Youtube daily report Jan 25 2018

It's a brand new day in Tokyo!

And it's raining like a m************ again!

So we're gonna use this rainy day to see some toy shops in Akihabara.

We want to go to Akihabara and maybe to Ueno if we have time.

But first...

Man I'm so hungry. I need to go to a conbini and grab a sandwich or something. Let's go!!

About 25 minutes later, here we are in Akihabara.

And we're in front of a building called Akiba Cultures Zone.

For those who don't know, "Akiba" is the shortened version of Akihabara.

We're here because in this shopping mall there's a shop that sells sofubi called OneUp.

And this shop is very special to me because

when I first came to Japan in 2013

it was one of the first shops that sold my toys.

And we've been collaborating for the past few years.

So I want you to see it. Look, this is their logo.

Let's get inside! Oh, by the way...

this whole shopping mall sells mainly toys and merchandising.

Basically anything that has to do with manga, anime and videogames.

We'll see what they have floor by floor,

and I'll record anything I find interesting.

But let's get started because this it super big and there's a lot to see.

We're still in the first floor.

This is infinite. There's so many figures I want most of them.

I promised myself not to spend any money today but I don't know what will happen.

I've already found a few toys I saw on the internet and wanted.

Seeing them here is so freaking tempting!

But anyway, I wanted to show you the Nendoroids.

I guess some will know them but some won't.

Nendoroids were popular before Funko Pops were a thing.

And they come from the same general idea,

which is having a certain shape for the body and head and applying it to different licenses and characters

but with better quality, cause the quality of Funko toys is not that good.

There's Nendoroids for almost any anime and manga license

They've even been releasing Nendoroids from western licenses like Disney,

or even Marvel and DC characters.

Here there's also shops that buy and sell toys,

and for example they sell all the toys we can find in gachapon machines but loose.

This way you can buy the ones you like.

Of course they're a bit more expensive,

but depending on the toy they might be just 100¥ or 200¥ more,

and sometimes it's worth it, instead of spending more on trying to get your favorite from the machine.

Here we are in OneUp.

Like I said, this shop is where I sold some of my first toys.

They have a big selection of sofubi from both local and international artists.

Let's see what they have!

Yup, they have tons of sofubi here.

This guy here is the Ultimate Saikobi,

sculpted by PicoPico for Max Toy Co.

You actually saw Miyamoto-san from Max Toy at the Kaiju Salon event.

It's a toy brand with which I collaborate quite often.

Man these robots are awesome.

There's also a lot of smaller toys here and not everything is sofubi.

I'm seeing some gachapon toys here too.

But hey these Street Fighter toys ARE sofubi, we already saw them around a few times.

They are so cool.

Take a look at these toys.

All these toys are Gumtaro's.

Gumtaro is a Japanese artist that I had the pleasure of meeting during my first trips to Japan.

Some will say this is too bizarre,

and indeed it is bizarre, but they are so unique and have so much charm.

We're used to seeing the same type of character designs all over,

but these type of toys bring a very fresh change.

These toys are also Gumtaro's.

This guy is so versatile and has many different styles he can apply to his toys.

What a nice surprise! Look!

This guy that look like a piñata is a toy called Cerrito.

Cerrito is a sofubi by the Argentinian artist César Zanardi.

And these toys are made by Japanese artist Shin Tanaka.

He is very well known for his paper toys.

Oh, and here we have some toys by a great Japanese artist that's also a really nice guy.

His name is Tomohito Yamada.

He has a very peculiar style and does very detailed paint jobs.

I think he released his first sofubi just last year. This one you see here.

It was actually produced by OneUp if I'm not mistaken.

OneUp is very supportive to young artists.

This one by Instinctoy is super cool.

Here we have more PicoPico toys.

Woah I love this one! I've been so tempted to buy it.

The unpainted one. I've been really tempted cause I love that creature.

I still don't know what it is, I need to look it up.

But I think it's a lion that has to do with festivals.

I've seen it in some temples. Actually the one I saw was a robot,

that moved when you inserted a coin. It's really cool.

This one by PicoPico is amazing.

If I hadn't promised myself not to spend money today I would have bought it already.

Behind it we have the same creature but in robot version.

PicoPico is known for doing this.

He takes a creature and robotizes it. Check out the bear at the back.

Look at these cuties. These are toys by Monster Factory.

Monster Factory is a Japanese artist.

Her toys always feature big blank black eyes.

I'm always amazed by the imagination these Japanese artists have.

They have a bit of everything here, not just sofubi.

These are cool.

These look a bit more western,

but they are neat too.

And suddenly we find these toys by my good friend Jay222!

He's an artist from San Francisco with whom I shared my booth at Taipei Toy Festival.

This guy is like a machine, he works 24 hours a day!

And what do we have here?

That toy with horns you see, was my first toy.

Don Antler is a mutant eggplant.

He was one of the first characters I created and my first resin toy.

Alright, we're now leaving this shopping mall.

And we're gonna see what we can eat.

I've had a hard time in this shopping mall, they had too many cool toys.

I really wanted to buy a figure from Samurai-

no, not Samurai...Ninja Slayer.

I don't even know what it is but the figure looked great.

What I did buy was a few gachapon masks that aren't currently available in gachapon machines

and I will use them for customizing my own vinyl toys.

Probably on Wananeko. I'll put him a mask on the side of his head and I'm sure it will look so good.

That kind of thing I can spend money on, because it's work related.

Ok, let's see what we eat!

And this is what we're eating today.

Udon from Hanamaru.

It looks delicious!

I swear I don't eat anything that's fried when I'm home.

We don't even have oil for frying cause we don't use it.

But jeez...in Japan it's another story...!

Ok, we're now leaving another shopping mall,

where they had like one million toys, manga, model kits and stuff...

The truth is that spending a whole day in Akihabara gets you really tired,

because there are many nice things but in many shops they have exactly the same figures,

so if you're looking for something you need to check them all, because prices change between shops.

For example I was looking for this ninja figure,

and I found them for ¥6,000

then ¥5,000

then about ¥4,800...

and then I found it in a second hand shop in a pretty mint condition and only missing the box,

for just ¥3,400 or so.

But I didn't buy cause like I said I don't want to spend money today.

We're leaving Akihabara now, I don't think there's much more to do here today.

And I guess you've seen enough too.

So that's all. See you in the next one!

Situación de los clubes de cannabis en España tras las sentancias del Tribunal Constitucional - Duration: 7:44.

-To clear spanish cannabis clubs actual situation, we offer this interview with Eloy Expósito, member from

- " Som el que cultivem".

- Here we are in La Nau Bostik, with Eloy Exposito member of "Som el que cultivem" and here they'll cellebrate San Canuto.

- Hi welcome good afternoon. Let's start with a resum of the steps to arrive to the actual situation, where

- constitutional court provisionally denied regulation laws in Catalonia and Navarra. I'll try to be fast...

- All kind of cannabic activism and the law change started the fight 20 years ago... The change started with PLI

- La rosa verda, impulsed by a lawyers office and supported by cannabic sector in Catalonia, we overcame signs needed

- for the institution to present this PLI, and once presented all signs and tramits where initiated,

- we've been 1.5 years working with parlamentaries groups about the cannabis associations laws, aproved June 17th of 2017.

