The End is in Sight - Building a High Tunnel - Project List - Duration: 9:33.

Hi I'm Mike, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

We are almost done, a few steps left and granted they are big ones but soon Erin will be planting

in her brand new high tunnel as we continue the high tunnel build, on our Wyoming life

Welcome back to the project list, usually the list consists of things added to this

board behind me.

A list we keep in the shop of things that need done around the ranch.

Each week we cross things off the list and each week we add to it.

Its one of those fighting up hill both ways kind of things but without it, something could

easily slip through the cracks.

We have branding coming up very soon, and I have already started a new list of things

that I have to get done before we brand, we are going to try to squeeze in a few days

of vacation next week also and branding is scheduled for only two days after we get back.

This is a busy time with tight time tables and I can't say I'm a huge fan of it.

Like I said the project list usually consists of things on this board behind me, but for

the last few weeks, its pretty much consisted of on item on this list.

Erin's new high tunnel.

A high tunnel is kind of like a greenhouse but at the same time, nothing like a green

house.

Its only a single layer of plastic protecting the inside from the out.

With no heat it relies on the sun to heat the inside and keep everything inside healthy

and warm.

For most plants, its only a season extender.

Allowing Erin to plant earlier and grow certain crops longer inside the warmer environment.

We started this new high tunnel with the hopes that we could complete it within a couple

of weeks, we are beyond that now, over schedule and I'm sure over budget but we are getting

closer to the end.

This week we hit it pretty hard, after some weather delays.

With all the ribs in place and secured together its now time to start adding wood to the structure.

Our lumber is delivered by our local lumber yard and includes pressure treated 2x6's,

regular 2x4s and 2x6s and osb sheeting.

This lumber will make up our end walls of the tunnel and side rails, which we will get

started on first.

The bottom rail of lumber is called the baseboard.

This board is 2x6 pressure treated lumber.

It will be exposed to the outside elements, rain, snow and wind and pressure treated lumber

will hold up better against these attacks.

Because we can't get one that is 72 feet long locally, we are working with 16-foot

pieces.

That means we are going to have to splice boards together and in order to do that we

have to do a little planning.

We want our splices to fall in-between ribs of the tunnel, so the first board we put up

we are going to have to cut to make that happen, each rib is 4 feet on center and in order

to get this board to end in the center of two of them all we have to do is cut off 2

feet.

Then we are up and rolling.

This baseboard serves two purposes.

One is that it prevents the entire structure from sinking further into the ground.

With all the concrete that we used I can't see that of being much of an issue here but

if you were working in a soil that could become saturated and move its definitely something

you would want to think about.

The other purpose of the base board is to give the roll up sides something to rest against

when they are down, and to give a support structure for the roll up sides of the high

tunnel, we aren't quite there yet but soon we will be.

The baseboard goes together rather smoothly and we work down the line, breaking out the

clamps for an extra set of hands that I don't have.

At the end of the first side, Erin come over from where she was working in the gardens

to lend a hand.

The instructions tell you to put your anchors on before this step, however if you were building

your own high tunnel, I would say put on the baseboards first, that way you don't have

to take you anchors back apart to move them out of the way as you bolt the baseboard to

the frame.

With that side done, its time to do the other.

Very much in the same way, cutting our first board to length to stagger out our joints

and then rolling down the line.

Our next side board to install is what is called the ribbon board.

This will be another pressure treated 2x6 as again it will be exposed to the outside

environment.

This board is almost exactly like the baseboard.

The only difference is that it is up the side of the ribs on the tunnel.

5 feet 6 inches up to be exact.

I'm a big fan of using jigs to make my life easier, I hate measuring the same thing over

and over so I cut a couple of pieces of scrap lumber to help us with our distance, using

the base board as a starting point we can put these pieces in place and use them to

hold up the 16-foot 2x6.

Once again, we move down the line, bolting each piece of lumber into the frame of the

high tunnel.

This ribbon board will make up the top of the roll up side and will also be where the

plastic that goes over the top of the tunnel will be attached along each side.

With all of the side rails in place now we can splice them together, using the same lumber

and utilizing all of our scraps we can cut 3-foot boards to attach the splices together.

These boards are then attached to each splice using screws that are just a little bit too

long, but that's ok, we can grind them off later.

We screw through both sides to make sure the whole thing is secure and going to stay that

way.

Our next step in construction is to begin building the end walls but before we close

up the ends we want to get the soil inside the tunnel up to snuff and we start that part

of the project now.

Our soil here is naturally very sandy and we are going to amend the soil using aged

manure and peat moss.

First thing we do is bring in some extra soil to fill in any low spots.

Although most of this can be done with the bobcat, hand work is still needed with a landscape

rake to push the soil into the edges and even it out.

More top soil is brought in and then we can run though it to till those two components

together.

The next ingredient in our soil sandwich is manure.

Aged manure and compost.

