Nuestros clientes responden: Alfredo de la Rosa, FEMSA/Coca-Cola - Duration: 3:40.FEMSA/Coca-Cola's PV ventilated façade located in Monterrey (Mexico)
integrates 400 units of solar PV glass manufactured by Onyx Solar.
This sustainable façade allows its users to see the outside,
protects them from extreme temperature and improves the energy efficiency of the building.
And it generates electricity!
Our clients answer
We needed to improve the value of our building. It had to match with what we are
as a company. FEMSA.
We had to lower our energy consumption. We had to improve the aesthetic part as well.
Make it congruent with us.
We searched the market for a product
and we found Onyx Solar's PV Glass after a long search.
In the end we concluded that (Onyx Solar) was the one that gave us the best solution.
What convinced us to choose Onyx was its flexibility.
The size of the pieces suited what we needed
The structural solution was generated so that we could still see the exterior
and still have an aesthetic improvement.
Onyx was the one that offered all of it.
We couldn't find any other solution in the market.
Onyx offered a customized solution in size, thickness and shape of the PV glass.
At the beginning we thought it was going to be more expensive than what it was,
We even considered discarding it before doing an actual research on it.
But when we realized that the differential of having an ordinary architectural glass
to have photovoltaic glass was worth it, is when we decided to vouch for Onyx Solar.
And we are very happy with it.
PV Glass has a great advantage over other building materials and float facades.
There are laminated materials that are opaque, that do not allow to see the outside, something that the photovoltaic glass does allow.
That was one of the requirements of our project.
To be able to see the outside. The Pv Glass allows it.
That is a great advantage.
In the periodic reviews of our energy consumption, the air conditioning consumption was so large
that we had to do something. After installing this photovoltaic façade
we are consuming 35% less of energy.
I have to say that in the 5 years since the façade was installed we have not had any problem.
It hasn't required much maintenance.
It's been working by itself.
It hasn't required anything in 5 years.
We've been checking its behavior, production and we have kept it clean.
We've also checked the structure, but it doesn't require much.
The more sustainable we do our projects; the more we will be contributing to the environment.
It's something that we have to do. The technology is going that way. It is there and we have to take advantage of it.

Come, let us sing with joy to Yah
Let us rise a shout before the Rock of our salvation
Let us come before His face with thanks
Let us shout for joy to Him with psalms
For YESHUA is a great God
Great King above all gods
The deep places of the earth are in His hand
The summits of the mountains also are His
The sea is His and He made it
And His hands formed the dry land
Today if you will hear His voice
Do not harden your heart as in Meribah
As in the day of Massah in the wilderness
When your fathers tried Me
They tested Me even
They saw Youry work
For forty years you was disgusted with this generation
And He said they are a people who err in heart
Come let us worship
Bow down; let us kneel
Before YESHUA
Our Maker
Come, let us sing with joy to Yah
Let us rise a shout before the Rock of our salvation
Let us come before His face with thanks
Let us shout for joy to Him with psalms
And they do not know Your ways
Therefore You swore in Your anger
They shall not enter
Into Your rest
Come let us worship
Bow down; let us kneel
For He is our God
And we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand
Come, let us sing with joy to Yah
Let us rise a shout before the Rock of our salvation

Modern Relationship / Modern couples today - Duration: 2:01.Two ron with coca cola, please
Jo, let's see if Monica and Cristian are coming.
They always take a lot
How annoying ...
:(
Well the truth is that I do not usually come here
I do not know why you brought me here
Well, yes, here is a store that
I have very much to see
Because it has super cool outfits, oh and of course
I was wearing it for last year for my friend's wedding
Sara, I do not know if you remember ...
Hey, what heat does not it? It makes a lot of heat
I do not know, but it's my problem
What I do? I tell the bartender how hot it is?
I do not know what to do
But look at what conditions we are
Why look at that site
Other is the sticky floor and everything
What do we do? Do I tell you?
Well, shall we sit or something? Because I'm tired
And with this heat and everything ...
And all the roll this
Let's sit...
:/
What was I saying?
Ah sí, la tienda de ropa
Well, that's because in this clothing store
Well I bought
Two outfits, uh, the blazer I wore the other day
in your birthday
And the dress I told you I wore
At the wedding of my friend Sara last year
You remember?
Pues eso, y que quería volver pues la tenia
Seen for that
Because it's so hot now
And we are going to go to the beach
Well, he wanted to buy me something, you know?, I do not know ...
-_-
Why do not you say anything?
What are you thinking about?
Will he be thinking of another?
Fuck, what a boyfriend scam, how dare you?
Then the vision of the eternal return
That the Maya conceived in Pre-Hispanic America
Is closely related to the concept
Of the Superman of Nietzsche
Since if the superman has lived a life
So intense and wonderful
For it contains a positive meaning
With respect to ordinary men
Nothingness is despair for some
And the repetition of the same without being able to change
What is going to happen
A conviction
So
Is this date I've had it before?
And this reflection too?
Ay...
What anguish ...
I'd better order a smoothie
:D

Me irrito facilmente, por que será? - Duration: 4:08.I get mad easily, why is that?
Hello - how are you? I'm Fernanda Alem and it is a pleasure to be here with you in one more video of the Brain U Coaching.
Today's topic is: I get mad easily, why is that?
When my Coachees, my clients come looking for me for a coaching session because they are angry and they don't of medium to long term and dont know why
I throw the ball on their side and ask them: how are you dealing with
this equation: what are your values x your needs x your dreams? It is important as human beings, as professionals
It is important as human beings, as professionals, that we evaluate how are our sensations
our values and our dreams. It is vital for us to evaluate how we are looking at our values and desires
We are looking for our needs, dreams, expectations in a short and long term?
It's important we reflect on this fluidity of values x needs x wishes. And most importantly it is for us to question ourselves:
will we are quenching our thirst, for example? I wonder what is missing? I wonder if when I'm thirsty, I'm going to
have some juice, or if what I really need is simply water? As much as that strawberry, pineapple juice may be
delicious to me, and may also bring me good sensations, I'm not working my satiety, I'm not working on my needs
I'm not working my satiety, I'm not working on my needs.
