And this one has been given by this company...

I'm not sure if you can see it... BC Master

Than are people already I know, I've already review product from them...

And uses to be real good product and surprises me the quality...

And well... let's see it.

It should to know the experts, but here are some test so you can see.

This kind of microphones are more like to catch the sound all around.

Not like this one who catch the sound in front of it.

This one takes it all around.

It's better for Skype, or catch the sound from a guitar...

Or do a live. If you want me to do a live, I will use this one instead this. Note say:"Or some people"

This one for live is not recomended, but this one would be nice.

Why I Focus on Language and Behavior Rather Than Social Skills for Young Children with Autism - Duration: 8:13.

Hi, I'm Dr. Mary Barbera, autism mom and

board certified behavior analyst. In

today's video blog, I'm going to discuss

why I focus so little on teaching social

skills to very young children with

moderate to severe autism. As some of you

know, the diagnosis of autism is given if

the child has two main issues. The first

is a deficit in social communication and

social interaction. Basically, these

deficits for a young child include:

failure to share, or show, or point to

things of interest. And for older

children, it involves failure to take

turns and understand the social context

of things. In addition to the social

communication deficits, the second

component of getting an autism diagnosis

is restrictive and repetitive patterns

of behavior, interests, or activities. Kids

with autism are usually rigid. They

sometimes like to line things up. Many

engage in self stim behaviors such as

rocking, or hand slapping, and many older

kids with autism have specific interests

that are odd or unusual. Since social

communication and social interaction is

thought to be the central deficit in

children with autism, many people wonder

why I focus so much on increasing

language and reducing problem behaviors

and focus so little on social skill

intervention in young children,

especially those with moderate to severe

autism and major language delays. I do

want to give a disclaimer here that the

spectrum of autism is very wide and my

books, my online consulting work, and my

online courses, mostly address the needs

of children, teens, and adults who are

significantly impaired. I also want to be

clear that each child needs a thorough

assessment of his skills and deficits

and an individualized plan of

care and these video blogs are meant to

give just general information and my

ideas for how to improve things in

general for children with autism. So with

that in mind, why I focus so little on

teaching social skills to young children

with moderate severe autism. Let me tell

you about one of my former clients, I'll

call him Joe. When I first started with

Joe, he was just turning 2 years of age

and just diagnosed with autism. He used

to carry around straws all the time, that

was his big thing. He would carry around

straws, wave them in front of his face,

and he also liked to put them into clear

bottles if he had bottles too. The first

time I came to Joe's house he came to

the door with the straw in his hand.

Some kids carry around a blanket in a

similar way. Some kids like other things,

but Joe loved straws. Parents and

professionals often recommend and/or

choose classroom placements and group

instruction even for little kids like

Joe because they believe that every

child needs socialization

and exposure to typically developing

peers but putting Joe, and young children

like Joe, with little to no language into

a classroom full of typically developing

peers, or even with preschoolers with

special education needs, without 20 to 25

hours a week of one-to-one ABA

instruction is probably not the best

idea. For example, if Joe's mom would have

chosen to put him, who he was two

years old at the time, with a new

diagnosis of autism, if she would have

chose to put him into a daycare or

preschool situation without any

therapist to shadow him for

socialization instead of opting in for a

20 hour week one-to-one intensive ABA

program what Joe would have probably

done is played with straws or played

repetitively with any toys that were

available and he would have played over

and over again with the same toys. He may

not have caused a fuss as long as no

one tried to intervene and take the

straws and toys or other items away. But

if they would have tried to have Joe

participate in circle, or craft time, or

tried to take away the straws, or other

items, this would have most likely caused

Joe to have significant tantrums. Another

thing I see with some kids who were placed

in a preschool situation before they

have the needed prerequisite skills in

language and social abilities, especially

if the child goes alone without a

well-trained ABA therapists to shadow

him, is that these kids usually sit away

from the other students and they do not

engage in any meaningful

play or social activities anyway. They

tend to pick up toys that they can play

repetitively with, and in essence, they

engage in self stim behaviors while they

sit to the side of the room. Without some

language and imitation skills, exposure

to other children is usually just that,

exposure, with little to no impact. Kids

who have little to no language who are

placed in group settings for large

amounts of time, especially those without

support professionals who understand the

principles of applied behavior analysis,

tend not to do well. Some children with

major language deficits who exhibit

problem behaviors even get thrown out of

preschool because they hit or fight

other kids. The preschool teacher, no

matter how well-qualified and

well-meaning, usually doesn't have the

ABA training and support of a behavior

analyst needed, to know how to intervene

to reduce problem behaviors in children

with autism and probably can't

effectively teach our children important

language and learning skills, especially

in classrooms with ten or more children.

