Youtube daily report w Aug 23 2017

[amazing intro wow]

Hello you amazing cockgoblins sons of epic gaming, my name is Coolj2000 and welcome to

Legit Game Review.

Today's review is about the First Person Shooter video game known as Killing Floor

2.

If you like this video, be sure to give it a like, subscribe, follow me on Twitter, Facebook

and hit the notification bell so you can have a nice little load in your palpitating asshole

from my epic YouTube kahntent.

Before we begin, be sure to check out my good old recap of Game of Thrones just in the description,

because you know Game of Thrones has "game" on the title and so, it is video game related,

so now shut the fuck up about it.

Now we can get to the real review.

So let's begin.

[wow what a montage]

Killing Floor 2 is the acclaimed video game sequel to the equally acclaimed "Lods e

mone: the video game", also known as Killing Floor in the European regions.

The plot is about a zombie pandemic that took over the northern and southern regions of

France, a land so characteristic for the wild nightlife that is redirected to the city of

San Sebastian.

Lemme tell ya, those frenchies love to leave their trash on our city, amirite?

We can find rather dull and uninspired player characters such as Father Grigori, Solaire

of Astora, oversexualized female character 1 and 2, Francisco Franco, lods e mone with

a gasmask, and my personal favourite of them all, The Amazing Atheist Banana Man.

You can tell these female characters are oversexualized because they are the usual gaming gender stereotypes

we all know about, and I can't tell about because that would obviously require me a

50 minute long essay about how this woman is not well portrayed, also prawns, because

prawns are game related.

Why in the hell would we need female characters like these?

I mean, c'mon, it's 2017 and people still don't get the idea of how to actually represent

the female demographic in video games outside of Cooking Mama, that is the transexual female

muslim disabled wolfkin.

Also, did I say already PRAWNS are game related?

The gameplay is so repetitive and boring to the point of making you drowsy, I've played

already like 30 minutes of this game and I feel like I've wasted too much time doing

the same waves of Zods over and over again, with some exceptions like the obviously fascist

depiction of a german holocaust Joseph Mengele.

Also, did you know that Dr. Hans Mengele had a secret project on a Holocaust 2.0 that's

TOTALLY CANON of Killing Floor just as showcased in this easter egg on the snow level?

As you can see, there's the blueprint of an Auschwitz in the sky on screen and if you

look further into this conveniently glitchy screen, it says "Kill all jew parasites,

signed, Dr. Hans".

But that's a theory, actually, so stop complaining about it.

Also Digital Homicide sucks.

The game's most dreadful capital sin is that it includes microtransactions for cosmetic

items ingame.

You can actually spend more money in this game than what you spent buying it, therefore,

it's bad.

Just ignore the fact that I actually have these purchasable in game skins on screen.

This practice is completely unforgivable because prawns.

Actually, it reminds me of that time where Anita Sarkeesian actually started developing

on a Kickstarter project about a game that was actually a thought project that was actually

a feminist politically correct generic thought experiment.

She garnered a lot of money from that Kickstarter project only to cancel it, running away with

the money and never to be seen again making games.

It's easier to be the critic than the creator.

I'm rational saying this.

So, if Anita has demonstrated that she can make a huge steaming piece of shit on gaming,

this can also be a steaming piece of shit itself, that is, Killing Floor 2 and its feminist

microtransactions.

And so, Killing Floor 2 is bad.

Therefore, my final rating for this game is an absolute 3/10.

I could just put up a 7/10 on this game, but I was just in a bad mood from dealing with

trolls on the internet, so there you go.

I'm best youtuber.

Please don't leave hate comments or dislikes.

Canastra Ride X Triatlo do Ermal 2017 - Duration: 8:26.

It's impressive!

Every time I go to a race

I forget

GoPro support for the bike, it's every time!

First day, I thought it was 70

now they told it is 66, I do not know.

To tell the truth I do not like to know what happens in the race

Luli missing you a lot

Tell me, how it is

your race

We are at

Vieira do Minho

a city of Braga municipality

North of Portugal,

an amazing area!

Today the competition is Cross Triathlon

Starting with swim

after mountain biking

and then a basic run

Let's go?

Dri Good morning! huhuuu ... huhuuuu ... huhuuuu ...

My first Cross Triatlhon,

It will go well, won't it?

It will be spectacular!

Will it?

They are warming up, look!

Good Morning!

Good Morning!

laughs

Then I'll warm up.

Luli tell me, you are warming up too?

Guess what color of basket I want?

Pink

laughs

You will only do the bike part?

only the bike

Good, huh?

Can I only do bike?

No, you can swim and run

I do the bike

A pink basket !!!

laughs

That's a lot of love Marcia, thank you.

The logistics were complicated

because there were two areas of transition.

This made us

go biking

to bike transition area to leave

the bike and then we still

had to swim to

to the start line

So the distances are all wrong.

laughs

All wrong

because you already have to swim there

It got at the start line

Do you hear me?

Why

the girls

girls

have to start at the end, why?

7km / h on flat

For me it's all uphill, no flats

Serra da Canastra is beautiful

And suddenly

comes a gale, the dust gets in the eye

look there

The swimming leg

begins, look, on the other side

To get there, I guess I won't get there

Ah, there's a boat

Is there a boatt?

heheeeeeeee

To ask is everything okay, are you drowning?

Phew ... there is boat there is boat!

I also forgot the support of GoPro and now what do I do?

The first part of the race, swimming

was in a cable park

which was not yet open

I started neoprene and with the help

of the stream

I swam 1kilometer in 17 minutes

I'm not riding up because I want to show the trail for you.

I do not know what will happen now but

it's DANGER! DANGER!

I'm waiting for Lenildes

because when you say to a person

"I'll go with you all the time"

and you have to be faithful and wait for the person

And now are you on the run or is the bike?