When I don't keep my goals in perspective, when I don't work on my thirst, I get mad easily. .
Does it make sense? Also, let's consider another example. I am at the beginning of the month and I notice I get angry because I must pay my bills.
The following month I also get mad for the same reason, and the following month I also get mad, which means I am constantly angry.
I wonder why I get angry easily? What is missing? I wonder whether I'm not
addressing some needed requirements in my professional or financial areas, for instance?
Grab your notebook, make a link between what I'm talking about here and your own reality, and take notes item-by-item,
making a reflection with the smallest possible judgment, so to understand in your case what needs to be done
what you can do with your reality today to start hitting your goals, quenching your thirsty one day after another. Is that a deal?
It's important we reflect, we ponder, and we act. Let's keep the focus, the planning, the decision and the action going one step after the other
so we can grow, improve ourselves, focusing on the best and keep our irritability as much as under control as possible, ok?
And here is my appreciation for you who is sharing, liking it, and if you haven't registered yet, sign up today to receive
news on our channel every week. Every Wednesday, at 8:30 a.m., we have a new video for you who is here on this journey with me at Brain U Coaching.
My goal is to make a successful connection with you, for you to be the best you can be, right now! A hug to you and see you on the next video! Cheers!

TUTORIAL SUMMER COLLECTION NABLA 2017 (ENG SUB) | MrDanielmakeup - Duration: 13:43.Hi guys! Today I'm finally back with Marina! She was very requested.
Today I created a summery look: a smokey eye full of blue, peach, pink, purple and bronzed reflections.
In this video I give you a sneak peek of some products that will be part of the Free Domination line by NABLA
launching in July.
I wanted to create this look in advance so that you have the time to choose the products with no rush.
Let me know if you like this makeup look and let's now move to the tutorial.
I moisturize the skin with ELEMIS Pro Radiance Illuminating Flash Balm.
I'm loving this product because it's very hydrating and it gives a beautiful glow before makeup.
- It has a very strong scent. - Does it bother you?
- No, but it's very different. - I like it, it kind of smells like citronella.
It does a little bit.
I apply Smashbox BB Water, which is lightweight, has good coverage and it perfectly blends into the skin.
- I can't handle layers of foundation now. It's too hot. - Yes, you need something lighter.
I directly apply it with the Beauty Blender because I'm pressing it into the skin.
I apply the Eyeshadow Primer Potion Anti-Aging by Urban Decay.
- I'm not anti-aging though. I'm not aging. - No, you're not.
I like it because it's more lightweight and hydrating than the classic one. Giulia made me discover it.
I had been having it in my drawer for ages without using it, but she suggested it to me and I like it.
- I don't use them at all. - You don't use primers? You directly use eyeshadows?
- Yes. - Guys, tell her something, please.
I'm so sorry but I had issues with the audio so I'll voice-over a part of the video.
I apply Narciso by NABLA, my 'Holy' eyeshadow, that's why Marina is laughing.
I think all makeup looks should start with Narciso, I love it.
The brush I'm using is the Artistique Smoky Eye Brush Moyenne by Surratt.
It's perfect for smokey eye looks and to blend eyeshadows.
I'm applying Narciso in the crease and I'm blending it outwards to elongate the eye.
This allows me to give three-dimension to the eye and to contour it with a neutral-pinkish shade.
I then apply the first eyeshadow from the Free Domination line by NABLA: Mystic.
It's a very luminous mauve shade.
It's very pigmented. Here I'm applying it dry, but of course you can also use them wet.
This is Alchemy, a new Celestial eyeshadow, so it can be used alone or as a top-coat on other shadows.
It's a beautiful strawberry-peach colour with a teal reflection, perfect for summer.
I suggest to apply these eyeshadows directly with your fingers.
I'm applying it right after Mystic, but not on the outer end of the eye, because I'll apply other colours there.
The result is a duo-chrome colour with lots of reflections and almost a wet effect to it.
On the Road also belongs to the Free Domination line and it's a bronzed brown with a satin finish.
It has a hint of pink to it and it's one of my favourite eyeshadows ever, I'm sure you guys will love it.
I'm applying it right after Alchemy.
To add definition and colour, I apply the new Super Matte: Eresia, a dark, intense purple.
I blend it on the outer part and in the crease to create a soft shade that is fresh and perfect for summer.
It's very pigmented, so you can also easily create a smokey eye.
With Narciso, I blend the edges to make the look soft and sophisticated.
I apply some Eresia also on the inner part of the eye to add dimension and depth.
I love to intensify this part.
With Teddy eyeliner, a dark, burnt bronzed brown with a slight satin finish, I define the eyelash base.
As you can see, I need to buy a new one.
To correct the under eye area, I use Chanel concealer and NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Ginger.
I redefine the edges after applying the concealer.
I apply Smashbox Hollywood and Highlight directly from the stick and I then dab it with the sponge.
I also apply it on nose, cupid's bow and chin.
I now 'soft-bake', so I apply a bit of powder and I dab it where I want the base to be flawless and long-lasting.
To define the brows, I use the Brow Divine by NABLA in Neptune, like Marina does.
I first comb them and I then fill them in.
For this look, I want to keep a very natural shape, since I want everything to be fresh and summery.
I then define them with some concealer and set them with Ready, Set, Brow! by Benefit.
I now create a shade on the lower part of the eye with Narciso and Billy B small angled brush.
I then layer On the Road to add a bronzed shade.
I then join the lower makeup to the upper one.
I then apply Eresia on the outer part.
On the waterline I apply Make Up For Ever Acqua XL in the shade 80, which is a dark plum colour.
Let's now curl the lashes.
For mascara, I apply Monsieur Big by Lancome, which I'm loving and it's super black.
The applicator is not too big, it gives very nice volume and it doesn't make the eyelashes clump.
- I love Lancome mascaras. - Me too. I love the Grandiose.
