Review: T-64BM2 "Bulat" (ModelCollect 1/72) - Duration: 9:02.
Greetings to all on the channel Scale Journal.
Today, your attention, I want to provide a brief review of the model from ModelCollect in 72 scale.
T-64БМ2, if I'm not mistaken, it is "Bulat".
The model contains plastic parts, photo-etched parts and metal barrel.
The instruction sheet is made in the form of folded sheet.
It has a short history in English, and a table with the characteristics of the tank.
And the scheme of arrangement of parts on the sprues, photo-etched parts and decals.
There is a detailed steps for the assembly of models, a total of 15 stages.
At the end of the show two variant of colouring of model. In the base green color and three-color camouflage option.
It is proposed to use the colors from Ammo Mig.
First look at the lower hull.
As in other models from ModelCollect here is a great detail. The bottom worked out in detail.
ModelCollect can only praise for this.
At the next sprue positioned parts of the turret, side skirts, front armored plate.
On the other sprue is another tower, hatches and elements of dynamic protection.
The quality performance is not to find fault, all performed efficiently.
Just want to note that the turret is not the only one duplicated element in this set.
Here there will be many duplicated elements and after assembly will be a lot of additional details.
Which can be used for upgrading or in the build of other models.
At the next sprue located upper part of the hull, plate above track and other details.
Here are two options plastic gun barrels, every made in single detail and has a hole.
Also, unditching gear.
This element of sprue not marked in the instructions, the bonus is the machine gun and some other details )
At the next sprue three plates above track, front armored plate and one more bonus piece of sprue.
The fin is almost absent. And about the detailing I have already said - very good.
Another sprue with the small parts, including hatches, gun mantlet and machine gun.

Next, two identical sprues with rollers, drive sprockets and spare fuel tanks and elements of dynamic protection.
On this sprue there is something to criticize. Not the best way for feeders to the drive sprockets.
When cut this details can easily be damaged. In this place should be especially careful.
Here is the same.
Next two of the same sprue with tracks.
Some tracks are assembled in line and the part will need to assemble yourself.
There are no traces of the pushers, the feeders well supplied, additional handling is not likely to be required.
On the last sprue the suspension elements.
Now let's look on PE parts and metal barrel.
And firstly will compare metal and plastic barrels.
In the plastic detailing is a little more detailed. We can choose an option, it is good that there is such a possibility.
Next are plates of PE.

Glad that the manufacturer gives you a choice between different tank guns (plastic / metal)
The abundance of additional "extra" parts probably due to the unification with another model.
Again, this is good, you can try if you need to build other modification or use of these parts on other projects.
At the moment I have no complaints the quality of decals.
And the quality of the connections will be known in the process of building this model.
This model is interesting to me, when will get free time I build it.

were the targets.
Here�s the 411 via Fox News.
The three subpoenas were issued by Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) and were served to the CIA, the
NSA, and all referenced the �unmasking� that references the Obama-era spying that
occurred and the classified intelligence reports that are leaking data to news media organizations.
This means that Obama�s dirty laundry is about to come to light.
According to the WSJ, are about reports saying that members of the �Trump team� were
identified �in foreign surveillance reports, and had their names �unmasked.��
Former National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Former CIA Director John Brennan, and United
Nations Ambassador Samantha Power are getting subpoenas related to the unmasking of private
citizens.
This is bigger than the fake Russian story that the media is circulating.
We need to get this out there, patriots.
Trump is about to drain the swamp.