We go out of the water,

enter the bike

and there then when we will have to leave the bike

in town, so there are two different places

Then my "Gosh," I wanted so much

get in the bike transition

every climb

has its compensation, look at this

Over there is Geres

one of the very famous areas of the country

very pretty too

Swimming

Let's go!

Heck, I'm short!

I got water on my down parts

Ahhhhh ...

I'll stay here, then!

He said it's good for cellulite

Lenita Congratulations!

Once again!

Another row, one more round

What's up

after you run the whole way

they put this climb here in the end

Look at that beauty.

Starting the second day

We will climb a place we road yesterday

which has a lot of rocks

Lots?

Lots?

Look! Lots?

Not much, it's really, really, really a lot of rocks

It's easy!

Look, it's easy, see?

Tech Pilgrimage to Apple, Google, and Facebook - Duration: 8:56.

Hollywood may have its star home tours but here in the Silicon Valley we have

the tech pilgrimage. Every day hundreds of tourists come through Apple, Google,

and Facebook to get their pictures taken in front of the corporate headquarters

sign and to shop at the corporate store. This began in the early 2000s when CEOs

like Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg became celebrities and it's now

snowballed into a giant tech tourism. Today we're going to do our own tech tour.

Behind me here is the original Apple headquarters and arguably where I

believe tech tourism first began. I actually worked for Apple from 2000 to

2007 and I remember that shortly after the launch of iPod and iTunes Apple

became this icon of pop culture celebrity. Soon after that we started

seeing people show up in front of IL1 here which is the main reception area

and also where the executive offices are of first Steve and now Tim Cook and they were

just taking pictures and going to the corporate store to shop and it's

snowballed in the next couple of years to the point where we started seeing a ton

of buses just busing loads of tourists in to do exactly that.

Apple is famous for its secrecy so most of the buildings are on lockdown.

Tech tourists are restricted to taking pictures from the outside and shopping

in the corporate store. If you know an Apple employee have them meet you here

so you can get their 10% discount on anything in the store. This is a mini

version of the regular Apple retail locations but there are tons of unique

souvenir items in addition to the typical fare you'll find in your hometown.

This campus is on a street called Infinite Loop which is a nod to the

programming concept of the infinite loop or a sequence of instructions that loop

endlessly without a terminating condition. The street is a giant crescent

that loops back on itself. There are six buildings surrounding a central

courtyard with an employee cafeteria. On Fridays the courtyard is filled with

employees, food, and kegs for the weekly company beer bash. Occasionally an

outdoor stage is set for the latest concert the Apple music team has lined

up. In the last few months they've had Demi Lovato and Stevie Wonder play here.

In the mid-2000s Apple outgrew Infinite Loop and began gobbling up real estate

all over Cupertino. But this really dispersed employees and so Apple decided

to consolidate and build a much bigger facility down the street.

This is Apple's new campus which is down the street

from their old headquarters in Cupertino.

This actually used to be the old headquarters for HP in Cupertino which I also worked

at so for me it's just really interesting to see the whole

transformation of this campus here.

The building is a gigantic circular shape and dubbed the spaceship by locals.

The curved panes of glass make it a technically difficult structure to

execute. Personally I think this is the best expression of the original

infinite loop concept. This new location will have a separate visitor center

across the street and feature a corporate store and cafe so tourists can enjoy in

peace and not get in the way of busy employees.

Up north of Cupertino is the Googleplex in Mountain View.

It's a sprawling campus made up of a variety of

different existing office structures totaling about 3.1 million square feet

of office space. Google is probably the most friendly to tech tourism with

greeters and lots to see.

This is the main campus of the Googleplex. These

buildings used to be SGI or Silicon Graphics a now-defunct hardware company

that used to sell hardware to enterprises.

You'll best know this campus from the movie "The Internship" starring Vince

Vaughn and Owen Wilson with its nap pods, the open floor plans, the sand volleyball

court and of course the 19 fabulous gourmet free restaurants.

You're free to wander around the campus although the buildings are off-limits

unless you're accompanied by an employee. The main campus has plenty to see.

It's constantly bustling with visitors attending community activities like the

recent Technovation Competition, lots of quirky architectural and landscape

elements, and tons of sculptures and landmarks for great photo ops. If you

have the energy walk or drive the campus extension to appreciate just how large

and sprawling the company is. The larger Googleplex is in a continual state of

expansion and the new North Bayshore complex will include a visitor center.

In the meantime you can visit the temporary beta one that has a corporate store.

Let's go in and check it out!

Behind the store you can visit the giant Android statues that represent each of

the different Android operating software versions; cupcake, donut, eclair, froyo,

gingerbread, honeycomb, ice cream sandwich, jelly bean, lollipop, and marshmallow.

On the main campus is a t-rex statue named Stan that was purchased at a charity

auction in 2006.

Wander down to the GARField or Google Athletic and

Recreation Field where employees have use of soccer, tennis, and basketball

facilities. These are generously open to the public in the evenings and on the

weekends. And of course keep an eye out for the

colorful Google bikes that employees ride around between buildings.

Incidentally these get taken off campus all the time. I've seen them randomly at

the supermarket and parked in front of people's apartment complexes.

For the luxury experience there are also guided tech tours.

So I work for Incredible Adventures and we just started a

new tour this year doing Silicon Valley we

go to the Googleplex and we go to Facebook headquarters and a couple other

places and it's a new tour this year because tech tourism is becoming such a

big thing that we are having a lot of people calling in to our office asking

if we offer these kinds of tours. So we went ahead and tried to meet that

demand by adding this tour so it's a lot of fun and people seem to love to see

these places that they use on their phones every single day. Um, and now

they get to see where all of the magic happens so it's win-win for all of us.

Heading north we're gonna make our last stop at Facebook's HQ. It's located in

Menlo Park next to the Ravenswood Open preserve on what used to be the Sun

Microsystems campus. This is the least tourist friendly so expect to spend 15

minutes tops here. Let's take a loop around One Hacker Way.

