"How about

a bedtime story?"

Mama asked.

Sami shook her head.

"I don't want to go to bed.

I'm not tired yet."

"All right," said Mama.

"Why don't you pick out a book

to read later?"

Sami pulled a new one from the shelf.

"Just read the first page,"

she said, climbing onto the sofa.

Mama read. . .

The sun went down and fell asleep,

The moon rose overhead,

And Little Bear of Rambling Woods

Prepared to go to bed.

"That's enough," said Sami.

"Don't turn the page."

Mama slipped a bookmark

between the pages.

Sami thought a moment.

"How do bears get ready for bed?"

"How do bears get ready for bed?"

she asked.

"I don't know," said Mama.

Sami lifted the edge of the page

and peeked.

She liked the picture.

"What does it say?" she asked.

Mama read. . .

The sleepy cub went to his cave,

And with a growly yawn,

He slipped into his jammies and

put fuzzy slippers on.

Sami gave a growly yawn.

"I'm going to put on my jammies

like Little Bear," she said.

"But that's all.

Don't turn the page."

Mama helped Sami

into her jammies

and fuzzy bear slippers.

"Do bears have story time, too?"

"Do bears have story time, too?"

Sami asked.

Mama shrugged.

"Maybe we should find out," Sami said.

So Mama read. . .

When Little Bear was dressed

for bed,

He chose a storybook,

And then he brushed his pearly teeth

Beside the babbling brook.

Sami held up her hand.

"No more," she said.

"Don't turn the page."

Mama and Sami sat still

for a moment.

"Little Bear brushed his teeth,

so I will, too,"

said Sami.

"But I won't go to bed yet."

"Fair enough," said Mama.

Sami turned on the faucet.

"Maybe you can read to me

while I brush," she said.

So Mama read on. . .

Mama helped her Little Bear

Climb up into his bed,

So he could cuddle close to her

And rest his sleepy head.

Sami rubbed her eyes.

"Will you cuddle with me, too?"

She led Mama to her room.

They snuggled up together.

"I wonder what happens next,"

said Mama.

"I'll let you read one more page,"

said Sami.

Mama read. . .

As crickets sang a lullaby,

And stars blinked dreamy light,

His Mama read a fairy tale

And kissed her cub goodnight.

And kissed her cub goodnight.

Mama puckered up.

"Stop!"

Sami put a finger to her lips.

"It's not goodnight time yet,"

she said.

"Don't turn the page."

"Perhaps I'll read it to your teddy bear,"

said Mama.

Sami hugged her bear.

"Okay," she said.

"But just a teeny bit.

He's not tired, either."

She closed her eyes and listened.

So if you hear a snoring sound

Beneath a weeping willow,

It's Little Bear of Rambling Woods

Asleep upon his pillow.

"Should I turn the page?"

Mama asked.

Sami didn't answer.

Mama looked down at her snoring softly.

Then she turned the page and read. . .

En los preparativos de OWN SPIRIT FESTIVAL 2018 - Duration: 7:24.

Hello everyone. Here we are, with Francesc de Own Spirit Festival

and Mark Pulido, known by all for the Bilas, and for the therapy he does with that

sound, and well, we wanted to share with you what we have lived today because we are in a key moment

of this festival, which is the fourth edition.

Here, we have the Director and Mark and we would like you to tell us what happened today.

Well, today, at the end, the opening of the earth and the portal we are

creating has come true. This year is the fourth edition of the Own Spirit festival and we have changed the location.

