jio Filmfare Awards in 2017.
And after watching this short, you'll definitely say, "Well Deserved".
So, these were our picks for 5 Short Movies which are a Must Watch.
Be sure to check them out.
Thank You so much for watching.
Write it down in the comments if you have some video ideas for our channel.
And don't forget to hit that subscribe button and watch the previous stuff we know you'll

Fate/Grand Order - Sakamoto Ryoma Voice Lines (English Subbed) - Duration: 12:17.
Limited-Time Summoning: I'm Rider-class, Sakamoto Ryouma.
I lead a humble detective bureau in this imperial capital.
I'll be in your care for a short while.
Ah, that's right, it would make me happy if you could help me with work at the office.
Oryou: Oryou-san is Oryou-san, the assistant.
The work might be hard, but if you do your best I'll give you a frog.
Permanent Summoning: Ryouma: Rider-class, Sakamoto Ryouma has come in answer to your summons.
Ah, this is my partner, Oryou-san.
Please, take care of us.
Oryou: Nice to meet you, human.
...By the way, you look tasty.
Ryouma: No, no, you can't eat them, okay...
Dialogue 1: Oryou: Hey, if you're free then go and get me some frogs.
Ryouma: No, no, there are more important things we should be doing.
Dialogue 2: Ryouma: The master-servant relationship, huh...
I am no good at that.
I would like to be good friends with you.
Oryou: Oryou-san too, Oryou-san too!
Dialogue 3: Ryouma: Regardless of the master-servant deal, I will do my best to cooperate with you, the Master.
Since that is why I came here, you see.
Oryou: That's right. If you have Oryou-san, it's one million horse power.
Or is it a million Oryou-san power...
Dialogue 4 (If you have Okita Souji): Ryouma: Ah, it's Okita-kun.
To have that Okita-kun as an ally is reassuring.
Oryou: This guy looks weak.
Ryouma: S, stop saying things like that, seriously...
Dialogue 5 (If you have Nobunaga): Ryouma: We meet again, Devil King of the Sixth Heaven, Lord Oda Nobunaga.
You have my gratitude for back then...
wait, what's wrong, Oryou-san?
Oryou: Oi, this guy is cheating somehow, isn't she.
Dialogue 6 (If you have Hijikata Toshizou): Ryouma: Fighting together with the Demon Vice-Commander...
He was even planning to invite me to the Shinsengumi.
This guy turned even the inconcievable into reality.
Oryou: Hey, that takuan looks delicious. Give me one.
Dialogue 7 (If you have Okada Izou): Ryouma: Long time no see, Izou-san.
...Wait a minute, wait a minute!
Could you put down the sword?
...Ah, it would make me happy if we could get along while we are here like in the old days.
Oryou: Can I punch this guy?
Dialogue 8 (If you have Okita Souji (Alter)): Ryouma: I see
You still have things left undone.
In that case, let me see those things with my own eyes too.
Oryou: This is unrelated, but isn't your sword too big?
It will get caught in doors.
Dialogue 9 (If you have Francis Drake): Ryouma: Captain Drake...!
The great pirate that managed to circumnavigate the world!
Ah, I'd love to do that.
Can I board your ship next time?
Oryou: Ryouma is a man who loves foreign ships.
Likes: Ryouma: Something I like?
I guess, things like fish sashimi...
and I like alcohol too.
Eh? Shamonabe? I'm fine with it, but Oryou-san can't handle it.
Oryou: The talk ends here. Yep, it's finished, it's finished.
Dislikes: Ryouma: My dislikes?
Well... I dislike sad things, more or less.
Unpleasant things like those tend to run around.
Oryou: Oryou-san is not fussy about that. I just like frogs.
About the Holy Grail: Ryouma: The Holy Grail...
You see, for me, since my circumstances are different from the others', something like a wish is...
If I am forced to say my wish then it's that.
A world where everybody is filled with happiness.
Oryou: Oryou-san has a lot of things she wants.
There's that and that and frogs...
And, ummm...
Ryouma: Well, those wishes, you should grant yourself.
Event: Oryou: Yay~, a festival, it's a festival.
There are things you can only do now so you must do them now.
『The Repenting Oryou-san Does Not Stand』
Ryouma: The last part was weird, but otherwise you're right. Well then, shall we go?
Bond Level 1: Oryou: Hey, you. Stop touching Oryou-san. I'll eat you.
Ryouma: My apologies. As you can see, Oryou-san is wary of stranger, no, wary of humans.
Bond Level 2: Ryouma: Ah, it's you.
Are you here to see Oryou-san again?
Eh? Me?
...I see, well then, let's have a nice talk, shall we.
Eh? Ah, that.
If I used the Tosa dialect, my True Name would be easily exposed, so I try to not use it much.
Oryou: Hey, let Oryou-san join in the conversation too.
Bond Level 3: Oryou: Hey, since Oryou-san is talking, Ryouma should bring us some tea.
Ryouma: Oh, how rare for that Oryou-san (to do something like that).
Oryou: And then, Oryou-san sent that mountain god or who flying, when a strange guy came down from above and...
Ryouma: Well then, I'll leave you to it.
Bond Level 4: Ryouma: Eh? My last story?
Ah, that you see... Actually...
Oryou: Hey, stop it. That story has an adverse effect on Oryou-san.
Ryouma: Ah, sorry, sorry.
To tell you the truth, Oryou-san was out shopping back then so she couldn't protect me and she seems to be regretting that a lot.
So let's leave that story for later, okay.
Oryou: Don't worry. This time, I'll protect you and Ryouma too.
Bond Level 5: Ryouma: How should I say this, you have a mysterious charm to you.
I have something similar to that, but it's no match for yours.
Somehow, Heroic Spirits come together to fight for your cause.
I am not speaking of an alliance here.
It feels like something that connects the universe.
And yet, without boasting about that, you remain the same.
I hope you will value the you who behaves like that.
I hope you will value the you who behaves like that. It will surely become something precious to you.
Oryou: Ryouma, you're talking too much.
Oryou: Hey, Ryouma. Your clothes, they did not change.
Ryouma: I like it this way.
Oryou: Oryou-san's defensive power rose again.
Ryouma: You're still getting tougher?
Ryouma: Ah, a kimono?
I have one, but it is easier to move in pants.
Oryou: That reeks of being just an excuse.
Ryouma: The dawn of Japan, no, I should call it the dawn of the Human Order.
To think I would come this far.
Thank you, this too is all thanks to Master.
Oryou: Oryou-san is terribly grateful[1] too.
Since I'm in a good mood today, I'll give you a ride on my back.
Level up: Oryou: Oryou-san leveled up.
Incidentally, Ryouma leveled up too.
Ryouma: Even if it was incidental, it's something I'm grateful for.
Battle Start 1: Ryouma: Well then, let's go, Oryou-san.
Oryou: Leave it to me.
Battle Start 2: Oryou: Keep it together, Ryouma.
Ryouma: Yes, yes, I'll do my best.
Battle Start 3: Oryou: Alri――ght, I wonder if Oryou-san should get a little serious.
Ryouma: Oh, this will be dangerous so everyone should get back.
Skill 1: Oryou: Hey, hey, don't be scared.
Ryouma: No, no, don't provoke them.
Skill 2: Oryou: That guy, can I eat them?
Ryouma: No.
Skill 3: Oryou: Oryou-san will awaken her true power──
Ryouma: I am grateful for that.
Skill 4: Oryou: Hurry and bring it on!
Ryouma: If possible, it would make me happy if you'd just run away.
Command Card Select 1: Oryou: Leave it to me!
Command Card Select 2: Ryouma: Yeah, let's go!
Command Card Select 3: Oryou: I'll send you flying with one punch
Command Card Select 4: Ryouma: That's a good idea.
Command Card Select 5: Ryouma: Shall we get going?
Command Card Select 6: Oryou: I got this.
Noble Phantasm Select 1: Ryouma: Oryou-san, it's your turn.
Oryou: Gotcha. ...I'm going all out.
Noble Phantasm Select 2: Ryouma: Time to use my Noble Phantasm. Oryou-san, are you ready?
Noble Phantasm Select 3: Oryou: I am the rebellious god――――the Serpent of Takachiho.
Attack 1: Oryou: Haaaaa...Aah!
Attack 2: Oryou: Go! Ryouma: Gotcha!
Attack 3: Ryouma: Sei! Oryou: Another blow!
Attack 4: Oryou: Haaaaa... Doryah!
Attack 5: Oryou: Now! Ryouma: Yeah, yeah, understood.
Extra Attack 1: Oryou: Let's go! Ryouma: This is...the end!
Extra Attack 2: Ryouma: Oryou-san, lend me a hand! Oryou: Leave it to me...Haaah!
Noble Phantasm 1: [2] Ryouma: Revered as the Amasakahoko, the Serpent of the Land...
Only I would know what I've accomplished and what I've done―――
『Like a Soaring Dragon』!!
Oryou: HAAAAAAAAH!!
Noble Phantasm 2: Oryou: Yay, peace, peace.
Ryouma: No, no, I'm seriously counting on you.
Oryou: Leave it to me.
Oryou-san's great transformation...
『Like a Soaring Dragon』!!
Ryouma: Don't eat them, okay!? Ah, she ate them.
Noble Phantasm 3: Ryouma: This is my Noble Phantasm... Let's go, Oryou-san!
Oryou: Yeah, let's go...!
Ryouma: 『Like a Soaring Dragon』!!
This is...the eeeend!!
Damage 1: Ryouma: Nuooooooh!
Damage 2: Ryouma: Guh!
Damage 3: Oryou: Gu, gugigi, gigigi, gih!
Damage 4: Oryou: It's no use...!
Defeat 1: Ryouma: Haha... I got beaten, somehow.
Defeat 2: Oryou: Sorry... I can't move, anymore...
Defeat 3: Ryouma: Its...no use...!
Defeat 4: Oryou: Once again...I couldn't protect him...
Victory 1: Ryouma: Phew, that was dangerous.

