Teatro Neoclásico, se centra en el individuo y la sociedad - Duration: 3:05.Welcome to types of art, the Neoclassical theater, arises from the poetic writings of
Luzán in 1737, the product of an intense debate in which all aspects of dramaturgy
are discussed, such as aesthetics, the rules that must be followed the works, the art of
representation, the disposition of the premises, the social purpose among others.
Challenging and defending the works of that time and the degraded copies that were made
of them, in reference to authors such as Lope and Calderón, great writers.
It was developed in the mid-seventeenth century, defined by the ideas and styles of ancient
Greek and Roman societies.
Therefore, this neoclassical theater, is formed with the principles of the people of the time
that place a heavy focus on decorum, on dignified and realistic behavior, since they believed
that the main reasons for the theater was to provide entertainment and teach a lesson.
The dramatists and actors in the neoclassical period officially recognized only two types
of theater, comedy and tragedy.
They never mixed these together, and the restriction led to the use of the now well-known symbol
of the pair of happy and sad masks that symbolize theatrical arts.
the playwrights provide only a loose contour of a plot, and the actors were expected to
improvise to fill in the gaps.
This was more frequent with comedies, but it occurred in both forms, since acting was
often a spontaneous decision that did not always allow much time to write or rehearse.
The general opinion was that women should not participate in public shows and staging,
some people believed that women were so busy thinking about other things that they might
not remember and offer lines correctly.
Thus, prepubertal children and men could manipulate their voice to result in feminine roles.
During the neoclassical period, however, women could be shareholders of theater companies
and participate in productions, resulting in the payment of the first professional actresses.
Among his legacy highlights the neoclassical tragedy was the most didactic and moralizing
of theater.
It was intended to transmit an ideal in defense of freedom and opposed to the tyranny of the
governments of that time.
While the neoclassical comedy was aimed at the middle class, had personal characters,
and had a domestic theme with a comical, humorous and simple language.

La vida familiar de Sweet - GTA San Andreas Loquendo - Duration: 21:15.sweet family's life, subtitled in english
good morning my love, how do you have dawn?
very well my beautiful man, today dawned super well, and apart I have to do one thing in the room
can you go out and see the children they are doing?
Of course, if right now I'm going down, just give me a kiss because I want to taste your rich and soft lips
Laura, you're sure you can cook, since mom has to cook so that the food tastes good
quiet sweet junior that I have learned to cook thanks to some YouTube videos that I have seen
more to yuya videos
Okay Laura, I stop while I'm waiting until it's finished washing the dishes
but it is foaming the dishes but they have not been cleaned yet
sweet junior, that takes a long time, better help me look for the chocolate sparks because I'm almost done cooking
good morning kids, and what are you doing?
(2 at a time) aaaaaaaa good morning dad, we were just here in the kitchen to spend a little time
is really kids, tell me the 2 that are doing?
since one is controlling the washing of the dishes and the other is cooking without the permission of his mother
aaaaaaaa okay dad, I'm doing the dishes because I like to see how dishes are washed from the dishwasher
and if daddy, I'm cooking but I'm not using the stove, but I'm doing some delicious cupcakes with chocolate chips so we can have breakfast
my god laura, of which we have spoken yesterday?
that today we are only going to eat food on the street because we are money people because today we do not need to cook
but as the 2 are hungry, well, it can be done, so I better go buy the food because today I have to buy it
and if you want to accompany me then go to the door in 10 minutes before I go
good sister, while you complain about doing the cupcakes
I'm going to go out with dad because I want to go out on the street, and you keep me one because if I want to eat a rich cupcakes
aaaaaaa that nice breeze
and today there is sun because yesterday it was very cloudy without sun
so I'll go buy the food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
and I think the kids want hamburger, because I will first go through the hamburger
Hey dad, I can go with you to the street
since I want to go out with you
whaaaat, aaa son, you want to go out with me
well, it's just that you do not have things to do?
like controlling the dishes that are being washed
not dad, because I want to go out
and also that the dishes have finished labarse but mom has to sort them
so I can go with you, say that yeeeeeeees
good son, as I said in the kitchen
if you want to accompany me then go to the door in 10 minutes before I leave, and as you left before 10 minutes
then ride the car sweet junior
Yeeeees, but as you have ridden in the car
since you jumped out the window and then you caressed very well in the seat without hurting yourself
They are things that I learned when I was a teenager
but you are not going to do it because you are still small and you do not have the height to jump in the car
and good son that you liked that dad runs down the street
that today there is no traffic and I feel like run
Come on dad
I want to see how you run down the street and also that you pass through the red lights
Okay son, so fasten your belt very well because I'm going to run
yeeeeeeeeeees, wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
I love this
Well already it was sweet, and I'll be able to do things for women because I did not do them when he was at home
so I'll prepare to do them and then I'll order the house
aaaaaaaa how rich my cupcake came out
so I'm going to eat some to be filled
and I'll also have to keep some sweet yunior so he can eat too
again you are cooking without my permission
Laura, what are you doing now?
and do not tell me that you have already finished the chocolate sparks?
aaaaaaa mom, I was not doing anything
I was just preparing my breakfast
well also sweet junior
but look mom, do not scold me because I want to be a good cook like you
because I want to be like youuuuuuuu
there is my daughter
you want to be equal to me
only that I am not a good cook nor does it make food
Really, then you were a fireman, a policeman, a doctor, or you were an builder?