- It's my favourite one. - I also love this one, look how beautiful it is.
I also apply it on the lower lashes.
In the inner corner, I apply Millennium, a peachy, copper, pink duo-chrome.
- How cool is the name Millennium? - Do you like it? And wait to see the colour.
It's gorgeous and it became my favourite inner corner eyeshadow for summer.
Do you remember that I used to only use Madre Perla for a certain period? Now I only use Millennium.
It's very glossy.
For fake eyelashes, I apply the ones by Doll Lashes, which I'm loving.
I set with powder the rest of the face, except for the highlighter areas.
To add dimension to the face, I use the new Shade and Glow bronzer: Monoi.
It's a medium brown with a golden micro-luminosity which gives a glowy tan.
- It also enhances a tan. - Exactly.
Well done, Marina, nice tips.
And now the best part: Obsexed. I already showed you this highlighter in a previous video and it's amazing.
- I think I said 'amazing' seventy times in this video. - You'll have to say it in the voice over.
It's a duo-chrome highlighter with a copper and pink reflection to it.
- It's gorgeous. - I love a pink reflection.
It looks beautiful on a tan and the pink makes it different from the usual champagne.
On the cheeks I apply some Happytude, also from the Free Domination line.
You'll walk like this now.
On the lips I want to apply a colour that I love... a mauve!
I absolutely love mauve shades and this is called Boheme.
It's a Diva Crime, so it has a creamy, pigmented texture that dries in a matte and velvety finish.
This colour is so beautiful.
This will be part of the new collection in a limited edition packaging.
I can't tell you anything though.
- You make them suffer. - I've already given lots of sneak peeks.
I still don't have the limited edition packaging, so you still see it in the classic Dive Crime one.
It's beautiful because it has a warm brownish base with a hint of cool tone to it.
It's a good mix that looks good on all skin tones.
So this is the final look! A very summery look, full of colours and reflections, that is also super glam.
I hope you liked it! Don't forget to subscribe to my channel
and to follow me on Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and Twitter.
Please also follow kay.morello on Instagram.
Please give this video a thumbs up if you liked it.
I send you a big kiss and I'll see you in my next video!

पानी कैसे पीना चाहिए -How To Drink Water - Sachin Goyal Vlog #2 - Duration: 1:46.How do you drink water?
Like this.....
Or like this......?
If you use these methods to drink water then I must tell you that those are absolutely wrong methods.
Most of the people drink water this way which not correct at all.
Let me tell you the correct way to drink water.
Take water in glass and take small sips of water.
I am showing you....just like this.
The reason behind this technic is that whatever we eat or drink, its first digestion takes place in mouth.
If you drink whole glass of water at once or drink water with bottle then the water goes to stomach directly.
In that case first digestion of water does not take place in mouth.
Instead stomach has to do the work of mouth.
So stomach becomes overloaded. It disturbs the whole function of digestion system.
Therefore, always drink water taking small sips like you drink sorbet or tea.
People who drink water like this, generally does not suffer from any disease.
So it was the correct way to drink water.
Follow this correct way of drinking water and become fit and healthy.

Exploring My Neighborhood in Hanoi - VIETNAM WALK - Duration: 38:15.Good afternoon everybody, it's Cory here.
I am coming to you from Hanoi, Vietnam.
This is going to be the first of many walking videos in Hanoi, and elsewhere around Vietnam.
But I'm finally getting to it, taken out the GoPro, taken out the stabilizer
Got all mic'd up.
And I'm ready to go, so where am I? Let's take a look.
We're right by this banyan tree.
I think it's a banyan tree.
It's got roots like a banyan tree.
But I'm here in the Thuy Khue Ward of Hanoi, and that's in the Tay Ho District.
And this main road here is the road I live on.
My house is actually maybe a block or two that way?
I just ate.
I'm going to walk along here. So my goal today... huuuuhhh.......
Hi puppy! I got distracted.
*car honking, honking, honking*
Honkin'!
So my goal today is to walk from this street all the way to West Lake.
And West Lake is, I guess, like one road parallel over to the right.
So between this road and that road is kind of like a large neighborhood.
Depending on how far down this street I go.
I'm going to try and not see all of the neighborhood, but definitely get lost in the back alleys.
That's kind of like a temple place.
Not sure if it's Buddhist or not.
So this is what the road looks like. You can see there's a sidewalk, but it is
now a parking lot for motorbikes and stuff like that.
Wow, that guy's delivery box was huge on that moped.
It's like you could put a body in there.
So the shops around here are just like local places... there's a hardware shop right across the street.
You get like cheap clothing shops and a little corner mom & pop store.
I've noticed these kinds of gateways here. That's a Buddhist gateway, by the way.
It's got the... Manja, the red Manja on the top there.
Not to be confused with a swastika.
And so there's like all these little entranceways into the alleys of this neighborhood.
There's more neighborhood on this side, over here as well. All back in here.
So many residential alleyways and stuff like that.
My goal is to cross the street and go here, through this gate.
This really old looking gate. I really wonder how old it is.
This is how crossing works.
Just look...
...and go.
I have no idea what it says, except I understand the kanji on the very far left hand side is "mun"
which means door or gate.
And so we're in.
I don't know if this neighborhood name is called Thuy Khue as well, there's so many things I don't know.
There's so many things I don't know about Vietnamese life, how they organize
names of neighborhoods and stuff like that.
So you see a lot of 3 or 4 story high Villa type of apartments
and they have the bars and stuff on their balconies.
I don't know why, theft is not too much of a problem here, people are very respectful.
(This area is safe, but other areas of Hanoi might not be.)
I don't know what's over here, is this a temple?
I'm just exploring back here, some of these areas I've never been to in my life.
Sounds like a crowd.
**Loud men's chattering noises**
Oh, there's a lunch hall.
That's a local bakery shop.
I did not know this was back here.
It's like a mini mini marketplace.
This stuff here is "ghost money", paper money...
and every afternoon, people burn them to appease the spirits and pray for good luck and good fortune and stuff like that.
This is about 1:00pm, after the lunch rush.