Cristiano Ronaldo to Man Utd: Portugal star delivers ultimatum to Real Madrid - report - Duration: 2:35.

COMMENT BATTRE LE BOSS DE FIN - Octo Expansion Splatoon 2 - Duration: 5:56.
In Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion, a hidden final boss is available when you are done
with the 80 levels of the DLC, and this boss is very tough!
I see many people complaining about it on the social media, so I told myself
that it would be a good idea to explain in a video the basis
in order to fight efficiently.
And the things you shouldn't do when you fight against this final boss.
So, we are going to spoil the story mode of the Octo Expansion, especially
the very last boss of this DLC.
So, you know the song, if you don't want to see it, I let you hit the like button
under the video and leave right away before being spoilt.
As for the others, well, let's see this!
If you are here, it may be because you want to know more about it, or because
you already defeated it.
I'm talking about Agent 3, the very one you already defeated once during the final phase
you have to confront her again once you passed all 80 levels of the DLC.
This version of Agent 3 is going to be really hard to defeat.
However, you can use some tricks and strats in order to defeat her
a little bit more easily.
So, this video enables me to share with you some tricks, in order to make this
fight a little fairer.
To do so, you have to clearly understand Agent 3's different phases and patterns of attack
Let's see altogether how to make it easier for you.
It's not that complicated, actually.
During the first phase, the trick is to ink and get the turf as much as possible
so you can move fast and avoid Agent 3's special attacks.
To prevent Agent 3 from gaining too much turf, you have to rush
towards her really quick as soon as she arrives in the arena
so that she won't have time to ink the ground, or even use her special weapons.
And this is what will enable you to dominate the fight.
Indeed, the only way to defeat her is, well, to inflict the maximum damage,
you have to know that she's got a protective armure you need to break
In fact, if you let her attack, she will gain turf over you, you you will have
to escape, and it won't be easy to kill her right after.
So, it may be in your best interest to go and splat her as soon as you can.
When she arrives in the arena, she uses a Splashdown, but once it's over,
rush towards her and try to inflict as much damage as possible.
Keep in mind that after a few shots, she will roll left and right,
you must try to anticipate her moves.
One trick could be to try to corner her, like, litteraly using one of the corners
so that she will roll and won't be able to go that far, so it will be easier for you to splat her.
So, let's focus on the different phases of your battle.
The first phase is the one during which she uses her ink-jet.
So here, there are two tricks.
You may do as I said and rush right away in order to splat her
In theory, if your aiming is good, she won't be able to hurt you more
than you hurt her, so you will turn the fight to your advantage.
But if she uses her ink-jet anyway, well, the trick is to count the number
of shots in order to know when she will come back on the ground.
She will shot 6 times in a row, trying to chase you down, so you must
keep on moving during those 6 shots.
When she's about to shoot her last shot, you'd better come close to her reception point
and once she's there, well, ink her up and it will make her
vulnerable, and this will enable you to
end phase 1.
The second phase is the one during which she uses the bubbles.
Here, the idea is to let her make her bubbles but not let her
pop them.
So, once the bubbles are out, well rush towards her and shoot her.
So she will focus on you instead of her bubbles.
Actually, it may be interesting to go near her in a corner, at the beginning of this phase,
so that she will throw her bubbles in a corner of the arena
instead of the middle square.
This trick can make things a little bit easier, you won't have to dodge them after.
The idea is the same: she throws her bubbles and you rush towards her quickly
in order to splat her before she can do anything else.
The third phase is the phase in which she uses her Autobomb launcher.
Same thing here: she will throw a lot of Autobombs, the idea is to
rush onto her at the very beginning and shoot her.
Ignore the Autobombs because they need a few seconds
before exploding.
Focus on her, and try to dodge her bombs at the last moment.
Well, obviously she can shoot back with her main weapon, so be careful.
But, these autobombs are more of a distraction here rather than a real way of splatting us, actually
because they are quite slow and easy to dodge.
So don't get distracted by them.
The fourth phase is the one during which she gets back on her flying saucer and uses her Multi-missile.
Here, it's very easy.
In fact, you must throw two bombs back-to-back, the first one
will break down her defense, and the second one will splat her.
And finally, the last phase in which she uses multiple Splashdowns,
back-to-back.
You have several strats.
You can swim to the left side so that she will Splashdown on the left,
then on the right, then on left, and so on.
But you have to be really quick, both in your moves and your shooting, to swim
across the arena.
Or you can dodge her using the arena obstacles, because, indeed,
even if you are within her Splashdown area, if an obstacle is between you and her,
well, you won't be damaged that much by her special weapon.
So, you can move around these obstacles on the arena
so that you can dodge her attacks.
And once she's done, you can rush onto her to shoot her.
Of course, it may sound easy when I say so, but it is not that simple, actually.
Because throughout the battle, Agent 3 will keep on shooting you.
So you'll be constantly in danger.
But the easiest way to splat her is to rush onto her right at the very beginning,
when she lands on the arena.
Because she won't use her special weapons and won't gain much turf.
And the odds of your imminent death won't be high, because no matter when,
she will always find a way of defending herself.
So your best chance is to know exactly how she attacks, but mostly how she moves
so that you can aim better and splat her the fastest.
Between two phases, don't forget to ink up the arena as much as you can,
so that you can move more easily on the ground.
And whatever you do, don't lose hope.
Because indeed, this final boss is really hard to defeat.
But now that you have the tools to try and defeat it, and so you will get
the Golden Toothpick and you will be the coolest kid in Inkopolis.
So, that's it for this video, I hope these little tricks will be useful, feel free to
let me know in the commentary section how you defeated this boss, if it was hard for you, or not,
and if this video was of any help in doing so.
This was EvilSquid speaking, see you soon in a next video.
Bye!