none of those things
but everything was a ninja
if I was born in a dome to the saints and trained me to take care of any danger that there is in the street
a ninja, wooooo, I want to be a ninja mom
I can train myself, since dad and sweet junior are not at home
there is laura, if you want to be equal to me
well it's fine, I'm going to train you to be a ninja
only that I came to the room because I have to bring something
well my girl
if you want to be equal to me, you have to be a ninja
because when I was little your great grandfather me every day to be like my father
your grandfather bone
so the first lesson they gave me when I had 4 years
it was hitting the wall, but I'm going to bring you this piece of wood because I do not want you to damage the walls of the house
the first lesson they gave me was to hit the wall with my fists
and I did it when I was angry or throwing a tantrum
so your great grandfather taught me how to punch the wall
just as he told me to imagine my worst nightmare in the wall for me to give him his well deserved
and that's how I gave him the first time I did it
hehehe even being 33 years old I still remember those blows
so good Laura touch you, give a few hits to the piece of wood
but remember daughter
give it with all the desire of the world
and use very well the fists to hit
ok mom
I'm going to give him a few punches to the piece of wood so that I am a ninja
yes I did it
you looked like mom, and now i'm a ninja,
Laura
giving 3 hits to the piece of wood does not make you a ninja
give more hits to the piece of wood and make it more than 3 times
Ok mon
I will give more hits to the piece of wood so that I become a ninja
aaaaaaaaa my painting
I just split the color of my nails
mom, I do not know if this is a good idea
because I can not be very cute without having the nails painted
daughter, the ninjas do not complain about anything that comes to mind
so I kept hitting the piece of wood and then you go back to painting your nails
aaaaa ok mom
excellent laura, you already gave more than 20 blows to the wall
the truth is that if you are handling your fists very well
hehehe thank you mom
for that I was born, to be a ninya like you
and now I'm going to keep hitting the piece of wood
and then I said yes
and Tommas told me that if I could I could go to the space fair
only if you gave me permission to go
Well, of course, yes
only if Tommas's father has to go, with great pleasure
but if not then he will not
Of course it will
if Tomma's dad is going to take us to the space fair if Tomas told me
Well then I'll talk to Tommy Vercetti
I mean Tomma's dad
and we've arrived son, let's go inside so we can order the hamburgers
No dad
I can stay here
since I want to see the lake that is in front and I also want to see the trees because I have always wanted to see this beautiful landscape
you will leave me dad,
Well, this is good sweet junior
because anyway you'll get bored inside the hamburger
so it will not be long and do not get away from the car that I now come with the hamburger sweet junior
Well dad has already left
so I'd better explore this place because I've never been able to walk around here
woooo is really what I'm seeing in that car
that there is a gun on top of the acient
I would like to grab it but better not because I do not want to get into trouble
I'll tell tommas and yoshi brown
Well, I found them couple of rats
and now I'm going to go into the house so we can play another game
woooo, How cute
That girl is very pretty
and I like her brown hair more
so I'll tell that girl a hello
aaaaaaaaaaaa, because I'm nervous,
come on sweet junior you'll only tell that girl a hello and she was
but who is screaming?
since I do not like much that they scream
because I have these nerves in my body
because they do not go away
oh, hello
how have you been
and I have not bothered you with my screams
hehehe quiet boy that your screams did not bother me
and I'm fine, and what's your name?
what a beautiful voice you have
aaaa sorry, my name is sweet junior, and what is your name?
hehehe thank you very much
and sweet junior, what a nice name you have
because my name is Anastacia
and the truth is that I am very happy that we met sweet junior
Anastacia
already enters the house because the food is already
aaaaaaaaa, I hate that my mom calls me screaming
so good sweet junior
nice to meet you, and if you want I give you my phone number in case you want to call me
so I'm already in my house, goodbye sweet junior
woooo, that girl is but the most beautiful in the world
that even made me want to kiss her
but unfortunately she went home
but the good thing is that I have her phone number
my god that even my heart to beat a lot for her
aaaaaaaaa there is my dad
I hope you have not seen me with anastacia
hi dad, you already brought the hamburgers?
son, with whom you were talking?
since I've seen you talking to a girl
aaaa nothing dad, more than everything was a classmate of the school
since I was talking about the tasks
so well let's go because the burgers are going to cool
good son, anyway you're here just in time to leave the hamburger
and ride the car because we need to buy today's dinner
ok dad, right now I enter the car without jumping out the window
sweet junior, you have in your hand?
it seems that it is a role
aaaa this is a paper with snot
because I was itching my nose that could not stand anymore spit the snot from my nose
that's disgusting
when we get to the house there are strips of paper in the garbage please
concentrate Laura, since inside you need concentration so that the ki is inside of you
Ok mother, but what happens if the ki changes my way of being?
since I want to continue being a very cute and very flirty girl
daughter, the ki will not change your way of being, but will plow you to concentrate for your next lesson
and calm that you will continue to be a very cute and very flirtatious girl
so keep up with what I teach you
but how beautiful is that girl, I've fallen in love with her
of that twin brother girl?