I do believe that a

few hours per week included in a

preschool or daycare setting with an ABA

therapist to shadow the child may be an

appropriate part of a complete ABA

program, even for young, early learners

who may not have all the prerequisite

skills in place. But sending a child,

without necessary skills, without a

well-trained one-to-one, even for a few

hours per week may not be the best use

of the child's time. I was speaking at a

conference many years ago, and they were

selling t-shirts that they had

designed and on the front the t-shirt

said "I have autism" and on the back it

read "don't waste my time." That really

struck me back then, and it still stays

in my mind now, because I think a lot of

times people ask well aren't you pro

inclusion? Of course I'm pro inclusion.

But many young children with moderate to

severe autism need at least 20 hours per

week a one-to-one intensive ABA

programming so that they can fully

participate, and eventually participate

even within a classroom setting, with

large group instruction. Our children and

clients with autism don't have time to

waste,

just like the t-shirt said. For more

I was thinking about picking up an album here...

Now this is unfortunately not the original cover.

But...

I can take two here.

It's Hep Stars.

I was not very old when I...

...fell in love with a song called Cadillac.

Now it says Cadillac here.

Cadillac madness.

But this is not the single that I got as a child.

When I was about three years old.

Three or four years. The song came out 1965.

I'm born in 63 so I was surely four years old at least.

When I was banging to Cadillac.

The song Cadillac.

Here is another sweet Hep Stars album, "Svenne & Lotta."

That was a very influential song.

But I was not the biggest maybe...

Yes, I was some kind of Hep Stars fan. It was one of the first bands that...

...you understood what it was.

But above all I played the drums, and that song Cadillac...

...It got stuck in my head right away.

It was one of the...

...first influences you could say.

And I didn't listen to the drums, but I wanted to play along.

Got the interest for the music above all.

I remember that and that album was...

...Cool to look at. The original is a picture of a little...

...RV or a camper.

The single that I had. Cadillac.

I don't know what else to say about it. More than...

It was fun to...

...meet "Svenne," not that long ago.

And "Lotta" too for that matter.

Fanstastic band, I know that Lemmy my old colleague he...

...he also admired this band.

A little bit, so yeah.

That's Hep Stars.

Now I am going to talk about the album that maybe influenced me the most.

And that is.

Of course.

The old classic named Made In Japan.

With Deep Purple.

And this one I've gone trough so many times that I've lost count.

This album is kind of like a poison you could say.

You have to listen to it at regular intervals.

To this date, the sound of this album is so unique.

No one has been able to recreate it...

...live...

...ever, after this was done.

The drummer here, Ian Paice, is my biggest influence.

Then we can talk about...

The technical part of playing.

The more I listened to Ian Paice...

How he could mix the dynamic and roundness of a drummer.

And at the same time play hard rock.

Earlier...

Or when you knew what you talked about.

There was more of a jazz drummer thing. Like Buddy Rich for example.

Who had a lot of dynamic, but now we are talking big band jazz maybe.

But...

Ian here succeeded with that, and has done that for his whole career.

To be this round drummer and not this square...

Square drummer... A lot of dynamics and...

A lot of ghost notes.

A song here called "Strange kind of woman." You can't rock harder than that according to me.

Every song here is good but "Strange kind of woman..."

...is fantastic. This entire album is fabulous.

As a drummer it has influenced me.

For a while there I thought I sounded like Ian Paice. And people said that...

...call Mikkey he sounds like Ian Paice. But that was when I was a little older.

That was like a wake up call for me there.

That I am a bad copy if my idol.

That made my try to rehearse and create my own identity, with the drums.

I also heard this album the first time trough my cousin.

The first Purple album was the first Purple album I ever heard.

But when this came out, this was all I was listening to.

There was nothing better than this.

My cousins name was Gunnar by the way, he also played the drums.

He was a little bit older than me, and I got to go on some rehearsals with him.

Then I started collecting everything with Deep Purple.

I was able to see them...

Three times, when I was little. 71, 74 and 75 I think.

I was only seven years old when I saw them the first time.

My ticket was 19 sek, Scandinavium at section U.

Pretty unbelivable.

But yeah. An unbelievable influence.

And today when I watch Ian play, it's the exact same thing.

Maybe he dosn't hit that hard today but...

His style and how he plays...

...is and has always been so terribly unique and good.

If you could ever reach his level.

Embed this dynamic and still play hard and good.

Simple but still very difficult. Like he has done for all these years.

Then you should be happy.

Then I have an album here, which I don't have with me.

But you can probably see which one it is. I can tell you which one it is.

And it is...

...a band called Rush.

When they started playing for real.

