There can't be an 'Exit From Brexit' - Duration: 5:26.
There is a general consensus amongst those who want to leave the EU that those who want
to stay are in some form of denial and it's true that those who want to leave
do have a tendency to write in capital letters in The Daily Express in the
Daily Mail comment section that they want our country back. It's simple we
just want to leave that somebody wrote in the comment section of one of my
videos and it doesn't even begin to acknowledge that there is a complication
with Ireland, Gibraltar and farming in the United Kingdom but as I sit here on my
balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, I can't help but think that the remainers
are in some level of denial as well.
Often this Brexit is described as a divorce
but that's not really the case. A divorce would suggest that one partner, at least,
actually wants to go but the opinion polls and the behaviour of people in the
United Kingdom suggests that it is far from being clear-cut. It is more like a
couple where one member of the partnership has been granted the
opportunity to go away somewhere else: a new job a new way of life and that
person is torn between going and staying with the person that they love
and then what follows is 18 months two years of stress, worry, doubt, questioning,
revenge, petty remarks... so that in the end if the United Kingdom does decide to
stay it won't be a case of going back to what we once had. This notion of 'Exit from
Brexit' it just cannot exist because the relationship with the EU and the UK is
now so fragile. It's so full of doubt and insecurity that the EU is going to
want securities. They don't want to have to face this again in three years, five
years or even ten years time and god neither do we - so maybe we will have
to join the Schengen area maybe we will lose our rebate, maybe we will have to
join the Euro. We cannot 'Exit from 'Brexit'. We have to
move on and we need to face the realities of what is going to be at the other side
of this decision when it is finally made. I hear a lot of talk in the UK about the
day after Brexit and this transition period where they're going to try and
make it a smooth a transition from what we had... but nobody is saying what we are
transitioning into. No one talks about the year after Brexit
three years after Brexit. It is true that those that want to leave are in
denial. They are more than happy to sacrifice their jobs for Brexit, but
seem completely unwilling to queue at airports. They want to take us back to a
time when our passports were as blue as the Syrian passport is now, but the
remainers want to take us back in time as well admittedly not that far back
just to before the referendum - but we can't
It is an alarm clock that Michel Barnier reminds us constantly is ticking and come
March 2019 people who live in the United Kingdom are going to have one hell of a
wake-up call

Ladies Who Book: Steve Bannon | August 9, 2017 Act 1 | Full Frontal on TBS - Duration: 6:59.
I am Samantha Bee.
Welcome to another carefree day in the world
of late-night comedy.
North Korea best not make any more
threats to the United States.
Best not?
Where'd you pick that up, Easy D?
Look, I'm sure our president is carefully monitoring
this crisis from his situation cart in Where
The Fuck, New Jersey.
But I actually unironically want to thank him
for at the very least hiring sane person HR McMaster
to replace that dangerous fucking nut
bag with the Pizzagate son.
Things may seem scary right now.
But as long as there's one grown-up in a White House
full of children, reality stars, and Huckabees,
we should be fine.
Far right media outlets have ramped up attacks on Lieutenant
General HR McMaster after he removed
holdovers who'd been hired by his predecessor, Michael Flynn.
REPORTER: Open warfare between McMaster and Steve Bannon.
Media across the spectrum, especially on the right,
are running stories within hours of each other
suggesting McMaster could be pushed out.
God damn it!
I thought Steve Bannon only wanted to burn
shit down metaphorically.
Steve has been out of public view lately, which makes sense.
If I could suck my own cock, I'd probably
never leave my bedroom either.
But since I can't, I spend my time reading.
[CLASSICAL MUSIC]
"Devil's Bargain" traces Steve Bannon's rise
from working-class kid to powerful Hand of the King
with Tiny Hands.
Like, Steve Bannon's like the genius behind that operation.
He's like Trump's brain.
Like, he's the guy that got him elected.
Like--
Tiffany's, like, right, you guys.
That, like, totally got Trump elected.
Well, him and a Hillary-hating billionaire
named Robert Mercer, who funds nontraditional candidates
like Arthur Robinson.
JOSHUA GREEN: Robinson was consumed with extending
the human lifespan and believed that the secret
to staving off death and disease could be found in human urine.
Robinson collected thousands upon thousands of urine
samples, which he froze in vials and stored
in massive refrigerators that stood
among his wandering sheep.
