В публикации указаны фамилии граждан Украины и иностранных государств, которых планировалось физически уничтожить в результате террористических актов на территории нашей страны», — заявляет спецслужба

Официальный представитель СБУ Елена Гитлянская заявила агентству «Интерфакс-Украина», что ведомство «никому не передавало список, который является тайной следствия»

5 июня этот список опубликовало издание «Страна.ua». «Учитывая большую общественную значимость данной истории, а также огромный резонанс, который она приобрела (в том числе и в международном масштабе), мы приняли решение опубликовать список», — говорится в материале издания

Информация об убийстве Бабченко в Киеве появилась в СМИ 29 мая, украинские правоохранительные органы подтверждали смерть журналиста — он якобы был застрелен на пороге своей квартиры

На следующий день Служба безопасности Украины заявила, что Бабченко жив, а его смерть была инсценировкой в рамках спецоперации по предотвращению реального преступления

Бабченко покинул Россию в феврале 2017 года в связи с угрозами, которые поступали ему и членам его семьи

From the 2008 financial crisis to the Brexit, to the rise of Donald Trump,

these are to my mind all the signs of the Western model in deep trouble.

Historically Western political elites say the founding fathers of the United

States, were much more cautious than today's Western politicians on the issue

of democracy. Most of them tended to emphasize

republicanism and rule of law as a way to preempt populism which may be brought

about by the practice of democracy. But with the end of the Cold War, and with what

Francis Fukuyama perceived as the end of history, one can discern clearly an

arrogance on the part of the West about its political system. Western countries,

especially the United States, at the end of the Cold War, have been marketing the

western-style democracy worldwide with a missionary'zeal pushing forward the

so-called third wave of democratization, which, four a time, seemed to have gathered

momentum. Now, with the lapse of two decades few positive results were

registered, at least by Chinese standards. In sharp contrast China rejects

categorical the Western political model and the country is rising fast on the

unprecedented scale in human history. To me, there are certain what I call genetic

defects in the Western political model. First, the rational human being

assumption. Second, absolute rights, and third omnipotent procedures. Let's

discuss them briefly one by one. First this rational human being assumption

presumes that humans can exercise their reason to think and make rational

choices in casting their votes. So far all

relevant scientific studies have proven that human beings can be both rational

and irrational and even ultra irrational, very irrational. With a growing role of the

money in politics and the spread of new social media in politics there may well

be a rise of irrationality. So many politicians tend to take advantage of

voter's irrationality playing the populist card in the hope of winning

votes and making more personal gains. In fact, we all know,

Adolf Hitler came into power this way in the 1930s. The rise of the new social

media today has furnished a fertile ground for expanding the irrationality

of human beings to my mind. Second, rights absolute is also problem.

Notably the overinflated individual rights and decline of individual

responsibilities. There are so many rights each of which is exclusive non

derogative and absolute, leading to conflict of rights. If one looks at the

United States today we'll find a grave problem of mutual conflicting rights. The

gay rights and the rights of anti-gays, the right of those who'd support

abortion and those opposing abortion, the rights of religious believers and the

rights of non-believers, the right of privacy defenders and the right to be

informed defenders, the right of the Republicans and those of Democrats this

kind of conflict causes a heavy toll to the coherence of a society and to the

normal functioning of the state as the case of the United States today. Thirdly

the belief in procedure importance is admirable but in real practice of

Western democracy the procedures are viewed as sacred and omnipotent. Western

democracy has evolved into a procedure democracy and once the procedure

deemed right it does not matter whoever comes into power. Stein Ringen,

an Oxford scholar, explored this dilemma facing the American political system in

his book "Nation of Devils". He highlights the uncontrollable legislation as

manifested in the fact that all sorts of interest groups use lobbying to have

their own interests protected. He described the dilemma that if the

United States want to carry out reforms it needs to amend the Constitution, yet

constitutional amendments have to go through prohibitive procedures. In other

words due to procedural reasons reforms can hardly be authorized by

american-style democracy and "how can you expect a sick man to cure a sick man?"

Stein Ringen deplores. Once the procedural justice has been taken as

justice itself and made absolute, the consequence is often substantial

injustice. As a matter of fact many enlightened people in the West have come

to realize the deep trouble with Western political system. I remember in Belgium,

after going through a crisis of more than 500 days without central government

many belgian intellectuals published a manifesto in November 2011 vehemently

criticized the failure of the Western democracy to keep pace with the changing

times: The statement says, "except for democracy, innovations all of the world

are everywhere. For instance, companies must continuously reform, scientists must

go beyond disciplinary boundaries, athletes must keep on breaking world

records and artists must keep on bringing forth the new. But when speaking

of the form of democracy, social organization, obviously we remain self

complacent with procedures of the 1830s. Why do we

have to cling to the 200 years old curious? Democracy is a living organism

and the form of democracy is not fixed. It should continuously develop to meet

the demands of our times.