This pile has been cooking for about 3 years it's a mixture of straw and manure that

will be perfect to loosen the soil.

Manure also produces increased soil carbon, which is an important source of energy that

makes nutrients available to plants.

Other benefits of manure include reduced runoff and leaching of nitrates in the soil which

is a problem that we deal with a lot due to the sandy nature of our natural soil structure.

The mixture of manure and compost is shuffled in from the pasture and piled close by, then

with the bobcat we start bringing it in.

Where it is deposited evenly across the area, then its spread by hand, just a little bit

to make sure there are no big chucks and could potentially deposit to much nitrogen in one

spot and after we are satisfied it can be tilled in.

The last step in soil amendment is peat moss.

Peat moss is added to soil to adjust the PH of our soil.

Our natural soil has a PH of about 7 which is neutral.

Tomatoes and peppers which Erin will plant in this tunnel, like a little bit more acidic

soil, so adding peat moss will bring that pH slightly more to the acidic side of things.

Peat moss is compacted into bales such as these, each at 3 cubic feet.

The nice thing is that it expands when you open it.

The bad thing is that they are pretty dang heavy.

The bobcat helps and we can open bags into the bucket, breaking up all the chunks and

then spreading it out over the soil.

Last but not least, we till it in.

Completing our soil structure and giving us a nice fluffy and nutrient rich bed for all

of Erin's new plants, begging to get in here.

And soon enough they will be in here.

All that is left is to build the end walls, that's the last big step, then its adding

plastic and roll up sides and that's pretty much it.

Erin can be planting and all those plants still living in the garage will finally be

out in the wild.

Well a very nice, controlled wild.

Kind of like a zoo for plants.

Maybe that's all gardens are….

Acosta Screams Sarah Sanders Must Be Stopped, After She 'Kicks His Butt' On Live TV.

CNN White House Correspondent Jim Acosta is out of his mind with rage, at Sarah Huckabee

Sanders.

Acosta lost his temper yesterday after the press secretary caught him in a lie.

But that's not all.

That caused the bitter CNN reporter to scream, "Sarah Sanders must be stopped," as he

took to social media ranting like a lunatic, after Sanders kicked his sorry butt on live

TV.

You'll love this.

The White House briefing room has become a battlefield, where press secretary Sarah Huckabee

Sanders suits up daily armed with her weapons: common sense and the truth.

The enemy is the press corps filled with leftwing nutjobs, who are armed with lies and falsehoods.

Yesterday, CNN Jim Acosta pushed Sarah too far, and he paid the price.

It all started with the mainstream media's preoccupation with a non-story, they twisted

to suit their false narrative about President Donald Trump.

Grappling to find anything negative to report on the president, the press corps used an

interview from Sunday morning with George Stephanopoulos, and Trump's attorney Rudy

Giuliani.

The big issue the leftwing nutjobs twisted was this idea, that the president can "pardon

himself."

Stephanopoulos, a crafty seasoned Clinton politico, asked Guiliani a ridiculous question,

"Do you and the president's attorneys believe the president has the power to pardon

himself?"

"That's another really interesting constitutional argument, can the president pardon himself.

He has no intention of pardoning himself, but that doesn't say he can't," Giuliani

says.

"I think the political ramifications of that would be tough," he adds.

Actually, the president can pardon himself, per the Constitution.

But any president who had committed real crimes, and pardoned himself no doubt would be committing

political suicide, that's what Guiliani is saying.

It's also a question which has absolutely nothing to do with Trump.

This was a masterful move by Stephanopoulos, and Guiliani probably should have just refused

to comment on it at all.

What the goal was for the leftists is to flood the news cycle with the soundbite, "President

Trump will pardon himself."

If you know nothing about the Mueller investigation, and all you see or hear is "Trump will pardon

himself," that implies the president has committed a crime, or crimes and he is hatching

some plan to just pardon himself.

This is how the game is played by the leftists, folks.

So with that backdrop, Sarah Sanders goes into Monday's press conference and of course,

the leftwing press corps asks question after question about this "pardon issue."

Sarah already knows the game, and she answers the "pardon question" saying, "The president

has done nothing wrong so he wouldn't need one [a pardon]."

But ole Jim Acosta hasn't been called on yet.

Sarah's already gone over, and over the ridiculous pardon issue when she gets to the

whiny CNN reporter.

Acosta is pumped up over a Huffington Post piece which quotes Guiliani.

"If he [Trump] shot James Comey, he'd be impeached the next day," Giuliani said

to the Huffington Post.

He added, "Impeach him, and then you can do whatever you want to do to him."

Rudy was pissed off as he spoke to Huffington Post.

If you read the entire article, it's quite clear the leftist outlet is pressing Guiliani

also on this irrelevant "pardon issue."

The former New York mayor is just plain fed-up with having to explain the Constitution to

these idiots, and his answer reflects his irritation.