Seems like a very chill street food shop, but nobody's there right now.
I like these vines coming down to the power line.
Now I have a feeling that if I keep going it'll take me directly to the lake.
And that's kind of not what I want to do.
I want to sort of zig-zag around this neighborhood and get lost.
Cause every time I've ever been in here,
I got lost.
You know, in Korea, walking around alleys and stuff
I pretty much have a very good sense of direction.
You know? I turn left 3 times, I know that I'm going back where I came from, and that kind of stuff.
Which way is east, which way is west.
Right now I know I'm heading north.
Wow, look at all these power lines.
Very cool.
I like the sound of the birds.
If I keep going straight, I'll run into West Lake real soon.
So I'm going to stop that, and just go this way.
Wow, these power cables are super low. My head will definitely touch this.
It's very interesting, the architecture, in a lot of the back alley neighborhoods I've noticed.
You get the modern style villas, and then you get old places like this.
With these different sized stones.
On walls, these older style walls. Wow, look at all that broken glass on the top.
That is home security for you.
I don't know what this structure was originally a part of, maybe a temple or something
Temple wall? I have no idea.
Back here, you do have to worry about mopeds and motorcycles.
So always keep an ear (and eye) open. You can hear this guy...
This thing is all barbed up, I don't know what's in there.
Something's back there, something old and protected.
I'll keep going this way.
Very nice cool breeze coming through here.
There's a lot of places that have little birds and stuff hanging from the rafters.
Little bird cages like this.
Ah, I came out to the lake.
Way faster than I thought.
So what I'll do is I'll back track through the neighborhood, in a different direction
back towards home.
So this is West Lake.
The biggest lake in Hanoi.
So there's essentially park land the entire perimeter of the lake.
People can go jogging, sit on benches, work out.
You know, chill.
It's a very cool spot.
Lakeside, there's these kind of like shellfish restaurants.
Reminds me of "jogae gui jib"(grilled seafood restaurants) in Korea.
They got all their seafood dancing in the window.
I don't know how good this stuff is, but to my knowledge, it's all fresh water clams and crabs and stuff.
So it might be fished out of this lake, West Lake, which is kind of dirty.
Or maybe some other nearby fresh water source.
So along this road, there's a lot of nicer style buildings.
You can see this one here.
It's kind of like old, renovated villa style.
This is what Vietnam looks like guys.
I know I'm kind of in more of an open area right now.
And the back alleys I took you through. Very short tour.
That's part of these walks, you know, like I knew I was going to hit the lake sooner than I thought.
So at least you guys get to see this as well.
And then we'll back track into the neighborhood.
And kind of zig-zag and get lost.
Hopefully. That's always fun.
They're gutting a lot of buildings and doing lots of renovation stuff, I've noticed, around here.
In Hanoi, there's just so much construction.
Everywhere... construction, construction.
They're really hustling to get things built.
I feel like it's Korea, 20 to 30 years ago.
Now, I just love walking. I know that this city is built for mopeds, you definitely need to have a moped if you live here.
and you want to commute around the city. But walking is just so good as well.
You know me, I love walking and exploring and stuff like that.
All the Seoul Walk videos I did in Korea.
It's great that I can do it here in Hanoi, although I definitely need to be careful about hydration here.
In Korea, I would go for like 8 hours walking, you know. Drink water here and there.
And I would be fine. Here...
I walk for like one hour, and I sweat out so much water.
It's definitely good to stay hydrated while walking around Vietnam, no matter where you are.
Local guy, he's got a fishing pole.
Ready to do some fishing. Is he in his boxers?
Looks like it.
Eh, Vietnam.
Woah, look at this gate.
Here's a beer hall.
This is a giant beer hall, lots of people.
Having some lunch and some drinks.
Seems to be a very popular thing, beer halls.
In Hanoi.
I've noticed while walking around, there's large places like this, lot of people just outside eating some good food, having some good conversations.
Sharing some good drinks.
Alright, we're cutting back in.
Towards the other road.
I love the greenery around here, it's just like trees and vines and other stuff.
You can see all that greenery just growing on the side of that building.
Very cool.
So this video, which was meant to be a back alley walking video
ended up turning around to be me walking the perimeter of the neighborhood.
Cause I accidentally went to the lake too soon.
But there's gotta be a way to come back into it.
To show you guys more.
You can see that tall tower in the distance, that's the Lotte Tower, here in Hanoi. It's the tallest building in Hanoi.
We're now in my hood.
Well, closer to my actual place of residence.
There's some local shops across the street there.
One of the marts, I go there and I buy like shaving cream and soap and stuff if I need it.
It's kind of like a mini mini mart.
My first time in there, the girl - the daughter of the owner of the place, was listening to a bunch of Kpop.
So right away, I was like I know that song.
And then her father, was like "Are you American?"
"I love Trump. I love Trump." And I was like "I don't think everybody loves Trump."
Then he's like "I love America." and I was like "Cool!"
Check this out, is this jackfruit?
Very cool.
Jackfruit for sale. And a dog, eating some jackfruit.
I've noticed there are a lot of dogs just roaming around the place.
Eating stuff or whatever. A lot of it seems to be dogs that live at those residence, but they just
walk in the street and stuff. I'm afraid they're going to die, it's crazy.
This is the entrance to another Buddhist temple.
Here's some more back alley stuff, but I'm not going to go back into there.
This is my local gas station.
You can see across the street, there's these nicer looking, French villa style homes.
Mine is up in here, behind these ones facing the road.
So then it's really nice, you know? It's quiet.
I don't have to face all this traffic and honking and stuff like that.
Right here where it says Thu Cuc Clinic, my apartment is directly behind it.
It's in this alley right there.
Where this bus is about to block my view.
So right down that alley, the blue building, in the back, that's my apartment building.
My unit faces the backside of it, so I don't hear any of this noise, what-so-ever, which is great.
Alright, so now that you know where I live, let me take some little funky back alleys here.
So we're almost doing a full loop, back to where I started the beginning of the video.
