It's football season -- American football, that is.

That means that the nation's most popular sport will be streaming into millions of homes

and onto millions of screens around the country.

But people watching at home don't just see carbon-copies of the live game: They get graphics

-- everything from the score to the subtle yellow lines marking the next first down.

And whether you think graphics add to the game or distract from it, there's a lot

of cool, behind-the-scenes technology that goes into making them possible.

The simplest graphics in a football broadcast are the opaque ones, like the score and information

boxes that cover up whatever's on screen behind them.

Making those is pretty easy.

A computer just replaces pixels from the camera with pixels of the graphic, so that you see

the graphic instead of the original camera footage.

It's pretty simple technology, and there's a good chance the video editing software built

into your computer can do something like this.

But other graphics, like the yellow first-down lines you see stretched across the field,

are more complex.

If you're not familiar with American football, the first-down line is pretty straightforward.

The team on offense gets four plays, called downs, to move forward at least ten yards

from where they started.

If they can do it, the counter gets reset to the first down, and they have four more

tries to go another ten yards.

If they can't, the other team gets the ball, and a lot of people probably scream at their

television.

If you watch football on TV, you'll be used to a helpful yellow stripe showing the next

first-down line, which they project ten yards ahead of where the offensive team started.

It's easy to be fooled into thinking that the first-down line is actually down there

on the field, instead of added by computers, because it doesn't look or act like the

other graphics.

It runs perfectly parallel to the real lines that are painted on the field, and players

can even cross over the first-down line without turning yellow.

That line is so much more convincing because a lot more work goes into making it fit in.

The process actually starts long before the game does.

Before the season, companies make full, 3D measurements of every field in the league,

capturing every nook and cranny in a computer model.

Because fields might look flat, but they're all slightly higher in the center for easier

water drainage.

And just like any big, grassy area, every field also has its own unique little bumps

and ditches, like the famous bump near the old 10-yard line of Giants Stadium.

All that information gets fed into a model of the field, and it's that that determines

exactly where the first-down line graphics go -- and the exact shape they take.

Computers near the stadium have that model locked and loaded on gameday, ready to work

out where the next line on the field should be.

But knowing the location and shape of the line is only half the battle, because the

computer also has to figure out how that line should look on your screen, depending on where

the cameras are pointing.

Each TV camera has sensors that report where it is and what direction it's facing, so

the computers can work out how the line would look to each camera if the line were actually

down there on the field.

Then, the computers project the yellow line on top of the camera images.

But instead of just replacing any pixels with yellow, like they would've for simpler graphics,

they only replace certain colors.

Generally, colors like green and brown get replaced, since they're the kinds of colors

you'll find on a grassy field.

But other colors get left alone.

That way, the grass and dirt get replaced with a yellow stripe, but the players themselves

don't -- even if they walk across the line.

To avoid drawing over things like green uniforms, the set of colors to be replaced has to be

specific to each field and each game.

Which takes a lot of work and careful programming.

Some versions of the algorithm can also avoid covering up players by not drawing the first-down

line over any areas that have significantly changed since the last line was drawn -- like

where a player is now standing.

No matter which method they use, all that modeling and computation goes into each and

every one of the thirty frames of football streaming from the stadium to your home...

every second.

So whether you're a football fan or a digital modeling fan or a clever graphics fan, a football

broadcast probably has something for you -- even if you didn't realize it.

And what happened to your daughter?

It appeared once in five minutes of the movie and then it did not come back

And nobody knows anything about your daughter!

Grandma died and the baby stayed there?

We do not know!

The boss of the bad elves, is actually Lady Gaga?

At a certain moment in the movie

We can see that they kill the orc But his death was literally 5 seconds

Because they revive him with the wand magical

They used the magic wand there

But very hastily

Throughout the film the orc wins the love of all

since it is the only one that really is a good character

and yet when you kill him you do not feel the loss

because they revive it after 2 seconds

I did not feel I did not hit the kokoro when the orc died

It did not hurt

I do not know, I did not suffer COW: I did not see that scene because I was posting on Instagram

I would not need your death, I did not like it

The film is unnecessarily long

There are many scenes where too much talk

and they are not interesting and they are there for occupy space

And it ends up becoming a movie two hours

that could be summarized even in one hour

But it's an obvious ending, I can not say it's obvious

Alright, so since Riley's solo sail, we have been here in Marina De Valeta

Just chillin catching up on some work

The main town is just over in here to the hub

It's where all the museums the restaurants it's want to go and hang out, so this is a really cool little marina to

Riley's the history nerd and I've found myself just absolutely blown away like we are next to a fort

There is a fort just outside it can be annoying in Europe like going from Marina to Marina to Marina