So Acosta thinks he's got Sarah Sanders on this Guiliani statement about shooting

Comey.

Jim's excited, asking the press secretary, "So are those comments appropriate coming

from the president's outside lawyers about shooting Comey?"

Sarah Sanders is bored to tears as she looks at Acosta.

She's not impressed with Acosta's so-called "gotcha question."

She dismisses his stupid ramblings with her panned answer, "You'd have to ask Rudy

Guiliani about his specific comments, but thankfully the president hasn't done anything

wrong so we feel very comfortable…"

At that point, Sanders is cut off by Acosta yelling, "Sarah!

Sarah, can ask I follow-up question?

If I could just ask a follow-up…"

Sarah talks over Acosta's whines and calls on another reporter.

As Acosta persists, Sanders says, "Sorry I'm just moving on," then answering his

pathetic cries for another question she says, "No, not today Jim."

Just like a mother scolding a child.

Wimpy Acosta kept shouting that other reporters got follow-up questions, which is a bald-faced

lie.

"No, they didn't," said Sanders, slapping him down.

The entire dust-up takes only a few seconds, but it causes Acosta to become enraged as

the press secretary utterly humiliates him:

So, Jim Acosta is furious as once again Sarah Sanders makes him cry like a baby not getting

his way.

He goes out and plays the victim card.

He takes to Twitter, and makes headlines as the ultimate victim.

The Daily Caller's article is titled, "JIM ACOSTA PUBLICLY BEGS FOR ALL WHITE HOUSE MEDIA,

TO TEAM UP AGAINST SARAH SANDERS."

Acosta rants on Twitter over several tweets screaming "Sarah Sanders must be stopped."

Finally, he posts, "One way to address the briefing is for reporters to stick together,

when the press sec cuts somebody off.

Ideally we could and should insist on answers if somebody is cut off.

We don't do that as much as we should.

Problem is there is so little time and so many pressing."

Jim Acosta is a whiny, wimpy, leftwing nutjob who is constantly getting his butt kicked

by Sarah Sanders.

Maybe it's time for little Jim to take his White House correspondence seat, and turn

it over to someone who won't cry like an infant every time he doesn't get his way.

The only problem is Acosta works for fake news CNN.

There is nobody qualified working there who isn't a leftist sycophant.

They employ no real news journalists.

So wimpy Jim better face facts: Sarah Huckabee Sanders isn't going to back down or give

in.

She suits up every day going into battle against the anti-Trump forces, and idiot Jim Acosta

is no match for a true warrior of truth like our beloved press secretary.

Hunting Half Dollars - Took 3 Boxes For Silver - Duration: 12:15.