From the outside it kind of looks like a random collection of mismatched buildings.

This is purposeful and the objective was to make it look like Disney Main Street.

Tourists can't access the phenomenal inner courtyard which is modeled after

downtown Palo Alto. The inside facing sections are all stores that employees

can use for free. There's a health center, a bank, a barber, a music studio, a video

arcade, graphic services, a woodworking shop, bike shop, and a dry cleaners.

There are also 9 free restaurants, a Philz coffee, and a gourmet sweet shop.

The pavement of the main plaza reads "Hack" from the sky.

Facebook also has its own set of employee bikes but they're Facebook blue and much newer.

Across Willow is their new building called MPK20 which stands for Menlo Park

Campus Building 20 that was designed by architect Frank Gehry. True to its

California inside/outside architecture the structure is light and airy and

combines elements of the nature around it including a rooftop park.

If you want to extend your Tech pilgrimage there's Oracle up in Redwood Shores with

its beautiful lagoons and tourist friendly cafe.

In the last few years Tesla has also made the list and its got a great showroom that you can browse

and if you are in the market for a car they'll even let you test drive one.

Always the best way to do these pilgrimages is if you know an employee

who can walk you around and take you to lunch in the cafeteria.

If you've done the tech pilgrimage before please

do share your favorite places and tips and

tricks in the comments below.

'Til next tim,e peace out Geeksters.

Top 10 Apps That Won't Exist In 10 Years - Duration: 6:56.

Coming in at number 4 we now we have Twitter.

Twitter is still one of the big ones at the moment but for how long.

Facebook, Instagram and other apps have shown continued growth while Twitter has often lagged

behind.

There are still a lot of people using it - 328 million to be exact - but the rate of growth

has slid right down.

This doesn't bode well for the future and considering that over 80% of people use Twitter

through the app, the future looks pretty shaky.

Starting off at number 10 we have Snapchat.

For years now, its been one of the biggest apps on the planet but below the surface,

things might not be going too well.

In 2016, the company posted a net loss of over half a billion dollars.

A lot of this is because they are trying to invest in their future but the company has

admitted they have experienced Net Losses since 2011.

Its also suffering from copy cats - everyone know that Instagram got its stories idea from

Snapchat - and it seems theyre doing it better.

In early 2017, more people started using Stories than Snapchat, how will they ever compete

in the future?

Coming in at number 9 we have Facebook.

Ther's no doubt that Facebook is one of the biggest websites on the planet - but there

is the keyword - website.

Facebook belongs to whats refered to by tech companies as the Web 2.0 generation.

Companies like Facebook that were founded in the early 2000s have done a great job of

connecting peoples computers - but they are starting to be overshadowed by the new Mobile

Generation.

These companies, such as Instagram, were entirely founded on and for Mobile devices.

That looks like the way forward, and Facebook have struggled to make money off their Facebook

app.

Perhaps it will just take a purely mobile social network that integrates with other

social media to force Facebook out of the app game forever …

At number 8 now we have Pokemon Go.

This was the 3rd most downloaded free app of 2016.

The world had never seen anything like it.

Pokemon Go was EVERYWHERE.

These days, the hysteria has died down but there are still millions of loyal fans around

the world and owner Niantic has continued to update the game and host events.

However, at the end of the day, it is a game and very few games stand the test of time.

Is Pokemon Go just a fad?

Or will Pikachu have the last laugh?

At number 7 now we have Uber.

Uber seems so obvious now doesnt it?

I could have invented it!

You could have too!

But we didnt - someone else did and it took off across the world.

The ride sharing app is constantly expanding into new areas and its even gotten into food

delivery with Uber eats.

However, some people say that just because Uber did it first - it doesnt always mean

theyll always be number 1.

Weve already seen competitors such as Lyft threaten to take the crown from Uber.

The company has also faced a lot of scandals with the behaviour of a minority of its drivers

- causing safety concerns for some people.

Will Uber manage to steer itself back into the drivers seat, or will it crash and burn?

Coming in at number 6 we have Linkedin.

At the moment, Linkedin and its app are still on top when it comes to companies looking

to hire prospective employees.

It allows business to send job openings to dozens, hundreds or even thousands of people.

This is also been a bit of a problem - someone who is looking for a job doesnt want their

app going off constantly with opportunities that just arent relative to what they want.

The companies dont care if they -mass blast- and spam like this - but it has ended up turning

away many job seekers from seriously using the app.

With apps like Github and Entelo breathing down its neck, are Linkedins days numbered?

At number 5 now we have Tidal.

Tidal is the streaming service founded by Jay Z.

There was a lot of buzz about it when it was launched in 2014 but now, a lot of people

say its doomed.

The main problem is competition, Apple Music has the backing of one of the biggest companies

on the planet while Spotify is the undisputed king - especially among teenagers.

Tidal was founded on the concept of giving more revenue to the musicians - which they

do, and the hope was to attract more musicians and their listeners to Tidal.

But when Spotify has 10 times the amount of listeners, which ear would you rather sing

for?

Next up at number 3 we have Periscope.

In 2016 - it felt like Periscope was everywhere.

Every crazy news story involved someone streaming something illegal on Periscope.

It was hosted and owned by Twitter - so what could go wrong?

Well everything.

Periscope attracted a lot of people who wanted to live stream.

It was a perfect fit for the happening nature of Twitter.

It took Facebook a while to catch up with Facebook live and the same with Instagrams

Live Stories.

But - when they did catch up - they kinda destroyed Periscope.

Nowadays, it feels like every app has some sort of live streaming as standard.

Periscope is being kept alive by the Twitter life support, but will they ever pull the

plug?

Moving on to number 2 we have Amazon.

Amazon may still be the biggest shopping company in the world - but how will their app do in

the future?

Its not that theres anything wrong with the app - its just that theres some pretty good

up and coming competition around.

Take a look at Wish for example.