- Actually, in the rest of the spanish territory, there are a few different propositions of law and not of law,

- at the end of 2017, several resources by Popular Party,

- to those initiatives for regulation, and the most recent news are that constitutional anullated laws claiming

- competences fault and pointing dangerously facing to the next sentence

- about the catalan law that's regulating clubs now. Can you explain difference between catalan and Navarra's law?¿

- The main difference is that catalan law has been working with parlamentary groups and arrived to a redaction of the law's

- text with a lot of details, i mean... It tries to make an integral regulation from cultivation and trnsport to the

- fucntioning of the club and all of it's included inside law's tex, to practice development of the proposal is

- wider in catalan law. So we've got expectatives because club regulations competences are

- autonomics and with a closed juridic framework for these associations, we hope constitutional court makes a different

- sentence than in Navarra. Could you explain what is the legal situation just right now?

- Now in Spain, it's still alegal, with all juridic insecurity it represents...

- Catalan law is aproved and resourced by PP in constitutional, but we're still waiting for an ultimate sentence

- over the text. If it anulates all, or nothing, or a part... We're waiting for constitutional's sentence.

- Actually we follow being alegal. Appart of non law proposals,

- it's following its way... And even with those news by constitutional, we think there is a

- chance to follow the fight, like a debate about cannabis in senate, and a few projects

- arond the state, not only in autonomic comunities, taking it to Deputies Congress and Senate, where an integral

- and ultimate regulation to end with prohibition is possible. We're now in a decisive moment because PP answered to our

- alternative and that's a key moment to join all toguether to pressure

- parties, media and the entire society until get our objective... Elliminate prohibition and get a

- integral regulation. From cannabis association movement all around the state, we was born proposing to give an alternative

- to prohibitionism... We think it failed because during a century banning it, consumption hasn't reduced,

- we've seen empower of mafia and increase of collateral damages. From an associatism point of view,

- we've been always trying to fight for an alternative based on user's rights and scientist principles like optimized consumption,

- education... We think all of it optimizes consumption and avoids problems that affect a person's life.

- Our main advise is the union of users to have a secure access to cannabis

- in a regulated environment, not chased by law. So our final objective is to kill prohibitionism and get a regulation

- that covers all cannabis aspects from production until access, without forgetting

- patient's access and who's interested to get theraputical substance avoiding black market, wich we know that

- is never going to fight for their rights.

Sécurité 1 : Introduction à la Cryptographie - Duration: 12:05.

Hi everyone! Welcome to this first video of this new module about cybersecurity!

What does it mean to secure a system?

Whether it is a computer, a distributed system or an operating system, we can distinguish

2 kinds of properties :

We have the properties called 'liveness properties'. Basically the functionalities of the system.

what we can do with the system, what we should be able to do

and we have what we call 'safety properties' : everything we shouldn't be able to do with the system.

So securing a system, means listing all these safety properties and make sure they all hold.

It is more or less easy to list the functionalities of a system, but it is very hard to list all the things that

shouldn't be possible. You can think of 1000 attacks on your system and make sure you are immune

against all of them, but you never know if there is another 1001st attack that you never thought of.

that's why in my opinion cybersecurity is a difficult topic.

there is another reason why I believe it is difficult,

since it is about exploiting the flaws of a system, you first need to understand the system itself.

which means that I cannot explain to you what is a denial of service attack if you don't know how

the Internet works. I cannot explain how to hack a database with an SQL injection if you don't understand

how a database works. So in many of these videos we will reference other videos of other modules.

This is why it is difficult, you need a lot of prerequisite knowledge. Fortunately, there is a subtopic

called cryptography, for which you don't need particular prerequisite knowledge.

It will be the subject of this video and the next ones.

We can think of cryptography as a toolbox for designing secure systems.

For now, we will focus on the use of cryptography to secure messages we send over the Internet.

Since etymologically, 'cryptography' means 'write in a hidden way', we often think that it just means

to encrypt messages, so making sure that only the receiver is able to read them.

But as you will see, it is more complicated than that.

When A sends a message to B, he doesn't want an attacker to see the content during the transit.

that's what we call 'confidentiality'

But it is only one of the properties of secure communications

When B receives a message from someone claiming to be A, he wants to be sure

that the sender is indeed A. that's what we call 'authenticity'

When B receives a message from A, he wants to make sure the message hasn't been tampered in

between by an attacker. that's what we call 'integrity'

There are other properties when we talk about secure communications, but these 3 are the most important

they are essential in almost every application. If there is one thing you should remember from this video :

unlike what we hear in the medias everywhere, securing communications is not only encrypting

messages, it is 3 things : confidentiality, authenticity and integrity.

In this video and the next ones, we will start by talking about confidentiality

We will talk about the rest much later. But first let's define the problem more formally.

A wants to send a message m to B through a channel where resides an attacker who mustn't see m.

A wants a function called E that takes m as argument and transforms it into c such that

c is not understandable and only B will be able to recover m from c.

So the attacker sees c and cannot understand the content.

B receives c and uses another function D to recover m.

From now on, we will study several techniques to construct these 2 functions E and D.

The first techniques we will see is called the Cesar cipher, it was used in Roman times.

It is extremely simple. we will encrypt messages made only of letters from A to Z

To encrypt, we shift letters by a constant number of positions, for example 3

For example, if we take letter A, the next letter is B, then C and then D. So A is replaced by D

It is a cyclic system, which means Y will be replaced by B

A wants to encrypt the message 'SALUT'

I let you verify that 'VDOXW' is correct.

It is then sent to B. To decrypt, B will shift letters by 3 positions backwards.

For example, before V there is U, then T, then S. So for V the original letter is S.

We do the same for every letter.

In this example we used a shift of 3 positions. The attacker doesn't know the shift used by A and B.

So A and B need to meet beforehand in secret to decide on a shift to use later.

This shift is called the encryption/decryption key.

It is a very weak system. Since there are 26 letters in the alphabet, there are only 25 possible shifts.

So it is rather easy even for a human being to test all possibilities to recover the key and the plaintext.

There is something even worse : there is a better method to recover the key and plaintext.

If we know the language used in the message, we can count the frequency of apparition of each letter

In French, the most common letter is E. So if we see in the ciphertext a lot of Js for example,

Probably 'j' is the encrypted letter corresponding to 'e'.

There are 5 shifts between e and j, so the key is probably 5. So we just need to shift back by 5

positions every letter to recover the original message.

We need a better technique such that every letter is not encrypted each time the same way.

And we need to have A LOT more possible keys such that it is infeasible for a human to test them all.

At the end of the Middle Ages, a better technique appeared : the Vigenere cipher.

This time the shared secret key between A and B is a sequence of letters for example 'AREB'

we will place this key under the message to encrypt for example 'RARE'

Now each letter of the key is below a letter of the message.

the letter of the key is interpreted as a shift according to its position in the alphabet.

For example A is the first letter in the alphabet so R will be shifted by 1 position which gives S.

R is the 18th letter, so A is shifted by 18 positions which gives S

E is the 5th letter so we shift R by 5 positions. It gives W

B is the second letter so we shift E by 2 positions which gives G.

As you can see, in the plaintext m we have twice the letter R but once it is replaced by S and another time by W

In the ciphertext you see twice the letter S but originally it is not the same letter.

B will then receive c and decrypt by shifting backwards.

A is the first letter so S is shifted back to R

R is the 18th letter so we shift back S by 18 positions this gives A

E is the 5th letter, we shift W back to recover R

B is the 2nd letter so we shift back G by 2 positions and find E

We recover the initial message m

The great improvement is the number of possible letters

26 possibilities for the first letter, then 26 possibilities for the second letter for each possibility

of the first letter. and so on... it gives this total (screen)

this is only for a key of length 4

the attacker doesn't know the key length, but if he knows it is between 4 and 6 letters

I let you imagine if we go until keys of length 20. It is unfeasible for a human being to test all of these.