if you're talking about the lady of the white beast because the truth is that you look very good
no idiot, did not talk about the white beast lady
spoke about the girl in the blue sweater she is very beautiful, very pretty, I even want to kiss her because her beautiful face is to kiss her non stop
she is a beautiful angel fallen from the sky
Well the truth is that if it's cute
only that there are better girls than her
like Selina, that she is really cute that even her face is the most beautiful in the world
Shut up brother that they finished that beautiful dance they did
so let's go because I do not want to have problems with their mother and less for that sword that has
aaaaaa really dad
we have to buy a salad tray, because if I do not like the salad
quiet son that will only be for your mom and your sister
while we 2 are going to buy some big chicken pieces
aaaaa that good, since I thought we would eat salad but no
today I will have some delicious large pieces of chicken
but you know son, first the salad, and that
dad who happens, since I look at you with depressed face
aaaaa is not anything child, is that there are those of grove street
my band
hey have already gone up thanks to their great effort to be the best band of san andreas
so I will best greet them
hi colleagues
as they have been?
by God colleagues, it's sweet
our second boss of our band
as you've been sweet, since we've done great things during these years while you were not there
we've defeated all the enemy bands
we conquered los santos, san fierro, and las venturas
and apart from that we are already in the number 1 position of the best bands of san andreas, we are the sweet kings
if it is true, we are already the kings
but you are more mercenary because I have not participated for what they did in these years
but anyway we are the best band of san andreas
so good colleagues I'm leaving because I have to go eat with my family
Dad, you miss your band a lot
since they have done very big things that you have missed
yes son, I've missed many good things
I should go back, but you know son I do not want them to be in danger from the other enemy bands
o we better buy the salad and then the big pieces of chicken and finally we return to home
good Laura
while I prepare everything so that your father returns with the food
it gives some blows to the tree but be careful that you do not go to fall something over
Ok mom, right now I'm going to hit the tree
seriously you hit the tree
since the poor man is making his effort to survive and you mistreat him
wooo hello selina, how have you been my great friend?
I'm super good laura
and what are you doing since in your instagram stories you said you were very happy
look at selina, and my mom is going to train me to be a ninja, and I am very happy because I will be equal to her
what good laura, a ninja you're going to do?
and hopefully I'll teach you how to cut fruit with a katana
hehehe I do not think selina, but I'll tell you what it says
because if I dare to cut fruit with a katana since my mom has more than 10 katanas in her room very hidden from our reach
Okay, Laura, I'm leaving
because my mother is waiting for me to eat
and you teach me by instagram how to cut a fruit with the katana
so good bye laura and there are chat
aaaaa I did not tell selina that I was having a weird yoga class for ninjas
but I'll tell you in the chat because now I have to hit the tree
Well here I go, I'll talk to her
I do not want to be insulted anymore by my stupid twin brother who always makes fun of me on social networks because I'm in love with a girl I like a lot
well here I go, that is what god wants
em hello, you are Laura truth
Hey hello, if I'm Laura
and you should be the real samuel?
aaaaaa, as you know my beautiful name
sorry sorry friend, is that I confuse a lot
hehehe it does not matter samuel that I know you because you are my brother's friend
but what a brother?
aaaa sweet junior
if I already know him, he is my best friend along with tommas
and that I am beautiful because it does not matter samuel
since you can tell me more than that because you are very handsome
really laura, well I can tell you something
(sound of cell phone) aaaaaaaaaa I hate my twin brother, he's calling me
so better Laura I'll tell you later because I do not want to find out that I'm talking to you
goodbye laura and you take care of yourself a lot
how nice is samuel
since I like him very much and he is also cute
only that his twin brother falls very badly because he is very mocking and very bad
Yeees we're already here
if I'm already very hungry and I want to eat
Quiet sweet junior that we need to download all the food we have bought
so you can hold your hunger?
but I can not stand her daddy anymore
since I have not had breakfast at all and it's already lunch time
aaaa true, it's already 12 o'clock, so we better go through all the food first before you die of hunger
and yes, I saw my princess
sorry ninja
who was training with her beautiful teacher
hehehe yes dad
since I was training since morning
and you have brought the salad dad?
Yes Laura, I brought the salad and also a few hamburgers
so let's all go eat before sweet junior eat us al
really Laura
and what samuel told you?
since I think I'm in love with you
good that he is in love with me and I know
only that I do not like that his twin brother is insulting him as much by social networks as by the street
good kids and stop talking because it's time to sleep
so go to their rooms because they need to rest
and Laura you wake up early because you need more lessons to be a ninja
good night children
Here I am my love, and because that long face ?
you have done something bad in the street?
It's not that baby, it's that I'm a bit depressed
because my colleagues are enjoying the great excitement they had and I did not
Quiet my love that has already happened
if you want tomorrow we can go alone to your neighborhood so you can feel better
and today my love I want you to do today
because I want tonight to be our best night of our lives
Of course, if my love, let's take off our clothes and start
Anastacia, the truth is that I love you very much
I would like you to be my girlfriend
because from the first time I met you, you have impacted me a lot that made me want to kiss you
but we have to get to know each other first so we can be boyfriends
that's why I have your phone number saved and hidden from my parents
so well I have to sleep because it's already late
good night Anastacia

Vovkin's father exists, To go to the Cat for fish,
Because the fish themselves jump into a bowl could not;
Mama Vovka - well, that was
with whom to sleep under the TV, A fire brigade -
to remove the Cat from the ledge; Armchair - to tear the upholstery,
Closet - to hide in it,
Only Vovka exists it is not clear why.
