On Tuesday, Californians are tasked with considering five propositions that vary from wildlife protections to modifying the state Constitution

Here is a rundown of what's on the ballot. Proposition 68 Advertisement Formally known as the California Drought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection and Outdoor Access For All Act, this proposition would allow the state to borrow $4 billion in bonds for state and local parks and other environmental protection and restoration projects

The money would be used to restore parks in lower-income communities, protecting wildlife habitats and rivers or coastal areas, and improving flood protection and groundwater systems

A legislative analysis suggests once the bonds are paid off, the total cost would be more than $6 billion

State Sen. Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) wrote the initiative. Seven different groups contributed a total of $6 million to support the proposition, according to campaign finance tracking website Cal-Access

Proposition 69 The state Senate approved a measure in April that would prohibit lawmakers from borrowing transportation-related revenue for unrelated programs

This proposition would ban the use of any of the new vehicle fees and diesel taxes, totaling around $2 billion a year, for nontransportation purposes

Supporters of the measure include the California Alliance for Jobs - Rebuild California Committee, Members' Voice of the State Building and Construction Trades Council of California, and United Contractors

Even if the proposition is approved, its impact remains unclear. There is an effort underway to repeal the gas tax increases on the November ballot

Proposition 70 This proposition would require a two-thirds vote from both houses of the Legislature to approve future spending of cap-and-trade revenue

The amendment came after lengthy 2017 negotiations between Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown and lawmakers who agreed to extend the state's signature climate change program and add new air pollution regulations

Advertisement State Assemblyman Chad Mayes (R-Yucca Valley) led Assembly Republicans in the push for this proposition

"California Republicans are different than national Republicans," Mayes said last July

"Many of us believe that climate change is real, and that it's a responsibility we have to work to address it

" Proposition 72 If approved, Proposition 72 will allow homeowners to add rainwater-capture systems without having their properties reassessed or their property taxes raised

The proposition could be an incentive for homeowners to reduce consumption from public water supplies in case of drought

So, you want to ride Big E Transit but you're not sure how to get started

thankfully there's an app for that through a partnership between Eastern

Kentucky University and Kentucky River foothills biggie transit is now on

double map available on Google Play or the App Store it allows you to see in

real time where Big E Transit buses are on campus routes to plan your arrival

times once installed just tap on the app to launch and it will open on the select

system tab select Big E transit and that will pull up the map and eventually

the buses that are on the routes that are currently operating pinch to zoom in

Big E transit offers six bus routes to service the needs of the campus

community they're identified by the little bus icons and a three-letter code

let's select route 2 which is the gray route when you tap on the bus it's going

to pull up the identifying marks for the vehicle so you know which vehicle to

look for and its identifier route 2 grey tap identifier route to gray and

it's going to pull up a map of the route and it will also show what stops are on

that route select a stop to pull up the next buses that are coming to those

stops so right now we have the gray route which is due between 0 & 1 minutes

based on its current GPS position and the bronze route is due in the next 5 to

7 minutes at that same stop so when you come back to the main map you can tap on

the maroon route and you'll get the same information tap on the bus and it's

going to show you where the bus is tap on the route and it will show you to

stop on this route as well now let's tap on the Daniel Boone King

Johnson stop and again it's going to pull up showing that it's due between 9

and 11 minutes based on its scheduled arrival and current GPS location now say

you use this stop a lot and you want to make this one of your favorite stops so

you can access that information very quickly if you tap on the little heart

one in the top right corner of your screen it becomes one of your favorite

stops so when you go back to the menu you can select favorites and it will

automatically pull up that stop for you to access the information related to

that stop so you can easily see when the next bus comes through now let's go back

to the main screen you may find displaying four or five or

six routes simultaneously a little too cluttered so let's say we just want to

see the grey route so we're going to select show none and then re-enable the

grey route when we go back to the main screen and then back to the map now when

we zoom in we just see the grey route and to see all available routes again go

back to select route and show all if for whatever reason you just want to see the

map without displaying any route you can click show none say there was an

announcement of a service change and a stop change or we just wanted you to

have a good day when you go back to the main menu you can tap on announcements

and any announcements that are being made by EKU or by Kentucky River

Foothills who is the service provider will pop up on the announcements screen

so you tap on the announcement and it's going to show you the updates have a

nice day don't fail your finals or call your mom whatever it might be now let's

go back to the home screen again if you have any feedback if there's some

functionality that you would like to see or if you just want to say we love the

app in the service tap on the little feedback icon to send an email to double

map who will then route it back to the appropriate personnel here at EKU or

'The Bar Explosion' Season Premiere Behind the Scenes | HUMANS - Duration: 2:59.

This episode is a year after all synths woke up.

The world is picking up the pieces

of everything that happened in that moment.

And of course, everything gets turned on its head

when there is a huge bomb,

which we're filming today, in central London at a bar

that embraces synth-human relationships.

It's a really sad moment 'cause it's actually a celebration

of everyone being together no matter synth or human.

And then, having this huge contrast

of that kind of peaceful,

beautiful community just blown up.

Berrington: I assumed that it would be sort of cheated,

but they actually exploded a bar.

And all the windows blew out. And there was a fireball.

And stunt people diving. And it was pretty amazing.

It happens that quick, obviously,

when the explosion goes. Instantly.

And then, you feel the warmth, then you just, you fall.

And I was on the floor.

Cross your fingers and wish for the best, really.

The explosions take a huge amount of planning.

This actually was one of the first locations we found.

We saw it immediately and thought,

"This is exactly where we want it to be."

And then, there was a lot of discussion

about from what angles we were gonna see it.