But when you are surrounded by the most insane history in the entire universe yeah, that's pretty cool

Yea so Elayna and I are solo now, Troyer has done his tour of duty

He was a fantastic help for us around the Mediterranean, but I think he's gonna do his own thing

He's looking at buying a boat or.. he's got quite a few ideas so yeah, the interested to see how he goes

But he was a fantastic help

He taught us so much

And you know we taught him how to sail and it was just a really good experience overall and we love you Daniel

We're going to Africa. We're super-excited

firstly Malta yes

I could spend a very very long time in Malta.. two things that we're gonna do while we're here is I bumped into a young

Girl by the name of Justine or Justina who's a Polish girl who bought a boat for one euro

And she's gonna refit the entire thing herself, so we're gonna go and hang out with her a bit. Hopefully help

If we can yeah, I really want to go scuba diving while we're here

I heard about wreck its massive apparently there was an explosion in the middle of it, and they sunk it

And yeah, it's just perfectly laying on the bottom

So there's like is world-class diving here world-class wreck diving in Malta. So that's what's up

The next day the dive Center picked us up from the marina and we headed into their shop to grab some gear

Then we drove to the other side of the island where the shipwreck was

Today we'd be exploring the remains of the

115 metre long arm alpha rod lying on the ocean floor at about 35 meters

Deep due to its size and depths we'd only get to see the front half according to our camera-shy dive guide mark oh

Prior to the purchase Wanita had been in the water in a marina here in Malta

But Justina got her hauled out and put somewhere cheaper for the future refit in the middle of the island in a quarry

It's not a really common story together boat for one euro

I didn't expect that the boat will be in this condition cause it's quite old boat, she was built in 1971

So it's pretty old and she's really well kept so I was expecting something more like a wreck

She told me

It doesn't matter since I heard the right person and let's make a deal. I will give you this boat for 1 euro

I started crying

We were sitting like on the table having a dinner, and I started crying cuz I wouldn't expect something like that

I have goosebumps. I'm sorry. That's amazing. That's so nice of them. we signed we signed the contract and

Flied back to Poland realise that I have a boat

And I have to change my life, so I

Left my university I moved to Malta I started to living on my boat because it was in the marina

And I was like working the random bar, and then I started working on boats they work and

Everything went really good, and I got this permanent job

And I can I'm able right now to save up money here

We come for the day to hopefully get our hands dirty and help Justine and with a job on board

But it turns out what she valued most about us coming along today, was just our advice

She asked us everything from very technical yachting stuff all the way through to just standard sailing destinations

We spoke for hours and tried to help her out as much as we could

And so Justina, this is a pretty

Like I I think this is a really huge

They didn't say that loud, but they weren't happy that they moved here obviously but

they think i am a bit crazy and insane but..

What's Really Going On With Beyonce And Jay Z's Twins? - Duration: 4:01.

2017 might have had its tough spots, but for Beyonce and Jay-Z, it was a banner year of

baby bliss.

The two welcomed their twins, Rumi and Sir, and although the pair has been fiercely protected

from the public, they're already taking the world by storm.

All that attention does have its downsides, though, so here are some reasons we might

need to worry about the Carter kids as they grow up with two mega-famous parents.

Early obsession

Less than 24 hours after her Instagram announcement, Beyoncé's pregnancy news was trending at

epic levels.

Their digital footprint was intense even before they entered the world, so you know they're

going to be the subjects of millions of web searches for the rest of their lives.

And while that might mean they're destined to be as famous as their parents, so much

notoriety does come with a price.

When Beyonce was pregnant with Blue Ivy, for example, there were conspiracy theories perpetuated

by sites like TMZ questioning whether or not she was really pregnant or if she and Jay

Z used a secret surrogate.

Bey prevented those rumors from reemerging with the twins by posting plenty of pictures

of her bare bump this time around.

But chances are, her critics will find some kind of controversy to dwell on in the years

to come.

Busy bees

Although Blue has been able to flourish while both of her parents stood firmly in the spotlight,

we'll have to see if the same is true for the new duo, who'll have to fight not just

their sibling, but the entire world for their parents' attention.

Beyonce worked right up until the babies' birth, even delivering a gravity-defying performance

at the Grammys, and Jay-Z released his latest album 4:44 just days after the twins' birthday.

Meanwhile, mom Beyonce has been hyping her clothing line while Jay continues to support

Tidal.

So, the two show no signs of slowing down, which means these babies are in for a very

busy lifestyle right from the start.

Bad blood

Another obstacle the twins have been born into is family drama between mom and grandpa

Knowles.

In 2011, Beyoncé fired her father, Mathew Knowles—who had served as her manager since

she was a child—after he was reportedly busted cheating on her mother, Tina Lawson,

fathering a love child, and allegedly stealing from Beyoncé's business.

