For the adorable diy cacti pot you are going to need a white pot. If you don't have a white pot
You can change yours white like I did some black paint and of course some Tax Id
So all you do is basically you take it hot and paint it white and Rustic chain boy
And then you just decorate it with like your box paint and you thought it was really cute the options are endless
only one of mine
I just wiggle to the other I did this like Macaroon time thing finally once your thing is fully dry
You can go ahead and add your cactus make sure you wear protective gloves. I know you guys getting hurt
Cacti can really hurt you
So for this diy watermelon board you're going to need a wooden piece
You can get these from your hardware store some peak slash red team green paint brushes and black
Again by taking your wood, and you're going to paint it pink or red, whatever
And then you're going to outline it with Green
Allow this to dry and then you can use the black paint to make seeds
and this is perfect for when you're putting your stuff doors on or drinks, or I don't even

the Alfa Romeo, I I'm gonna show you guys how to make this compound blanket you can get ones like these that urban outfitters and
Anthropology, they're really smooth, but what I made simply did was I took looks like Tom garland's wine famed
I use my hot glue gun
And I hot glued it to the outer edge of this blanket the holding I was free for me
I got the blanket off an airplane

My name is Valerie Carter-Stone
I am a Natural Resources Area Manager with the Cleveland Metroparks.
In the Cleveland Metroparks Natural Resources Division
a lot of our biologists are specialists
we have a wetland ecologist, we have a wildlife ecologist
but the Natural Resources Area Manager kind of incorporates a little
bit of all of those specialties and we focus on specific properties
so I have seven reservations that I manage
I do invasive plant management and some of
our invasive plants we may spray chemically with herbicides
we may cut down with chainsaws or a brush cutter
it just depends on the plant and its life cycle
and basically how we best can control it
This is garlic mustard
it is an invasive plant that is from Asia
So they actually exude chemicals into the soil
that discourage other plant species from growing
We have to be very sure to get the roots
if we do not get the roots it's just going to grow back.
My undergrad degree was wildlife conservation
with a minor in forestry
but then when I went back to school for my Master's
my concentration was actually environmental education.
Having a degree is almost nothing in this field
everybody has a degree... that is minimum
we typically like to see people who have made that effort
taking that initiative to get out
get their hands dirty and start learning the techniques
These three wetlands here
were created for storm water management.
Now what I typically do is I drain the
water level down right before
we have a big storm and that increases our ability
to hold water during those rain events
This is how the water would be moving
Some of these early career positions are disgusting
they are unpleasant

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed he has become a father for the second
time after the birth of his twin boys via a surrogate mother.
The 32-year-old revealed on Facebook that he was leaving the FIFA Confederations Cup
in Russia, where he was captaining Portugal, to 'finally be with my children for the first
time.'
It comes a month after it emerged his young family could grow even larger in the coming
months, with his 22-year-old girlfriend Georgina Rodríguez rumoured to be five months pregnant.
The free-scoring forward, who has a seven-year-old son - Cristiano Ronaldo Jnr - from a previous
relationship, uploaded a photo to social media last month which showed him affectionately
holding Rodríguez's stomach.
Last night, Ronaldo revealed he had been allowed to return home from the tournament.
Hours earlier Portugal had been eliminated from the cup following a penalty shoot-out
defeat to Chile.
He will be allowed to miss Portugal's third-place play-off against either Germany or Mexico
in order to return home to his family.
According to the Portuguese TV channel SIC, Ronaldo had a boy and girl named Eva and Mateo

ARSENAL are confident they have beaten Tottenham in the race to sign Monaco star Thomas Lemar. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has made the French international winger one of his top targets this summer as he looks to rebuild is faltering squad.
Thomas Lemar could be swapping Monaco for Arsenal in a £30million move. And though North London rivals Tottenham can offer Champions League football, Wenger is increasingly optimistic he has enticed Lemar to the Emirates.
The 21-year-old has an asking price of £30million which Arsenal are willing to match as they attempt to bring in better quality over the summer.
Having dropped into the Europa League the Gunners board know they have to invest in new faces or risk falling further behind their Premier League rivals.
And the first big money player to arrive in the close season could well be Lemar, who caught the eye in Monacos impressive young side last season.
Arsene Wenger is growing increasingly confident he has won the race to sign Thomas Lemar. The French club fear seeing the team who made it through to the Champions League semi-final last season broken up as the giants of European football circle.

right from the beginning for example I introduced this video by saying "I'll
show you the 5 things you can do right now to get longer watch times on
your YouTube videos." Only after you've introduced your video content should you
introduce yourself and ask people to subscribe try to keep it real short so
you don't lose the attention of your viewers if you can keep the attention of
your viewers in the first 15 seconds of your video they'll probably keep
watching the entire video Main content. Deliver the content that you promised
in the intro of your video instead of just talking all the way through your
video and risk losing the attention of your
viewers try to reset the attention of your viewers by including graphics end
cards, zooming using b-roll, video clips etc
Edit out the fluff. Remove content that is not relevant to the topic that you're
speaking about also remove any ums and ahhs or mistakes that you've made
while producing a video Call to action. What action do you want your viewer to
take while watching your video do you want them to subscribe watch another
video or opt into your lead magnet don't give too many calls to action because
that will result in indecision and them not doing anything use cards and
end screens for your calls to actions because these are also mobile friendly
4. Lighting and sound. A poorly lit person will decrease the quality of your

hey guys welcome to CRAZY WEEK as

from California so Hésli asked me
to give a little bit of where I work but
I can't do that because I work in a
lockdown facility so I'm showing you a
little bit of what I do on my breaks on
my lunch time whiches I go to the locally
university which is right across the
street from where I work
we're actually going right there
so this is my favorite part of the museum
it's actually a planet projector
but see the different veins have its different colors?
all those different veins are different wind
so storms going all around the planet
but that's not a real planet this is from Star Wars
alright guys I just got off of work
so now we're gonna make our way downtown
we're gonna meet a friend down there
he's name is Eric and we're gonna meet up
for some boba tea so here we go
so the point of CRAZY WEEK is to try to give
you the closest thing to an exchange
student experience that you can get so
you're riding in the car with me and
we're gonna go get food
you can't get much more american than that
so while we're on our way let me just tell you
a little bit about me I'm 25 years old
I'm still in school and
working on my graduate degree a master's
in theology and I've lived in modesto for
most of my life but I do like to get out
of the neck of the woods every once in
awhile i made my way to Brazil a few
months ago I met some really cool
people there got to see my good friend Hésli again
I'm pretty creative so most
of the time you'll probably find me
either writing music or doing art
or doing something else that involves
creative means
actually really do like making videos
but this is the first vlog I've ever done
so it's a learning experience
so the first thing you learn about living
in California especially in the valley
here in Modesto is that
people
do not know how to drive
we are going 20 miles per hour
when you should be going 65
for those of you who don't go by miles an hour
we're going 30 kilometers an hour
when we should be going like 110
I got off on the wrong exit
I would not survive without GPS
Americans
a little bit more about me
I have one brother and he's enough
his name's Mason he's 20 years old and he lives
in Arizona right now while he goes
to school that's about 700 miles away from here
I have my mom who is a teacher
she teaches kiddos who actually learned
from a different language
and then my dad he actually works for the soda company Pepsi
but you know what the one thing we don't have here is
Guaraná
which i think might be the best soda of them all
and we are entering through the parking garage to get here

they should reach out first to the pediatrician
and if they are not satisfied,
then they should reach out
and go to a mental health professional.