all right everyone we are outside my Tom Thumb which is awesome my Wells Fargo

Bank that orders you my half dollars and look what we got here

my favorite boxes although I will tell you I am kind of on a slow streak here

and with Loomis but you never know when the lucky boxes show up for fun because

I can't contain myself anymore like I used to be able to we're gonna go and

crack the top of this box open see if there's any Enders just so I know ahead

of time hard to tell I don't necessarily see any Enders for sure so let me go

ahead and flip this around well as far as Enders everyone that box is possibly

a bust never know this one looked a little funny but it's a bicentennial and

I already looked at you can tell it's not alright well let's check that box

out check out box number two you know this big doesn't really get the interest

but it always gives me silver for the most part so a month to upset if I don't

see Enders I just would really love to see a really nice ender makes me so

happy when I see him and let's see I don't think I see an ender on this side

pretty clear-cut let me go and flip these over and we'll check the other

side so we flipped this box of rolls around and again no silver Enders that I

can see again I don't get a lot of silver Enders so I'll have to see how

these boxes do when they get to the house and they get hunted alright we've

got the two boxes that have that you saw me open up in the car from the grocery

store Bank at the house ready to be hunted I've got my extra flat wrappers

here to wrap them as I go I've got my replacement coins here for any finds

that I get starting to get low but I wonder what's in these boxes let's go

ahead and start getting these boxes open and seeing if there's anything inside

I'll loop you in if I find something to show

well this is a pretty good surprise first roll in it's not silver but check

it out a 1987 nifc Philadelphia Mint half dollar Wow

I was not expecting that for those of you don't know and ifcs are not intended

for circulation and they made them from 2002 to present day they don't make

regular strike coins anywhere anymore for circulation they stop that in 2001

that was the last year but in 1987 they also made not intended for circulation

coins and they made a lot less of them I fire a call there's less than three

million I think two point eight nine or 2.9 million minted of the Philadelphia

and Denver coins there's actually more proofs that year than there is regular

strike coins I think I only have four this is my fifth ever nifc find from

1987 that's ridiculous I'm happy that's a good find hopefully it means something

good for this box well the first box was a silver skunkin and that's become more

common for me lately it's like someone else is in my honey

hole but you know what more power to if they're finding when I'm not

we did find three and IFC's couple o fives in a 14 a more rare nifc at 87 and

probably the world's worst advertising chucks world smaller Sundays hmm makes

me want to go out there's no money all

right one box down let's get into box number

two well guys that second box had no silver in it all we found was four nifc

so not a lot of finds but I always have a lot of fun this is the first time in

weeks and maybe it's been a few months since my grocery store Bank had both

boxes yield no silver the good news is I got more boxes coming tomorrow the bad

news is we got no silver today but I wanted to post this to do to show

everyone that I do get skunked I just don't always show mice cuttings but I

will tell you it's been a while since I've had a two box skunk

alright guys got my box a Hass from this Bank here make sure my AC down

a bit and I'm gonna tell you I don't mind that it's the Harrisburg box but

I'm not too sure what's up with all this tape on it

I hope the Box just got damaged and they didn't hunt it so a little bit concerned

about that I'm not like in boxes that are already appeared to be open

I checked the top and it's definitely machine wrapped rolls all right the glue

is still good maybe they just felt like it was gonna fall apart I don't know but

let me get in here take a look just put the glues on it doesn't mean someone

didn't pull the flaps out the side or something so not exactly too fond of how

this is looking here but let's take a look inside anyway I wanted to get it

live

yeah and the rolls are sideways that's odd

well I don't see any obvious Enders but let me take a closer look and I will

flip them over and look at the other side as well all right guys we got them

flipped around I don't see any Enders I got one with a little bit of a hole in

it but out of the net not much happening so not to worry

that's pretty commonplace for me now that we've checked for Enders let's go

and get this box home so we can get this box funded all right guys we've got the

half dollar box home now and we're ready to get this sucker hunted like I said no

silver that I can see so let's kick it off and we'll loop you in if there's

something we're showing all right guys 15th roll in and I think we're gonna

avoid getting silver skunk this week looks like a pretty good candidate

they're 1967 we've got a silver holy cow two boxes yesterday yielded nothing I

was concerned but we're on the board with the silver and we may have to or

that just a funny-looking coin just 100 I apologize we're gonna slide them up

the wrong way

it's an odd-looking color isn't it I

think this one has been silver-plated

let me weigh it up and see what I find all right guys it's slightly heavier

than a clad half-dollar but it's not heavy enough to be silver eleven three

four is clad an 11-5 of silver and it's eleven three six nine so I'm pretty

certain that this has a thin layer of silver plating on it either way kind of

a cool fine we'll pull it out since it's something different

sure had that edge didn't it but you can see it doesn't quite have the real

silver edge it's too silvery it's too bright

it's got to be plated either way we're gonna pull it out cuz it looks cool

let's get back to the hunt well we're on roll number 34 and I

missed an ender I believe and something else maybe a 90 percenter let's take a

look I did not notice this ender guy's

1966 we've got a second silver and this one looks pretty white but it's the 69

I'll take that holy cow was not expecting this box to heat up we had

found that one at roll 15 and it's been nothing really since and then boom a

couple of silvers in the roll we had a sandwich and I didn't even know that was

an ender I must do a better job of looking but you tell me I just didn't

notice it and now it looks silver as heck in the light Wow

well maybe not an extent we had an ender we had a sandwich we have three Silver's

I'm so grateful that I didn't get skunked this week I ended last week with

a zero silver box I kicked off this week with two from my grocery store bank with

zero silvers I thought I was gonna get skunked for the first time in a while

and so far we've gotten three let's keep looking for more rule 37 looks like we

got something silvery and it's 90% 1964

Denver unbelievable that makes me super excited yes it's

always fun to get 40% but I don't get a lot of 90% at all and I will take it for

Silver's in the box unbelievable well guys another box of Hafs hundred

and we didn't get skunked like I said this week we actually had a pretty good

box here we kept a couple of bicentennials in pretty good shape

kept this 71 silver-plated coin definitely silver-plated it doesn't have

the silver sound and the silver weight but it's definitely heavier than a

regular clad we got seven NISC this is always cool and I don't know what's

going on lately but it seems like every three or four boxes I'm firing one of

these double dial verse 74 DS and I think the reason why I'm finding them is

I'm getting about two to three coins to inspect per role so you're thinking a

hundred to 150 coins in a box and it seems like I'm starting to find him now

because a they're not in that greatest shape but I don't know if everyone's

looking for them or if it's because I'm near the Denver Mint here in Dallas that

maybe I'm seeing more Dee's but at the end of the day I'll take him I wish I

could find a mid state one that I could send in for grading but I'm not gonna

send him coins that are basically very fine or extra fine at best not gonna

grade high and be worth it'll be more expensive to grade it then if I didn't

and a mint State one's only worth about 30 to 40 bucks so that's still fun to

find him I'm a little discouraged that I didn't have a microscope before and look

more often if I'm finding them every three or four boxes then I should have

been looking for him a long time ago it was a great hunt

we got three 40% Silver's a 66 a 67 and a 69 and we actually got a 90 percenter

How To Grow Plum Trees From Seed, Just Over 5 Months Old! - Duration: 5:10.