"We both knew it was time maybe, you know, a few years before."

"But it was something that was hard."

Their father-daughter relationship was allegedly so damaged that he barely has a relationship

with Blue Ivy—and odds are, that won't change for the twins, either.

Knowles did not confirm or deny the rumors of estrangement after the 2016 release of

Beyoncé's Lemonade album, which featured the telling single "Daddy Lessons."

But the one-time pop patriarch did say,

"It's nobody's business how much I see my daughter or my grandkids, that's something

personal that I care not to share."

It's unclear if the tykes currently have a good relationship with their grandfather,

but many members of the Beehive have criticized him for publicizing the twins' birth.

Before Beyoncé or Jay Z acknowledged or confirmed the birth, Mathew tweeted about their arrival,

and the Beehive swarmed all over him for capitalizing on their moment.

Dirty laundry

Of course, the real story surrounding the Carters is the publicized romantic row their

parents had just before their arrival.

Although Beyonce and Jay-Z have since reconciled and appear to be in a good place in their

marriage, the two definitely went through some hardships that were laid bare for the

public in their albums, Lemonade and 4:44.

Not only was the first third of Bey's visual album a stinging rebuke to Jay-Z's allegedly

The other thing viewers noticed about the video was that Caleb Williams was present.

He has been rumored as a possible boyfriend of Jana Duggar for some time (though he publicly

declared this false just days ago) and his presence was exciting to some fans.

Caleb shared Jordyn's birthday video to his own page, where he lists himself as a

"public figure."

This is where he made his reveal.

The admin of Duggar Family News: Life Is Not All Pickles and Hairspray, a page that follows

the activities of the family, commented on Caleb's post to ask about Jordyn's well-being,

adding "I'm sure you will report child abuse if you see it and not become part of

the problem."

Though the comment is no longer visible, the admin caught a screenshot of his response

before it was deleted and shared it on the Pickles and Hairspray page.

Markle was given a list of demands and can't fulfill it and may have just sealed her fate.

While it may seem like a storybook living, glass slippers and gowns, being part of the

royal family comes with a great deal of commitment.

For Markle, this means she'd have to put on her best performance yet to act the part

that's very different from who she really seems to be.

She's lived a completely different life up until her engagement – her second one

after having been married once before from 2011 to 2013.

It's questionable just how long she'll last in this lifestyle since she must follow

the queen's orders to be married to Harry, who is in line to the throne.

According to Express, Markle will be forced to follow certain royal rules and traditions

once she marries Harry and it may be difficult for her.

On top of the hard and fast protocols that come with being a member of the Royal Family,

there are also quirks and traditions she will have to get to know.

So what should the Suits actress expect if she marries into the British Royal Family?

The couple will need the permission of the Queen to wed

This is because of Prince Harry's position in line to the throne.

The rule dates back to 1701, when the Act of Settlement was passed to prevent a Catholic

from getting the crown.

However, rules have been updated so that now the Queen only needs to grant permission to

the first six members of the Royal Family – at the moment this is Prince Charles,

Prince William, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Harry and Prince Andrew.

Meghan's wedding bouquet will be chosen for her

The Queen and other members of the Royal Family are sticklers for etiquette, and bow or curtsey

to each other depending on rank both in public and private.

The rules are complicated and were last updated when Kate Middleton married William.

The Order of Precedence, which sets out the rules on who must curtsey to who is likely

to be updated if Meghan joins the family.

Where each member of the family stands in relation to the Queen for photos, and who

arrives first to events, is also dictated by the Order of Precedence.

She didn't just break the political opinion rule, she and Harry have done a lot with their

engagement that goes against tradition.

The world isn't just watching their engagement and digging into Merkle's past to find out

more about this soon-to-be royal, we will all be watching to see how long she lasts

in this role once the rice tossed at their wedding settles.

She's entering into a completely different life and culture, far from where she came

from, and it might be a really hard adjustment for her.

These are just like a random order, but look, I wrote it really cute, it says 2018 resolutions

I did fireworks 'cause I accidentally messed up with my pen

It was fun. Okay, so my goal is to work out once a week for the first

three months that won't be an issue

because I have dance class and then after that it will be a little difficult because I have

tougher classes and then summer will be fine because I

just I like getting exercise in the summer. It's just something I like to do

I saw was that you should use sunscreen even on cloudy days

So if you're gonna be out for a long time in the Sun which I've never have to worry about that

They're still UV rays. They're gonna get through the clouds to you, and I'm not down for skin cancers, so I'm gonna start using

Sunscreen more often. I want to watch more documentaries because I love documentaries already