He, in the opinion of the Cat, Very harmful to the tail!

metro Léger/metro chet - Never used metro stations! - Duration: 9:17.The Métro Léger de Charleroi is a premetro system in the Belgian conurbation Charleroi
The system was known for a long time as a 'grand travail inutile' translated a 'big useless work'
because a large part of the system was unused for a long time.
In 2012 the network was thoroughly reorganized and many expansions were still in service
On 21 June 2013, the reorganization was completed by the opening of the new tram line to the north.
But in some stations, no tram has been driven to date.
The sound of the following recordings is not recorded accurately.
That's why there's a lot of music in this episode. We apologize, it is being worked on!
Just like in Liege, things are apparently being built here,
Such as subway lines, underground and above ground, which are never used.
We are now in 'Metro Chet' in Charleroi.
This station is built, but never used.
According to our information, no tram has ever driven here.
Still, I find that a little weird, because I think that has already driven a tram here.
There are the escalators!
To go down.
Or upwards!
That is the passage.
That is just closed there!
Kurt, be careful when you step on these things here.
Be careful not to fall through here!
That plate with that sensor here, you're going to feel that!
To there, or to there?
I do not know!
Can not you see that on your cell phone?
You can go both ways.
Then we both do them, but first we go there.
Do you hear that hum?
Yes, this is under stress!
That comes from that.
This is under stress!
Are not we going to walk all the way there? do you?
its not far!
That is only a few hundred meters.
Normally they are no further than 500 meters apart.
I still feel that there is power on those pipes.
It is not intended that you touch that.
Is this track running? Or not?
There are no trains here!
No, but there are traces.

Getting Into Real Estate As a Beginner - Duration: 13:55.Kris Krohn here and some of you have asked me if I would actually talk more
about how it got started on my journey in the land of real estate, creating
wealth, retiring at the age of 26 so in today's video, I really want to back up
and share with you some of the moments in my life that really helped me create
this self-made success and I hope it will help you on your journey too.
So many people asking and wanting to know, Kris, how did you do something so
extraordinary financially in such a very short period of time? And I thought today
I would try to give you really the the full story behind how it happened
because I think there might be some nuggets there that can be useful for you.
It started actually when I was 8 years old that we're like going back to the
beginning and I would witness my parents struggle with money and really fight
about money. My mom being more Irish and my dad definitely being German, you mix
those two together, you're going to get kind of a little bit of a volatile scenario
and my mom and dad would be pretty vocal about their fights, they try to keep it
away from the kids but there was no doubt in the fact that we knew that
there was fighting over money. My dad was an entrepreneur, trying to make it in
business, nine kids and I'm number four and if you study child theory, order
theory, I'm the glue, right? I'm the one in the middle that's trying to keep the
family together and so one time I overheard my mom and dad in the office
at home arguing over money and I have this
strong feeling, I want to make enough money someday for my parents. Now that's
a cute thought and feeling of an eight-year-old trying to be the glue to
hold the family together but something really touched my heart and felt very
very inspired that day and so I just got it early on in my mind that I needed to
have enough money growing up for my family and also for my parents so
basically two families and if I fast forward the next moment that really
impacted who I am today happened when I was 15 years old. I was in that awkward teen
years where it was right before my big growth spurt and I was kind of
chubby, I didn't have a lot of self-confidence and I really wasn't
aware or awake to life, I felt kind of picked on and made fun of in school, I
think most people probably did but my dad got me a paper out, he tried to put
me in different sports and try to awaken something from within and nothing was
doing it but my dad put me in front of the paper out and I was curious and I
came to life and it awoke this inner entrepreneur, right. An entrepreneur
who by the way, the summer earlier during school had actually sold mom and dad's, I
basically had made my own fun dips out of mom's sugar packets with kool-aid and
had kids buying that for the first half the day made like 40 something dollars
and I got pulled into the VP's office and she confiscated after she tried
snorting some of it. I couldn't figure out why at the time, she
thought us doing drugs, I figured out later on but anyway, I had this
entrepreneurial thing going on and being a paperboy, I could make $400 a month
delivering these papers after school on my bike, loved it so much I picked up
within six months two more routes all next to each other so I had this bag on
the front and back and I was carrying 70 papers and I had to like line up the
addresses and the people and then to boot, I was going for speed. Within six
months, my body trimmed down, I hit this growth spurt, girls started taking some
notice, I went through that awkward puberty phase and really woke up with
some confidence. I remember there was this moment between my two bike routes
where I just stopped and felt that I had woken up consciously to life. Combined my
desire to want to take care of my parents financially, combine that with
this empowerment of I believe in me and I was going to carry that now till I got in
college and I remember the day I got married. So third day of school, I met my
wife and nine months later, we got married and we had flown out to the East
Coast from Utah to get married cause that's where she's from and all my
family came out, all my siblings except for one and on that wedding day, I
remember I felt like we were starting for us something new and I felt like I
was ready to conquer the world, I was going to take the world down, I was going to
win, I was going to claim everything that was in my mind, I had a plan, I was going to
be a doctor and I was going to take care of my family and my parents and that's
where I entered the real world, that's my history in a nutshell that brought me to
the point where, alright, I'm a married man now, I got to get serious, I got to take
it down and you know how I'm going to do that? I'm going to excel in school, I'm going to
get good grades because anything I've ever wanted, I could effort. Day one of
that chemistry class, I get there right in front of the professor, you know the
professor saying? Alright, to a class of 200 students, my job is to fail 90% of
you, grade you on a curve because most you should not go into medicine. I'm like,
oh dude you're speaking my language, that's right, we're going to
weed out 90% of these clowns and I'm going to rise up make this happen. Well fast
forward four months, get to the end of the semester and I got a C and a C grade
in and of itself is maybe not a bad grade but if you want to be a doctor and
this is the start of a long science career, I sat down with my science person
that I'm supposed to sit down with my career specialist
and he looked at my grades and said, "Kris, this is not for you, get out."