What Is Bluetooth 5? Bluetooth 5 Explained!! - Duration: 4:18.
In the past few months you've probably heard the term Bluetooth 5 but you may not know
exactly what it is capable of.
Is it any better than the previous version?
Well, stay tuned because in this video we're gonna talk a bit about Bluetooth 5 and what
it can do.
With 4x range, 2x speed and 8x broadcasting message capacity, the enhancements of Bluetooth
5 focus on increasing the functionality of Bluetooth for the IoT or Internet of Things
which is basically just the concept of connecting any device with an on and off switch to the
Internet.
These features, along with improved interoperability and coexistence with other wireless technologies,
continue to advance the IoT experience by enabling simple and effortless interactions
across the vast range of connected devices.
Bluetooth 5 is capable of transferring data at double the speed of Bluetooth 4.2, and
it can also work at much further distances.
Right now the main device on the market which has Bluetooth 5.0 is the extremely popular
Samsung Galaxy S8.
Theoretically, your Samsung Galaxy S8 paired with a Bluetooth 5 speaker can work up to
260 feet away from each other, but barriers such as walls and natural terrain can pose
a problem.
An issue that was experienced with the previous Bluetooth 4.2.
But that doesn't mean that Bluetooth 5 isn't way better.
With a max range of around 800 feet, those improvements will extend to IoT devices as
well, allowing Bluetooth 5 to essentially replace (or act as a backup to) Wi-Fi connectivity
for smart home devices.
Bluetooth 5 includes updates that help reduce potential interference with other wireless
technologies to ensure Bluetooth devices can coexist within the increasingly complex global
IoT environment.
Bluetooth 5 delivers all of this while maintaining its low-energy functionality and flexibility
for developers to meet the needs of their device or application.
Bluetooth 4.2 added some features to make it work better with the so-called Internet
of Things, and Bluetooth 5 places such functionality front and centre.
Of course, its extra range and capacity will help more smart household devices talk to
each other, but the increase to broadcast capacity means the new standard will be able
to communicate much more easily with IoT devices.
Bluetooth 5 isn't just about being faster and longer-range than before – it'll also
help facilitate additional location-based functionality.
In particular, it should boost the uptake of Beacon technology, which will result in
significantly improved indoors navigation in shopping centres and the like.
This will be possible because Bluetooth 5 will add "significantly more capacity to advertising
transmission," according to Bluetooth SIG.
This means that it will be able to convey much more information to other compatible
devices without forming an actual connection.
Now, right here I'm not claiming that Bluetooth 5 is the best thing ever but I am saying that
it has many more benefits than the previous version.
Allowing us to do things that we couldn't have don't with the previous version.
But, right here is where I hit you with the cold hard facts.
At this point in time, Bluetooth 5 may not be the best choice for you.
Mainly because many devices don't support it yet.
You may actually have to wait until early 2018 before you see devices rolling out with
the newest version of Bluetooth/ Companies haven't started building devices that support
Bluetooth 5 yet, because the Galaxy S8 is the only phone that currently supports the
standard.
But that will begin to change over the next few months.
Anker says the earliest it will start selling Bluetooth 5 products is the end of this year,
but more likely the beginning of 2018.
"We'll keep testing during the next months," an Anker spokesperson said.
"I would say the earliest we might have a Bluetooth 5 product would be either late
Q4 this year or Q1 2018."
Incipio Group, the company behind Griffin, Braven, Incase, and its eponymous brand says
it won't launch any Bluetooth 5 products this year, but Griffin does have some in the
pipeline for the first half of 2018.
The next generation of Bluetooth accessories are on the way, and they will be a major improvement
over what we currently have.
Bluetooth 5 actually went live back in December 2016, but in reality you'll have to wait
a bit longer before you can use to at it's best.

The fin is almost absent. And about the detailing I have already said - very good.

On this sprue there is something to criticize. Not the best way for feeders to the drive sprockets.

Some tracks are assembled in line and the part will need to assemble yourself.
There are no traces of the pushers, the feeders well supplied, additional handling is not likely to be required.

In the plastic detailing is a little more detailed. We can choose an option, it is good that there is such a possibility.

Once again the model from ModelCollect I was pleased with the quality and detailing.
Glad that the manufacturer gives you a choice between different tank guns (plastic / metal)
The abundance of additional "extra" parts probably due to the unification with another model.
Again, this is good, you can try if you need to build other modification or use of these parts on other projects.
At the moment I have no complaints the quality of decals.
And the quality of the connections will be known in the process of building this model.
This model is interesting to me, when will get free time I build it.