2. "Ok, j'avais tort et je suis désolé." La plupart du temps, un homme n'admet jamais son tort et présente rarement des excuses

S'il le fait, c'est tout simplement pour avoir la paix. Si les conflits et les disputes le fatiguent à l'extrême, il est probable qu'il mente en admettant sa faute, juste pour se défaire du stress généré par ce conflit

3. "Mon ex-petite amie s'est avérée être une vraie folle." Vous pourrez vous sentir flattée par cette phrase en pensant qu'il vous privilégie par rapport à son ex copine, alors qu'il essaye tout simplement de vous prévenir de ne pas devenir aussi folle qu'elle et que dans le cas où vous le deveniez vraiment, il préférerait le savoir, aussitôt que possible, pour prendre ses jambes à son cou

4. "Ce n'est pas toi, c'est moi." Afin d'éviter la confrontation, les hommes ont souvent cette manie d'utiliser des subterfuges

Pour ne pas vous effrayer, il préfère adopter une attitude décontractée afin d'éviter de vous mettre la pression

Il aimerait vous laisser le temps de le connaître et de l'apprécier à sa juste valeur

  6."Vous ( suivi du nom d'un autre homme) semblez avoir un lien très spécial." En général, les hommes sont possessifs surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de leur partenaire

Raheem Sterling has admitted he understands the frenzied reaction to the tattoo of a M16 assault rifle inked on his right calf but has not been affected by the furore, with the forward intent upon making his own mark at the summer's World Cup finals.

The Manchester City forward will fulfil a lifetime ambition by wearing the England No 10 shirt in Russia – he even sports another tattoo of the shirt number on his arm signifying his days in the youth team at Queens Park Rangers – and will go into the tournament fit and focused.

The 23-year-old urged the team to prove themselves "more arrogant and streetwise" than at previous finals and as Gareth Southgate's side completed their preparations with the visit of Costa Rica to Elland Road on Thursday.

Sterling had addressed his late arrival at the national squad's training camp following Saturday's friendly victory over Nigeria, conceding he would have accepted being dropped.

But, speaking as all 23 of the party took part in a speed-dating style interview session in the St George's Park futsal hall on Tuesday, he confronted the fall-out from the tattoo more fully.

The image of the gun on his leg had been photographed during an England training session and provoked an outcry in some quarters, with Lucy Cope, who founded Mothers Against Guns after her son Damian was shot dead outside a club in London in 2002, claiming the tattoo was "totally unacceptable".

The player had taken to social media to explain the picture had a deeper meaning given he was two years old when his father was shot dead, and he had promised he "would never touch a gun".

Asked about the criticism, Sterling said: "No, I can see, most definitely, where they're coming from.

You see a gun on someone's leg, you are going to automatically think, 'What the hell are you doing?' But, from my point of view, I've had that since August or September, I know there've been pictures of it before so why, at this moment in time, does it get reported about?.

"I don't really take it personally. Me and my mum and my agent sometimes talk about it.

Little things, like what happened the other day, people expect me to be really affected by it, but I've been through harder stuff in my life to get down by that, so that's the least of my worries.

I don't feel there's an agenda against me. People ask: 'Do you feel picked on?' And I don't at all. As I said, I can see the reasons.

"The boys have seen I haven't been affected by it, they know I'm fine. If they did see something wrong they would be the first to come to me.

I've got a massive opportunity here, with a great bunch of players, to represent England at a World Cup, and that's my biggest focus now. And that tattoo [story], it's going to be spoken [about] for one or two days.

Football is the most important thing now.".

Danny Rose, Jamie Vardy and Jack Butland are expected to start against Costa Rica when Sterling, who wore England's No19 at the 2014 finals and No7 at Euro 2016, hopes Southgate's side demonstrate the kind of streetwise streak they will need at the finals.

"We need to control games and be a bit more arrogant with the ball," said the City player, who was booked for a perceived dive by the Italian referee on Saturday.

"I'm sorry to say it, but we have to be more arrogant and more streetwise because we are coming up against some great teams who have that streetwise mentality.

They bring their play into it: you do what you have to do to win a game. Be streetwise and clever.

"Watch the Champions League final and when Liverpool go 3-1 down, the way Madrid control the game. They have that winning mentality in big games, not doing anything silly.

They see the game out and once we get that, we'll be a really good team. The one thing I don't like hearing is someone saying, 'We'll see what happens.' Forget all of that.

I'm not coming here to spend five or six weeks of my life to say, 'Let's see what happens and, hopefully, last 16.'.

