Youtube daily report Jun 24 2017

Fabinho asked which Manchester United shirt number he wants next season

Monaco star Fabinho is being heavily linked with a move to Manchester United this summer and the midfielder was quizzed on which shirt he will be wearing next season.

Reports suggest the Red Devils have reached an initial agreement for Fabinho and are finalising a £35million package for the Brazilian ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.

Fabinho has already admitted hes tempted by the prospect of move to United and the 23-year-old has again hinted that he could be playing his football at Old Trafford in the near future.

When asked which shirt he will be wearing at United next season, he grinned and told ESPN Brasil: At this moment, Fabinho is with the Monaco shirt.

The Brazil international was pressed on which players and managers he wishes to work with in his career. Players, the one I think I would like to play together or face, to watch closely, is Messi, Fabinho responded.

Managers, I would also like to work with great managers to learn more about football, learn new things. There are great managers in football.

Guardiola, Zidane, who's doing a great work, Tite, also doing a great job in the national team, Simeone. These are managers I would like to work with some day..

Fabinho was then asked whether he would like to work under United boss Jose Mourinho. He replied: Mourinho, too. He is an excellent manager.

My dream is to get to the national team, get steady, play the 2018 World Cup and at club level it's to get to a big club that fights to always be champion, with champion mentality.

It could be in Spain, England, France… I want to play for a club that fights to win the Champions League title. That's what I'll keep seeking..

Spring 2017 Favorites! [CC] - Duration: 16:10.

Hey everybody! Welcome back to my channel. Today I am going to be sharing with you

guys my favorite things from spring. I haven't done a favorites video since my

fall favorites in December so it's been a little while. Winter... I have favourites

from winter but then as soon as winter is done and spring begins

I am the busiest I am all year so I never get my act together enough to

actually do a winter favorites, so I'm sorry about that. If you're still curious

about what my favorite things from winter were, then let me know in the

comments and I'll make a winter favorites video but I figured it's kind

of late at this point and I didn't know if you guys wanted to see it but if you do

I'd be totally willing to do a winter favorites. A very belated winter

favorites. Just let me know in the comments. Anyway I have a few different

things to share with you guys today. Most of them book related, surprise surprise.

And some of these things I've been talking about excessively throughout the

last couple weeks which makes sense because there are some of my favorite

things. So let's hop right into it and talk about some favorites. So my first

favorite from the season of spring would be my Instax Mini 8 camera. I got this as

a Christmas gift from my parents. This is in the grape color which - purple's my

favorite color so it makes a lot of sense - and they also got me this nice

cover and a strap so I can take it along and look like a huge tourist. I've been

really utilizing this a lot lately and I've really, really enjoyed it. It's so fun to

have Polaroids and to kind of be more selective about the pictures that I'm

taking. With your phone or with your digital camera you can just take a thousand and get

the perfect shot. With this is a little bit more of a mystery and of course there

are going to be some photos that don't come out the way you want them to but

it's, it's fine and it's more, I think it's fun that way. It's kind of like you're

taking a risk by taking photos with this. I have taking this with me on my

Pittsburgh trip, on my New York trip, and it's going to be coming with me this

summer. I'm going to take a lot of photos. I'm really excited about using this and

having physical photos to either stick in my journal or just to have. I've been

decorating my office with them at work as well and it's been really great. So

this is definitely one of my favorites for the season of spring and it's

probably going to continue to be a favorite of mine for the rest of the

year and for a very long time. My next favorite thing are these sandals

and as you can see I've been wearing the crap out of them. I got these as a

birthday present to myself. My birthday was in May so it's a birthday present to

myself and I picked these up. These are knockoff brand Birkenstocks. These are

called Mandel sandals and I forget what the design is but I found these on

Zulily and they're seriously the most comfortable sandals I've ever got. I

think I paid like $35 for these and I've been literally wearing them every single

day everywhere I go and I just love them so much.

These are definitely going to be favorites throughout summer. I'm going to

wear them pretty much everywhere. Hopefully I don't like wear them into

the ground but they're so comfortable and I could not recommend these enough.

If you can't afford Birkenstocks, check out Mandel. They're very similar all

their styles are very similar so go and check those out and they're so so

comfortable. 10/10, would recommend. I'm going to get into my book favorites of

the season of spring now. Most of these books I haven't shut up about so you

probably know what's coming. But the first book is The Year of Living Danishly:

Uncovering the Secrets of the World's Happiest Country by Helen Russell. This

book was so great. It was so cool to have a peek into a different country that I

don't know a lot about from somebody who also is unfamiliar

with the country. So if you haven't heard me talk about this, which I'd be

surprised if you subscribe to this channel and you haven't heard me talk

about it, but this is about a woman who is a journalist. She lives in London and

then her husband got an opportunity to work for Lego which

is, the headquarters is located in Denmark, and so she goes with him. They

decide to live for a year in Denmark and they learn all about what it's like to

live Danishly - how the Danes live. And this

was just so fascinating to me. Denmark seems like a really awesome country to

live in, honestly. Especially with everything that's going on in the United

States these days, I wouldn't mind living in Denmark for a little while. It seems

like a really wonderful place. The way that Helen Russell presented her

experience of living in Denmark was really, really interesting and it was

cool because she was relating her experiences in Denmark to her

experiences back home and also in the United States. She also kind of related

it to living in the United States as well which is good because that's where

I live so it kind of gave me an inside look on the differences between like

attitudes towards different things in the United States versus Denmark, as well

as the UK versus Denmark. So, obviously, really, really love this book. If

you're looking for a nonfiction read that's kind of more lighthearted and not

so depressing check this out. Helen Russell's voice is really

wonderful. She presents really great facts and statistics through this work

but also is super, super relatable, down-to-earth, and funny in this book so

I would totally recommend this as a nonfiction read if that's something that

you're looking for. I have two graphic novels favorites from the last season

and the first of those is Giant Days Volume one by John Allison and a bunch

of other artists and writers. This is a graphic novel series about three

roommates at university in the UK. They are starting their first year, so they're

freshmen, and they're kind of navigating life at university and this volume is so

funny. I laughed out loud so many times. I kicked the Dewey's 24 hour read-a-thon off

with this graphic novel and I couldn't have picked a better book

to lead off on. It is just so great. There's themes of feminism. There's themes

of friendship. Themes of love and relationships and

navigating that and it's just like, so - it's so good. I love this graphic novel

series. I've since read the second volume but I would say that the first volume is

a lot better than the second volume. If you want to get into a new graphic novel

series that's super light-hearted and fun and funny check out Giant Days.

The next one is a graphic memoir called Something New: Tales from a

Makeshift Bride by Lucy Knisely. I loved this book.

Lucy Knisely does a lot of graphic memoir type books and they're just so awesome.

I've read An Age of License by her which was a travelogue and it inspired me to

actually journal my whole year this year. This book is about her experience of

getting married and her relationship with her husband. The planning process

and everything like that. I'm an event planner so weddings are fascinating to

me on a few different levels and so learning kind of about how to plan a

wedding is really interesting to me and she does this in a really honest way. A

really - she also is extremely hilarious. Her voice shines right through in this

book and all of her books and she just seems like a really down-to-earth,

wonderful person. She also adds in tidbits of like, statistics of what marriage and

wedding planning is like in the United States and around the world which was

really interesting. So it's not just her story, but it is like kind of a look at

weddings in general and kind of pokes fun at how silly some of the wedding

traditions that we have in our culture are. And I agree that a lot of them are

super silly. But this is really - it's a sweet, sweet graphic memoir. There's some photos

in here as well from her wedding and from her process of planning her wedding

and I just really loved it. It was like a really wonderful peek into her wedding and I

think this is something that she's going to be able to treasure for her whole

life as well. It's kind of like a scrapbook, almost, of her whole experience

which is really cool. But yeah, that was Something New by Lucy Knisely.

Another great non-fiction read and it's a graphic memoir so if you like graphic

novels you might be interested in this as well. And then the next book is my

favorite book that I read in the spring and my favorite books that I've read so

far this year and that is The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas. This book is

incredible. I know this has been getting so much hype on booktube and across all

bookish platforms online but it is so well deserved. If you haven't had the

chance to pick it up, please do. It's a really wonderful look at police and race

relations in the United States. It's very honest. It's written in a voice that is

extremely accessible. It's a YA so if you're trying to wrap your head around

what being black in America is like and it's a little bit difficult for you

check out this book because it's written in a voice that, like, you can put

yourself into the main character's shoes and understand the anger and

frustration that a lot of people feel in this country when it comes to race

relations in the United States, police brutality in the United States, and like

just generally what it's like to be black in the United States. I have no

doubt in my mind this is going to end up on my favorites list for the entire year.

It's one of my favorite books of all time now. It is - I cannot recommend this

book enough. I've written a full blog review on this book which I will leave a

link to in my profile so if you want to hear a little bit more of my thoughts go

and check it out. This is definitely a favorite of the season. It's going to be a

favorite of the first half of the year. It's going to be a favorite of the whole

year. It's going to be a favorite for a very long time and I'm going to

recommend it to everybody for a very long time. I cannot believe this is a

debut novel. Angie Thomas - I appreciate her so much for using her voice to write

this book and I'm very excited because this is already

being adapted into a movie. It was going to be adapted into a movie before

this was even released which says a lot so I'm looking forward to seeing how the

movie company hopefully does this justice because this is just a beautiful

piece of work. Alright I have two more favorites for you. Both of which are

experiences and I have little trinkets from those experiences. I also have vlogs

up of both of these experiences so I will leave a link to the cards but the

first one of those is my Pittsburgh Marathon experience. This is my medal. And

I ran the Pittsburgh Marathon in the month of May at the very beginning and it was

