Get to know six badass warriors from History.
Marcus Cassius Scaeva is probably the toughest Roman ever.
He was a decorated centurion in Caesar's army, who in his spare time, put his life at risk training with professional gladiators.
During the Battle of Dyrrhachium, he fought between Julius Caesar and the army led by Gnaeus Pompey.
Scaeva was fighting in the front ranks as usual when he was shot in the eye.
The injury was severe, and would leave him permanently blind, Scaeva yelled a battle-cry, removed the arrow, and kept on fighting and killing even more fiercely.
During the same battle, he was struck by two more arrows (one pierced his throat and the other his knee), while hundreds of arrows bristled from his shield.
Scaeva managed even under these conditions to hold the line and kept on fighting until the end of the battle.
Even though he had one of the most remarkable last stands in the history of the recorded world,
Agis III is still widely forgotten by history, probably because he was defeated by another badass "humbly" known as Alexander the Great.
Agis III ruled Sparta for nine years, after the death of his father.
He tried as hard as he could to fight against the incoming menace that was Alexander the Great, but wound up (like everyone else Alexander fought) on the losing end.
He fell in battle after being wounded several times in the front of his body, then picked himself back up (bleeding heavily) and held the pass by himself to give his men time to escape.
Alexander's soldiers were so afraid to come at him that he had to be killed by a thrown javelin instead of a sword.
Agis III, according to reports, looked like a god of death coming straight from hell to defeat them.
Count Roland
Count Roland was literally unstoppable. He was the best and first amongst the Twelve Peers of Charlemagne. ("The Twelve Peers of France")
Charlemagne was one of the greatest generals of all time, and he picked the very best to surround him.
His heroism and incredible warrior skills during the fighting in the Pyrenees in August of 778 made Roland a legend.
Like a second King Leonidas, Roland fought against thousands, having by his side only 300 of his men.
Even though Roland and every single one of his Frankish warriors were finally killed, defeated by the Basques,
his last stand was so incredibly heroic that it was celebrated in the 11th century by the epic poem "The Song of Roland".
Miyamoto Musashi is without a doubt one of the finest swordsman to have ever lived.
Over the course of his lifetime, Musashi, a samurai from Japan, defeated over 60 people in life-or-death duels.
These duels were all against highly skilled warriors, and they ended highlander style – there could only be one left alive at the end of each battle.
His first duel was perhaps the most remarkable, as he won it at the mere age of twelve.
His opponent was not only an adult, but a highly trained samurai.
To make the story even more insane, his opponent had a sharpened blade, while Musashi used a stick.
Before he was twenty years old he fought in over 60 more duels to the death and fought in six wars, often leading his men into battle.
This is why, although the number of duels fought was 60, his total number of enemy kills is most likely much, much higher. During all of this, he never received more than a scratch.
During a twenty-five-year military career Yue Fei fought in 126 battles, mainly in central China, and never lost a single encounter.
In addition, he rose through the ranks from private to Overall Commander of the Imperial Forces,
invented many martial arts styles, and wrote a bunch of epic poetry about how he was going to kick his enemies' asses.
Nowadays he is regarded as a national hero in China and the ultimate symbol of integrity, patriotism, and loyalty.
Vlad, the Impaler
Very few people in history have cast more terror into the human heart than Vlad the Impaler, or as he's better known, Dracula.
The man who became a legend and regarded as the Lord of Darkness was a real person and, for that matter, a infernal warrior.
He was born in 1431 in Transylvania, the central region of modern-day Romania, and ruled it for many years.

The Tokyo Monorail goes directly to Hamamatsucho Station which is on the popular JR Yamanote Line.
The trip takes around 15min and does not allow for seat reservations.
It is also worth mentioning that while the monorail has space to store luggage, the Yamanote
Line does not, and during rush hours both can get quite crowded.
Next are the trains operated by the Keikyu Railway.

And finally, there are two types of slower but cheaper commuter trains.
The JR Kansai Airport Rapid goes to several major stations on the Osaka Loop Line including
Tennoji where you can transfer to Nara and Osaka where you can transfer to Kyoto or Kobe.
And the Nankai Airport Express which goes to Namba.
It's important to note that these two trains make more frequent stops than their
faster alternatives and can become somewhat crowded during rush hours.
Apart from trains, the other transportation options are
the Airport Limousine buses which go to a wide variety of destinations around the Kansai region
including Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, and more.
And of course taxis which cost between 15,000 to 20,000 yen to get to central Osaka.

family that value is called median so if the median salary in some City is
$45,000 it means that 50% of the people make more than $45,000 and another 50%
makes less than that mode is essentially the value that occurs most frequently so
if the most common age in a class is of students is 16 then that's the mode now