In this example we had a message of length 4 and a key of length 4, so it was easy.

if we have a message of length 8, we double the key and place it under the message

if the length of the message is not a multiple of 4, we will place only a part of the key under it.

In these 2 cipher techniques, we assumed the attacker knows the system used.

We have seen that the cesar cipher has only 25 possible keys but the attacker must first know that

we used the cesar cipher. Maybe he doesn't know, but when we study security, we always assume

that the attacker knows the whole design of the system except the key

This principle comes from a 19th century cryptographer, Kerckhoffs, who invented this principle that

says basically that the security of a cryptosystem must depend solely on the key and not the knowledge

of the design of the system. We assume the enemy knows it.

If at some point the design is leaked to the public, the system must remain secure while the key is unknown.

Today it is a common and obvious principle, even if still there are systems that don't follow it.

Many people have tried to hide the design of their system, but eventually some years later the design was

leaked and we discovered a flaw in the system. I think, among other, of GSM.

It initially was a private cryptosystem but got leaked and now everyone knows how awfully weak its

security is. But we will talk about that in another video.

Maybe you noticed that in the 2 systems we studied, we used the same key to encrypt and decrypt

The 2 participants must exchange this key in secret beforehand.

We call this symmetric cryptography, since we used the same key to encrypt and decrypt

There exists another kind of cryptography called asymmetric.

This time we use 2 keys : one to encrypt and one to decrypt.

It solves the problem of the key exchange.

That's the end of the video! in the next video we will focus more on symmetric cryptography

the one used today, not the one of the Roman times and Middle Ages

In the next-next video we will talk about asymmetric cryptography.

I hope you enjoyed, see you soon!

The first step of the Korean routine: the cleansing oils - Duration: 8:18.

Welcome to Bamboo & Panda!

Today I want to talk about cleansing oils.

Today we will uncover all the secrets of the first step of the Korean double cleansing routine.

The cleansing oils, as the name says,

are oils that help clean the skin.

The main advantage of the oils

is that there is nothing better to get rid of oil than oil.

The cleansing oils are the best product there is to

clean oily skin.

Also, the cleansing oils are specially suggested to those with sensitive skin.

Because they are very gentle

and the skin's natural ceramides are not scrubbed off,

which is what keeps the skin safe and hydrated.

There are two textures of cleansing oils.

Solid and liquid.

The liquids can be used directly on our skin.

The solids have to be decomposed

with the hands so it warms up and changes texture.

There are a few questions people make about cleansing oils

and we will answer them now.

Can people with oily skin use cleansing oils?

Not only they can, but they should.

Oily skin types produce more oil.

To remove this excess of oil that causes pimples and

causes the pores to clog

we should use a cleansing oil.

Should I use a cleansing oil if I don't wear makeup?

Yes.

Why? Because the skin doesn't only get dirty with makeup.

It also gets dirty because

we naturally sweat,

produce grease

and we should wear sunscreen everyday

which is a very oily product.

So yes. Even if we don't wear makeup, we should use cleansing oils.

This question.

Should we use a cleansing oil in the morning?

I don't do a double cleansing in the morning.

But yes, it is recommended to double clean in the morning

because at night we sweat

our skin cleans itself at night

so ideally we should clean our face.

I don't do a double cleansing.

What I do in the morning is to use some micellar water to clean up the grease.

Question #4

Can the cleansing oil be used for something other than the face?

Yes. We can use it for more stuff.

We can, for example, use it to clean our makeup brushes.

It's almost the same thing as cleaning your face.

We can put the brushes

in the bathroom sink and leave them to soak.

You add water

then some cleansing oil and let them rest a bit.

Then we can clean them.

Again with water.

We add then at the end a water based clenser.

After they are all clean, we leave them to dry.

We can also use the cleansing oil as a shaving cream.

So if you need to shave your legs

or your boyfriend needs to shave, you can.

It works just like shaving cream.

You can also make homemade scrubs.

If you don't have sensitive skin

you can take some of you cleansing oil

and mix it with a bit of sugar

and make a homemade mask.

How do you apply cleansing oils?

Well, that's easy. You just put some on your hands

and we massage our skin with our fingertips.

Why the tips?

Because if we use our palms we can hurt our skin.

The best is to not apply force and use our fingertips.

There are many oil textures so if we see it is very dense

we can use a konjac sponge

or a cloth with warm water to help us

to better get rid of dirt.

After we've spread the oil on the face

we can clean it off with hot water.

Not too hot so you don't damage your skin

but warm towards hot.

Now I want to show you some of my favorite products.

This is Oillo Ziuza by Too Cool for School.

In Korean Oillo Ziuza means "clean with oil".

This is the first oil I ever tried

and still is my favorite.

The texture is neither very dense nor light.

It cleans very well.

It contains olive oil, jojoba oil

I believe it's the best cleansing oil I have tried because it is an awesome cleaner,

it is very soft,

doesn't irritate the skin or the eyes, which is very important,

and really hydrates alot.

Rica Water Bright Oil by The Face Shop.

A lot of people like this oil.

This is one of those products that

is very famous and a lot of people use and like it.

I personally stopped using it.

I used up this one but won't get another

because it irritates my eyes.

This may not happen to you, because it is a very personal thing.

I know a lot of people that uses it

and loves it and has no issue.

Anyways

This oil

what Iike about it

is that it has the softest texture I've ever tried.

It's almost like water. It cleans very well.

It's very easy to remove it.

But it irritates my eyes.

This oil has a strong floral scent.

If you are annoyed by smells

I won't recommend this one because it's pretty strong.

This cleansing oil contains rice, that is rich in vitamins B and E.

It also contains, like the other one,

jojoba oil and seeds, however it's supposed to be pronounced.

Klair's cleansing oil

Is one of the most dense in the market.

To be honest the first time I tried it I didn't like it at all.

It took me forever to remove it.

I got mad because everyone likes it

and I'm the only one that doesn't.

But then I found out a trick:

the konjac sponge.

With the sponge it's very easy to remove the oil.

Now I love it and it really is a good product.

But be aware that it is very dense.

This product contains sesame oil

and black currant oil.

What I really like about Klairs is that is it a brand

that does not test on animals.

All Klairs products you can be assured that were not tested on animals.

Also,

every Klairs product is made for sensitive skin types.

Possibly one of the most famous cleansing oils in the market

is this one by Banila.

Clean it zero

is so famous because

it is solid.

It was one of the first that came out

and there are many versions

and limited editions, one just for sensitive skins...

There are so many.

There are rumors that the guys that creating this product

went to a different company called Heimish

and made a similar but better version!

It's supposed to be a lot better than this one

I haven't tried it so I can't say. But if you want to, you know it's there.

The last one is this super cute, wonderful,

adorable, lovel...

it's the Panda cleanser by Tony Moly.

This one is quite famous because it's cute

and is made of plankton.

That's what whales eat and apparently it works very well on the skin.

In my opinion the only disadvantage this product has

is that it lasts less than the liquids.

But maybe it's just me.

I hope I was able to answer some of your questions about cleansing oils in this video.

If you liked it, don't forget to subscribe,

hit like and if you have any other questions, leave a comment down below.

See you in the next episode! Bye!

Back to the video!

Just look at the action, the intensity. Oh boy, this fight isn't fair.

This green dude isn't gonna survi- oh yeah, he's dead.

Huh, this is actually kind of relax-

Sweet Jesus look at that dragon!

Seeing it up close, I kind of feel bad for sending my troops into these battles.

Yeah this guy's got the right idea: Walk away from the battle.

3. A special greeting

Next up we've got a little treat that might be known to those who tried

entering something fantastical as their Lord name.

Perhaps the name of a well-known Sith Lord?