And I bought the first Rush album.

The album I wan't to talk about is...

All the world's a stage. A live double album.

I was amazed by how the drummer, Neil Peart, played.

Not only the drums but also musically.

Albums like Fly by Night, Caress of Steel, Rush...

...those early seventies albums followed me.

Maybe a little different play style than both Hep Stars and Deep Purple.

But...

It also made the technical...

...desire! To become good technically.

Was awoken by Rush.

A lot of back beats, a lot of weird drum fills, a lot of double bass drums.

Cool combinations...

...drums, bass drum, snare.

It's a completely different play style than Ian Paice from Deep Purple for example.

When I'm listening to Rush...

...it's more like.

There is probably no band in the entire world that you play more air drums too.

Than Rush.

They probably have been elected as air drums, bass and guitar.

Everyone is playing air instruments to this band.

You just can't sit still.

And I'm one of those, absolutely.

And this album, All the world's a stage, was terribly good.

Good live recording.

The dynamic is there, mixed with enormous technique.

If we're talking about drummers.

A huge influence on me, absolutely.

When I started my business and I needed to get customers, I would offer free consultations,

free 15 minute consultations at the end of my livestreams.

When you don't have a team to help you create your videos or maybe you don't have the time

yet in your business to create pre-produced videos on YouTube, a great way to get started

in building your business and your brand is using livestreaming.

Especially on Facebook because it's the world's biggest social media platform with the world's

biggest audience so you know you're going to get reach there.

All you need to do is teach something, share something of value, position yourself as the

expert and at the end of your livestreams tell people, "Hey if you liked this information

and you potentially want to work with me, I would love to offer you a free 15 minute

consultation.

Here's my phone number, here's my contact information, get in touch and let's get started."

That is the easiest way to turn your viewers into potential customers.

Tactic number two is a freebie or an opt-in or a lead magnet.

There's so many different ways that you can say this or so many different names to call

them.

But all it is is some sort of download that gets people subscribed to your email list.

Because your email list is your highest converting community of potential customers online.

Building your email list for an online business is the most vital step to actually generating

profit.

How do you build your email list?

It's pretty simple and you guys have actually seen how I've done this with my videos over

the years.

At the end of most of my videos I will give you more value with some sort of a freebie,

opt-in or lead magnet.

For example, if you watch my video on how to get more views on YouTube, at the end of

the video I give you my complete Views While You Snooze YouTube SEO guide or checklist.

You can download that below the video.

When you download it you get added to my email list and then every week I send out free content

to my email list to continue to nurture that relationship.

Then when I have I something to sell, I have this built in targeted audience of potential

customers.

It's really that simple.

Tactic number three is quizzes.

We've just started doing this in our business and it's a great way to qualify your leads

to make sure that they're actually very much so ready and interested for whatever it is

that you're going to be offering as a paid offer.

What we did is we created a quiz about if you're ready to start using YouTube that would

lead people into a funnel that would eventually get them into a webinar to sell them our product

which is YouTube for Bosses, which is our paid course.

It's a great way for people to get in the door and figure out, are they actually ready

to start using YouTube or not?

And pre-qualify them before they go down the sales funnel.

We use a tool called interact quiz builder.

This is becoming a much more popular tool to qualify your leads in the online space.

You want to just get started out with this, you can try setting up a quiz on the platform

and just send it out to your email list or post it on social media and it will help to

pre-qualify your leads and every time someone takes the quiz they do get added to your email

list as well so it's a great list building tactic too.

Remember once you have got these leads and you're capturing leads in these different

ways, it is your job and your responsibility to treat them with respect.

Don't spam them and nurture their relationship, offer them free content and be of value and

service to them.

You don't have these leads just to sell to them all the time.

You'll be ignored really quickly and treated as basically a spammer pretty quickly if all

you're doing is just selling.

Treat your leads with the utmost respect.

the cyberpunk dystopian world of our new

a sub-genre there are a million

horror games most horror games are

designed completely around survival

someone or something is trying to kill

you zombies usually and you must survive

machine guns and grenade launchers and

the occasional machete a few people who

played layers of fear went into the

experience expecting survival horror and

we're naturally disappointed in our lack

of machetes and missile launchers so

let's clear up that confusion right now

what is hidden horror we define it using

two main ideas the first is the subject

what is this game about the axis on

which the whole story and gameplay

revolves in layers of fear the subject

dealt with the edge of sanity that cliff

where sanity ends and insanity begins

and then jumping right over an observer

the subject is the boundaries of our own

humanity where does our humanity begin

and where does it end

catharsis 2.0 this is a release from

It's better for Skype, or catch the sound from a guitar...

This one for live is not recomended, but this one would be nice.