[LAUGHTER]
Why do all roads to Trump pass through a river of piss?
That is a lighthearted story from the book,
but it's not all fun and games.
Actually, it is games, but not fun ones.
This is the true story of how Steve Bannon brought
the alt-right into our world like a reverse Buffy
standing at the hellmouth going, come on in, demons!
Oh, it was 2005, six years before he ever met Trump.
Steve Bannon joined a gold farming company
that employed warehouses full of Chinese workers
to win prizes in "World of Warcraft"
and then sell them back to real players for real money.
He soon learned the online gaming
community didn't care for cheaters
or, as it turned out, Chinese people.
JOSHUA GREEN: They had enough power that they basically
ruined Bannon's business.
But the lesson he took away from that was that these rootless
white males who spend all their time online actually
had what he told me was, quote, "monster power,"
to go out there and effect change.
Unleashing monsters?
That never goes wrong.
Obviously, most gamers are regular, nice people on
my staff not doing their jobs.
Why did nobody told me we had a PlayStation?
Guys, I love "Space Caterpillar."
But gamer message boards revealed
enough butt-hurt penis goblins to catch Steve's gimlet eye.
A few years later, Steve took over
Breitbart.com after its founder was murdered by Hillary Clin--
I'm sorry, died of natural causes.
He set about turbocharging the website's white populist agenda
and "fuck everyone" attitude.
Awesome!
Meanwhile, his beloved penis goblins
had discovered a cool new multiplayer game,
co-ordinated rape threats.
So many rape threats.
Honestly, I don't know when they even found time
to play video games anymore.
Steve saw his alt-right was alt-ripe for harvest.
All he needed was a bridge to connect the fetid swamps
of the nanosphere to the hard-right disruption-gasm that
was Breitbart News, and he found it
in an obnoxious woman-hating douche nozzle named Milo.
JOSHUA GREEN: I realized Milo could connect with these kids
right away, he said.
You can activate that army.
They come in through Gamergate or whatever
and then get turned on to politics and Trump.
Give me your entitled, your angry,
your gaming masses yearning to meme free.
Uh, excuse me, excuse me.
That poll was added later.
[LAUGHTER]
You cosmopolitan cunt.
What did you say, Stephen Miller?
Nothing.
Would you go out with me?
Ew, God, no.
Thanks to his "Warcraft" days dealing with elves, trolls,
and goblins, Bannon was more than
qualified to lead the Trump campaign
team when Rebekah Mercer ordered Trump to hire him.
Having freed the very unsullied from their fringe enclaves,
the mother of Pepes gave them something to fight for-- well,
something to fight against, specifically a woman.
Oh, my god, it's just what they're good at!
[GASP]
The activated alt-right, with help from Mercer's money
and Putin's troll farms eagerly glutted
the internet with crude anti-Hillary,
pro-Trump memes that helped sweep a bewigged sack
of testosterone into the White House,
where they could continue to advise
him on staffing decisions.
Oh, that's a big thumbs down from CuckBlasterCarl88.
Meanwhile, the House Judiciary Committee is--
I shit you not--
considering an amendment that this congressman staffer
crowdsourced from the Donald subreddit,
where the dregs of alienated white male resentment
coagulate to worship their god emperor.
I don't think that the crimes of the prior administration
of Hillary Crint-- of Hillary Clinton, the collusion
with James Comey and Loret--
Ler-- Loretta Lynch should be forgotten just because Hillary
Clinton lost the election.
Nailed it!
[LAUGHTER]
Guys, this is where we are.
The alt-right is writing US policy in that shitty fucking
meme font all because 12 years ago a former Goldman Sachs
banker wandered into an online video game community,
discovered a magical weapon, picked it up,
and brandished it all the way to the White House like--
oh, Jesus you know, I don't know.
Um--
Leeroy Jenkins!
God damn it, Leeroy!
We'll be right back.

Homeless Man Falls, Then Lady Looks Inside His Cart & Takes Off When She Realizes It's
Worth
Homelessness is a fact of life in our modern world.
Its existence is something we tend to overlook, and often times we won't say a friendly
hello to a homeless person, much less look them in the eye.
As we walk by their handout jar, we may take mental note of their grocery cart that is
filled to the brim with a collection of "junk."
