Devin Nunes Just Revealed The One Secret The Deep State Didn't Want You To Know

The Deep State conspiracy against Donald Trump focused on using the Russia investigation

to drive him from office.

But it was all a sham.

Devin Nunes dropped a bombshell when he revealed the one secret the Deep State didn't want

you to know.

Nunes has been on a mission to get to the bottom of the Obama administration and the

FBI colluding to sabotage Donald Trump.

Their pretext was the allegations of the Trump campaign conspiring with Russia during the

election.

But no evidence exists that proves that theory.

And in his review of documents surrounding the start of the investigation, Nunes found

that no intelligence was used to kickoff the probe.

Fox Business reports:

"HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN DEVIN NUNES SAID SUNDAY HIS REVIEW OF FBI AND JUSTICE

DEPARTMENT "ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION" DOCUMENTS SHOWS NO INTELLIGENCE WAS USED TO

BEGIN THE INVESTIGATION INTO POSSIBLE COLLUSION BETWEEN THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN AND RUSSIA DURING

THE 2016 ELECTION.

"WE NOW KNOW THAT THERE WAS NO OFFICIAL INTELLIGENCE THAT WAS USED TO START THIS INVESTIGATION.

WE KNOW THAT SIDNEY BLUMENTHAL AND OTHERS WERE PUSHING INFORMATION INTO THE STATE DEPARTMENT.

SO WE'RE TRYING TO PIECE ALL THAT TOGETHER AND THAT'S WHY WE CONTINUE TO LOOK AT THE

STATE DEPARTMENT," NUNES TOLD MARIA BARTIROMO ON "SUNDAY MORNING FUTURES."

NUNES, R-CALIF., CITED THE FIVE EYES AGREEMENT AS A WAY OF KNOWING NO INTEL WAS USED.

THE U.S., ALONG WITH CANADA, THE U.K., AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND, MAKE UP THE "FIVE EYES,"

OR COUNTRIES THAT SHARE INTELLIGENCE IN A MORE-TRUSTED FASHION THAN OTHER ARRANGEMENTS,

LIKE NATO, PARTICULARLY DUE TO YEARS OF TRUST AND A COMMON LANGUAGE.

"WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO SPY ON EACH OTHER'S CITIZENS, AND IT'S WORKED WELL," HE SAID.

"AND IT CONTINUES TO WORK WELL.

AND WE KNOW IT'S WORKING WELL BECAUSE THERE WAS NO INTELLIGENCE THAT PASSED THROUGH THE

FIVE EYES CHANNELS TO OUR GOVERNMENT.

AND THAT'S WHY WE HAD TO SEE THAT ORIGINAL COMMUNICATION."

The FBI claims the counterintelligence investigation began when Alexander Downer, who is Australia's

diplomat in the United Kingdom – and who is also connected to the Clinton Foundation

– informed the FBI of a "drunken conversation" he had months earlier with the then-Trump

campaign foreign policy volunteer George Papadopoulos who claimed the Russians had told him they

had "thousands" of Clinton emails.

The Daily Caller reports Papadopoulos believed they were referring to the famous 30,000 deleted

emails and not the hacked emails from the DNC or Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta.

He also had privately denied colluding with Russia or having any role in the leaked emails.

The Daily Caller reports:

"PART OF HIS PLEA DEAL WITH MUELLER, PAPADOPOULOS ACKNOWLEDGED JOSEPH MIFSUD, A PROFESSOR AND

FORMER MALTESE DIPLOMAT, TOLD HIM DURING A CONVERSATION IN LONDON ON APRIL 26, 2016,

HE HAD LEARNED THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT HAD POSSESSION OF "THOUSANDS" OF CLINTON-RELATED

EMAILS.

BUT SOURCES FAMILIAR WITH PAPADOPOULOS' THINKING SAY HE HAS TOLD ASSOCIATES HE DID

NOT SEE, HANDLE OR DISSEMINATE CLINTON EMAILS.

PAPADOPOULOS HAS ALSO SAID HE BELIEVES THAT THE EMAILS IN QUESTION WERE THE 30,000-PLUS

EMAILS THAT CLINTON DELETED IN DEC. 2014 BEFORE TURNING HER STATE DEPARTMENT EMAILS OVER TO

THE AGENCY.