Nightcore - My Heart Will Go On (Titanic) [Acapella Version] | Lyrics - Duration: 3:43.
Every night in my dreams
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you, go on
Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you, go on
Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on
Love can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone
Love was when I loved you
One true time I hold you
In my life we'll always go on
Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on
You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on
We'll stay forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

The Benefits and Drawbacks of Beta Builds - Duration: 5:13.
Hey, this is the daily overpass, my name is Eric and I make apps!
Now today, let's talk about the benefits and drawbacks of beta builds.
Ok so today I wanna answer a question that came in a couple of days ago on episode 378
from Siddharth Shakya who said "today I launched my new app with beta version.
Can you make a video to explain what are the drawbacks and the benefits of launching an
app under beta version".
Now Siddharth to be honest with you, and I'm ashamed to admit this, for my own apps I've
never done a beta version.
I know I should because I know we've got lots of users, I'll just put things out there and
sometimes it backfires like I talked about on the GDPR consent form last week - that
I got all these bad reviews immediately and I had to pull it.
That's not a good strategy but...for me, it's always been hard for me to find beta groups
and I don't really have a lot of people that I could get the beta tests.
I mean, I probably could if I wanted to but I just haven't.
But for clients, we've done it a lot.
Here's a tool that we use for beta testings, on iOS we obviously use test flight, I'm very
familiar with that, I've done so many releases to test flight for clients.
On Android on google Play it used to be really difficult, you used to have to set up a google
plus group and everything like that, I think it must be easier now because google plus
is no longer in the operation but I haven't used it.
I still use the one that I was using before which is, we use something which is called
test fairy and that's free for up to 10 apps and then it's ridiculously expensive if you
have more than 10.
It's a typical app economy - everything is really inexpensive until you just pass that
one threshold and then you talk about hundreds of pounds a month.
so what I'm always doing is removing the old apps and adding the new apps and everything
like that, and it works really well because you don't need to ask what is the email address
of the google play account and all this kind of stuff when you're setting up those test
users to add them on there, you can just send the email out and they can just do whatever.
That's usually the big drawback with me, it's like, they'll send an email address but they
have 2 or 3 email addresses and I need to find out which one did you register on google
play with and they say I didn't know and we spend all this time there.
So, I use test fairy and I use test flight.
So, the benefits and the drawbacks.
it's difficult with the, when you talk about clients and everything like that, obviously
the benefit is that you get to try something out before you go live.
You can put it out there and have people use it, find out if there's any bugs, if there's
any feedback early on, it's obviously a good idea and everything, especially with clients
it makes them feel a lot better if we can go live.
Now, the drawback is you have to find lots of people to do it and if you're an indie
developer you might not have all those kind of friends to do it.
And also, when you're asking your friends and coworkers and everything like that to
try out your app saying "hey, can you please just spend a bit of time doing it?" they wanna
help you out, so they don't wanna give you advice like "yeah no, it's fine, I think it's
really good" or whatever, because they feel like they're not adding value, so they'll
look for little things that aren't really an issue.
So if you put it out there they'll say "some people might think that icon is ugly, I think
it looks fine but some people might" or "some people might be confused by this" or "some
people might be this...i thought it was fine...whatever", and you're like "I don't want you to guess
what other people do", and so then all of a sudden you've got all this scope creep which
is the other major drawback.
It could be the major drawback, this goes more towards working with clients because
if it's your own app, you find these things early on.
If it's a client application and you put it out into beta version, you obviously wanna
find all the bugs, you wanna find stuff early but you also need to make it very clear that
we're not adding functionality, we're not changing functionality, if we do we have to
quote for it because we built it up to this point.
The finish line is right there and we're just about to cross it and at this point, we can't
introduce any changes.
Or we can but we have to make sure that they get charged for because as a developer, scope
creep is something that you're always looking for and the beta build, when you hear something
like that you think "ah, I don't really wanna have scope creep but it does really help.
And it's such a simple process.
it used to be test flight used to be really difficult because it would only give you like
30 days of the beta build and sometimes I've had clients test for six months, now it's
like 2 months.
Actually it might be 90 days, no it's 90 days now on test flight and on test fairy you can
just do it for as long as you want.
So those are the builds that I use and for those of you guys out there who do a lot of
beta builds, let me know in the comments how you guys do it because I know that this is
an area that I'm lacking in.
Siddharth, I'm just telling you what I know and what I've done in the past but for those
of you guys out there who have a bit more experience with this, i'd love to hear what
you guys have to say and anyway, that's it for today! I'll talk to you guys tomorrow!