"Greetings, Lord Vader. Obi-wan has taught you well, but you are not a Jedi yet."

But Lord Vader is just one of the edgy

phrases and short hands that our dear narrator treats us with.

Let's have a listen.

"Greetings, flying poooooo!"

"Not long till morning now, Sire. You're going to need your beauty sleep."

"Please eat, my liege. I fear you are wasting away."

You can't tell me what to do, you're not even my real dad!

4. Fetchez La Vache

Now for a slightly more obscure reference for some of our international

players, ever heard of Monty Python? If not, here's a little taste.

"This is your last chance. I've be more than reasonable."

- "Fetchez la vache." - "Quoi?" - "Fetchez la vache."

For those of you with a good ear for insulting French accents,

that's legendary actor John Cleese saying "fetchez la vache."

The same phrase used for one of our Crusader 2 achievements

in which you kill an enemy Lord with a disease cow.

"Fetchez la vache."

"Quoi? Fetchez la vache?"

"Jesus Christ!"

"Crikey!"

5. Trumped in space

On to our beloved intergalactic world of science-fiction, Space Colony gets a tad

political with a theme mission based on the whole Trump versus Forbes debacle.

In case you've forgotten, back in the late 2000s, now President Donald Trump wanted

to build a massive golf complex in Aberdeenshire. One Scottish farmer

Michael Forbes, refused to sell his land to Trump so you could build over it and

now Forbes is regarded as a local hero. So logically, you introduce lasers, aliens,

and space stations into the mix, and you've got our easter egg.

6. Sir William, Heroin Addict.

For all you film fanatics out there, recognize this clip?

No?

Shame on you.

Well, here it is anyway, in a certain British cult hit.

Who doesn't know a bit of Ewan McGregor?

Well, apart from that one trilogy he did.

"My allegiance is to the Republic, to democracy!"

7. The three commandments

Are you a Stronghold player with an eagle eye?

Then you might have come across a certain phrase to live by in our games.

Here's a clip highlighting our holy scripture.

In the beginning, God created beer. Then women. And cake.

Nice.

So those were our favorite Stronghold and Space Colony Easter Eggs

but if you've got a favorite pop-culture reference we didn't mention the video,

put it in the comments below and we might include it in a future video.

Should I Upgrade The Sony A7RII To The A7RIII?: The Breakdown with Miguel Quiles - Duration: 4:38.

Ever since Sony announced the

A7RIII mirrorless camera, people have been

asking me if I think it's worth

]upgrading, if they already own the A7RII.

In today's video I'll give you my top

reasons why you may want to consider it!

Welcome back to The Breakdown,

my name is Miguel Quiles.

Without wasting any time,

let's dig right into my top 5 reasons to

consider upgrading, if you already own the A7RII.

Reason No.1: The Battery.

One of the criticisms of photographers

switching from DSLR cameras, is that the

battery life wasn't as good as what they

were used to. The reason for this is

boiled down to simple mathematics, DSLR

batteries like those found in the Canon

5D series run off of a 1,865 mAh

battery, while the A7I and 2 Series

batteries, run off of a 1020

mAh battery. Comparing this to the

new A7RIII, Z series battery, you now get a

2,2080 mAh hour battery that lasts

significantly longer. I can often shoot

several times over the course of a week,

and not have to change my batteries at all.

If you go through two or three

batteries a day when shooting with the

A7RII, you may want to consider upgrading

Reason No. 2: Two dual card slots.

Another feature that wedding and event

shooters have been asking for, is dual

card slots. The A7RIII, now offers

dual card slots, one of which gives you

faster UHS-2 card speeds. Now you could

choose to use the second card slot to

duplicate your images from the first

card, you could shoot raw on the first

card and JPEGs on the second, or you can

even use one slot for photos, and the

other for video. This flexibility is

something professionals have been

looking for, and is now offered in the A7RIII

Reason No.3: Better connectivity.

These days it seems to be a

trend where products are offering you

less connectivity options, not so with

the A7RIII, you now have USB 2.0 and 3.0

along with a sync port for you to use

with your flashes, it also keeps the

headphone and microphone jacks as well

as an HDMI output, to give you more

flexibility than ever to use your camera

with a variety of devices. Now as a

studio photographer who often choose

tethered, I'm excited for the inclusion

of USB 3.0.File transfers to my computer

are so much faster, and as we all know time is money!

Reason No. 4: Better Autofocus Performance.

The A7RIII has improved autofocusing.

The same system that Sony put into its

big brother the A9.

It's twice as fast as the a 7 or 2,

in both response, and tracking. This comes

in handy when using the eye autofocus

feature which can now find the eye in the

frame, even when the subject is in

low-light, has something slightly

covering their face, or even when they're

looking down!

Reason No.5: Joystick and touchscreen.

Two highly requested features were

added to the A7RIII, which

is the inclusion of the joystick and

touch screen functionality. The joystick

will help you quickly move your focusing

point around the screen, when using spot

focusing, and if that's not enough you

can even touch the screen to select

where you want the camera to focus. It

works tremendously well, and could be a

big reason you might want to consider

the upgrade. these are just a handful of

reasons why the A7RIII is such an

appealing camera, along with the reasons

I mentioned, Video shooters are also

getting 120 fps HD video,

compared to 60 fps in A7RII

and 5k oversampling, and super 35

mode, to give you stunningly detailed 4k

video. You also get hlg or hybrid log

gamma picture profiles, to give you the

ability to shoot HDR video. When it comes

to shooting stills, you could shoot up to

10 fps, with a mechanical

shutter, which again is double what you

get in the A7RIII. You get all of these

features at the same original price

point of the A7RII. If you want more

information, be sure to check out

Adorama.com and the Adorama Learning Center.

If you have questions you can leave them

in the comments section below.

While you're here make sure that you

subscribe to the channel, as new videos

are posted every day. You'll be notified

so you can stay on top of everything!

Thank you so much for watching The

Breakdown and I will see you all in the

next episode.

Bye everybody!

Sejeong, "My speech at the Drama Awards? I was scolded by my manager"[Happy Together/2018.01.18] - Duration: 3:27.

Sejeong reminds me of a female Lee Seunggi.

She's funny, she can act and she can sing.

No, no...

You won 2 awards, right?

I'm so thankful that I won 2 awards this year.

I won the first award from SBS.

I never expected to win that award.

So for my speech

I didn't get to mention everyone I wanted to.

I just sputtered for a bit and it was over.

(Source: SBS)

This is... My first time winning an award like this,

so I'm a bit out of it.

To all the SBS variety shows that casted me...

Uh... Thank you!

So now when I'm invited to an award show...

You want to be prepared.

I didn't want to forget to thank anyone

so I wrote their names down on paper.

I didn't even know if I'd win an award,

but I brought that sheet anyway.

But thankfully my name was called.

The 2017 KBS Drama Awards female rookie award...

Goes to Kim Sejeong. Congratulations.

Congratulations.

I'm truly thankful. First of all...

I took out that sheet, read it,

said thank you and came down.

My manager went nuts.

Taking that sheet out made it look like

you knew you were going to win.

That's why I wanted to explain myself here.

How cute!

There's a twist at the end of your story.

I brought it just in case, so don't misunderstand.

I just wanted to mention all the names

of the people I wanted to thank.

As you said, if there's a slight possibility...

It's not about winning an award.

You panic when your name is suddenly called.

So it's good to be prepared.

What did gugudan and your mom say?

I wonder what your mom said.

As for my mom... I mentioned this

once on "Yu Huiyeol's Sketchbook."

That I wanted to win an award for singing,

acting and variety shows within 3 years.

And that's when I accomplished all that.

In 2017? That's amazing.

