Low Carb Sausage and Spinach Ravioli with a Tomato Cream Sauce – Keto Ravioli - Duration: 4:48.Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present my low carbohydrate homemade sausage and spinach
ravioli with a nice tomato cream sauce. Now you can enjoy a low carb taste of
Italy and not ruin your macros. This plate of six ravioli with a quarter cup
of sauce is only 8.1 grams of net carbohydrates. Let me show you how to make it. Begin by
pouring a tablespoon of oil into a skillet on medium-high heat. Add four
ounces of mild Italian sausage and cook while breaking it into small pieces.
While cooking, add some dried sage; some salt; and a little black pepper. Continue
cooking until all the sausage is fully browned. Add one tightly-packed cup of
fresh spinach leaves and continue cooking until the leaves have fully
wilted. Remove from the heat and pour the sausage and spinach into a food
processor. Give it a few pulses to break it up. We don't want to puree the sausage,
only break it into very small pieces.
Pour the sausage into a mixing bowl. Add about 1/3 of a cup of whole milk ricotta
cheese and mix until combined. Cover with some plastic wrap and store in the
refrigerator while we work on the rest of the meal. Now for the ravioli. Add four
ounces of softened cream cheese to a food processor; four large whole eggs;
3 egg whites - be sure to save at least one of the yolks for the sauce. Add some
almond flour; xanthan gum; and a little salt. Give that a mix. Be sure to scrape
down the sides as you mix. We'll be using a well oiled silicon mold to help form
and shape our ravioli. This particular mole has 30 cavities with each measuring
about an inch in diameter and about 3/8 of an inch in depth. I'll have a link in
the description below on the exact one I'm using. Pour about 1/4 teaspoon of the
ravioli batter into each cavity; just enough to cover the bottoms.
Now remove the sausage mix from the refrigerator and take about a teaspoon
or so and form it into a small disc with your hands; enough to fill one cavity.
Repeat until all the cavities are filled. Pour the remaining batter on top of the
mold and gently spread as evenly as possible, bringing it to the edges. Place
in the middle of a preheated 350°F oven for about 30 minutes or until the
edges begin to brown. Remove and let cool for at least 20 minutes. After the
ravioli has cooled, place a baking sheet over the top and flip upside down. Gently
peel back the mold. Do this slowly as one or two may want to stick. With a
pastry cutter or knife, cut the ravioli into squares. Put some foil over the top
and place in an oven heated to 170°F to 180°F to keep warm while we
work on our sauce. To a sauce pot on medium heat, add one 15 ounce can
of crushed tomatoes; add some salt; ground black pepper; garlic powder; some dried
basil; and some oregano. Give that a mix. Now add 1 egg yolk and mix thoroughly to
combine. Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream and mix once again. Finally, stir in 1/4
cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until melted. Plate some ravioli. Pour some of
our sauce over the top. Garnish with some dried parsley;
a little Parmesan cheese... and enjoy!
Delicious! There you have it folks!

LEE TRUNDLE - Duration: 3:44.Everywhere I went as a kid, I always had a ball.
Round by my area, that's what I was known for.</font>
People would never see me without a football at my feet.
Growing up as a young lad, I always dreamt about seeing my goals on TV.
Going to Rhyl, looking back on my goals...
..I remember in Liverpool we could still get S4C.
My mum and my nan would be there recording the goals.
For me, playing football on TV, that was a massive step for me.
I always wanted to be A professional footballer.
I wasn't dedicated enough when I was younger.
It's not about the skills, tricks or the goals you score
It's about your attitude. font color="White">That had to change with me.
As soon as that changed, I would turn professional.
That's where I got my chance font color="White">at Wrexham.
The first time I played at the Vetch...
..we played in an FAW Cup Final.
I scored the winning goal for Wrexham, which was a header.
Decent cross. Goalwards and in.
It was very hostile, the Swans fans were in full voice.
That was the type of environment I like playing football in...
..whether they're against you font color="White">or singing for you.
It was a stadium font color="White">that excited you to play in.
Brian Flynn has been the biggest influence in my football career.
He was the man that bought me for Wrexham from Rhyl.
>He was the man that brought me down here.
If it wasn't for Flynn being the manager of Swansea...
..I don't think I would have signed.
It was four hours away from my home.
I'm club ambassador at the club now.
It's a perfect role for me. It's a mixture of a lot of things.
These fans and this city took me in and made me feel at home.
I owe a lot to the football club and the people.
For me to be in a position that I'm in...
..and give something back to everyone makes me proud.
I think as a footballer, you've got to put a smile on people's faces.
That's what I wanted to do. I never worried about making a mistake.
I never worried about a shot going over the crossbar or the stand.
As soon as I got the ball again, I was going to do the same.
That's the way you score goals. That's the way you create chances.
By being brave and not worrying about making mistakes.
People still ask why am I still playing.
I still get the same buzz.
I got the phone call from Llanelli manager Andy Hill.
I was 39 at the time.
He said, "39, at your age, do you think you could hold a shirt down?"
I said, in my own confident way...
.."I'll be the best player in the league."
He started laughing and said OK.
Some people play football for a job.
Other people play football because they love it.
I'm one of them people that loves football.
Even when I come to 50, 55...
..there's teams in Swansea that are over-45, over-50, over-55.
If I can go to 60, 70, I'll still be there.
As long as my body says I can play football, I'll keep on going.
When I can't run, you've got the walking football out there.
I think I'll go and join a team with that.

Steve Wynn's name stricken at U of Iowa; Mass. casino regulators say $7.5M settlement was hidden - Duration: 3:12.Steve Wynn's name stricken at U of Iowa; Mass. casino regulators say $7.5M settlement was hidden
Embattled gaming mogul Steve Wynn faced a double dose of fallout Wednesday from a bombshell report into his alleged history of sexual misconduct.