iLame_ru about NAVI, PGI and PUBG updates - Duration: 13:40.
I can't look too official. Let's have a talk?
Can you repeat the question, please?
I didn't understand anything anyway.
I want a gun...
Lera, I understand I am a very difficult child.
I don't know, everything is freaking awful... Could you beep this out?
You stream, analyze, and play for NAVI as a stand-in. How are you juggling those things? Isn't it tiresome?
Why would I get tired? There's nothing else to it, I love games,
my job allows me to spend free time the way I want, because I'm an expert in my field.
Share your impressions from the games with NAVI?
Practice games are good, they are not positive, but they are not bad either.
There are always some questionable moments in every game, not only with NAVI.
I feel some negativity after losses, but it's natural, we are all humans, we have emotions.
In general, in terms of teamplay and synergy everything is great.
How did the guys welcome you in the team? Was it easy to achieve mutual understanding?
It was easy in terms of teamplay, but on the other hand the tempo is different.
Drainys, Pokamolodoy, Ubah, they react to some things instantly,
they react a couple of seconds before Pokamolodoy calls it, so I'm usually left behind.
I only start doing something after the command, that's the player I am, I can't take the initiative.
There is a team, there is a task, and I execute it.
So it was difficult to follow their tempo.
Everything is great, I've known Drainys for a long time, I was acquainted with Pokamolodoy,
and I've already played some minor tournaments with Ubah, so we knew each other before.
How would you describe the atmosphere in Natus Vincere?
I can't say they are messing around, they play seriously.
Not seriously, but very seriously, analyzing and breaking down every match and stuff.
Of course mostly it comes down to someone saying that they understand the problem,
but sometimes we review some key plays, even during practice, things like wrong rotations and stuff.
It's fine, it's playable.
During the last month you had a chance to get to know the guys better. How would you describe each one of them?
Drainys is kawaii, Ubah is hater, Molodoy is the calmest person.
Vadim as a captain, how is he? Do you feel comfortable playing under his command?
There are two great captains in CIS: Mumino and Pokamolodoy.
The most important thing the captain should do is not to tilt, when the captain tilts, everyone tilts.
They play calmly, steadily. The biggest tilt from him was: "Guys, it was rather bad".
So I don't feel uncomfortable, everything he says is clear.
How did you prepare for PGI 2018 qualifiers as a team? Did you have a chance to practice together?
There were a lot of practice games, we played a lot, we played two sets of five games every day.
We played mostly pubs, shooting is very important.
A lot of pro teams ignore it, they don't play pubs, they feel they are too good for that.
But it's wrong, you should play pubs, shoot people, and show results even in pub.
What do you think about the format and the length of the qualifier stage? Are they optimized?
I don't mind it, we can play even 600 games from home if needed.
I personally don't care how many games I play at home, but if it's a LAN, my limit is around 30 games in 4-5 days.
I have a good stamina for games, I can play PC for a long time without being distracted.
But playing at home is different to playing on LAN.
From the player's and caster's perspective do you think 20 teams on a map are suitable for competitive PUBG?
Are there any fundamental distinctions between the games with 16 and 20 teams?
Of course there are, the less teams, the more spots to loot.
The optimal setup in my opinion is 16 teams, it's perfectly balanced, everyone can start peacefully,
the amount of hot-drops is minimal on both Miramar and Erangel.
20 teams... 4 extra teams are too much to be honest.
The highest number is 18 teams, but 16 is better.
Having fewer teams isn't much worse, but anyway everyone will meet each other in the end.
Did you expect a serious competition in the PGI closed qualifiers? Do you think A and B groups were equal?
The groups weren't equal, and I didn't expect too much of a competition.
I am confident in my teammates and in myself.
Which squads can you mention among CIS after this qualifier stage?
Were there any teams, which surprised you with their level?
Unique surprised me, I didn't expect them to perform in such a short time,
even considering the support from a very influential person,
who always helps them with jerseys, devices and everything else.
Can you predict who would be NAVI's toughest opponents in Minsk and why?
Unique and Avangar, they can play really well, both teams.
I've known the guys from Avangar for a long time, every aspect of their game is great, like positioning, spots, aim, pushing.
If talking about the CIS region.
Now that you've gotten to know NAVI from the inside, not only as an analyst,
what do you think is the team's main advantage over opponents?
Pokamolodoy is the team's main advantage.
He's the most competent shot caller out there, only Mumino could be on par with him in terms of IGLing, nobody else.
So Molodoy is the team's biggest advantage.
What does the team fail at sometimes?
Throwing smokes.
There was this stupid prac, oh God...
We could've destroyed everyone, but the smoke was blocking vision.
I had 5 smoke nades, Molodoy told me to throw a smoke against 160.
I did, the enemies couldn't see us, we couldn't see them, everything was smoked off.
Are we going to see new strategies from you guys at the upcoming LAN Finals?
You gotta ask Molodoy about that, I know nothing of new strategies.
I simply get told what to do and I try to pull it off impeccably.
You've already arrived at your destination. What are your first impressions of Minsk?
It's a great city, very spacious, with wide streets, a lot of space between buildings, which is cool.
You often mention the developers not paying enough attention to the game.
In your opinion, what changes are essential in order for PUBG to attract wider audience?
What do you personally want to see in the updates?
A good netcode is first and foremost what PUBG needs.
By this I mean the server tick rate and the client update rate of 60Hz, or at least a stable 30Hz.
Which is evident on the test servers, the network performance has been noticably improved there.
The devs also work on the optimization of the game, not always in the right direction, though.
But it's okay, it gets fixed in a matter of days.
Personally I'd like to see more content in the game,
as it used to be during the Early Access period -
they would add a new gun every month.
And not just some pistol, but a good new gun that could be used as a main.
For example, when the Vector was introduced,
it was great, the best gun in close range combat.
You could head into a building and take everyone down.
Now they try to balance things out, but I'd like to see new content being added every month.
It's just a gun, come on.
Just put together a skin, sounds, and some numbers different from other guns.
It's easy.
I want a gun!
One more interesting aspect - being able to play TPP. How popular is it?
It's very popular among housewives, but if you want to play seriously - FPP is the only way to go,
as it's a fair fight when both sides have to peek out to locate the opponent.
There's gotta be risk involved even when defending your spot.
While in TPP, you just go prone on the roof and see everything around.
It's so much easier to defend than to attack as the defender perfectly sees what the attacker is doing,
while the attacker sees nothing.
Competition in the battle royale market is growing rapidly.
What's your take on Fortnite and Realm Royale that is getting popular now?
People will play Realm Royale for a month and quit.
Forntine is a very controversial topic.
The Fortnite developers, Epic Games, have been in the business of developing games for a long while now,
and they perfectly understand how to keep them up to date and what the audience wants.
As an esport, Fortnite isn't really fun to watch.
Maybe this is my bias and my personal opinion, but this cartoon-like graphics, buildings isn't exciting.
And it would look particularly silly in squads.
Two teams meet, build these things and then what? How do you watch it?
I don't know how to watch this, it's impossible.
Whereas in PUBG, you can't edit anything, only move vehicles to use them as cover and something like that.
Having the knowledge of the map, low ground, high ground, buildings, layout of buildings is what matters.
Not some citadel you built to hide in and shoot back from.
I think PUBG is much more skill demanding, which is why it does better as an esport.
Competitive aspect aside, since most people play games just to relax, have fun, spend their free time, blow off steam or something else,
the games like Realm Royale and Fortine are perfect for this, but definitely not PUBG.
In PUBG, there's still a lot of issues that need to be fixed.
Not only optimization or netcode ones, but bugs like when vehicles get randomly exploded or stuff like that.
How suitable is the battle royale format for esports?
It's not suitable in terms of games at all, it's just a good show.
But again, you can use this random aspect of the battle royale to your advantage,
if you know the map well, know how people play, know your opponent, what they will do and what not.
This whole thing is pretty complex:
the way the battle royale players act, the location where the fight is taking place,
15-20 minutes isn't going to be enough to go over all of this.
Any words for the fans?
Eat more.
That's it.

Learn to ride a bike VLOG - Duration: 10:24.
Hey! Hey!
Today is a big day.
Yes it is. We're going to try to teach Harry to ride a bike.
-Wohoo! -Woo!
How old are you?
Three and a half.
Three and a half. If he can learn, then it's thumbs up.
So don't forget to give this video a thumbs up.
You look really focused.
-I'm going to run. -On the bike?
-Yes. Run with the bike. -Run with the bike, yes.
Let's go.
I'm going to adjust Harry's bike so it fits him perfect.
This video is sponsored by Crescent. Bicycles made in Sweden...
Pling, pling, pling.
...which you can use the bell on, and they're really good...
-And use the break! -And use the break.
They're great for Swedish conditions. I know the quality because I've used a Crescent for years.
Our whole family use Crescent now.
-Are you pumped? -Mm.
Is it going to be fun? It's a little hard in the beginning.
Watch out Hussein!
Alma's going to hit me.
Yes. Hussein, you'll be with us for a short while today.
-Yeah, I'm going to work soon. -You're working all the time.
Yes, but it's summer. School's out.
Yes, tell us what you're saving up for.
I'm going to Iran to visit my family, and I want to buy some stuff for them.
That's why I have to work hard.
-There you go. Shall I take these off? -No.
The training wheels? You'll keep your balance. I'll be supporting you back here.
Okay.
It will be one heck of a workout to run after.
Yeah. Let's go! Harry, you steer, I keep the balance.
What are your best tips on teaching a child how to ride a bike?
Good stamina. A well-adjusted bike. A helmet. Don't rely too much on training wheels.
You won't learn to keep your balance. You have to run along and keep the balance.
-You guys, whose nerf ammo is that? -Nerf ammo? Maybe someone's...
...cycling and shooting a nerf gun at the same time?
-No! -Maybe they'll come get us? Go!
Fast, fast, fast, fast.
-What's it like to learn how to ride a bike? -It's a lot of fun.
-Oh, sorry. -Sorry.
I just have to tell those of you watching who don't know how to ride a bike, that it's super fun to learn.
It's incredibly hot today. If you're going to teach your child how to ride a bike-
-you need stamina, endurance and patience.
We're a pretty active family.
We like moving our bodies and being outside-
-having fun together. The bikes help with that.
But this was a next level activity. We're pretty tired.
-I think we're more tired than you, Harry. -Mm.
Or what would you say? You did most of the work.
I got sweaty running 20 laps but it was fun that Harry was starting to find his balance towards the end.
Turning and breaking is tricky. Harry has a hand break, which is kind of hard to grasp.
But I thought it went well. It was nice to move around. I feel more alert.
Harry didn't learn how to ride his bike in this vlog. To be continued.
-We're going on a bicycle adventure now. -Yay!
We stopped here by Årstaviken for a short break.
That's what's nice about Stockholm - swimming opportunities almost everywhere.
I'm not sure how clean it is though.
-Is it cold? -No, it's kind of nice.
Wow.
This is Star Wars!
-It's a freaking bird invasion! -Yeah, super scary.
-That's not your spot. -Welcome to my picnic.
I have nothing to offer. Or actually, I do.
-Water melon? -Open it, open it, open it.
Wait a moment. We have chocolate cake and whipped cream.
-It's opened. -You little rascal. And a bowl each.
-Alma, would you like some whipped cream? -Yes, please. Wow.
Here's a boat, sailing on a foot! Ah, it's broken.
Poor boat that broke.
Now that everybody's sitting down, we'll answer today's question.
Chloe is wondering where our favourite beach is, and in what country.
It's not the beach we were just at, that's for sure.
-I think it's in Redang. -I agree.
Because it was like swimming in a pot of jelly.
Yeah, a vlog from Redang in Malaysia is in the corner now.
-Can I have some more? -Yes, you can have more if you answer...
...which your favorite beach is. -Gustavbergsbadet.
Good choice.
An outdoor bath in Reykjavik in November.
I can't remember the name of it.
-What a bike day. -Yes. But I didn't use the power.
-Me neither. -In our last bike vlog, we talked about...
...the e-bike effect. That we see so many e-bikes nowadays.
-We really do. -It's a fast way of getting somewhere...
...you get exercise, and it's good for the environment.
Yeah, and let's not forget the e-bike bonus.
Yes, you get 25% back if you buy an e-bike.
More information in the description.
-Thank you for watching this video! -Subscribe.
-Philosophize. -Don't forget the little bell.
-Thumbs up, or... -Down.
-Have a good day! -Bye!