my fifth marathon. If you're not aware, I'm trying to run a marathon in all 50

states of the United States and so this was my Pennsylvania marathon and it was

just a really awesome experience. The Expo was great. The race itself was great. The

course was lovely. The people of Pittsburgh love their marathoners which is so much

fun and makes such a difference for people who are running it and are in

pain. Having that encouragement is just so amazing. Every neighborhood kind of

does something different so I ran through a neighborhood where people had

huge speakers set up and we're dancing and like getting all the runners to dance

and then I ran through a town called Friendship. It's a suburb of Pittsburgh, and

they were giving out popsicles and just like saying "Welcome to Friendship.

Everyone's welcome here." And it's just - it was just so great. And I had my friends

Cullen and Erin cheering me on the whole time which was so nice. They kind

of ran around the course and saw me at different places and it was just like so

great to have my friends there. I loved my experience running the Pittsburgh

Marathon. Next marathon I run it's going to be - it's going to be hard to top this.

I'm really happy that I chose turn the Pittsburgh Marathon. If you're looking

for a marathon or a half marathon to run in the States I would recommend this

marathon because it is - it was just great. I loved it. They treated the runners so

nicely which is all you're asking for when you're dying of pain after running

26 miles. So of course this is one of my favorite things, and I'm going to wear

this medal for the rest of this video because I can. I earned this thing. And then

I've talked about this a thousand times but the last favorite for spring of

course was seeing Hamilton. I saw Hamilton in May with Cullen and

Erin as well as Brett. We saw it at the Richard Rogers theater on Broadway and

it was so good. Oh my gosh. It's so hard to describe something that you've been

like, wanting to see for such a long time and then actually getting to see it or

experience it. I first discovered Hamilton - I was kind of late to the game -

but I discovered it last spring. I think there's like a vlog of me kind of - the

week that I actually discovered Hamilton and listened to it for the first time and

how I became instantly obsessed with it. Never thought I would see it because

when I first discovered I was like "I need to see this!" and then everybody's

like "Oh it's sold out for, like, the rest of eternity" and I'm like "Okay nevermind

I guess I'm never going to see it." And then our friend Cullen's credit card

company was running a deal on Hamilton tickets last June, so I think like a year

ago. And so he called me and Erin, who was

my coworker at the time, and was like "Do you guys want to go see Hamilton?" and

we're like "YES." He's like "Okay because I'm buying tickets." So we bought four

tickets for a show that was 11 months in the future, and 11 months later we

finally got to go and see it and it was just so glorious. It was everything that

I could have hoped for. It's not the original cast anymore so

that's something that you're curious about. The cast that is currently there

was just as amazing as the original, I'm sure, and it's - I just had such a great

time. If you have the opportunity to see it, even if you're not a fan

you're not sure if you want to, I totally recommend that you do. It's just a really

great story. It's a really great purpose behind it - telling the story of America

then with people of America today. It's just really, really great. Hamilton... you

guys know I'm obsessed with Hamilton. I feel like the whole Internet's obsessed

and Hamilton just because it's so good. But of course going to see it was a

highlight of my season and it's going to be a highlight of my whole year. It was

just so good and I'm just so grateful that I've had the opportunity to

actually go see it. Anyway that is it for my spring favorites. I hope you guys

enjoyed me gushing about all my favorite things.

If you did please, leave a big thumbs up on this video. Subscribe if you haven't

already. I do try to make a new video each and every week and I will see you

guys again very soon. Bye!

BOOK REVIEW: I BELIEVE IN A THING CALLED LOVE BY MAURENE GOO - Duration: 9:44.

Hey, everyone! I hope y'all are having a great day, and today I'll be reviewing I

Believe in a Thing Called Love by Maurene Goo. This book--so cute, y'all, it is so cute. I

had never heard of this book actually before I saw a BuzzFeed article with a

list of YA summer releases to check out and I'll leave the link to that

article below so that you guys can read it as well

because there are a lot of really great titles on it. Like this one! So after I

heard about I Believe in a Thing Called Love, I was like, "A Korean-American

protagonist? I have to read it immediately." And so I did. And in hindsight, I

kind of regret doing that because I really should have saved this book for

later. There are frequently times when I seriously crave cute contemporaries and

I'm mad there aren't a billion Stephanie Perkins books out there and during one

of those times is when I should have read this book. But nonetheless, I'm

obviously so glad I picked up this book because I adored it. I Believe in a Thing