CLINTON'S DELETED RECORDS WERE A HOT TOPIC OF DEBATE DURING THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN,

WELL BEFORE WIKILEAKS BEGAN RELEASING EMAILS THAT WERE STOLEN FROM THE DNC AND CLINTON

CAMPAIGN."

This investigation was a sham.

The FBI used rumor and innuendo – not facts or intelligence – to begin the witch hunt

into the President.

Four investigations – three in Congress and one by Robert Mueller – have not produced

one shred of evidence to back up this wild collusion conspiracy theory pushed by the

Democrats and the media.

If this investigation began on the basis of real intelligence, this would not be the case.

Trey Gowdy has not given up his investigation.

And now he just got his hands on some documents that puts Clinton in big trouble.

The Department of Justice finally stopped stonewalling Congress' document requests.

Gowdy revealed that he and Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte reached a deal with the DOJ

on the production of documents relating to the FBI's conduct in the Clinton email investigation.

REFORM COMMITTEE ANNOUNCED MONDAY THAT THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT HAS AGREED TO PROVIDE THEM

WITH DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE FBI'S INVESTIGATION INTO HILLARY CLINTON'S PRIVATE EMAIL SERVER.

THE DEAL WAS STRUCK AFTER REPS.

BOB GOODLATTE, R-VA., AND TREY GOWDY, R-S.C., MET THIS MONTH WITH THE U.S. ATTORNEY, JOHN

LAUSCH, WHO HAS BEEN SELECTED TO RESPOND TO REPUBLICAN DEMANDS FOR DOCUMENTS.

"WE LOOK FORWARD TO REVIEWING THE INFORMATION TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE DECISIONS MADE BY

THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN 2016 AND 2017," GOODLATTE AND GOWDY SAID IN A JOINT STATEMENT.

"CONGRESS HAS A CONSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM

BY ENSURING TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY OF ACTIONS TAKEN."

The FBI has been accused of letting Clinton off the hook for clear criminal behavior.

Former FBI Director James Comey even drafted a statement clearing her of any wrongdoing

before the investigation was complete.

Critics have long believed the fix was in.

James Comey has admitted his decision to reopen the investigation in late October 2016 was

fueled by his belief that Clinton was going to win and that he didn't want the FBI sitting

on possible new information that would taint her victory.

This leads many to wonder what other decisions Comey has made in the course of this investigation

that were influenced by politics.

FBI critics contend anyone other than Clinton would have been charged for mishandling classified

information.

But was she let go because, as Comey claimed, the decision wasn't even a close call on

the merits?

Or was it because the decision was influenced by politics?

Now that Gowdy will be able to sift through even more documents, Americans should expect

a straight answer.

Hi everyone.

In this video I will show you how to set up RStudio.

In this class you will use R to analyze the data from your fast plant experiments.

You will first need to get R. Then you need to get RStudio which makes R

a little easier to use.

Lastly we will set up the tidyverse package which will help you manipulate analyze and

display your data.

This guide is for PC's but Macs will follow a similar procedure.

So let's begin by downloading R by going to the main R website.

Once there, we want to select download R for windows.

Click on base.

And then click on this link to download the latest version of R.

Once the file is downloaded go ahead and install it and follow the prompts.

To download RStudio we go to the RStudio page.

We want the free open source edition of RStudio desktop

So first we go to products then RStudio.

Scroll down to RStudio desktop.

And click on download RStudio desktop.

Then scroll to the bottom of the page.

And click on the installer for RStudio for Windows.

Once RStudio is downloaded, install it following the prompts.

To install tidyverse we will first need to start R studio.

Then go to tools.

Install packages.

And under the packages field type tidyverse.

Make sure that the install dependencies option is checked and then click install.

Once tidyverse is installed we're now ready to analyze and plot our fast plant data.

'Formula E has advantages over F1,' says former F1 champion Nico Rosberg

For former Formula One world champion Nico Rosberg, its undeniable that respect for electric motorsport is growing. Formula E, he says, represents the future of mobility and despite what all-electric racing critics had predicted -- its just as entertaining to watch.

You never know what to expect, Rosberg told CNNs Supercharged. Last time (in Paris, Sam Bird) -- who finished third -- arrived with three tires of the four! He finished the race in three tires.

I mean, thats pretty impressive. Then theres John Eric Vergne, who managed to take the provisional pole position in Hong Kong back in December despite driving backwards over the finish line.