alright so the story goes
the top 3 spots your boss

over 500 hiring managers were asked
how tattoos would affect
their decision making in hiring you
and the top 3 places that they
would frown upon you having a tattoo
would be your hands
60% said it would hurt your
chances of getting a job
your neck. Number 2
66% of people said that would
hurt your chances of getting hired
and the number 1 place to not have a tattoo
because it would make them not want to hire you
78% of them said your face
while other hiring managers said it wouldn't make a difference
17% of hiring managers said that
and ever 4% said
it would help you get the job if you had face tattoos
that being said, though, it bugged me for so many reasons
because these hiring managers don't want you because you have tattoos
i don't have a problem with tattoos
tattoos don't bother me
whether they be on your face, your hands, your arms, whatever
and i'm not just saying that because i've got 1 single tattoo
my problem is, is that it's seen as
unprofessional
think of how many times you've been ripped off in stores
I've been taken advantage of
by not just people in stores, but gardeners too
those people were all professional looking
those people
had no tattoos
I don't think a tattoo makes you unprofessional
I'm not afraid of people with tattoos ripping me off
I'm afraid of people who look normal, ripping me off
having a tattoo, that just tells me you're being authentic
you are being you
and I appreciate that
as far as looking professional
get out of town with that
it doesn't hold any merit. I think that's old fashion
They need to reevaluate this
Being genuine, being honest
that's whats up
looking professional
to me that's just
a wolf in sheep's clothes
if anything, i'm more suspicious of you than I am of the guy