Called Love is about a senior in high school named Desi. She is an

overachiever in every possible way-- you know, varsity jock, but also perfect

SAT score, student body president, involved in like every club ever, so on

and so forth. And although she basically excels at everything she does, she sucks

at love. Anytime something even remotely romantic happens to her, she finds a way

to embarrass herself. And so to remedy that, she studies the Korean dramas that

her father loves to watch and based on the generic plot lines of those K-dramas,

she writes herself a guide on how to get a guy to fall in love with her. A lot of

people have been comparing this book to To All The Boys I've Loved Before by

Jenny Han. They're both YA contemporaries with a Korean-American protagonist and

although I do think that they would appeal to similar audiences, and if you

liked one, you'll probably like the other, that's kind of where the similarities

end. I Believe in a Thing Called Love is hilarious and cute and funny and sharp

and I basically loved everything about this book. I love the characters, the

diversity, the silly yet articulate writing, the sense of humor, the fast-paced plot,

the depiction of living in a Korean-American household--

there's just so much to love. Desi is such an entertaining main character.

She's so funny and I love it. Within the very first chapter, this book

had me laughing out loud. Desi is so self-deprecating, almost neurotic, and I

just found it so relatable. Sometimes I would actually think, "Desi and I are

the same person." She talks about loving Taylor Swift and

Twilight, I love Taylor Swift and Twilight. She talks about talking in

this wonky fusion of Korean and English at home and that's exactly what I do and

my parents tease me for it. She thinks Messi is the best soccer

player in the world, which he obviously is and I will fight anyone who wants to

make an argument for Cristiano Ronaldo. I connected with Desi in a way that

almost blew my mind. I legitimately felt like I was reading

about myself sometimes. But as much as I love Desi, she's also the reason why I

knocked this book's rating on Goodreads from 5 stars to 4. To be frank, she is out

of her mind. Like, she is honestly so driven to win

over her crush, this boy named Luca, that she does things that are inexcusable and

it's kind of played off as okay because this entire book almost relies on a

suspension of disbelief, and Desi is so likable that her charm is almost enough

to cover up the fact that she's doing things that are wrong. But in my opinion,

she really does go too far. She just falls into psycho territory sometimes,

which I'll talk about more in the spoiler section. Also something that I

wasn't a super huge fan of was just how predictable the plot was. But compared to

Desi's actions, the predictability is a little

negligible. But yeah, other than those things, I loved this book. Again, I cannot

overemphasize how much I loved seeing a Korean-American protagonist. The things

they ate, the way they acted, it all felt so familiar, it warmed my heart. I do

remember thinking it was a little weird that Desi's father calls her Desi at

home, which is weird 'cause Desi is her American name and most first-generation

Korean-American parents call their children by their Korean name. That's

what my parents do, my parents have never called me Sophia at home. That's just not,

that's really not a thing. But I digress. And what's great is that the diversity

doesn't stop with Desi. There are so many people of color at Desi's school. For

example, her best friend Fiona is Latina and she's lesbian.

Maurene Goo, I felt, really put in the effort to show that Monte Vista's

population is not just one color. A huge component of this novel is

definitely Desi's relationship with her father.

They're so playful and they're so caring. They only really have each other so

there's a really, really deep, sweet bond there, and it was just so heartwarming to

read about. Now I'm going to go into spoilers for I Believe in a Thing Called

Love, so if you haven't read this book and you don't want to be spoiled, first, I

would advise reading this book because I recommend it, and second, I'd advise

leaving in 3... 2... 1...

Bye! Bye-bye-bye-bye!

All right, so I really want to talk about the fact that Desi does a lot of not

okay things to win over Luca. Desi was so calculating and so ambitious, she kind of

reminded me of Amy Dunne from Gone Girl, which is a bad sign. However, that being

said, I did mention in my Gone Girl review that I kind of admired Amy for

her determination and for her intelligence,

so I admired Desi, too. However, she was a super stalker, and she would change herself or

change her habits to win over a boy, she was unbelievably manipulative, and so on

and so forth. And for a long time, I just kept excusing her behavior. I was like,

"Okay, I guess that's not that bad." BUT! When she caused

Luka's car accident, I had to draw the line. If the roles were reversed, if I

were in that position, if a guy put my life in danger and screwed up my car in

an attempt to win me over, I would have to cut someone. Because that's not okay,

that's not cute, that's not healthy, that's not sane. That was just not an okay

thing to do. No matter how badly you like a boy and want his attention,

you don't put his life in danger. I can't believe I'm saying that out loud. That just seems

like common sense. I mean, putting his life in danger was literally a step on her

list, and I was like, "Why. Why, Desi." I wish Desi would have looked at that step and

thought, "Mmm... okay, that one's a little too far. That one's a little unrealistic.