What Is Bluetooth 5? Bluetooth 5 Explained!! - Duration: 4:18.In the past few months you've probably heard the term Bluetooth 5 but you may not know
exactly what it is capable of.
Is it any better than the previous version?
Well, stay tuned because in this video we're gonna talk a bit about Bluetooth 5 and what
it can do.
With 4x range, 2x speed and 8x broadcasting message capacity, the enhancements of Bluetooth
5 focus on increasing the functionality of Bluetooth for the IoT or Internet of Things
which is basically just the concept of connecting any device with an on and off switch to the
Internet.
These features, along with improved interoperability and coexistence with other wireless technologies,
continue to advance the IoT experience by enabling simple and effortless interactions
across the vast range of connected devices.
Bluetooth 5 is capable of transferring data at double the speed of Bluetooth 4.2, and
it can also work at much further distances.
Right now the main device on the market which has Bluetooth 5.0 is the extremely popular
Samsung Galaxy S8.
Theoretically, your Samsung Galaxy S8 paired with a Bluetooth 5 speaker can work up to
260 feet away from each other, but barriers such as walls and natural terrain can pose
a problem.
An issue that was experienced with the previous Bluetooth 4.2.
But that doesn't mean that Bluetooth 5 isn't way better.
With a max range of around 800 feet, those improvements will extend to IoT devices as
well, allowing Bluetooth 5 to essentially replace (or act as a backup to) Wi-Fi connectivity
for smart home devices.
Bluetooth 5 includes updates that help reduce potential interference with other wireless
technologies to ensure Bluetooth devices can coexist within the increasingly complex global
IoT environment.
Bluetooth 5 delivers all of this while maintaining its low-energy functionality and flexibility
for developers to meet the needs of their device or application.
Bluetooth 4.2 added some features to make it work better with the so-called Internet
of Things, and Bluetooth 5 places such functionality front and centre.
Of course, its extra range and capacity will help more smart household devices talk to
each other, but the increase to broadcast capacity means the new standard will be able
to communicate much more easily with IoT devices.
Bluetooth 5 isn't just about being faster and longer-range than before – it'll also
help facilitate additional location-based functionality.
In particular, it should boost the uptake of Beacon technology, which will result in
significantly improved indoors navigation in shopping centres and the like.
This will be possible because Bluetooth 5 will add "significantly more capacity to advertising
transmission," according to Bluetooth SIG.
This means that it will be able to convey much more information to other compatible
devices without forming an actual connection.
Now, right here I'm not claiming that Bluetooth 5 is the best thing ever but I am saying that
it has many more benefits than the previous version.
Allowing us to do things that we couldn't have don't with the previous version.
But, right here is where I hit you with the cold hard facts.
At this point in time, Bluetooth 5 may not be the best choice for you.
Mainly because many devices don't support it yet.
You may actually have to wait until early 2018 before you see devices rolling out with
the newest version of Bluetooth/ Companies haven't started building devices that support
Bluetooth 5 yet, because the Galaxy S8 is the only phone that currently supports the
standard.
But that will begin to change over the next few months.
Anker says the earliest it will start selling Bluetooth 5 products is the end of this year,
but more likely the beginning of 2018.
"We'll keep testing during the next months," an Anker spokesperson said.
"I would say the earliest we might have a Bluetooth 5 product would be either late
Q4 this year or Q1 2018."
Incipio Group, the company behind Griffin, Braven, Incase, and its eponymous brand says
it won't launch any Bluetooth 5 products this year, but Griffin does have some in the
pipeline for the first half of 2018.
The next generation of Bluetooth accessories are on the way, and they will be a major improvement
over what we currently have.
Bluetooth 5 actually went live back in December 2016, but in reality you'll have to wait
a bit longer before you can use to at it's best.

Today, your attention, I want to provide a brief review of the model from ModelCollect in 72 scale.
T-64БМ2, if I'm not mistaken, it is "Bulat".
The model contains plastic parts, photo-etched parts and metal barrel.
The instruction sheet is made in the form of folded sheet.
It has a short history in English, and a table with the characteristics of the tank.
And the scheme of arrangement of parts on the sprues, photo-etched parts and decals.
There is a detailed steps for the assembly of models, a total of 15 stages.

Is Prince Charles planning to celebrate his upcoming wedding anniversary with Camilla
Parker-Bowles? The royal couple will be marking their 12th wedding anniversary on April 9th.
But, it doesn�t look like Charles has any surprises up his sleeve.
The royal couple are currently doing back-to-back appearances during their official tour of
Romania, Italy, Austria, and the Holy See this week. In fact, Buckingham Palace has
not made any comments about the couple�s upcoming anniversary or how they plan on celebrating
the occasion. And for Camilla, this might be bad news.
Then again, things haven�t been easy for Charles and Camilla lately. Royal insiders
believe that Charles is trying to take on more of a leadership role in the monarchy.
He wants to prove to everyone � and including his mother Queen Elizabeth � that he�s
a fit leader. That�s why both he and Camilla have been taking on more royal engagements
and public appearances while also doing whatever they can to soften their public image.
At the same time though, they haven�t had much time for themselves and it�s beginning
to show. Back in February, Camilla and Charles looked tense after a dinner argument in at
a dinner date in London. Eyewitnesses at the time said that Prince Charles looked like
he wanted to be anywhere but at The British Asian Trust event with his wife Camilla Parker
Bowles. Of course, it�s no secret that Prince Charles
is much happier in his marriage with Camilla Parker-Bowles than he ever was with his ex-wife
Princess Diana. Still, Camilla would love it if Charles would pay a little attention
to their marriage. She knows that the moment he becomes King of England, everything is
going to change for them, she wants to enjoy whatever precious moments they have together
before it�s too late. But, even with all of their problems, it�s
doubtful that Camilla would leave Charles, especially since he�s so close to being
king. So far Buckingham Palace has not made any
comments about Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles� wedding anniversary or if