That gives you a good sense of the neighborhood.
There's a full-on actual hospital right here.
So that's really good, just in case something happens.
Somehow, whatever, if I need to, I can just run over here.
There's an emergency room right there on the 1st floor.
There's a whole ton of cars dropping off people, what's happening?
They got all the staff out here, what are they doing? Collecting equipment?

How To Pick A Title For Your Novel - Duration: 3:51.Today's video topic is viewer submitted!
My first ever suggested video.
Today we're going to talk about how to title your novel.
This idea was suggested by a twitter follower who just randomly tagged me asking if I had
a video on this topic, which made me feel super popular and excited.
Please feel free to suggest video ideas to me whenever you want, I am always looking
for new topics and I love to plan ahead.
Anyway, titles are an important part of the writing process.
Possibly much more important than you think they are.
Titles can help you stand out from the crowd, but they can also do the opposite if you don't
pick wisely enough.
A good title needs to memorable, easily understood, and original.
First off, a title should be thematically relevant.
This means, if your book is about a group of evil penguins, it probably shouldn't
be titled something like A Quiet Day In The Park.
It should also be thoughtful to genre, so avoid picking a typically contemporary title
for a heavily genre book.
You should consider the seductiveness of your romance title, the creepy in your horror novel
and so on.
There are lots of factors that influence whether or not a potential reader will pick up your
book.
Cover is a really obvious one, but titles are really important too.
A boring title won't stand out among a sea of competing titles.
However, it's important not to pick a misleading title.
Like the evil penguins book, if someone was genuinely seeking a story about a quiet day
in the park, they'd be really surprised and probably disappointed by the actual story.
That's not to say you can't have an ironic title, or even a title that seems opposite
to the topic, you just have to make sure it ties into your story in an important way.
Consider the layers of your title.
Does it mean something else in the context of your story?
If, perhaps, the penguins book was about someone trying to have a quiet day at the park, only
to have it consistently ruined by evil penguins, the title makes sense.
However, if not, it's just confusing.
No one likes being confused.
But you don't want to be too obvious.
Don't give away your plot with your title.
A Quiet Day At The Park Ruined By Penguins is a little too on the nose.
It's also smart to be wary of lyric or poem based titles for copyright reasons.
This isn't to say you can't have them, just that they may not always get to be your final
title if a copyright issue comes up.
Another reason to think twice about lyric titles is for popularity and originality.
You want to be the top search result when someone googles your title.
You want to stand out.
This is also a possible reason to avoid one word titles.
You probably won't rank in search for titles like Heartbreak, Betrayal, and so on.
It's totally fine to leave your book untitled until you finish your first draft or even
through revisions, it's only important to finalize a title for querying purposes because
if you query an untitled novel I'd say that sorta gives a bad first impression of your
levels of creativity and imagination.
Sometimes waiting can do the work for you!
You may find a perfect title just waiting to be lifted from a scene or conversation
in your novel.
That's how The Silence of The Lambs got it's name, from a conversation about a childhood
memory that had an ironic relevance to the story at hand.
You can totally rely on a code name before you make your final decision.
All my books have code names and I tend to still refer to them by those names even after
settling on a more official title.
This is also a good trick if you need to refer to your book publicly without giving away
spoilers.
Your code name could be a joke title or the name of a song that really fits your book.
Little Boxes is a codename for one of my novels.
#SecretResistanceBook is another.
A point I'd say is really important is to understand that unless you are self publishing
it's probably best not to become irreplaceably attached to any title because your future
agent or publishing house might have other ideas and they have more industry experience.
If you're really struggling to come up with a title, ask your family or friends for ideas.
Carrie Ryan's husband named all the books in her Forest of Hands and Teeth series.
Most importantly, don't let stress over a title keep you from writing a great book.
It's really what's on the inside that matters most.
So write and worry about titles afterwards.
What are some of your favorite titles?
What's your best tip for titling your own books?
Let me know.
Thank you so much for watching.
I'll see you soon.
Bye.

CUTTING A LOKAI BRACELET OPEN! WHAT'S INSIDE? || KA5THLEEN - Duration: 7:52.hi guys welcome back to my channel so today I thought I would film a slightly
different video and cut up a Lokai bracelet. For those who don't know what
a Lokai bracelet, these are my two Lokai bracelets that I am wearing. I've got a
blue one and a clear one and on each, if i just take one off, on each bead, on each
bracelet there is a white bead and a black bead. The black bead is supposedly to
contain mud from the Dead Sea which is the lowest point on Earth and the white
bead is supposedly to contain water from Mount. Everest which is the highest point on
earth. So the story behind a Lokai bracelet is that during your low points
in life you got to stay hopeful and during your high points in life you've
got stay humble. I love that idea around a Lokai bracelet. The only thing that always you
know, sparks curiosity within me is whether or not it's true that the Lokai bracelet has
both the water and the mud it claims it's supposed to. Unfortunately two weeks ago
roughly about two weeks ago, one of my another bracelet snapped and I thought
it's a perfect time to film this type of video - so today we're going to find out
wether or not it's true. Okay, so here I've got the Lokai bracelet and I'm going to go and
cut open I think I'm going to cut open the white bead first and supposedly this contains
water from Mount. Everest.
oh there's a crunching noise.
Lets just cut it right open.
okay it doesn't I'm going to see it doesn't seem
to be anything that came out there. As you can see nothing is like in the
bead either it is just like a hole but other than that nothing came out
it is like dry as well so I'm not sure
So I've just cut open the white bead and there seems to be nothing in it so I'm not sure maybe
maybe it evaporates or something if you know because you're wearing it and water
evaporates but I'm going to now cut open the black bead and see if there is
actually mud in it from the Dead Sea
Oh my gosh. Hold on. I don't know if you can see this but
So something did come out of it like a tiny wee black dot. I'm hoping
there's more if that's really is supposed to be mud so I'm just going to go in
and just cut it in half now.