Gaming regulators in Massachusetts charged that information about Wynns $7. 5 million settlement was hidden from state officials and the University of Iowa cut ties with the casino billionaire.
The Wall Street Journal first reported that a number of women said they were harassed or assaulted by Wynn, 76, with one case leading to a $7.
But a Massachusetts Gaming Commission investigator said Wednesday that information about that settlement was kept from state officials when they were reviewing his companys application for a casino license in 2013.
Wynn's company is currently building a $2.4 billion casino outside Boston. He has strongly denied the allegations against him, which he has linked to a supposed campaign led by his ex-wife.
Commission Chairman Stephen Crosby called the allegations appalling but said that any decision, including possibly revoking the license, would be based on facts gleaned during the commissions ongoing probe.
Gambling regulators in Nevada said Tuesday they are investigating Wynn as well. In both states, casino licenses can be revoked if the licensee is found unsuitable to operate a gaming establishment.
Also on Wednesday, the University of Iowa announced plans to remove Wynns name from the schools vision research institute in light of sexual misconduct allegations against Wynn.
The university named the institute the Stephen A. Wynn Institute for Vision Research in 2013 following Wynns $25 million donation to the school to support blindness research. Wynn was diagnosed in his 20s with retinitis pigmentosa, which has slowly compromised his vision.
In a news release, the university in Iowa City said the plan is subject to the approval of the Iowa Board of Regents. It would be the first time the university has removed a donor name from a building or institute.
Wynn resigned Saturday as finance chairman of the Republican National Committee.

Why I Love...Diigo - Duration: 4:45.Hello. I'm excited to share with you the website and extension called Diigo. Diigo
is very beneficial for students who need to do research for any content area. Diigo
makes research easier and faster for students and it keeps students organized
by keeping all of their information in one place. I'm going to show you a
little bit about it. This is the website, Diigo.com, and then you also want to have
the Google Chrome extension for Diigo. They work together and your students can
create their own accounts for Diigo. So let's say that my students are
researching about volcanoes and they find a website that they like with
information. All the students have to do is read the information and then
highlight the information that they believe is important. And so once they
drag over information with their cursor like this, they'll highlight in blue, they can
click on the highlighter tool and they can choose from a variety of colors,
right here. If they decide that they do not need that highlight they simply hit
the trash can to delete it. So my students love this because it's really
accident free. If they highlight something they don't mean to it's easy
to correct. No harm done. So students would go through here and highlight
information they want to have for their project or for their paper or for their
presentation. So they would just go through here find the facts that they
believe are relevant. And then the great thing about Diigo is that each time that
they go back to this website their highlights will still remain there so
that they know what they have previously highlighted, they don't have to worry
about highlighting the same thing twice which is really nice. Once we go back to
the Diigo home page you can see that all of my annotations have showed up here so
students have the name of the website and they also
have all of their annotations here so that'll make doing an outline easier or
paraphrasing their information for their presentation easier because they're just
reading small bits instead of rereading whole websites. And then if we go to a
second website students can right click on pictures and save the image to Diigo.
If they have a presentation to do or project to do that involves pictures
then they're able to save the pictures as they go.
And again if students find information on a different website they can go
through and highlight it and then Diigo will actually keep the website separated.
So if I go back over here to Diigo now it shows I visited two different
websites and it keeps them separated which makes it really nice for the
students to do their work cited at the end and they already know where they got
their information. And this would be a good time too, when you're using Diigo to
research, I often encourage my students to use a text reader to help them read
through the information since it's often at a higher reading level and so they
can also utilize an app such as Note Anywhere. Note Anywhere will pop up
sticky notes that they can put additional information on. For example
they might write "make sure to compare magma and lava in final project." So they
can write their own notes to help them and those sticky notes stay there. So if
they exit out of Diigo and go back the next day the yellow sticky notes will
remain in place. My students love Diigo. We use all of the time. I teach
6th grade English, but I know that social studies and science teachers and reading
teachers use this as well so that the students always have a familiar platform
when they're doing research. So hopefully you
will find Diigo to be as beneficial for your students when they're researching
as I found it to be with mine.

Mavic Pro REAL Flight Time - Mavic Pro flight time test - Duration: 5:46.- Have you ever wondered how much flight time
you actually are getting out of your Mavic Pro
according to the specifications?
You are about to find out,
as I have tested the flight time using three
of my old batteries draining them from 100 percent to 15
and measuring the real flight time.
Stay tuned, let's roll that intro.
(upbeat music)
Do you want to improve your drone footage,
refine your video skills, learn about eWheels,
the future of commuting?
Subscribe to my weekly (bell dings)
tips, tests, and tutorials.
I know flight time is a sensitive matter
and can literally make or break getting that crucial shot
for your next film project because you run out of juice.
DJI claims the following flight times.
(mouse clicks)
27 minutes for no wind with a constant speed
of 15 miles per hour, 24 minutes hovering,
21 minutes for general flight
and 15 percent left on the battery.
This I've obtained with a 3030 milliamp
at 3-S 11.41 Lipo battery pack.
The claimed temperature range is between a 32
and 104 Fahrenheit.
The actual flight time depends on a lot of factors,
like the obvious one like weight and aircraft speed,
but also the rapid change of direction
where the battery needs to deliver a lot of power.
Temperature always plays an important role
as colder conditions reduce the flight time.
There are no official information on the DI website
that says that the flight time (screen text chimes)
is tied to a specific temperature.
This means that we have to assume
that the flight times are valid
even for the lower temperature in the operating range.