7 - Rick Ross When you're in the rap business, street
cred is one of the main things that's gonna help a rapper make it in the business.
Or at least, it was until the early 2000's, when Ja Rule's career was basically put
to rest by 50 cent.
I've gotta hand it to Rick Ross, don't hate the player, hate the game.
He's made a huge career on make believe.
I'm not really hating, I'm just saying.
He took his rap name from "Freeway" Ricky Ross, a real life drug dealer who built a
drug empire in Los Angeles and his real name is actually William Leonard Roberts.
In his albums, many of Rick Ross's lyrics include claims of drug dealing, guns, and
other illicit things, and obviously what he rapped about helped him to be a superstar.
In 2008, his credibility took a hit when pictures leaked showing Ross clad in a security officer
uniform, working as a correctional officer.
He was so adamant on keeping his rep intact that he claimed the picture was photoshopped,
and that someone took his high school pictures and put it on someone else's body.
Of course, nobody believed his story, and soon after, details about his salary, the
exact dates of his work and the place of his training saw the light of day.
Ahhhhh the beauty of the internet!
After everything was out, he still lingered for a few more months until basically he had
to just admit he actually worked as an officer in the mid-nineties.
He accepted that it was him in those pictures, but that he was only doing his job.
Somehow, someway, Teflon Ricky Ross didn't go the way of Ja Rule, as he's still one
of the superstars of rap today.
6 - Yahoo CEO Scott Thompson One of the worst things that can happen to
any company, is finding itself in the middle of a huge controversy only to be blindsided
by another huge hit to its public image.
Well, that's exactly what happened to Yahoo back in 2012.
During a complicated time in which newly-appointed CEO Scott Thompson announced the company would
reduce its employee force by 14%, which translated to roughly around 2000 people, the world found
out that Thompson had actually never earned the degree in computer science he claimed
he got in his resume.
Yahoo hired Thompson as CEO back in January 2012.
Activist investor Dan Loeb, CEO of Third Point LLC, sent a letter to Yahoo's Board of Directors
citing a Yahoo SEC filing stating that Thompson "held a Bachelor's degree in accounting and
computer science" from Stonehill College.
Loeb stated that he had reason to believe that the degree was "in accounting only".
Loeb questioned if Thompson had "embellished his academic credentials" and questioned whether
the Board had even bothered to exercise appropriate diligence and oversight in one of its most
fundamental tasks, which is hiring the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Yahoo's filings with the SEC did match what Loeb claimed.
In 2008–10 proxy statements for eBay, Thompson's former employer, Thompson was noted having
only an accounting degree.
In fact, Stone Hill College didn't even offer a major in Computer science until many
years after Thompson had graduated!
Yahoo's response claims that it was an "inadvertent error", but really it was just them admitting
not doing their due diligence on the most important position at the company.
They didn't fire Thompson, but Thompson excused himself after barely four months in
the job.
Seriously, was having an additional computer science degree what pushed Thompson to the
position of CEO?
I highly doubt it…..it's just a really dumb move to embellish official documents
in such highly public positions.
5 - Bill Cosby Back in his heyday, Bill Cosby was pretty
much THE all-American clean and proper stand-up comedian famous for The Cosby Show, as well
as Fat Albert and the Cosby kids.
While many comics at the time were using the growing cultural freedom to explore material
that was controversial and off-color, Cosby was instead making his reputation with humorous
recollections of his childhood.
He became the All-American dad on television, as he was the clean, proper, and highly educated
obstetrician Dr. Cliff Huxtable on The Cosby Show.
However, even decades of building up a rock solid reputation can come crashing down when
not one, not two, not even twenty, but over 60 r@pe accusations were put on Bill Cosby.
That's…….a lot.
As far as r@pe accusations go, with Cosby they're all over the place.
It appears that Cosby has been a s3xual predator for decades, and only his victims knew of
his true character although I'm sure there have been rumors behind closed doors over
the years.
As a matter of fact, accusations span the entire length of Cosby's public career.
I'm not gonna go over all the cases, as that could take up this entire video and then
some.
A couple of times the accusations did reach a courtroom, but they've always been settled
behind closed doors and without a trial.
The issue really came to light when, in 2014, video of comedian Hannibal Buress using Bill
Cosby's sexual misbehavior as part of one of his routines quickly went viral, and everything
really took off after that.
The allegations affected Cosby's career: numerous organizations have severed ties with
him, and even titles and honors have been revoked.
Cosby still claims he's innocent.
Maybe one day we'll be able to know the truth, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
4 - Milli Vanilli Any 80's babies up in here?
I know you guys can remember Milli Vanilli, the German R&B duo of Fab Morvan and Rob Pilatus.
They won the grammy for best new artist way back in 1990, along with other awards as well.
If you don't know, Milli Vanilli was wildly successful and huge in the late 80s and early
90s: they sold millions of records those years and they certainly appeared to be on their
way to becoming actual musical legends.
They topped Billboard charts and had six platinum singles.
The first signs of a big lie were brought up by Beth McCarthy-Miller, then an executive
with MTV.
She said that Milli Vanilli's first interview with MTV gave her and her team doubts as to
whether they had actually sung on their records, as they both didn't speak English very well.
The first public sign that the group was lip-synching came in July 1989, during a live performance
on MTV.
As they performed onstage live in front of an audience, the recording of the song "Girl
You Know It's True" jammed and began to skip, playing the lyrics "Girl, you know it's..."
over and over on the speakers.
They continued to pretend to sing and dance onstage for a few more moments, but then they
both ran offstage.
MTV VJ Downtown Julie Brown said that fans attending the concert seemed neither to care
nor even notice what had happened and that the concert continued as if nothing unusual
had happened.
What really brought down the group was when one of the actual singers on the albums revealed
that he was one of the three singers for the group and that Pilatus and Morvan were impostors,
and this began the public of who actually sang in the group.
As a result of American media pressure, Milli Vanilli's Grammy was withdrawn four days later.
However, their three American Music Awards were never withdrawn because the organizers
felt the awards were given to them by music consumers.
The duo finally had to come clean, and revealed personally that they didn't sing any of
the songs that had made them famous.
3 - Senator Joseph McCarthy Back in 1950, Senator Joseph McCarthy became
the most visible public face of a period in which Cold War tensions fueled fears of widespread
Communism.
He was well known for alleging large numbers of Communists and Soviet spies and sympathizers
inside the federal government and elsewhere.
Ultimately, the controversy he generated led him to be censured by the U.S. Senate.
The term "McCarthyism" was born in 1950 in reference to McCarthy's practices, and was
soon applied to similar anti-communist activities.
Today, the term is used in reference to what are considered reckless, and unsubstantiated
accusations, as well as public attacks on the character or patriotism of political opponents.
Nevertheless, McCarthy built his political career over his supposed outstanding war hero
record.
In 1947, his campaign was based off the nickname "Tail-Gunner Joe", using the slogan "Congress
needs a tail-gunner", in evident referral to his service in the war as a, you guessed
it, tail-gunner.
However, he falsely claimed 32 aerial missions in order to receive the Distinguished Flying
Cross and numerous awards of the Air Medal.
Apparently the Marine Corps chain of command decided in to approve the medals because of
his political influence.
McCarthy even claimed that he received a letter of commendation from then Chief of Naval Operations,
Admiral Chester Nimitz.
However, Nimitz later said that McCarthy written the letter himself, and he signed it while
signing many other letters and that it basically slipped past him.
McCarthy also claimed a "war wound", a badly broken leg that McCarthy had made the subject
of varying stories involving airplane crashes or anti-aircraft fire.
But McCarthy's broken leg was actually the result of a crazy celebration aboard a ship
for sailors crossing the equator for the first time.
Really?
How did people just get away with these stories back then?!
I guess he was just doing the bow wow challenge way back before bow wow!
2 - Bill Nye the "Science" Guy If you were a kid in the 90s, then you probably
got your periodic dose of science through TV's super famous show "Bill Nye the science
guy".
The show aired on PBS on from 1994 until 1999 and was also syndicated to local stations.
Known for its quirky humor and rapid-fire MTV-style pacing, the show won critical acclaim
and was nominated for 23 Emmy Awards, and won nineteen of them.
However, surprisingly enough, Bill Nye isn't actually a scientist!
Yep, just like many scenes in reality TV, the title Bill Nye the Science Guy is really
just a façade.
You guys know how Bill Nye got his stage name?
While performing on a sketch comedy television show in Seattle, called "Almost Live!"
throughout the 1980s, Bill Nye cultivated a science-explaining TV persona.
He got his stage name when he corrected another host, John Keister, on his pronunciation of
the word "gigawatt", and when Keister responded, "Who do you think you are—Bill Nye the Science
Guy?", that's when the name stuck.
Yeah, I'm sure millennials everywhere are devastated over this, but Bill Nye isn't
exactly a science guy, but rather a mechanical engineer, as he received his degree from Cornell
and worked at Boeing after school.
After his incredible TV success, Nye continued working in the field, becoming CEO of The
Planetary Society and writing several best-selling books on science, such as Unstoppable: Harnessing
Science to Change the World and Undeniable: Evolution and the Science of Creation.
The biggest problem is, he doesn't have any formal education in any of these areas.
Bill Nye never actually graduated with a degree in the sciences.
In 2017, a new show premiered on Netflix featuring Bill Nye, called "Bill Nye tackles the world".
The aim of this show is to tackle the scientific aspect of a variety of issues ranging from
climate change to sexuality.
During one episode on the show, he really went outside the box on gender issues that
didn't exactly get rave reviews, and to be honest, it was just weird as sh*t.
It was weird not because of the subject, because let's face it, social justice warriors talk
about gender issues all day long, but it was weird in the way that he was trying way too
hard to resonate with millennials.
While he does call himself a "science communicator" when he gets called out, I guess it's fine
when he's doing it for entertainment on a TV show, but he's for sure skating the
line when he's somehow being selected to represent real scientists who do real work
at commencement speeches and such and just happily does so without a second thought.
1 - Brian Williams Reporters have been known to spice up their
stories a little.
News is supposed to be something that makes a lasting impression on the viewer, and news
will always follow some sort of editorial line.
But Brian Williams took it a little too far.
Or actually really far, to be honest.
Brian Williams was one of the most recognizable news anchors in the US.
He captivated audiences nationwide by retelling a story about being a passenger in a military
helicopter that was downed by ground fire in Iraq.
He claimed that a military helicopter he was traveling in had been quote "forced down after
being hit by an RPG."
Soon after it aired, Williams's story was criticized by Lance Reynolds, a flight engineer
on board one of the three Chinook helicopters that had actually been attacked.
Reynolds and other crew members said they were forced to make an emergency landing,
and that Williams's Chinook arrived a half-hour to an hour later.
Williams hadn't been anywhere near the fallen helicopter.
Williams confessed to have made a small mistake on his recollection.
Uh, yeah, it's called a blatant lie.
Following his little faux pas, he was suspended for six months without pay.
Somehow, someway, he's still chief anchor for MSNBC.