So my mom was excited and congratulated me.

That's how my family reacted. The members...

They filmed themselves watching me on TV.

And at the end of my speech...

I choked up as I talked about gugudan.

And to the members of gugudan

who waited and endured through this long time...

(Choking up)

That's when all the girls went, "Sejeong!"

They sent me a clip of them bursting into tears.

I watched it and it made me cry too.

I'm always thankful for my members.

That was directed at your members too.

You're doing a lot on our show.

You have a lot of things to get off your chest.

That's nice.

You achieved your dream.

Do you have a new dream now?

So now... I've shortened it.

How so?

I'll try to win 3 awards within this year.

Wow... Amazing...

Last time I won an award as I.O.I.

This time I want to win as gugudan.

I'll get that done this year!

I'm sorry but is this for a private interview?

Was that a monodrama?

15 Things Poor People Do That the Rich Avoid - Duration: 25:18.

Kris Korhn here and today, me and my real estate business partner, Steven

Miller, are going to be talking about 15 things that poor people do that rich

people don't and instead of a quicker video, we're actually going to step back and

not just talk about the 15 things that the that the rich people and the poor

people are doing differently, we're also going to show you 15 things that the

rich people do and how they think that makes all the difference in the

world so it's a little bit longer but hang in there

because this is the knowledge after all the thousands of people that I've had a

chance to interview over the years and get to know and working with poor people

and wealthy people. I think there are some huge secrets and gems that are

going to be revealed to you in 15 things that the poor people do and also 15

things that the wealthy people do.

This is such a waste of time, okay. We're talking about 15 things that poor people

do that rich people don't and nose flutes is definitely one of those. Don't

you dare put that in your mouth. So I want to do a little shout out here to alux.com,

they've done a great job producing a video really talking about 15 things

that poor people do that rich people don't and Steven and I, over the years

that we've been in business, we've had a chance to work with thousands of people

on their journey of wanting to be successful, some of them make it and some

of them don't and we've gotten some strong opinions and ideas that we've put

together after all those case studies as to the things that poor people do that

rich people don't and alux.com, 8 of their 15 really resonated strongly with

us and then we wanted to bring some additional ideas to the table and what I

want invite you to do is take pen and paper and write these fifteen ideas down

and if you identify with any of these thoughts and ideas, I'm going to invite you

to make the conscious choice to change those behaviors because bottom line is,

they're likely not associated with successful people. - Alright, so let's go

ahead and jump right in. Again, this is the 15 things that poor people do that

the rich people don't and let's start with eating fast food. Now look, I will

say that wealthy people on the go, they eat fast food a lot too, theire fast

food just looks a little bit differently often. A lot of wealth people that I know

eat very healthy, they're very conscious about what they're eating, actually what

they're putting in their body, they are on a go go go, you know, they're getting

after their dreams and their goals, they're creating businesses and

networking with people so as they're doing that, they need to have their bodies in

optimal form and so eating fast food, the typical fast food, I won't throw out any

names here but eating your typical fast food is not good fuel. - It's not good

energy, it produces lethargy, you're not going to be on your A game, you get in what

you get out and if you're putting crap and you're going to get crap out. - Yep,

let's do the second one. - Okay. Number two, they buy clothes or products that are on

sale and there's an idea, there's a mentality here that says, I always need

the best deal, I need things on sale and so what they'll do is, they'll end up

bypassing really incredible opportunities that life has but

they're bypassing them because they're actually just looking for the deal,

they're looking for the sale, they're looking for the least expensive approach,

the least expensive way and again, you're going to get what you pay for.

- Can I talk about this a little bit because this goes into the subconscious

mind. If you're constantly looking for a deal, a deal means that you are taking,

it's almost like you're taking advantage of a system or taking advantage of

somebody or they have to be giving it to you for a low low price which means you

gouge them, you know, it's that negotiation strategy. If you're

constantly looking for that negotiation, you're constantly looking for that good

deal then in the back your mind, it means someone else is not getting

a good deal, that you're taking it away from them and rather than have that

constant at the back of your mind, going for sales and things like that, although

you may think that you're just going out to save money, really what you're doing

could be hurting another business or hurting someone else and like Kris said,

hurting you in the long run so don't always go out and look for the sale,

find what it is that you want and you get after it. - Find what you want, I love

that. Okay, number three, waking up late. Yep, I'm talking to some you night owls,

those of you that aren't burning the candles on both ends, in fact, you've got

the longest candle possible. You might be sleeping in and you might be staying out

late and ultimately what research and studies have found is that the

individuals that are sleeping in, they're not that early bird that's getting the

worm, they're actually sleeping in, they're missing a lot of life's

opportunities and just to do a little comparison here, Steven and I, we've got

habits over the years of waking up early to do our morning power hours, our

routines of waking up our bodies, our minds, our spirits, reading good books,

going to the gym, exercising, getting into our prayers, our meditation and all

that's doing is, often by the time a lot of other people are just waking up,

we've already soaked in so much of the beautiful promise that life has to offer

so here's our invitation is, choose to wake up earlier than you normally do and

just find out how much more effective you are, how much more productive you are

or just how much more conscious, awake, aware and appreciative of life that you

are. - Absolutely. Number four, poor people blame others for their misfortune. Now

look, I get it, it can be hard if you're in a situation where you don't have money and

you may see somebody else who has all this opulence or you know great things

that they've been able to create for themselves but don't ever blame anyone

else for where you are. If you get into that habit, you have completely stripped

yourself of any power to correct it. Rich people, people that are

wealthy, they don't blame other people for their circumstances. If something

wrong happens in their lives, they take full accountability, they pull it on all

into themselves, they say okay, what can I change so that can create a different

result and that puts the power to their hands so if you find yourself blending

others a lot for your misfortune, if you find yourself, you know, sweeping the

accountability off to somebody else then just take it back, take it back and

you'll have the power to create whatever is that you want. - Well, I want to ask this

question. Is it ever rightful to play the blame game? And I'm going to argue that it

is. I'm going to argue that if you try to create exceptions of like, no, but this

person really disadvantaged me or this person used their free agency to do this

thing that hurt me or this person really did something that they shouldn't have

done, every moment you spend focusing on that is in making an investment into

what you don't want so I get it, you know what, life's unfair. Steven and I, we

didn't start in privileged circumstances, we started behind, we started in debt and

as we've allowed ourselves to rise, this is something that we take really

personally is that, in fact, we even put on every month an empowerment workshop

called Limitless. It's a three-day event. You can learn more up here by clicking

that link. Get with us for a few days and we're going to share with you the

mindset of the wealthy, we're going to share with you the mindset not of wealthy just

in terms of riches but the wealthy that are receiving happiness, joy and

fulfillment in their life. That's the greatest form of wealth that I'm aware

of and what we're going to share with you is that you never get to go into that

blame game only because it disempowers you from being able to do anything

productive out of it. - Absolutely. So let's jump into number five number. Five is,

poor people do not save money. Now that may seem like a no-brainer, they're poor,

they don't have money so they're not saving it but really this is a principle

of budgeting and saving just on a very granular level. Poor people don't ever

put any money away, this isn't and I'm not talking about hundreds or even

thousands of dollars, if you have a very small budget or if you have a very low a

little amount of money that comes in every month, you have an opportunity that

you could even just save a couple dollars, even just a couple of dollars

over several months or many years could turn into enough money to get

maybe a bigger thing that you've always desired, you've always wanted, it's that

idea of setting a goal, sticking to it, budgeting. This is kind of going

around that same conversation so poor people don't save money. - If you feel like

you do have a hard time saving money, I want to invite you

read one of the classics. It's a short book it's called The Richest Man In

Babylon. It's a fantastic book that just shares the analogy and life of one man

and choices that he made in basic rules that allowed him to eventually become

very very wealthy and it started with having no money and just starting with a

couple of small rules and listen, even if you're below the poverty level,

trust me, get the book, read it. It's going to help you. Okay, number six,

you're using credit cards or loans to buy things that depreciate in value.