Maybe I should cross that one off." I feel like she's smart enough to know that

that was a really wrong idea, but she went with it anyway. That made me so mad

'cause this book had so much going for it and I was so

supportive and so in love with it, and then, Desi did that and I was like, "Oh my

God. No." Moving on, when Desi skipped her Stanford

interview to drive Luca to the hospital, I was like, "Why doesn't she immediately

call the Stanford interviewer and say, 'Hi, I'm so, so sorry, but I had an emergency

come up.'" Like she doesn't even think to call the interviewer and then her dad

does it for her and I was like, "Desi, you are too smart and you are too

professional to not think of immediately calling the interviewer."

I think Maurene Goo gets a lot of things right when she talks about the college

application process, but there are two things that I noticed that weren't completely

accurate. The first is that applying early actually does usually give you

better odds of getting in, and the second is that the interview barely counts at all.

Like it honestly doesn't matter. An interview basically does nothing to add

to your applications except for confirm that you're not a sociopath. So the fact

that Desi was really inflating the importance and the effect of the

interview on her application for Stanford was not really called for. I

thought her decision to go to BU was really interesting, considering her first choice

was the most competitive school in America and one of her safety choices

was Cornell, an Ivy League. But I guess it signals that she truly understands that

her father's always proud of her and she doesn't need the prestigious name of a

university to make her dad happy. I thought Luca was so cute. I don't

know if his name is pronounced Luca, it sounds kind of weird to me. But yeah, I just found him

so adorable, although I do wish that he liked more than just art. Most people

have more than just one interest. When he came into that AP English class and that

one girl was explaining what the book was about that they were reading, and he

looked so disinterested, Desi like dismisses him in her head and I

supported that. Like, I value people who value learning. But other than that, Luca

was really sweet. He was really adorable. I thought Desi and Luca had great

chemistry, they were super cute together. They made me laugh and smile and squeal

all over the place. I just love them. It was a good time. I do think that making

each chapter a step on Desi's list made the plot a little predictable, because

it's kind of like signal or a forewarning so that you know

what's coming. So it's like, "Oh, this step is a betrayal," and then you know what the

betrayal is. Or like, this step is going to be a sacrifice, and you know what she

sacrifices. But I can also see the perspective of that predictability

reflecting the charm of watching a K-drama because we all know how the

K-drama is going to end anyway. But yeah, I loved this book a lot. I already aired out

all my grievances with it, so you know I don't think this book is perfect

and it's not my favorite contemporary ever, but it's definitely a book that I

see myself going back to in the future and rereading when I need

something that's going to make me laugh and smile. Also, Maurene Goo is definitely

going on my list of authors to watch out for. I'm so excited to see what her next

project is. So let me know what you thought of this book I would love to

know. Thanks so much for watching, I hope y'all have a fantastic day,

and happy reading! Bye!

That I know wed be going strong

If I said later on

You would think I'm crazy

Started off suddenly

in your heart

Forever in your heart

I could spend forever

Baby Ima let you know

Only I can hold you close

Forever in your heart

I could spend forever

Baby Ima let you know

Every time I watch you go

I know were free

where the sky is blue

I feel like itÕs been eternities

ItÕs meant to be

When the stars align

So perfectly

All the pieces fit

You'll never forget

But someday ill be the one

You may not know it yet

Is a place where I belong

Bye!

Trump Explains Why He Bluffed On 'Comey Tapes' Blasts Mueller's Hiring Of Clinton Supporters - Duration: 3:52.

Trump Explains Why He Bluffed On 'Comey Tapes' Blasts Mueller's Hiring Of Clinton Supporters

by Tyler Durden

After weeks without a live interview, President Trump, much to the dismay of the left-leaning

MSM, appeared on Fox & Friends this morning with Melania.

The interview will undoubtedly be described throughout the day as a 'softball' piece but

it did at least result in some new insights, maybe.

First, on the now infamous 'Comey tapes.'

Given that Trump has now admitted that there never were any 'tapes,' at least as far as

he knows, why the bluff?

Apparently, Trump believes the bluff helped to steer Comey toward the path of truth in

his testimony, a path that Trump believes he'd lost before the bluff.

Here's Trump on the topic:

Well I didnt tape him.

You never know whats happening when you see that the Obama administration and perhaps

longer than that was doing all this unmasking and surveillance and you read all about it

and Ive been reading about it for the last couple of months about the seriousness of

the and the horrible situation of surveillance all over the place."

But I didnt tape, and I dont have any tapes, and I didnt tape, but when he

found out that there may be tapes out there, whether its governmental tapes or anything

else and who knows, I think his story may have changed."

Youll have to take a look at that.

Because then hell have to tell what actually took place at the events.

And my story never changed.

My story was the straight story.

My story was always the truth.

"But you'll have to determine for yourself whether or not his story changed.

He did admit that what I said was right.

And, if you look further back, before he heard about that, I think maybe he wasn't admitting

that.

So, you'll have to do a little investigative reporting to determine that, but I don't think

it will be that hard."