However, sometimes those possessions can hide something very valuable, which is something
that one Los Angeles woman found out firsthand.
As Dana Lee Calabrese was preparing to meet her friends for dinner, she witnessed a homeless
veteran collapse on the street.
The parable of the Good Samaritan is something that we're all familiar with.
Even though she had fun plans for the night, Dana Calabrese became a real life Good Samaritan
when she went out of her way to help someone in need.
When Dana first noticed a homeless man collapse in the middle of the street, she was very
concerned.
She quickly rushed over to USMC veteran Douglas Dean Hall, who lost his leg in combat, and
looked after him while waiting for help to arrive.
Little did she know that her actions would have a profound effect on this man's life.
Although this is a thought that probably wouldn't cross most people's minds, Dana wanted to
know what would happen to this man's possessions.
So, while the vet was receiving much needed medical care, she asked one of the first responders
if they were going to take Douglas' belongings with them.
"No, are you?
A million more dominoes fall a day around here."
Dana couldn't quite stomach that callous response, and decided to do something about
it.
Dana understood that paramedics have an important job to do.
But, somehow it seemed wrong to become emotionally numb to the people they were physically caring
for.
"Don't get me wrong, I understand that they have a very hard job to do and perhaps
you get desensitized after working in such a large city with such an immense homeless
population, but I just couldn't bare this person losing what I believed to be all he
had in the world."
Living on the streets while the world ignores you is hard enough to deal with.
But, losing one's belongings, which is the only thing homeless people have left in this
world, can bring a person to tears.
Dana knew that Douglas' grocery cart of personal items was his lifeblood, and she
wanted to protect it as if it were filled with gold.
So, Dana did the only thing that she could.
She grabbed the cart and wheeled it all the way home.
However, Dana didn't know how to get in touch with Douglas after he was taken to the
hospital, so she posted a photo of the cart on Facebook.
She pleaded for help with finding this man!
In a happy twist of fate, it was Dana's neighbor who found Douglas on the street.
He was pretty easy to find, since he was holding up a new cardboard sign with his name on it.
There was also a handwritten note stating that he was trying to get to New York.
"I'm not asking for a handout, just a hand up.
Anything would help."
Douglas told Dana that he had friends in New York, and that he really misses the city.
Dana wanted to help grant this man's wish, so she secretly setup a GoFundMe account for
the former Marine.
Dana was overwhelmed by all the generous support that the crowdfunding campaign received.
The GoFundMe account raised a few thousand dollars to help Douglas travel across the
country.
She also received messages from both friends and strangers with offers of housing for Douglas
once he arrived in the Big Apple.
"I thought I would have enough to cover the ticket and maybe a little extra for the
transition.
But, there is quite a lot extra now…I'm extremely excited for this."
Dana told ABC News:
"He knows that I am getting him to New York because I told him that I would make that
happen.
At that point, he was crying and telling me I was an angel.
He also at one point screamed out 'God is Good.'"
Dana added that they have become fast friends, and she hopes they remain friends for life.
She also noted that she will now always wonder and worry about him.
What a touching story!
Dana not only gave Douglas the means to get to New York, but she made a new and unexpected
friend for life.
This earth angel just earned her wings!

He's devastated after best friend's death.
Then old man shares beautiful words of wisdom
The following story was written by a user on Reddit.
It was written in response to a post titled:
"My friend just died.
I don't know what to do."
While the rest of the post has been deleted, and only the title remains, one user's powerful
response is a must-read.
This self-titled "old guy" has a few words of wisdom that we can all use.
Alright, here goes.
I'm old.
What that means is that I've survived (so far) and a lot of people I've known and
loved did not.
I've lost friends, best friends, acquaintances, co-workers, grandparents, mom, relatives,
teachers, mentors, students, neighbors, and a host of other folks.
I have no children, and I can't imagine the pain it must be to lose a child.
But here's my two cents.
I wish I could say you get used to people dying.
I never did.
I don't want to.
It tears a hole through me whenever somebody I love dies, no matter the circumstances.
But I don't want it to "not matter".
I don't want it to be something that just passes.
My scars are a testament to the love and the relationship that I had for and with that
person.
And if the scar is deep, so was the love.
So be it.
Scars are a testament to life.