The same goes for number of charging times.
Owning a Mavic Pro for 12 months and flying it regularly
will likely lead to a less flight time
than when you originally got it.
Normally, the storing charge is also an important factor
if you deplete the battery or store it fully charged.
DJI has thought about that and taken certain measures
to prevent us from storing the battery fully charged
for a longer period of time.
The building (mumbles) is simply discharge the battery
to two-third after a period of maximum 10 days.
This result can be adjusted from the DJI Go app.
As you can see, a lot is in play
when you have to set your expectations for the flight time.
You might be wondering why the hovering time
is only 24 minutes, three minutes less
than the 15 miles per hour scenario.
This is because of the aerodynamic properties
of the Mavic Pro that creates lift when it moves.
Most testing done by other channels are done while hovering,
(screen text chimes)
but you and I know now
that this will not give the right flight time.
This one decided to test the Mavic Pro flight time
while the Mavic is moving.
Luckily here, it's winter time now,
and we are around 32 Fahrenheit, which matches perfectly
with the temperature range specified.
It was a nice calm day with little to no wind,
so my plan was to deplete all three batteries
using point of interest at a last 40 meter radius
at an altitude of 50 meters traveling at a speed
of approximately 15 miles per hour
while recording 1080P, 25 frames per second, nose forward.
The flight time, it was recorded with a DJI Go 4 app
after outlet was initiated (drone buzzes)
at 15 percent and it was safe back on the ground.
Expectations before the test for flight time
was around 23 to 25 minutes,
because I was not planning to shift the radius
or run at full speed.
I did expect the light calm breeze
to have some sort of impact.
Let me reveal some results.
Battery number one. (drone whirls and buzzes)
This is my original battery that came with my Mavic.
(upbeat music)
- [Drone] Battery level is low.
The aircraft will go to the home point in 10 seconds.
Go home. (drone beeps repeatedly)
(drone buzzes)
- Flight time for the record 25:13.
Battery number two. (drone buzzes)
Flight time (upbeat music)
for the record, 23:28.
Battery number three.
(drone buzzes)
Flight time 23:48.
Test completed.
I want to add that I had to land it
two out of three times manually,
because the Mavic had problems
with the smart return to home function.
(program beeps) Return to home was interrupted
by a low hanging sun shining directly
into the front-facing sensor.
With less than 10 percent left on the battery,
I had to make the call and land it manually.
All three batteries came in nicely
within my expectations of 23 to 25 minutes of flight time.
What flight times are you getting with your batteries?
Leave a comment below.
I'm very pleased to see that they exceeded 21 minutes
in general flight by quite a much.
You will of course see lower flight times
if you decide to fly in sport mode,
max out the normal speed of flying windy conditions.
Note that the battery labeled two and three
I actually bought later, but they seem to perform equally.
I got around 90 seconds more flight time
out of my original Mavic Pro battery,
so I guess time of production could be a factor as well.
Good job DJI, and nice to know that you still give value
for money one year after you purchase.
My bet this is closely linked to the intelligent
discharge function that is built into the battery
that will allow it to store them at optimal charge.
In general, I would say 21 minutes is a pretty safe bet
for a flight time under normal flying conditions.
But I guess I had to prove that.
This pretty important (program beeps)
information, because if you expect 27 minutes,
you're definitely not going to get that.
If you need the extra flight time,
you might need to pick up an extra battery.
I have for your convenience left a link
in the description below where you can pick up
a brand new battery with a discount.
Do you know how well Mavic Pro holds up
against specifications in regards to speed
while doing active track?
I made an extensive test to find out.
(upbeat music)

動画復活のお知らせ&妊娠のご報告☆ Back with a "big" announcement!〔#673〕 - Duration: 8:33.Hey guys! It's Chika. It's been awhile! みなさんお久しぶりです!ちかです。
A little late, but since this is my first video of the year ...
Happy New Year! Happy 2018! 明けましておめでとうございます!
As you guys know, I was taking some time off. ご存知のとおり、お休みをいただいていました。
I took the entire month of January off 1月の1ヶ月間丸々、動画のアップを
from uploading videos. お休みしていました。
But I am back! でも戻ってきましたよ!
I took the entire month of January off
Starting today
I am back!
Wait. Are you guys still there? 待って、みんなちゃんと見てる?
You didn't forget about me, did you? 私のこと忘れてませんか?
I hope not. 忘れてないよね?
Today, I just wanted to say hello, 今日はみなさんにご挨拶したかったのと、
and let you guys know 今後また動画の
I'll be uploading more videos. アップをするってお伝えしようと思いました。
And I also have kind of a big announcement. そして、ちょっとビッグなお知らせがあります。
A big, BIG announcement. ビッグ?ビッグなお知らせです。
In addition to saying hello,
I have some big news!
During break, my husband and I were working on our Road Trip Book,
but it's not about that.
I'll let you guys know when the book is coming out next week
I'll also be going on a book tour all over Japan
which I will have dates for as well.
But I have different news today. でも今日は別のニュースがあるんです。
Are you guys ready? みなさん準備はいいですか?
I am 5 months pregnant!
Do you guys know what "pregnant" means? みなさん"pregnant"の意味わかりますか?
Pregnant
Five months pregnant!
Pregnant!
Yes, I'm actually 5 months pregnant!
What?! え?!
I know! Can you believe it? そう、信じられます?
I still can't believe it. 私もまだ信じられません。
I can't believe 私の中に人間がいるなんてしんじられません。
!that I've got a human being inside of me. 私の中に人間がいるなんて信じられません。
And it just gets bigger and bigger そして日に日に大きくなっているなんて。
every single day. そして日に日に大きくなっているなんて。
I've been doing YouTube for about 7 years
I think this may be my biggest announcement.