This app claims to make Shopping fun and theyre certainly doing something right because they

are currently the 9th most downloaded android app in the world and 19th for apple.

Wish has expensive items for cheap but doesnt deliver as quickly as Amazon.

For a lot of young people, theyd rather wait twice as long than pay twice as much - will

this affect Amazons useage in the future?

Coming in at number 1 we have YouTube.

I know - thats crazy right - how could YouTube not be around in 10 years?

I hope not, because thats how I make living but Im here to tell you why some people think

that might happen.

One of the main reasons is that YouTube is becoming more mainstream.

This is obviously great because it elevates the platform and hopefully the quality of

content - but YouTube was founded around anyone being able to pick up a camera and be famous

by the next week.

Over the years, a lot of YouTubers have got big because of who they know.

This isnt necessarily a bad thing but imagine if another video app came along that was as

raw, fresh and down to Earth as YouTube used to be.

Imagine if it took YouTube down.

Is that so unlikely to think?

Hey everybody this is Randy Santel "Atlas" with Atlas & Zeus Promotions and

proud owner of foodchallenges.com! Very very excited tonight we have officially

begun our Northwest USA Winter Tour! Now I'm here with my good friend, Eager

Ethan Teske, we've done a burger challenge a couple years ago but he's

going to be with us for the first two thirds of this three-week tour but we're

on our way up to pick up Magic Mitch but we are in Appleton, Wisconsin we are at

Eggrolls Inc we're taking on their H'Mongous Eggroll Challenge. Now we've got 24

short minutes to finish twelve or one dozen of their H'Mongous egg rolls we got

three of each - pork chicken beef and shrimp!

they look brick awesome they're baked too they're not fried so they're a

little bit healthier, but yeah we've got 24 minutes if we win we're

going to get the $24.95 meal for free we will get sweet t-shirts will be up on

their Wall of Fame and we will get $150 gift certificates or gift cards to be

used later! You ready? all right let's get this challenge started!

All right now three people have won this challenge the record is held by Eager

Ethan's nemesis, our good friend Magic Mitch, he did it in 16 minutes and 45

seconds so I know he's wanting to beat that obviously I am too, but you're only

allowed to use one particular sauce out of their multiple choices but it's their

Romeo and Juliet sauce which is what they say is a 10 out of 10 on their

spicy scale but we've got a few of those to use along with our waters but let's

get it going! 1 2 3. . . Boom!

Two minutes 50 seconds son I think I've got eight left

yes he's got nine but delicious so far I think I'm going to start adding some of

this sauce I smelt it and tasted it beforehand that's pretty good so we'll

let that help me get some of these down I think I'm done with all the shrimp

ones but I'm on beef now these are delicious!

12 minutes 12 seconds then Ethan got three and a quarter left I've got two

left I'm struggling a bit today I was sick all day yesterday on Christmas with

the fever but then I'm going to get them down and still be able to beat Mitch's time.

I gotta finish and beat men who keep it going for him 16 minutes and 34 seconds

for the official new record for the H'Mongous Egg roll Challenge here at

Egg Rolls, Inc in Appleton Wisconsin but right now let's watch Eager Ethan dominate and get

another one as well!

We're 18 minutes in Ethan's got one in the house left basically wasn't very!

favorable conditions today on top of me being sick we drove seven hours up

here from st. Louis but he's getting it down and I'm sure he's going to break

the 24 minute time limit so let's go Ethan!

He's at 21 minutes in we got three minutes left

Just a few two more bites left let's go Ethan!

Approaching 23 minutes good good boom!

22 minutes and 58 seconds so Eager Ethan just finished the H'Mongous Challenge

here at Eggroll Inc in Appleton, Wisconsin which has been there often

very good! I definitely have the variety having four

different flavors of all those meats was awesome

the sauce is really good - you like that yeah - talk about a good kick to it!

Yes very flavorful yes Ethan got I think he's almost to 130 Wednesday 123rd?

123rd so congratulations to Ethan I know I got 447 I think it was thanks to those

five in Tampa, Florida. But yeah a delicious challenge we're

each going to get the $24.95 meal for free we will get sweet t-shirts will

be up on their Wall of Fame as number four and five but we'll also get one

hundred fifty dollar gift certificate for a gift card to be used later at the

restaurant so that is an awesome prize of course and thank you to Egg Roll Inc.

here at Appleton and thank you guys for watching!

Changing Your Mind's Blueprint - Duration: 5:37.

If you feel strange about doing well financially. You have a blueprint issue.

You have a subconscious issue. If you ever feel insecure about Network

Marketing, at all, even an ounce of insecurity about Network Marketing,

you have a blueprint issue. You have a subconscious mind issue. What most

people, how they manifest this is they start by apologizing. They apologize,

I'm sorry. I know you're busy. I know you're successful. I'm just nothing.

And they apologize like crazy. They throw out the objections.

I know you don't have the time. I know you don't have the money.

I know you might not think you're a sales person or whatever. They throw out all of these objections.

They project all the negativity that's still stuck in their subconscious mind.

So, one is apologizing. Two, is sabotaging their own business. Without even realizing it.

They start a little team and they sabotage the team and the team gets mad and leaves.

Or gets discouraged and leaves. What other things happen as a result of a blueprint outside

of these couple of examples. The apologizing and projecting the negativity to the world

and the sabotage thing that happens. What else happens?

Well, I think there's a lot of things that take place and it's not just things that have

been planted in your mind a long time ago. It's things that are planted in your mind as

you're building your business. So, an example of this would be, what happens the

first time you get rejected? What happens the first time somebody that's on your

team quits your business. These are all key things that happen that I call them shut

downs. What happens when things take place that shut you down mentality

in your business. A lot of times, what happens is you might get your mind pretty good and you might start to get pretty confident.