Thats all the things you need to see, explained Rosberg, who was crowned F1 world champion in 2016 before retiring.

Its great how Formula E has become such an entertaining sport to watch and in many ways it has some advantages over Formula One because it is the unexpected. In fact, even Rosbergs father Keke, who was also an F1 world champion in 1982, has embraced the change that comes with Formula E.

He is an absolute petrol head.

In the beginning he was like who is going to watch e-mobility Formula E, who needs that? and then the other day I caught him -- he set the alarm to watch the Formula E race start! So this is it, that is the biggest sign that the category is established within the hardcore racing world.     Its been a while since fans have seen the German on the track.

But for the first time since his shock retirement at the age of 31, he was back behind the wheel to test drive Formula Es new, futuristic Gen2 car.

    From the Brandenburg Gate to Checkpoint Charlie, Rosberg sped through the streets of Berlin showcasing the ultramodern design and aggressive aesthetic. Its no surprise that Rosberg was keen to see experience the car at close quarters.

Last month, it was announced hed become an investor and shareholder in Formula E. I did a donut as well in the middle of the city -- that was cool, Rosberg chuffed.

Rosberg also took the electric vehicle through its paces on Tempelhof Airports circuit.

    The most significant development in Formula Es Gen2 car is that it now has twice as much energy storage capacity -- meaning drivers will no longer have to make a mid-race car swap as they have done since the sport first launched in 2014.

It was Rosbergs first public appearance since winning the 2016 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix with Mercedes -- which will be joining the Formula E grid during the 2019-20 season, adding to speculation Rosberg might return to competitive racing.

    But he was quick to deny those rumors, telling CNNs Nikki Shields that he has no ambitions getting back on the grid.

When I finished F1 it was a blank sheet of paper and I started exploring, looking at things, and I saw that there was a huge potential in the mobility space to really have a big impact on our world and Formula E is the pinnacle of that.

I am very happy with where I am at the moment so my thoughts have not gone into any different opportunities and its great to be here and supporting in the role that I am in.     However, Rosberg couldnt contain his excitement following his laps on Tempelhof Airports circuit.

That was massively exciting, he told Supercharged. It was a great, special experience for me.

A lot of memories came back and just being in that space again -- (it was) really nice.   The first opportunity to see the Gen2 in race action will come when Formula Es fifth season beings in Saudi Arabia later this year.

using a thinner yarn we could make earrings for the summer

or we could use it as a pendant

for a simple summer necklace even for a child

last year I made the tutorial of the flip-flops,

which you liked so much

so this year I thought to make this slipper

to increase our collection

the scheme is very easy and very fast

so, let's not waste any more time and let's start

we will need: a thin cotton yarn,

a 1.5mm or 2mm hook,

a wool needle, a scissors,

a key ring and 2 pliers

let's start from the sole

had "thousands" of Clinton emails.

The Daily Caller reports Papadopoulos believed they were referring to the famous 30,000 deleted

emails and not the hacked emails from the DNC or Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta.

He also had privately denied colluding with Russia or having any role in the leaked emails.

Hi everyone.

In this video I will show you how to set up RStudio.

In this class you will use R to analyze the data from your fast plant experiments.

You will first need to get R. Then you need to get RStudio which makes R

a little easier to use.

Lastly we will set up the tidyverse package which will help you manipulate analyze and

display your data.

This guide is for PC's but Macs will follow a similar procedure.

So let's begin by downloading R by going to the main R website.

Once there, we want to select download R for windows.

Click on base.

And then click on this link to download the latest version of R.

Once the file is downloaded go ahead and install it and follow the prompts.

To download RStudio we go to the RStudio page.

We want the free open source edition of RStudio desktop

So first we go to products then RStudio.

Scroll down to RStudio desktop.

And click on download RStudio desktop.

Then scroll to the bottom of the page.

And click on the installer for RStudio for Windows.

Once RStudio is downloaded, install it following the prompts.

To install tidyverse we will first need to start R studio.

Then go to tools.

Install packages.

And under the packages field type tidyverse.

Make sure that the install dependencies option is checked and then click install.