And on Robert Mueller:

Well hes very, very good friends with Comey.

Which is very bothersome.

Were going to have to see.

But there has no obstruction, there has been no collusion.

There has been leaking by Comey.

And virtually everyone agrees on that.

The people who have been hired are all Hillary Clinton supporters.

Some of them worked for Hillary Clinton.

I mean the whole thing is ridiculous if you want to know the truth from that standpoint."

"But he is an honorable man, and hopefully hell come up with an honorable solution.

And, in case there is any doubt, here is The Hill's confirmation that some of the folks

on Mueller's team may be slightly less that completely 'independent.'

The Hill previously reported that Jeannie Rhee, a member of Muellers team, donated

$5,400 to Hillary Clintons presidential campaign PAC Hillary for America.

Another person on Muellers team, Andrew Weissmann, donated money to former President

Obamas campaign in 2008 while working at a law firm.

Weissmann is the senior lawyer on the special counsel team, Bloomberg reported.

James Quarles, who served as an assistant special prosecutor on the Watergate Special

Prosecution Force, has donated to over a dozen Democratic PACs since the late 1980s.

He was also identified by the Washington Post as a member of Mueller's team.

In the end, not much new was learned but it all makes for entertaining tv.

[Internal Monologue] Phew! He's finally asleep.

Okay, now what?

I should probably nap.

I mean, sleep when they sleep, right?

Ehh, but I'm also hungry...

Okay: Food, then sleep.

Oooor...I could work out.

Yeah, I should probably work out.

I still got baby weight to lose.

And I can watch "Scandal" while I work out!

Yeah, I think I have two episodes to catch up on...?

Oooh! But there's also "This Is Us"

I've been meaning to start that

and literally everyone on my Facebook feed has been posting about it

I mean, like, people from completely different social circles,

like, worlds apart, so it's gotta be great, right?

Wait! Why am I even thinking about WATCHING TV?!

What I really should be doing is working on SchloerBITS!

I mean, do Amy Schumer and Sarah Silverman just sit around watching TV?!

W-well honestly I don't know, but I highly doubt it.

And if they do, they have earned it.

I need to work.

Yeah, that's it.

Mmm, but I'm really hungry and

*sniff*

oooo, I stink!

Okay: Food, shower, SchloerBITS. GO!

[Baby Crying]

Oh well...next time.

Let's reroute the satellites,

start facial scanning for this Zemo guy.

You seriously think I'm gonna listen to you

after that fiasco in Leipzig?

You're lucky you're not in one of these cells.

The Futurist, gentlemen!

The Futurist is here!

He sees all!

He knows what's best for you, whether you like it or not.

Give me a break, Barton.

I had no idea they'd put you here. Come on.

Yeah, well, you knew they'd put us somewhere, Tony.

Yeah, but not some super-max floating ocean pokey.

This place is for maniacs. This is a place for...

Criminals?

Criminals, Tony.

I think that's the word you're looking for.

Right?

That didn't used to mean me.

Or Sam, or Wanda.

But here we are.

- Because you broke the law. - Yeah.

I didn't make you.

- La, la, la, la, la... - You read it, you broke it.

Alright. You're all grown up, you got a wife and kids.

I don't understand, why didn't you

think about them before you chose the wrong side?

You gotta watch your back with this guy.

There's a chance he's gonna break it.

Hank Pym always said you never can trust a Stark.

Who are you?

Come on, man.

How's Rhodes?

They're flying him to Columbia Medical tomorrow...

so fingers crossed.

What do you need? They feed you yet?

You're the good cop, now?

I'm just the guy who needs to know where Steve went.

Well, you better go get a bad cop...

because you're gonna have to go Mark Fuhrman on my ass...

to get information out of me.

Well, I just knocked the A out of their AV.

We got about 30 seconds before they realise it's not their equipment.

What'd you do?

Get it back up!

Just look.

Because that...

is the fellow who was supposed to interrogate Barnes.

Clearly, I made a mistake. Sam, I was wrong.

That's a first.

Cap is definitely off the reservation...

but he's about to need all the help he can get.

We don't know each other very well.

You don't have to...

Hey, it's all right.

Look, I'll tell you...

but you have to go alone and as a friend.

Easy.

Stark?

Did he give you anything on Rogers?

Nope. Told me to go to hell.

I'm going back to the compound instead,

but you can call me anytime.

I'll put you on hold. I like to watch the line blink.(Cliptonite)

SOLEDAD: I AM SOLEDAD O'BRIEN.

WELCOME TO "MATTER OF FACT."

MAYORS ARE GATHERING IN MIAMI,

FLORIDA FOR THE U.S. CONFERENCE

OF MAYOR

THE BIPARTISAN GROUP OF MAYOR

ARE OFTEN AT ODDS WITH PRESIDENT

TRUMP.