The Iroquois Confederacy - Duration: 16:01.
On December 6th, 1811, the New York Historical Society invited former Senator and future
almost-President DeWitt Clinton to give a speech at their annual meeting.
Clinton took them up on their offer, and used the opportunity to deliver a 90 minute monologue
arguing that the Iroquois were, in his words, "the Romans of the Western world."
Clinton's overall argument was that New York academia was not spending enough time studying
the Iroquois Confederacy.
This was true.
The Iroquois definitely deserved some serious scholarship, but not for the reasons given
by DeWitt Clinton.
It was a common trope at the time to draw this artificial link between the Iroquois
and the Romans, but in the final analysis, this turned out to be reductive, and lazy,
and fundamentally wrong.
Today, we can do better.
There's a saying that goes: "the beginning of wisdom is to call things by their proper
name."
The name Iroquois doesn't really tell us anything useful, and the reason for that is that it's
not their proper name.
The Iroquois are known among themselves as the Haudenosaunee, which means "the People
of the Longhouse."
That should give us a clue as to who these people are.
The Haudenosaunee are not one people, but many peoples, knit together by a common culture
and political system.
The Five Nations of the Haudenosaunee were, in descending order of size, the Seneca, the
Mohawk, the Cayuga, the Onondaga, and the Oneida.
These Five Nations formed a confederacy, each semi-autonomous, but united under one supranational
government.
We're gonna tackle that government in a few minutes, but in order to understand it, we
must first understand the Haudenosaunee's most potent political entity.
Any guesses as to what that was?
If only we had some kind of clue.
Oh wait.
We do.
Proper names, they make history easy!
For centuries, longhouses were some of the largest and most sophisticated buildings on
the continent, with some approaching 100 metres long.
The typical longhouse supported 6 to 10 nuclear families, each with their own little section,
kinda like an apartment.
Families opposite each other shared communal fires, which ran the length of the building.
Pay attention, because the imagery of the longhouse and the communal fire is going to
come up a lot when we get into the Haudenosaunee government.
But we're not there yet.
First we need to discuss who got to participate in that government, because it's no simple
thing.
Haudenosaunee society was a matriarchy, meaning that ultimate political power rested with
women.
The most important manifestation of this power was in the position of Clan Mother.
The Clan Mother was basically the head of each family, but in this case the word "family"
had a pretty expansive meaning.
The term included the Clan Mother's spouse and children, obviously, but also her daughters'
spouses, and their children, as well as her own sisters, their spouses, and their children.
As you can imagine, a Clan Mother's family could easily number in the hundreds, which
is where the "clan" part of the name came from.
Everybody in a Clan Mother's extended family were were lumped together and thrown into
one or several longhouses.
On all political matters, the Clan Mother spoke on behalf of the entire longhouse.
This was the most important political relationship in Haudenosaunee society.
Each Clan Mother was empowered to appoint men from her own clan into key political positions.
While in those positions, these people became the personal representatives of the Clan Mother,
and through her, the entire longhouse.
This meant that she was also allowed to un-appoint them at any time, for any reason.
Historian William N. Fenton has said that there's no evidence of one of these political
appointees ever, let me repeat, ever defying the wishes of his Clan Mother.
All political appointees are simply known by the catchall term "chief."
There were 4 kinds of chiefs: Civil Chiefs, War Chiefs, Peace Chiefs, and Sachems.
As you can imagine, Civil Chiefs governed settlements, War Chiefs did strategic war
planning, and Peace Chiefs dealt with diplomacy and trade.
We can ignore Sachems for the moment because we're gonna get into that later.
The most important thing to remember is that every chief was backed by a Clan Mother, and
that the clans, through the Clan Mothers, remained the most important political unit.
All clans within each Nation were arbitrarily divided into two groups which ethnographers
call moieties.
There's not that much to say about moieties right now since they are largely ceremonial,
but you need to know what they are because they're going to come up later.
To summarize, one or several longhouses made a clan, several clans made a moiety, and two
moieties made a Nation.
Clan Mothers picked the chiefs, and the chiefs helped administer each Nation.
But there's one more thing we haven't considered yet.
The actual subject at hand.
The fact that Five Nations made a Confederacy.
The Five Nations of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy met in Onondaga territory and formed the Haudenosaunee
Council.
Who did this?
Sachems.
Remember, Sachems were the fourth category of chief that I said we'd get into later.
WELL, BUCKLE UP, 'CAUSE WE'RE GETTIN' INTO IT NOW.
The Haudenosaunee Council consisted of 50 Sachems from across the Five Nations.
Membership in the Council broke down like this:
The Mohawk sent 9 Sachems, the Onondaga sent 14, the Seneca sent 8, the Oneida sent 9,
and the Cayuga sent 10.
It would be embarrassing if that didn't add up to 50.
Oh, good.
Under the Confederacy, the Five Nations considered themselves one family, living under the same
longhouse.
This symbolism was extremely important.
The Mohawk were the founders of the Confederacy, and as such they were recognized as the theoretical
eldest sibling of this theoretical family in this theoretical longhouse.
The Onondaga were recognized as the middle sibling, and the Seneca were recognized as
the youngest sibling.
Then, for a change of pace, the Oneida and the Cayuga were recognized as another set
of child-siblings, with the Oneida being the elder and the Cayuga being the younger.
This wasn't just for fun.
The exact positioning within this family was the end result of some tough negotiations,
and would have real world implications.
I explained moieties a minute ago, and that's going to come in handy now.
This family structure divided the Five Nations into two moieties.
The Mohawk, the Onondaga, and the Seneca formed the Senior Moiety, and the Oneida and the
Cayuga formed the Junior Moiety.
Remember how different nuclear families would come together to share a fire in the centre
of the longhouse?
That conceptual framework came into play here.
Council meetings took place around the eternal fire of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.
As hosts, the Onondaga Nation was entrusted with maintaining this fire year round.
During actual council meetings, for both symbolic and practical reasons, the job of maintaining
the fire fell to the 14 Onondaga Sachems, who sat in the centre of the longhouse, closest
to the fire.
In the literature these are sometimes called the Onondaga Firekeepers.
The two remaining Nations from the Senior Moiety sat together on one side of the fire,
and the two Nations from the Junior Moiety sat on the other.
Let's get into how the Council worked.
Step 1: Somebody introduces a thing.
Am I going too fast?
This would normally be a foreign policy thing, so for the sake of clarity we're going to
pretend that one of the Mohawk Sachems introduced a peace treaty or something.
Step 2: Whichever Nation brought the proposal would debate the issue among themselves, with
everybody else looking on.
Multiple speakers were given a chance to make their case, but eventually, the Sachems within
that Nation had to come to some sort of consensus.
Without consensus, the proposal died.
Step 3: Once a consensus was reached, the question got passed to the other Nation within
the same moiety.
In this case, since the Mohawk were in the Senior Moiety, that would mean the Seneca.
For the time being, the Onondaga Firekeepers remained separate from this process.
Within that sibling nation, the same process played itself out.
There was another internal debate, and again, speakers got a chance to make their case.
Just like last time, the question could not proceed until there was consensus.
Now it starts to get complicated.
If the two Nations within the same moiety came to different consensuses, they would
have to start the whole thing over again.
Step 4: If that moiety reached a consensus, the issue got kicked across the fire for the
other moiety's consideration.
That moiety, in this case the Junior Moiety, would debate as one, and the issue would not
proceed until they reached a consensus.
However, and this is key, the two moieties did not have to reach the same consensuses.
Just to keep things interesting, we're going to pretend that that happens here.
Step 5: Finally, the Onondaga Firekeepers got to weigh in.
As the host Nation, they got to position themselves as a neutral third party.
Just like everybody else, the Onondaga had to reach an internal consensus.
Now, in this case, where the two moieties disagreed, the Onondaga got to play the role
of tiebreaker, and whatever they decided would become the final result.
If, on the other hand, we were in a situation where the two moieties agreed, one of two
things could happen.
The Onondaga could simply endorse the group's decision, simple enough, or they could send
the question all the way back to the beginning for a second round of debate.
If, after that second round, it came back to them again, they had no choice but to agree.
Still with me?
It's complicated, so let's do a simplified summary.
A person would introduce a question, then their nation would debate, then their sibling
nation would debate, then the other moiety would debate, then the Onondaga would debate
and offer their final approval.
Each one of these steps required internal consensus.
Let's consider the implications of a system like this.
Internally, the Confederacy was extremely unbalanced.
The two most powerful Nations were the Mohawk and the Seneca, and nobody else even came
close.
These two Nations also happened to be located at opposite ends of the Confederacy.
So take a moment and think: which situation would the Haudenosaunee want to avoid at all
costs?
It makes sense when you look at the map.
What they wanted to avoid was the Mohawk taking one position, the Seneca taking another position,
everybody in the middle being forced to pick a side.
A situation like that can lead to a civil war.
Instead, what did they do?
They said "Mohawk, Seneca, the group isn't even going to discuss your proposal until
you two agree."
If the two heavyweights could not reach a consensus, the smaller Nations never entered
the debate.
A similar things happened if the proposal came from the other side of the fire.
If there was consensus among the smaller Nations but the Mohawk and the Seneca couldn't come
to terms, the issue was dropped, nothing happened.
What else would the Haudenosaunee want to avoid?
Well, you wouldn't want the Mohawk or the Seneca dominating the Council, lest you spawn
some kind of Mohawk or Seneca Empire.
So how did they stop this?
The Council isolated the two most powerful Nations in the Senior Moiety.
Remember, the two moieties did not have to agree, so if the smaller Nations said one
thing, and the powerful Nations said another thing, the Onondaga, another small Nation,
got to break that tie.
In other words, if the Mohawk and the Seneca decided to gang up on the rest of the Council,
the smaller Nations could still bypass them.
The Council counteracted the imbalance within the Confederacy.
It's really a remarkable invention.
In the early 18th century, the Tuscarora Nation lost a war against the Europeans, and then
migrated north, straight into Haudenosaunee territory.
The Oneida proposed offering the Tuscarora full membership into the Confederacy.
The Tuscarora were also People of the Longhouse.
Same language, same culture.
It made a lot of sense.
Since the Oneida proposed the idea, the Cayuga were consulted next.
After some internal debate, they agreed.
With the Junior Moiety in agreement, the proposal was kicked across the fire to the Senior Moiety,
who agreed as well.
Finally, the Onondaga Firekeepers were consulted.
They gave the thumbs up, and with that, proposal was adopted.
In 1722, the Five Nations became the Six Nations.
The Tuscarora were adopted into the Junior Moiety as a new, youngest sibling.
However, in a move that tells us that the Tuscarora were in no position to negotiate,
they were not given any representation on the Council.
Up until the mid-18th century, whenever European settlers wanted something from the Haudenosaunee,
they would would ask to see their chief.
If you're made it this far, you should understand that that was a confusing request.
Which chief?
Even if they sent somebody, they couldn't make any decisions without first consulting
with their Clan Mother, and they certainly could not conduct foreign policy without the
Council's approval.
This centuries long miscommunication was completely avoidable.
In 1811, when DeWitt Clinton delivered his speech before the New York Historical Society,
academia was just beginning to take the Haudenosaunee seriously.
It was long overdue.
That's why he devoted so much time trying to convince his peers that the Haudenosaunee
were, in fact, "the Romans of the Western world."
It's unfortunate phrasing, and by now you understand that it's not remotely true.
What he could have said is "you should take the Haudenosaunee as seriously as you take
the Romans."
After all, unlike the Romans, they're still here, still running what can plausibly be
called the world's oldest democracy.

That's the same thing your father said, and he died right here in my hands.
Listen to me, this guy, he's dangerous.
You don't think I can beat him?
I was afraid I couldn't live up to these expectations.
You don't think you got your validation?