Are You a Lightworker or a Darkworker
Becoming a lightworker or darkworker isn�t something that just happens to you.
It�s a conscious choice, one the vast majority of people never make.
You may have leanings towards one polarity or the other, and you can certainly experiment
with both polarities as much as you desire, but becoming a lightworker or darkworker means
making a special commitment to mastery of a single polarity.
What does it mean to polarize?
When you decide to polarize, you�re making a commitment to living a certain type of life.
It is similar to making a commitment to a particular field that takes a long time to
master, such as training for the Olympics, becoming a concert pianist, or becoming a
grandmaster at chess. You aren�t just going to wake up one day to discover that � oh
yeah� you�re a 10th degree black belt, nor will you suddenly wake up and realize
you�re a lightworker or a darkworker. Polarizing as a lightworker or darkworker is a huge long-term
commitment. It doesn�t just happen by itself in a flash of insight.
The decision to polarize is a decision you make with every fiber of your being. For some
people it may be a natural choice, felt as a type of calling. Others have to spend a
lot of time exploring both polarities to make the polarization commitment very consciously
and deliberately. But most people never polarize.
If you polarize as a lightworker, you are dedicating your life to serving the greater
good.
If you polarize as a darkworker, you are dedicating your life to serving yourself.
To use a Star Wars analogy, it is similar to deciding whether or not to become a Jedi
or a Sith. It should be rather obvious that most people never make this kind of commitment
in their entire lives. Hence, most people are neither lightworkers or darkworkers. The
two extremes of committing one�s life to serving the greater good or to serving one�s
own self-interest are not attractive to most people. It is simply not for them.
After you polarize, your polarity becomes the central focus of your life. You live and
breathe it every day. It almost becomes part of your DNA. It is impossible to compartmentalize
such a commitment. You can�t work at a menial job and do lightworking or darkworking on
the side. That�s like trying to be President of the USA �on the side.� Being a lightworker
or darkworker is a 24/7 deal, 365 days a year. It is who you are, not merely what you do.
Those who haven�t polarized are free to experience both polarities, but at a much
lower level of intensity than either a lightworker or darkworker can. In fact, it�s of great
benefit to explore both polarities and understand how they work.
If you are a lightworker or darkworker, you will have zero doubt about it. That is by
definition. If you have any doubt about it, you haven�t polarized. This is as basic
a thing as knowing you�re a black belt in a certain martial art. If you have to ask
the question, you�re not a black belt. Either that or you have a really bad memory.
Why polarize?
The reason to polarize is because you�re ready to make a conscious commitment to a
certain type of life. You�re willing to devote your whole being either to serving
the greater good or to serving yourself. That commitment becomes your life purpose. It becomes
the very core of your identity. You are saying to the universe, �This is who I am.�
When you make this commitment, you will know yourself on a level you�ve never known yourself
before. You will awaken every day knowing why you�re here, not because someone told
you why, but because you�ve defined your own why through the power of conscious choice.
Every moment of every day, you will know who you are and what you are here to do.
Polarization bestows a new level of intensity, drive, and motivation. Problems and obstacles
that previously would have plagued you will seem like trivialities. When you set a goal
that aligns with your polarity, you�ll know � not hope � it will be accomplished.
Doing replaces trying. Consequently, you�ll expand the scope of your goals to match your
intensity. You�ll also greatly extend your timeline for considering the consequences
of your decisions, thinking 10, 20, 50 years ahead as a matter of course. Short-term indulgences
will be replaced by long-term commitments.
Just as there are degrees of mastery in any field, there are degrees of polarization.
The more polarized you become, the more you tap into your deepest levels of inner power.
Whether you are a darkworker or a lightworker, your source of power is always found within.
It is not a form of agency or positional power. You could be stripped of all your worldly
titles and possessions and still feel just as strong. As a lightworker your energy flows
outward. As a darkworker your energy flows inward. The source of this flow is always
inside you � centered within your consciousness � and your polarity determines the flow�s
direction.
What if you don�t want to polarize?
If you don�t want to polarize, don�t. You�re free to continue using both polarities
if you so choose. Just be aware that you can never expect to master either polarity unless
you commit to one or the other. In other words, if you don�t polarize, you will always live
with the knowledge that you lived far below your potential in terms of your ability to
serve others or to serve yourself. Your service to the world as well as your service to yourself
will be mediocre at best compared to what you could have achieved had you polarized.
This should be rather obvious. When you polarize, you are making a strong commitment, and when
you are truly committed to something, you will invest a lot more time and energy into
your pursuits than you would otherwise.
Polarization is a special kind of commitment, similar to committing to mastery of a specific
field like music, art, medicine, or programming. Most people never make such a huge commitment.
But you cannot hope to master anything unless you commit to mastery of one thing.
Mastery is a process, not a position. Mastery is when you turn a desire into an absolute
must. For lightworkers and darkworkers, these commitments are made for different reasons.
But in either case, a conscious decision is made to devote one�s time, energy, resources,
and talents to the chosen role with a high degree of intensity. That intensity of focus
is perhaps what most distinguishes someone who has polarized.