"A quarter-final won't be good enough at all because we want to win it. Every player wants to win the World Cup, every country wants to win the World Cup, so anything less than that is not really a bonus.

Of course you can take positives out of everything, but you won't be entirely happy if you don't win it.".

A day in Boston | My USA trip 2018 - Duration: 14:40.

It's a great day!

This is America!

I have come out of my host's place. It's been three to four days since I arrived in Boston.

Things are going pretty good.

In the past few days, I slept, ate and talked to people from different parts of the world.

And travelled. Nothing too special though.

This is a town near America's historical city, Boston.

Weymouth is the name of this town.

Big thanks to my host, Richard!

I have bought a microphone. Had received complaints regarding audio.

I have also changed my camera. Right now I'm using Go Pro Hero 6 which is the most advanced camera among the Go Pro series.

From there ahead, I'll get my bus.

With this new Go Pro camera, I bought this microphone.

I'll share the links to all these in the description section.

So that you can easily buy them without any hassle.

If you buy through those links then in a way you'll be helping me as well.

To attach the mic to the Go Pro camera, you need an adapter.

But the problem is, the adapter is quite heavy and almost the same size of the camera. It's getting even hard for the gimbal to handle them both together.

This isn't good. But can't really help it.

Have a lot to share. For now, I'll get my bus from there cause it's the main road.

This is how tickets are validated in the buses.

Blogging is easier here. Nobody is looking at me.

I'm going to reach the place from where I'll get the metro to go ahead.

After Boston, I'll head to New York by hitchhiking.

Let's see how this month-long trip goes for me.

I'm now going to catch a metro which is called subway here.

I'll travel through the red line.

As soon as I arrived in Boston, I bought the Charlie Ticket. Let's talk more about it.

I had prior information about this route before I left.

All thanks to Google Maps. It is amazing!

It's being announced that the next train will be arriving in 5 minutes.

This is Boston's public transport system. It's marvellous!

In comparison to India, it's a bit expensive.

But as per the American standards, it is pretty good.

Some cities in the USA are amazing in terms of public transport.

Boston is one of them. New York is also really good.

MBTA operates buses, subway, ferries and commuter rail.

This pass is valid for 7 days.

There is a magnetic strip at the bottom.

You just need to insert it and the machine reads it automatically.

If you plan to visit Boston, I'll recommend buying this ticket.

Here, the metro looks like this.

I know, many people might be wondering how I'm able to record while sitting inside the metro.

There is no where written that it's prohibited.

I am just doing my work.

Either way, the claims are 99.9% fake, but they might provide you with a good laugh.

This was probably the most disgusting accusations and another blog picked it up and tore it

to shreds.

No matter who the President is, there is always people who dislike them and say horrible things.

However, to be some guy with a blue check mark on Twitter, who writes for Rolling Stone,

one might think they would act with a little bit more class.

Then again, Twitter does have a history of providing blue verified check marks to numerous

people who act in disgusting ways, with Rosie O'Donnell coming to mind.

Granted, the verification system doesn't exactly go by personality, but it's just

to confirm who someone is.

Either way, it's one of those token rewards that supposedly well-known people get, even

though a lot of the people who have the blue check mark are unknowns.

Rodrigo Rocha Loures, ex-assessor do presidente Michel Temer (Foto: André Dusek / Estadão Conteúdo) O ministro Luís Roberto Barroso, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, autorizou a defesa de Rodrigo Rocha Loures (MDB-PR) a ter acesso aos dados do inquérito que tem o presidente Michel Temer entre os investigados

Ex-assessor de Temer, Loures também é alvo do inquérito, aberto em setembro de 2017 para investigar o suposto pagamento de propina na edição, pelo presidente, do decreto dos portos

A suspeita é a de que empresas específicas do setor foram beneficiadas, o que Temer nega

Nesta segunda (6), a procuradora-geral da República, Raquel Dodge, se manifestou a favor de a defesa de Loures acessar as informações

Raquel Dodge argumentou que o pedido deveria ser atendido porque o STF já firmou jurisprudência no sentido de a defesa de investigados ter acesso às provas "já documentadas nos autos e que veiculam informações úteis à condução da defesa"

A procuradora-geral acrescentou, também, que o material pedido pela defesa do ex-assessor de Temer é resultante de quebra de sigilo que já se encontra nos autos, "não havendo qualquer sentido em obstar o fornecimento da senha de acesso aos dados já disponibilizados"

Segundo a defesa de Rocha Loures, a polícia já forneceu os arquivos contendo as informações telemáticas do ex-assessor de Temer, mas o delegado da PF Cleyber Malta Lopes, de acordo com os advogados, não ofereceu a senha, pois "faria uma seleção prévia do que seria considerado 'relevante' para as investigações"