Oh my gosh! There's actually mud like a tiny bit of
sand in here. If I just empty it out. there's only like a little bit. There's not
a lot but there is actually content in here. So if I just scrape it out
I'm not sure if you can see, let me just show you. I don't know if you can see very clearly
but there is actually... mud did come out. oh sorry.
I'm going to zoom in, can you see
here on the napkin there is actually sand that came out only a tiny tiny
amount but there's actually something came out of that bead.
so as a result
of finding nothing in white bead, I'm going to go onto the website and just
maybe look at the frequently asked questions see if other people have
had the same "issue" and see if they have addressed it. So here, they've got "What's
inside the black and white beads?". They've got
I dont know what this is. They've got.. I can't say the word, authenticity
they've got an authenticity report, a certificate? basically they've got certificate here proving
or backing evidence that they do inject the beads with water and mud
Here it says during the
inspection FTI verified that both key elements of water and mud were inserted
into the beads and then sealed into each bead
and verifies that the procedure is
sound.
okay so... I don't know what FTI stands for, or, yeah FTI, I don't know but obviously it's some
legal thing. They've also said FTI confirmed that several quality control tests are
conducted throughout the manufacturing process
Approximately two to three bracelets out of every batch are cut open to check for
the presence of mud and water. Bracelets that fail any of the above stages of
quality control are recycled, so at least they don't just get rid of them they reuse
them. They recycle them. It also says " sometimes you're on top, stay humble" - injected
with water sourced from Sherpas from the heights of Mount Everest the white bead
represents life's highest moments. "When you're on top of the world stay humble" and then
they've also just said, they've also actually stated the water may evaporate over time
so I have had the bracelet for a wee while so that's what I though would happened if
you know cause its water and it will evaporate, so I guess they've covered their back
there. and it just says sometime you've hit a low stay hopeful injected with mud from the
Dead Sea the black bead represents life's low
when you've hit a low, stay hopeful. I know that loads of people are going to be telling me
that the bracelets I got are fake. They are not fake I've done my research. I made
sure, even before I bought them that they were
and that they are a hundred percent real and you know I did get mud in the black bead it
was just the white one that left me unsure of whether or not they are a hundred
precent true to their words which they are because obviously it's water so
it will evaporate over time.
so that pretty much sums up this video I know it's a
short one. But I was just really curious to find out
if it's true about the Lokai bracelet if it does really contain water from Everest
and the mud from the Dead Sea, and in this case I think they do and they're nice wee
daily remainders to stay hopeful yet humble
so thank you very much for watching. Give it a thumbs up, possibly leave a nice wee comment and subscribe if you
have yet to do that and hopefully I will see you soon with another video
Bye for now.

Peeing in the Wind (Parody Song) - Duration: 3:11.Why are the queues for the ladies room
Always the longest lines you've ever seen?
How many stalls must a woman pass by
Before she can find one that's clean?
And why does a woman, like me for instance
Need to always be around the public loos?
The answer, my friend, is I cannot stop my pee
The truth is I cannot stop my pee
Why does a woman always leave her house
Five minutes past the time she said she will?
Yes and why can't a woman just enjoy a play
Why is it so hard to just sit still?
And why does a woman
and again- I mean me
Takes twice the time to get from A to B?
The answer, my friend, is I had to stop to pee
Every thirty minutes, had to stop to pee
Why am I always dehydrated a bit
Never drinking as much water as I'd like?
Yes and why can't I get coffee "on the go"
Fearing that I'll get a caffeine spike?
And why do I need fresh panties in my bag
Whenever I decide to ride a bike?
The answer, my friend, is my bladder is tiny
And my pelvic muscles suck at holding pee
The sad truth, my friend, is I cannot hold my pee
Maybe I'll do Pilates to help me hold my pee

Europe Vlog 2017 | Visit Switzerland + the Alps! (Part 2/6) - Duration: 7:45.Yay, you're back for vlog number two! If you haven't seen number one yet check it
out; the link's below. And I just have to warn you, you might get some food
jealousy during this video. We are super hungry and didn't have enough for
breakfast so we found this super cute place but I don't know if anything is
gluten free, but look at it. I have never seen a meringue this large! So how's your
bread, French bread? Bien. Is that how you say good in French? Thought it was Spanish. Oh no
bueno is Spanish. In this cute little Swiss village we have found a pink
church yes a pink church.
This is the day we just drove across Switzerland and we stopped so many times
for pictures because it was just absolutely beautiful. The lakes and the
mountains like oh my word. Hello from the Swiss Alps where the hills are alive...this is my Julie Andrews moment
basically. So this is a two-lane road and it's a detour. There was some road
work done. So we're here in Bern which is an ESCO World Heritage
Site, a UN designation I guess, and supposedly this old town is really cool
so we're going to explore and eat some food. So the hardest part is trying
to find food like James I have been getting so hangry on this trip because by
the time we get to a place it's like after lunchtime and all the kitchens
close and things close so early so we tried to go to the grocery store at 7
p.m. and it was closed! So right now we're trying to find food because it's 2
p.m. and I haven't eaten really much of anything all day because
we didn't have breakfast so I'm very hungry. Thankfully we found a coffee shop
that served European hot dogs so that worked. So this is our favorite sign.
I think it actually meant exit but it just sounded like someone was farting so
I wanted to get one to take home and hang in our bedroom for James. This dog's
having a good time!
So I was telling James I was like, "I just feel so annoying today and I feel like I
don't look good," and this man speaks my love language. He
goes, "But I like your hair like that and I think your face looks good and I like
your outfit." I was like, those are exactly the things
that I wanted hear, like I think your face looks good is like my love language.
So here we are in Interlake, Switzerland. Interlaken! And this chocolate place was so
good. Okay so first off this Swiss are known for their chocolate and their
watches, so it was hilarious that they had chocolate watches. And then James
ordered their cold hot - it's like hot chocolate but it's cold - and it was
amazing. I couldn't even drink it, it was so rich.