Of course, our marriage was big news, but...
I just can't believe the time has come!
I just can't believe I'm going to be a mom. ママになるなんて信じられません。
The reason why I took a month off wasn't because of the pregnancy though.
Around November was when I was dealing with morning sickness
Yes, when when I traveled to Europe.
So that's when I really wanted to take a break, but...
I was exhausted from all the editing
and felt like I should take it easy
so I decided to take January off.
If you've seen me on Instagram stories
you might have noticed that my face has gotten even rounder than usual.
I think some of you could kind of tell.
It's not just because I've been snacking too much!
I've actually been trying to take it easy on the sweets
No, I lied. I ate a bunch of chocolate
at Salon Du Chocolat in Tokyo the other day.
but other than that, I've been trying to cut back on junk food
and eat healthy, home-cooked meals.
I am in my second trimester now
so I'm feeling much better.
My morning sickness is gone.
My body does feel a little heavy.
It's getting harder to put on shoes
and socks lol
But other than that I'm feeling great!
Obviously, this isn't just about me. もちろん、私だけのことではありません。
Happy New Year!
A little late, but Happy New Year!
I just told everyone the big news.
If you didn't get that
search "bilingirl" at the LINE sticker store.
I'll be doing a lesson with my stickers in another video!
I know there were a few words you guys had a hard time understanding.
But today! We wanted to keep it about our little family that we're going to be starting.
Do you guys want to see my belly? みなさんお腹見ますか?
I have to wear these relaxed-fit maternity pants.
Is it hard to see?
There's a 5-month baby in here.
Are you ready to be a daddy? パパになる準備できてる?
I should be okay.
Every time we go in for the ultra-sound it becomes more and more of a reality.
We've gone to about 4 or 5 check-ups now.
We can see it moving in the ultra-sound.
And recently, from about 2 weeks ago
I've started feeling the baby moving around.
I can feel the baby 赤ちゃんが少し
kicking and moving around a little bit. 蹴ったり動いたりするのを感じます。
Still very subtle.
I'll be like oh the baby is moving a lot!
and Osaru-san will put his hand on my stomach
then it stops.
The baby is shy loo
"Who's this weird monkey??"
We're not a 100% sure whether it's a boy or a girl.
But probably a girl?
We think it's a girl. 女の子だと思っているんですが。
But we are not 100% sure. でも100%確証はありません。
Boy or girl, I'm happy either way
as long as the baby is healthy!
So I'm going to get back into uploading videos
but at my own pace, taking it easy for awhile.
I'm thinking once a week or so.
There are other things I want to do as well besides videos
Of course, the baby is #1 priority
but lots of other work-related things.
You love being busy!
I love being busy and you love being the center of attention!
So that was our announcement!
We're pregnant!
I'm 5 months pregnant. 妊娠5ヶ月です。
If you're saying it as a couple, you could say
We are pregnant. 私たち妊娠中です。
We are pregnant. 私たち妊娠中です。
We are pregnant. We are 5 months pregnant. 私たち、妊娠5ヶ月です。
And our due date そして出産予定日は
Due date 予定日(期限日)
like "do"?
No, "due"
A project's due date.
It's not release date?
(That'd be the birthday lol)
Our due date is in June. 出産予定日は6月です。
So we are 5 months pregnant 今、妊娠5ヶ月目で、
and we are expecting in June. 6月に出産を予定しています。
They always translate expect as "kitai" which has more of a positive outlook
like hoping something will happen.
But "expect" is more neutral.
It's just something you believe will happen.
I'll probably make a few videos sharing some pregnancy terms and phrases
But things won't change too much
I still have footage left from our trip last year.
I'll be making new lessons.
and a variety of content as usual!
But I won't be doing much international travel.
I'm going to focus on sightseeing within Japan this year.
I'll have the members of the Chika-tomo study abroad project
share footage from abroad.
I've also got a few new projects up my sleeve as well.
I'm not going to tell you what yet.
So yeah, there's a lot I want to do. そう、たくさんやりたいことがあります。
But I also have to take care of my body, でも自分の身体も労わらないとですし、
and of this baby that's inside. お腹の赤ちゃんも大事にしないと。
Our little baby. お腹の赤ちゃんも大事にしないと。
So I'm going to take it easy. なので、あまり無理せずやりたいと思います。
I just wanted to let you guys know みなさんにこのビッグニュースを
the big news. お知らせしたかったのと、
And I've got more news coming your way. 他にも今後ニュースが続きますよ。
Next week I'm going to let you guys know 来週は私たちの新しい本について
about our book that's coming out. お知らせします。
So that should be exciting. なので、楽しみです。
A lot can happen during a pregnancy
so I'll be careful not to overwork myself.
Making sure to take it easy.
I've been cooking a lot, huh?
Yeah, you have actually.
Healthy stuf too.
You won't let me make my fattening dishes.
It's not that I won't let you...
I like your pasta!
You just get so into it.
chototsu moshin 猪突猛進
Like you focus on one thing
Like a wid boar!
You're calling me a boar?
That's what chotosu means.
Aggressive like a rhino. サイのようにアグレッシブ。
Wait, inoshishi is not rhino, it's boar!
Boar / wild boar イノシシ
Aggressive like a boar. イノシシのようにアグレッシブ。
It's not Pumba?
That's a name!
Anyways, we got way off track!
Yes! So thank you guys so much for watching. 動画をご覧いただきありがとうございました。
We are excited to be back. 戻ってこれて嬉しいです。
Osaru-san will be helping me with my videos again this year
With the baby on my back!
Yeah, after June, that's how it might be.