But just like any business, and that's a key point. Just like anything you do, you

have good days and you have not so good days. And on those not so good days

when somebody quits your business and that's a shut down, how are you going to

respond to it. Because most people in Network Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing,

when those shut downs take place they aren't prepared for it. And typically when

somebody quits your business an unexperienced person will also quit. In fact, it's the number one reason they do quit.

So, you have to be prepared for those things. You have to have a good mentor and a

coach who's going to train you. And say hey look, you're going to have these

good experiences and you're going to have these not so good experiences every

single day in this business and you have to be prepared for them. And we talk a

lot about those things. What I like to say all the time is there's no good

experiences really and no bad experiences. It's just learning experiences.

You're going to learn from both so long as you get better. As long as you move forward.

Talk about how you can create a more positive MLM blueprint moving forward

by exposing yourself to more positive things. Well, there's a lot of things.

One of the things I love about what you're doing with Network Marketing Pro is that it's a place of positive

exposure. To me, exposure is everything. I talk a lot about that

in the book. How is a blueprint created in the first place?

Its created by exposures. The original way that you create a blueprint is

that you had this actual blue paper and bright light would expose an image

on to that and that's how they created copies of blueprints. So, you create

these exposures and you got to get yourself around more

positive exposures to our profession. And again, that's what I love about

what you do is you provide those. You got to read the good books,

you got to listen to the good tapes, you got to go to your company events.

You have to stay going to those company events. You have to tap into the weekly conference calls.

Those things are critical. Get around positive people.

They are absolutely critical that you do those things. If you don't do those

things, you don't make it in this business. Period. I don't care who you are.

You cannot make it in this business without exposing yourself to the right

things. Because the world is going to exposure you to all the bad

stuff. They're going to exposure you to the lies. See Eric, I believe that the

negativity in the world, those are the lies. The positivity in the world,

that's the truth. And you have a responsibility. It's harder to stay

positive than it is to go negative. And you have to take a responsibility to do that.

So, when it comes to recreating a stronger blueprint for MLM Success,

you have to take responsibility for it. You have to plug yourself into that positivity.

And you have to create the affirmations that say I am successful at my Network Marketing

business. I am a 7 -figure income earner in my Network Marketing business.

And not only create the affirmation, but create the daily language that

supports that affirmation and keep going to positive things that will reinforce

that and you will absolutely make it.

Hey my name is Eric Worre and if you are involved in the network marketing profession,

I want to invite you to come to the Network Marketing Pro YouTube Channel.

HOW I STRAIGHTEN MY HAIR - Duration: 14:21.

hi guys my name is Hannah and welcome back to my channel if you are new here

welcome good morning guys well it's the morning for me it is like eight seven

nine it's super early for me I just woke up but you guys will be watching this at

1 p.m. yes I upload everyday at 1 p.m. Pacific

time 4 p.m. Eastern time so make sure you press that notification bell right

right when you subscribe just hit that notification bell and you will be

updated right when I post just woke up I'm gonna get ready for the day and I

figured why not come in here show you guys how I straighten this crazy hair

with the salon tech titanium 450 flat iron so this is my handy-dandy trusted

Flatiron I love this thing and I figured I should probably do a review on it

because I have used this religiously since I got it as soon as I got it I

literally threw out all the rest of my flat irons this is my trusted Flatiron I

love this thing it literally works it's magic and you guys will see that in a

second by the way this is not a sponsored video

I literally just love this product start off I take out my hair I washed it last

night and I just let it air dry I don't like to like blow dry it because then I

guess ten times more puffier and just like you know sits in this nice like

curly thing which I love these curls and if I didn't have bangs

I would totally leave my hair out like this but on top of it it never stays

just like this it always frizzes up by the end of the day because this brings

situation um so if I also did in the dress I am sitting here on my bedroom

floor there's a huge mirror in front of me which is why I'm doing it right here

and I always just wear like a light kind of not old but like basically your old

grungy t-shirt um also really lightweight because I do get really hot

when I straighten my hair so yeah so I'm sitting here in like my rags so to start

off with the flat iron I just and got it out this is what it looks

like clearly I've used it a lot because this

is like completely worn out on the other side here is the speed I just turn it on