THEY OFFICIALLY OPPOSED TO TRUMP,

THEMSELVES SANCTUARY CITIES FOR

UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS, A

STANCE THAT COULD COST THEM

EFFORT

MAYOR MITCH LANDRIEU OF NEW

ORLEANS BECOMES THE PRESIDENT ON

MONDAY.

YOU COME IN AS THE PRESIDENT OF

THE MAYORS CONFERENCE.

WHAT ARE THE TOP THREE ISSUES

YOU WOULD SAY THAT YOU ARE MOS

FOCUSED ON?

>> THE MOST IMPORTANT THING

CREATING SAFETY AND SECURITY FOR

R

FO.

THAT GETS BROKEN DOWN INTO A

BUNCH OF DIFFERENT BUCKETS

IT LOOKS LIKE IMMIGRATION

REFORM, INFRASTRUCTURE, CRIMINAL

JUSTICE REFORM, BUT WHAT MAYORS

ARE TRYING TO DO, WE ARE LOOKING

FOR ANSWERS TO COMPLICATED

PROBLEMS.

>> THE DEADLINE IS APPROACHING

FOR ANSWERING THE QUESTION

WHETHER YOUR CITY OF NEW ORLEANS

IS COMPLYING WITH FEDERAL

IMMIGRATION OFFICIALS AROUND IDE

AND ROUNDING UP UNDOCUMENTED

PEOPLE.

WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR CIT

>> WE ARE A CITY OF IMMIGRANTS

JUST LIKE WE ARE A NATION OF

IMMIGRANTS

THE TERM "SANCTUARY CITY" HAS NO

LEGAL EFFICACY.

THAT IS WHAT MAYORS WERE TRYING

TO TELL THE DEPARTMENT OF

JU

THEY ARE USING A TERM THAT IS

NOT ACTUALLY IN LAW.

WHAT WE SAID WAS, WE ARE NOT

GOING TO ALLOW OUR LOCAL POLICE

DEPARTMENTS TO BECOME ICE

AGENTS.

OUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENTS

HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYBODY.

IF THERE IS NO TRUST BETWEEN OUR

FIRST AND YOU ARE ASKING SOMEONE

WHO HAS CALLED ABOUT DOMESTIC

ABUSE WHAT THEIR IMMIGRATION

STATUS IS, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO

CALL

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS A

RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING

IMMIGRATION, AND CITIES HAVE A

RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP STREE

SAFE

SOLEDAD: THERE ARE PLENTY

CITIES THAT HAVE SAID, WE ARE

HAPPY TO HELP ICE AGENTS.

WE ARE HAPPY TO ASK PEOPLE THEIR

IMMIGRATION STATUS WHEN THEY

COME INTO OUR JAILS, AND THEY

ARE HAPPY TO GO THE EXTRA MILE

TO ASSIST ICE.

IS THIS GOING TO PUT NEW ORLEA

AND OTHER SANCTUARY CITIES IN A

DIFFICULT POSITION?

>> I WANT TO BE CLEAR ABOUT

THIS.

EVERY MAYOR IN AMERICA SUPPORTS

THE NOTION THAT IF WE ARREST

SOMEBODY AND IF THEY ARE A

VIOLENT CRIMINAL, WE HAVE TO

PROTECT THE REST OF THE

CO

ARE IN A LEGAL IMMIGRANT, WE ARE

GOING TO DEPORT THEM.

WE HAVE TO FOLLOW TH

CONSTITUTION.

THERE ARE SUPR

E

WE WANT TO WORK WITH THE

DEAN

DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY.

THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM HAVING

DEPORTATION FORCE, AND INSTEAD

OF RESPONDING TO CRIMES THAT

HAVE BEEN COMMITTED TO

EVERYBODY, FOCUSING THEIR

ATTENTION ON PEOPLE WHO ARE IN

VIOLATION OF IMMIGRATION LAWS --

THOSE ARE DIFFERENT THINGS.

SOLEDAD: AS THIS DEADLINE

APPROACHES, DO YOU FEEL

CONFIDENT YOU ARE GOING TO BE

FINE ON THAT FRONT YOU GO --

>> AS YOU KNOW, OUR POLI

DEPARTMENT IS OPERATING UNDER

FEDERAL CONSENT DECREE.

SOLEDAD: WHERE DOES THE

CONFERENCE OF MAYORS SEE THE

BEST OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH

THE ADMINISTRATION YOU ARE OFTEN

IN CONFLICT WITH?

>> FIRST OF ALL, WE DON'T WANT

TO BE IN CONFLICT.

WE WANT TO BE IN CONCERT.

OUR DOOR IS ALWAYS OPE

THE ONE THAT IS RIGHT IN FRONT

OF US IS INFRASTRUCTURE.

OUR PORTS, ERROR BRIDGES -- OUR

BRIDGES, THEY ARE IN DISREPAIR.