I can't even imagine 赤ちゃんが生まれたら
what our lives are going to be like 私たちの生活がどうなっていくのか
after the baby is born. 想像もできません。
Am I going to be able to make videos?
I'm sure I'll take a little break, but...
I have no idea.
Yeah, no idea.
Our lives are going to change drastically starting this summer.
I don't know what to expect really!
Yeah, we're clueless!
We'll take it one day at a time!
Everyday is a new day!
We'll keep you posted!
Alright guys, thank you so much for watching. みなさん、ご覧いただきありがとうございます。
I will see you guys soon. 近いうちにお会いしましょう。
I'll have a new video up for you next week. 来週また新しい動画をアップします。
Just wanted to say hello today and let you know the big news!
Alright guys, we will see you guys again soon. それではまたお会いしましょう。
Bye! またね!
Baby says bye! 赤ちゃんもまたね!って。
Wrong voice.
Bye-bye! バイバーイ!
Bye! またね!

How To Flirt (feat. Glenn Abucay) - Duration: 5:18.Sometimes I'm "I am tired of flirting" and sometimes I'm "B*tch, get ya ass up coz you're single!"
What's up guys! This is Jomie Hospital, that's J-O-M-I-E, and I am pretty sure, you've tried flirting.
Okay, okay. Maybe you still haven't, it's perfectly fine.
LOSLOS!
Flirting is when you playfully show someone that you're romantically attracted to him/her.
FAMILIAR!?
So if you still haven't tried flirting.. ladies and gentlemen, take note.
Here's.. "HOW TO FLIRT!"
Step 1,
"Establish eye contact."
This is the easiest way to flirt.
If you look at me, you're mine.
Hmm, but not too much, you don't want to freak him out.
If you look at me, you're mine.
Step 2,
"Eyebrow flash."
It helps when you give him an eyebrow flash. There's no one who won't respond to that.
Step 3,
"SMILE."
No, I said smile, not laugh.
You'll look crazy when you do that. #PwedeDzaiNa
Smile with your eyes.
Step 4, because Steps 1-3 are not enough, do it all at once.
"The Three-Hit Combo."
Establish eye contact.
Eyebrow flash.
SMILE.
Now do it again so that he'll surely notice you.
OMG, he just threw a three-hit combo.
Step 5,
"BODY LANGUAGE".
Girls, you can toss your head and play with your hair.
Wait, that's too much. Do it gently.
Boys, you can act kilig when you look at him/her. That way, he/she will know that you're into him/her.
Step 6,
"BANAT LINES."
Because we Pinoys LOVEEE pick-up lines.
OMG, you're so familiar.
Have we met before?
You've probably seen one of my videos?
Glenn Abucay, Bisaya Vlogger.
Jomie.
No, no. It's not your videos.
AHHHH!
You look like my FIRST boyfriend.
Yay!
So I remind you of someone?
How many boyfriends have you had?
None so far.
And last but not the least, Step 7,
"MIRRORING TECHNIQUE."
Copy everything that he does!
Why would you stick a toothpick up your nose? #PwedeDzaiNa
And that's it for this video! I'm so happy to tell you guys that it's the official start of #FebFever!!
Yes guys! That's 14 love videos for the month of February. Let's see if you'll get tired of watching me.

Everything you need to know about retinol (Vitamin A) - Duration: 2:08.So what is vitamin A and how does it work to prevent signs of aging?
So vitamin A is just an umbrella term for a family of skincare ingredients known as retinoids.
These include retinol, retinaldehyde, retinoic acid and retinyl retinoate.
When vitamin A is introduced to the skin it's converted
into its active form, which is retinoic acid,
once it's in its active form of retinoic acid
this is when cellular rejuvenation happens and also collagen
and elastin production. This action actually helps improve fine lines and wrinkles
a reduction in age spots and also helps with blemishes.
Do I have to use high-strength vitamin A in order to see results?
You definitely don't have to use a high strength vitamin A,
in fact it has been proven that as little as 0.01% of retinol
can actually have really good effects on the skin.
Can I use vitamin A if I have sensitive skin ?
You can definitely use vitamin A if you have sensitive skin
you just need to make sure that you are climbing the retinol ladder.
So you need to be using it twice a week for the first two weeks
and then the second two weeks you need to be using it every other evening
and then you can go into using it every night.
But once you see the results then you
can start stepping up to Retinol 6TR or Retinol 10TR
once you are sure that your skin is coping well with it
At what age should I start vitamin A ?
So you can start using vitamin A from the age of about 20
starting with a lower concentration
and then as the results start to stall from this then you can step up the ladder
to Retinol 6TR and Retinol 10TR
So how should I use vitamin A in my skincare routine ?
So you should always make sure you're applying for vitamin A
in the evening so when your face is clean and dry and then in the morning
you must make sure you're using your vitamin C
and your broad-spectrum sun protection

RM: Did you sleep well? (Leading RM talk condition recently)
V: Yes. Jin: I woke up too early, so I'm screwed.
RM: You wake up at 3 am, do not you? JM: Yes.
RM: Usually you get up around 3:00 pm because of jet-lag.
JK: I do not think I get jet-lag.
(Bangtan mini vocal warm-relay) V (Heating) I'm done!
JH: I'm done, I'm done.
JK: Jin hyung! V: You have to show too!
Jin: "Regrets" is performed.
JH: Regrets? You're sorry?
JK: Jimin hyung! You have to warm up! V: You have to warm up!
JM: Yes.
JM: What's my part? JK: Jimin not take it.
Suga: It's something you've never imagined, but it happens.
Suga: It's not even dream we dream because it is not our league, to be honest ...