Scars are a testament that I can love deeply and live deeply and be cut, or even gouged,
and that I can heal and continue to live and continue to love.
And the scar tissue is stronger than the original flesh ever was.
Scars are a testament to life.
Scars are only ugly to people who can't see.
As for grief, you'll find it comes in waves.
When the ship is first wrecked, you're drowning, with wreckage all around you.
Everything floating around you reminds you of the beauty and the magnificence of the
ship that was, and is no more.
And all you can do is float.
You find some piece of the wreckage and you hang on for a while.
Maybe it's some physical thing.
Maybe it's a happy memory or a photograph.
Maybe it's a person who is also floating.
For a while, all you can do is float.
Stay alive.
In the beginning, the waves are 100 feet tall and crash over you without mercy.
They come 10 seconds apart and don't even give you time to catch your breath.
All you can do is hang on and float.
After a while, maybe weeks, maybe months, you'll find the waves are still 100 feet
tall, but they come further apart.
When they come, they still crash all over you and wipe you out.
But in between, you can breathe, you can function.
You never know what's going to trigger the grief.
It might be a song, a picture, a street intersection, the smell of a cup of coffee.
It can be just about anything…and the wave comes crashing.
But in between waves, there is life.
Somewhere down the line, and it's different for everybody, you find that the waves are
only 80 feet tall.
Or 50 feet tall.
And while they still come, they come further apart.
You can see them coming.
An anniversary, a birthday, or Christmas, or landing at O'Hare.
You can see it coming, for the most part, and prepare yourself.
And when it washes over you, you know that somehow you will, again, come out the other
side.
Soaking wet, sputtering, still hanging on to some tiny piece of the wreckage, but you'll
come out.
Take it from an old guy.
The waves never stop coming, and somehow you don't really want them to.
But you learn that you'll survive them.
And other waves will come.
And you'll survive them too.
If you're lucky, you'll have lots of scars from lots of loves.
And lots of shipwrecks.
Please SHARE these touching words with everyone you know.

What Gets My Goat: How I Would FIX The Emoji Movie - Duration: 3:01.
So The Emoji Movie was bad.
Shocker, right?
But why?
Because it's a hackneyed cash grab?
Or perhaps it's because it's essentially a dollar store ripoff of Wreck-It Ralph?
No it's because of the weird art style!
Look at it!
EW!
So here's how I would fix The Emoji Movie's unappealing aesthetic in three easy-to follow
steps.
Because YEEEAAAAH.
Number One: REMOVE THE ARMS AND LEGS.
Have the characters bounce around on the floor like VeggieTales.
Maybe the Hand-Guy® could flip around and walk on his fingers.
I heard somewhere that COLUMBIA PICTURES' B.S. reason as to why they gave the Angry
Birds arms and legs is because it's easier to animate.
Frankly, I think it's MORE to animate, but that's just me though.
Moving on.
Number Two: COOL IT WITH THE REALISTIC EYES.
This next part is about the general state of animated movies, not just The Emoji Movie.
Big animation studios in Hollywood insist on putting human eyes on not human things
Like Smurfs
and Zootopia
and, uh . . .
VeggieTales
It's okay to have black circles on white circles.
You know?
VeggieTales up until they were bought by Dreamworks, and it's diametric opposite
SAUSAGE PARTY
pulled off this look just fine.
Better yet (3x)
Just have black dots for eyes, ya know, like
The Lego Movie trilogy, The Peanuts Movie, and Captain Underpants.
All stellar movies (except one of them hasn't come out yet)
They all had dots for eyes and ah
(kiss)
Lovely.
That being said, all those examples are based off of properties that had dot-eyed characters
to begin with.
But you know what else had characters that had dot-eyes to begin with?
EMOJIS.
And number three:
Just don't make the movie.
Simple as that.
Just don't make the movie.
You know, we all have that impulse at the back of our brains that says, "Hey, you should
totally steal that cookie from the cookie jar."
Don't - don't take that cookie from the cookie jar.
Don't make the goddamn Emoji Movie.
ya know
It's common sense.
But you know
Money talks.

Political parties show mixed reaction to N. Korea's threats - Duration: 1:05.
South Korea's political parties are showing mixed reactions to North Korea's latest threats.
The ruling Democratic Party of Korea says Pyongyang's continued threats and provocations
will only isolate the regime further and lead to more sanctions.