New Volvo XC60 review (T6) - Duration: 9:12.
The Volvo XC60 is a very important car to Volvo.
It surprised me that 30% of Volvo's sales is an XC60.
Over 160,000 XC60s were sold last year.
The previous generation was introduced in 2008.
It's still the market leader in the Netherlands. Not a little bit, either. In Q1 of this year
(even though people know there will be a new one) more cars were sold than #2 and #3 combined.
It's bizarre how popular this car is, especially in the Netherlands.
It's very important to Volvo worldwide, so much depends on it.
Volvo builds the new XC60 on the SPA platform. That platform is very important to Volvo.
They're going to build more models on it and they want to add their next generation safety features.
This car already has a number of important new safety features.
They think the most important one is the car steering away from cars that move into your lane
and from cars in your blind spot when you change lanes.
If there's something in your blind spot, the car can take over and keep you away from it.
There will be more. They wouldn't say what,
but this platform is ready for a new generation Volvo safety features.
Exciting. We'll see it's going to be.
Let's talk about the Volvo XC60's design.
Let's start with the rear.
The easiest way to distinguish it from the XC90 is the taillights continuing unto the trunk lid.
It has this additional part.
On the side we see that this is the same as the previous XC60.
The point is very characteristic.
The rear window has a steep angle upwards compared to the other horizontal lines.
We see a lot from the 90-Series: the XC90, V90, and S90.
The vertical screen in the middle with one central button.
You can swipe for a different menu.
It can't go further that way, but it can this way. We're sitting in an Inscription edition.
This means it has pretty wood and nappa leather seats with "Inscription" in the headrests.
I don't know if the Bowers & Wilkins system comes with the Inscription package, but it's here.
I have some complaints about it. The sound system settings are limited and the bass is very present.
If you like martial arts, you can practice your upper cuts.
You lower the headrests and then...
The front shows the same as the rest of the car: sharper lines, but it resembles the previous XC60.
Of course it has the new headlights with Thor's hammer in the LED unit.
The lines of the grille etc. are more modern and sharper.
In all it's not super sexy, but it is a successful design.