hey everyone it's Rob the backyard gardenerr and it's time for an update on my

plum tree grown from seed you guys will recall that in my last plum tree update

it was about four and a half months old this little plum tree back here was sown

from seed on December 25th so it's a Christmas baby it's now June 4th so it's

just about five and a half months old just a little bit less than five and a

half months but I thought it was a good time to update you because in the last

video a lot of you I asked the question should I top it should I plant it

outside should I leave it alone what should I do a lot of you either

suggested to top it or put it outside and so I kind of did a little bit of

both first I topped it and then second I brought it outside and placed it in the

garden left it in his pot tell let it get used to the Sun harden off and start

to grow let's take a closer look first and foremost I wanted to show you where

I topped this little guy at it's gonna be tough to see but you can see it right

here I topped this middle leader took off

about six inches and look what he's done since whenever you top a plant all the

side notes and side nodes are right at the base of most of the leaves and as

soon as you top it then it promotes branching of all the side nodes so if

you ever have a tall tree that you want to kind of thrown down top it and let

the side nodes branch out so I've done that and as you can see not only did the

main leader grow pretty tall he put on two other leaders right here another

side branch and these bottom side branches continue to get larger now

because this is gonna be a plum tree I don't really want a lot of foliage under

the foot mark and so we've got one branch down here that's pretty much

senseless to have I am not going to be having a second leader on this guy down

this low so it's pretty easy to do but I can go and bust him off pretty

easily and if I wanted to I could clean them up with a pair of snips and then

finally I'm gonna prune off or pinch off some of these really low leaves

because at the end of the day I don't need these anymore

we're getting this guy ready to be acclimated to full-time outside

and there you have it so now we've got a plum tree that's got his lower foliage

taken off kind of getting him established as a trunk there I'm not

gonna mess with a lot of these leaders for now or a lot of these side shoots

because I like the way that they're coming in but what I am gonna do today

is get them potted into a bigger pot because it's been a hundred degrees

extremely hot lately and the heat is gonna start affecting him in this small

pot as he demands more nutrients and more water in order to sustain the

growth that he's putting on so pretty simple process I'm gonna make some

store-bought potting soil along with some of my homemade compost and we'll

get this guy repot and I'll bring it back in all right everyone we've got him

in his new pot with new soil and a little bit of mulch on top this little

guy should be happy over the next several months

I'm not going to plant them in my garden just yet so that's why I potted him up I

know he's doing well outside and he's acclimated great he had a little bit of

leaf burn when I first put him out but that's normal he's since then grown a

little bit and definitely done well so I'm pretty happy with the progress the

reason why I'm not putting him outside right now I've got almost no space for

him I've got to decide strategically where I want to place him which I will

and so I'm thinking I'm gonna pot him up right now and this will be his home

until at least fall and I'm probably gonna leave him in a pot for the winter

but I'm not quite sure yet let me know what you guys think leave him in this

pot until he gets another foot or so bigger and fills this pot up and then

plant him outside or keep him potted over the winter and introduce him to the

outside world in the soil next year at the end of the day you gotta admit after

taking almost 6 to 8 inches at the top and this guy not even being six months

old yet it's a pretty big plum tree he's doing really well he's at least in this

pot now he's at least almost three feet tall

They organization just announced that there will be no more bathing suit category, and

contestants will no longer be judged on looks.

What's the point, then?

The Miss America Organization has announced an end to the swimsuit portion of its competition,

and will no longer judge contestants specifically on their outward appearance.

Gretchen Carlson, who was crowned Miss America in 1989, made the announcement of the new

direction on Tuesday's broadcast of Good Morning America, CNBC reported.

Branding the pageant "Miss America 2.0," Carlson said, "We're not going to judge

you on your appearance because we are interested in what makes you you."

Carlson, the latest head of the pageant's board of directors, added that many contestants

expressed criticism of the swimsuit and evening gown portion of the pageant in this day of

a heightened awareness of sexual harassment.

Carlson, who filed a sexual harassment suit against Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes precipitating

his departure from the network, added that some contestants told pageant officials, "We

don't want to be out there in high heels and swimsuits," in this era of #MeToo awareness.

The changes will refocus the pageant on talents, Carlson said.

"It's what comes out of their mouths that we care about," she added.

Like many institutions, the pageant has not been free of controversy.

Last year outrage erupted when email communications were leaked showing some pageant officials

disparaging contestants for their appearance and sexual choices.

The resulting scandal caused the pageant to clean house among its upper leadership.

The shake-up brought Carlson and three other former Miss Americas to lead the organization,

including Laura Kaeppeler Fleiss (2012), Heather French Henry (2000) and Kate Shindle (1998).