We are going to make another seasoning blend
This time a burger and fry seasoning that's perfect for the summer months that are upon us
You're going to want to sprinkle this on just about anything you throw on your grill. So let's go see how this all comes together
All right, we're all ready to make another spice blend and this one is totally perfect for summer
This is a burger and fry seasoning blend that's going to be perfect for all your summer barbecues and Beyond
We're gonna be able to use this to season up burgers
Ribs Chicken
Fries any kind of veggie you just you name it this has all the flavors that you would find in a burger or really good
Steak what we're going to start off with is a quarter cup of salt
I'm using himalayan pink salt you can use whatever kind of salt you like a
Tablespoon of Sweet Paprika A
Tablespoon of smoked Paprika two tablespoons of onion Powder
two tablespoons of Garlic Powder a tablespoon of Parsley A
teaspoon of mustard Powder dry Mustard Powder visited a tablespoon of chili Powder
Tablespoon of cracked black pepper and
Here's the tricky one this is two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce Powder and I get this online
And I will leave a link below where you can find it and a tablespoon of tomato powder

Tomato Powder is pretty easy to find I don't know that you can get it in the grocery store
But I know that you can buy it online or you can make your own so just like any other spice mix
We're going to start off. We're going to put our salt in there, and then I'm going to
Gather up all of my other spices

Counted my tablespoons to make sure I had enough room that jelly jar fourth, and this is simple
I mean, it looks pretty right now. See all those striations, but now we're just going to give this a good shake
Suggesting that it sure what do you want?
Coffee you know what I actually have seen people who put espresso powder in their burger seasoning
You could totally do that like if you wanted to use this to make a coffee a cowboy coffee steak
You could go ahead and use this seasoning like a couple of tablespoons and mix it with a quarter of a cup of Espresso powder
And that would make a great coffee rub for it for a good steak. I love a coffee rub steak
So there you have it
There's your burger and fry seasoning all in there. Just like that it smells wonderful
really really wonderful

I am going to show you what I call my first aid calm tip that you can use it anywhere
and at any time.
Do you wish you could stop your anxiety rising, stop your mind spiralling into depression
and turn the chaos of stress in your mind and actually be relaxed enough to find calm.
The best thing is this is FREE, I will demonstrate the technique and you can start and use this
straight away as well as when you feel your emotions running away.
How many times do you have to hit rock bottom before you realise that you dont want to keep
going there and that answers and solutions wont come when you are in a state of chaos.
I have simplified very complex solutions after years of research and personally trying so
many different methods.
This is my experience and I have huge successes with it, which is why I want to share this.
You can listen to the so called experts with book knowledge or I can share with you what
I do, from my real life experience and it works for me.
There is a plethora of information on the net and sifting through it is time consuming
and a nightmare.
There are other solutions available and some of them are too complex, but in my experience,
I had to find a solution that I could use every day with no effort and yet achieve massive
results.
I make no promises or guarantees about the results you will get or how you will feel,
as that is up to you and if you want to practice this.
If you can relate to any of these situation then you will understand why you need calm
immediately.
Imagine you are at the checkout of the supermarket, the kids are demanding your attention and
its all you can do to hold it together, finish the shopping not shout at the kids and stop
yourself from running out of the store like a crazy lady because its all too much.
How about when someone cuts you off in traffic, are you going to pull over and meditate to
ground yourself?
When your boss confronts you, its not like you can say sorry you will have to wait till
I get on my app and control breathe.
What about if you are dealing with someone irate at work and you can�t walk away, are
you going to say your ruining my personal bubble and ignore them.
What about when you are in a social situation and mid conversation you close your eyes and
go to a happy place in your mind.
When sitting in a work meeting and to stop your anxiety you are hardly going ask for
5 minutes to journal your emotions.
Do your kids and partner demand your attention, you cant drop everything right there and then
and find a quiet spot to zen out with a guided meditation.
Or when I wake at 4am, it was impossible for me to stop thinking and go back to sleep.
So anything that involves anything more than a deep breathe is too much to think about
at that time of chaos.
Here is my first aid technique that I use daily to create a calm habit so that when
chaos strikes, and it will, because no matter how my perceived control you have chaos will
always find you.
All you can do is manage yourself, your emotions and how you respond without reacting and regretting
it later.
I needed immediate self-administered relief and this works for me every time.
Its self-empowering and with a clearer mind I find my calm so that I can get through the
challenges easier.
Calm technique I needed a technique that could stop my brain
thinking because the causes of stress, anxiety and depression start in the brain with fear,
past experiences, worry and chronic overthinking.
But I have discovered that most people just cant stop thinking no matter how much they
try and relax or meditate.
A slow and deep breathing is the cornerstone of calm.
Your breath brings more awareness into your body, as oxygen fuels every cell it increasing
your consciousness of the depth of this present moment.
Making a conscious effort to take a deep breathe shifts your focus from your thoughts to everything
else that is going on around and within you.
Did you also know that when you exhale you can release up to 70% of the toxins in your
body.
So I breathe in calm and exhale chaos.
The third part to the simple yet effective technique is to smile.
Negative emotions allow us to focus our awareness and they are trying to connect you to problems
so that you can find solutions.
They help us to zone in on a problem so we can not only deal with it but learn from it.
But too many negative emotions can make us feel overwhelmed, anxious, mentally and physically
exhausted, or stressed out.
Positive emotions balance out negative ones and together they both play a vital role in
your overall well bring.
Positive emotions also build our resilience which helps us emotionally cope better.
Positive emotions feel good because they are good for you.
Acknowledge the negative but dont dwell on them.
Embrace and enjoy the positive feelings.
Being positive makes you more aware, stops the chaos of your thoughts and creates a break
between your thoughts.
The more positive you are the better you will feel and more you will want and strive for
this feeling.
So now for the simple technique that stops my chaos, calms my mind and body all in one
second.
STOP - BREATHE - SMILE Place your hand on you diaphragm this anchors
the positive belief and allows you to feel your heart beat as well as the bottom of your
lungs.
Take one deep breath.
Making the conscious effort is enough to stop the chaos of your brain and that second breaks
the endless thought patterns.
As you breathe out smile and this will change your energy from negative to a glimmer of
hope.
So I have combined number of techniques into a calm cue I use every day and have created
the calming habit that allows me to sleep better, get through stressful situations and
stops my chronic over analysing of a problem.
STOP - BREATHE - SMILE There you have my free calm technique and
it my first aid tip.
Of course maintaining your calm is not quite that simple and just like bathing you will
have to do this daily.
The best way to find more calm in your life is to use this technique, practice it daily.