And I got some white truffles which were delicious. I need to take this moment and do
a little plug for Google Maps, because we are able to download the map of a city
area from Wi-Fi and it just saves to your phone. We can navigate and press start
and it'll navigate to wherever we need to go within that city without any Wi-Fi or
data. It's like my new favorite travel tip ever! And oh here we are in Lucerne
Switzerland, where there's this famous bridge and it's an old town. And they
have ramparts you can climb all around the city which I'm very excited to
explore. So we're gonna eat in one of these cafes along the water back there.
So my first Swiss meal was delicious. I had braised pork in wine sauce with
local wine and these delicious mashed potatoes and turnips and vegetables. It was
so good. The thing I've noticed that with service here in Europe is that service
at restaurants is very slow. Yeah so I think in America there's this
expectation that you're in to get your food and you want to get out, and there's
you want things to move along. But here I don't, I don't feel like that's the case.
So I don't think our waitstaff like thinks that we're in a rush to leave
unless we're like, "We need the check." Which we do every time after two and half
hours, like, "Okay can we have the check now please?" Really? I think
it's two this time. In France it was two and a half I think.
Yeah we were like, I know we were trying to do with something other than go to a
restaurant tonight. So we stayed in a Swiss farmhouse the next two nights and the
family was so sweet. The lady also is so sweet because we went to the wrong
house like down a different road and she totally came after us on her bicycle to
find us! She came up in her bicycle, and we're like hi! She shouldn't speak any
English, and we can't speak German, so we're like try to figure out it's going on and
then followed her on her bike back to the house. It was epic. The parents didn't
speak any English but they had 10 kids and sometimes some of the kids were
there and could translate for us. So this is the view from our window. So each
morning they served us this absolutely incredible spread with the best
gluten-free bread I have ever had in my entire life!
Fresh butter, fresh cheese from the neighbors, amazing coffee with steamed milk, and
here's just a little sneak peek at how we tried to communicate...
... I just love how it ends with James saying Moo. God morning! We are
biking through Lucerne and James thinks I'm crazy to film while biking which I
probably am so I'll stop so now. Now we're biking along this lake. We really didn't even
get a third of the way around the lake; the lake is so huge. We just biked up this huge
hill. It's longer than that. I should have
done more spinning classes to prep for this! I'm thinking there's a bike trail.
We decided to take this walking trail
and my legs are so numb already, so my sweet husband is carrying our bikes up the
steps. You probably weren't meant to go down this trail but it's an adventure
so it's worth it. Oh my word this is Switzerland!
We found all these little trails off of the main road that we could explore. We
found this castle which is so beautiful and we found farmland and we found just
beautiful docks and little beaches and those bells you hear are cowbells on the
sheep - or sheep bells.
We are about to climb that rampart and walk along the city walls so cool.
Five hundred staircases later and here we are just walking along this city
walls, pretty awesome. That was an extremely fun day super fun.
We must have biked at least ten miles maybe not that many but
we biked up and down quite a few hills oh my gosh I'm pretty sure my butt is
black and blue. France and Switzerland we will see you later.
Tomorrow we hop on a train through Liechtenstein to Austria!

Before reaching the district office of the province of Kalinga.
Which is equivalent to more or less 13 hours of travel time.
Along with some ministers and brethren
We started hiking up the mountains.
Right now, we're here at Barangay Bangad or the Tribe of Bangad,
and we need to leave our vehicles behind because the terrain is too difficult.
We would walk from here to Sumadel, it would take almost five hours
and the distance we will travel uphill is approximately eight to nine kilometers.
At present the place and the natives here are known
not only for the products from their harvests,
like brown rice and coffee;
the place is also popular for its arts and for their hospitality.
My tribe Sumadel is one of the most noted barangay and the most hospitable people,
the most respectful people, the most industrious people...
Sumadel has the lowest crime rate in the Tinglayan Municipality even in the barangay
because the people there have good relationship, they are very hospitable
you can stay there for free, and even the food and coffee are also free.
For the natives living in Sumadel, a few hours of walking is not a new thing.
It's not easy hiking up the mountain.
"If you fall, you're dead."
The path is slippery and narrow.
"That's what we still have to climb."
And if the hike downhill is hard, the hike uphill is even harder.
This path beside the mountain is the same path used by the ministers who first preached
about the Church Of Christ in this place.
The efforts of the early ministers in the District of Kalinga to spread the Gospel in Sumadel
went through severe hardships and difficulties,
because danger couldn't be avoided in their travels;
the path they treaded was very dangerous because the slightest mistake could cause them to fall off the cliff.
There was a minister who really fell off the cliff. He is brother Ernesto Dela Cruz.
Through the mercy and help of our Lord God
he is still with us and until now he still goes here even though the journey going up here is very dangerous.
The performance of ministers' duties here, their endurance and patience of the ministers, are clearly seen
especially the older ministers before.
Despite their local assignments and worship service assignments are very far, mountainous,
and the roads are difficult, they don't mind; they endure these conditions.
Because of the difficulty and danger of traveling to Sumadel
add to that the incidents of tribal wars,
which was why it was only in 1984 when the preaching of the Church began in this place,
and that was also the year when the local congregation was officially established,
the local congregation of Sumadel.
From here up to that house that you can see, we would walk and we would continue past that house
the tribe of Sumadel is still afar off from that house.
There's still an uphill climb
Before we reach the local congregation, we had to stop for a couple of times and rest.
Especially under these big trees near the river.
As we continued our journey,
we heard more stories from the ministers
and ministerial workers who were previously assigned in Sumadel
When one of the older ministers we were with in the district had a worship service assignment
I fetched him at Bangad local congregation because his vehicle could no longer make the climb.
Because the rain was too heavy, we reached this part. Before this part was wide enough
but due to the heavy rain, there was a landslide in this area and nothing was left
This path where we're standing was only repaired by the Sumadel tribe to walk on
From 4:00 a.m. we assembled at the district and until now we're still hiking
it has been hours of continued hiking.
The efforts of the men entrusted by the Church Administration
to be assigned here and preach the Gospel to the tribe of Sumadel cannot be discounted
They understand that their efforts would lead to further victories.