The elimination of the swimsuit segment ends an over 100-year tradition.

Indeed, the pageant was created in 1921 out of an annual Labor Day beauty contest started

in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in the early 1900s.

A main feature of the original beauty contest, the "Inter-City Beauties," was the public

swimsuit contest held on the Garden Pier.

The winners originally vied for the "Golden Mermaid" trophy.

What is Trooping the Colour? Date, time and how to watch the Queen's 2018 birthday parade - Duration: 3:51.

It's one of the most highly anticipated events in the royal calendar, but what exactly is

Trooping the Colour?

Since 1748,

Trooping the Colour has been the official commemoration of the sovereign's birthday,

and throughout her reign,

the Queen has never missed the occasion, apart from in 1955 when the event was cancelled

due to a national rail strike.

What is Trooping the Colour?

The ceremony is steeped in tradition and involves a military parade and the chance for the Queen

to inspect her personal troops,

More than 1,400 officers take part as well as 200 horses and over 400 musicians from

ten bands.

the Household Division, on Horse Guards Parade in London.

In the past, royal family members including Prince William, Prince Charles and Princess

Anne have participated on horseback.

The Queen, 92, used to trot through the event but she prefers to ride a carriage now.

On the day, the royals travel in procession via horse-drawn carriage from Buckingham Palace,

along The Mall to Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall and back again.

When Her Majesty arrives at Horse Guards Parade, she is greeted by a royal salute and inspects

the troops.

The band also performs a musical troop as the regimental flag – or colour – is carried

down the ranks.

The Queen is then driven back to Buckingham Palace at the head of her Guards.

The royal family then stand on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to greet crowds and watch

the spectacular RAF flypast.

This is a chance for younger members of the family, including Prince George and Princess

Charlotte,

to make an appearance, as they wouldn't take part in the morning carriage procession until

they are a bit older.

When is Trooping the Colour?

Traditionally, Trooping the Colour is held on the second Saturday of June.

This year it falls on 9 June.

Proceedings usually kick off at around 9:15am, when the troops begin to form, but the Queen

doesn't leave Buckingham Palace until around 10:45am.

Her Majesty will arrive at Horse Guards Parade at around 11am to review the ranks, before

heading back to the palace.

The RAF flypast is scheduled for 1pm.

How can I watch it?

Members of the public wishing to watch the parade are advised to stand on The Mall or

on the edge of St James's Park overlooking Horse Guards from 9am.

Where can I buy tickets?

Sadly, tickets are no longer available for this year's event.

The parade is also broadcast live on the BBC in the UK.

Tickets for seated stands around Horse Guards Parade are allocated by ballot, and applications

should be made in January and February.

Up to a maximum of three tickets, each priced at £35, can be applied for.

The dress code is morning dress or lounge dress, and strictly no denim.

Why does the Queen have two birthdays?

Although almost everyone would love to celebrate two birthdays a year, the privilege is exclusively

reserved for the Queen.

Her actual birthday is on 21 April but historically, the sovereign's birthday is official marked

in June with the Trooping the Colour ceremony if the sovereign's actual birthday does not

land in the summer months.

The reason, in typical British fashion, comes down to the weather.

The tradition started in 1748 with George II, who was born in chilly November.

Instead of risking his subjects catching a cold, he combined his birthday celebration

Following their beautiful royal wedding last month, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were

given new titles - the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

couple welcome a daughter, they would not be given the title of duchess and will reportedly

Although what is certain is that Prince Harry and Meghan's children will not be given Prince

or Princess titles - due to royal family rules.

The newlyweds have previously hinted their desire to have children in the near future.

During a visit with Harry in Belfast, the former actress was seen looking at some infant

items by Shnuggle.

Meghan remarked: "I am sure at one point we will need the whole thing.

It's very sweet."

In a 2017 Newsweek interview, Harry also revealed that he plans to raise his children with the

same down-to-earth philosophies as his late mother Princess Diana.

Most liberals have zero faith.

They even look down on Christians or anyone with tradition views of God or religion.

Liberals would rather persecute the faithful, in order to help a tiny minority in the country.

But here's the secret: they don't even care about gays.

Liberals make a big deal about LGBT issues, simply to manipulate that community.

They only want the votes.

But when real problems arise—as when 50 gays were killed by a radical Islamic terrorist

in FL—the left does nothing.

Meanwhile a man like Trump can vow to protect gays, and they call him "homophobic."

That's the warped, double-sided politics of liberals.

Something tells me, though, that Oklahoma residents won't be too upset.