Jim Rohn: Are You Ambitious Enough For Success? ( Jim Rohn Coaching ) - Duration: 19:14.
My father had 90 years but it seemed in 93 years but it seemed short in his
seemingly long life of 93 years it was short because it just seems like if we
only had more time Old Testament gives us a view of some people who live to be
five six seven eight nine hundred years old if I have a chance to ask
I will ask how come we got shortchanged
wouldn't that be a good question if you had a chance to ask imagine seven eight
nine hundred years to watch generation after generation after generation after
generation stay healthy and well I mean you got to have you got to be healthy to
make it to nine hundred you got to take your vitamins I'm pushing the Bible I'm
pushing vitamins I'm doing I'm doing good today so the key is time is
precious now let me give you Bill Bailey's a description of time life is
not just the passing of time life is not just the passing of time life is a
collection of experiences their frequency
and their intensity
life is not just watching the clock tick away life is a collection of experiences
their intensity their frequency when my friend mark died at age 44 someone says
that's young to die but what if he lived four lifetimes in
one might not be too young so here's what it whatever the span of your life
turns out to be here's what you want to fill it up with experiences and the
intensity of those experiences
but now let's talk about the management of time
here's one of the best ones we covered earlier when should you start building
this Hotel answer as soon as you have it finished now jot this one down on time
management when should you start the day as soon as you have it finished
plan the day the best you can leaving plenty of room for improvising and
surprises and all the stuff that happens during the course of the day but if
you've planned a good productive day now you start that day you can't believe how
much more valuable your time will be don't start the day until you have it
finished now here's the next one don't start the week until you've had it
finished now to lay out a week is a pretty good challenge next don't start
the month until you have it finished the places to go and the people to see and
the productivity and the sales and the customers and the development and all
the rest of what you want to accomplish during the course of thirty days don't
start the month till it's finished and then here's the big one this is really
challenging don't start the year until you have it finished
to the best of your ability it can't be finished like minute by minute but in
terms of the sweep of what you want to accomplish in the year 2000 and to make
sure that that's set and ready to go but the time January 1st rolls around and it
might get all upset it might get torn up and you do anew and
you make so much progress the first 90 days that now you've got you multiplied
at all by two by three because that happened to me I thought wow here's how
this is gonna be a great year by the time I'd finish the third month I'm
rolling hump sword so many things are happening I revised my whole year's plan
okay now shut this down approaches to the management of time here's the first
one ignore the subject I mean that's good advice
don't let anything overly bug you cuz you remember now you don't have to do
anything summer I got to get a handle on my time
the answer's no you don't if you want to let it all go you can let it all go
I mean this is good advice somebody says you ought uot uot jot this down ignore
all the you arts or you should only if they're giving general information we
should it's better to say if you're teaching we should not you should we
should then you let me listen in without it being too confrontational if everyone
did this see that'd be great and then you give a person a chance to choose to
do it or not to do it but when you start the you ought you are now see if I don't
now see we got some tension and maybe some problems so you arts seem to always
create problems when you're talking to your kids you say no if kids would do
this not always saying if you did this if you did this life would be better but
if kids did this life would be better it's like making a little talk and
letting them listen in and then it's a little less confrontational it gives us
a choice in one of my seminars here's what I teach all life forms strives to
the max of its potential except human beings all life forms strives to the
maths of its potential except human beings
how tall will a tree grow as tall as it possibly can you never heard of a tree
growing half as high as it could know trees don't grow half a tree drives it
through too steep as it can reaches as high as it can produces every leaf it
can every fruit that possibly can to the max every life-form strive to the max
except human beings now why not human beings jot this down you've been given
the dignity of choice you're not a robot you don't have to repeat this year the
same as last year you can tear up last year's plan develop
a new plan
so the dignity of being a human being now here's the choice on being a human
being to be part of all we were meant to be or to be all to strive for all or
half or part or some the choice is up to you to develop one skill or ten skills
so he says well I'd be happy with just one more language well some say hey I'm
gonna learn six or seven and this is all a matter of choice and when somebody
says no you ought to learn four you've got to resist all that because this is
personal dignity and you don't want to destroy somes dignity by by doing all
the Arts and they feel reluctant to do it now we've got problems so if you want
to just ignore this subject on time management now here's the next one step
down to something easier the guys in sales and he says oh I want to own the
company finally owns the company now he's got no time to play golf he
said when I was in sales I was making big money playing golf three days a week
heck with this own in something heck with managing my life was never my own
after I started to manage I'm going back to sales see this is the key if you're
getting too pressed you might consider stepping down to something with a little
easier time pressure little girl says to her mother daddy comes home brings his
briefcase and Pat's me on the head and says hello disappears and works on these
papers how come my daddy doesn't play with me and her mother said look your
daddy loves you very much but he has he's so busy at work he can't get it all
done he has to bring it home he loves you but that's why he can't
play with you and the little girl said why don't they just put him in a slower
group so chop this down now if you don't have time for your kids you might
consider joining a slower group remember when I said some things I went for cost
me too much so reconsider
next key to time management Nets work longer and harder but see there's a
limit to that I almost lost my health the first year I went so crazy about
personal development and achievement I just went bonkers you know I told you I
was skinny but the end of that first year I was a walking shadow and then it
suddenly occurred to me what if I got rich and too ill to spend it I mean that
was a shocker so I started you know developing a little more reasonable
because I said if 12 hours won't do it all work 14 if that won't do it I'll
work 18 I mean how many hours it takes and sure enough it cost me too much so
see working longer and harder for some might be appropriate you know if you're
just sitting around not doing that much this might be good work longer and
harder but you can only work so hard here's the key not to work harder but
smarter when you've worked as hard as you can doing the best you can in terms
of physical output in the time reasonable time now here's the ultimate
in the management of time and that is you simply become more skillful when I
first got into sales you know I was around people that could get you know
nine out of ten eight out of ten and when I first started I could only get
one out of ten but here's what I did I worked around the clock around the clock
so that I would make up in numbers what I lacked in skill that's good in sales
you gotta jot that down when you're new you make up in numbers what you lack in
skill now when you become more skillful the numbers can go down because now
you're you're persuasive ability and all of that is now so high that you don't
need to put as many numbers out but at first if you want to compete or if you
want to really get good you got to put in the numbers but if you get more from
yourself develop more of yourself now the time management becomes an easier
task now here's the next thing either you run the project or it runs you I
found out when you start something at first you're in charge all of a sudden a
year later it's in charge some of the companies I started I'm telling you I'm
in control a couple of years later I'm out of control at first I've got it on
the run two years later it's got me on the run haven't got enough time I'm
dizzy with trying to get it all done so here's part of the key and that's to get
in charge so I'm gonna take charge of my health one of my albums is entitled take
charge of your life take charge of your time take charge of your resources which
were going to talk about next take charge of your health you're the one
that's responsible for it it's not a requirement of society that you not have
a heart attack and take care of your family that's not a requirement of
society but you must make it a requirement of yourself Society doesn't
require that you build a financial wall around your family nothing can get
through that's not a requirement of society it's a requirement you impose on
yourself to build a financial wall around your family nothing can get
through so impose on yourself this self development of being in charge taking
charge of your life and your health and your future and your responsibilities
and all the rest next reasonable time is enough time to achieve all of your goals
just stuff that down reasonable time is enough time I had to learn that
reasonable time is enough time
here's why it's not the hours you put in it's what you put in the hours if you
start depositing greater ideas into the hours you've got later than now I'm
telling you later you can't believe the productivity that will flow the ideas
you can't think of now a year from now they'll start to flow and when you
deposit those ideas in the hours you've got productivity multiplies by two three
five - next time management essential we've already covered the first one a
written set of goals and then do priorities on your goals what's
important this week what's important this month here's the next one
often review just go over your goals to make sure that your list is working for
you it's got you inspired it's got you turned on so missus how come you're up
so early say if you were headed where I'm headed you'd be up early too if you
were gonna meet who I'm gonna meet you'd be up early if it was gonna stack up for
you like it's stacking up for me you'd be getting up early here's some more
time management essentials learn to study what we call majors and minors you
pick up the phone here's what you must say when you pick up the phone is this a
major conversation or a minor conversation if it's minor a few
pleasantries and you're done if it's major maybe you've got to make a few
notes so here's the next one important conversations make an agenda before you
make the call just jot down a little agenda it's so easy now to just talk out
of your head you ever hear a conversation end like this like this
let's see there was something else see you don't look that Swift I can't
think of it right now I'll call you back see you look a little
income let's see there was something it escapes
me right now really so if you got this now make an agenda before you make a
call if it's an important call now later that saves you all kinds of stuff you
call John in the salesman say John remember those four things we went over
said no we didn't talk about that and then you pull out to your daytime or
whatever and there's the list you made when you made the call he said oh yes
seems like I do remember and you've got him with your list if it's just sales
people especially can talk you out of what's in your head it's true no we
didn't talk about that and if you don't have a little proof I'm telling you it's
gone so make an agenda before you make a call so what's a major what's minor now
here's the key on this don't major in minor things if you take a major time to
do minor things I'm telling you you'll be behind the curve constantly here's
what we learn in sales training what's major time and what's minor time here's
minor time thinking about prospects here's minor time making list of
prospects peers minor time keeping books on prospects
here's minor time going to see the prospect
here's minor time evaluating the prospect after you've been there that's
all minor time here's major time in the presence of the
prospect that's mine that's major time and if you took a look if you're in
sales and you took a look at a week you'd say my gosh I'm spending 90% of my
time on the minor stuff and so little time on the major stuff in the presence
of how many hours in the presence of in my day how many hours in the presence of
during my sales week because the time that really counts is in the presence of
the prospect majors and minors here's another key time management
essential don't mistake movement for achievement
it's easy to get faked out by being busy
that comes home at night all exhausted falls in the chair and sits all I've
been going going going here's the big question
doing what it's not the goal and go and go and some people are going going going
and they're doing figure eight their progress is small so don't mistake
movement for achievement here's another one in sales we learned don't mistake
courtesy for consent if somebody's Pleasant and they nod you say oh they're
gonna buy no they're courteous you can't mistake courtesy for consent
now here's the big one concentration I had to learn this all those years ago
I'm in the shower trying to compose a letter found it turns out to be a
strange letter so here's what I learned to do save them work till you get to the
office save the work till you get to the work don't try to get to the office on
the way to work on the way to work enjoy the way and the shower enjoy the shower
then go to work when you get to work I've found this to be helpful
concentration here's another big one learn to say no I'm telling you in such
a social society we have now it's so easy to try to be a nice person saying
yes yes yes to everything find yourself overloaded now you got to call make the
well gosh you know all the time it takes to back out of something that you should
said yes to too quickly here's what might be better I don't think so but if
that changes I'll call you little things you can use not to commit over commit
yourself my friend Ron Reynolds says don't let your mouth overload your back
it's a good one