We are in Baldellou, and now, we can manifest ourselves with total freedom and rigor to this

project, because it is a transformative project where you enter in one way and you come out in another,

everyone has a relevant experience. Well, this year with Mark, we said, what can we do

to make people connect even more with that self-love, with that inner-you that

we have forgotten there, right? That part of you, to drive within. How can we do it? Well, he is

another great manifestor and channeler, and well, we were there together and I said man

, what if we take some quartz and put them strategically on festival spots? Under the

Children's area, below the Circus area, the Healing area, the Village square,

because this is like a mini-village at the end, where everything is possible and where you can sense

the highest way of freedom. Finally, today has been the day in which we did the

channeling. Four white quartz, one pink, which is the heart that will be under

production, because we work from the heart, and the great guardian-guide that

is the great citrine, which will be below the village square, also the most important point of

the festival. The epicenter of the festival is the people, it is not a stage, the most important

thing is you, so this year we have been able to make this happen and we have made a giant square

that has the shape of a heart.

It must be said, that the quartz are giant, they are huge.

be self-feeding, we can continue to visualize this, we can continue to deliver sound to these

quartz so that this network continues to sustain and generate this vibration here throughout this

period.

So, more and more, this place has been carefully chosen with

lots of thoughtfulness, and a lot of guidance, because before starting the first edition, we came

here, and we are at the fourth. Finally we ended here,

here everything is designed, there is no straight lines, no houses,

so this facilitates the reconnection with oneself. We offer here, five days without cell phones

in an amazing natural scene, with a wide range of possibilities. We have

created many tools available to everyone, each of us select the one we

need the most and the one we want. So it is a multidisciplinary festival, for all

ages, we have temazcales, this year we have created Mama Yurta to make

individualized therapies, cocoa ceremonies, yoga, there is a Circus area, Cabaret, Children's area,

which we premiered the second year, and it is growing in a spectacular way, and we are very proud of

, because children are the future. They are our future and we have to take care of it. There is, also,

the alternative stage, which is the Chillout, where there is Techno and there is also Psytrance

music and we offer this, five days, you can come alone to the festival, it is a very

easy and pleasant festival and there are people from all over the world. Last year, people came from 30 different countries

and this adds up, because when you do so many kilometers to go to a place, you are not

here by chance, and this creates a very beautiful, very amusing, easy,

and enjoyable atmosphere. It is very pleasant to work on this.

today a quick but a cool tutorial on how to make perspective typography you just

one click we're not going to be using any more tools and it's going to be no

manual perspective edits so find out how to do that next

what is that people welcome back to cetera graphics the home of graphic

design content right here on YouTube typography GSD has arrived and this week

is a very short tutorial but I've got very little time on my hands the later

in this series I'm gonna bring you more in-depth typography tutorials every

single Tuesday in today's video first locate the perspective grid in the tool

bar here once your grid is on the screen you can

move the handles to adjust the height the width and also the Averill

perspective of your grid remember we are not going to be manually drawing the

text onto the grid today I'm going to show you how to simply click once to

make a perspective grid topography if any point you want to hide the grid just

go to the top and click view perspective grid and then hide grid I know many

people including myself back in the day never understood or knew how to hide the

grid and that can be annoying so once your perspective grid is ready it's time

to lay down some typography so locate the type tool and type out some texts

you can press command or control t to open up the type window giving you

access to a myriad of typography options

once your typography is in place it's time for the magic to happen so hold on

a click a with the perspective grid icon in the toolbar and then use a respective

grid tool all you need to do with this tool is to click and drag the text onto

the grid like so and illustrator automatically position it and make its

perspective from here you can press command or control and then hold down

shift at the same time to resize your type without distorting it however how

can we add some text on to the other side of the grid

sometimes the widget that you can see in the top corner of my screen will not be

visible for you you are going to need it for this next part of the tutorial so

double-click the perspective grid tool in the toolbar menu to make sure it's

showing somewhere on your screen the highlighted side of the cube on the

widget will dictate which area of the grid you're going to add your typography

onto so if I highlight the orange side and then repeat the process I can have

perspective typography with ease and with just one click

this method doesn't only work for typography you can add shapes and other

things in Illustrator with this method

so have fun enjoying using the perspective grid tool illustrator for

some cool typography designs this has been a short video but when I have more

time in the coming weeks I'll have longer more in-depth tutorials for this