So let's just go ahead and get right into it we have the new NARS foundation

which I have been dying like dying to try this I believe this is called yeah

the natural radiant long wear foundation so many people have been loving this so

that's why I've been super excited to try it so I have three shades here I'm

not exactly sure which one I will be but I have em three Stromboli and then I

have em for Barcelona and m5 Valencia so I want to show you guys some swatches

quickly so this is Stromboli which oh that's actually a really nice shade I

thought it would be like too yellow but it's not it's nice and then we have

Barcelona which this one is described to have a little bit more of a peachy

undertone and then we have Valencia I'll just show you guys a close-up first so

we have Stromboli Barcelona and then Valencia so I think I'm gonna go with

Stromboli so I have the foundation pulled up on Sephora I just want to kind

of go over some of the claims so it's $60 Canadian I first of all love

the packaging like just a really sleek glass packaging okay so some of the

details of this foundation it says that it is full coverage which I'm excited

for because you guys know I love full coverage skin type it says it's for

every skin types a sensitive normal dry combination oily and the finish is

radiant which is I mean explanatory because it's like in the title of the

foundation oh so then when you actually described the foundation it says medium

buildable coverage anyways medium buildable coverage up to 16 hours of

lightweight natural fade resistant wear so it's fade resistant which I'm really

curious to see cuz I epically get a lot of fading around the forehead and the

jawline for some reason so we'll see about that

so it's also supposed to be not cakey or heavy or drying so I guess we're gonna

see so any time I'm trying a new foundation I like to just use a good ol

like regular primer nothing too matte nothing too hydrating just a good kind

of go-to pore filling primers so I am gonna use the benefit Porefessional just

so that I don't you know alter the foundation too much okay so like I said

I am gonna go with a Stromboli so I'm gonna take one pump first which one pump

is like really tiny but I don't know how full coverage is

gonna be so yeah one pump just doesn't give a lot I guess it's just the pump

that they chose to put on this Oh nation doesn't really pump out a lot of product

but this foundation is kind of runny I could tell even when I had it on the

back of my hand so I feel like that's a good amount to start off with also I

love the fact that this does have a pump can I just say when I was like pulling

off the lid when I first got it in the mail I was like praying that they would

have a pump I'm sorry for this sudden it keeps going up and down it's like a

super cloudy day well this actually blends really easily I can already tell

I'm going to need to apply more but that's okay because I just want to show

you guys what one layer looks like because I know whenever I do foundation

reviews you guys just like asked if I can please put less foundation just that

you can see it so this shade is a little bit too yellow for me um I probably

should have tried the shade Barcelona so I think I am actually just gonna switch

over to the shade at Barcelona I think it's going to suit me yeah I think it's

just gonna suit me better I have the shade Barcelona in this year glow and

it's a pretty nice match so I don't see why I wouldn't have chose this one in

the first place anyways umm I really like that look like that finish it

looked a really smooth not cakey feels super lightweight and it's blending

really nicely so I'm actually really happy with it so far I just would like

some more coverage I definitely like the tone of Barcelona way better than

Stromboli Stromboli is just like pretty yellow for me I will leave my foundation

shade down below that I wear in other foundations if you guys want some

references but I can list some right now so I wear giorgio armani at 6.5 and i

also wear two-faced sand wet and wild golden golden beige and desert beige i

make those two so if your similar to me then

definitely pick up Barcelona like that is so much better of a match I feel like

oh my god so much better you guys I am like in love with this right now like

this looks so good I'm gonna try and not get overly excited because I really want

to see how it's gonna look later on in the day but this looks so good oh my god

I see why so many people wear it now and it just feels so smooth

does it feel powdery but it's it's like a liquid smooth it just feels really

good and it looks really good it's crazy because I feel like I feel like I kind

of need more coverage here but I almost don't want to add any more because it

just looks so good like so healthy and my skin looks really fresh like I have

this like slight slight do well I'm so excited I was like praying and hoping

that I would be really happy with this because I have to take photos after this

and I don't know I always every time I'm trying a new foundation I'm just like

please don't end up being a fail so I really wanted to give you guys a

close-up of how the foundation is looking I'm so happy with it like I

can't even say that enough I'm probably gonna repeat that like 50 million times

in this video it just looks so healthy like what our pores

I feel like they don't have any pores I don't have any imperfections with this

foundation and I just feel I just feel good like I feel good it looks good I'm

gonna say it again I'm happy okay so I just finished up doing my makeup and you

guys I am like obsessed with this new foundation like it might possibly

possibly be my new Holy Grail foundation I really love it and I'm actually really

happy with the color the shade Barcelona my cheek products just sad really nicely

on top even the concealer it just all sat really nicely and blended evenly and

it looks super smooth and healthy I'm in love with the finish mostly especially

for everyday because it's just that perfect natural radiant and you know

what's so funny that's literally the name I swear to God I did not plan that

that's literally the name of this foundation but that's the words that

came in my head was like natural radiant because it's just a really natural

finish foundation not to Dewey but it's not too mad

anyways long story short your girl's obsessed with it I don't know what else

to say I love it a lot it doesn't settle into any smile lines I don't see any dry