It says the Moon administration is closely cooperating with the U.S.,... adding that
while the final solution is dialogue... the government will step up pressure and sanctions
until Pyongyang gives up its nuclear program.
But the main opposition Liberty Korea Party criticized the government for not doing much.
It said the situation is becoming serious,... and while the government said it will take
a leading role, it isn't taking any role.
It also claimed Seoul is getting sidelined by other key players,... referred to "Korea
passing" as they are opposed to the government's North Korea policies.
The minor opposition People's Party were more or less on the same page saying tensions have
never run this high,... expressing concerns about the government saying it can turn the
current crisis into an opportunity.

U.S. officials soften tone on N. Korea, but warn regime to stand down - Duration: 2:04.
After trading some of their harshest verbal attacks yet,... the U.S. is taking a more
measured tone in its message to North Korea.
And President Trump is coming under criticism at home for his blunt "fire and fury" remarks,...
with Democrats and even members of his own party... accusing him of unnecessary warmongering.
Yu Joonhee has this report.
On Tuesday, President Trump said "fire and fury" would rain down on North Korea if it
continues to threaten the U.S.,... in the most menacing language he has ever directed
at the regime.
In the wake of his comments,... and the sudden outbreak of brinkmanship between Washington
and Pyongyang,...
U.S. officials are now trying to restore a sense of calm... amid concerns of a looming
conflict.
On Wednesday, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson defended Trump's rhetoric,... saying the President...
was simply adopting a type of language that would resonate more with the North Korean
leadership.
"So I think the president, what the president is doing is sending a strong message to North
Korea in language that Kim Jong-un would understand, because he doesn't seem to understand diplomatic
language."
Tillerson added, there was no reason to believe a war was imminent... despite the recent uptick
in tensions... and that Americans should sleep well at night.
Secretary of Defense James Mattis, one of the more hard-nosed members of Trump's cabinet...
maintained a tough stance, although far more nuanced, than that of his commander-in-chief.
In a statement Wednesday, Mattis warned Pyongyang that its actions could lead to the end of
the regime, and destruction of its people.
President Trump meanwhile, is facing criticism from Capitol Hill,... with lawmakers from
both parties accusing him of poor judgment with his bombastic comments.
Democrats especially, slammed the president for what they called his "unhinged" and "reckless"
remarks,... saying it could drag the U.S. into an avoidable conflict with North Korea.
Questions over his temperament aside, there's little doubt over North Korea's alarming progress
in its ballistic missile programs.
The Washington Post reported on Tuesday,... citing U.S. intelligence sources, that North
Korea had miniaturized a nuclear warhead that could be mounted on one of its missiles.

Into the shelter house I go Where the Spirit of God will flow
And I rest in the presence of the Lord I take it everywhere I go
And I let everybody know That deep within me dwells the power of God
In the shelter house of my heart
Into the shelter house I go Where the Spirit of God will flow
And I rest in the presence of the Lord I take it everywhere I go
And I let everybody know
That deep within me dwells the power of God
In the shelter house of my heart
Oh Lord You have blessed me You have filled me up
Give me life and the hope to carry on
I thank God that when I'm weak I can call Your Name
And walk boldly in the presence of the King
Into the shelter house I go Where the Spirit of God will flow
And I rest in the presence of the Lord
I take it everywhere I go And I let everybody know
That deep within me dwells the power of God
In the shelter house of my heart
I am filled with the power and authority Take on any opposition that may rise
I don't care about the circumstance I may be in
Cause I know this power within me never ends

Bangkok Chronicles Follow My Time Living and Working in Thailand's Capital Part 11 - Duration: 16:26.