and then turn it all the way up to 450 I can already feel like heating up and

then I don't you guys can see and then there's a little light right here that

will say when it is ready and look I don't you can see but it turns blue when

it's ready and it's already blue don't have to wait like 20 minutes for it just

to heat up and like heat up like that it is honestly my bugling first things

first I'm not really section off my hair from

about here all the way back and what you are going to need are some hair

scrunchies these like clip thingies and I normally have a comb and a brush so I

just tie up that top section and I brush through completely on the bottom

so I just want to get all like the little knots out making sure my hair is

completely culpable see what I mean

you know those means they're like oh yeah curly-haired people they tell you

to brush out your hair like look at it look look how puffy it is so I start

from over here I spectrum off a piece about yea big

I either take a comb or some brush I'm gonna take a comb right now I like to

get my roots really really straight so I don't start from here I literally start

from my roots so I just fold the bottom half keep going a tiny bit like over the

roots always make sure you kind of like shake it out a little bit because it

does get really hot you don't want to burn yourself so I just make sure the

roots are done

then once I get like about two here I take a comb run it through that

section just letting hang and then have the streamer go right behind the comb

and then slowly and this is also not fast forward rewind or slow down this is

the speed in real life that I'm going and you well guys and you guys will see

look at that put it spin straight after the first one you don't have to keep

going back oh great if you just go once straight down slowly

with the comb right in front of it like that's like my special technique to just

make sure it's like I don't know guide it and straight and come through look at

that just once let's grab another section we hold it he

goes for the roots

we are going for the roots now that we got into about here take the comb put it

through you want to lay it as flat as possible not in like a chunk because

obviously the flat iron is flat and just one long piece not like a ball

so you layer it right behind it and slowly very slowly not too slowly

I missed a strand let's catch you up

so slowly not very slowly but you guys see the speed that I'm going

there you have it I feel like everybody is just when I tell people that I trade

my hair with within like 15 20 minutes they completely don't believe me at all

because one I have so much hair and two I feel like a lot of people are not on

board with the straightener which is a-ok but I'm here to tell you

that this stranger is the bomb.com even though I look crazy right now so

next section

from my hair it does get a little bit frizzy but don't worry that's definitely

cousins up humidity or just heat in general but I put like a little tamer on

it later okay so now that we're done with the bottom half I just come in

through one more time then I pull it to the side because I'm gonna start with up

here again so I take this down I make sure that I don't get this side some

fields with any confused with the bottom then I kind of go from these back

working my way forward I would if I didn't have base just split it down the

side and then go side inside but I do have base so I just kind of go right up

to my bangs and then circle around my bangs I leave my bangs out for last but

just time this section up right here

and then with this section I mean guys look girly right

crazy huh so then I just repeat my steps I brush through it

so this time I start from the back front just because it's going to be easier for

me so I start from the back front that section off the pieces the backs not too

too big it's already come through and this is

the back so this is for me the most important parts to does make sure I am

getting the roof and if for any reason if you do have somebody that can just

check on it later on because you might miss apart just by accident so let the

Coleman splatters can be and then just line it up slowly but surely

they have it so at this one because I'm closer to my face

I wanna now instead of going this way I'm just gonna section off pieces this

way

when I'm always like closest to my face I really really want to get the room so

I literally like even do my baby hairs I get as close as possible

okay so going through that side

so finally we look like the unicorn and you're at the top the thing so I'm going

to brush it through

and how I do this up here and I literally just go straight across

you guys see that my bangs are way longer than my face so I don't know what

to do so when I get to this one I either try

to part it some way also making sure that my roof along the

side my face are being done but that I don't

know where to put them and they do have to aim in one direction so if it's back

I have to like Flatiron them back before I finally party I just flip over my hair

go through just try to feel out my room

bring it back up and yeah my hair's messy and straight

but most importantly it's straight and that I can figure out what to do with my

veins later so guys I really hope you enjoyed this video on how I went from

that to this so thank you guys so much for watching my hair is really straight

super super easy to do like I have curly hair it was like one and done super

super easy to do I love this trainer this is my go-to handy-dandy

Holy Grail religious using whatever my Holy Grail shaver so I love this product

it will be linked in the description down below thank you guys so much for

watching this video if you did enjoy it please make sure you give it a big

thumbs up go ahead and hit that subscribe button right down there thank

you guys so much for watching I love you guys always remember to choose happy bye

guys

LEGIT Game Review: Killing Floor 2 (wORST zOD) - JMAA - Duration: 5:30.

And so, Killing Floor 2 is bad.

Therefore, my final rating for this game is an absolute 3/10.

McCain Ambushes Trump… | Top Stories Today - Duration: 1:37.

Sen. John McCain has launched a new broadside attack on the President Donald Trump.

As the Charlottesville chaos subsides and the race-card loses its sting, Arizona senator

has decided to rev back up the Russian hacking narrative, saying the Trump's leadership

on cybersecurity is "weak."

These divisive remarks were spoken at an Arizona State University cybersecurity conference.

"Unfortunately, leadership from the executive branch on cybersecurity has been weak.,"

he said.

"As America's enemies seized the initiative in cyberspace, the last administration offered

no serious cyber deterrence policy and strategy.

And while the current administration promised a cyber policy within 90 days of inauguration,

we still have not seen a plan."

NM reports:

Trump signed an executive order in May regarding the strengthening of cybersecurity.

However, McCain remained critical of the administration's efforts.

At a rally in Arizona on Tuesday, Trump made veiled complaints about McCain's vote against

the healthcare bill without mentioning him by name, ABC News reported.

"We were just one vote away from victory after seven years of everybody proclaiming

'repeal and replace,'" said Trump.

"One vote away.

"I will not mention any names," he added.

"Very presidential, isn't it?

Very presidential."

6 Qigong Exercises For Cultivating Healing Energy - Duration: 18:42.

6 Qigong Exercises For Cultivating Healing Energy

By Misha Ruth Cohen

The Powerful Effects of Qigong

Qigong, which combines meditative and physically active elements, is the basic exercise system

within Chinese medicine.

Qigong exercises are designed to help you preserve your Jing, strengthen and balance

the flow of Qi energy, and enlighten your Shen.

Its dynamic exercises and meditations have Yin and Yang aspects: The Yin is being it;

the Yang is doing it.

Yin qigong exercises are expressed through relaxed stretching, visualization, and breathing.

Yang qigong exercises are expressed in a more aerobic or dynamic way.

They are particularly effective for supporting the immune system.

In China, Qigong is used extensively for people with cancer.

Qigongs physical and spiritual routines move Qi energy through the Twelve Primary

Channels and Eight Extra Channels, balancing it, smoothing the flow, and strengthening

it.

Chinese medicine uses Qigong exercises to maintain health, prevent illness, and extend

longevity because it is a powerful tool for maintaining and restoring harmony to the Organ

Systems, Essential Substances, and Channels.

Qigong is also used for non-medical purposes, such as for fighting and for pursuing enlightenment.

Anyone of any age or physical condition can do Qigong.

You dont have to be able to run a marathon or bench press a car to pursue healthfulness

and enjoy the benefits.

qigong1Anyone of any age or physical condition can do Qigong

When you design your qigong exercise / meditation practice, you will pick what suits your individual

constitution.

Some of us are born with one type of constitution; some with another.

We each have inherited imbalances that we cannot control but with which we must work.

Thats why for some people it is easier to achieve balance and strength than it is

for others.

But whatever your nature, Qigong can help you become the most balanced you can be.

Qigong is truly a system for a lifetime.

Thats why so many people over age sixty in China practice Qigong and Tai Chi.

The effects may be powerful, but the routines themselves are usually gentle.

Even the dynamic exercisessome of which explode the Qi energy use forcefulness

in different ways than in the West.