Once tidyverse is installed we're now ready to analyze and plot our fast plant data.

first package as well I was able to get the oversized

white hoodie and my bad is a little washed out but as you can see it has

Kenai this time and his signature cursive and it is embroidered with red

and orange and honestly this thing is huge is but I was only able to get a

size 10 u.s. which is a size 14 personally I like my hoodies to fit

super oversized but this is huge as fuck so I know it's going to fit me as a

How Do I Flip Houses With No Money? - Duration: 5:03.

Hey, it's Joe Crump.

I've been getting a bunch of different questions over and over again, so I thought I would

address a few of them in a sort of general way so that you understand how to proceed

with some of these questions that a lot of you are having.

So, the first question is, "How do I flip houses with no money?"

A lot of people would love to invest in property and do it over and over and over again, but

they just don't have the funds.

Or, maybe they do have funds and they want to do a flip and they go out there and they

put their cash up and they get a loan and they're able to do one or two or three properties

at a time and then they're out of business.

They can't do any more until they get those sold and then they can go out and get new

loans.

So, what you want to learn how to do is how to do it with no money.

With no cash.

You know, they say you need money to make money.

I say that if you can't make money with no money you probably aren't going to make

money with money.

So if you learn how to do it with no money then when you make money on those types of

deals and you have excess cash above and beyond what you need to live on, then you can start

investing that money.

And there's some great ways to invest your cash as well which I'm going to talk about

in some videos later on.

But if you want to buy properties with nothing down, the best way to start is, and this is

what I teach my mentor students when they get in, because I know that they're interested

in getting to the cash as quickly as possible.

So the best way to start is with what I call the For Rent Method.

And essentially it's just an assignable lease option.

So we take a one-page lease option memo, we ask the seller to sign it and they tell us

yes you can buy it on a lease option and you can assign your right to buy to someone else,

and if you don't buy it, that's okay, too.

That's what a lease option says, essentially.

It has the price, it has the monthly payment, it has the term of the lease which I usually

do three years.

So let's say somebody comes in and says I want to sell my property, $200K, a three-year

lease option, with $1,800 a month.

What we're going to do is take that $200K price, we're going to raise it up to $220K

and even though it may only be worth $200K we can still raise the price because we're

selling it on terms.

What we have to make sure we do properly is make the monthly payment at market rent or

below.

If it's not at market rent or below, it will not sell.

We can sell it for more than its value but we can't sell it for more than its monthly

payment, because that's what's going to be most sensitive for lease option buyers.

So you'd list it at $1,800 a month and you know, maybe $220K, $210K, $220K, depending

on how much you think you can get out of that market.

And then you put it on the market to sell it.

And you find a buyer, a lease option buyer who will come up with $10K or $20K as a down

payment.

And let's say they can only come up with $5,000 as a down payment and you're willing

to take $10K. Let's say they come up with $5,000 and then, but they could make another

$5,000 in payments over the next few years.

You could put that on as a promissory note later on.

So you get $5,000 in cash, another $5,000 as a note that you'll get paid for over

the next two or three years.

So that's a great way to make money without having any capital at all.

And you can do as many of these as you can convince sellers to do it.

Now, the beauty is, I have the Automarketer.

Now, you could go find these buyers, or I'm sorry, you can go find these sellers just

by going onto craigslist or to Zillow and looking for for sale by owners.

And then calling those people and say, hey, would you consider selling your home rent

to buy rather than selling it outright?

And you can either call the For Rent or you can call the For Sale By Owners.

We originally started this by just calling the For Rents and we ran out of them so we

started calling the For Sale By Owners and they worked even better.

And now we've got the Automarketer set up so that it'll actually text all those For

Sale By Owners for you and with the text that says would you consider selling your home

rent to buy?

If you would, I'd be interested.

Please let me know.

And then they'll text us back a message and it'll be either yes or no or, you know,

stop bothering me.

And we find that when they text back about 20% of them are yes or maybe or give me $20K

and I'll do it.

You know, something along those lines.

And then we just get on the phone with those people.

So if we're paying just a few cents per lead, you know, if we're paying, let's

say, 15¢ per lead, and only one in ten of those are yeses, that means we're paying

a buck-and-a-half per leave, which is just an amazing price.

If you've ever done any direct mail, you know that you're usually going to be paying

$10 to $20 per lead if you're doing yellow letters or post cards or any other kind of

direct mail.

And those have always been good ways to find leads.

But why spend that kind of money if you can do it for pennies on the dollar?

Anyway.