I said, "Kris Krohn don't quit." so I doubled down,
I said, I'm going to figure this out so I took the same class again.
I got a tutor, I worked my butt off and I get to the end of the term and guess
what, I've got a C minus Same material, did it again, worked extra hard and got a
worse grade. Friends, I was pursuing a path that was not in my natural aptitude
and ultimately, it was a crushing day because when I talked to my career
counselor that time, I had to admit he was right. It was like the first time in
my life I felt, it was like the big balloon of excitement
for life that day got popped and I'm like, oh I'm stepping into this real
world where life sometimes just sucks. I felt hammered. I remember walking home
that day feeling like crap and I went home and I told my wife and was actually
nervous, I was scared to tell her, I don't think I can be a doctor. It didn't even
faze her, she didn't even blink, she's like, well I believe in you, you'll figure
it out. I'm like, really? I kind of sold you on this premise and you know,
wasn't that kind of part of you falling in love with me? She's like, no. So I knew
that at that point, I had to figure something out and the plans that I had
had for years was not going to happen the problem was is that as I researched
all the different opportunities and ways of how it's going to get where I wanted to go.
I just remember feeling, I sat down with a different career counselor because now
I wasn't going in the medical field and he started putting options in front of
me like psychology and this and that kind of thing and to become a
teacher and I started looking at all these options and I remember how I felt
inside, it was like, have that pit my stomach like, oh what's this major
called and how much money can they make? Well $60,000 but what's this path and
how much can I make? Well $40,000? What about that one? $80,000.
I'm like, how am I actually, how am I going to take care of my two families
because that just doesn't sound like a lot of money to take care of one?
I didn't have a whole lot of real-world experience with money but I knew that it
wasn't going to be enough and I remember how sickening that really felt. I don't
know if you've ever felt that way before where you once had dreams and you were
excited about life and then that bubble got popped and then kind of deteriorated
but I'm so grateful for those moments because they're really what kick-started
my journey. The moment that truly changed my life was
when my wife and I ran out of money and we were going into debt and heard her
checkbook had bounced, didn't have the ability to buy groceries that day and
when I found her in that state of tears from coming home from the grocery market,
wasn't able to buy food and in that moment, I felt like the crappiest human
being alive. I was like, oh I have never felt so low in my life.I am pathetic, I'm
a horrible friend, I've let my wife down, I'm a bad provider and I was working
full time. Again, so grateful because all of that is what led to my really big
transformation, might lead to your really big transformation because for me, it was
a moment and that's all it needed to be. It was a moment for me to decide, I'm
going in a direction that I don't like, it's debt, it's no money, it's no
happiness. I need to find a new path and frankly, I don't need to be offensive to
any of you young people watching this but college was only going to, it wasn't
going to give me everything that I wanted, it was going to give me a step in
the direction of what I wanted. Sometimes we look at college like it's the last
most important education of our life. It's kindergarten compared to the
education that you need in life, the real world of education that I would need
could not be found within the halls of university and university is great for
people that if you want to be a doctor, you better be going to college, right?
No one wants you to figure that out in the back of the veterinary story so
it all really came to a head with feeling really crappy knowing that
things needed a change and I decided that I would move heaven
or hell and do anything and everything required not to live the next 40 years
in financial lack, in a manner I had seen my parents do it. That decision was a
really important moment because I had a lot of crappy feelings inside but the
only thing that I had was this tenacity said, I'm going to mount up, I'm going to
rise up and I'm going to conquer, I'm going to figure out how to do this and four and a
half years later, I was retired, just after graduating college but what really
happened that made the difference that I would submit to all of you is the one
thing that we really need that we're not really trained that we need, in fact, we
don't even know what we don't know, we don't even know what we don't know that
we don't even know that we don't need that we need to know, if you follow me
there, is this idea that the higher education, sometimes school gets in the
way of the higher education. The higher education ultimately for me came through
mentors. You want something in life and you got to find the men and women that
have it and you got to find a way to get into a relationship with them where they
can show you how to do it, you got to find a way to make an arrangement with
them somehow some way where they could take you under the wing and whether they
can actually spoon feed you the critical knowledge that will make the difference
because in the end, it's not always what you know more often than not, it's
actually who you know and people are the ones, life is a business of people. People
are the ones that are going to take you where you want to go in life, it
translates and transcends systems and and business formulas and things
that have provenly worked. Who are the people that are going to get you where you
want to go? I found some people in my life that when I found them, they didn't
know that I was looking for them and they certainly did not want to work with
me. The first man that I found, my wife and I were financially
struggling and in church, we decided to take this kind of Church
evening class for marriage improvement and on the fifth week, it was on finances
and they had this guest speaker come in that spoke very sophisticatedly and
there was something different about him and so I wanted to approach him after
the class, it's like, what is it about you or what's your career? What do you do for
work and he hadn't worked last ten years of his life, he actually just got back
from international traveling with his young family and I found out that he had
done it through real estate investing. Moment he said that, I caught the bug, it
just, I knew my path, I knew what I needed to
do, I just didn't know what that really meant so I started tracking him down
literally even drove out to the dude's house and knocked on his door and he was
frustrated like, you don't have an appointment, you haven't like, what are
you doing here? And I was begging for him to teach me and in that same manner, I
found two more mentors that year that is road on their coattails and I was hungry
for anything that I could get. I would go where I needed to go, I'd get on any
plane that needed again, I would do anything required to figure it out.