The following are some effects of Qigong exercises practiced regularly.

The Benefits of Regular Practice

Maintaining Health

Qigong exercises help maintain health by creating a state of mental and physical calmness, which

indicates that the Qi energy is balanced and harmonious.

This allows the mind/body/spirit to function most efficiently, with the least amount of

stress.

When you start practicing Qigong exercises, the primary goal is to concentrate on letting

go, letting go, letting go.

Thats because most imbalance comes from holding on to too much for too long.

Most of us are familiar with physical strength of muscles, and when we think about exercising,

we think in terms of tensing muscles.

Qi energy is different.

Qi strength is revealed by a smooth, calm, concentrated effort that is free of stress

and does not pit one part of the body against another.

qigong2Qigong exercises help maintain health by creating a state of mental and physical

calmness Managing Illness

Its harder to remedy an illness than to prevent it, and Qigong has powerful preventive

effects.

However, when disharmony becomes apparent, Qigong exercises also can play a crucial role

in restoring harmony.

Qigong movement and postures are shaped by the principle of Yin/Yang: the complementary

interrelationship of qualities such as fast and slow, hard and soft, Excess or Deficiency,

and External and Internal.

Qigong exercises use these contrasting and complementary qualities to restore harmony

to the Essential Substances, Organ Systems, and Channels.

Extending Longevity

In China, the use of Qigong exercises for maintaining health and curing illness did

not satisfy those Buddhists and Daoists who engaged in more rigorous self-discipline.

They wanted to be able to amplify the power of Qi energy and make the internal Organ Systems

even stronger.

This arcane use of Qigong was confined mostly to monasteries and the techniques have not

been much publicized.

One of the most difficult and profoundly effective techniques is called Marrow Washing Qigong.

Practitioners learn to master the intricate manipulation of Qiinfusing the Eight Extraordinary

Channels with Qi, and then guiding the Qi energy through the Channels to the bone marrow

to cleanse and energize it.

The result, according to religious tradition, is that monks can extend their life span to

150 years or more.

The Daoists have a saying,

One hundred and twenty years means dying young.

Although few, if any, of us can devote our lives to the stern practices of the monks,

the health benefits of Qigong exercises certainly do improve the quality of life of everyone

who practices it.

qigong3It is said that monks can extend their life span to 150 years or more

Waging Combat Around 500 CE, in the Liang Dynasty, Qigong

was adopted by various martial artists to increase stamina and power.

For the most part, the breathing, concentration, and agility were assets to the warriors and

improved their well-being.

Attaining Enlightenment Buddhist monks who use Qigong exercises in

their pursuit for higher consciousness and enlightenment concentrate on the Qigongs

ability to influence their Shen.

Mastering Marrow Washing allows the practitioner to gain so much control over the flow of Qi

energy that he or she can direct it into the forehead and elevate consciousness.

The rest of us can enjoy the influence of Qigong on our Shen (spiritual body/energy),

but at a lower level.

Whatever reason you use Qigong, the practice should raise your Qi to a higher state if

you increase concentration, practice controlled breathing, and execute the Qigong routines.

The Foundational Techniques

Here are the basic Qigong exercise techniques.

Concentration Concentration leads to and results from Qi

energy awareness, breathing techniques, and Qigong exercises.

It is a process of focusing in and letting go at the same time.

Focusing does not mean that you wrinkle up your forehead and strain to pay attention.

Instead, through deep relaxation and expanding your consciousness, you are able to create

a frame of mind that is large enough to encompass your entire mind body spirits functions,

yet focused enough to allow outside distractions, worries, and everyday hassles to drift away.

qigong4It is a process of focusing in and letting go at the same time

Breathing In the sixth century BCE, Lao Tzu first described

breathing techniques as a way to stimulate Qi energy.

From there, two types of Qigong breathing exercises evolved: Buddhas Breath and Daoists

Breath.

Both methods infuse the body with Qi and help focus meditation.

Buddhas Breath: When you inhale, extend your abdomen, filling it with air.

When you exhale, contract you abdomen, expelling the air from the bottom of your lungs first

and then pushing it up and out until your abdomen and chest are deflated.

You may want to practice inhaling for a slow count of eight and exhaling for a count of

sixteen.

As you breathe in and out, imagine inviting your Qi energy to flow through the Channels.

Use your mind to invite the Qi to flow; you want to guide the flow, not tug at it or push

it.

Daoists Breath: The pattern is the opposite of above.

When you breathe in, you contract your abdominal muscles.

When you exhale, you relax the torso and lungs.

As you travel through these steps, remember that Qigong is a process of building awareness.

However you are comfortable doing the routines is whats right for you at that time.

qigong5Breathing exercises stimulate Qi energy flow

Warm-Up Exercises (10 to 15 min.)

Qigong Exercise One: Gentle Sway

1.

For five minutes, move both of your arms from your shoulders in a gentle swinging motion.

The motion itself is initiated from your waist: Twist from the waist as though your torso

were a washcloth that you were wringing out.

Dont twist from the knees or you may harm them.

Furthermore, twisting from the waist provides a massage to the internal organs and provides

you the full benefits of the exercise.

2.

To get started, move your arms side to side across your torso, and then back to front.

3.

Keep your knees slightly bent.

Let your hips sway.

Allow your mind to clear.

At first, focus on the release of unnecessary and unconscious stress.

After several weeks, you may shift your focus so that you think only about the swaying of

your arms and the motion of Qi energy.

This introduces you to the concept of being mindful of the present, much the same concept

as found in Zen walking.

qigong6The same concept of mindfulness is found in the practice of Zen Walking

Qigong Exercise Two: The Bounce

In the beginning, try this for one to three minutes.

1.

With your feet parallel and about shoulders width apart, bounce with your knees loose

and your arms hanging at the side.

They should feel empty and neutral.

This is the zero position for your arms.