WE NEED ROBUST INVESTMENT, SOME

FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMEN

SOME THROUGH TAX CREDITS TO

ACTUALLY REBUILD IT, AND THERE'

A LOT OF APPETITE OUT THERE

ACROSS THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM TO

FIGURE OUT A WAY TO GET IT DON

SOLEDAD: MAYOR MITCH LANDRIEU

Sen. Cassidy: Healthcare Bill Needs to Meet Trump Promise - Duration: 4:17.

SOLEDAD: THE REPUBLICAN-LED

SETE WEEK

ON A HEALTH CARE BILL HERE THEY

SAY IT WILL REPEAL AND

OBAMACARE ONCE AND FOR ALL.

>> THANKFULLY, THE SENATE WILL

SOON HAVE THE CHANCE TO TURN THE

PAGE ON THIS LAW.

SOLEDAD: WE DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH

CO

LOTHIS IS WHAT WE DO KNOW.

THE BILL ELIMINATES THE

INSURANCE MANDATE FOR

INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES, CUTS

IN MEDICAID FUNDING, AND REDE F- THE TAXES

THAT HELP PAY FOR THE SUREPUBLICAN SENATOR BILL CASSIDY

OF LOUISIANA, A PHYSICIAN, SAYS

HE IS NOT READY

>> WHEN PRESIDENT TRUMP RAN FOR

PRESIDENT, HE SAID HE WANTED

EVERYO COVERED, CARE FOR THOSE

WITH PRE-EG CONDITIONS,

AND LOWERING PREMIUMS.IF YOU LINE UP THESE VARIABLES,

THIS WOULD MAKE IT ALLYOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE

CRED

RIGHT NOW, THE FAMILIES THAT

CANNOTE PREMIUMS U ACT

WITH

$13,000 DEDUCTIBLES, THEY COULD

HAVE LOWER PREMIUMS, BUT IF SPOUS

BECOMES ILL,

THE COVERAGE HAS TO BE ADEQUSO HE OR SHE GETS THE SERVICES

TH.

LOWER PREM

SOLEDAD: WHY NOT JUST FIXED THE

ACMANY PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE THEY

E WHY NOT GO IN AND FIX IT?

IT SEEMS LIKE THERE IS THE

POLITICATE TO DESTROY

THE LAST PRESIDENT'

PROBLEM BUT

INSTEAD DISMANTLING IT

ALTOGETHER.

>> A MAJOR PROBLEM OF T

FOUR

VULTURE ACT IS A BROAD POWT IT TO WASHINGTON, D.C.

THAT IS A FUNDAMENTAL PROBLE

WHAT SUSAN COLLINS AND I DID IN

THT IS WE

WOULD ACTUALLY ALLOW A BLUE

STATE TO CON

TO YOUR POINT, IT WOULDN'T BE

A

BUT IF THOUGHT THAT WHAT WE HAVE NOW IS

R STATE,

CALIFORNIA, THEY COULD CONTINUE

IT.

THE STATUS QUO IS NOT WORKING IN

LOUISIANA, S WE CREATED A

SECOND CHOICE FOR STATES SO COULDIOT FROM THE AFFORDABLE

CARE ACT, AND REPL IN

THEIR STATE FOR SOMETHING THASOLEDAD: IT SEEMS IN THIS BILL

THA CUTBACK ON

MEDICAID EXPANSION.

>>

THE MEDICAID EXPANSION IS NOT

AFFORDAB STATES

.

BY 2020, LOUISIANA'S SHARE WILL

BE $310 MILLION.

LOUISIANA CANNOT AFFORD THAT.

SOLEDAD: WHAT HAPPENS TO THE

PEOPLE THEY WOULD GO INTO THE

PRIVATE EXCHANGE,

AND WHAT I

WILL BE STUDYING FOR IS, IS THE

CREDIT THEY RECEIVE ADEQUA

COVERAGE?

SOLEDAD: THERE HAS BEEN SO MUCH

SAID ABOUT PROCESS, AND YOU

SAID YOU WOULD HAVE LIKED A MORE

OP

WERE YOU DISMAYED BY THE SECRECY

>> DISMAY GOES TO A LOT OF

DIFF

HAD

AN OPEN PROCESS, BUT MY DISMAY

HAS NOT ON BEEN AT THE FACT

THAT THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN

CLOSEDE MOTIVATION FOR

IT BEING CLOSED WAS THAT GOOD

FAITH EFFORT CONDEMNED

BEFORE READ.

I WISH THIS HAD BEEN A

BIPARTISAN

HISTORY SHOWS

THAT WHICH WAS

DONE, POLITICAL EFFORTS THAT

HAVE BEEN SUSTAINABLE, HAVE BEEN

DONE BY BOMEDICAID AND MEDICARE.