At the end, four and a half years later retiring the first time and then
creating this wealth and doing all these great things in my life, I think I've had
to chalk up what it all possible. It has nothing to do
with real estate, it has nothing to do with money, it had to do with the desire
to be a self-made man, it had to do with this knowledge that no one else going to
figure this out for me, no one else is in charge of my life the way I'm in charge
of my life, no one else is going to author my future, depends in my hand and the
book is blank and it's up to me and so my whole story, yeah, I created wealth and
real estate and I've created wealth in a number of other industries and yes, real
estate is my major backbone and yes, you can you know go to my website, click the
link and learn from me and let me teach you how to replicate what I've
done and I've done that for thousands of people but the one thing that you're
really going to need beyond any of that is do you really have a reason inside of
you big enough to motivate you to move? Because if you do, day in and day out and
move on your own, unmotivated by anyone else, then you have what it takes to
achieve frankly just about anything that's inside of your bandwidth of your
potential. None of us really knows how long life is, don't really know if it's
going to be a long one whether we're going to get old, if it's short but you're alive
today and that's a gift. What are you going to do with it? So many of us are
living beneath our potential because we're waiting for it to be handed out to
us for someone to reveal it, to us for someone to make it easy enough, to make
it 3 simple steps. Listen, the road to real success in getting where you want
to go, it might be the hardest thing you've ever done but it's actually why
you're on this planet and that's your journey of being here so my invitation
for you is to figure out how to get connected inside with that motivation
that says, you know what, this is my life and I'm going to make this happen. Sure, I
might use Kris' system or somebody else's system but that drive has got to
come from within and if you want to know how to get it, it's just a choice. Are you
ready to start your journey of being your own self-made success? Then I want
to invite you to click the link up here and get in touch with me my team.
I've laid out a number of different ways that we could play together, ways that I
can mentor with you, way that you can work with me in my team, ways that I can
get you extra deals. Listen, real estate has its tough parts and it can be hard
but that's why I brought the team and the supplies and the properties to make
it a whole lot easier for you. If you're ready committed to getting start on your
journey, then come learn what those options are
and let's play and create wealth together.

WINTER LOOKBOOK - FOUR OUTFITS I KAJA-MARIE - Duration: 9:35.
Hi everyone and welcome back to my YouTube channel!
You've already seen a lookbook video
With four outfits for winter
I thought I'd do something different this time, and talk about the outfits afterwards
So this will be a video of two parts
But I thought that would be fun
Let me know if you like this or not
I have all the outftis behind me here
And then I have the shoes down there
If you like this video please give me a thumbs up
And comment below if you like the style of this video
Or if you like the regular lookbook video alone
It's so fun to film these videos. I love putting outfits together and to share them with you
So I hope you like it
And don't forget to subscribe to my channel for two videos a week
So, let's start with the first outfit
For this outfit I started with
Was this jacket
This one
From Monki
It's so cool, I love it
It's perfect for this season. It's vinyl and super snuggly inside
So I started with that one. I also knew that I wanted to wear
These boots
From Bianco, these leopard boots
These look pretty cool together! But I think that the rest of the outfit should be simple
Because these are so much on their own
So I choose to wear a
Simple
Blue jeans
With high waist and that is a little bit cropped
So that you see the boots
Paired with this knit
Which has the most amazing color
And I love it with the dark blue denim and the black jacket
And it's so soft and warm
Btw, underneath all the outfits I wore a white Pierre Robert wool t-shirt
Because it's so cold outside, so you need to layer up
wherever you can. And the t-shirt didn't show in any outfits
So that kept me a little extra warm
So I wore this one
Paired with this I choose to also wear
My new orange bag from J.W. Anderson
I think it's so cool with leopard! Orange and leo is something I love togheter
I think that the gold worked nice and I loved it with that jacket
As the last piece, I added this hat
The baker boy cap which I love
Just to add that little extra to the outfit
And to keep me a little bit more warm
Outfit number two
Actually also started with a jacket
There are a lot of my outfits during winter that start with the jacket
Because that's what you wear the most in this country, it's freezing outside and you need to work from that
I started with this lavender blue jacket from
I think it's from Match. There is no tag here...
I'll try to find it and link it below
Along with all other items
So I started with this that is a bit longer and with a tie in the waist
I wanted to wear a light knit under
So I chose this knit from H&M
In beige, which is amazing
There we go, better light, just needed to turn off that yellow light in the window..