hi everybody Simon here Bangkok Chronicles I think this is
number 11 so on the last one we talked about my wife had moved in and we've
been out on the first buying trip together we I just bought 50 handbags
which amazed to excess all cash take ten days and back which is a month's salary
to her Sam got a clue what we were doing really and all the violin selling but
over the next sort of ten days I started teaching my wife did you man eBay how it
all works and she started to twig when I showed her the money and ended explained
in so many different ways but she so it's wig pretty quick now in the condo
we only had a sort of dressing table and I had this monitor from the landlord
given me to use and my one laptop this point I went out we went out we went to
con Tom and Sam pang again showing the time and I bought desk and two office
chairs and luckily that company delivered which was brilliant I then
went a pantip Plaza Pecha berry Road bought a new laptop
hi expect the mind spent the back five hundred pound on it and I used that as
my main one and gave the other laptop to mem and we were set up in the condo with
two laptops one monitor and she spent weeks and weeks learning eBay and
looking at all the products she'd never been to the UK so she didn't know the
sort of products that would sell so she relied on me but in our first month
living together it was great it was really good we weren't always working we
you know we have quite a few hours every day where we could just wander around a
needs and explore and I learn saw a lot more of Bangkok because mem
knew it's reasonable reasonably well it took me to all different ways we learn
those canal boats best way of getting around and I started we started using
those a lot more really good really good ways to get around Bangkok and you could
just jump on one pay that 10 baht each just stay on there for sort of 20 we
determined to get off and you lost them explore a new area is great really good
now we even ended up in one Road one evening that mammoth he knew all about
cosine Road that is the backpackers road
it's a road where they have mainly bars restaurants as if McDonald's as a burger
king it's only about 300 meters long and above them behind all those shops and
bars and things are really cheap rooms for the backpackers that sort of - 300
bars a night like hostels and all sorts really cheap and it's all the young
backpackers wandering up and down and all the way is like a market all the
time as people selling everything and again you see some of the latest stuff
there that you don't see everywhere it's a really good area to wander around and
just chill eggs and you see the stuff take photos and start searching around
Bangkok to find the product how things were going great purses were going great
I was doubling with the Chinese one dollar watches that's jewelers eye loops
all these things were ticking over really well making with money but as I
was so inquisitive I was always looking for the perfect item which would be
something like a little box that cost you say $10 at sold 400 that's the dream
as an entrepreneur buying and selling what something easy that nobody else is
selling that's my heart that's so hard to find and I don't think I ever found
it my interactive map I've started putting some photos and things on that
I'm trying to add to it as we go and learn it so bear with me but again it's
on my website under smiles Thailand comm along the menu point to YouTube in a
drop down menu interactive map I look at it now you don't necessarily use it to
buying and selling if you're in Bangkok and you want shopping you can go to this
area and find these products even though most of the shops sell in bulk ten items
hundred lights and so on they will study one item but the price is slightly
higher but it'll still be higher cheaper than on the markets it's a great
day wandering around Chinatown and you have to try the Chinese that the cafes
and restaurants that sell all the shark fin soup and all of this
misson experience and at night time it's buzzing in your add road from all the
street vendors the street food is amazing it's also the big gold zone
where all the gold shops are and we'll touch on that on a later video I did do
a video about it but don't know if still listed in the channel I will do a proper
video on the gold now I've been working at and we've done the the consoles the
ps2 threes Xboxes the remote-controlled cars and airplanes the spare parts and
drone somebody asked me recently now that some ting let it was over the canal
now in 2017 it's been demolished but apparently all those sellers are just
around the corner somewhere on one of those shopping malls there's two or
three floors and they're in there so drones that will be where it will be in
some pain it'll be a top right of yellow rat road somewhere there will be the
drones now that they're popular and all the spare parts so there it should be
saved for you to spare parts if you can get
there occasionally on these roads in Chinatown at your find almost something
that looks like a beggar and they'll put a little table up and I have secondhand
items whether they're stolen or not I don't know but there was cameras and
watches and mobile phones and things one of my friends in UK had a photographer
it said to me could I look into camera lenses so the big cameras the dslr's as
you call them you can unscrew the B lens and those lenses are huge money
absolutely huge I looked around and again it's in San Peng on the right hand
side of our at road where I suspect the drones are now a nose mouth there was a
lot of second-hand camera shops with lenses and I went in and I started
exploring getting prices game photos all the stuff and I emailed it back to the
UK to my friend the prices were similar to the UK so there wasn't any way there
of me buying there and sending back and him having them cheaper but later on was
memmer myself get back to the UK in the UK we have car boot sales in America
their garage sales yard sales where people sell their secondhand bits and