Started to work with Karen, the DOP, about the kind of frames

and the kind of vision that we wanted.

How shocking we wanted it to be for the audience.

That's really important that you didn't see it coming.

And then, we started talking about how we wanted

to best cover it to get the most out of the explosion.

We had five cameras.

And we had all our master ARRI cameras doing them wide

and close and profile of the explosion.

We have got an excellent VFX, stunts, and safety team

working on this show.

Sutcliffe: We work very, very close with special effects.

Obviously, they are key to this.

How big do they want to make the explosion?

You know, are people injured? Are people killed?

Then, I've got to get all the stunt people together.

Got to rehearse everything several times.

We're involved in fire, debris, dust.

There's an awful lot of preparation.

Berrington: One of the main things about

filming the explosion is we've had to tell everybody

within quite a big radius around here what's going on,

because if you're in central London

and you hear a big explosion, people are gonna panic.

So there's been months of preparation going into that.

We've had the fire brigade,

who I thought were fake fire brigade.

But, no, the real fire brigade are here.

I think it looked very real and quite exciting.

The whole team did an amazing job.

All in a day's work, yes. [Chuckles]

Robert Mueller Made This Mistake - Duration: 10:37.

Robert Mueller Made This Mistake And Now The Whole Case May Get Thrown Out

Robert Mueller's witch hunt into the President just ran into its biggest obstacle.

That's because one Judge stepped up and delivered devastating news to the special

counsel.

And this big mistake could lead to the whole case being thrown out.

Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn's guilty plea to making a false statement to

the FBI about his conversations with the Russian Ambassador during the Trump transition was

the biggest scalp collected by the special counsel.

It immediately ignited a media frenzy that Flynn was about to flip on Trump and aid Mueller

in making the case that Trump colluded with Russia or that he obstructed justice when

he fired former FBI Director James Comey.

But Mueller ran into one big problem.

When the FBI agents initially interviewed Flynn last January, the agents did not believe

he lied.

That led to much speculation that he was bullied by Mueller into pleading guilty to a crime

the FBI did not believe he had committed.

In an unusual move, the Judge on the case – Emmet Sullivan – ordered all exculpatory

evidence be turned over to Flynn and his defense team.

The Hill reports:

"THE FEDERAL JUDGE OVERSEEING THE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST FORMER TRUMP NATIONAL SECURITY

ADVISER MICHAEL FLYNN HAS ORDERED SPECIAL COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER'S TEAM TO TURN OVER

ANY "EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE" TO HIS DEFENSE TEAM.

THE DEVELOPMENT GENERATED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION IN CONSERVATIVE CIRCLES, WITH SOME SEIZING

ON THE ORDER AS A POTENTIAL INDICATION THAT FLYNN'S GUILTY PLEA HAD BEEN CALLED INTO

QUESTION.

JUDGE EMMET G. SULLIVAN FILED THE ORDER ON FRIDAY, DIRECTING FEDERAL PROSECUTORS TO PRODUCE

TO FLYNN'S LEGAL TEAM "ANY EVIDENCE IN ITS POSSESSION THAT IS FAVORABLE TO DEFENDANT

AND MATERIAL EITHER TO DEFENDANT'S GUILT OR PUNISHMENT" IN A TIMELY MANNER.

SULLIVAN'S ORDER INVOKED THE "BRADY RULE," WHICH REQUIRES PROSECUTORS TO DISCLOSE EXCULPATORY

EVIDENCE IN THEIR POSSESSION TO THE DEFENSE — THAT IS, EVIDENCE THAT COULD PROVE FAVORABLE

TO THE DEFENDANT IN NEGATING HIS GUILT, REDUCING HIS POTENTIAL SENTENCE OR BOLSTERING THE CREDIBILITY

OF A WITNESS."

Some experts – like Fox News Channel's Judge Andrew Napolitano – believe Flynn

was pressured into making a guilty plea and that this new development could lead it to

being vacated.

The Daily Caller reports:

"FOX NEWS LEGAL ANALYST JUDGE ANDREW NAPOLITANO SAID IT'S POSSIBLE FORMER NATIONAL SECURITY

ADVISER MICHAEL FLYNN IS INNOCENT AND WAS FORCED TO PLEAD GUILTY TO LYING TO FEDERAL

AGENTS FOR REASONS OTHER THAN GUILT.

"I'VE NEVER HEARD OF THIS.

SO MIKE FLYNN PLEADS GUILTY TO LYING TO THE FBI IN DECEMBER.

THE JUDGE BEFORE WHOM HE PLEADS GUILTY TAKES HIMSELF OFF THE CASE.

WHY?

BECAUSE THAT JUDGE IS ALSO ON THE FISA COURT.

AND HE MAY, HE MAY VERY WELL HAVE AUTHORIZED THE WIRETAP THAT SURVEILLED MIKE FLYNN WHEN

"WHY WOULD HE WE WANT THAT AFTER GENERAL FLYNN HAS ALREADY PLEADED GUILTY?

THAT IS UNHEARD OF.

HE MUST SUSPECT A DEFECT IN THE GUILTY PLEA.

MEANING, HE MUST HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT GENERAL FLYNN PLEADED GUILTY FOR SOME REASON

OTHER THAN GUILT.

DO PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY FOR A REASON OTHER THAN GUILT?"

Mueller coercing Flynn into a guilty plea for a crime the FBI did not believe he committed

is more evidence his investigation is a farce and must be shut down.

The special counsel was desperate for a trophy to hang on the wall since the collusion investigation

is nothing more than a fake news hoax.

But Mueller's prosecutorial overreach may about to be corrected.