Prosecutors issue arrest warrant for People's Party member accused of making false allegations - Duration: 2:35.
The minor opposition People's Party is in crisis mode over a widening and potentially
devastating scandal.
The party, still trying to regroup after a disappointing showing in last month's presidential
election, is facing allegations of trying to smear Moon Jae-in,... the then-leading
candidate who would go on to become president.
Kim Min-ji reports.
It's being called the biggest crisis in the party's history.
Seoul prosecutors on Wednesday issued an arrest warrant for a member of the minor opposition
People's Party, Lee Yu-mi. Lee, who did some campaign work for the People's
Party, is suspected of making false claims about President Moon Jae-in during the presidential
race last month.
Just days before the May 10th election,... the People's Party said President Moon's son
had received special favors when applying for a job in the public sector in 2006.
The evidence was a voice recording of someone claiming to be a former classmate of Moon's
son.
But during questioning,... Lee reportedly confessed that she had fabricated the recording.
Prosecutors want to know whether the People's Party itself was involved.
They raided Lee Yu-mi's workplace,... and the home of another -- Lee Jun-seo -- a former
member of the party's decision making body -- and who some reports say may also have
played a role in the scandal.
The People's Party, for now, have said that they see this as an independent act.
People's Party lawmaker Lee Yong-ju held a press conference on Wednesday... where he
revealed text message exchanges between the two suspects that indicate the deception was
the work of Lee Yu-mi alone.
"I apologize once again for not being able to check this issue in advance.
One thing that's sure at this point is that the messages exchanged between the two show
that they weren't colluding,... and that Lee Jun-seo did not know the claims were false."
Rival parties are demanding that the party's former leader,... and presidential candidate
Ahn Cheol-soo,... make a statement on the matter.
Ahn, at one point, was seen as a strong rival of President Moon's,... polls showing him
neck in neck in the early stages of the race.
The People's Party's interim leader Park Joo-sun, said in a radio interview that if the party
as a whole is shown to have been involved in any way,... it will have to disband.
Besides the probe by prosecutors,... an investigation team has been launched within the party,...
which has promised a thorough investigation into the matter.

The 29-year-old former football star followed that up by launching a two-run home run to center in his first at-bat of the second game, much to the delight of the home crowd.
Maybe the Mets organization saw something the rest of us didn't, maybe it was divine intervention, maybe there was a strong wind blowing out to center field.
Either way, it was reminiscent of his first day with the Fireflies in which the Heisman Trophy winner hit a two-run homer in his first game in low-Class A.

The recent home run came with one on and one out in the bottom of the second inning.

He added a groundball single in the fourth, as well.
In total, Tebow had three hits, a walk and a strikeout in his first five plate appearances, which sure sounds like a stat line worthy of a promotion. The Mets lost the first game, 5-2, despite Tebow's contributions.
His home run in the second game gave the Mets a 2-1 lead, which was then stretched to 3-1 in the same inning.
Merited or not, it doesn't look like this minor league Tebowmania is going away anytime soon, folks.