Then I added
A black/grey jeans
With cut off edges
And high waist, because the knit is a little bit cropped
Then a high waist looks better

The Eisenhower Matrix: Untangling Urgent and Important - Duration: 7:00.Today…
I'm going to be talking to you about a 2x2 matrix
But this is no ordinary matrix
This is the Eisenhower Matrix
Is it applicable to Agile?
Yes it is!
Is it applicable to Lean?
Yes it is!
And does it have the power to change your life?
I think it does
Hi this is Gary
Welcome to Development That Pays
This is a two by two matrix.
I'm sure you know how they work
If we're talking about a car
one axis might be performance
The other might be fuel efficiency
We like performance
We like fuel efficiency
We'd really like both
Or a matrix about a partner
We'd like a partner that's smart
We'd like a partner that's attractive.
But we'd really like a partner that's both!
Or food.
We like out food to be delicious
We also like it to be healthy.
But if it can be healthy and delicious
that's got to be good
It's always works the same way:
bottom left is
to be avoided.
These two are good.
But this one at the top right.
That's where the greatness lies.
Let's do another one.
Urgent and important.
The context being: things on your to-do list.
No-brainer right?
Urgent AND important!
Right?
This matrix is a version of
(I'll say more about that later)
The Eisenhower Matrix
That's Eisenhower as in
US President Dwight D Eisenhower
Now, we could go through the matrix quadrant by quadrant.
And I'm sure you'd get it at an intellectual level.
But I want you to get it at a deeper level.
I want to burn this thing into your skull.
That's how important I think it is.
Imagine you're on a boat.
You look out across the ocean to a beautiful sunset.
And you're thinking life doesn't get better than this
Suddenly, there's an almighty CRASH
The boat has his something. It's damaged the hull.
The boat is taking on water.
Without a moment's hesitation,
you start to bail.
As if you life depended on it.
Because, you know, it kinda does.
Hold it there.
This act of bailing:
where do you think it falls on the Eisenhower Matrix?
Is it important?
Yes: if you don't do it, the boat sinks.
Is it urgent?
Could you, for example, put it off until tomorrow?
No! It's urgent!
You have to do it now!
Bailing the water out of the sinking "ship" is urgent AND important.
Slap bang in this quadrant.
So you keep bailing.
But after 15 minutes, it's clear that you're not getting anywhere.
The level of water isn't getting any higher…
but it isn't getting any lower either.
There must be something else you could do.
You need to repair the hole.
Where does repairing the hole fit into this matrix?
I hope I don't have to convince you that it's important.
Without a repair, this boat doesn't have much a future.
And neither do you!
Is it urgent?
Well, you could put it off.
You could continue to bail.
Forever!
Repairing the boat is important, but it it's not urgent.
At least not when compared with bailing
It lives in the quadrant.
You're caught in an excruciating conflict between these two quadrants.
You'd love to be able to repair the hole…
but if you stop bailing, bad things will happen.
The important thing if being held to ransom by the important-and-urgent thing.
Then you realise what you must do.
With super-human effort, you bail as fast as you can
Then you attempt to repair the hole.
You manage to effect a partial repair
but it isn't long before the water rises to a dangerous level
You have to return to bailing.
With the hole partially closed, you're able - eventually - to take a break
from the URGENT job of bailing
and return to the IMPORTANT job of repairing the hole.
And so it goes on until the repair is complete.
And you can breathe a sigh of relief.
You've been saved
The IMPORTANT task was the cure - the antidote - for the important-and-urgent task.
The most powerful quadrant turns out to be this one.
Important and not urgent
If you've come across the Eisenhower Matrix before,
you'll know that it's usually drawn with the URGENT axis reversed.
Which has the merit of putting the most powerful quadrant top right.
It's in this quadrant that the big stuff happens.
The major transformations.
The huge leaps forward.
Sorry about this.
Something URGENT has come up.
So I'm going to have to BAIL.
I'll be back in Part 2 for more of the IMPORTANCE
of the Eisenhower Matrix.
I hope you ca join me then

See you next time. Cheers for now.

Why I Choose Austin ISD and Eastside Memorial Vertical Team - Duration: 0:30.
- I choose Austin ISD because the Eastside Memorial
Vertical Team is a family of schools.
It is a very tight-knit community.
There's only eight schools as a part of the Vertical Team,
so I get to build relationships
with lots of teachers and students
and administrators across all those schools
and really try to work to build STEM programming
throughout all of our campuses on the East Side.

Why Start a YouTube Ad Campaign | YouTube Advertising - Duration: 2:35.In this video I'll give you 6 reasons to start a youtube advertising campaign, but
first a shoutout to our sponsor
Drip.
Graduate from traditional email marketing to intelligent marketing automation.
Click here to setup a free account, and manage all the new leads you'll get from your YouTube ads.
The #1 reason to start a YouTube ad campaign is the absolutely massive reach.
YouTube has been the leading digital video platform for over a decade and now has over
one billion users watching one billion hours
of video every single day!
That's almost one third of the internet.
YouTube is also the second largest search engine next to it's big brother Google,so
if you're worried about your customers not being on YouTube...
they are.