📝 s7erre - Turn It Up (feat. Elysa) Lyrics
We can hear the sound of thunder
Going on and growing stronger
We can see the stars they're falling
Miles away yet close they're calling
Slow it way down we don't need to rush
Give it to me good, come and make me blush
I see fingerprints on the window fading into haze
Please don't make a sound just promise you'll stay
We can turn it up, turn it up
Turn it to the heights unknown
We can turn it up, turn it up
We take it to the higher zone
No, I won't turn it down take it out or leave
No, you don't never ever have that fear
Tonight we taking down all the red flags
Singing bottoms up to a shot glass
Tonight we're crossing lines no one ever has
Slow it way down we don't need to rush
Give it to me good, come and make me blush
I see fingerprints on the window fading into haze
Please don't make a sound just promise you'll stay
We can turn it up, turn it up
Turn it to the heights unknown
We can turn it up, turn it up
We take it to the higher zone
Feeling higher energy of you and me
Can we make it last like this
Slow it way down
Slow it way down
We can turn it up, turn it up
Turn it to the heights unknown
We can turn it up, turn it up
We take it to the higher zone

To Beelan, Or Not To Beelan | Season 2 Ep. 1 | GAL PALS - Duration: 8:35.
God, Edison's Wi-Fi sucks today.
Normally it's so fast. Doesn't she know I only have one gig of data per month?
Selfish toad.
Whoa Olivia, chill out.
This is the life.
65 degrees
Tacos are on the way..
Oh, make sure you use the new email that I set up for the referral credit.
Bumblebee420?
No, no. Bumblebee42069.
You're awfully chipper today..what gives?!
Whoa, what? Can't I just enjoy a beautiful Californian day?
Guess it's better than the random crying over Dylan
Oh shit, my bad. I didn't mean to bring her up.
It's all good my dude. I can hear her name now without spiraling.
Thank God
Dylan was such a buttloaf.
Oof, harsh.
What am I wrong? That girl did not know what she wanted and she put you through the ringer for it.
Nobody does that to my best friend.
To be fair, it wasn't entirely her fault.
I mean our whole relationship was based on nothing but lies.
And you made out with her boyfriend.
Whoa, what did we say about ever bringing that up?
Look, Dylan made you cry and act all delusional and weird so I don't like her for that.
I know. Thanks pal.
Swear to me you have not been in contact with her.
What? No, promise, scout's honor.
Okay
You've just been doing so much better and I don't want to go back to sad cheeto dust finger's Bee.
I want my friend.
I know.
Trust me. I'll be fine if I never have to see another cheese puff again in my life
You were really there for me when I needed you.
You and Edison..
EW! Stop.
Do not say that name until I have confirmation that our carne asada is on its way.
What the..?
Go for Vivi.
Vivi! Hey, uh, it's Edison. From apartment 3.
Three....
Oh! My little Anne Hathaway looking lesbian, how are you?
Yeah, I'm alright, listen...
I just got home and found an eviction notice?
Oh don't worry about that. I just need that 10K in back logged rent you owe me by Friday.
Right
Anyway I can get that back to you, next week?
No can do
I need it this week.
Full disclosure,
I'm getting
My placenta facial done this week. And if I don't get it done on the full moon. I need to wait another week.
Wait, Viv-
It's Vivi.
Three days Miss Hathaway.
(Edison on phone) I'll do anything. Do you want me to sing again?
(singing) I dreamed a dream-
Another day another dime.

Your day just got a whole lot easier. If this is your first time using our services-
Why don't you come in?
So I've never done this before, I have never hired a Task Buddy.

Yes. Yeah, actually yeah. Sure.
I mean, I have, charcoal water, cold brew, matcha...
Charcoal...charcoal water is perfect.
Ow.
Oh
I, um-this was on your bed.
No, these are for you. I knew you were going to sit there.
Mmm
My favorite.
Oh my god. This is just so embarrassing
I'm sorry, what?
I just have all this fast-fashion. It is such a waste.
I mean look at you
You've clearly embraced secondhand clothing
Yes

Okay

Thank you to say thanks for running our mobile app Krazy Kookies...
5000 Kooky Koinz..?!
That's not even real money!
No, no, no, no, I'm not getting rid of this.
You sound just like my roommate.
This is really bumming me out. Do you want to play Mario Kart or something?
Um
Aya, do you, you know get down with Tegan and Sara?
Olivia Wilde, thoughts.
Are you a resident of the island of Lesbos?
Are you gay dude?
Oh! I really don't love labels. I like to go with the flow.
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So are you seeing anybody?
Olivia I'm flattered, but you're a Scorpio.
No, not me. My roommate, Bee. You guys would get along great.
Wait, how did you know I was a Scorpio?
Isn't it obvious?
It is, isn't it?
You're dead, but you're hot.
Hey! Where are you going?
That bougie-ass brunch place is not open this late.
Uh, work meeting.
Yeah, apparently now we need like safety training ever since Anne sat on the grill.
What?
Yeah, I don't know.
She's got like this weird mark now everybody else thinks it looks cool. It's like the new tattoo...
Okay. Well, you're gonna miss the murder-athon.
It's like Harry Potter weekend but with more death, orphans, and jilted lovers.
OH MY GOD! I just remembered!
I met the coolest girl today. If you think She-Who-Will-Not-Be-Named is cool, just wait until you meet this girl.
Voldemort?
No...Edison.
Yeah, I gotta go. Okay. I'll talk to you later.
Mm-hmm. I love you
Hey.
Bumblebee.
