I have arrived to Mjältön (an island in the High Coast), and are now in this little bay. Baggviken

With this stone

The first 600 meters where easy. Took me no time...

No difficoulties what so ever

Then I walked and walked in for me quite difficoult terrain

Then I reached a sign...

I was hoping it would say "100 metres left"

But no....

One more kilometer!

Eaven a circumnavigation starts with one small tack

Little lame, I agree...

But since I have artificial knee and hip I can feel this climb in my body, maybe its an explanation?

But no excuse not to do this walk!

But I think now its the time. I might not go up on Mjältö Mountain ever again?

God, how pessimistic was that!!??

But its warm, Im sweating, its steep, Im tired...

I will stop filming and climb some more

GIGANTIC mountain!

(236 metres abowe sea level)

Arsenal Transfer News: Arsene Wenger to perform Jack Wilshere U-turn, Newcastle keen

Wilshere, who was sent off for the Arsenal Under-23s last night, looked to have a new lease of life after spending last season on loan at Bournemouth.

It had seemed that the injury-ravaged midfielder had been put on the market for sale. West Ham and Newcastle have both been monitoring his progress with a view to make moves.

However, it seems the 25-year-old still has a future at the Emirates. The Daily Mirror say Wilshere has had a heart-to-heart with Wenger and the Frenchman has told him to fight for a first-team spot.

Previously, Wilshere was believed to be unsure as to whether to stay in north London. The Mirror also suggest Wenger has impressed with his attitude and feels he can still realise his potential.

The Gunners, who signed Granit Xhaka last summer, don't appear to be in the market for a new central midfielder. Wilshere meanwhile, will be eligible for selection for the Gunners' next Premier League game away to Liverpool on Sunday (4pm).

Although he received a red card while in action for U23s, it won't carry over to the league. Arsenal are currently 11th in the table after their 1-0 defeat to Stoke on Saturday.

I'm in my early 40s

and I'm taking part in the Carsino smart electric drive event in the German team.

This is my favourite piece, but I don't know it off by heart anymore

THE CANDIDATE: VERA Vera: I have a nice job title of acting agent.

I work in an acting agency

we have lots of different professional actors on our books

and my job is to get them as much film and TV work as possible.

The thing I love about my job is that I get to work closely with people

who I look after on a professional level.

I love people and think they are just incredible beings!

I don't just want a Smart Electric Drive,

I REALLY want one.

It's a car for the modern day.

It's 10,000 times better for the environment

and 10,000 times more contemporary.

I see myself as avant-garde,

and I'd be proud to be seen out and about in this car.

I'm also sad to say goodbye to my car.

Every time I do something in the car,

even little things like turning the key or adjusting the mirror,

I feel like I'm doing it for the last time.

I'm already feeling sad about saying goodbye to my car.

I've been living in Berlin for 11 years.

In Berlin, anything goes – you can see and do everything.

Berlin is wilder, more colourful and more unconventional than other places.

I think that Berlin represents real life.

Growing up, I spent a lot of Saturdays with my dad at the flea market,

and he was interested in watches and glasses.

And I was mainly interested in comics.

And then I became interested in clothes, and then furniture,

and now it's a real passion of mine and I think I'm slightly obsessed.