patches it's not fading which some foundations already start fading on me

especially on the forehead area it looks good so far by the way I did not powder

it and I did not set it the only thing I do is a mac fix+ spray but I didn't use

any other like setting spray just because I don't want to alter the

foundation and I didn't powder because I don't really like powder that much

lately I don't few guys have noticed but I've

been using a lot of liquids and creams just because I love the like natural

finish that it gave so I haven't really been using powder much so I didn't

powder other than my under-eye so just want to let you guys know what I did

also because I know some of you guys will ask I will leave my lip combo down

below in the description box I'm just using the lip liner a lipstick and a

gloss so I'll leave it down below and I'll also link my shirt down below

although I might be filming a super cheap clothing haul so you guys will

probably see this in it but I'll link it down below if any of you guys want to

purchase anyways I'm gonna go ahead take some photos and then I'll kind of vlog

the rest of the day so that we can check in to see how this foundation is doing

ooh that reminds me what time is it so it's currently 142 but I did start my

makeup and put this foundation on let's say around like 1:00 p.m. and then yeah

we'll just check back in later see how this is wearing okay you guys we're

doing a little check-in so it is now 3 p.m. and here's how the makeup looks or

the foundation looks I guess I should say I actually haven't even looked in

the mirror this is like I'm just looking at the viewfinder it's the first time

I'm seeing it I am definitely really happy with this foundation so far you

guys like I hope hope hope it looks good after at least 6 hours like I can deal

with that leaves 6 hours because I feel like if I wanted to push it past 6 I

could try harder like I could powder it set it and with the setting spray and

stuff I didn't do any of that so I'm hoping on its own it lasts at least a

good 6 hours I feel like that's a good amount on its own for it to last so I

also wanted to show you guys the foundation in front of my studio lights

because it's always nice to see how foundations look in different Lighting's

natural light in the Sun studio light and I think it looks really good in the

studio light and also I took flash photos

I didn't get this so this is naturally so I took flash photos and I didn't get

any flash back which I'm really happy about that's like a deal breaker for me

what foundation was it recently oh the new not new the Lancome foundation that

you guys saw me try in my testing subscriber recommended makeup video I

liked the foundation but when I went to take photos it was a lot of flashback I

think it's called the teint idol foundation but yeah anyways I'm gonna go

ahead and um do some editing probably eat cuz I'm hungry and then I will check

back in with you guys in a few hours okay you guys so I just realized I left

my phone downstairs so I can't show you the time but trust me it is 6 p.m. I

think it's like 6:30 ish this is how we're looking so far to be honest with

you I'm actually surprised I am not that oily yeah look I definitely expected to

be more oily I'm really happy with it so far it's actually lasted really well I'm

gonna turn on my studio light so you guys can see how it looks with that

right now because I know that studio lights will show your oils more so just

you guys can kind of see the oiliness I guess okay so here's how it looks with

my studio light on so you can still see like I'm not really that only thing you

guys did I didn't even powder like I'm really shocked by the way my lip liner

has completely faded I just reapplied gloss so that's why I like the little

lip line looks a bit weird but wow I'm actually really really shocked okay so

I'm pretty sure let me grab the mirror then my lipstick is all yeah

lipstick and lip liners all faded down so don't mind how that looks yeah it's

like 8:30 now so it's been just about eight hours the foundation is just

starting to wear off a little bit here around the mouth I might hold you guys

so far like let's get in here so I can really show you guys so as you can see

just like right around the mouth a little bit on the chin and along the

forehead here and those are usually the main areas where I do kind of get my

foundation fading the most but I'm really shocked on how it held up because

I didn't powder because I didn't use a really good setting spray I kind of did

like the least like I did the bare minimum with this foundation and it

still held up really nicely for eight hours

my lip I bit it yesterday I'm like in the process of really getting rid of

that habit I have a bad habit of biting my lips and I stopped for like three

weeks and then I did it yesterday anyways um yeah I'm about to go watch

this makeup off so I can get really comfy any time I have makeup on I'm

always super careful when I lay on the couch cuz I have a white couch and like

white pillows so I don't want to get foundation all over it anyways I love

this foundation you guys like I'm floored actually I was thinking about it

I was downstairs this reminds me a lot of my Giorgio Armani foundation like I

love my Georgia money for the same reason why I'm falling in love with this

one just looks super natural and it looks so beautiful I don't know there's

like a slight difference the NARS one is slightly smoother than the giorgio

armani like slightly a bit more powdery than the giorgio armani one but I like I

feel like they would fall under the same umbrella so if you love the Georgia row

money you're probably gonna fall in love with this new NARS one or vice versa

anyways I love it not gonna lie to you guys it's gonna be like a new fave you

guys are gonna see me using it like forever now let's do a little test in

the studio light so I feel like you guys can see it better I mean I am a little

bit oily on the nose but which is expected you know anyways you guys I'm

gonna go ahead and wash this makeup off I hope you guys enjoyed this first