Meanwhile in Barangay Sumadel, Kalinga, the construction of the new house of worship of the Church Of Christ has begun
From Tabuk City, we would travel for more than 70 kilometers before reaching the place
where the materials would be dropped off
afterwards it would be manually lifted uphill to Barangay Sumadel.
A beautiful and orderly barangay chapel of the Church Of Christ
now stands in this mountain.
But who was God's primary instrument for establishing the Church Of Christ in these mountains?
Who was he who accompanied the ministers who first preached the words of God in this place?
He who first went up to the mountains to invite the people from the tribe of Sumadel?
It was in the 80s then
from Baguio City where he graduated from his studies,
he decided to return to the mountains
and be with the tribe of Sumadel.
He is Brother Samuel Abag-oy.
1977, I went to Baguio;
1979, I finished my studies;
and in 1981, I was baptized.
When I remembered my relatives in Sumadel, I also invited them to know the Church
So in 1988, they were baptized.
Before, there was no Church Of Christ or a member of the Church from the Sumadel tribe.
No one would have thought that through Brother Samuel,
the teachings of the Church would spread up to the top of this mountain.
The Church Of Christ began here when Brother Samuel Abag-oy came here
and began doing missionary works in this place.
Because of Brother Samuel Abag-oy,
many of his tribe members in Sumadel are now members of the Church Of Christ.
And on June 19, 2016,
the brethren conducted the first worship service in their new house of worship or barangay chapel.
When I found out that someone from INC Construction came over to the tribe of Sumadel,
I was overjoyed.
When it began,
the brethren had a hard time bringing the materials up here
for the brethren to have a place where they could worship.
As we were walking through the long path and as we were looking at Brother Samuel,
in his condition, we couldn't help but think about how, on many occasions,
he went up and down this mountain, alone,
to introduce to the tribe of Sumadel the Church Of Christ and the teachings upheld by its members.
We have proven that his intentions are truly genuine.
We are very fortunate that we have an inspiration like Brother Samuel
who bravely and patiently strove to propagate the words of our Lord God.
He did not look at his physical condition.
Instead, he was filled with compassion for his relatives here in the Sumadel tribe
so that they too could understand the doctrines of the Church Of Christ.
Seeing his condition and disability, you wouldn't believe that he was able to do that on his own,
that he strove to propagate the teaching with such diligence.
Though Brother Samuel had a hard time, due to the fact that he used his hands for walking,
he was really determined to invite people.
We are happy that he was able to invite us.
Even though they were still on the road until late in the evening,
this did not hinder them from bringing here the understanding of the importance of the Church Of Christ.
He needed to travel for four hours.
And though he had a hard time going up the mountain,
he pushed himself to do it, for he wants the people here to be saved.
If Brother Samuel was not a faithful believer and if he didn't have a high regard for duty,
he wouldn't have sacrificed to reach this place.
For Brother Samuel, he was able to do all these not because he was good or strong.
He succeed in the work of propagation because of the help and mercy of the Lord God.
That's why he is very thankful.
I'm thankful to God and I always pray that He would help me
so that I could invite more people because I want more people to be saved.
During the times when Brother Samuel had difficulties going up the mountain by himself,
especially when he wasn't feeling well,
using the little money he earned, he would hire people to carry him up,
so that he could reach the people whom he wanted to lead into the Church.
Back in 1984, we were the ones who carry Samuel Abag-oy.
Sometimes I would carry him but I wouldn't ask him to pay me.
My companions would be the ones given the payment of two pesos.
This was the tradition of Kalinga back then.
This was how diligent and dedicated Brother Samuel was
in obeying the commandment of the Lord God to propagate His words.
27 years had passed
since he last walked here using his hands.
It's only now that he once again saw the beauty of the mountains.
It's also only now that he would once again see his tribes people from Sumadel
who have been baptized inside the Church Of Christ for a long time now.
Only now, after 27 years.
I returned here to see the condition of our tribes people.
They are glad especially those whom I have invited.
The elders whom I invited before already passed away.
Their families, when I asked, are all active members of the Church,
even their children up to their grandchildren.
At last, we reached the site of the new house of worship.
We feel and see the joy of Brother Samuel.
From no one, there are now many members of the Church Of Christ.
From none, there is now an orderly and beautiful house of worship.
They are now able to perform the true worship and service to the Lord God.
In totality, Brother Samuel has already brought many people inside the Church.
They are the people whom he invited or encouraged
to examine and listen to the teachings upheld by the Church Of Christ.
He has been to many places where he also shared the teachings and do missionary works
and through the mercy and help of God, it's God's miracle,
many people were encouraged and became the pioneers of the local congregations there.
When I left Sumadel, I was able to have 48 people baptized in the Church.
When we transferred to the Local Congregation of Bangad, we were able to invite 26 people.
When we moved to Buagan, there were 18 that were baptized.
When we transferred to Bolo, we had 52.
Then we moved to Bayabat, 36 people were baptized.
When we transferred to Agbanaoag, we had 18 people baptized.
Since I was baptized back in 1981 until 2016, I was able to have 223 people baptized in the Church.
The following day before going down the mountains,
the ministers along with Brother Samuel bid the brethren in Sumadel goodbye.
They understand that it might be a long time before they see each other again and be in the company
of the man first used by the Lord God as an instrument for them to have the true hope in receiving salvation.
I am thankful to Brother Eduardo V. Manalo
because a house of worship was built for the brethren here.
I am greatly thankful to him so I hope that the Father in heaven always keeps him safe
for him to continue in administering the Church.
I am thankful to the Lord God because although this is my condition and at my age,
I strive to attend the worship services to be strengthened in my faith.
Whatever the difficulties may be as I walk using my hands,
especially at my age, my body always aches but the important thing is I am able to attend the worship services.
Anywhere that Brother Samuel's hands bring him,
those who are dear to him are sure that he brings with him his membership in the Church Of Christ.
They know that he will continue to propagate the faith that he received.
A solid proof of this is that Brother Samuel Abag-oy is proud to be a member of the Church Of Christ.