More and more manufacturers use a big screen, but I can't get used to it.
That's because manufacturers try to stuff too much in it. The same with this car.
There are no physical buttons to change the temperature, so I have to use the touchscreen.
On a small slide I see 20˚C, but I'm doing 19.5. There, 20˚C.
I'm not going very fast. It's harder when going faster on the highway or a country road.
They should've thought about this.
It's very "clean", but that makes for a calm interior. Volvo uses pretty natural materials.
They wanted me to say that, because they're proud of using natural materials. It's true; it looks pretty.
Speaking of driving: the engine line-up starts with the D4. It has 187 hp.
There's also a D5 with 232 hp.
The T5 and T6 are the only gasoline engines at the moment.
The T5 has about 250 hp.
We're driving the T6 with 316 hp and 400 Nm (295 lb ft) torque.
There will be a T8 with 401 hybrid hp. That's the same powertrain as the XC90. It's a plug-in hybrid.
It'll be seriously fast and will start at a little under 70,000 euros.
That's a good deal.
I know you shouldn't compare, but an Audi SQ5 has less hp, does 0-100 kph (62 mph) slower,
and costs over 90,000 euros. That is quite a difference.
ENGINES gasoline, diesel
Back to the T6 we're driving now. Like I said, it has 316 hp and 400 Nm (295 lb ft) torque.
It does 0-100 kph (62 mph) in 5.9 seconds and it has a top speed of 230 kph (143 mph).
I didn't try the latter. I believe the 5.9 seconds. This engine is quick.
I feel the same as in the S90: a 4-cylinder engine with this much hp... I'd prefer 5 or 6 cylinders.
I understand that the environment and wanting cheaper development make it difficult.
It's unfortunate, though. The car we're driving will start at 73,000 euros.
The T8 gets the same engine, but with hybrid stuff. It'll be cheaper.
CO2, people. That's a nice phenomenon.
If you want it cheaper, you can order an XC60 starting at 58,995 euros.
The handling isn't spectacular. It performs well, but it's all a bit middle-of-the-road.
It's a likable car. Anyone can buy it, especially those who want to get from A to B.
It's not distinctly good at anything.
This car's handling is fine, but taking corners fast gives you some understeer.
You feel that the car is heavy. That's logical in this class of cars.
It wasn't made to hoon on mountain roads the way I like to.
It's a safe car.
This takes me to the conclusion.
This car is a goodie two-shoes.
It does a lot for you. It thinks about safety, but that's where we're headed.
Believe it or not, but this is what people want, especially in a few years.
Volvo is headed in the right direction to achieve their Vision 2020.
We'll all be passengers. It's headed that way. Volvo is taking leaps in that direction.
It's not the most exciting car, but it's absolutely one of the best cars in its class.
I think it will be as much of a bestseller as the previous one.