In an average month, 18+ year olds in the US spend more time watching YouTube than any
television network.
On mobile alone, more 18- to 49-year-olds watch YouTube during prime time in the US
than they do the top 10 prime-time shows combined.
Forget the big bang theory and make a big bang on YouTube.
The targeting options on YouTube are simply insane.
You can target viewers based on age, location, interests, videos watched, and even pages
they've visited on your website.
With all these options you don't have to worry about wasting money on the wrong viewers,
and speaking of money...
With YouTube ads it's possible to reach viewers for pennies a view.
Need to generate brand awareness?
You don't need to break the bank.
Also, with YouTube ads you're not charged for a view unless the viewer watches 30 seconds
of the video or finishes the video, whichever comes first.
When you promote a video on YouTube all the views you get are added to your video's
public view count.
This can help your video gain traction in search results and that added exposure doesn't
stop when your promotion campaign ends.
96% of consumers find videos helpful when making purchase decisions online and nearly
three quarters are more likely to purchase a product or service if they can watch a video
explaining it beforehand.
Over the last two years, the number of small- and medium-sized businesses advertising on
YouTube has doubled, but it's nowhere near as saturated as Adwords or Facebook ads.
When managed intelligently, video ads are a fantastic investment.
But as with any investment a little research and planning can go a long way.

Irish man in an open bar - Krakow, Poland NYE 2017 - Duration: 7:20.[French] - Hi to all the Language Tsar viewers! We are in Krakow. We are going to make something special.
We are going to get some interesting shots both in the center and
the Jewish quarter to show you the mainstream side of Krakow and then
we are going to bring you to the dark side. Strap yourself in for this one! 'Till later!
[English] - So welcome to Poland ... super pumped to be here ...
gonna be hitting Krakow in eastern Poland for the
first time in almost a decade that I've been here. Gonna hook up on my friend
Rémy and we're gonna celebrate New Year's Eve here. Unfortunately this is
gonna be the first video in a while where I will not have any drone footage
because yeah yesterday I had a little incident with my drone. My drone is a little bit sick.
I was chasing my father's Renault Alpine and yeah it hit
what looks like an electrical pole. I'm gonna see what the damage is. All four
propellers are broken for sure it looks cracked in a few places.
[French] - Hi! Where are we going now? - We are going to the most hipster quarter of Krakow.
You are going to see that we are going to eat deliciously.
The riskiest thing that I've ever done all year
is to go to an open bar party with Conor, the Irish guy.
We are going to go to the city center of Krakow to the central square.
There will be a massive amount of people on the main square for the final seconds of 2017.
We are going to show you what it's like. It will be interesting. See you!
[English] - What's your name, by the way? I didn't ask you yet. - Helen - Cool. Nice to meet you here.
- So we are here just in the middle of Krakow on the main square.
- What's the name of the square in Polish? - Rynek ... Rynek Główny.
- It's kind of like Market Square or something? - Yes, exactly, market square.
- How do you feel being from Krakow? It's know for being one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.
- Yes, it is. It is really beautiful and in my opinion it's much more beautiful than Warsaw is, which is
the capital city. - 100% I can confirm that.
- I mean it's very touristic right here so ...
you won't find many people from Krakow that are like going here every day.
- So Krakow, it's got a population of 750 thousand people. It's definitely the most
famous city here in Poland and right now we're in Kazimierz or 'Kazimierz' as
I've been mispronouncing for the last two or three days that I've been here
and this is the historic Jewish quarter of the city. Now you probably might
recognize a lot of this from Hollywood blockbusters like Schindler's List. That
was actually filmed here in Krakow to a certain extent and of course Schindler
was based here the factory and they actually have a factory Museum here for that.
So here in Kazimierz is really really nice it's kind of a trendy area
just away from the historic center and it has been renovated in the last decade
and it's kind of pretty cool. There are lots of cafes, bars, restaurants here so it's kind
of a hip area to hang out in in the evening as well as the day and I
remember it here in 2009, it was not nearly as nice so definitely thumbs up
on the renovations that have been done here in the last decade
[French] - Asshole! - How do you feel after your defeat?
- Shut up, asshole! I let you win on purpose!
[English] - So I've tried to repair my drone myself a little bit by putting on four new
mounts and buying new four propellers but not really sure it's gonna work so
there's only one way to find out!
- So this behind me here is Wawel castle and that's one of the highlights of Krakow.
One of the kind of picturesque postcard pics you'll get is of this castle so
it's quite beautiful. So let's go and take a look at it from a little bit higher up.
So here I'm back on the main square in Krakow during the day as you can see and
it is quite a beautiful view. So yeah this is why so many people are attracted
to come here to Krakow, as you can see one of the most beautiful cities in
Eastern Europe, very similar to Lviv in Ukraine - similar history overlapping so
the architecture but here is probably yeah probably just a tad bit more beautiful
but with about 10 times as many tourists so you can always decide which you prefer.
So that's it for me here in beautiful Krakow in Poland. Next up is going to be
Lviv in Ukraine, going there for two weeks to work on my Ukrainian a bit. I did
that about a year ago so super pumped to be going back to western Ukraine, another
beautiful city: Lviv, very similar to here in Krakow so if you liked this
video, give it a big thumbs up! Whack that notification bell right
beside the subscribe button and I will see you in the next video!