pieces up at their home where I at the back of a car and um later on went one
when member myself went back as a six month tourist visa
we shot around and lo the car boots and I was finding all these lenses there
were 30 40 pound which is quite expensive secondhand but I bought a load
of them and then when we returned to Bangkok I went to this area and I sold
all the lenses and made a fortune so if you in your country if you go into
Thailand are holiday look at secondhand lenses off cameras
take a few with you you can sell them all around Bangkok and make a nice
profit there you go lenses but cameras there's a section as I say top right
something for anyone who wants cameras new secondhand even collectible antique
cameras they were all there through that section it brought me back into the
Chinese walk section and as men started to get used to the things I was doing
and looking for she started talking replica watches this
has been a passion of mine for years collecting watches and I did build up a
huge collection of replica watches I mean because I couldn't afford the
originals but and they were just for me so I always had that interest and I kept
pointing this hmm but these replica watches we wandered all around some pen
and it's calm Tong again which has been changed now but they're still not far in
that area we wandered up and down and it's very hot walking around these
markets very hot and quite often you find a little shop selling drinks and
Oriole cafes sit down have a coffee and then kept talking inside a lot of these
sellers and just by chance and it was just luck for me just by chance we sat
down having a coffee and a lady on a table next to us was getting a load of
drinks for her staff memoir staff you questions and we all hit it off but a
nice work with English with Chinese a little bit of Thai in that and that's
where my lucky bread came on watches this lady was one of the main importers
from all over the world of replica watches she would bring thousands into
Bangkok and all the street traders there's probably more people like her
but a lot of the street traders especially
in all that area they go to her get the watches and they'd put them all out on
the street for sale she was the main woman and she supplied people all over
Bangkok well we hit it off on to this day we're still friends still in contact
and she's still doing the same thing she
invited us across to her office if you could call it that right in the middle
of Compton and it was in a little alleyway between two shops 20 meters in
was a desk on like a counter on the left with a little cupboard behind like a
glass display cupboard and all just plain boxes there and there was a few
watches in the display cabinet but just old what regular watches the word
replicas come when she pulled out some catalogs and showed me and then one like
pointed all that's a nice watch she turned around and hidden behind a box is
in little cubby holes and secret compartments and came some of these
watches it was amazing and then there was inside this alleyway a bit more she
had a guy two guys working that repairing watches all just being watches
adjusting straps XOR in this hidden alleyway so you really have to dig into
these alleys and go into a real alleyway and look what's going on and talk but
this lady was my still if I want to watch she is my go-to lady price-wise on
the street are good what I did do I think a video way back on replica
watches there's three main grades of watch and we talk let's say a replica
Rolex really cheaper nasty you pay 800 bars on the streets for it at the
markets tinnies of rattling is just lightweight and rubbish
there's Greg B which were you prepaid 2000 bars on the markets and streets for
it and it may be an automatic movement from Switzer than the ETA might be a
Japanese movement or even the Seiko movement might be a course but they
would have a sapphire glass not non-scratch glass on the front and the
bezels was work everything would work it was quite a nice replica look the part
because I say a couple of thousand bar and then there was the gray day which
are very hard to find and many many subscribers have asked me about these
gray days these can be anything up to three four hundred pounds but the
originals could be 20 30 days and pain and they are exquisite they they have
got Swiss movements they have got top-of-the-range ETA movements
everything works as it should as perfect replicas as you can find but there are a
lot of money but because they're so expensive the street sellers don't tend
to sell them because not many people will buy them but this lady she had
loads she's recently moved because of contour shuffle and everything and I'm
still trying to find out I have to email otherwise but she's in that area
somewhere you have to keep going to all the street sellers ask them about the
expensive replicas eventually they'll probably point you to her or one of her
partner's it's only way you can find them but you've got a fine know if
you're a real watch collector but only for yourself I don't you know replicas
are not good don't go buying or selling replicas it's any counterfeit stuff it's
not worth it you're breaking the law but as a collector buy one for yourself
I don't quite still doesn't still harms the industry but if you can't afford the
originals and there is you're going to get there you know
that we've just touched on those watches but that over the next year and a few
years after it played a big part for me as a hobby so I'll do a whole video on
those later on and as you come through those other ways you then get to the
adult DVDs the sex DVDs the mp3 audio albums the whole new section we'll do on
the next video sorry I'm jumping about from products or products so many of you
are asking no questions about each different products try and get around
all the areas and then we'll cover some specifically later on in the series and
more what happens with them them anyway thanks for watching I'll see you on the
next video