now they're being a little more sloppy—or maybe vice versa.
Basically, what we're looking for is a major change of behavior.
I really like to think about it as being more human.
We just need to be willing to watch out for those around us.
So, I like to share a story of—a few months ago, I was in my office and one of my co-workers
walked past my door.
Took her about one second, maybe, to walk past my door.
And in that one second, I realized that something wasn't right.
That she wasn't her normal self.
And so, I took the time to go talk to her and ask her how she was doing.
She wasn't having thoughts of suicide or anything like that, but she was having a bad day and
she had some things going on at home and she was able to talk to me about that.
And so, really, I think it is about being more human and making that connection with
people and really caring.
Because, we have that inside of us, we—we know when something isn't right and sometimes
we feel like: "Oh, I don't want to be nosy."
Or "I don't want to get into people's business."
But suicide is everyone's business and we need to care.

It might sound crazy to the masses, but life extension is a real thing. The science, also
known as anti-aging medicine, indefinite life extension, experimental gerontology, and biomedical
gerontology, is the study of slowing down or reversing the processes that create aging.
The result? Maximum and average lifespan extended. The question is, do we need tech? Or should
we begin to look at why our life spans aren�t already longer?
If you try to envision it, you might find yourself lost in a futuristic sci-fi film
you�ve already seen. But it�s more than a concept fit for the silver screen. Life
extension is a very real science, and is currently being worked on as you read this.
According to some scientists, we are mere decades away from moving into life extension,
which could change life as we know it forever.
Among those working avidly on the science is Ray Kurzweil, the chief engineer at Google.
Kurzweil says we are approaching a time when humans will begin to significantly prolong
their lifespans. He suggests that, by the time we have done so, we won�t have to worry
about issues like supporting growing numbers of humans, because we will no longer be living
in a world competing for finite resources.
For instance, he says, �Well within 15 years, say, we�ll be able to meet all of our energy
needs from solar. And at that point, we will be using one part in 10,000 of the sunlight
that falls on the Earth.� He also believes that, by then, we will have worked through
the �resource-related limiting factors� currently stymying scientists and activists
around the world.
If you think about being younger for longer, it�s a hard concept to visualize. With cells
and DNA edited, and the regrowth of telomeres bringing back a youthful state, it�s a concept
many people long for, but believe impossible. But it�s certainly already happening.
Increasing your life expectancy can be done just by eating the right foods, meditating,
and taking part in regular exercise. Perhaps you would have died at 90, but such lifestyle
changes tack on a year or two. Understanding the way these lifestyle factors, along with
genetic therapy, function, makes maintaining youth and health for much longer a more realistic
goal than you might think.
Will we, then, eventually die? Even this question cannot be answered, as we are bending the
rules and finding new avenues to change what we know about life and death every day. Perhaps
there could be a day when death is not absolute.
The advancement of computer technologies has opened the doors to so many once-unfathomable
possibilities. We have, undoubtedly, seen advancement in ways science once deemed impossible,
like 3D printers providing medicine with coded blueprints.
The �explosion� in exponential technologies like augmented and virtual realities makes
life extension entirely tangible, according to Kurzweil: �Our experiences will be limited
only by our imagination and the very expansion of
our neocortex so we can create and experience more profound music and art and science and
literature and relationships. I don�t think life will get boring.�
Pay close attention to how small advancements accumulate to make life extension nearer and
nearer, because it�s happening yesterday, today, and tomorrow, and many scientists swear
by it happening much sooner than one would ever imagine.
Why Our Lifespans Might Be Shorter Than What�s Possible
What if the human body was designed to live hundreds of years, but due to our diets, way
of living, environmental toxins and so forth we deteriorate much more quickly? This is
certainly a thought we must explore before we head aggressively into
the tech side
of life extension without addressing what may be
the biggest cause: poor habit, faulty science
and information around health and human life. This
is obviously a philosophical thought
but it has merit given the way our modern lifestyles are. There is much evidence to
support this idea and will be explored in an upcoming story.