Okay, we're buying useless things, we're buying things that are actually not

building, we're buying things that aren't actually helping us and it's amazing how

quickly the money can flow right out to things that lose value so I go and buy a

computer, well six months from now, that computer's going to be less. Even

this is the first hour that I walk away with it, it's less, two years later, it's

going to be less. Now, you may need a computer but think about some of the

things. Are we buying more car than we can afford? Are we buying other things

and for that matter, it is amazing how much money can go into junk food and to

things that we don't need and ultimately, we're going into debt for these things

and by the way, I've gone into that debt for business ideas that have made me money.

I've gone into debt for things like real estate, I've gone into debt for things

that have made me money and that's a good debt so make sure that you're

learning that poor people are really good at going into bad debt, rich people

are really good at going into good debt. - So this jumps right into number seven

and number seven is about spending money before you get it. Poor people spend a

lot of money before, this is the credit card .. - My paycheck is on Friday, I got 2 days to

go and I already know how I'm going to spend. - Or even going and

getting up a payday loan. How many people are going off and giving these payday

loans? One of these these companies that will give you money for a title or title

loans so that you can have what you want now rather than delaying that

gratification for a while and earning it until you've got enough saved up so you

can get it. Don't spend money that you don't have. - Okay, now this is number

eight of the ideas that we want to share from alux.com. Again, a huge shout out to

them, you guys produced a fantastic video, you should check it out. Never following

through on ideas as number eight, never following through. So you have an idea

and what you do is you become an amazing procrastinator and I'm gonna get to that

someday. Now if that speaks to you, if you know,

oh man, Kris, that totally pricked my heart, I do that sometimes. Here's the

good news, this video is not an indictment on any

of these things that you're doing wrong, it's an invitation that says mount up,

take courage, cowboy up, go out there and do something about it. If you know that

you're bad at follow through then guess what you get to do, you get to develop

the skill of hey, maybe I'm going to start using my phone for a different

purpose. I'm going to take my notepad, I'm going to take

note of every idea that I get to follow through on and then I'm going to put it

where my money is and where my mouth is. Right now, if you want to know what

people are truly committed to, it'll show up on their calendar or it'll affect

their pocketbook and that's what you get to start doing so if you have an idea,

make sure that in the least, you schedule time where you're going to tackle it,

jump in and make that happen. - I want to jump into some of the things that Kris

and I wanted to add to this list now and this starts with number 9 and number 9

is about quitting. People that are poor or have that poor man mentality, they

often quit when things get hard. Now I want to help you understand something

here, this is a principle that if you will internalize this, it will change

your life. Things that you've never done before will always be hard. There is a

difficulty level to things that you've never done before,

it may not be hard physically, it may not be hard just emotionally or mentally but

it's going to be hard in one of those areas. When things get hard, you're that kind of

person that's always just going to quit, throw your hands up and say nevermind,

this isn't for me then you'll never accomplish anything outside of what you

currently have and if what you currently have is poor or what you currently have

is not wealth, what you currently have is something that you're sick and tired of

then you have to continue through, you have to break through that barrier

instead of quitting, you've got to blast through and start succeeding and the

only way to do that is to understand that when it gets hard, you're going to just

keep on going. - The reality is, every endeavor you have, every goal that you

have, every business you want to start, everything that you want to do, it has a

gestational period of time of how long it needs before it can become successful

and you won't figure out what it is until you're in hindsight, you won't

figure out what it is until you got that 20/20 vision looking in the rearview

mirror so you have an idea and it could be that it takes in 90 days for it to

come to fruition become successful but if you have practiced becoming a failure

at day 1, day 3, day 5, day 20 or 89 days, the day before it really was going to pop

then you've never really given any of your ideas an opportunity to bloom and

so one of the things that you get to learn how to do is instead of quitting,

you get to learn how to do hard thing, you get to learn how to stick with it

and ultimately, become the definition of constant, sustainability and stick with

it nests. - Alright. Number ten, entitlement. Wow, this is a big one, Kris.

We've met so many people over the years who kind of came to us, they

started off with this entitlement mentality, we've been able to help them

again take on more accountability. What is entitlement mean? Well, there's

this old school Disney cartoon that I watched when I was a kid growing up and

it was Goofy. Goofy from Disney going up the mountain, singing this song. He's like,

"Oh, the world owes me a living." and that phrase, I sung that tune so many times

but now as an adult where I'm at, I'm like, what a poisonous message. The world

does not owe you anything, the world does not owe you a living. In fact, people in

the world will often use their own agency to benefit you but they'll also

use it to disadvantage you and sometimes it's intentional, sometimes it's not

intentional and the bottom line is, here you on this planet, you were born into

the system and what are you really entitled to, in fact, in our government, we

like to talk about the entitlements, the things that I'm entitled to. You know

what, I'm not going to allow the government, I'm not going to rely on the

government to take care of me, provide my medical or do these things, it's great if

it does. The moment it's not providing for me and I start going into the blame

game is the moment I disempower myself to go out there and make it happen

so entitlement says people only thinks the world owes me things, family owes me

things, parents owe me things, the world owes me things, we're just stepping into

a new idea and a new belief that says, I get to take ownership and claim

the things that I want life. I get to step up and make the map and I get to be

a self-made. - I want to talk to also the people that aren't maybe just poor, maybe

even the entrepreneurs right now who have stepped into an entitlement

mentality because I've been here before, Kris and I. Kris, you know, we've started

some businesses before and I got to a point once, I just want to tell a quick

story personal real quick, I got to a point once where in our

business, I was one of the owners of this business and I got into this

entitlement mentality. I thought the business owed me something,

I thought that because I had a title and ownership and all these different things

that I was owed something, that I should be exempt from some different

things from, you know, from ridicule or whatever, I thought I was

exempt from all this. I felt entitled and I'll tell you, it was eye-opening for me

the moment that I actually stopped feeling entitled, the moment that I

recognized that whatever I'm going to have in life with my business or outside of

my business was going to be determined by my results that I was creating by my two

hands, by my brain and that no one had to give me anything, that I had to earn it,

the moment I flipped that switch, everything changed for me and so not

just for poor people but maybe even semi wealthy people or people that are

business owners that are feeling like they're hitting those ceilings, check in,

ask yourself, have I stepped into a space of entitlement because I

own the business or because I'm an entrepreneur or because whatever, because

I have this title? And if so, if you can step out of that entitlement, you'll find

so much more success coming to you. - Perfect. Alright number 11 of 15, poor

people don't do the math and I'm talking about the math of life, what do I need

for retirement, what do I need to get to my goal, what do I need to do in my

budget? Life has some really basic essential math associated with it.

There's so many of us that are on a plan that is guaranteed to get us where we

don't want to be and yet we're following that plan,

it's our directive, it's our mo, it's what we're doing and one of the ways that I

really find this and look at this, Steven, is I got people that for example will be

at a job, they'll be contributing to a 401k, they'll be thinking this is my

retirement plan and yet they haven't done the math. What did you make last

year? Just multiply that by your next 20 years of working and how much will you

have and ask yourself, will $100,000 be enough for retirement?