Suga: It's not even something we would think "it will happen?"
Suga: I was amazed and delighted. I know when I get there.

The Matte Fallacy - Duration: 21:40.I think it's about time I did this.
In my last video, I explained the concept of the family resemblance, and this was the
fourth time I explained it in my videos, in order to debunk a certain fallacy used by
the anti-liberal, regressive left.
So instead of doing it again and again, I am just going to make one video explaining
it, a video I can refer to.
The rest of you content creators are welcomed to refer to it as well.
And, on top of that, I am going to give a name to that regressive fallacy, so we can
have something to identify it by.
So, let's make some definitions.
If we want to understand where this regressive tactic comes from, we first need to talk about
essentialism.
Essentialism is basically the belief that every entity has an attribute, or a set of
attributes, that is essential to its identity, and without which it would lose that identity.
Aristotle, the first man to formalize western logic, posited that every entity has substances
that are inherent to it, and every such substance makes it a member in a category shared with
other entities that have that substance.
Essentialism believes that while members of a category might differ from each other in
many of their attributes, they all must have that substance, that essential attribute.
Otherwise, they are not part of that category, even if they share many other attributes with
its members.
This is the approach that dominated western logic from Aristotle on.
But everyday language, for some reason, refused to adhere to the strict rules of logic.
Philosophers throughout the ages were frustrated by the fact that people would use terms freely,
and mean different things at different times when using the same term.
Many philosophers believed that this is one of the things that prevent us from living
a truthful life, and that if we just cleaned up our language of all of this ambivalence,
we will solve a lot of our problems.
The attempts to create a better language reached their peak at the beginning of the twentieth
century, with a movement that was called logical positivism, which tried to use logic to create
a language that can better represent reality.
The masterpiece book written in this effort was The Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus, published
in 1921, and written by a young Austrian philosopher named Ludwig Wittgenstein.
With the Tractatus, Wittgenstein came the closest to producing a perfect language, a
language that can describe the world without any ambivalent terms.
But Wittgenstein himself was not satisfied.
The more he grew older, the more he felt that there was something very wrong with this language.
He started to claim that perfect languages, like logic and mathematics, may be beautiful
in their purity, but they are not suitable to dealing with the complexities of daily
life.
In the 1953 book Philosophical Investigations, published posthumously, Wittgenstein compares
the language he created in the Tractatus to pure crystal, but, he adds, this purity made
it useless in the real world.
It is like a ground with no friction, and because of that, a ground we can't walk on.
Therefore, we need to stop trying to create a perfect language, and realize that our everyday
language evolved to be the best language that there is to deal with daily life in the world.
Wittgenstein, then, rejects the old idea that we need to clean our everyday language from
ambivalences and create a perfect language.
Everyday language is basically alright just the way it is.
Instead, the book tries to clean everyday language from the idealist notions put into
it by philosophers, and which cause us to have an idealized view of the world.
One of the notions he goes after is essentialism.
In aphorism 66 of Philosophical Investigations, Wittgenstein writes: "Consider for example
the proceedings that we call "games".
I mean board-games, card-games, ball-games, Olympic games, and so on.
What is common to them all?—Don't say: "There must be something common, or they would not
be called 'games' "—but look and see whether there is anything common to all.—For if
you look at them you will not see something that is common to all, but similarities, relationships,
and a whole series of them at that.
To repeat: don't think, but look!—Look for example at board-games, with their multifarious
relationships.
Now pass to card-games; here you find many correspondences with the first group, but
many common features drop out, and others appear.
When we pass next to ballgames, much that is common is retained, but much is lost.—Are
they all 'amusing'?
Compare chess with noughts and crosses.
Or is there always winning and losing, or competition between players?
Think of patience.
In ball games there is winning and losing; but when a child throws his ball at the wall
and catches it again, this feature has disappeared.
Look at the parts played by skill and luck; and at the difference between skill in chess
and skill in tennis.
Think now of games like ring-a-ring-a-roses; here is the element of amusement, but how
many other characteristic features have disappeared!
And we can go through the many, many other groups of games in the same way; can see how
similarities crop up and disappear.
And the result of this examination is: we see a complicated network of similarities
overlapping and criss-crossing: sometimes overall similarities, sometimes similarities
of detail."
What Wittgenstein is telling us is that because of the essentialist tradition, we have come
to expect that members of a certain category must all have at least one attribute in common.
So when we think of the category of games, we expect that we would find an attribute
that is common to all games.
But when we look into it, we realize that there is no such attribute.
Instead, we find that every game shares many attributes with every other game, but those
are different attributes each time.
Wittgenstein uses the term "family resemblance" to describe this type of similarity between
members of the same category.
To illustrate, let's look at this table I drew.
We have ten items that belong to the same category.
We see that almost all of them have the attribute D, except item 8.
Yet, item 8 is still part of the category, because it has five other attributes that
are shared by other members.
Items 2, 3 and 6 are more typical to the category, because they have seven of its attributes,
and 3 is the most typical of all, because it has the attributes that appear the most.
Item 1 has only three attributes, and is therefore the type of item that some people might not
include in the category.
So the borders of the category are not well-defined, there is ambivalence around its atypical members,
and yet, we can still all recognize and agree that its typical members belong to it.
Wittgenstein equates every language to a game, obeying certain rules.
However, our everyday language is not one language-game, but a combination of numerous
language-games.
These language-games will share the same words and terms, but they might have a different
meaning, as their meaning is derived from the rules of the specific language-game.
But the human mind is flexible enough to navigate between these language-games and understand
the different meanings, and it is this flexibility that allows us to deal with the complex reality
of human life.
So the attempt to impose a rigid, one-dimensional language-game on our everyday language is
a fool's errand.