When you are bouncing back and forth, your arms in zero should get a nice jiggling effect.

2.

Keep your shoulders natural; neither pull them back or let them slump forward too much.

When the zero position is used on the whole body, you should receive a feeling of deep

relaxation throughout your body.

This process brings awareness of internal tension so that you can do something to dispel

it, if you choose.

The combination of exercises one and two gently massages and tonifies the Organ Systems, which

helps promote longevity.

qigong7Stand with your feet parallel and about shoulders width apart

Awareness Exercises

Qigong Exercise Three: Accordion

In this, you feel the Qi energy by using your hands like the bellow of an accordion or a

bicycle pump.

1.

Close your eyes halfway.

Clear your mind and concentrate your attention on your palms.

2.

Allow your breath to become slow, easy, without force.

In a way, you are creating the very lightest trance.

3.

Bring your hands together, palms touching and fingers pointing upward.

The palm chakras, called Laogong, located in the center of the palms, should be touching.

These chakras are areas where Qi can be felt emanating from the body.

4.

Slowly move your hands, keeping the chakras aligned.

When they are about 12 inches (30 cm) apart, slowly move them together using the least

amount of physical effort possible.

5.

You will be compressing the air between them like an accordion would.

6.

Feel a warm or tingling sensation at the Laogong points on your palms.

7.

Move your hands slowly back and forth, varying the range of the bellows.

Repeat the accordion technique in different directions: horizontally, vertically, and

diagonally.

This exercise cultivates Qi, builds awareness, and sensitizes yourself.

When you feel Qi energy for the first time, it changes your mind-set.

qigong8The palm chakras, called Laogong Qigong Exercise Four: Extending the Qi

If you have Deficient Qi, you should perform this exercise with your eyes half closed to

cultivate and accumulate Qi energy.

1.

If you have Stagnant Qi, the exercise may be done with your eyes fully open. You will

inhale swiftly through your nostrils with your eyes open or half closed when you exhale.

2.

Once you can sense the Qi, exercise your intention (which is the mind/spirit part of the exercise)

and use your mind to move your Qi out from your body, expanding the zone in which you

are comfortable.

You may allow the Qi to drift out on the exhalation and then hold it there as you inhale.

qigong9When you have learned to be comfortable expanding and contracting your Qi, you will

feel stronger and healthier 3.

First move the Qi into an orbit 1 inch (2.5 cm) from your skin.

In increments of 6 inches (15 cm), move it outward, aiming for 3 feet (91 cm), but find

the point where you are comfortable with it.

Then bring it back in until it returns close to your body.

This qigong exercise allows you to communicate with your Qi energy.

By increasing the distance away from your body that you can feel Qi, you expand your

area of comfortyour field of generosityin the world around you.

You will have less fear and greater abilities.

By being able to bring your Qi halo in to skin level (or inside your skin) you may become

more centered, calm, and self-assured.

When you have learned to be comfortable expanding and contracting your Qi, you will feel stronger,

healthier, and more in harmony internally and externally.

Qigong Exercise Five: Pumping the Qi

This is a tricky exercise that moves the Qi energy along the two connecting Extraordinary

Channels: the Du Mai and Ren Mai.

You may think of it as evolve, devolve, because your posture goes from a slumped, gorilla-like

stance to an upright extended pose.

It is adapted from the Wild Goose Qigong exercise routine.

1.

The first position pushes the Qi down.

As your hands push flat down, your spine and head straighten upward.

Then as you allow the Qi to flow back upward, your hands rise, elbows bent and palms parallel

to the floor.

Your shoulders hunch.

Repeat this six or seven times, inhaling as your hands come up and exhaling as your hands

go down.

2.

When you are comfortable with this Qigong exercise, you may combine it with a slow intentional

walk forward: left knee bent and raised in an exaggerated stepping motion.

When your knee comes up, your hands go down and back and your spine straightens; when

your foot touches the ground, your hands come up and your back hunches.

Place your feet very gently on the ground and allow each step to proceed in slow motion,

at a tempo that soothes and relaxes.

Remember to maintain a breathing pattern, too.

Inhale as your hands come up and your shoulders hunch.

Exhale slowly, expanding your chest as you straighten your back.

If this feels awkward, dont despair.

Even in a classroom situation, it takes a while to catch on to what to do.

qigong10Du Mai and Ren Mai Qigong Exercise Six: Blending Qi

This exercise should help you become aware of various resonations of Qi energy and learn

to blend them into a harmonious flow.

1.

Stand with your feet a shoulders width apart, with your knees slightly bent.

Allow your hands and arms to hang at your sides.

2.

Shift your weight slightly to the balls of your feet.

Simply be aware of the front side of your body.

Concentrate on the Channels that pass along the front of your legs and torso, the top

of your hands and arms, and your face.

3.

After one minute, shift your weight to your heels.

Become aware of the back of your body: the back of your head, your arms, your spine,

and your legs.

With practice, you may hold these postures for up to five minutes or longer.

4.

You can also do this for the left and right sides of the body.

5.

In each instance, you may want to become aware of each section of the body.

For example, the side of your head, the side of your arm and torso, your outer hip, the

side of your leg and ankle, and the length of your foot.

This makes the exercise a meditation.

6.

Now, shifting to a more Nei Dan form of Qigong exercise, repeat the first three steps, but

the motion should not be detectable visually.

Use your mind to shift your weight forward and backward, feeling your Qi flowing along

the front and back of your body.

7.

Next, try to feel your Qi flowing along your back and front simultaneously.

Students are often bewildered by the idea of feeling two sensations at the same time,

but a useful analogy is to think of the color yellow and the color blue.

When you blend those two colors together, you produce green.

That green then becomes its own entity with its own wavelength.

The same is true of blending the Qi energy from your front and from your back.

The blend becomes another entity with its own resonation.

qigong11Qigong has both Yin and Yang aspects: The Yin is being it; the Yang is doing it.