Will 300,000 be enough retirement? I know that $200,000 sounds like a lot of money

when you don't have it but if you're making and living off of the national

average of $50,000 a year, then $200,000 will last you four years,

that means that you're on a plan, you've chosen to invest in 401K or

that retirement model and what it means is that, when you get to retirement, you

get four years of living. Unfortunately, modern name medicine is allowing us to

live for a lot longer than that so the question is, what are you going to do

with the next decade or two of your life? Do the math and make sure that you are

making a planned commensurate to fulfilling whatever's that you're doing.

Same thing on little things like, hey I want to start a business. I'm going to

start it today, I'm going to be successful tomorrow. Do the math and get

realistic and allow the math to help dictate, some of you are like,

well, I'm not really good at math or how do you do that.

Most of the math I'm talking about is multiplication,

division, plus and minus. - I've been making $50,000 a year and I'm probably going to live for 30 more

years after retirement so what's the math? Just do the math, that's exactly

what you're saying. - That's one and a half million dollars. - Thank you. He does math really well.

So and you brought up something

here in this conversation that is actually number 12 which is not only do

the math but have a plan, right? Do the math and number 12, have a plan. - Poor

people do not have plans. - They don't have a plan, they just kind of float through

life and I love Napoleon Hill and Outwitting The Devil by Napoleon Hill,

great book, he talks about drifters you know and and he talks about people who

kind of just are floating through life, allowing life to happen to them and that

is someone who doesn't have a plan really, that's what it is so make sure

that you do have a plan, get clear on what it is that you want and then get

after it. If you don't know what you want yet, ask yourself, what do I want and then

start writing it down. We're all clear on the things that we don't want which is

why often times, we're creating what we don't want because we're spending all of

our time focusing on the things that we don't want that are outside of any plan,

we just don't have a plan right but if you get clear to plan, if you get clear

on what you want, you put a plan behind it, you'll start putting all of your

energy, all of your time, all your focus into that plan and you'll start to get

that plan. - Boom. Okay, number 13 of the 15, excuses excuses excuses excuses and

excuses beget excuses. I didn't because I'm poor and this didn't happen to

me and I woke up late and then my car got a flat tire and then this person

said this thing to me and my boss didn't do that and that's when I got fired.

- It wasn't my fault, it was raining. - Yeah, and he did it to me and you know and the idea

of excuses is that we always have an external reason why we didn't show up

and do what we did. It's what Stephen said with no plan, you're either acting

or being acted upon, you're either out there claiming life and making it happen

or you're just drifting along like Steven said. So drifters will make

excuses and people that are executing plans, they're not going to make excuses,

they're also going to take responsibility for what they didn't do.

You know, yesterday, I was in a conversation where someone said, hey this

business employee did not respond to the email over the Christmas break and ended up

creating a bad reputation for me. Best thing that that employee can do is if

they didn't do it, sure, they have a great excuse, it was the holidays, man.

It was Christmas Eve, that's true but you also get to take ownership and say

you're right, I didn't do it, okay. Taking that ownership and taking that in,

even though it sucks to eat a little bit of crow or a lot, there's a

benefit that you get afterwards which is you get to step into power, this is whoa,

instead of having all these excuses. I can rise above my excuses and really

take my life back by acting powerfully upon it. - Yeah. Guys, number 14 is all about

time management. This is something where poor people are really really, they're

bad at this and the reason why this is so important is because so often when we

look at our resources, when we look at what our assets to us, we oftentimes will

look at our money as a big resource, we'll oftentimes looking at energy right as a

resource but oftentimes we look at our time and we just squander our time. Your

time is your greatest resource, it is your most valuable resource, it is the

only resource that you have that is limited. Energy you can get more, right?

You can eat food, you can go to sleep and get rest and get more energy. Money, you

can create more, you can create a business and get more money. Time, all of

us only have 24 hours in a day and that's limited by however many years

you're going to live, who knows, right? So time is your most valuable resource,

start treating it as such. Begin today to use every minute of your

day in a way that's going to benefit you and bring you're closer to your goals

rather than allowing those goals to just drift away from you. - We're also in a

really highly addictive society and whether it's Netflix binging or all the

different things that we can invest enormous amounts of time

in, often we get to make a trade of some of those things that were maybe an

access of to produce the extra time that we need for doing the things that are

more required essential or going to actually help us achieve the level of

success or personal fulfillment that we're going after. Alright, this is

number 15, this is the final one, is that poor people have lots of poor limiting

beliefs and a limiting belief is any idea that you subscribe to that holds

you back. Have you ever said the words "I can't do it" "I'm too young" "I'm

too old" "I'm not a good business person" "I don't have

money for that" "Rich people are greedy and there's not enough"

Well, these are just ideas and even though they're your ideas, we have

mistaken our limiting beliefs identity and this is the identity crisis

is that poor people believe all sorts of things about themselves that are only

true because they believe in them and the opposite of a limiting belief is an

empowerment belief, it's a limitless belief and what Steven and I are going to

do right now is we're going to end with the final bonus, we're going to take these 15

top things that poor people do and we're going to create right now 15 new empowering

beliefs that you can write down that will assist you in being empowered.

So the first thing that we covered is poor people eat fast food instead the new

belief would be I eat healthy food. I eat healthy food. Number two, buy

clothes or products on sale and the new belief might be I love

buying the things that I need. - Yeah, absolutely. How about this one, number

three, I wake up late, I'm not a morning person or I wake up earlier. Yeah, I'm a

morning person. - And some of you are like, that's crazy, dude! If you're really

addicted to your sleep, we're not saying get less sleep but you might need to

shift your hours around a little bit in this idea of just sleeping and sleeping

in, something beautiful can happen if you just start with the idea and area say

but it's not true, start with the idea, that's the beginning of change, that's

the beginning of transformation so if you say like Steven just said, I'm a

morning person. Guess what, let that sink in, keep saying

it every single day and eventually this belief is going to take root and it's

going to correct that old pattern of the past and it's not that one choice is

better than another, it's you simply acting upon the world. - So number four,

was blame others for misfortune. How about this? I'm accountable for all of my

results. I take accountability and responsibility for everything that

happens in my life. - Here's number five, instead of I don't save money, it's I'm

an expert money saver, I'm really good at budgeting. - Or use credit cards or

loans for useless things, how about I use credit cards and loans to improve my

life. I use credit cards and loans to do wise investments - and I make intelligent

financial decisions. So instead of spending money before you get it, you

could step into the new belief which is, I'm an expert at managing my financial

resources. - I like that one a lot. How about this on never fall through on

ideas which is number eight, I've never fall through an ideas. How about this, I

follow through on every good idea that serves me. I always follow through with

my inspired ideas, I'm committed to the choices that I make, I follow through

every time. - Number nine. Number nine is I quit when it gets hard, what would

be a new one for that, Kris? - I'm consistent, I'm

constant, I stick with it. - I like that a lot. - Okay, here's number 10,

the world owes me a living, I'm entitled, instead it's, I create my living, I claim

my life, I claim the abundance that surround me, I step in and I'm the maker

of my life. - Yeah, number eleven is I don't do the math. A turnaround for that could

be, I do the math, I know exactly what I need to do. I've run the numbers, I love

running the numbers. - Number twelve, no plan, instead we're going to go with, I'm an

expert planner, I plan for success, I am successful because I'm an expert planner.

- Number thirteen is I make excuses. How about this, I'm accountable and

responsible for everything that happens to me. - Number fourteen, time management

problems, we're going to play with a different idea here, we're going to play

with I'm an expert at time management. Now notice how often I'm dropping in the

word expert. If you've been really bad at it, you're like, Kris, I could tell myself

many things but not an expert. Listen, what do you want to strive for? You got

to speak in a new creation, you got to think it and become it here before

you're going to see it out here so by the way, would it benefit you to become an

expert at managing your time? The answer would be correct, yes. So instead just run

with it, I'm an expert at managing my time and

watch how time management shifts for you. - Now the last one and this is a

little bit of a bonus but the video that we started with and this

whole thing was from alux.com, fifteen things that poor people do that

the rich don't and I would say one limiting belief is that you're even poor.