Like he said, we need the friction.
We need this multi-dimensional language, with all its ambivalences and imperfections.
Now, in some language-games, a more rigid essentialist approach is called for.
Let's take a hypothetical case.
Say that we discover a liquid that is like water in every way: it is transparent, it
boils at 100 degrees Celsius, it has the same specific gravity, it has the same effect on
our body when we drink it, etc.
Except for one thing: its molecular formula is not H2O.
Is it water?
Well, it will probably be marketed as water, and humans will consume it and call it as
such.
But the chemist will disagree.
Because in the language-game of chemistry, water is rigidly defined as H2O.
Who is right?
Everybody.
The chemist is right within the rules of chemistry, and the people calling it water are right
within the rules of everyday language, in which the language of chemistry is just one
of many languages we use.
In my last video, I claimed that the categories of man and woman cover a large variety of
different cases, grouped together by the concept of family resemblance.
Some commenters objected, and said that there are two reproductive systems that define them.
Alright, but what about a man who is born infertile?
Is he not a man?
What if a woman has a hysterectomy?
Does she stop being a woman?
The answer in both cases is no, because they still have many other attributes that define
their sex and gender.
Those who try to defend the essentialist view would say that these are abnormal cases, and
an infertile human is damaged.
Well, this holds only if we are in a language-game that believes it is essential for humans to
procreate.
In our everyday language, we value people by many different things, not necessarily
by their ability to procreate.
So to say that these people are damaged is wrong.
Traditionally, human society used to hold essentialist views about many things, and
did indeed define some people as abnormal when they were lacking the essence.
But the liberal society of today has adopted a non-essentialist view.
We do not judge individuals as unacceptable just because they are atypical to their category.
As long as their divergence doesn't prevent them from functioning in everyday life, or
cause them to harm themselves or others, they are accepted as normal.
Instead of normal, we speak of normative.
The typical members of a category determine what is normative to that category, whereas
the atypical members, while there is nothing wrong with them, are not normative.
And this is what the regressive left is trying to exploit in order to undermine our liberal
society.
The regressive tactic is simple.
First, they pretend that society has an essentialist perception of a certain category of people,
and portray themselves as those who are fighting against this essentialist view.
This allows them to claim that science is on their side, because science does indeed
show us that we cannot impose essentialist categories on the natural diversity of humans.
And so, they can present themselves as debunking that strawman of essentialism that they themselves
have erected.
However, where I countered the essentialist position by relying on the family resemblance
concept, which allows me to keep believing in categories even without an essence, the
regressives claim that the absence of an essence proves that those categories are merely a
social construct.
Exploiting the ignorance of naive laymen, who are unaware that you can define categories
in a non-essentialist way, they can then manipulate the discourse around the subject.
Once they establish the idea that it is a social construct, they claim that what is
considered normative is not the result of what humans typically are by nature, but something
that was imposed on us to construct us in a certain way.
Thus, they can portray liberal society as oppressive, and undermine it.
In my previous video, I described in detail how this is done with gender.
I analyzed how the regressive left is employing this tactic to portray contemporary society
as ruled by what they call the "cis-normative": a social construct that says that men and
women should behave only in a certain way, thus creating what they call the gender binary.
I showed how they are fooling confused kids, who fall outside of this alleged binary, into
believing that the cis-normative is oppressing them, because it puts pressure on them to
conform to the norm.
Once they convince them that they are oppressed, they turn them into pawns in their ideological
battle to undermine liberal society.
I mentioned Professor Jordan Peterson, who is leading the fight against these regressives,
and I showed part of a TV debate, which by now is not the most famous TV debate he was
in.
Anyway, in THAT debate his main rival was Dr. Nicholas Matte, a lecturer in gender studies.
Right off the bat, Matte comes out with this assertion:
Matte never gets around to explaining what he means by that, but it is quite obvious.
He pretends that biological sex is defined rigidly, in a way that sees certain biological
components as essential and belonging to only one of the sexes.
Science has shown that this is not the case, that the male biology contains components
that are associated with the female sex, and vice versa.
It is rather the amount of these components in our body that determines if we are male
or female.
But we are still male or female according to science.
But not according to Dr. Matte, who pretends that biological sex can only be defined in
an essentialist way, so he denies its existence, and even has the temerity to claim that science
is on his side.
On the basis of this claim, he can argue that
the cis-normative is nothing but a social construct, which is excluding certain individuals,
and thus oppresses them.
Dr. Matte behaves like such a weasel during
this debate that I've decided that he deserves to have this fallacy named after him.
So, I hereby christen it as the Nicholas Matte Fallacy, or the Matte Fallacy for short.
Let's define it officially: The stages of the Matte Fallacy are as follows:
1.
Create a strawman by pretending that, in liberal society, a certain category of people is rigidly
defined in an essentialist manner.
2.
Cite scientific research to show that when we look into it, we see that this essentialist
definition fails.
3.
Claim that this proves that this category isn't based on nature, and is therefore completely
a social construct.
4.
Conclude that the category is imposed on us, and creates a normative that is oppressing
certain individuals or groups.
5.
Use this to portray liberal society as oppressive.
The way to debunk this fallacy, as I have shown, is to explain that you don't need an
essence to define a category.
A category can be defined based on Wittgenstein's family resemblance principle, and in fact,
this is how contemporary liberal society does define categories of people.
Thus, the category is not a social construct but based on human nature, and the normative
is simply determined by how humans typically are by nature.
Therefore, as long as it allows the atypical people to express their nature, the normative
is not oppressive.
We can find the Matte Fallacy employed in other places as well.
Long before he became famous for his stance on the non-binary gender issue, Jordan Peterson
took part in another TV debate, about the difference between the male and female brain.
His rival this time is Daphna Joel, a Professor of Psychology, who claims that there is no
such thing as male brain and female brain.
So basically, Joel shows us that nature perfectly
matches Wittgenstein's description.
There is no attribute that is unique or essential to the male or female brains, but there are
attributes that are more typical to each one of the sexes.
A brain that has more feminine attributes is a female brain, according to the family
resemblance principle.
But since Joel pretends that only an essentialist definition can hold, she claims that this
shows that there is no such thing as a female brain.
And based on that, she can claim that the gender roles in our society are not based
in our nature, but are a social construct.
To her credit, Joel isn't fanatic in her social
constructionism.
She admits that there is a possibility that nature plays a role.
But her ideological bent keeps driving her to try and deny it throughout the debate,
and emphasize the role of nurture.
By using the Matte Fallacy to deny the existence of a male and female brain, she can pretend
that nature plays no part.
Even though Prof. Peterson does not hold an essentialist position when he argues for difference
between the sexes, she is seemingly incapable of getting the point.
One of Prof. Joel's main arguments is that her rivals' claims are ideologically and politically
motivated.
She claims that we are obsessed with trying to find biological differences between the
sexes, so that we can justify the different gender roles in society.
She is completely oblivious to the fact that there is an opposing ideological movement,
which claims that the gender roles are a construct of an oppressive society, and that her arguments
stem from this radical ideology.
The result, as usual with regressives, is that she is delegitimizing the arguments of
those who are trying to fight against this radical, anti-liberal ideology.
Although she doesn't go as far as Nicholas Matte, who accused Peterson of hate speech,
she does imply that his position stems from bigotry.
This debate took place in 2015, and Joel could
still say that it is unthinkable to inquire about natural differences between races.
Today, with the rise of race realism, the unthinkable became very thinkable.
Some of you are probably already wondering how what I've delineated here pertains to
race realism, so let's now turn to that.
When we come to talk about race realism, the first thing we need to point out is that it
is not rigidly defined.
It is rather a vague term, which can only be understood through the principle of family
resemblance.
It means different things to different people.
At the most basic level, it is a reaction to regressive leftists who posit that the
existing racial categories have no basis in biology.
Using the Matte Fallacy, they claim that race is a social construct, constructed by a racist
society to justify the oppression of one ethnicity by the other.
According to the regressives, the fact that some ethnicities do better than other proves
that Western society suffers from systemic racism.
In reaction, the race realists claim that race is real.
Meaning, that people of different color, when looked at as a group, display differences
on the biological level, to the point where you at least have to consider the possibility
that these differences may account for their different social status.
And the science, on this, is on the side of the race realists.
But then, some race realists interpret race realism to mean that race is not only real,
but is the most defining feature that we have.
They assert that we should construct our identities around our race, because our biology is somehow
more real than anything else.
This is a weird argument, since culture is obviously more important than biology in determining
one's identity.
Actually, I see no reason why we should regard race as identity at all.
Ethnicities are identities, since every ethnic group has its own beliefs, its own customs,
its own shared history, etc.
And since humans tend to procreate within their own ethnic group, we will usually find
that an ethnicity also has typical biological traits.
But what makes the ethnicity an identity is not these biological distinctions – it's
the shared cultural heritage.
And, there are some race realists who are taking the statement "race is real" a step
further, and argue for an essentialist view of race.
They are simply wrong.
Race is real only if you view it through the principle of family resemblance.
This demonstrates one of the dangers of the Matte Fallacy: by employing it to race, and
attempting to silence their opponents, the regressives have aided in the rise of the
race realists.
Many people are drawn to the race realist side because of the truthful part of it, but
once they are on that side, they might be lured into adopting actual racist positions.
Alright.
The Matte Fallacy has thus been defined and explicated.
Feel free to start using the term – I think you will find it very useful in debunking
regressive claims.
Let's get to work.

INTERVIEW | Context. THE SECOND VIOLINIST - Irish National Opera - Duration: 2:43.It was based on something that
was real...and suburban...
and awful....and very dark
so that was buzzing around in my head during 'The Last Hotel'
and then I had this vision of three structures;
an orchestra, a playing space and woods
I stripped bare this little reference to Gesualdo
and then made all these overtone versions of it
and they're like a kind of
It's like a signal that comes back through the opera
in a more, more radical form each time
There's so much humour in it initially
but when the music came in and I was listening to it
I was going "O My God"
and the humour's still there
but there's this swirl of foreboding
all the way through and then it just begins to deliver
so there's extraordinary tension watching a person just
change their Tinder profile
The musical language in this piece I've really explored
really gone deep down into this thing
of basing it on overtones
but it has this incredible force of energy
that was already there in the libretto
and I sort of amplify it in the music
and that's very exciting
You really feel this work pushing towards this kind of...
this conclusion, which is pretty awful
But I suppose it's something we kicked over in 'The Last Hotel'
the suburban, the inconsequentialness
of people's lives
and around that the music can throw us
into really dark subtexts
and a whole universe of madness
Some of the happiest people I've met are Second Violinists
In fact my wife will be Second Violinist in 'The Second Violinist'

Add four
ounces of softened cream cheese to a food processor; four large whole eggs;
Pour some of
our sauce over the top. Garnish with some dried parsley;
a little Parmesan cheese... and enjoy!
Delicious! There you have it folks!
My low carbohydrate sausage and spinach ravioli with a tomato cream sauce. A nice taste
of Italy without all the carbohydrates. I hope you enjoyed this video. If you did, please
like and consider subscribing. I'll have something new every week. Thanks for
watching and I'll see you next time!