So try this on, I'm wealthy right, I create an abundance all around me, I

invite it into my life, I am wealthy, I am rich.Try that on. If you start to think

that way, then all these little things that you've identified in your life that

you may need to shift and change and create some new habits around are going

to start to bring you out of that poverty, out of that poor man's mentality

and create the wealth that you're looking for. So instead of 15 things poor

people do this video is 15 things that wealthy people do. - Absolutely. - Really

makes you want to reflect, doesn't it? On your habits, the things that you do

and at the end of the day, you can keep any habits you want but I think it's

worth studying these 15 different things and just asking what's worth fighting

for, what's worth dying for, what's worth changing and I hope that if you found

even just one thing change, it's going to help you be far better

off. I also wanna invite you to click the link and click on the option to come

spend three days with me because I got to tell you right now, we opened the door

at my 3-day live events on how to transform your life with becoming limitless.

- [Kevin] Did it disrupt?

- No it didn't affect the parking.

- Oh, well that's, you know what I mean.

- That's the last thing you want.

- These construction, it happens almost randomly

it seems like.

- It's ubiquitous.

- [Kevin] It's absolutely ubiquitous!

When I was a kid I never saw construction once.

- Right.

What is there to build now?

It seems like things are built.

- Yeah, exactly.

- If anything, we should be tearing down.

- Yeah, make some room

for more beautiful parking structures.

- Yeah.

- So irritating.

Okay, well enough chit chat.

Let's just say we get down to brass tax gentlemen.

- [All] Absolutely.

- I was actually thinking the exact same thing.

Just to piggy back onto what you were just saying

I was thinking the exact same thing.

- Right, and we didn't wanna roll out

the dog and pony show for ya.

- And we're here about two things

and that is bricks and clicks.

- [Kevin] Bricks and clicks.

- And best practices.

So really three.

- That is the way we do things

here at the Torrence Group as well.

We're about two things.

We're about best practices.

We're about keeping it linear.

- [Kyle] Exactly.

- Keeping your eye on the ball and at the end of the day

keeping everybody looped in.

- Yeah, it's really about communication.

- Oh man!

- I'm so glad you said that.

- I gotta tell ya, my undies have kinda been

in a bunch today and I mean that quite literally.

- [Kevin] Oh no.

- My wife got me these new boxers

and they are really bunchin' up.

- I've heard the same thing about boxers.

- [Mr. Torrence] Now, what do you where?

- I wear briefs.

- I'm thinkin' about trying the briefs.

How do you like them?

- They're great you know.

They're supportive and, you know, breathable,

they're white briefs.

- Show me.

Just, I wanna see your briefs.

See how I like 'em.

- Oh, yeah.

- [Mr. Torrence] You're probably gonna wanna stand up.

- [Kevin] Sure.

- Yeah, drop your trousers and,

just gonna gander at them.

- [Kevin] Buttoned.

- [Mr. Torrence] Yep, tempus fugit

- Take 'em down Kevin.

- Give me a quick 180 there.

Let me see how they hang off the rear.

- Sure, yeah, turn around.

- And then yeah, lift up the jacket there

I wanna see the waistband there.

I think those are some high wasted bad boys aren't they?

Yeah, uh-huh.

You know, call me crazy.

I could see him in a size smaller.

What do you boys think?

- We actually.

- Yes, we've been sayin' the same thing.

- Not to piggy back onto what you just said

but I think you could do a size smaller.

- Just one size, if you,

yeah, yeah, one size smaller I think would be just right.

Actually, just just a brief walk maybe around the chair

with the pants at the ankles.

So I could see what that would look like.

- I'd like to see that too.

- I was planning to grow into these.

I've always been a grower.

- A grower not a shower.

- [Kevin] Well, actually,

when it pertains to my body overall, yes.

- So now you're, I mean usually people say

grower not a shower they're talking about their dick.

- Oh, right, yeah I have heard that.

I went to college.

I remember hearing that in college,

but I was,

- Mr. Torrence, do you want us to take our pants off?

- 'Cause we're happy to

- We're happy to, I mean.

- No. - [Seth] No, okay.

- Yeah guys, he just wants me to show him.

- We're good though, we're good though,

You can yank 'em up.

- Go ahead and pull 'em up.

- [Mr. Torrence] Yeah, pull 'em up.

I'd rather not have you sit on the chair

with the pants down.

- That's not what our business, that's not what we're about.

As a company to sit on chairs without pants.

'Cause we wanted to loop you in actually

on, I don't know if you, Kevin, wanna yeah, this is a,

what I think you'll find is a very handsome proposal

from our end that I think will leave your eyes wide shut.

- A handsome proposal that I think will make your head spin.

- Metaphorically speaking, right?

- Absolutely.

- We'd never wanna cause you any injuries

to your head or neck.

- Oh, exactly, and it is a fragile area

and unfortunately increasingly fragile as one ages

you'll find.

A little traffic accident could ah,

it could affect you for the rest of your days.

- Now have you been in traffic accidents?

- Oh, yeah, yeah, I've been in everything.

I've been everywhere, done everything.

Been around.

- [Seth] Oh, of course, I mean I could tell,

- Every single traffic accident that I have been in

in my 79 years, my fault.

- [Seth] Wow! - Interesting.

Now that's a power move.

That I respect.

- Yeah, I respect that.

- No, I'm not a victim.

- [Seth] Right, absolutely.

- I'm not some fuckin' pussy victim, like, new millennium,

- Let me let ya, if there's one thing that I am not

it's a fuckin' pussy.

- No way.

I hate fuckin' pussies.

- If I saw a fuckin' pussy I'd run 'em over with my car.

- [Mr. Torrence] Actual pussies are,

- Don't get us wrong, we, (laughs)

you got three red blooded,

- Not to be judgemental in any way.

- Of course, absolutely not.

- We're not here to judge anyone.

- You're lookin' at three of the most un judgemental,

- Open minded.

- Fellas, just to cut to the chase here,

I think we're gonna need to take a little time with this,

see what's gonna work for us.

- Oh.

- You know, absolutely, and I think actually we probably

want to go over this ourselves.

- I haven't actually looked at this yet.

- As far as this goes, this is not finished

or even really, I don't even like what's in there.

- It says right on top, it says final.

(all talking at once)

- We'll let you know, you know, once we're ready

to come back to you.

- Okay, thanks for comin' in.

We'll circle back.

- [Kyle] Yes, absolutely.

- [Kevin] We'll review this of course.

- We'll circle the wagons and sort of get our people

looped in and get you looped in and,

- I'll get an email out to all my team leaders,

see if we can get the shareholders hoisted on board ship.

- And we're gonna get another eye full

of that beautiful parking lot.

- You might catch us up there for the next four hours.

- No, I actually prefer if you just in and out,

no loitering in the,

- I think you guys should probably,

I'd rather just be the last to go out.

- Alright, bye bye Seth.

- I'm actually after you.

- Kevin.

- [Kyle] If you wanted to actually,

- Take care.

- Thanks Mr. Torrence.

Don't worry about these guys.

I'm the last word on it.

- I got you, just pull that behind you.

- I'll actually get that 'cause I wanted to close the door.

- It was great meeting you.

Nice to see you.

- Alright, thank you.

We believe that this is true since 2009. the cause is probably the reduction of
